- 0:14Speaker 1: whether or not Congress will finally get up off of
- 0:16Speaker 1: its posterior to pass the Save America Act. Why are
- 0:20Speaker 1: Republican senators still standing in the way? Updates on that
- 0:24Speaker 1: subject coming up on the program. Also, We'll take a
- 0:27Speaker 1: closer look at what is going on in the war
- 0:30Speaker 1: in Iran. A couple of our service members killed in
- 0:34Speaker 1: action this weekend. And we're going to see what the
- 0:38Speaker 1: president is up to as he tries to resolve that conflict.
- 0:42Speaker 1: And then we'll be joined today by Jeff Clark. Jeff Clark,
- 0:45Speaker 1: you may remember, was advising the president as a member
- 0:48Speaker 1: of the United States Justice Department on the ways in
- 0:51Speaker 1: which he can make sure that the country has election
- 0:53Speaker 1: integrity in 2020. And the Democrats have attempted to destroy
- 0:57Speaker 1: him ever since. Jeff Clark will join us today to
- 1:02Speaker 1: talk about election integrity and so much more all ahead
- 1:05Speaker 1: on this edition of Vince. Great to have you with us.

- 2:25Speaker 2: Boom.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Oh, man.
- 2:32Speaker 1: You don't like the sideburns, Kings? It's not my fault.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I promise you. Kings is like, I don't like your sideburns.
- 2:37Speaker 1: Very judgy, Kings. No, the sideburns, you know what it is?
- 2:41Speaker 1: I don't actually, I don't intend for the sideburns to
- 2:43Speaker 1: grow out. You know what happens? Every time I shave,
- 2:45Speaker 1: I accidentally shave a little bit lower until the sideburns
- 2:48Speaker 1: somehow are just crawling all the way down my face.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And then, you know, and then I look like the
- 2:53Speaker 1: Fonz or something. I gotta resolve that. I just need
- 2:56Speaker 1: a haircut. That's what I need. So thank you for
- 2:58Speaker 1: calling that. I appreciate you for that. All right. Let's
- 3:01Speaker 1: take a look at what's going on in the world.
- 3:03Speaker 1: We do have some election integrity news for you to
- 3:07Speaker 1: get to. I'll start there today. Because, you know, you
- 3:11Speaker 1: would think after President Trump's big speech last week, where
- 3:14Speaker 1: he talks about foreign election interference by the Chinese, the chi-coms,
- 3:18Speaker 1: where you've got him talking about all the ways in
- 3:21Speaker 1: which election machines are vulnerable to fraud and manipulation. He's
- 3:25Speaker 1: talking about how we've got a half a million foreign
- 3:28Speaker 1: nationals on the voting rolls. Actually, a quarter million foreign
- 3:32Speaker 1: nationals on the voting rolls. That's in four states. And
- 3:34Speaker 1: then over a half million people who are dead who
- 3:37Speaker 1: are still on the voting rolls in states across the country.
- 3:40Speaker 1: And that's just the states we know about. There's so
- 3:42Speaker 1: many more, according to Mark Wayne Mullen, the DHX secretary.
- 3:46Speaker 1: so many more foreign nationals and dead people on the
- 3:49Speaker 1: voting rolls nationwide that we haven't seen yet because the
- 3:52Speaker 1: feds can't get a hold of the voting rolls from
- 3:54Speaker 1: those states. Not yet, at least. So we've got a
- 3:57Speaker 1: massive problem on our hands. The president's trying to fix
- 3:59Speaker 1: all of that. And you would think that at least
- 4:02Speaker 1: the Republican senators, even the squishy ones, would come around
- 4:05Speaker 1: and say, okay, you know what? He's made a great point.
- 4:08Speaker 1: We need election integrity. Well, even the squishy ones are
- 4:13Speaker 1: still not completely coming around. And that means that Lisa
- 4:16Speaker 1: Murkowski is coming out against the Save America Act. Like,
- 4:24Speaker 1: of course, we have to talk about that today. Take
- 4:26Speaker 1: a look at this. This is in the Wall Street
- 4:27Speaker 1: Journal this weekend. Lisa Murkowski writing in the journal, why
- 4:31Speaker 1: I'm voting against the Save America Act. What the hell
- 4:37Speaker 1: is wrong with you? Already, I hate the piece. I'm
- 4:40Speaker 1: not even, okay, let's just look at what our argument is.
- 4:42Speaker 1: President Trump made his case for the Save America Act
- 4:44Speaker 1: on Thursday, claiming the security of our elections is at stake.
- 4:49Speaker 1: While I support the bill's core tenets, ensuring that only
- 4:53Speaker 1: American citizens vote and requiring identification when voting, I remain
- 4:57Speaker 1: opposed to it.
- 4:59Speaker 4: Why?
- 5:00Speaker 1: Because it would have serious negative effects in Alaska. And
- 5:04Speaker 1: the current text doesn't allow for the time and resources
- 5:07Speaker 1: needed for proper implementation. As written, the Save America Act
- 5:12Speaker 1: isn't a simple fix to safeguard elections, as proponents claim.
- 5:17Speaker 1: It would impose costly new barriers and prevent some, perhaps many,
- 5:22Speaker 1: from voting, while also creating chaos before the November elections. Now,
- 5:27Speaker 1: I can tell you right away, Lisa Murkowski is wielding
- 5:31Speaker 1: a left-wing talking point here immediately. in order to argue
- 5:36Speaker 1: against the Save America Act. The left-wing talking point is
- 5:40Speaker 1: that the Save America Act is going to be an
- 5:41Speaker 1: impediment to voting for legitimate American citizen voters, that somehow
- 5:47Speaker 1: you would have elections upended and stolen by the Save
- 5:50Speaker 1: America Act. Nothing could be further from the truth. The
- 5:53Speaker 1: bill is designed to make sure that only Americans have
- 5:56Speaker 1: that voting franchise, that you're not disenfranchised from your vote.
- 5:59Speaker 1: That's the whole point. And as she goes through this,
- 6:03Speaker 1: she's given versions of this before. What she's really doing
- 6:06Speaker 1: is she's patronizing Alaskan voters, suggesting that somehow they're just
- 6:10Speaker 1: too incompetent, too incapable, too, you know, it's too complicated
- 6:16Speaker 1: to prove you're an American citizen when you register to
- 6:18Speaker 1: vote and you show your ID when you do.
- 6:21Speaker 3: What?
- 6:22Speaker 1: Alaska can do it. In fact, I have faith that
- 6:24Speaker 1: every American citizen can do it and, in fact, desires
- 6:27Speaker 1: this very thing, to have their votes protected. The polls
- 6:30Speaker 1: show this. She continues, part of the problem lies in
- 6:34Speaker 1: the bill's mechanics. Right now, Alaskans can register to vote online.
- 6:38Speaker 1: There is no evidence of significant fraud anywhere in that system.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Yet the bill would effectively end online voter registration by
- 6:48Speaker 1: requiring voters to present documentary proof of U.S. citizenship in
- 6:52Speaker 1: person to an election official.
- 6:55Speaker 3: Yes, yes.
- 6:56Speaker 1: In fact, it would be going forward, Anyone who registers
- 7:01Speaker 1: to vote going into the future, this is not, look,
- 7:04Speaker 1: if you're already registered to vote, you're already registered to vote.
- 7:08Speaker 1: We're not doing re-registration for the whole country. If you
- 7:11Speaker 1: are registered to vote, you're already registered to vote. That's
- 7:14Speaker 1: the system right now. So the idea that she's saying, oh,
- 7:17Speaker 1: the whole state, everybody will be thrown off the voter
- 7:19Speaker 1: registration rolls and then everybody has to show up new
- 7:22Speaker 1: and show their documents in order to get registered. There's
- 7:24Speaker 1: no truth to that. So the idea that she's the
- 7:27Speaker 1: one who's introducing chaos to the conversation is not the
- 7:30Speaker 1: Save America Act that would do that. Non-citizens would be
- 7:35Speaker 1: purged from the voting rolls because of the Save America Act.
- 7:39Speaker 1: That's wonderful. But she's making crap up. That's what Lisa
- 7:43Speaker 1: Murkowski is doing here. Yes, you would have to present
- 7:47Speaker 1: documentary proof. You know, the claim that she's making is
- 7:49Speaker 1: like in Alaska, people live in very remote and rural
- 7:52Speaker 1: locations in many cases. So it's difficult to get to
- 7:55Speaker 1: a government office in order to do the voter registration. Well,
- 7:57Speaker 1: first of all, this should be a one-time event. How
- 8:00Speaker 1: many times do you register to vote? This should be
- 8:03Speaker 1: a one-time event. People, look, anybody in the chat ever
- 8:09Speaker 1: been married before? What do you do when you get married?
- 8:12Speaker 1: What government building do you have to go to to
- 8:16Speaker 1: get married? So you go to, obviously, if you honor
- 8:20Speaker 1: marriage for what it is, a sacrament, you get married
- 8:22Speaker 1: in a church. But as far as the state is concerned,
- 8:24Speaker 1: you go to the courthouse. You get your documents. You've
- 8:28Speaker 1: got to travel to a location in order to get
- 8:31Speaker 1: the marriage certified with the government. So why can't we
- 8:37Speaker 1: do this to register to vote? Every person, you got
- 8:41Speaker 1: to go to a courthouse in Alaska for your marriage.
