Mega Edition: The Many Hustles Of Jeffrey Epstein (9/24/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

• 0:00
Speaker 1: Today we're going to dive into the financials once again.
• 0:04
Speaker 1: And we're going to look at an article from the
• 0:07
Speaker 1: International Consortium of Investigative Journalists. And this article is kind
• 0:15
Speaker 1: of dealing with the Paradise Papers once again. But really
• 0:18
Speaker 1: what it's looking at is how lawyers, accountants, and other
• 0:22
Speaker 1: professionals play a key role in enabling all of these
• 0:28
Speaker 1: financial crimes. And this goes into our overall conversation, right? Now, obviously,
• 0:35
Speaker 1: we started this conversation because it really has a lot
• 0:40
Speaker 1: to do with Jeffrey Epstein and the way he conducted
• 0:43
Speaker 1: his business. But when you start taking a look at
• 0:46
Speaker 1: this and you dive a little deeper, you understand very
• 0:50
Speaker 1: quickly that it was not just Jeffrey Epstein using this system.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: This is a tried and true conversation. System that these
• 1:00
Speaker 1: people have set up. That they know how to navigate.
• 1:03
Speaker 1: And they know that the payoff. Is well worth it.
• 1:08
Speaker 1: Look how many of these people. Are using these kinds
• 1:11
Speaker 1: of accounts. Look how many of these banks. Are engaging
• 1:14
Speaker 1: in this sort of behavior. Every single time we turn around.
• 1:18
Speaker 1: There's another bank. Getting slapped with a fine. Meanwhile. Nobody's
• 1:22
Speaker 1: going to prison for that. There's just fines. And then.
• 1:30
Speaker 1: All of the money gets paid and it starts all
• 1:33
Speaker 1: over again. So there's no real prosecution of these people.
• 1:39
Speaker 1: And the lawyers, the accountants, and all of these people
• 1:42
Speaker 1: who play a role in enabling these financial crimes, they
• 1:45
Speaker 1: have to be held accountable for the parts that they play.
• 1:48
Speaker 1: It would be no different if they were cooking the
• 1:50
Speaker 1: books for some mafioso or cartel member. What is the difference, really?
• 1:57
Speaker 1: There is no difference. Besides the fact... that the people
• 2:01
Speaker 1: we're talking about, the so-called elites, they're the ones that
• 2:05
Speaker 1: are writing the check for the people who are making
• 2:07
Speaker 1: the laws. That's the difference. Let's jump into this article
• 2:12
Speaker 1: from International Consortium of Investigative Journalists, and let's see what
• 2:18
Speaker 1: the authors, or author, I should say, Will Fitzgibbon has
• 2:22
Speaker 1: to say. Headline. Lawyers, accountants, and other professionals play key
• 2:30
Speaker 1: role in cross-border financial crime, OECD warns in new report.
• 2:37
Speaker 1: The Forum of Wealthy Nations urges countries to target and
• 2:40
Speaker 1: disrupt enablers of tax evasion, money laundering, and other illicit finance. Boy,
• 2:46
Speaker 1: that sounds familiar, doesn't it? Pretty sure there are a
• 2:50
Speaker 1: couple of players in the Jeffrey Epstein saga that certainly
• 2:54
Speaker 1: fit that bill, no? How about Indyke? How about Kahn?
• 2:58
Speaker 1: How about all of the bankers who enabled Jeffrey Epstein?
• 3:02
Speaker 1: Pretty relevant, no? This article was originally published on February 25th, 2021.
• 3:12
Speaker 1: A powerful international organization whose members represent the world's largest economies...
• 3:18
Speaker 1: has issued a strong warning about the threats and risks
• 3:20
Speaker 1: posed by lawyers, accountants, and other facilitators who help their
• 3:25
Speaker 1: clients commit and conceal financial crimes. We've been talking about
• 3:29
Speaker 1: this for how long? This is one of the key
• 3:32
Speaker 1: components of how Jeffrey Epstein was able to operate his
• 3:37
Speaker 1: criminal enterprise. With the help of all of these enablers,
• 3:41
Speaker 1: all of these lawyers, the accountants, people working inside of
• 3:44
Speaker 1: the financial district, it was all... One gigantic moving part.
• 3:53
Speaker 1: And people like Indykin Khan, the in-house lawyer and accountant,
• 3:56
Speaker 1: played such huge roles in what Epstein was doing, folks.
• 4:00
Speaker 1: All you have to do is take a look at
• 4:02
Speaker 1: the financials. All you have to do is take a
• 4:04
Speaker 1: look at where Indykin Khan's name are all over the paperwork.
• 4:09
Speaker 1: And you understand very quickly the sort of relationship that
• 4:13
Speaker 1: they had with Jeffrey Epstein. And it's very obvious that
• 4:17
Speaker 1: they were at the very least, in the know about
• 4:20
Speaker 1: his financial crimes. These professional enablers, often associated with the
• 4:28
Speaker 1: secretive offshore finance industry, undermine not only the rule of law,
• 4:33
Speaker 1: but their own profession, says the Paris-based Organization for Economic
• 4:38
Speaker 1: Cooperation and Development in a new report. So, we have
• 4:43
Speaker 1: all of these different watchdog agencies and groups coming out
• 4:47
Speaker 1: and talking about how much of an issue all of
• 4:50
Speaker 1: this is. And governments have ignored it for so long.
• 4:55
Speaker 1: They have ignored the fact that these so-called elites are
• 4:59
Speaker 1: manipulating the system with the help of bankers and financiers
• 5:04
Speaker 1: and lawyers and accountants. This is the dark side of it, right?
• 5:08
Speaker 1: The underbelly that nobody ever talks about. And to tell
• 5:11
Speaker 1: you the truth, we probably wouldn't be talking about it
• 5:14
Speaker 1: either if it wasn't for this lockdown and all of
• 5:16
Speaker 1: this time on my hands. But once that curtain is
• 5:21
Speaker 1: drawn back, I don't understand how you can go back
• 5:24
Speaker 1: to being blind and not understand the stakes and understand
• 5:28
Speaker 1: what's going on here. This is even bigger than just
• 5:32
Speaker 1: the Jeffrey Epstein case, right? We're talking about the most elite,
• 5:36
Speaker 1: richest people in the world, the most powerful people in
• 5:39
Speaker 1: the world who literally control our lives via laws and
• 5:43
Speaker 1: all the other stuff are engaging in some of the
• 5:47
Speaker 1: most disgusting things And what we have with the Paradise Papers...
• 5:56
Speaker 1: The Luanda leaks... FinCEN files... Is an expose... On all
• 6:02
Speaker 1: of it. While it stops short of concrete prescriptions... The
• 6:09
Speaker 1: report includes broad recommendations... Aimed at targeting professional enablers... And
• 6:13
Speaker 1: disrupting their activities. Hallelujah! There needs to be some sort
• 6:17
Speaker 1: of mechanism in place... To stop this sort of thing
• 6:22
Speaker 1: from occurring. And I think it all goes back to.
