• 0:00
Speaker 1: This country has gotten very strange politically, especially with little
• 0:04
Speaker 1: of the communists that are up for election. You know
• 0:06
Speaker 1: they have communists, these aren't socialists. He's a communists and
• 0:09
Speaker 1: they're all up. How about the guy in Maine, he's
• 0:12
Speaker 1: got the Nazis stickers, He's got the whole dealens. They're
• 0:16
Speaker 1: trying to say that's a So for eight years, ten years,
• 0:20
Speaker 1: they said Trump is a Nazi. Now they can't say
• 0:23
Speaker 1: that anymore because they have a guy with the tattoo
• 0:25
  Speaker 1: on his chest.
• 0:27
  Speaker 2: Unlivable.
• 0:29
Speaker 3: You're listening to the forty seven Morning Update with Ben ferguson.
• 0:32
Speaker 2: Good Wednesday morning nights.
• 0:33
Speaker 4: Have you with us on the forty seven Morning Update,
• 0:36
Speaker 4: and we've got a very big story for you. A
• 0:38
Speaker 4: radical activist judge has now blocked the use of a
• 0:41
Speaker 4: federal database to check citizenship, meaning that illegal immigrants and
• 0:46
Speaker 4: others who shouldn't be voting in our elections are now
• 0:49
  Speaker 4: being protected.
• 0:51
Speaker 2: So what happens next?
• 0:53
Speaker 4: And the second part of this story is Senator Cruz
• 0:55
Speaker 4: joins us to talk about this judge and how it
• 0:58
Speaker 4: could work its way through the short system. But will
• 1:01
Speaker 4: it have an impact on the midterm elections or could
• 1:04
Speaker 4: they stall until the presidential elections in.
• 1:06
  Speaker 2: Twenty twenty eight.
• 1:08
Speaker 4: But first I want to tell you about our friends
• 1:10
Speaker 4: at Patriot Mobile. The sakes right now could not be higher.
• 1:14
Speaker 4: We finally have a president and administration fighting hard for
• 1:17
Speaker 4: America first. But if conservatives lose focus now, the same
• 1:21
Speaker 4: people who created this mess, we're already in waiting to
• 1:24
Speaker 4: resume their destructive progressive agendas. And protecting this momentum takes
• 1:29
Speaker 4: more than just votes. It takes everyday Americans like you
• 1:32
Speaker 4: staying in the fight for our rights and our freedoms.
• 1:36
Speaker 4: And that's why more and more people I know are
• 1:39
Speaker 4: switching to Patriot Mobile, America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.

• 2:00
Speaker 4: can switch in minutes while keeping your phone and your number.
• 2:04
Speaker 4: And I know it because when I made the switch,
• 2:06
Speaker 4: it literally took me minutes to accomplish that goal. And
• 2:09
Speaker 4: unlike other carriers, Patriot Mobile puts your money towards causes
• 2:14
Speaker 4: defending faith, family, and freedom. That's why I love them.
• 2:18
Speaker 4: They contribute literally millions each year to organizations on the
• 2:22
Speaker 4: front lines fighting for our god given rights. Patriot Mobile
• 2:26

• 2:31
Speaker 4: behind the fight every single day. So don't wait, join
• 2:35
Speaker 4: the movement and make a difference. Go to Patriot Mobile
• 2:39
Speaker 4: dot com slash ben forty seven or call ninety seven
• 2:44
Speaker 4: to two Patriot. If you use the promo code BEN
• 2:47
Speaker 4: forty seven, you'll get a free month of service. That's
• 2:50
Speaker 4: Patriot Mobile dot com slash ben forty seven or nine
• 2:55
Speaker 4: seven to Patriot and make that switch today. It's the
• 2:59
Speaker 4: forty seven more update and it starts right now.
• 3:02
  Speaker 3: Story number one.
• 3:03
  Speaker 2: The judge, a.
• 3:05
Speaker 4: Judge, i should say, has shut down the Trump Admin
• 3:08
Speaker 4: database used to remove non citizens from voter rules. And
• 3:13
Speaker 4: this is now being celebrated by the left. Now, this was,
• 3:18
Speaker 4: as I mentioned, I think it was yesterday you had
• 3:21
Speaker 4: a Biden appointed federal judge that not only shut down
• 3:23
Speaker 4: the database used to remove my citizens from voter rules.