- 8:43Speaker 1: Can you go to one government building to register to
- 8:46Speaker 1: vote once and bring your proof of citizenship? This is
- 8:50Speaker 1: not complicated. This is not complicated at all. And yet
- 8:55Speaker 1: Lisa Murkowski is intentionally making it complicated. What a disaster.
- 9:01Speaker 1: So here she goes.
- 9:03Speaker 3: Let's see.
- 9:04Speaker 1: Let's take a look at her argument. She said this
- 9:08Speaker 1: wouldn't be a major obstacle in most places in the
- 9:10Speaker 1: lower 48, but Alaska has only six election offices where
- 9:14Speaker 1: that requirement could clearly be met. That is, show that
- 9:16Speaker 1: you're a citizen. Six places in a state more than
- 9:19Speaker 1: twice the size of Texas, where roughly 80% of our
- 9:22Speaker 1: communities and about 20% of our population aren't connected by road. Okay,
- 9:27Speaker 1: what do they do for other government services? Again, this
- 9:30Speaker 1: is so silly. One of the options here is to
- 9:34Speaker 1: have a mobile registration center. Have government officials get their
- 9:39Speaker 1: asses in a car and drive around the state on
- 9:42Speaker 1: an annual basis and set up a mobile operation where
- 9:45Speaker 1: you can have people show up and register to vote.
- 9:48Speaker 1: They can show documents. They can prove that they're American
- 9:51Speaker 1: citizens and register to vote right there with a government official.
- 9:54Speaker 1: You're overcomplicating this, Lisa Murkowski. Just vote for it. What's
- 9:59Speaker 1: wrong with you? Anyway, she keeps on going on and whining.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I won't bore you with all the details other than
- 10:05Speaker 1: to say that Lisa Murkowski... is a symptom of the
- 10:09Speaker 1: problem that we have to keep fighting back against. Murkowski,
- 10:13Speaker 1: Tom Tillis, John Cornyn, Bill Cassidy, kind of all these
- 10:19Speaker 1: morons who constantly decide, you know what? I prefer the
- 10:23Speaker 1: status quo. I don't want to upset the apple cart.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I don't want to do anything good for the country.
- 10:27Speaker 1: I just want to sit here and mope all the
- 10:29Speaker 1: time about the fact that Donald Trump is president of
- 10:31Speaker 1: the United States, and I don't want the same thing
- 10:33Speaker 1: that his voters want, which is really straightforward. It's election integrity.
- 10:38Speaker 1: And Alaska, what a disastrous system to choose senators. Ranked
- 10:42Speaker 1: choice voting?
- 10:43Speaker 3: Ugh.
- 10:44Speaker 1: Disgusting. Alaska, come on. Give us a functional election system
- 10:49Speaker 1: so that we can have real United States senators that
- 10:51Speaker 1: really represent the interests of the people of Alaska. That
- 10:54Speaker 1: includes protecting and safeguarding their vote. So that's the state
- 10:59Speaker 1: of play with Lisa Murkowski. By the way, if you're
- 11:01Speaker 1: in Alaska by any chance, please call her and... and
- 11:05Speaker 1: urge her to do the right thing to support the
- 11:07Speaker 1: Save America Act. It would help if you live somewhere rural, too.
- 11:11Speaker 1: If you live in some faraway place. It's a big state.
- 11:14Speaker 5: It's true.
- 11:15Speaker 1: But call her and tell her, look, I live forever away.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And I'm telling you right now, I want the Save
- 11:19Speaker 1: America Act. Would you help me do that, please? That
- 11:21Speaker 1: would be good. We need to keep the pressure on.
- 11:23Speaker 1: In fact, the president did ask us when he gave
- 11:26Speaker 1: that speech at the end of last week, if we
- 11:29Speaker 1: would all keep those calls coming into the United States Senate.
- 11:32Speaker 1: If you would, if you do that today, that'd be
- 11:34Speaker 1: really helpful. Please keep the pressure on whoever your senator is.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Let them know you want the Save America Act. Now,
- 11:40Speaker 1: speaking of election integrity and speaking of senators, we've got
- 11:43Speaker 1: Mark Warner, idiot senator from Virginia, Democrat, He's on the
- 11:47Speaker 1: Intel committee, top Democrat on the Intel committee. And he
- 11:52Speaker 1: was lying about voter ID requirements in his own state
- 11:55Speaker 1: this weekend. It's true. He was on ABC News and
- 11:59Speaker 1: on the Sunday show that they've got.
- 12:01Speaker 3: And.
- 12:02Speaker 1: He was he made up a detail. He said, oh,
- 12:05Speaker 1: in Virginia, we've got photo ID. We have photo ID.
- 12:08Speaker 1: And the host of the show, a guy called Jonathan Karl, said, oh,
- 12:12Speaker 1: hold on a second. I live in Virginia. That's not true.
- 12:15Speaker 1: What are you?
- 12:16Speaker 4: You're lying.
- 12:18Speaker 1: It's amazing. An amazing moment as Jonathan Karl calls out
- 12:20Speaker 1: Mark Warner. Watch this.
- 12:22Speaker 6: I need a register to vote to vote. Is this
- 12:24Speaker 6: something that Democrats should get behind? We have 80 some
- 12:29Speaker 6: percent of Americans, 71 percent of them.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Of Democrats say they favor this? You know what? In Virginia,
- 12:36Speaker 4: We have voter ID and photo ID. I got to
- 12:38Speaker 4: show my.
- 12:39Speaker 6: That's actually not the case. I mean, I'm a Virginia voter.
- 12:41Speaker 6: You don't need to show a photo ID in Virginia.
- 12:44Speaker 6: There are a wide range of things you can show
- 12:46Speaker 6: for ID. And if you don't show one of those,
- 12:48Speaker 6: you can sign an affidavit saying.
- 12:49Speaker 4: You can sign an affidavit. But it's not required.
- 12:53Speaker 2: Those become ballots that if you want to contest later
- 12:56Speaker 2: can be contested. But you do have a variety of documents.
- 13:01Speaker 2: But we have voter ID of.
- 13:04Speaker 4: One form or another... Should that be a national standard?
- 13:10Speaker 4: That you have to show an ID?
- 13:12Speaker 2: The irony here would be the case. If you can
- 13:15Speaker 2: show any photo that is government stamped, would be fine.
- 13:20Speaker 2: Certain states will say, we're going to let you show
- 13:22Speaker 2: your NRA gun license, but you can't show your student ID.
- 13:30Speaker 7: What?
- 13:31Speaker 1: What the hell is he talking about? Did you hear that?
- 13:36Speaker 1: So first of all, he lied about the requirement to
- 13:39Speaker 1: show an ID in the state of Virginia. And good
- 13:42Speaker 1: for Jonathan Karl for calling him out on the spot, which,
- 13:45Speaker 1: by the way, the media should do so much more
- 13:48Speaker 1: frequently with Democrats. That's not true. Mark Warner just flatly
- 13:53Speaker 1: asserting something false. In Virginia, you don't have to show
- 13:57Speaker 1: your ID. You can just do a self-attestation. You swear.
- 14:01Speaker 1: You do an affidavit. You're like, oh, it's me. I promise.
- 14:04Speaker 1: And then you vote. Is this cause for problems?
- 14:08Speaker 8: Yes.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I've heard from voters before who said that their voters
- 14:11Speaker 1: were supplanted by the fact that somebody already cast a ballot.
- 14:14Speaker 4: In their name.
- 14:17Speaker 1: That's no good.
- 14:18Speaker 4: No bueno.
- 14:19Speaker 1: You can't have that. You need to be able to
- 14:22Speaker 1: prove you are who you say you are so that
- 14:24Speaker 1: no one else can steal your ballot. Mark Warner is lying.
- 14:29Speaker 1: And then when he says this thing about, look, look,
- 14:32Speaker 1: that's a really simple question that Carl asked him, Jonathan
- 14:35Speaker 1: Carl asked him. Like, do you think it should be
- 14:37Speaker 1: a national standard to show photo ID? And he gave
- 14:41Speaker 1: some mindless answer. He's like, well, it should be for
- 14:43Speaker 1: any government ID, not just your NRA license. Your NRA license?
- 14:47Speaker 1: What the hell are you talking about? An NRA card
- 14:51Speaker 1: of any kind is not a government issued ID, you dumbass.
- 14:57Speaker 1: What state is he even talking about? Oh, yeah, they
- 14:59Speaker 1: let you show your NRA card, but not your student ID.
- 15:03Speaker 2: What is he?
- 15:03Speaker 1: He's just making things up. He's pulling them out of
- 15:06Speaker 1: his dark and remote location. He's just inventing things that
- 15:11Speaker 1: don't even exist. And so that question, can we see
- 15:16Speaker 1: more of that, please? Can Sunday shows and all these
- 15:19Speaker 1: reporters please ask the most simple question of all? Do
- 15:22Speaker 1: you support photo ID or not? And if all these
- 15:25Speaker 1: Democrats start saying, yeah, yeah, I support it. Well, then
- 15:28Speaker 1: let's just do that bill immediately. Let's see if they do.
- 15:32Speaker 1: They don't. They don't want photo ID. They don't. That's
- 15:35Speaker 1: why even in states where they have it, they don't
- 15:37Speaker 1: really have it in some cases. Virginia is an example
- 15:40Speaker 1: of that. Can you show a photo ID?
