The Broken Knife is back with a bang—reopening in Birmingham’s Avondale at Elysian Gardens after closing their Homewood spot last summer. Owner Chris Talley brings premium, scratch-made sandwiches, house-smoked meats, and imported Italian goods, all served in massive portions. They’re open Monday–Friday for lunch, with weekend and dinner service coming soon.
