- 0:00Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 0:03Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador
- 0:07Speaker 1: accused of murdering a Texas man of Venezuelan charged with
- 0:11Speaker 1: filming and selling child pornography in Michigan. These are just
- 0:15Speaker 1: some of the heinous migrant criminals caught because of President
- 0:19Speaker 1: Donald J.
- 0:20Speaker 2: Trump's leadership.
- 0:21Speaker 1: I'm Christy nom the United States Secretary of Homeland Security.
- 0:25Speaker 1: Under President Trump, attempted illegal border crossings are at the
- 0:29Speaker 1: lowest levels ever recorded, and over one hundred thousand illegal
- 0:33Speaker 1: aliens have been arrested. If you are here illegally, your
- 0:37Speaker 1: next you will be fined nearly one thousand dollars a day, imprisoned,
- 0:41Speaker 1: and deported.
- 0:42Speaker 2: You will never return.
- 0:44Speaker 1: But if you register using our CBP home app and
- 0:47Speaker 1: leave now, you could be allowed to return legally.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Do what's right. Leave now.
- 0:53Speaker 1: Under President Trump, America's laws, border and families will be protected.
- 0:57Speaker 3: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security.
- 1:00Speaker 4: To say, Hey, there's something more that I want to give,
- 1:03Speaker 4: There's something more that I desire to see that I
- 1:06Speaker 4: want to build that whether it's real estate or technology
- 1:09Speaker 4: or healthcare, it all starts with a step. So what
- 1:13Speaker 4: is the one step that you were going to do?
- 1:15Speaker 4: And having a desire. You must have a strong desire
- 1:22Speaker 4: because everything starts with desire. I truly believe. And I
- 1:26Speaker 4: didn't learn this in college. But things are always created twice,
- 1:30Speaker 4: first in the mind and then the reality. Think about
- 1:33Speaker 4: the chair that you're sitting in or the car that
- 1:36Speaker 4: you're driving. The architect first she said, let the church say,
- 1:39Speaker 4: a man crave, shake, gutsy she saved, and I see you.
- 1:44Speaker 4: But things are always created twice. And speaking of church,
- 1:47Speaker 4: the Good Book says, as we've heard it before, as
- 1:50Speaker 4: a person thinkth in their heart, so are we? So
- 1:54Speaker 4: are we? So how is your thinking? We are who
- 1:57Speaker 4: we are and where we are because of the thought
- 2:00Speaker 4: that we think. In whatever playing fields you on, in
- 2:04Speaker 4: whatever community, in whatever industry, you are who you are
- 2:08Speaker 4: and where you are in life because of your thoughts.
- 2:11Speaker 4: So how is your thinking? And I didn't learn this
- 2:14Speaker 4: until I was a bit older. But really we're not
- 2:18Speaker 4: taught how to think. And in talking with the mentor
- 2:21Speaker 4: one day, they said, AJ close your eyes, and I
- 2:25Speaker 4: closed my eyes and he said, if I was to
- 2:26Speaker 4: say pink apple, if you're not driving, Uh, what's her name?
- 2:30Speaker 4: If you're driving, Jurisha, you driving, So don't close your eyes,
- 2:33Speaker 4: but everybody close your eyes. And if I was to
- 2:35Speaker 4: say a pink apple, what's the image that pops into
- 2:38Speaker 4: your mind, A pink apple. If I was to say
- 2:42Speaker 4: orange elephant, what's the thing that pops into your mind?
- 2:46Speaker 4: An orange elephant? So what am I saying? We think
- 2:49Speaker 4: in pictures, so you can open up your eyes. I
- 2:52Speaker 4: want to encourage you to begin to see the world
- 2:55Speaker 4: that you want to live and exist now with your
- 2:58Speaker 4: mind that business. See that business thriving, whether it's online,
- 3:03Speaker 4: whether it's in person. See yourself as a better husband,
- 3:06Speaker 4: a better wife, a better individual, a better caregiver. See
- 3:12Speaker 4: your look, see yourself physically better because if you don't
- 3:16Speaker 4: physically see yourself being the person and looking like the
- 3:19Speaker 4: person that you want to be, how will you ever
- 3:21Speaker 4: get there? So you first have to see it and
- 3:24Speaker 4: have that desire within here, and then you begin to
- 3:28Speaker 4: take steps towards that. The law vibration we already like
- 3:31Speaker 4: you will get what you are attracting. What's the vibes?