- 15:42Speaker 8: Sure.
- 15:43Speaker 1: As a Virginia voter, every time I go into the election,
- 15:45Speaker 1: I show my ID. It makes it easy for them
- 15:48Speaker 1: to quickly hand you a ballot. But if you don't,
- 15:50Speaker 1: do you have another option? Just be like, I promise.
- 15:52Speaker 7: I promise.
- 15:53Speaker 1: I am who I say I am. And they're like,
- 15:54Speaker 1: are you sure? Yeah, yeah, yeah, I am who I
- 15:56Speaker 1: say I am. Okay, here's a ballot. That is actually
- 15:59Speaker 1: the system in Virginia.
- 16:01Speaker 4: It's crazy.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Why even have an ID requirement if there's no ID requirement?
- 16:06Speaker 3: Liar.
- 16:08Speaker 1: Mark Warner, liar. He really is something else. In fact,
- 16:14Speaker 1: he was on a bunch of the Sunday shows this weekend.
- 16:16Speaker 1: He fanned out. You know why? You know why they
- 16:17Speaker 1: had him on the Sunday shows? Because they wanted him
- 16:20Speaker 1: to come on and talk crap about President Trump's election
- 16:23Speaker 1: integrity push. So the media, which treated President Trump like
- 16:29Speaker 1: garbage the last week after he revealed all this really
- 16:32Speaker 1: important election information, subsequently on their Sunday shows, of course,
- 16:36Speaker 1: decided to have one of the biggest liars in the
- 16:39Speaker 1: Senate on, Mark Warner, to come on and rebut President
- 16:43Speaker 1: Trump's revelations. And so Mark Warner also appeared on CBS's
- 16:48Speaker 1: Face the Nation. And while he was there, he talked
- 16:53Speaker 1: about this guy, Jay Clayton. Now, Jay Clayton, to remind
- 16:56Speaker 1: you about who he is, he's the US attorney for
- 16:58Speaker 1: the Southern District of New York right now. And he
- 17:01Speaker 1: is prosecuting some of the biggest lefties and their role,
- 17:05Speaker 1: billionaire lefties and their role in funding Marxism and all
- 17:09Speaker 1: these destructive things, riots, terrorism in the United States. He
- 17:13Speaker 1: has impaled a grand jury against these people, which is
- 17:16Speaker 1: great news. President Trump has nominated him to become the
- 17:20Speaker 1: next director of national intelligence. And Jay Clayton, just this
- 17:23Speaker 1: past week, was giving testimony in Congress in order to
- 17:26Speaker 1: get that job, to be the new director of national intelligence.
- 17:29Speaker 4: And Mark Warner.
- 17:31Speaker 1: says on Face the Nation this weekend that he's very
- 17:34Speaker 1: concerned about Jay Clayton because he used to like him
- 17:38Speaker 1: because he used to interact with him quite a bit.
- 17:40Speaker 1: But now he's not so sure because he's worried that
- 17:43Speaker 1: Jay Clayton might pursue election integrity. I'm sorry, what? Watch this.
- 17:50Speaker 1: Cut to the.
- 17:50Speaker 4: Director of national intelligence.
- 17:52Speaker 9: Jay Clayton, who is currently the U.S. attorney for the
- 17:55Speaker 9: Southern District of New York, seemed unaware under questioning this
- 17:58Speaker 9: week that Tulsi Gabbard had been searching an election center
- 18:02Speaker 9: down in Georgia, the state of Georgia, something that she
- 18:05Speaker 9: does not have the legal mandate to do. The president
- 18:09Speaker 9: has also tasked Bill Pulte, the acting DNI, to dig
- 18:12Speaker 9: up information on 2020.
- 18:14Speaker 4: You pressed Jay Clayton.
- 18:16Speaker 9: On who won the 2020 election, and he said Joe
- 18:20Speaker 9: Biden was certified as president. Is that sufficient for you?
- 18:24Speaker 9: Do you intend to vote him out of committee? How
- 18:27Speaker 9: quickly will this happen?
- 18:30Speaker 4: I've known Jay for a long time. I like Jay.
- 18:32Speaker 2: I worked well with him when he was at the SEC,
- 18:35Speaker 2: but I was bitterly disappointed. by his performance in front
- 18:39Speaker 2: of my committee, not just from my questions, but from
- 18:41Speaker 2: many of my colleagues or even kind of acting like
- 18:44Speaker 2: he didn't understand what Gabbard had done in Fulton County.
- 18:48Speaker 4: So I will be voting against Jay Clayton.
- 18:53Speaker 2: So he won't advance out of committee? He will advance
- 18:55Speaker 2: out as long as all the Republicans vote for him.
- 18:57Speaker 2: He will advance out. And then we're a little rock
- 19:00Speaker 2: and a hard place here. I hope I know Jay
- 19:03Speaker 2: Clayton will probably get confirmed. I hope We see the
- 19:06Speaker 2: Jay Clayton that I've known and have worked with. The
- 19:09Speaker 2: one thing I also know is the absolute disaster we
- 19:12Speaker 2: have right now with the acting DNI, Bill Pulte, who
- 19:15Speaker 2: has no intelligence experience, who has nothing but loyalty to
- 19:19Speaker 2: Trump and, frankly, a past history when he was head
- 19:22Speaker 2: of the Fannie and Freddie of taking private mortgage information
- 19:26Speaker 2: and politically weaponizing that.
- 19:28Speaker 4: That is not the kind of person we want in
- 19:30Speaker 4: as DNI.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Private.
- 19:31Speaker 9: So you want a quick replacement, but you're not going
- 19:33Speaker 9: to vote for his replacement, though you think he's got
- 19:37Speaker 9: the Republican votes to actually get the job soon?
- 19:40Speaker 7: I hope so.
- 19:41Speaker 2: You hope so.
- 19:43Speaker 3: Wait.
- 19:44Speaker 1: He hopes so. First of all, does that clip make
- 19:49Speaker 1: you a little suspicious? Maybe some flags in the chat.
- 19:54Speaker 1: There's something very suspicious going on here. Let me walk
- 19:58Speaker 1: through that in a moment. I'm going to walk through
- 20:01Speaker 1: my concerns here because part of that gives me cause
- 20:03Speaker 1: for optimism. But there's other elements of that. You're Mark Warner.
- 20:07Speaker 1: He's speaking so favorably about Jay Clayton in the past.
- 20:11Speaker 1: It gives me the same pause that Jay Clayton's nomination
- 20:14Speaker 1: has given me throughout all of this. Hold tight. We'll
- 20:17Speaker 1: explore this together in just a moment, chat. A lot
- 20:20Speaker 1: more ahead on this edition of Vince. I want to
- 20:22Speaker 1: quickly thank one of our great sponsors today, though, and
- 20:25Speaker 1: that's Fatty15. You know, there's been a groundbreaking discovery to
- 20:28Speaker 1: help all of us age healthier. It's thanks to helping dolphins.
- 20:31Speaker 7: Dolphins.
- 20:32Speaker 1: Those really exist. We love dolphins. That discovery is C15
- 20:35Speaker 1: from Fatty15. It's the first emerging essential fatty acid identified
- 20:39Speaker 1: in more than 90 years. Studies show that when we
- 20:41Speaker 1: don't get enough C15, our cells actually can become fragile
- 20:45Speaker 1: and age faster. To address this, doctors spent more than
- 20:48Speaker 1: a decade developing the pure science-backed C15, found in fatty 15,
- 20:53Speaker 1: which really does help repair cellular damage. It helps support
- 20:57Speaker 1: sleep quality, cognitive health, metabolism, steady energy. I know this
- 21:01Speaker 1: because I experienced this. Since I added fatty 15 in
- 21:04Speaker 1: my routine, I've noticed deeper sleep, more consistent energy. I
- 21:07Speaker 1: just feel better. Fatty 15 was developed to support healthy
- 21:11Speaker 1: aging for all, from kids to parents to grandparents. And
- 21:14Speaker 1: that's why award-winning Fatty 15 is now available as pure capsules,
- 21:18Speaker 1: delicious apple mint gummies for teens and adults, and great
- 21:22Speaker 1: berry blast... Gummies for the kids.
- 21:24Speaker 4: Berry Blast.
- 21:25Speaker 1: Gummies for the kids. Fatty 15 is on a mission

- 21:50Speaker 1: so appreciate their support of the program. All right, now,
- 21:54Speaker 1: So Mark Warner, you hear him talk about Jay Clayton here.
- 21:57Speaker 1: And so I have two immediate reactions. One, I'm super
- 22:01Speaker 1: grateful that Jay Clayton is impaneling grand juries against destructive lefties.
- 22:06Speaker 1: I took that as a huge sign of encouragement last
- 22:08Speaker 1: week as I was breaking that story with you. I
- 22:11Speaker 1: think that's that's a wonderful, wonderful detail. And those guys
- 22:15Speaker 1: deserve it. He's going after this Chinese Communist Party linked
- 22:18Speaker 1: billionaire who's funding All of this craziness and rioting and
- 22:23Speaker 1: attacks on ICE all across the country. I love that.
- 22:27Speaker 1: I'll take that every day of the week. I'll also
- 22:29Speaker 1: take the fact that Mark Warner doesn't want him, is
- 22:33Speaker 1: a little annoyed with him. It seems to be miffed
- 22:36Speaker 1: with him that he's taking election integrity seriously. That he's
- 22:41Speaker 1: like not condemning Tulsi Gabbard and Bill Paltry. I like
- 22:45Speaker 1: that too. But here's the part that gives me pause.