• 6:24
Speaker 1: And it all starts with. Making sure that there's penalties
• 6:28
Speaker 1: on the books. That slap these people. When they get
• 6:31
Speaker 1: caught doing this. As opposed to just fining them. As
• 6:34
Speaker 1: opposed to just giving them a little slap on the wrist.
• 6:37
Speaker 1: Make sure these laws have teeth. And that these people
• 6:41
Speaker 1: suffer the consequences. Because just like having children. If you
• 6:45
Speaker 1: let them get away with things. They are going to
• 6:47
Speaker 1: walk all over you. The ending the shell game report,
• 6:52
Speaker 1: which cites reporting by the International Consortium of Investigative Journalists
• 6:56
Speaker 1: in its opening paragraph, marks the OECD's first detailed foray
• 7:01
Speaker 1: into the realm of criminal professional enablers. Well, I say
• 7:06
Speaker 1: welcome to the party because this is something that is very, very, very,
• 7:10
Speaker 1: very central to the Jeffrey Epstein case as a whole.
• 7:15
Speaker 1: And if it was not for these enablers and not
• 7:17
Speaker 1: for the people helping Jeffrey Epstein from the sidelines and
• 7:21
Speaker 1: right from inside of the mix itself, then Epstein would
• 7:24
Speaker 1: have never been able to do what he had done
• 7:28
Speaker 1: for so long. He would have been caught the first time.
• 7:32
Speaker 1: You know, they would have been on to him. But
• 7:34
Speaker 1: he had so many different people helping him out, enabling
• 7:37
Speaker 1: him in different facets of this criminal enterprise that it was...
• 7:44
Speaker 1: just a spider's web of ties that bind. A wide
• 7:56
Speaker 1: term that encompasses a potpourri of whizzes with special skills,
• 8:00
Speaker 1: including tax advisors, wealth managers, lawyers, accountants, company formation agents,
• 8:06
Speaker 1: and trust companies. We've talked about all of this at
• 8:09
Speaker 1: length because of the Jeffrey Epstein case. And that's why
• 8:13
Speaker 1: I introduced the FinCEN files originally to this case, because
• 8:18
Speaker 1: it is so important that we understand how these people
• 8:23
Speaker 1: function as far as in the world of money, as
• 8:27
Speaker 1: far as pumping lifeblood into the heart of their operation.
• 8:31
Speaker 1: If we don't understand how that occurs, and we don't
• 8:34
Speaker 1: understand how these people are moving money around in the
• 8:38
Speaker 1: shadows of and out of the view of governments and
• 8:42
Speaker 1: regulation agencies, then we're never going to truly, truly understand
• 8:46
Speaker 1: how this man was able to do what he was
• 8:49
Speaker 1: able to do. Many of the OECD's 37 member countries,
• 8:57
Speaker 1: including the United States, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, are home
• 9:01
Speaker 1: to hordes of professional enablers and have poor track records
• 9:05
Speaker 1: in holding the various sectors accountable. Well, of course, Where
• 9:10
Speaker 1: do you think the bread's getting buttered, right? You think
• 9:12
Speaker 1: these politicians have the backbone or the cojones to hold
• 9:16
Speaker 1: these people responsible? Where are they going to get their
• 9:19
Speaker 1: checks then? Who's going to donate to their campaigns? What,
• 9:23
Speaker 1: you think your $ 10 donation to your favorite politician really matters?
• 9:27
Speaker 1: You think that those people really care about you? Yeah, right.
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Unless you're showing up with the Gucci bag full of
• 9:34
Speaker 1: dough to dump it on their table, then forget about it.
• 9:39
Speaker 1: And at the end of the day, we all know
• 9:41
Speaker 1: that money makes everything move. And we know that it
• 9:43
Speaker 1: is certainly the lifeblood of politics. So if anybody thinks
• 9:47
Speaker 1: that these politicians are going to go after their bag
• 9:50
Speaker 1: men without some serious, serious prodding from the public, they're
• 9:56
Speaker 1: being very naive. Just take a look at how this
• 9:58
Speaker 1: has went down For all of these years. It doesn't
• 10:01
Speaker 1: matter who the president has been. What side of the
• 10:04
Speaker 1: aisle they're on. They're all owned by the same people folks.
• 10:14
Speaker 1: Recommendations for countries include more education about the role of
• 10:17
Speaker 1: enablers in financial crime and tougher laws to hold them
• 10:21
Speaker 1: criminally liable. Hallelujah. That's all I've ever cried about from here.
• 10:26
Speaker 1: Look again, all I want is the system to operate correctly.
• 10:32
Speaker 1: I know it's asking for a lot. Equal justice under
• 10:35
Speaker 1: the law. That's all. If you or I were conducting
• 10:37
Speaker 1: these sorts of scams, schemes, or plots, we'd be in prison.
• 10:41
Speaker 1: But these guys, for some reason, they get a pass. Oh,
• 10:44
Speaker 1: they're rich. That's all right. So we'll just fine them.
• 10:46
Speaker 1: We'll take some of their money. And then that money
• 10:48
Speaker 1: falls into the black pit of the United States government.
• 10:51
Speaker 1: And then where the hell does it go? I don't know.
• 10:54
Speaker 1: Maybe some bombs to drop on some unsuspecting people in
• 10:57
Speaker 1: the Middle East, perhaps. Who the hell knows anymore with
• 11:00
Speaker 1: the United States government? There is no accountability whatsoever from
• 11:04
Speaker 1: the top down. Where lawyers can too easily hide behind
• 11:13
Speaker 1: client-attorney privilege and refuse to share possible evidence of crime
• 11:18
Speaker 1: with law enforcement, for example, the OEC suggests that countries
• 11:22
Speaker 1: consider new legislation. I agree. And I think that the
• 11:25
Speaker 1: legislation has to be targeted specifically... At these people who
• 11:31
Speaker 1: are enabling. Criminals. People like Indyk. People like Khan. Imagine
• 11:36
Speaker 1: if there were some laws on the books. That actually
• 11:39
Speaker 1: had teeth to slap these dudes with. Be a watershed moment.
• 11:44
Speaker 1: The second one of these kinds of people. Ends up
• 11:46
Speaker 1: getting slapped in the ass. And put in jail. Because
• 11:49
Speaker 1: up until this point. Well they have gotten a free
• 11:51
Speaker 1: pass folks. All countries, the OECD suggests, should create national
• 12:04
Speaker 1: strategies to tackle professional enablers who actively participate in tax
• 12:09
Speaker 1: crimes and other financial crimes. That would be a good idea, huh?
• 12:14
Speaker 1: I mean, you have the FBI working overtime rounding up
• 12:18
Speaker 1: people that were at that Capitol protest. So let's get
• 12:21
Speaker 1: them working a little bit overtime here as well. And
• 12:24
Speaker 1: how about you wrap up some of these criminal... bastards
• 12:28
Speaker 1: who are involved in the financial system who are ripping
• 12:30
Speaker 1: us off on a daily basis. The report takes pains
• 12:39
Speaker 1: to distinguish those complicit in moving and hiding illicit money
• 12:42
Speaker 1: from professionals who follow the law. Well, of course, there
• 12:46
Speaker 1: has to be that. We have to make the difference known, right?