• 3:26
Speaker 4: But now the left is saying that this is a
• 3:28
Speaker 4: massive victory. It's exactly what I predicted. They want lawlessness
• 3:34
Speaker 4: in our country and especially in our elections. Now, our
• 3:37
Speaker 4: elections are supposed to be American citizens vote, not illegal immigrants.
• 3:42
Speaker 4: What's even more interesting is this seventy five page opinion
• 3:46
Speaker 4: that was issued by Sparko L Suk Nunnan follows a
• 3:51
Speaker 4: civil action suit against the Department of Homeland Security, the
• 3:55
Speaker 4: Social Security Administration, and the State of Texas by parties
• 3:58
Speaker 4: including the League of Women Voters. Now, this was a
• 4:01
Speaker 4: very big opinion, and the decision set aside a modified
• 4:05
Speaker 4: version of the systematic Alien Verification for entitlements known as
• 4:10
Speaker 4: the SAVE system, and that was all created following the
• 4:13
Speaker 4: Trump signed executive order to verify the citizenship or immigration
• 4:17
Speaker 4: status of registered voters or individuals registered to vote. And
• 4:21
Speaker 4: this was all put in place by the Department of
• 4:23
Speaker 4: Owned Security and the Social Security Administration. So Nonen justified
• 4:27
Speaker 4: vacating the SAVE system by citing quote two fundamental rights
• 4:31
Speaker 4: that protect Americans from government overreach, namely that she said,
• 4:36
Speaker 4: the right to privacy and the right to vote.
• 4:38
Speaker 2: Now, she pointed to the.
• 4:40
Speaker 4: Twenty twenty five modified version of the SAFE system as
• 4:43
Speaker 4: the quote overreach as it included the records of natural
• 4:47
Speaker 4: born American citizens direct access, she says to SSA sod
• 4:50
Speaker 4: Security Administration records and allowed state users to conduct automated
• 4:54
Speaker 4: bulk searches rather than individual inquiries.
• 4:58
Speaker 2: Now, this is an activist judge.
• 5:00
Speaker 4: When you dive into more of what she said, you
• 5:02
Speaker 4: find out just how much more activists she actually is.
• 5:06
Speaker 4: She said the database shared among several federal agencies, So
• 5:10
Speaker 4: this is all federal agencies that have this information they're
• 5:12
Speaker 4: cross checking. It basically contain private information on US citizens
• 5:16
Speaker 4: and thus violates protections put in place by Congress to
• 5:20
Speaker 4: prevent centralized data banks, including the computer matching and privacy protection.
• 5:26
Speaker 2: Actually says in nineteen eighty eight, all right.
• 5:28
Speaker 4: Translation, I don't want you to be able to check
• 5:32
Speaker 4: in any way if someone is a citizen. So therefore,
• 5:35
Speaker 4: I'm going to say that all the databases that we have,
• 5:38
Speaker 4: and the same database that we have, you can't use
• 5:41
Speaker 4: because I want illegal immigrants and dead people to be
• 5:44
Speaker 4: able to vote in our elections. Why would you want
• 5:46
Speaker 4: that to happen unless it's solely for one reason, and
• 5:49
Speaker 4: that is for to commit voter fraud. Now, the defendants
• 5:54
Speaker 4: argued that other, more specific immigration laws overrode the general
• 5:58
Speaker 4: restrictions of the nineteen eight Act. Specifically, they pointed to
• 6:02
Speaker 4: the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigration Responsibility Act of ninety six,
• 6:07
Speaker 4: which actually mandates that the federal government responded to state
• 6:10
Speaker 4: inquiries to verify the citizenship status of any individual. By
• 6:14
Speaker 4: the way, Democrats hate that. The judge declared the argument
• 6:17
Speaker 4: not a winner quote unquote, Like that's our actual words,
• 6:20
Speaker 4: not a winner. I mean one hell of a llegal
• 6:22
Speaker 4: brief when you just say, quote unquote, not a winner.
• 6:25
Speaker 4: The judge also blocked the Federal Trade Commissions Anti trust
• 6:28
Speaker 4: probe in a media matters by the way, just for
• 6:31
Speaker 4: point of clarity here, and bar the executive branch from
• 6:33
Speaker 4: deporting on accompanied migrant miners and reuniting them with their
• 6:38
Speaker 4: families abroad. So you can't even do that. Now, this
• 6:40
Speaker 4: is the same crazy judge. Now, this ruling comes as
• 6:43
Speaker 4: both Republicans and Democrats are preparing for the upcoming midterm elections.