- 22:48Speaker 1: And here's the part, I'll just be honest with you
- 22:49Speaker 1: because I'm always just honest with you. I'm worried about
- 22:54Speaker 1: the speed at which some establishment Republicans and all of
- 22:58Speaker 1: the Democrats are trying to ram Jay Clayton through. Mark
- 23:03Speaker 1: Warner knows that his vote is irrelevant to whether or
- 23:06Speaker 1: not Jay Clayton gets through. In fact, a no vote
- 23:10Speaker 1: on Jay Clayton Maybe the kind of thing that helps
- 23:15Speaker 1: Republicans feel like, oh, well, if Mark Warner doesn't want him,
- 23:19Speaker 1: then he's probably a good thing. You see what I'm saying?
- 23:22Speaker 1: I'm wondering to what extent there's a game of some
- 23:25Speaker 1: sort of chess going on here. And the fact that
- 23:28Speaker 1: he's like at the end of that exchange that he
- 23:31Speaker 1: just had with Margaret Brennan, when she said something, the
- 23:34Speaker 1: effect of, well, he's got enough Republican votes to get
- 23:37Speaker 1: through quickly. And he said, I hope so. Well, then
- 23:42Speaker 1: he's not voting for him, but he wants him to
- 23:44Speaker 1: get in quickly. You see what's happening right now? He
- 23:48Speaker 1: really wants Bill Palti out. That's what's happening. Bill Palti,
- 23:53Speaker 1: who's done an amazing job in all of the jobs
- 23:56Speaker 1: that President Trump has assigned him to, is right now
- 23:58Speaker 1: the acting director of national intelligence. He's the reason, to
- 24:03Speaker 1: be clear, you know that big speech that President Trump
- 24:05Speaker 1: gave last week on election integrity? Bill Paltry is the
- 24:08Speaker 1: reason that a lot of that information got out. As
- 24:10Speaker 1: the director of national intelligence, they declassified massive amounts of information.
- 24:17Speaker 1: And he's also dialed in on what Tulsi Gabbard was
- 24:20Speaker 1: dialed in on, which is election integrity problems with voting machines,
- 24:26Speaker 1: things that are going on in Fulton County, Georgia, no
- 24:28Speaker 1: doubt Maricopa County in Arizona. So Our fervent hope is
- 24:33Speaker 1: that Jay Clayton is just as mission oriented as Tulsi
- 24:37Speaker 1: Gabbard and Bill Palti are, you know, to clean up
- 24:40Speaker 1: all of our intelligence problems, the intelligence community itself. Tulsi
- 24:46Speaker 1: Gabbard and Bill Palti have been subsequently firing huge numbers
- 24:50Speaker 1: of people inside of the deep state. Jay Clayton has
- 24:53Speaker 1: to continue that mission. And if he shows up and
- 24:56Speaker 1: he's nothing more than than a handmaiden for the establishment.
- 25:00Speaker 1: If he's doing Mark Warner's bidding, this will be an
- 25:03Speaker 1: unmitigated disaster. Now, part of this, of course, involves, a
- 25:07Speaker 1: heavy part of this involves trusting the president's judgment on
- 25:10Speaker 1: the subject that Jay Clayton's the right guy for the job.
- 25:13Speaker 1: But it does make me concerned that Mark Warner is
- 25:17Speaker 1: being a little naked with the game that he's playing.
- 25:19Speaker 1: I'm voting against him, but I hope he gets the
- 25:21Speaker 1: job quickly. Yeah, that's no good. So keep your eye
- 25:24Speaker 1: on that, please. Keep your eye on that. That's a
- 25:27Speaker 1: That's a deeply important story. And I am concerned. I'll
- 25:31Speaker 1: just put it that way. I'm concerned about it. I'm
- 25:34Speaker 1: very concerned. Let's see. We have more election integrity news
- 25:39Speaker 1: to get to in just a moment. We're going to
- 25:42Speaker 1: do that with Jeff Clark, who's going to join us
- 25:43Speaker 1: here in a few minutes, former Justice Department official, a
- 25:46Speaker 1: guy who gave press. Speaking of Georgia, the saga of
- 25:50Speaker 1: Jeff Clark is really something. And maybe I could just
- 25:53Speaker 1: set this up for you before Jeff joins us here.
- 25:56Speaker 1: But I'll just take you back. In 2020, Jeff Clark
- 26:01Speaker 1: is a member of the Justice Department. And in the
- 26:04Speaker 1: midst of the chaos of the Georgia election, does anybody
- 26:07Speaker 1: remember this? The Georgia election was insane. So when the
- 26:10Speaker 1: Georgia election plays out, Jeff Clark suggests that the Georgia
- 26:15Speaker 1: state legislature should call a special session to in order
- 26:19Speaker 1: to audit the vote to make sure that the votes
- 26:21Speaker 1: are on the up and up. In other words, you know,
- 26:23Speaker 1: Jeffrey Clark was encouraging election integrity. Just look to make
- 26:28Speaker 1: sure that this is real. That's it. And so that
- 26:32Speaker 1: kind of advice is well taken by anybody who wants
- 26:35Speaker 1: credible elections in the United States of America. Now, that's
- 26:38Speaker 1: not the left. The left actually went on the warpath
- 26:41Speaker 1: against President Trump and everybody around him who sought election integrity,
- 26:45Speaker 1: and that includes Jeff Clark. And so what they did
- 26:48Speaker 1: was they pursued an effort to disbar him. And that
- 26:52Speaker 1: effort is continuing to this very day. Now, luckily, a
- 26:56Speaker 1: couple months ago, the Trump administration sued in order to
- 26:59Speaker 1: try and fight back against all of this nonsense. And
- 27:02Speaker 1: we've had a number of developments, even in the last week,
- 27:06Speaker 1: as the left is mobilizing its forces to continue to
- 27:09Speaker 1: destroy election integrity and destroy guys like Jeff Clark, who
- 27:13Speaker 1: are patriots, who are fighting for election integrity in the
- 27:16Speaker 1: United States. That's the current arrangement. That's the current state
- 27:19Speaker 1: of affairs. That's the current state of this battle. So
- 27:22Speaker 1: we have a big conversation ahead with Jeff Clark. We're
- 27:25Speaker 1: going to talk to him about election integrity, what the
- 27:27Speaker 1: president revealed, and what the latest is in his personal
- 27:30Speaker 1: battle just to stay a lawyer in the United States
- 27:33Speaker 1: of America in a world where the left doesn't want
- 27:35Speaker 1: you to do the job correctly. A lot more ahead
- 27:39Speaker 1: on this edition of events. I want to thank our
- 27:41Speaker 1: sponsors and our great guest has just A moment away.

- 30:06Speaker 1: happy to say, joining us now, a guest I've really
- 30:09Speaker 1: enjoyed talking to in the past, glad to have back
- 30:10Speaker 1: with us now, is Jeff Clark. Jeff Clark is, Jeff,
- 30:15Speaker 1: good to have you back on the show, sir. Tell
- 30:17Speaker 1: me a little bit about your thoughts about the president's
- 30:19Speaker 1: election integrity speech last week. What did you make of
- 30:23Speaker 1: the revelations?
- 30:25Speaker 7: Well, look, they're mammoth. And Many of us had suspected this,
- 30:30Speaker 7: and indeed, I had inside information to this effect. So
- 30:34Speaker 7: for me, it's great personal vindication. Obviously, the left has
- 30:39Speaker 7: gone into overdrive to try to minimize and lie about
- 30:43Speaker 7: those revelations and pretend it's all a nothing burger. They
- 30:50Speaker 7: really adopted this big talking point of, okay, let us
- 30:53Speaker 7: see if we can get this straight. Trump won when
- 30:56Speaker 7: Obama was president in 2016, and then he also won
- 31:01Speaker 7: when Biden was president in 2024, but he lost when
- 31:05Speaker 7: he himself was president in 2020, and that that was
- 31:09Speaker 7: the time that things were stolen. Okay, so they go
- 31:12Speaker 7: for these simple talking points, Vince, to try to get
- 31:16Speaker 7: past these bombshell revelations. And look, the idea that the
- 31:21Speaker 7: Chinese have hacked into millions of voter files that what
- 31:25Speaker 7: we know about the computer voting technology is that it
- 31:28Speaker 7: can be hacked after we were lied to for many
- 31:31Speaker 7: years and told that the machines didn't even connect to
- 31:33Speaker 7: the internet, which was never plausible. And the mainstream media
- 31:37Speaker 7: told us that if you said anything to the contrary,
- 31:39Speaker 7: you were a liar and a conspiracy theorist. There were
- 31:44Speaker 7: massive revelations about fraud in Michigan where they were paying
- 31:48Speaker 7: people on a per work piece basis to come up
- 31:52Speaker 7: with false registrations. There are illegal aliens on the voter rolls.
- 31:56Speaker 7: I mean, at some level, you have to react to
- 31:59Speaker 7: this of, you know, it's all true. It's all of
- 32:01Speaker 7: the things that many of us were complaining about, but
- 32:05Speaker 7: were told that we were stark raving mad, you know,
- 32:09Speaker 7: now have been shown to be true based on these
- 32:11Speaker 7: intelligence community revelations.