• 12:52
Speaker 1: There are people that follow the law. There are the
• 12:54
Speaker 1: lawyers that do the right thing. This doesn't mean everybody
• 12:57
Speaker 1: is engaging in this. Unfortunately, there's a very large percentage, though,
• 13:02
Speaker 1: who are. And it needs to be brought to light.
• 13:06
Speaker 1: People need to understand. There are no good guys, folks.
• 13:11
Speaker 1: Just a bunch of gray characters. The majority of professionals
• 13:17
Speaker 1: are law-abiding... and play an important role in assisting businesses
• 13:21
Speaker 1: and individuals... to understand and comply with the law... and
• 13:24
Speaker 1: helping the financial system run smoothly, the report says. I
• 13:28
Speaker 1: don't know about the majority. Alright, maybe the majority, but
• 13:33
Speaker 1: there's a very large minority of scumbags. Such law-abiding professionals
• 13:44
Speaker 1: are to be differentiated from a small set of professionals
• 13:48
Speaker 1: who use their skills and knowledge of the law to
• 13:50
Speaker 1: actively promote, market, and facilitate the commission of crimes by
• 13:55
Speaker 1: their clients. Man, I think he's talking directly at Indyke
• 14:01
Speaker 1: right now. You hear that, Darren? They're talking about you, sir.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: Professional enablers in the shadows. Poor and wealthy countries alike
• 14:14
Speaker 1: are under growing pressure to recoup billions of dollars in revenue,
• 14:17
Speaker 1: laws to tax evasion, and crack down on financial crime.
• 14:22
Speaker 1: About time. Because you see, folks, it's not us engaging
• 14:25
Speaker 1: in this financial crime, right? The regular people of the world.
• 14:28
Speaker 1: We're busy trying to feed our families and make sure
• 14:31
Speaker 1: our lights stay on. It's these scumbags, the 1% of
• 14:34
Speaker 1: the 1%, that are engaging in this shit on a
• 14:37
Speaker 1: regular basis, pretty much every transaction they make. Tax advisors, lawyers,
• 14:44
Speaker 1: and accountants are valuable partners for rogue actors who need
• 14:48
Speaker 1: sophisticated structures and clever advice to outsmart law enforcement. Again,
• 14:53
Speaker 1: Indyke and Kahn, that was their role within Jeffrey Epstein's operation.
• 14:58
Speaker 1: Do you see how it all becomes clear here, folks?
• 15:01
Speaker 1: Since we've done all of the groundwork and all of
• 15:03
Speaker 1: the legwork and we've put all of the pieces of
• 15:04
Speaker 1: the puzzle out there and we've started working from the
• 15:07
Speaker 1: corners and now we're getting to the middle? See how
• 15:09
Speaker 1: it all starts to fall into place and why it's
• 15:12
Speaker 1: important to stay on this every single day the way
• 15:15
Speaker 1: we do? Dr. Katie Benson, a lecturer at Lancaster University
• 15:20
Speaker 1: Law School who has written extensively on the topic, said
• 15:24
Speaker 1: that interest in enablers has spiked over recent years. Increasingly,
• 15:28
Speaker 1: there is more of a focus on sanctioning people for
• 15:31
Speaker 1: doing this, Benson said. There is a concern that it
• 15:34
Speaker 1: doesn't happen enough. Dear Dr. Katie Benson, from your mouth,
• 15:39
Speaker 1: to the maker's ears. It is about time that these
• 15:44
Speaker 1: enablers in the financial sector are put on display and
• 15:48
Speaker 1: put on blast because these people are literally screwing all
• 15:52
Speaker 1: of our lives up, folks, all of our lives. Extra
• 15:56
Speaker 1: couple points on the financial, pay a few dollars more
• 16:00
Speaker 1: on the loan, you know, nickel and diamond you for everything.
• 16:09
Speaker 1: The OECD's report highlights examples from around the world of
• 16:14
Speaker 1: professionals hiding clients' money, often through shell companies whose owners
• 16:19
Speaker 1: are hard to trace. In one U.S. case cited in
• 16:22
Speaker 1: the report, tax advisors prepared fake business losses on tax
• 16:26
Speaker 1: returns to reduce taxes paid. In another from Sweden and
• 16:31
Speaker 1: the United Kingdom, the OECD described an incident where an
• 16:34
Speaker 1: unnamed offshore specialist encouraged customers to communicate through encrypted emails
• 16:40
Speaker 1: and changed banks to avoid detection by police. These are
• 16:45
Speaker 1: the kind of people that are inhabiting the financial sector, folks.
• 16:49
Speaker 1: These are the kind of people that Jeffrey Epstein clung to.
• 16:54
Speaker 1: You know, they say Jeffrey Epstein collected people in mines.
• 16:56
Speaker 1: He also collected people in the financial sector that you
• 17:00
Speaker 1: wouldn't think about. Compliance officials, etc., etc., Anybody that he
• 17:06
Speaker 1: thought could help him move his money, anybody who he
• 17:09
Speaker 1: thought could help him with his illicit business, he tried
• 17:12
Speaker 1: to get his hooks in. Professional facilitators operate in environments
• 17:19
Speaker 1: where services, including setting up companies and hiring nominee directors
• 17:24
Speaker 1: as front people, can be bought on the cheap, the
• 17:27
Speaker 1: OECD says. These services attract criminals who employ enablers to
• 17:32
Speaker 1: design schemes that hide assets through low-cost offshore companies behind
• 17:37
Speaker 1: more legitimate-seeming onshore businesses. Boy, where have we seen that before?
• 17:44
Speaker 1: Seems like we've talked about this quite a bit with
• 17:46
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein, no? All of the shell companies, all of
• 17:50
Speaker 1: the business being conducted in the U.S. Virgin Islands, etc., etc.,
• 17:54
Speaker 1: was all for the specific purpose of washing his money
• 17:58
Speaker 1: and hiding it. That way, nobody knew how much money
• 18:01
Speaker 1: he had, and he can continue on with his criminal operation.
• 18:08
Speaker 1: ICIJ's successive exposés of the offshore industry have contributed to
• 18:13
Speaker 1: the growing interest in enablers, the OECD said, for sure, 100%.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: The ICIJ's work here has been superb, folks, and outing
• 18:23
Speaker 1: these people is such a... a huge deal for mankind
• 18:28
Speaker 1: as a whole. And that's not even hyperbole. That's just
• 18:32
Speaker 1: straight up real talk because this affects us all. And
• 18:37
Speaker 1: with the coming inflation, that's going to smack us all
• 18:39
Speaker 1: in the teeth. Boy, it's not going to be good
• 18:42
Speaker 1: if we let these people continue to do what they do.