- 3:34Speaker 4: You know? How you walk into a room sometimes people
- 3:36Speaker 4: in there and you're like, oh it, don't think, but
- 3:39Speaker 4: it do sink because it's like the attitudes or people's culture.
- 3:42Speaker 4: And it may stink because they just breadth. They need
- 3:44Speaker 4: a breath ment like we sell breath mints. Shout out
- 3:46Speaker 4: to the breath mints. Everybody needs one every once in
- 3:48Speaker 4: a while. Don't do listenerine. They said it does something
- 3:51Speaker 4: to your cancer your mouth. I don't know. That's conspiracy theory.
- 3:54Speaker 4: But I don't do listening no more anyway. Snaps, but
- 3:59Speaker 4: regrow what were talking about as a person thinking? So
- 4:02Speaker 4: are they? So a little bit fast forwarding ahead again,
- 4:09Speaker 4: we opened aasis fresh market, and I'm gonna pull up
- 4:12Speaker 4: my slides here, share my scream with y'all because I'm
- 4:17Speaker 4: gonna show you into our world. Share screen number two. Okay,
- 4:26Speaker 4: you can see you. Good there, Mercedes and mag Okay, perfect,
- 4:32Speaker 4: pull up the faces again so I can see y'all. Okay,
- 4:35Speaker 4: So waisis fresh Market? This is this is who we are,
- 4:39Speaker 4: this is what we do. That's me man. I'm a husband.
- 4:42Speaker 4: I've got three daughters. My wife and I've been married
- 4:46Speaker 4: eleven years. Shout out to eleven years. Baby, I have
- 4:49Speaker 4: three girls. I didn't cry a lot growing up as
- 4:52Speaker 4: a kid. You know, I guess just you know, single
- 4:55Speaker 4: pair of you are like you THU you don't cry,
- 4:58Speaker 4: but saying with your check, look you know you say
- 5:00Speaker 4: with you. So I didn't cry a lot, and I
- 5:02Speaker 4: think as a result of not doing that that God
- 5:06Speaker 4: was like, I'm gonna show you something. I'm gonna give
- 5:08Speaker 4: you all daughters. I'm the youngest of two older sisters,
- 5:12Speaker 4: and so I was the only I was the only dude.
- 5:15Speaker 4: And now I have three daughters. And now I just
- 5:17Speaker 4: cry all the time, like brother be crying at a commercial.
- 5:20Speaker 4: I'm like, what's wrong with me? Bored like that OG?
- 5:23Speaker 4: Got to come back. You may be a soft g.
- 5:24Speaker 4: You made me a baby g okay, but I love

- 7:20Speaker 1: An illegal alien from Guatemala charged with raping a child
- 7:24Speaker 1: in Massachusetts. An MS thirteen gang member from Al Salvador

- 8:13Speaker 1: Under President Trump, America's laws, border and families.
- 8:17Speaker 2: Will be protected.
- 8:18Speaker 4: Sponsored by the United States Department of Homeland Security. They
- 8:21Speaker 4: come up and work on the weekends they are eight,
- 8:23Speaker 4: six and three, all girls. All of them will have
- 8:27Speaker 4: their own stores very soon because they are bosses already.
- 8:33Speaker 4: But we particularly opened up a grocery store in a
- 8:35Speaker 4: food desert. Fifty three fifty four million people live in
- 8:40Speaker 4: food deserts across the country, and the majority of those
- 8:43Speaker 4: people are our communities, Black and brown individuals said differently,
- 8:49Speaker 4: one in six individuals live live in a food desert.
- 8:54Speaker 4: If you have a grocery store with it, well, let
- 8:57Speaker 4: me see if you have a grocery store further than
- 9:00Speaker 4: three miles, put it, put it in the chat. Want
- 9:02Speaker 4: I want to I want to see in the chat
- 9:04Speaker 4: how many of y'all and a food desert is described
- 9:07Speaker 4: as not having fresh and healthy access within in an
- 9:13Speaker 4: urban area seven miles in a rule of more than nine,
- 9:18Speaker 4: how many of y'all have a food that are living
- 9:20Speaker 4: in a food desert? My chat man, So that that's
- 9:29Speaker 4: a problem, especially in our communities, because we're facing insecurity,
- 9:33Speaker 4: food insecurity at such a such a rapid pace right now.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Also in our communities, it's also a food swamp of
- 9:41Speaker 4: food desert. There is a metric to qualify one third
- 9:46Speaker 4: of the population lives more than nine miles in an
- 9:50Speaker 4: urban area and fourteen miles in a rule, but also
- 9:55Speaker 4: in our underserved communities, there's a lot of food swamps.