- 32:14Speaker 1: This is a point that the Democrats used to make
- 32:17Speaker 1: with some regularity when they thought that maybe Republicans would
- 32:21Speaker 1: be manipulating the machines. Now, I take people back from
- 32:23Speaker 1: time to time to 2004, Ohio, you had a Diebold
- 32:27Speaker 1: voting machine allegation that the left was advancing to suggest
- 32:31Speaker 1: that somehow George W. Bush had stolen the election in Ohio.
- 32:35Speaker 1: And then subsequently, you know, we've got plenty of game
- 32:37Speaker 1: tape of Kamala Harris and others telling us that we
- 32:41Speaker 1: need to be very concerned about manipulation of voting machines.
- 32:44Speaker 1: It was only after the 2020 election that suddenly every
- 32:47Speaker 1: one of these people said, how dare you question the
- 32:50Speaker 1: sacrosanct nature of voting machines?
- 32:53Speaker 7: Absolutely. And as soon as you raised the topic, the
- 32:56Speaker 7: first thing that popped into my head was the Diebold
- 32:58Speaker 7: or Diebold situation in 2004 for Bush. And, you know,
- 33:06Speaker 7: it's just they control the media and the narrative to
- 33:10Speaker 7: such an extent. And the American people are busy. And sadly,
- 33:15Speaker 7: in many cases, they're not fully civically educated. They're not
- 33:19Speaker 7: following the news as closely. They just imagine that they
- 33:22Speaker 7: have amnesia. So you and I remember 2004. Others remember 2004.
- 33:26Speaker 7: And then the script totally changes for 2020. But they
- 33:30Speaker 7: can pull this off because of the fact that the
- 33:32Speaker 7: American people seem to have pretty short memories.
- 33:35Speaker 1: Yes, indeed.
- 33:36Speaker 7: Okay.
- 33:36Speaker 1: So the president also revealed that there are over a
- 33:39Speaker 1: quarter million illegal aliens, excuse me, non-citizens specifically on the
- 33:43Speaker 1: voter rolls. And that's only in four states, by the way.
- 33:47Speaker 1: They don't have the other 46 states. They've got four
- 33:50Speaker 1: states showing a quarter million non-citizens. We also know that
- 33:52Speaker 1: there are nearly half a million dead people still on
- 33:55Speaker 1: the voter rolls in the states that we have access
- 33:58Speaker 1: to those voter files. Tell us your thoughts on just
- 34:02Speaker 1: how dirty the voter rolls are right now.
- 34:05Speaker 7: I think they're very dirty. I think, Vince, that this
- 34:09Speaker 7: is a problem that needs to get fixed. And look,
- 34:13Speaker 7: there are leftist organizations that sprung up, and these are
- 34:16Speaker 7: some of the same leftist organizations like one run by
- 34:19Speaker 7: this guy, David Becker, who I still find it amazing.
- 34:23Speaker 7: You mentioned my bar situation, which is ongoing. This guy
- 34:27Speaker 7: was at the Civil Rights Division, which was a real
- 34:30Speaker 7: hotbed of leftists. The Bush administration filed a case against Boston,
- 34:39Speaker 7: and he called up the defendants in that case, even
- 34:42Speaker 7: though he was postured to be representing the United States
- 34:46Speaker 7: as a plaintiff. And he offered his help to help
- 34:48Speaker 7: them get out of the case that the United States
- 34:50Speaker 7: had brought. That is the most fundamental ethics problem there is.
- 34:54Speaker 7: It's side switching, right? He should have gotten disbarred instead.
- 34:58Speaker 7: He left the Civil Rights Division. Now he runs this
- 35:00Speaker 7: big election shop, which is part of what partnered with
- 35:03Speaker 7: Mark Zuckerberg to put $ 400 plus million into stealing the
- 35:07Speaker 7: 2020 election from Donald Trump.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Yes.
- 35:13Speaker 7: And the thing is, the theory of his group was
- 35:15Speaker 7: that they were going to help you clean up your
- 35:16Speaker 7: election rolls. But I think they do exactly the opposite.
- 35:21Speaker 7: They make them sticky so that they don't get fixed.
- 35:24Speaker 7: People move. They're registered in multiple places. And one of
- 35:28Speaker 7: the things that came out about the Chinese hacking is
- 35:33Speaker 7: that the Chinese, using the capabilities they have, they can
- 35:37Speaker 7: change what state you're registered in. And that bears an
- 35:41Speaker 7: eerie similarity to the fact that we heard in 2020
- 35:44Speaker 7: that there were many people who showed up to the polls, Vince,
- 35:47Speaker 7: and were told they'd already voted. And so they either
- 35:51Speaker 7: just went home dejected or they filed provisional votes. And
- 35:56Speaker 7: who knows whether their vote ever actually counted. And so,
- 36:01Speaker 7: you know, John Solomon was, you know, he's a careful guy.
- 36:04Speaker 7: He's working for the president as a special government employee
- 36:07Speaker 7: at this point. He was careful to say, look, I
- 36:10Speaker 7: don't have direct evidence from the intelligence community that votes
- 36:13Speaker 7: were flipped, but the votes can be flipped. And then
- 36:16Speaker 7: the key point, which the left is completely ignoring, I
- 36:19Speaker 7: watched some MSNOW segments yesterday with Nicole Wallace, where this
- 36:24Speaker 7: was Mark Elias's repeated talking point. The point that they're
- 36:28Speaker 7: ignoring is that the voting, computer voting can be changed
- 36:34Speaker 7: in an undetectable way. It would be surprising, actually, if
- 36:38Speaker 7: you did have the evidence of the flip, because that
- 36:41Speaker 7: would mean that their computer technologists, who were obviously some
- 36:45Speaker 7: of the best in the world, you know, were terrible
- 36:47Speaker 7: at their job.
- 36:48Speaker 1: The president said that on Thursday night. That was a
- 36:50Speaker 1: key element of his revelations. So there's also, you know,
- 36:56Speaker 1: you mentioned Mark Elias, and it's got me thinking, Jeff,
- 36:58Speaker 1: about the plotting the left is now doing for the midterms.
- 37:04Speaker 1: The Mark Elias, Eric Holder, Chuck Schumer, Adam Schiff, a
- 37:11Speaker 1: number of these guys, they keep wargaming the midterms. We've
- 37:14Speaker 1: seen some reporting from Politico about that. And a part
- 37:17Speaker 1: of their plan is to try and block any effort
- 37:20Speaker 1: to audit the election. So once the ballots come in
- 37:24Speaker 1: for this year's midterms, their claim is that if the
- 37:28Speaker 1: Trump administration attempts to intervene to make sure that the
- 37:32Speaker 1: ballots are accurately counted in any jurisdiction— They want to
- 37:35Speaker 1: file injunctions to block ballot audits immediately. Jeff, tell us
- 37:41Speaker 1: what you think about the left's plans, what they're up
- 37:44Speaker 1: to right now.
- 37:46Speaker 7: So this is part of their general strategy to use
- 37:48Speaker 7: the district court judges who are of the same mind
- 37:52Speaker 7: as them. And it's sad for me to report this
- 37:55Speaker 7: to you because there's a kind of a meta diagnosis
- 37:57Speaker 7: for this. Starting at the turn of the 20th century, really,
- 38:01Speaker 7: this jurisprudential school started called legal realism. And it's spread all,
- 38:06Speaker 7: it's embedded deeply in our law schools. And it basically
- 38:09Speaker 7: teaches and has taught now generations upon generations of law
- 38:14Speaker 7: students that the law is just politics, that the judges
- 38:18Speaker 7: are politicians in robes. And if you teach that to
- 38:21Speaker 7: enough students and you make it seem like it's sophisticated
- 38:24Speaker 7: and you don't, have students who can push back and say,
- 38:27Speaker 7: you know, that's not the way it's supposed to be.
- 38:30Speaker 7: Those students obviously tend to go on to be conservatives. Then,
- 38:34Speaker 7: you know, the people who get brainwashed by this, if
- 38:36Speaker 7: they manage to get politically connected enough or prominent enough
- 38:41Speaker 7: to get appointed as federal judges, they bring that idea
- 38:46Speaker 7: to the bench and then they just rule for their side.
- 38:49Speaker 7: So they, the left knows, the Mark Elias knows that
- 38:53Speaker 7: through careful forum selections, of trying to get to judges
- 38:56Speaker 7: who think like that. And the judge down in Florida
- 39:01Speaker 7: with Trump's settled case about the IRS releasing his tax
- 39:06Speaker 7: return information, I mean, she's totally flipped a gasket. Her
- 39:11Speaker 7: decision makes no sense. She's reaching out to sanction people
- 39:15Speaker 7: who weren't even part of the case. She's an example
- 39:18Speaker 7: of this. But Mark Elias, Norm Eisen, and other characters
- 39:22Speaker 7: like that, they know exactly where to run to. So
- 39:24Speaker 7: it's a serious danger. They're going to run to judges
- 39:27Speaker 7: like that if there are any attempts to push back
- 39:31Speaker 7: on hinky election results. And look, it's total result orientation
- 39:36Speaker 7: on their part. So if there's a conservative state that
- 39:40Speaker 7: looks at its election returns and says, we're going to
- 39:43Speaker 7: start digging into this, Then what would they do if
- 39:46Speaker 7: they had the presidency? They'd stick the civil rights division
- 39:48Speaker 7: on them and they'd say, oh, you're trying to disenfranchise
- 39:51Speaker 7: black people or something like that. But magically, when things
- 39:56Speaker 7: are flipped, Republican has the presidency and he's looking at
- 40:00Speaker 7: blue states with election results. Then they say, oh, no, no, no.