• 18:47
Speaker 1: The Panama Papers and the Paradise Papers investigations led by
• 18:51
Speaker 1: the ICIJ and So Deutsche Zeitung helped spark major initiatives
• 18:56
Speaker 1: among governments to track the suspected facilitation of offshore tax evasion,
• 19:02
Speaker 1: according to the OECD. And I want to give all
• 19:04
Speaker 1: of you a shout out out there as well. All
• 19:07
Speaker 1: of you who have taken an interest in this, who
• 19:09
Speaker 1: have decided that the financial aspect of this merits more
• 19:12
Speaker 1: of a look, you folks are moving the needle as well.
• 19:16
Speaker 1: Just take a look at Sherrod Brown's legislation and look
• 19:20
Speaker 1: at the AML legislation. Holy cow. The AML that was
• 19:25
Speaker 1: inserted in the new bill. What do you think? That
• 19:27
Speaker 1: just happened overnight because these government officials want to hamstring themselves?
• 19:31
Speaker 1: Hell no. It happened because people are waking up and
• 19:35
Speaker 1: people are not happy about what they're seeing. In 2018,
• 19:42
Speaker 1: more than two years after the Panama Papers investigation, U.S.
• 19:46
Speaker 1: prosecutors announced criminal charges against Dick Gaffey, a Massachusetts accountant
• 19:51
Speaker 1: whose services were exposed through reporting by journalists. Gaffey pleaded
• 19:56
Speaker 1: guilty to conspiring with U.S. taxpayers to help them evade
• 19:59
Speaker 1: taxes and launder money. He was sentenced to more than
• 20:03
Speaker 1: three years in prison. So there you go, a guy
• 20:06
Speaker 1: laundering money, three years in prison. What about Indyke? What
• 20:09
Speaker 1: about Khan? When is their day coming? Last year in
• 20:14
Speaker 1: fallout from ICIJ's 2017 Paradise Papers investigation, Singapore's financial watchdog
• 20:21
Speaker 1: fined the trust company, Asia City, almost $ 800, 000 for serious
• 20:26
Speaker 1: breaches of anti-money laundering rules after the firm missed or
• 20:31
Speaker 1: ignored red flags, including the source of one client's funds.
• 20:36
Speaker 1: So I don't even want to hear missed. They ignored
• 20:38
Speaker 1: it because they were going to enrich themselves. And we
• 20:42
Speaker 1: see it over and over and over again with these institutions.
• 20:49
Speaker 1: In December, following ICIJ's 2020 Luanda leaks investigation, Portuguese regulators
• 20:57
Speaker 1: recommended auditing companies face criminal charges for failing to report
• 21:02
Speaker 1: transactions that bore hallmarks of fraud and deals that helped
• 21:06
Speaker 1: Angola billionaire Isabel dos Santos grow rich. So, look, the
• 21:12
Speaker 1: worm certainly is turning, right? And people are starting to
• 21:15
Speaker 1: take notice of what's going on here. And if we
• 21:18
Speaker 1: don't understand the role that these lawyers and accountants and
• 21:22
Speaker 1: enablers play, then we're never, ever, ever going to be
• 21:25
Speaker 1: able to stop this. The OECD report notes that some
• 21:32
Speaker 1: countries have started to act. The United Kingdom allows charges
• 21:36
Speaker 1: to be brought against enablers suspected of involvement in criminal activity.
• 21:41
Speaker 1: In Mexico, facilitators of crime can be jailed for up
• 21:45
Speaker 1: to 16 years. India's Special Task Force to identify and
• 21:50
Speaker 1: eradicate shell companies also tracks the specialists who make it possible,
• 21:55
Speaker 1: according to the OECD. Now, that's a good idea. Pretty
• 22:00
Speaker 1: nice that these countries are making it have a little
• 22:03
Speaker 1: bit of teeth, right? 16 years in Mexico for being
• 22:07
Speaker 1: an enabler? Yeah, high five for that one, folks. Meanwhile,
• 22:12
Speaker 1: here in America, the party rages on for these scumbags.
• 22:21
Speaker 1: Other countries struggle with the novelty of having to prove
• 22:24
Speaker 1: a criminal case against experts who have long operated in
• 22:27
Speaker 1: the shadows, according to the OECD. Independent reports reveal that
• 22:32
Speaker 1: the United States, from where lawyers, accountants, and real estate
• 22:35
Speaker 1: agents routinely assist criminal schemes, has a particularly poor track record.
• 22:41
Speaker 1: In 2016, the Financial Action Task Force, which sets global
• 22:46
Speaker 1: standards for anti-money laundering laws, described the U.S. weak regulation
• 22:51
Speaker 1: of enablers as the most significant supervisory gap in its
• 22:55
Speaker 1: fight against financial crime. The OECD will discuss its report
• 23:02
Speaker 1: next month during the organization's annual anti-corruption summit. So the
• 23:08
Speaker 1: United States, folks, needs to get its act together. And
• 23:11
Speaker 1: you know where I'm at with that. The reason they
• 23:14
Speaker 1: have not cracked down on it is because these people
• 23:17
Speaker 1: are the ones that fill their banks with money for
• 23:20
Speaker 1: their political runs. What else could it be? There's no
• 23:23
Speaker 1: other explanation for this. So let's hope that the United
• 23:29
Speaker 1: States gets on board and the corrupt politicians in the
• 23:33
Speaker 1: United States start to get weeded out. Yeah, right. And
• 23:38
Speaker 1: we get some people in there that actually want to
• 23:40
Speaker 1: hold people accountable for the crimes they commit. Imagine that.
• 23:46

• 24:04
Speaker 1: of the links that go with this episode can be
• 24:06
Speaker 1: found in the description box. To every share this morning
• 24:11
Speaker 1: that goes a little bit into how Jeffrey Epstein was
• 24:14
Speaker 1: turning and burning IPOs and how that was a huge,
• 24:21
Speaker 1: huge source of wealth for him. Now, we know he's
• 24:25
Speaker 1: not some financial guru. We've established that. We know that
• 24:29
Speaker 1: he is not some sort of Oracle of Omaha. And
• 24:32
Speaker 1: we know that this guy isn't, you know, really out
• 24:37
Speaker 1: there on Wall Street with this huge name where people think, oh, yeah,
• 24:42
  Speaker 1: that's Jeffrey Epstein. This dude's a stock whiz. That wasn't
• 24:45
Speaker 1: the case. And they tried to pump it to us
• 24:48
Speaker 1: like it was, right? The narrative was he's this wealthy financier.
• 24:54
Speaker 1: And I just, the proof really isn't in the pudding
• 24:57
Speaker 1: to tell you the truth. It looks like Jeffrey Epstein,
• 25:03
Speaker 1: the way he was getting a lot of his money
• 25:05
Speaker 1: was via these underwritten IPOs that are basically guaranteed by
• 25:10
Speaker 1: the banks. So they'd, you know, toss him these hot
• 25:14
Speaker 1: IPOs and Jeffrey Epstein and his shell companies, like we
• 25:18
Speaker 1: talked about, would turn and burn them for a good profit.
• 25:22
Speaker 1: Basically a guaranteed profit. And in the world of finance,
• 25:26
Speaker 1: the word guaranteed very rarely comes along. So when you
• 25:31
Speaker 1: have the ability to have underwritten stock options thrown your
• 25:37
Speaker 1: way by these institutions, you automatically have a leg up.