• 6:47
Speaker 4: That's why this is has like it's a big deal
• 6:50
Speaker 4: and it has big ramifications. Republican Utah Center Mike Lee
• 6:53
Speaker 4: again is attempting to advance the Save America Act in
• 6:57
Speaker 4: the Senate. But you have a problem there because you
• 6:58
Speaker 4: have basically four scumback Republicans in the Senate that hate
• 7:01
Speaker 4: Donald Trump and don't look at the eighty plus percent
• 7:04
Speaker 4: of Americans that want the Save Act to pass, and
• 7:07
Speaker 4: so they want to stick it to Donald Trump, and
• 7:08
Speaker 4: so they're like, here's our middle finger. Like that's just
• 7:10
Speaker 4: the truth of this. What is the Save Act? If
• 7:13
Speaker 4: you don't know, it's real simple. It requires a government
• 7:15
Speaker 4: issued ID to vote.
• 7:16
Speaker 2: What a novel idea.
• 7:17
Speaker 4: Lee centerally said this on Sunday on Fox News. Quote,
• 7:22
Speaker 4: the American people overwhelmingly support this, regardless of political party.
• 7:26
Speaker 4: Want to make it easy to vote, hard to cheat.
• 7:28
Speaker 4: I'm gonna say that again. Want to make it easy
• 7:30
Speaker 4: to vote, but hard to cheat. That's what the House
• 7:33
Speaker 4: passed and that's what the Save Act actually does. Couldn't,
• 7:36
Speaker 4: by the way, agree more with Lee on that one.
• 7:39
Speaker 4: So when you look at the Save Act and you
• 7:41
Speaker 4: look at this, what Democrats are now publicly saying and
• 7:45
Speaker 4: celebrating is lawlessness, is actually making sure that lawlessness continues. Now,
• 7:52
Speaker 4: the Save Act is also something else that's, by the way,
• 7:54
Speaker 4: not controversial. More than eighty percent of American voters Republican Democrats.
• 7:58
Speaker 2: That like want it.
• 8:00
Speaker 4: The voter ID bill is now becoming even bigger issue
• 8:03
Speaker 4: heading into the midterms, and these Republicans are stopping it.
• 8:06
Speaker 2: Will they suck. Now.
• 8:08
Speaker 4: What we're being told is President Trump is now gearing
• 8:10
Speaker 4: up and going to be attending a closed door Senate
• 8:14
Speaker 4: GOP lunch with John Thune while pushing for the Save Act.
• 8:19
Speaker 4: Brett Bear Fox News Channel reporting this just a few minutes.
• 8:22
Speaker 5: Agoation tonight as he pushes Senate Republicans to pass the
• 8:26
Speaker 5: Save America Act. But that is creating another political problem.
• 8:31
Speaker 5: Chief Congressional correspondent Chad Program shows us from Capitol Hill.
• 8:35
Speaker 6: President Trump fixated on a singular goal.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: We have to pass the Save America Act, which is
• 8:41
Speaker 1: voter ID, which is proof of citizenship.
• 8:43
Speaker 6: But he's not getting his way. There's no doubt.
• 8:46
Speaker 7: The President is very frustrated with the speed of the Senate.
• 8:50
Speaker 6: As am I. The President is exasperated at the Senate
• 8:53
Speaker 6: struggling to approve the bill.
• 8:55
Speaker 7: There, I suspect we'll get a talking to, but at
• 8:58
Speaker 7: the same time we'll be able to convey to him.
• 9:00
Speaker 6: The GOP numbers don't work. Talkin's good, Save ax O
• 9:04
Speaker 6: waste of time. Some Senate Republicans are irritated that President
• 9:07
Speaker 6: Trump incinerated GOP plans to renew the Anti Terrorism Program
• 9:11
Speaker 6: fires A Section seven oh two and stymied rapid confirmation
• 9:15
Speaker 6: of National Intelligence Director nominee Ja Clayton.
• 9:18
Speaker 7: We have very candid conversations. I am very direct with
• 9:23
Speaker 7: the President. I shoot straight with him and vice versa,
• 9:26
Speaker 7: and you know, we at times have differences of opinion.
• 9:29
Speaker 6: GOP. Florida Senator Rick Scott bypassed through and inviting the
• 9:32
Speaker 6: President to Capitol Hill to pitch the Save America Act.
• 9:36
Speaker 5: My experience in business is that you we sit down
• 9:38
Speaker 5: with people and find out what their needs are and
• 9:39
Speaker 5: try to solve it.