- 40:04Speaker 7: The Constitution says that elections are only for states. They're
- 40:07Speaker 7: not for the federal government.
- 40:08Speaker 1: And they've got the cover and they've got air cover
- 40:10Speaker 1: from the media, too, which is disgusting. The Politico report
- 40:14Speaker 1: I just cited is so over the top ridiculous. I mean,
- 40:17Speaker 1: it it says that they're trying to prevent President Trump
- 40:20Speaker 1: from interfering in the election process. When President Trump has
- 40:23Speaker 1: no intention of interfering in any election, President Trump's entire
- 40:27Speaker 1: declaration is that he wants credible elections. It's the same thing, Jeff,
- 40:31Speaker 1: like when you see all these claims that, oh, Trump's
- 40:33Speaker 1: going to deploy armed troops to the polls. There's like,
- 40:37Speaker 1: you're an idiot. Like the idea, if ICE agents were
- 40:41Speaker 1: actually at the polls, first of all, voters would be
- 40:43Speaker 1: shaking their hands as they go in to vote. There's no,
- 40:46Speaker 1: nobody feels threatened by federal law enforcement showing up to
- 40:49Speaker 1: the polls. You're inventing this. as a predicate to scare
- 40:53Speaker 1: voters into submission?
- 40:55Speaker 7: Well, you're giving me a good opening to talk about
- 40:57Speaker 7: a win we had a couple of weeks ago at
- 41:00Speaker 7: the Oversight Project, a case that I personally went out
- 41:03Speaker 7: to try on an emergency basis with my colleague and
- 41:08Speaker 7: head of our state litigation, Neil Cornett. So the victory
- 41:12Speaker 7: we won was that Adrian Fontes, the Secretary of State,
- 41:16Speaker 7: Democrat Secretary of State in Arizona, and Chris Mays, the
- 41:20Speaker 7: same Democrat attorney general who prosecuted John Eastman and Mark
- 41:24Speaker 7: Meadows and Rudy Giuliani and Christina Bob, et cetera. And
- 41:29Speaker 7: then she lost and she's vowed that she's going to
- 41:31Speaker 7: re-indict them with a new grand jury. I mean, that's
- 41:34Speaker 7: who the people were talking about here. They're very subtle.
- 41:36Speaker 7: And so they rewrote their election manual to say that
- 41:42Speaker 7: there are state statutes against intimidation. And so they say
- 41:46Speaker 7: if someone shows up to vote in a law enforcement
- 41:49Speaker 7: uniform or there are military members in their Air Force
- 41:52Speaker 7: bases near Pima County where we brought this case, that
- 41:56Speaker 7: that's inherently intimidating and the police can be called on
- 41:59Speaker 7: them and they can be ejected and they can be
- 42:02Speaker 7: denied the right to vote. So the judge blocked that.
- 42:05Speaker 7: He granted us a preliminary injunction against that. But this
- 42:08Speaker 7: is the kind of thing they try to do, right?
- 42:10Speaker 7: This is something that clearly disenfranchises Republican voters because If
- 42:16Speaker 7: you're in the military, if you're in law enforcement, if
- 42:19Speaker 7: you're an agent, you're much more likely to be a Republican, right?
- 42:23Speaker 1: Are you telling me that the left wants to keep
- 42:25Speaker 1: black service members away from voting if they're in uniform?
- 42:28Speaker 1: Did you say that?
- 42:29Speaker 7: Because they might vote Republican and that's a no-no. Interesting.
- 42:33Speaker 1: Very interesting. Sounds like Jim Crow 3.0 actually underway in
- 42:37Speaker 1: a place like Arizona. It's so typical.
- 42:40Speaker 7: It really is.
- 42:41Speaker 1: Speaking of Arizona, actually, I want to get your thoughts
- 42:43Speaker 1: on Georgia and Arizona specifically, because we know that the
- 42:48Speaker 1: FBI has raided both Fulton County and Maricopa County over
- 42:53Speaker 1: the past years, have obtained a bunch of documents related
- 42:56Speaker 1: to the 2020 election. What do you make of those cases?
- 43:00Speaker 1: What do you suspect is going to happen there?
- 43:02Speaker 7: Look, I know a lot more about Georgia because that
- 43:06Speaker 7: was the focus of what I was investigating when I
- 43:09Speaker 7: was last at the Justice Department in 2020 and early
- 43:13Speaker 7: 2021 than I do about Maricopa County. What I know
- 43:16Speaker 7: about Maricopa County are things that I've read, cases that
- 43:20Speaker 7: I've followed, what happened with Cary Lake and what happened
- 43:25Speaker 7: with people who go to vote and it turns out
- 43:28Speaker 7: magically they don't have the right size paper and that
- 43:31Speaker 7: that also targets Republican districts, right? I think that Fulton
- 43:36Speaker 7: County is a hotbed of corruption, and that's why I
- 43:40Speaker 7: was suspicious of Fulton County. So I hope that the
- 43:43Speaker 7: investigation bears out my intuitions, which is that, you know,
- 43:47Speaker 7: there was corruption there. And I know, you know, that
- 43:50Speaker 7: there are various forms of corruption in 2020, like the
- 43:53Speaker 7: fact that they didn't do signature verification on the ballots,
- 43:56Speaker 7: even though that was a clear requirement of Georgia law.
- 44:01Speaker 7: And so, you know, I think these are serious election
- 44:04Speaker 7: cases that have to be watched. But I think that
- 44:07Speaker 7: the Republican establishment in Georgia, for whatever reason, seems to
- 44:11Speaker 7: have been captured by people who are all adjacent to
- 44:14Speaker 7: Governor Kemp. And they promote their own power, but they
- 44:17Speaker 7: don't seem like they're really on board with how the
- 44:20Speaker 7: Republican Party has changed and become populist under President Trump.
- 44:25Speaker 7: You know, they're stuck in a kind of perpetual Bushite mode. And,
- 44:31Speaker 7: you know, it's kind of like a political machine that's
- 44:35Speaker 7: corrupt in its own way. And for that reason, especially
- 44:38Speaker 7: given the racial dimension of the population in Fulton County,
- 44:43Speaker 7: I think they tend to roll over far too much.
- 44:45Speaker 7: So if there's a, you know, a situation that calls,
- 44:48Speaker 7: that cries out for federal law enforcement, it's anything going
- 44:52Speaker 7: on with Fulton County.
- 44:55Speaker 1: I want people to understand your story. Jeff Clark, tell
- 44:58Speaker 1: me about the advice that you offered, a legal advice
- 45:01Speaker 1: you offered during the 2020 election and the nightmare that
- 45:05Speaker 1: it's led to for you since then.
- 45:08Speaker 3: Sure.
- 45:08Speaker 7: So look, I can cover here things that have become public,
- 45:12Speaker 7: but much of the information and advice remain legally privileged
- 45:18Speaker 7: under four different legal privileges. I'll just mention two, lawyer-client
- 45:23Speaker 7: privilege and executive privilege. And, you know, they've been trying to,
- 45:27Speaker 7: to penetrate that or put so much pressure on me
- 45:30Speaker 7: in various ways that I just, you know, roll over
- 45:33Speaker 7: and surrender that. And I've refused to do it. And
- 45:35Speaker 7: that's why I've been fighting for six years to keep my,
- 45:38Speaker 7: my bar license. Um, you know, I, the, the basic
- 45:42Speaker 7: advice that I gave was that, uh, the Georgia election
- 45:46Speaker 7: looks suspicious. There were things like signature verification not being
- 45:50Speaker 7: followed for that reason. I gave constitutional advice to the
- 45:55Speaker 7: president that under the electors clause in Article 2, the
- 46:00Speaker 7: legislatures of the states are given a direct power to
- 46:04Speaker 7: decide who their electors should be. There's a Supreme Court
- 46:07Speaker 7: case called McPherson that's quite old at this point, but
- 46:11Speaker 7: it's foundational, that says that the state legislatures have plenary power,
- 46:17Speaker 7: like complete power over who the electors are. So given
- 46:21Speaker 7: all of the strangeness and irregularities and I think outright
- 46:26Speaker 7: violations of law that happened, especially in Fulton County, that
- 46:29Speaker 7: the Georgia legislature could call itself in a special session.
- 46:32Speaker 7: They didn't need to wait for Governor Kemp to use
- 46:35Speaker 7: his powers as a state governor to call them into
- 46:39Speaker 7: special session because the electors clause doesn't involve the governor.
- 46:43Speaker 7: It's a direct power conferral from the people of the
- 46:46Speaker 7: United States in the Constitution to state legislature. So no
- 46:49Speaker 7: one's laid a glove on that constitutional analysis, Vince, but
- 46:56Speaker 7: what they came after me for, it's truly laughable, is
- 46:59Speaker 7: they said that my letter was an attempt to lie
- 47:03Speaker 7: because I wrote in the draft letter, which never issued,
- 47:07Speaker 7: in which I never leaked to the press, my enemies
- 47:10Speaker 7: are the ones who leaked it to the press, that
- 47:13Speaker 7: said that the Justice Department has serious concerns about the
- 47:17Speaker 7: the validity of the election in Georgia in 2020. So
- 47:22Speaker 7: two of my superiors, who are my only two superiors
- 47:26Speaker 7: at that point, they disagreed with me. They didn't think
- 47:29Speaker 7: there was anything wrong with the election, or so they said.