• 25:42
Speaker 1: Never mind the financial privilege that you have. But now
• 25:47
Speaker 1: on top of it, you're getting all of the goodies,
• 25:51
Speaker 1: all of the extras. even after they knew what Jeffrey
• 25:55
Speaker 1: Epstein was. And that's the rub here, right? I'm not
• 25:58
Speaker 1: talking about prior to his arrest. They'd at least be
• 26:02
Speaker 1: able to defend themselves then. Ah, we didn't know. Even
• 26:05
Speaker 1: if we don't believe that statement, they'd at least have
• 26:09
Speaker 1: a defensible position. But this was going on after his arrest.
• 26:14
Speaker 1: This was going on after everybody knew what sort of
• 26:17
Speaker 1: slimy scumbag this dude was. But they didn't care. They
• 26:21
Speaker 1: were still offering him them IPOs. They were still offering
• 26:24
Speaker 1: him the hot stocks for him to make a quick
• 26:27
Speaker 1: profit off of. And all because he was steering business
• 26:31
Speaker 1: back their way. It is an absolutely parasite type of relationship,
• 26:40
Speaker 1: the way they feed off of each other. And I
• 26:44
Speaker 1: really hope with the new anti-money laundering regulations that were
• 26:49
Speaker 1: stuffed in the bill that was just passed, the NDAA,
• 26:54
Speaker 1: that we start to see some teeth when it comes
• 26:57
Speaker 1: to money laundering. And these people who are involved in
• 27:01
Speaker 1: this sort of thing, let's hope that some repercussions are
• 27:05
Speaker 1: coming down the pipe and that we won't just get
• 27:09
Speaker 1: these ridiculous rulings where the companies have to pay some money. Look,
• 27:14
  Speaker 1: I get it. It's a lot of money, right? $ 150 million.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: Nothing to sneeze at for us. But for the bank,
• 27:22
Speaker 1: pennies on the dollar. And they're not paying it anyway.
• 27:25
Speaker 1: The stockholders are. You are. You're paying that 26% finance fee, right?
• 27:29
Speaker 1: On your Hyundai. You're paying it, folks. So, these people,
• 27:37
Speaker 1: they really thought that their relationships with Epstein weren't going
• 27:39
Speaker 1: to be put on blast. And they thought they were
• 27:41
Speaker 1: going to skate by for all of these years and
• 27:44
Speaker 1: all of this time the way they always have. But
• 27:49
Speaker 1: they had no idea what was in store for them
• 27:52
Speaker 1: in 2020. And they certainly have no idea what's coming
• 27:57
Speaker 1: down the pipe in 2021. Because the foot is just
• 28:02
Speaker 1: now pressing down on the accelerator, right? We haven't even,
• 28:07
Speaker 1: what are we in third gear now or so? We
• 28:10
Speaker 1: haven't even really seen the freeway speeds that are coming
• 28:13
Speaker 1: in this case. And there's going to be a lot
• 28:16
Speaker 1: of them. There's going to be a lot of craziness
• 28:19
Speaker 1: going on in this case. A lot of people being
• 28:25
Speaker 1: dragged into it that are going to have to answer
• 28:28
Speaker 1: questions that have tried to avoid it for a long time.
• 28:31
Speaker 1: And hopefully we'll see the legacy media do their job
• 28:36
Speaker 1: and start pursuing some of these leads the way that
• 28:39
Speaker 1: these leads should be pursued. Because as of now, we
• 28:44
Speaker 1: know that's not the case. We know that all the
• 28:47
Speaker 1: way up until 2015, even, Amy Robach and her goons
• 28:54
Speaker 1: were killing stories at ABC and even after. You know,
• 29:00
Speaker 1: we had the leaked tape. We heard what went on.
• 29:03
Speaker 1: We know that they squashed it because of access to
• 29:06
Speaker 1: the Royals. And we even have Robach on wax saying
• 29:12
Speaker 1: that she doesn't believe Epstein killed himself either. But none
• 29:15
Speaker 1: of that ever was going to see the air. None
• 29:18
Speaker 1: of that was ever going to be put out into
• 29:21
Speaker 1: the public sphere. Because at the end of the day,
• 29:24
Speaker 1: the legacy media doesn't respect you. They don't care about you.
• 29:28
Speaker 1: They think you're stupid as hell. And they think that
• 29:31
Speaker 1: no matter what sort of nonsense they pump, that you're
• 29:35
Speaker 1: gonna buy it hook line and sinker and for a
• 29:38
Speaker 1: long time we all did right we turned on the
• 29:41
Speaker 1: news and we figured alright this shit's on ABC this
• 29:43
Speaker 1: shit's on CBS and NBC and alright this has to
• 29:47
Speaker 1: be the truth but we know that's not the case
• 29:50
Speaker 1: we know now for sure that the legacy media is
• 29:56
Speaker 1: playing their own game and the best interest of the
• 29:59
Speaker 1: public Most certainly isn't. Their end goal. And we've seen
• 30:06
Speaker 1: that on. Steroids. In the Jeffrey Epstein case. Time and
• 30:11
Speaker 1: time again. So when they don't. Dig into the finances.
• 30:16
Speaker 1: When they don't talk about things like this. Like they
• 30:19
Speaker 1: should be. Well it makes you wonder why. And I
• 30:24
Speaker 1: would think that. The IPOs. The stock market. market moves
• 30:31
Speaker 1: Epstein was making and the institutions that were underwriting these
• 30:36
Speaker 1: IPOs that Epstein was afforded, I think that that would
• 30:39
Speaker 1: be a bigger part of the story. You know, that is,
• 30:44
Speaker 1: it's a huge deal. This is, in my opinion, one
• 30:47
Speaker 1: of the huge ways Jeffrey Epstein was bringing in money.
• 30:53
Speaker 1: And it is something that I think, as the story
• 30:57
Speaker 1: moves forward, is going to come to the forefront if
• 31:02
Speaker 1: the financial portion of this is truly investigated and prosecuted
• 31:08
Speaker 1: in the manner that it should be. Because everything is
• 31:11
Speaker 1: there for them right here, folks. It all just comes
• 31:14
Speaker 1: down to willpower at this point. How much further are
• 31:18
Speaker 1: they willing to go besides Maxwell, Brunel, the core four?
• 31:23
Speaker 1: How much further are they willing to go to really
• 31:27
Speaker 1: put their boot to the neck of all of these
• 31:31
Speaker 1: people that were involved financially as well. They have the
• 31:35
Speaker 1: basis here. They have the circumstantial evidence. They have the
• 31:38
Speaker 1: probable cause. The question is, do they have the willpower?
• 31:44
Speaker 1: And I guess the answer to that is undetermined. I
• 31:47
Speaker 1: guess we'll have to see. But today's article is from
• 31:52
Speaker 1: Wall Street on Parade. If you're not familiar with it,
• 31:56
Speaker 1: it's a... Kind of like a guide to Wall Street
• 32:00
Speaker 1: for citizens, like a layman's blog sort of, where they
• 32:03
Speaker 1: cover a bunch of different things that are going on
• 32:05
Speaker 1: on Wall Street, a bunch of the crooks on Wall Street, etc., etc.