- 9:58Speaker 4: We got the McDonald's, we got the Sonic, we got
- 10:00Speaker 4: the Burger Kings, but we don't yet half fresh and
- 10:02Speaker 4: healthy access and what we put in our bodies that
- 10:05Speaker 4: it does matter. Yes, I don't like really sweets, but
- 10:09Speaker 4: I love me some French fries and some potato chips
- 10:11Speaker 4: like that's my that's my crush. Some ruffles, our cream
- 10:14Speaker 4: and cheddar. Shout out for that, baby. Put your put
- 10:16Speaker 4: your uh, whatever your your your vice is, put it
- 10:19Speaker 4: in there. Sugar, alcohol hopefully is nothing beyond that. But
- 10:23Speaker 4: but that's my thing. But for us, as as majority
- 10:27Speaker 4: of the minorities, we have to begin to do better
- 10:30Speaker 4: in our eating habits. And I would even want to
- 10:34Speaker 4: challenge you in this moment. I don't want to encourage
- 10:37Speaker 4: you tomorrow try to do without one meal, whether it's breakfast,
- 10:45Speaker 4: whether it's lunch or dinner. How can you challenge yourself physically?
- 10:51Speaker 4: Because growth does equal pain, and we all want to grow,
- 10:56Speaker 4: we all want to get better, but that's going to
- 10:58Speaker 4: require a level of sacrifice. The definition of sacrifice giving
- 11:02Speaker 4: up something on one level in order to gain something
- 11:05Speaker 4: on another. Just think about the sacrifice that Troy and
- 11:08Speaker 4: Rashad and everybody that's on their team. They've had to
- 11:11Speaker 4: sacrifice a lot in order to get to where they are.
- 11:15Speaker 4: And obviously we're all earners. You guys are earners. What
- 11:18Speaker 4: are you willing to sacrifice to get to that next level,
- 11:21Speaker 4: whether it's going to be food, or sleep or or something.
- 11:25Speaker 4: You've got to make a decision and decide what am
- 11:28Speaker 4: I willing to give up in order to get there?
- 11:31Speaker 4: And if you're not willing to do that, is it
- 11:33Speaker 4: really Is it really something that you want to achieve,
- 11:37Speaker 4: Because a true goal, a true victory, is going to
- 11:40Speaker 4: require you to sacrifice. It's going to require you to
- 11:44Speaker 4: give up something. I think about the story of an ego.
- 11:48Speaker 4: You know, we all want to be egos, and we've
- 11:50Speaker 4: all heard the great stories about egos. That the only
- 11:53Speaker 4: bird that is seen flying at top levels on that
- 11:57Speaker 4: level is an ego. No other can fly as high
- 12:01Speaker 4: as an eagle. But in order for an eagle to soar,
- 12:05Speaker 4: what does the mom eagle do at the appropriate time?
- 12:09Speaker 4: The mother eagle pushes that baby eglett out of the nest.
- 12:13Speaker 4: Why is that important? Like you think about snaps that
- 12:16Speaker 4: mom the eagle's nest is up really high, and all
- 12:19Speaker 4: of a sudden, when the mom recognizes that it's time
- 12:22Speaker 4: for her baby eaglet to go to the next level,
- 12:25Speaker 4: she literally pushes them out and they begin to free
- 12:28Speaker 4: fall at an accelerated rate, flapping their wings. And really
- 12:33Speaker 4: that's the part of all of us. A part of
- 12:36Speaker 4: your journey is there's going to be a season where
- 12:38Speaker 4: you may not always know what's next. You may not
- 12:40Speaker 4: always know what's gonna happen. You may feel like you're
- 12:43Speaker 4: getting a hit from every single side. Take it. Take
- 12:46Speaker 4: it from me, and sometimes it does suck.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Being the first an illegal alien from Guatemala charged with
- 12:51Speaker 1: raping a child in Massachusetts, an MS thirteen gang member