- 47:32Speaker 7: In reality, I don't think they really did any investigations
- 47:34Speaker 7: of any value at all, because they just wanted it
- 47:38Speaker 7: all to go away. But They said they disagreed. And so, well,
- 47:43Speaker 7: lawyers disagree. You know, newsflash. Lawyers disagree with each other.
- 47:46Speaker 7: You don't know how many times in my career I've
- 47:49Speaker 7: been a voice of one. And then you roll along
- 47:52Speaker 7: long enough and it turns out I was entirely right.
- 47:56Speaker 7: But it's too foundational for the left. They cannot admit
- 48:01Speaker 7: that the 2020 election was compromised in any way.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 48:07Speaker 7: They just they invested so much in the idea that Biden. one,
- 48:11Speaker 7: you know, uh, the auto pen president, you know, the
- 48:14Speaker 7: vegetable president, um, that they, they, they have to destroy
- 48:18Speaker 7: somebody like me. So now things have reached the DC, uh,
- 48:22Speaker 7: court of appeals and they recently stayed the case. This
- 48:26Speaker 7: is the second time they've stayed the case against me.
- 48:29Speaker 7: So that's, you know, it's going on for six years,
- 48:31Speaker 7: as you noted at the outset before I joined, uh,
- 48:36Speaker 7: the Justice Department sued in federal court in an Article
- 48:40Speaker 7: 3 court in D.C., the D.C. bar, all of the D.C.
- 48:44Speaker 7: local judges, Mr. Fox, who's the quasi prosecutor, saying that,
- 48:49Speaker 7: you know, they can't interfere in the federal government's operation
- 48:52Speaker 7: and legal advice like this. So now, you know, it's
- 48:56Speaker 7: like all hell is broken loose on the left. They
- 48:59Speaker 7: got Biden's former solicitor general, Elizabeth Prelogar, to come in
- 49:04Speaker 7: and represent the judges. They have a whole cast of
- 49:08Speaker 7: legal luminaries coming in. They have like 20 plus states
- 49:12Speaker 7: that have come in to try to block D.C. from
- 49:15Speaker 7: getting that relief to trying to block DOJ from getting
- 49:19Speaker 7: that relief to help me against D.C.
- 49:22Speaker 3: Yes.
- 49:23Speaker 7: It's just it's it's unreal.
- 49:25Speaker 8: Right.
- 49:25Speaker 7: And it's not being covered by the mainstream media.
- 49:28Speaker 1: So I'm sorry, but the forces of the entire left
- 49:31Speaker 1: are against you right now. Twenty different states and the
- 49:34Speaker 1: former solicitor general for the Biden administration have joined forces
- 49:37Speaker 1: to destroy one man.
- 49:39Speaker 3: Yes.
- 49:40Speaker 7: Yes. And it should be a bigger news story. And
- 49:44Speaker 7: it's not because of who controls the mainstream media.
- 49:47Speaker 1: But they're all dedicated to destroying Jeff Clark. And the
- 49:50Speaker 1: reason for that is because they don't want people to
- 49:53Speaker 1: think that you're allowed to raise any legal challenges whatsoever
- 49:57Speaker 1: to the way an election is conducted.
- 49:59Speaker 3: Yes.
- 49:59Speaker 7: And then if you ask, is there a general principle
- 50:02Speaker 7: that they're also fighting for? It is because there is.
- 50:06Speaker 7: It's because in the 1970s, they managed to kind of
- 50:09Speaker 7: totally distort local and state ethics processes to put these
- 50:15Speaker 7: ethics processes as a kind of ultimate check to keep
- 50:18Speaker 7: people in line with, you know, whatever the mainstream establishment
- 50:23Speaker 7: view is. And so, you know, if you're a lawyer
- 50:26Speaker 7: who believes, you know, in the Constitution and you believe
- 50:29Speaker 7: that you can interpret the Constitution based on your own
- 50:32Speaker 7: oath and your own conscience, and you give that advice
- 50:36Speaker 7: to the president and that that advice is sacrosanct, then
- 50:41Speaker 7: they want the ability to call in these local people.
- 50:45Speaker 7: And in DC, all the people who so far have
- 50:47Speaker 7: weighed in against me at this thing called the hearing
- 50:51Speaker 7: committees in DC and on the board of professional responsibility
- 50:54Speaker 7: in DC, they're all volunteers and they're not just lawyers.
- 50:58Speaker 7: They're about 80% lawyers and 20% lay people And how
- 51:04Speaker 7: lay people can be called in, like there was a
- 51:06Speaker 7: healthcare professional who was called in to sort of look
- 51:09Speaker 7: at my constitutional analysis about the electors clause that I
- 51:12Speaker 7: spun out for you, right? It's ludicrous.
- 51:15Speaker 1: And so- How many of them have blue hair?
- 51:21Speaker 7: It was close to blue hair with that. When I
- 51:26Speaker 7: was called to testify, so I took the Fifth Amendment
- 51:30Speaker 7: in addition to all the privileges I mentioned, right? Yeah.
- 51:33Speaker 7: And so my lawyers, you know, tried to say, look, like,
- 51:35Speaker 7: why are you going to put him on the stand?
- 51:37Speaker 7: You're just doing this to try to embarrass him on
- 51:40Speaker 7: national TV because it was broadcast on YouTube and they'll
- 51:43Speaker 7: take snippets out of it.
- 51:44Speaker 2: Sure.
- 51:44Speaker 7: And, you know, the hearing committee chair was like, no,
- 51:47Speaker 7: I'm going to make him testify. So I come up,
- 51:49Speaker 7: you know, I got to answer like repetitive question after
- 51:52Speaker 7: repetitive question.
- 51:53Speaker 3: Yes.
- 51:54Speaker 7: And to say, OK, I'm taking law enforcement privilege, executive privilege,
- 51:59Speaker 7: deliberative process privilege. And lawyer-client privilege and the fit, right?
- 52:04Speaker 7: I got to do that over and over and over again.
- 52:06Speaker 4: Yep.
- 52:07Speaker 7: And then there was one question that the lady I mentioned,
- 52:13Speaker 7: who was the layperson on the hearing committee, that I
- 52:16Speaker 7: did decide to answer, which was she said, because we
- 52:21Speaker 7: asked you the question of if you're taking lawyer-client privilege,
- 52:24Speaker 7: who do you think your client was? And there was
- 52:26Speaker 7: like indignancy in the question. Like your client is the
- 52:29Speaker 7: American people. And I said, incorrect. My client, when I'm
- 52:34Speaker 7: in the executive branch at the Justice Department, is the
- 52:37Speaker 7: head of the executive branch, the president of the United
- 52:40Speaker 7: States in his official capacity. And you could have heard
- 52:43Speaker 7: a pin drop at that point because they were shocked
- 52:47Speaker 7: to hear that answer because this is not the idea
- 52:50Speaker 7: of the ethics authorities, right? They've tried for years and
- 52:53Speaker 7: they actually passed a rule in D.C. to say that
- 52:56Speaker 7: if you're in the executive branch, your client is the
- 52:59Speaker 7: head of agency that you're in. So to them, the
- 53:04Speaker 7: acting attorney general in 2020 was my client, not President Trump,
- 53:09Speaker 7: even though I was directly dealing with President Trump. And
- 53:13Speaker 7: they would not hear any argument to the contrary, even
- 53:15Speaker 7: though that argument is just basic constitutional law.
- 53:18Speaker 1: So Jeff, finally, how encouraged are you by the fact
- 53:21Speaker 1: that the Justice Department is fighting for you here? I
- 53:23Speaker 1: saw Todd Blanch and the team, they have been fighting
- 53:26Speaker 1: on your side of this to try and keep you
- 53:29Speaker 1: from being hurt so badly by all these crazy lefties.
- 53:33Speaker 7: I'm very encouraged by it. I'm grateful to them for
- 53:35Speaker 7: doing it because it's not costless, right? I mean, given
- 53:39Speaker 7: how they ran my name.
- 53:40Speaker 8: Through the mud, given that they pulled me out of
- 53:42Speaker 8: my house in 2022 without letting me get dressed, Given,
- 53:47Speaker 8: you know, and they just they ran all these narratives
- 53:49Speaker 8: like this guy, you know, he's a nobody. He has
- 53:53Speaker 8: no particular legal credentials. He just was like a yes
- 53:56Speaker 8: man who showed up for President Trump, which totally ignores
- 53:59Speaker 8: all of my accolades that I was the only assistant
- 54:02Speaker 8: attorney general who was asked to run two of seven
- 54:05Speaker 8: litigating divisions, 1400 lawyers simultaneously. Right.
- 54:09Speaker 7: But they cook up these narratives to try to demonize people. So,
- 54:13Speaker 7: you know, but given that that's the mainstream narrative for
- 54:16Speaker 7: them to come in on my side creates political costs
- 54:19Speaker 7: for them. So I'm I'm very grateful. And, you know,
- 54:22Speaker 7: they did this at a time, you know, just a
- 54:24Speaker 7: few months in advance of of Todd Blanche's confirmation hearing.