• 32:10
Speaker 1: So if you're not familiar with Wall Street on Parade
• 32:13
Speaker 1: and you're interested in this financial chase that we're on here,
• 32:17
Speaker 1: it's certainly a cool website to check out and put
• 32:20
Speaker 1: into your rotation. So this article was authored by Pam
• 32:26
Speaker 1: Martins and Russ Martins. July 15th of 2019. Headline. Tax
• 32:33
Speaker 1: filing suggests child sex offender Jeffrey Epstein made his wealth
• 32:38
Speaker 1: flipping hot IPOs on Wall Street. And now this plays
• 32:42
Speaker 1: right into our article that we read recently from Barron's
• 32:46
Speaker 1: that was talking about the same thing. The IPOs that
• 32:50
Speaker 1: were afforded by Morgan Stanley and other institutions where Jeffrey Epstein...
• 32:57
Speaker 1: was given these IPOs, the rights to them, and able
• 33:02
Speaker 1: to grab them up from the bank. And then he
• 33:05
Speaker 1: was able to flip them right away and make a
• 33:09
Speaker 1: guaranteed profit with basically no chance at a risk of loss.
• 33:15
Speaker 1: And this was something that he was doing a lot, prevalently.
• 33:20
Speaker 1: And it's something that definitely needs to be brought to
• 33:23
Speaker 1: light and spoken on a bit more. Jeffrey Epstein is
• 33:30
Speaker 1: variously called a billionaire, a hedge fund manager, or a
• 33:35
Speaker 1: financier in the hundreds of articles that have appeared in
• 33:38
Speaker 1: print this month. Pedophile is the correct term, by the way.
• 33:45
Speaker 1: But no one can say with any certainty how Epstein
• 33:48
Speaker 1: obtained his wealth or exactly how much wealth he actually has.
• 33:53
Speaker 1: We've located a highly interesting ledger from one of his
• 33:56
Speaker 1: non-profit tax filings, which shows he was able to get
• 33:59
Speaker 1: his hands on highly preferential hot IPOs, initial public offerings,
• 34:05
Speaker 1: and flip them on their first day of trading. We'll
• 34:08
Speaker 1: explore that in detail shortly, but first, some background. And
• 34:14
Speaker 1: this is just more context on that article from Barron's.
• 34:17
Speaker 1: This is about the same situation, right? Like I said
• 34:20
Speaker 1: last night on the live stream, I wanted to talk
• 34:21
Speaker 1: about it a little bit more and add a little
• 34:24
Speaker 1: more context. And with the news being slow, this is
• 34:27
Speaker 1: the perfect time to do it. And when these IPOs
• 34:32
Speaker 1: come out, it's a big deal, right? For instance, when
• 34:37
Speaker 1: I was promoted to a management position with Canter Fitzgerald,
• 34:42
Speaker 1: they were talking about taking our company public, Canter Gaming.
• 34:47
Speaker 1: So part of my package to sign on into a
• 34:51
Speaker 1: management position was was shares of the IPO if it
• 34:55
Speaker 1: ever went public. And I was given X amount of
• 34:58
Speaker 1: shares as part of my package. And if the company
• 35:01
Speaker 1: ever went public like it was supposed to, well, I
• 35:04
Speaker 1: would have been in the money, you know, with however
• 35:07
Speaker 1: many shares I had, what they were worth, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
• 35:10
Speaker 1: But what happens with people like Epstein, it's that, but
• 35:13
Speaker 1: on steroids, right? These people are, they're handpicked who's afforded
• 35:20
Speaker 1: these benefits. These people are handpicked who's going to get
• 35:24
Speaker 1: these tips and the access to these IPOs. And Jeffrey
• 35:28
Speaker 1: Epstein should not have had access to these things after
• 35:31
Speaker 1: his arrest. Before his arrest, again, it's debatable, right? We
• 35:34
Speaker 1: know there's scumbags in the finance world. But until it's proven,
• 35:40
Speaker 1: until you have tangible evidence, you can't really go too
• 35:44
Speaker 1: crazy about something. But with Epstein, we're talking about a
• 35:48
Speaker 1: guy who had already been convicted and he was still
• 35:51
Speaker 1: being afforded these privileges. Jeffrey Epstein is due in federal
• 35:58
Speaker 1: court in Manhattan this morning to argue his case for
• 36:02
Speaker 1: being allowed to serve his time until trial under house
• 36:05
Speaker 1: arrest in his opulent $ 77 million mansion on the Upper
• 36:10
Speaker 1: East Side rather than the drab confinements of jail. Now, remember,
• 36:15
Speaker 1: this article is from 2019, a bit older, but sometimes
• 36:20
Speaker 1: you have to dig back into the time machine to
• 36:23
Speaker 1: get the articles that are going to discuss the topics
• 36:27
Speaker 1: that are hot at hand. Because, once again, the legacy
• 36:31
Speaker 1: media hasn't dug any deeper. You know, they talk about
• 36:33
Speaker 1: this stuff, one or two articles each. And then that's it. Nothing.