• 9:40
Speaker 6: The President is pressuring Thoon.
• 9:42
Speaker 2: John's a leader. That's what being his leader.
• 9:45
Speaker 1: Beat John is a leader, and hopefully he can get
• 9:47
  Speaker 1: the votes.
• 9:47
Speaker 6: Democrats anticipate intra party GOP fighting.
• 9:51
Speaker 3: Trump only will talk to Senate Republicans behind closed doors,
• 9:55
Speaker 3: and from what it looks like, that ain't going to
• 9:58
  Speaker 3: be pretty Now.
• 10:00
Speaker 4: The President clearly is trying to get this done. The
• 10:03
Speaker 4: Save Act isn't even controversial. American citizens should only be
• 10:08
Speaker 4: the ones that vote in our elections. That is not controversial.
• 10:12
Speaker 4: Congressman Wesley Hunt, African American, talking about this issue, and
• 10:16
Speaker 4: it's an important one because Democrats say the Save Act
• 10:19
Speaker 4: is going to actually disenfranchise African American voters that and
• 10:23
Speaker 4: you want to talking about racism. Their actual argument is
• 10:26
Speaker 4: you can't expect black people minorities to have a form
• 10:31
Speaker 4: of government. ID Now, if that's not racism, one oh one,
• 10:34
Speaker 4: I don't know what is Wesley Hunt saying this in Congress.
• 10:39
Speaker 8: Take a listen, But if the United States is a
• 10:41
Speaker 8: country worth preserving, then I think we must protect the
• 10:44
Speaker 8: integrity of our elections and do everything in our power
• 10:47
Speaker 8: to do just that. I am shocked at the Save Act,
• 10:49
Speaker 8: which has already passed the House. Even controversial in safeguarding
• 10:52
Speaker 8: our elections is the betrock of our democracy is something
• 10:55
Speaker 8: that both sides, sides should easily support. They say that
• 10:58
Speaker 8: non citizens voting in an election is a real issue,
• 11:00
Speaker 8: or if some non citizens are ready for the vote,
• 11:02
Speaker 8: because notificn amount to make a difference. Well, in my
• 11:05
Speaker 8: homestate of Texas, we just removed thousands of non citizens
• 11:08
Speaker 8: from voter rolls, and in some of these recently hotly
• 11:11
Speaker 8: contested elections, that amount could even be enough to swing
• 11:16
Speaker 8: an entire election. Undermining the integrity of elections is not
• 11:20
Speaker 8: an oversight, it's a threat to democracy. I think is
• 11:23
Speaker 8: tom that we as a body acknowledged that threat. Now
• 11:26
Speaker 8: I'm sitting here right now, and I got to tell y'all,
• 11:28
  Speaker 8: I'm black, and I'm a veteran. I have six forms
• 11:31
Speaker 8: of government ID six. I've been black from a whole life.
• 11:34
Speaker 8: I've been a veteran since two thousand and when I
• 11:37
Speaker 8: was at West Point. The insinuation that black and brown
• 11:39
Speaker 8: people cannot get an ID to vote like every other citizen,
• 11:44
Speaker 8: regardless of your race, religion, color, or creed is insulting.
• 11:47
Speaker 8: I actually refer to this as the soft bigotry of
• 11:50
Speaker 8: low expectations. We as all Americans, should want free and
• 11:55
Speaker 8: fair elections. We aren't making it more difficult for people
• 11:58
Speaker 8: to get an idea to vote. Every last black person
• 12:02
Speaker 8: that I know in my life has the government ID.
• 12:05
Speaker 8: We as a country have got to clean up our
• 12:07
Speaker 8: rules to ensure that we have free and fair elections
• 12:10
Speaker 8: regardless of your race, religion, color, or creed. And that's
• 12:13
Speaker 8: why I reject the assertion that we, no matter what
• 12:17
Speaker 8: color you are, cannot reach that very low bar of
• 12:21
Speaker 8: having a government ID to figure out how to vote
• 12:23
Speaker 8: for the leadership and the future of this country.
• 12:26
Speaker 2: Could not agree more with what was said there by Wesley.
• 12:29
Speaker 3: Hut next story number two, explain.
• 12:33
Speaker 4: This judge what she has done here in a simplistic way.
• 12:38
Speaker 4: What they were trying to do is make sure that
• 12:40
Speaker 4: people that were not American citizens and those that are
• 12:43
Speaker 4: not eligible vote would not be able to eligible to vote.