- 54:28Speaker 7: So it shows that he is a stand up guy
- 54:31Speaker 7: and he's willing to take strong positions.
- 54:33Speaker 1: Yes, he's fearless, which is good. I've been very encouraged
- 54:35Speaker 1: by his time as acting attorney general. Jeff Clark, thank
- 54:38Speaker 1: you very much with the Oversight Project these days and
- 54:40Speaker 1: continuing to stay in the fight. God bless you for it.
- 54:42Speaker 1: Thank you, Jeff. Great to talk to you today, sir.
- 54:45Speaker 7: Good to talk to you too, Vince. Thank you.
- 54:46Speaker 1: Be well. There he is, Jeff Clark. That's a good American.
- 54:51Speaker 1: A guy who really, really believes in the country and
- 54:54Speaker 1: has fought very hard for it and is taking, boy,
- 54:57Speaker 1: big time, the slings and the arrows. And I forgot
- 55:00Speaker 1: all about his 2022, the raid on his house and
- 55:03Speaker 1: pulling him out. He wasn't even dressed. He was in
- 55:07Speaker 1: his underwear. They pull him out in front of his house.
- 55:10Speaker 1: They tortured that man, and he's staying in the fight.
- 55:12Speaker 1: God bless him for it. God bless him for it.
- 55:15Speaker 1: Good to have him with us today. I did tell
- 55:19Speaker 1: you that I want to tell you in brief today
- 55:21Speaker 1: a little bit about what we know about the Iran war,
- 55:23Speaker 1: the updates on that subject before we check out today,
- 55:26Speaker 1: although I have a lot more to get to on
- 55:27Speaker 1: the big national radio show. We had some developments through
- 55:31Speaker 1: the weekend.
- 55:32Speaker 3: U.S.
- 55:33Speaker 1: Service members were killed in strikes by Iran. An Iranian
- 55:39Speaker 1: attack on a U.S. base in Jordan led to the
- 55:42Speaker 1: death of two U.S. troops, another missing, as well as
- 55:47Speaker 1: a bunch wounded in the attack. Here's the update. This
- 55:52Speaker 1: is CBS News headline this morning. At least two U.S.
- 55:55Speaker 1: soldiers were killed over the weekend in an Iranian attack
- 55:58Speaker 1: on a U.S. base in Jordan. Another is listed as
- 56:01Speaker 1: missing in action. The third American service member died in
- 56:04Speaker 1: Iraq after a controlled detonation of an Iranian drone. Four
- 56:08Speaker 1: Iranian attacks in five days on U.S. forces in Jordan
- 56:11Speaker 1: have also left dozens wounded, raising questions about whether missile
- 56:15Speaker 1: defense systems had failed to intercept or even detect the
- 56:18Speaker 1: incoming fire. President Trump was paying tribute to the fallen
- 56:21Speaker 1: forces Sunday, calling them patriots who were fighting to ensure
- 56:25Speaker 1: that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
- 56:27Speaker 5: The U.S.
- 56:28Speaker 1: Military had vowed to swiftly punish Iran for the deadly
- 56:31Speaker 1: attacks and punish we did. It's been nine straight nights,
- 56:38Speaker 1: days of strikes by Central Command, Central Command revealing that
- 56:43Speaker 1: we've been doing that. This is the update as of
- 56:46Speaker 1: this morning as we've been blowing the hell out of
- 56:49Speaker 1: these guys.
- 56:50Speaker 3: U.S.
- 56:50Speaker 1: Central Command successfully completed nine consecutive evenings of strikes against
- 56:54Speaker 1: Iran at 10 p.m. Eastern last night. CENCOM assets targeted
- 56:59Speaker 1: Iranian military command centers, air defense, coastal surveillance sites, maritime capabilities,
- 57:04Speaker 1: missile and drone launch sites, and communications networks to further
- 57:08Speaker 1: diminish Iran's ability to attack commercial vessels and civilian mariners
- 57:13Speaker 1: transiting the Strait of Hormuz.
- 57:15Speaker 8: The U.S.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Military is holding Iran accountable at the commander-in-chief's direction. CENTCOM
- 57:20Speaker 1: forces remain highly vigilant, focused, lethal, and ready. And you
- 57:24Speaker 1: can see on screen right now, rumble.com slash Vince, if
- 57:27Speaker 1: you'd like to see the footage, more of that military
- 57:30Speaker 1: footage of our boys loading up our munitions, these jets
- 57:36Speaker 1: taking off, and these strikes underway on all of these
- 57:40Speaker 1: Iranian targets. Now, you probably are having the same thought
- 57:42Speaker 1: I'm having, which is, if we're aware of these targets,
- 57:46Speaker 1: why let them linger? Why not just take out all
- 57:48Speaker 1: of them, uh, immediately? And that I assume is the
- 57:52Speaker 1: game plan, uh, to take out as many of these
- 57:54Speaker 1: as we can. I do know that oftentimes, uh, the
- 57:58Speaker 1: reason why you'll see, um, uh, it takes a while
- 58:02Speaker 1: for us to hit. We're like, why do you have
- 58:03Speaker 1: so many missiles? What's going on? Why do they, I
- 58:05Speaker 1: thought we diminished the missiles. Well, we have, we've substantially demissile, uh, rather, uh,
- 58:11Speaker 1: diminish their missile stockpiles. Um, And the biggest thing we've
- 58:15Speaker 1: diminished is their manufacturing capacity. We've destroyed so much of
- 58:19Speaker 1: their industrial base in Iran. The problem is there's a
- 58:23Speaker 1: little bit of a whack-a-mole game going. They duck into
- 58:26Speaker 1: these bunkers and then they hide. And then we don't
- 58:30Speaker 1: know where they are until they pop out to fire
- 58:31Speaker 1: the missiles. And then when they do, well, then kaboom,
- 58:34Speaker 1: we blow them up. But that's usually how this is happening.
- 58:37Speaker 1: So once they start firing from a location, we destroy it.
- 58:41Speaker 1: But that's been the process. But another night of strikes
- 58:45Speaker 1: on Iran as the president attempts to beat them into
- 58:48Speaker 1: submission to stop them from getting a nuclear weapon and
- 58:51Speaker 1: to stop them from menacing the Strait of Hormuz. Now,
- 58:55Speaker 1: the president did speak out last night about all of this.
- 59:00Speaker 1: He said, we did hit them very hard last night.
- 59:03Speaker 1: Here's the president giving us remarks from a tarmac. He
- 59:06Speaker 1: was traveling to and from the World Cup yesterday saying,
- 59:10Speaker 1: Here's the president speaking to the press. Take a look here.
- 59:13Speaker 2: Watch.
- 59:15Speaker 3: Well, we feel very badly. But, you know, those great people,
- 59:18Speaker 3: those great patriots are out there fighting that Iran cannot
- 59:22Speaker 3: have a nuclear weapon.
- 59:24Speaker 7: Iran has been.
- 59:24Speaker 3: Very, very badly damaged. They've lost jobs. everything almost militarily.
- 59:31Speaker 3: They've got very little left. They've got some missiles. They've
- 59:34Speaker 3: got some drones. They've got some manufacturing ability, not much.
- 59:39Speaker 3: We control the Strait. They don't control anything. So we'll
- 59:43Speaker 3: see what happens. But we hit them very hard again tonight.
- 59:47Speaker 3: And we did that in honor of the probably three.
- 59:50Speaker 3: It's probably three as opposed to two.
- 59:52Speaker 1: We hit them very hard tonight in honor of the
- 59:57Speaker 1: service members that we lost. God bless them for their service.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: God comfort their families. The president's staying in the fight.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: The president also saying that his goal is to stop
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: them from having a nuclear weapon. Here's the president on
- 1:00:13Speaker 1: that subject. Take a look.
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: This is a far bigger job that we're doing. We
- 1:00:18Speaker 3: were doing a little job in stopping them from having
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: a certain capability. Now we're just ending it. So it's
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: really not the same thing. What we're doing now is
- 1:00:27Speaker 3: we're ending any chance where they can have a nuclear missile.
- 1:00:31Speaker 3: If you look at it, after a week and a half,
- 1:00:34Speaker 3: not four weeks, a week and a half, two weeks,
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: we stopped them from probably, but I don't want to
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: have the word probably.
- 1:00:40Speaker 7: This is a far bigger.
- 1:00:41Speaker 1: Yeah, and I don't want to have the word probably.
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: I want to have the word definitely is the President
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: of the United States. Holy cow, the battle there continues.
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: Although I will say this morning, markets edging up as
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: we started the program today because apparently, according to CNBC,
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: some Iranian officials are now signaling that there may have
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: been a negotiating breakthrough with the United States of some kind.
- 1:01:07Speaker 1: We will see. We've heard this before. Keep your eyes
- 1:01:11Speaker 1: on it. As always, And as always, thanks for being

- 1:01:47Speaker 5: I think a lot of people are underestimating the Trump
- 1:01:50Speaker 5: effect in this midterm. You've heard it yourself. Act like
- 1:01:53Speaker 5: I'm on the ballot. Why is he saying that? You
- 1:01:56Speaker 5: think he doesn't know what he's doing? That is the
- 1:01:59Speaker 5: X factor. Folks, elections are a math issue.