• 36:38
Speaker 1: No deeper dive, no context, and certainly no explanations about
• 36:43
Speaker 1: what any of it means. Epstein was arrested by federal
• 36:54
Speaker 1: prosecutors on Saturday, July 6th, and charged with sex trafficking
• 36:58
Speaker 1: of minors and sexually abusing dozens of underage girls... at
• 37:02
Speaker 1: his mansions in Palm Beach, Manhattan, and potentially at other
• 37:09
Speaker 1: mansions he owns. Well, we know for a fact now
• 37:12
Speaker 1: that that's certainly the case. We know that the Virgin Islands,
• 37:15
Speaker 1: for sure, down at his island there was a hotspot
• 37:19
Speaker 1: for him to abuse people and traffic girls, and certainly
• 37:24
Speaker 1: Zorro Ranch. I'm not going to go off on my
• 37:26
Speaker 1: usual tangent about Zorro Ranch right now, but you all
• 37:30
Speaker 1: know where I stand on that place. There are a
• 37:35
Speaker 1: multitude of strong arguments against releasing this man from jail. Ostensibly,
• 37:41
Speaker 1: Epstein should have begun serving a life sentence a decade
• 37:44
Speaker 1: ago after Palm Beach, Florida police compiled sexual assault and
• 37:49
Speaker 1: trafficking evidence from more than 40 young women and gave
• 37:53
Speaker 1: it to the FBI. And therein lies the crux of
• 37:56
Speaker 1: the whole entire problem. You see, a lot of people
• 38:00
Speaker 1: will want to point at, you know, the figureheads who
• 38:04
Speaker 1: have taken the forefront of this case, right? Like people
• 38:07
Speaker 1: like Virginia and Annie and Courtney, all of the girls
• 38:11
Speaker 1: who have come forward and have spoken up publicly, they're
• 38:14
Speaker 1: the de facto face of this. But we have to
• 38:17
Speaker 1: remember that there are other unnamed girls, girls that have
• 38:20
Speaker 1: never come forward or who have never had their chance to,
• 38:24
Speaker 1: you know, speak on it in public because they're still
• 38:29
Speaker 1: scared or they're still suffering whatever sort of issues that
• 38:33
Speaker 1: they might be suffering due to the abuse. So I
• 38:37
Speaker 1: know when I speak, when I, you know, talk about
• 38:39
Speaker 1: Virginia or Annie or, you know, any of the girls,
• 38:44
Speaker 1: I mean every one of them, every one of them,
• 38:48
Speaker 1: you know, especially the ones who are unnamed, who have
• 38:51
Speaker 1: not come forward to tell their story. And how many
• 38:56
Speaker 1: more are there that we don't even know about? I mean,
• 39:02
Speaker 1: according to accounts by some of the survivors, we're talking
• 39:06
Speaker 1: into the thousands, folks, of girls that were possibly abused
• 39:11
Speaker 1: by Jeffrey Epstein and company. So it's pretty wild to
• 39:19
Speaker 1: think how many girls were involved in this. And I'm
• 39:23
Speaker 1: talking about in Palm Beach alone, even these little high
• 39:27
Speaker 1: school girls. And that's why I think that the NPA,
• 39:32
Speaker 1: the non-prosecution agreement down there, it's, you know, I think
• 39:35
Speaker 1: it's one of the many reasons, but one of the
• 39:37
Speaker 1: key reasons is the whole entire thing has to be
• 39:42
Speaker 1: blown up. And what happened in that grand jury has
• 39:45
Speaker 1: to be known. And everybody who took part in making
• 39:49
Speaker 1: sure that Jeffrey Epstein was able to skirt out on
• 39:51
Speaker 1: this has to take responsibility for their part. And whatever
• 39:56
Speaker 1: sanctions or criminal penalties are coming their way, well, they
• 40:02
Speaker 1: need to start coming. Because what happened in Florida is
• 40:05
Speaker 1: a travesty. We're talking about high school girls here, folks. 100%,
• 40:10
Speaker 1: not even a question, no debate, little girls from Palm
• 40:13
Speaker 1: Beach High School. A sweetheart deal was instead crafted in
• 40:20
Speaker 1: that case during a meeting by his lawyer and federal prosecutor,
• 40:24
Speaker 1: Alex Acosta, which resulted in Epstein serving only 13 months
• 40:28
Speaker 1: in a private wing of the Palm Beach County Jail.
• 40:32
Speaker 1: Adding insult to injury, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Department
• 40:36
Speaker 1: allowed Epstein to leave the jail from 7 a.m. to
• 40:39
  Speaker 1: 11 p.m. in a work release program six days a
• 40:43
Speaker 1: week during the final 10 months of his incarceration. So
• 40:48
Speaker 1: we all know how bad this is. We all know
• 40:52
Speaker 1: how gross this is. And we all know that none
• 40:56
Speaker 1: of us would ever be afforded the same rights. The
• 41:01
Speaker 1: fact that he was able to get out of this
• 41:03
Speaker 1: jail cell even in the middle of the sweetheart deal
• 41:07
Speaker 1: he already had, is just another step too far. And
• 41:14
Speaker 1: it's just brazen at this point, how they're basically throwing
• 41:18
Speaker 1: it in the face of the survivors and the public,
• 41:21
Speaker 1: that no matter what Jeffrey Epstein or somebody in his
• 41:26
Speaker 1: class of people do, there's not going to be any
• 41:29
Speaker 1: repercussions for them. So why should anybody in the future
• 41:33
Speaker 1: who would think about doing the same thing have second
• 41:36
Speaker 1: thoughts if Epstein isn't punished harshly, if Maxwell isn't punished harshly?
• 41:42
Speaker 1: That's why it's very important to make sure that whatever
• 41:46
Speaker 1: the law dictates in regards to Maxwell going forward as
• 41:50
Speaker 1: far as her crimes, that she is prosecuted to the
• 41:53
Speaker 1: fullest extent of the law. Acosta advanced the secretary of
• 42:01
Speaker 1: the U.S. Labor Department. Wait for it. The federal agency
• 42:05
Speaker 1: in charge of sex trafficking. Acosta resigned on Friday after
• 42:09
Speaker 1: widespread media reports of his involvement in the Epstein case.
• 42:14
Speaker 1: And it was a bad look from the very beginning.
• 42:16
Speaker 1: Acosta being the head of the department. It is just,
• 42:21
Speaker 1: I never understood why Trump would have all of these
• 42:26
Speaker 1: sort of people around him. It's just gross. It's bad leadership.
• 42:31
Speaker 1: It's just terrible all around. And then you add Dershowitz
• 42:35
Speaker 1: to the mix and Steve Mnuchin. I mean, how many
• 42:38
Speaker 1: fellow travelers? Another strong reason to keep Epstein in jail
• 42:45
Speaker 1: is under his plea deal in Florida, he is registered
• 42:48
Speaker 1: as a level three sex offender in New York and
• 42:51
Speaker 1: his mansion is located just blocks from the Hewitt K-12
• 42:55
Speaker 1: all girls school. Yep, there you go. That was plenty
• 42:58
Speaker 1: there for me. This dude, as a sex offender, should
• 43:02
Speaker 1: not be around any sort of school. In fact, he
• 43:05
Speaker 1: should have been buried underneath the prison like I always
• 43:08
Speaker 1: talk about, but since he wasn't, the least you could
• 43:11
Speaker 1: do is make sure that he's not around the school.
• 43:14
Speaker 1: Not like it would stop him, but at the very least,
• 43:17
Speaker 1: can we follow the rules that everybody else has to follow, please?
• 43:24
Speaker 1: When authorities raided his Manhattan mansion in conjunction with his
• 43:27
Speaker 1: recent arrest, They found hundreds of pictures of naked young
• 43:30
Speaker 1: girls in a safe in his house, according to a
• 43:33
Speaker 1: statement from prosecutors. And I think that we'll see those pictures,
• 43:38
Speaker 1: not us, the public, but during trial. Those pictures will
• 43:43
Speaker 1: probably be used to help them get their prosecution against
• 43:48
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell and others who were involved. And finally... Prosecutors
• 43:55
Speaker 1: argued in a filing with the court on Friday that
• 43:58
  Speaker 1: Epstein has paid $ 250, 000 and $ 100, 000 respectively to two potential
• 44:05
Speaker 1: co-conspirators as recently as the past year, ostensibly to buy
• 44:10
Speaker 1: their silence. Epstein had multiple persons procuring underage women for
• 44:15
Speaker 1: him to abuse, including employees and others, according to multiple
• 44:20
Speaker 1: lawsuits against him. And last night in the live stream,
• 44:25
Speaker 1: we talked a little bit about this, about the bribe money,
• 44:29
Speaker 1: the hush money, the payoff money, and the silly ass
• 44:33
Speaker 1: salaries that the core four were drawing to be assistants.