• 12:46
Speaker 4: That doesn't seem controversial. The majority of Americans are in
• 12:49
Speaker 4: favor of the Save Act. It's seventy five eighty percent
• 12:51
Speaker 4: depending on what poll you look at. And this judge said, hey,
• 12:54
Speaker 4: you guys can't crosscheck in different groups, like so security
• 12:58
Speaker 4: can't work with others, and you guys know we're not
• 13:01
Speaker 4: going to allow this to happen.
• 13:02
  Speaker 2: That was shocking.
• 13:04
Speaker 9: Yeah, so I'm going to read from the Associated Press.
• 13:07
Speaker 9: A federal judge on Monday ruled that a recently revamped
• 13:10
Speaker 9: version of a federal tool central to the Trump administration's
• 13:13
Speaker 9: effort to nationalize elections can no longer be used. US
• 13:18
Speaker 9: District Court Judge Sparkle L. Suknnan I want you to
• 13:23
Speaker 9: stop and think there's a friggin judge in America named
• 13:28
Speaker 9: Sparkle L. Suknnon. By the way, she was a clerk
• 13:32
Speaker 9: for Sonya Sotomayor. She's a radical leftist. I voted against
• 13:36
Speaker 9: her confirmation, but she is a district judge in Washington,
• 13:40
Speaker 9: d C. And Judge Sparkle sided with the advocacy groups
• 13:44
Speaker 9: that argue that the recent upgrades to the program, called
• 13:48
Speaker 9: the Systematic Alien Verification for Entitlements or Save, aggregated American
• 13:53
Speaker 9: sensitive personal data in a way that could result in
• 13:56
Speaker 9: voters being wrongly purged from voter rules. Quote. All in all,
• 14:01
Speaker 9: the federal government has knowingly trampled on the privacy rights
• 14:04
Speaker 9: of American citizens in a manner that threatens the sacred
• 14:07
Speaker 9: right to vote, Sukanan said in an order explaining the decision,
• 14:13
Speaker 9: this court cannot stand idly by while that happens. She says,
• 14:18
Speaker 9: Congress had expressly prohibited the government from centralizing American's personal
• 14:21
Speaker 9: identifying information, and the federal agencies that created the same
• 14:24
Speaker 9: program quote knew that the database violates these statutory protections.
• 14:29
Speaker 9: Now this is a liberal activist decision. It is also
• 14:36
Speaker 9: a decision that doesn't make sense under the statute. The
• 14:42
Speaker 9: statutes that she was looking at. Number one, the statute
• 14:46
Speaker 9: is the Social Security Act, and the SO Security Act
• 14:50
Speaker 9: requires quote so Security account numbers of record that are
• 14:54
Speaker 9: obtained or maintained by persons pursuant any provision of law
• 14:58
Speaker 9: shall be confidential, and no off authorized persons show disclose
• 15:01
Speaker 9: any such Social Security account number or related record. Well,
• 15:04
Speaker 9: you know what, Trump administration didn't disclose anyone Social Security
• 15:07
Speaker 9: number that if they released, you know, your Social Security number,
• 15:14
Speaker 9: that would be a violation of the so Security Act.
• 15:17
Speaker 9: They didn't do that. So Security Act doesn't say the
• 15:20
Speaker 9: federal government can't look at SOBI security numbers. Like the
• 15:23
Speaker 9: government is one entity and it is a bizarre system
• 15:28
Speaker 9: that says you have records that show if people are
• 15:31
Speaker 9: illegal aliens or not. You the federal government are not
• 15:35
Speaker 9: allowed to look at those records because a law says
• 15:37
Speaker 9: you can't publicly disclose them to others. They didn't. There's
• 15:41
Speaker 9: another there's another law called the Privacy Act, and the
• 15:45
Speaker 9: Privacy Act they claim it violated this as well. But again,
• 15:51
Speaker 9: the Privacy Act does not prohibit the federal government from
• 15:56
Speaker 9: looking at its own records. I mean understand, this is
• 15:59
Speaker 9: a ruling from a radical judge who's saying even though
• 16:03
Speaker 9: the federal government, and initially this SAVE database was set
• 16:06
Speaker 9: up to stop the federal government from giving government benefits,
• 16:12
Speaker 9: giving welfare to illegal aliens. Now mind you. It is
• 16:15
Speaker 9: illegal to give government benefits, to give welfare to illegal aliens.
• 16:19
Speaker 9: Congress has passed that law over and over and over again.
• 16:23
Speaker 9: And Democrats, when they're being completely split personality on this,
• 16:28
Speaker 9: they will say repeatedly, well, we don't give welfare benefits
• 16:32
Speaker 9: to illegal aliens. They'll say that over and over again.
• 16:34
Speaker 9: They'll simultaneously say, dear God, we've got to give welfare
• 16:37
Speaker 9: benefits to illegal aliens. What a monster would deny them?
• 16:40
Speaker 9: So they say them both. Remember when every Democrat running
• 16:43
Speaker 9: for president twenty twenty was asked, should we give free
• 16:46
Speaker 9: health care to every illegal in America? And they all

Speaker 9: raise their hand yep, yup, every one of them right
• 16:51
Speaker 9: down the line. But at the end of the day,
• 16:55
Speaker 9: Congress has passed repeated laws saying do not give welfare
• 16:58
Speaker 9: benefits to illegal aliens. And Judge Sparkle and and look,
• 17:02
Speaker 9: by the way, I think it is really impressive that
• 17:06
Speaker 9: my little pony is now a federal judge. But I
• 17:10
Speaker 9: just wish my little pony was not a Marxist. You
• 17:13
Speaker 9: would think that Judge Sparkle, what would recognize something beautiful
• 17:18
Speaker 9: like like the Constitution or federal law. It is insane
• 17:23
Speaker 9: to say that the same Congress that says you cannot
• 17:26
Speaker 9: give government benefits or welfare to illegal aliens somehow said,
• 17:32
Speaker 9: but you're not allowed to look to see if anyone's
• 17:34
Speaker 9: an illegal alien. Nope, you're the government is blindfolded from
• 17:38
Speaker 9: looking at your own databases. I'm going to make another
• 17:40
Speaker 9: prediction in this show. Decision will be reversed.
• 17:46
Speaker 2: It will be when and how quickly.
• 17:48
Speaker 9: I don't know how quickly it might be reversed by
• 17:52
Speaker 9: the d C Circuit. If it's not reversed by the
• 17:55
Speaker 9: d C Circuit, I think it will be reversed by
• 17:57
Speaker 9: the US Supreme Court. What I don't know is if
• 18:00
Speaker 9: it gets reversed in time for the election. Part of
• 18:03
Speaker 9: the strategy of the litigans is delay, and generally speaking,
• 18:09
Speaker 9: these decisions can take a lot of time. Now, the
• 18:12
Speaker 9: Department of Justice likely will seek emergency relief from the
• 18:16
Speaker 9: d C Circuit. Now, it will depend on what panel
• 18:18
Speaker 9: of judges you get. You get three random judges on
• 18:21
Speaker 9: the DC Circuit, and then if the DC Circuit the
• 18:27
Speaker 9: probably the biggest danger is they seek emergency relief in
• 18:31
Speaker 9: the d C Circuit and they get a bad draw
• 18:33
Speaker 9: of left wing judges in the d C Circuit, and
• 18:36
Speaker 9: what I predict they would do then is just try
• 18:38
Speaker 9: to delay it till after the elections. They just slow
• 18:40
Speaker 9: walk it and it's and that's.
• 18:43
Speaker 4: Can make sure that they don't have any of this
• 18:45
Speaker 4: emit for election day so you can have more people
• 18:47
  Speaker 4: that can vote.
• 18:48
Speaker 9: I legally yes, and so if you get a good
• 18:53
Speaker 9: panel on the DC Circuit, I am quite confident this
• 18:56
Speaker 9: will be reversed. And by the way, if the d
• 18:58
Speaker 9: C Circuit upholds the decision, I think the Supreme Court
• 19:02
Speaker 9: would take the case and reverse it. But in the
• 19:05
Speaker 9: normal course of things, that would take a couple of years,
• 19:08
Speaker 9: so that would not impact the twenty sixth election. It
• 19:10
Speaker 9: would probably be in time for the twenty eight election.
• 19:13
Speaker 9: My hope is they take an emergency appeal and the
• 19:16
Speaker 9: DC Circuit overturns it quickly, or even if the DC
• 19:19
Speaker 9: Circuit rejects the appeal, I want them to make a
• 19:22
Speaker 9: decision fast because then they could appeal that to the Supremes.
• 19:25
Speaker 9: I think the Supremes would act quickly. The danger is
• 19:28
Speaker 9: the DC Circuit slow walks it for another six months.