• 44:37
Speaker 1: None of it made sense. And it's obvious that the
• 44:39
Speaker 1: money that was paid out to the two co-conspirators during
• 44:43
Speaker 1: this whole entire time, one of them Vickers and the
• 44:47
Speaker 1: other one, Leslie Groff, I believe, is just absurd for
• 44:51
Speaker 1: anyone to think, what is this, a bonus? Oh yeah, well,
• 44:54
Speaker 1: you know, I'm about to go to prison and I'm in,
• 44:56
Speaker 1: you know, my finances are under investigation and this, that,
• 44:59
Speaker 1: and the other thing, but here's a few hundred grand
• 45:01
Speaker 1: for you guys to just, you know, roll around and
• 45:03
Speaker 1: it doesn't make sense. Not with Epstein. Remember who we're
• 45:07
Speaker 1: dealing with? This guy, you weren't going to divorce him
• 45:11
Speaker 1: from his money. Very cheap man, very cheap man. The
• 45:18
Speaker 1: public's right to know how Epstein made his money is
• 45:20
Speaker 1: essential to understanding just how much he has gotten away
• 45:24
Speaker 1: with under the nose of the FBI and the U.S.
• 45:27
Speaker 1: Department of Just Us and a full listing of just
• 45:31
Speaker 1: whom his co-conspirators are. Powerful men flew on his private planes,
• 45:37
Speaker 1: one of which was called the Lolita Express, and stayed
• 45:40
Speaker 1: at his private mansions. Were they paying him to secure
• 45:44
Speaker 1: young women for them or getting him access to hot IPOs?
• 45:48
Speaker 1: The Miami Herald investigative reporter, Julie K. Brown, who may
• 45:52
Speaker 1: have forced New York prosecutors into revisiting the case against
• 45:56
Speaker 1: Epstein through her in-depth series of articles in November of
• 46:00
Speaker 1: last year, stated this recently on television. So it's definitely possible, right?
• 46:07
Speaker 1: These guys that were hooking them up with the IPOs,
• 46:09
Speaker 1: Were they in on getting girls procured for them? Possibly.
• 46:14
Speaker 1: These unnamed girls from Eastern Europe, these girls without a voice,
• 46:18
Speaker 1: who knows what they were subjected to while they were here.
• 46:22
Speaker 1: And while we have no reports from the survivors, per se,
• 46:27
Speaker 1: about a guy like Jess Staley or Leon Black or
• 46:32
Speaker 1: any of these other people, at the end of the day,
• 46:35
Speaker 1: who the hell knows what really occurred? And that's why
• 46:38
Speaker 1: the investigation is so important. And that's why these people
• 46:41
Speaker 1: who have been subpoenaed or who might be involved, it's
• 46:45
Speaker 1: important that they come forward and speak to the authorities
• 46:47
Speaker 1: if they want to clear their name. If not, then
• 46:50
Speaker 1: they're just opening up the door for people to come
• 46:55
Speaker 1: to their own conclusions according to the evidence that's available.
• 47:01
Speaker 1: We don't know how much, how deep this went. how
• 47:04
Speaker 1: far-reaching it went in government. But there have been a
• 47:07
Speaker 1: lot of names that I could see on these message pads,
• 47:10
Speaker 1: listing clients, on a regular basis as part of the evidence.
• 47:14
Speaker 1: These message pads were where they would call and leave
• 47:19
Speaker 1: Epstein messages such as, I'm at this hotel. Why do
• 47:23
Speaker 1: you do that unless you're expecting him to send you
• 47:25
Speaker 1: a girl to visit you at your hotel? So there
• 47:28
Speaker 1: are probably quite a few important people, powerful people, Who
• 47:32
Speaker 1: are sweating it out right now. We'll have to wait
• 47:35
Speaker 1: and see. Whether Epstein is going to name names. And
• 47:39
Speaker 1: it's kind of chilling. To look back at that right.
• 47:41
Speaker 1: That's what everybody was waiting for. Everybody was on the
• 47:44
Speaker 1: edge of their seat. Waiting for Epstein. To name some names.
• 47:52
Speaker 1: But before that could happen. Jeffrey Epstein died in the custody.
• 47:54
Speaker 1: Of the federal government. And if you're a trusting person.
• 47:59
Speaker 1: And you believe what. Darth Barr has to say. Well,
• 48:03
Speaker 1: it was just a simple case of suicide, folks. Meanwhile,
• 48:08
Speaker 1: you got Julie K. Brown here. Even Julie K. Brown,
• 48:12
Speaker 1: mainstream media herself, talking about how far this could reach
• 48:16
Speaker 1: in the government and the names on the message pads
• 48:19
Speaker 1: and how people are sweating it out. You know, I'm
• 48:22
Speaker 1: certainly not a genius or anything, but two plus two
• 48:25
Speaker 1: equals four to me. Or Epstein may have been like
• 48:30
Speaker 1: Bernie Madoff, making money through numerous illegal activities, including a
• 48:35
Speaker 1: Ponzi scheme. See, JP Morgan and Madoff were facilitating nesting
• 48:39
Speaker 1: doll-style frauds within frauds. It's a hyperlink within this article,
• 48:44
Speaker 1: and you can definitely click on it if you're interested
• 48:47
Speaker 1: in finding out more about that. You can definitely click
• 48:50
Speaker 1: there and do that. According to an affidavit filed in
• 48:55
Speaker 1: court by Epstein's former business partner, Stephen Hoffenberg of Towers Financial,
• 49:00
Speaker 1: Epstein's early wealth derives from a Ponzi scheme that put
• 49:04
Speaker 1: Hoffenberg behind bars for 20 years. And I'm not going
• 49:08
Speaker 1: to rehash that. Everyone's pretty familiar with Steve Hoffenberg's story
• 49:13
Speaker 1: and his situation with Epstein. And it's not even a
• 49:18
Speaker 1: question for me. how Epstein was getting his money we
• 49:21
Speaker 1: know it was due to illegal activity and I would
• 49:24
Speaker 1: guess I don't have evidence of this but I would
• 49:27
Speaker 1: guess that he was afforded protection from the FBI and
• 49:31
Speaker 1: the CIA or whoever if he would help them by
• 49:35
Speaker 1: ratting on other people in this industry And if you
• 49:38
Speaker 1: think he's above ratting on people, you're mistaken. He was
• 49:41
Speaker 1: an information broker, right? And he would sell that information
• 49:45
Speaker 1: or trade it at a moment's notice. If Epstein was
• 49:52
Speaker 1: a hedge fund manager, it was a big secret to
• 49:55
Speaker 1: other well-known hedge fund managers on Wall Street. Doug Cass,
• 49:59
Speaker 1: who has his ear very close to this street and
• 50:02
Speaker 1: has managed money on Wall Street for decades, told New
• 50:05
Speaker 1: York Magazine last week, I went to my institutional brokers,
• 50:09
Speaker 1: to their trading desks, and I asked if they ever
• 50:11
Speaker 1: traded with him. I did it a few times until
• 50:14
Speaker 1: the date when he was arrested. Not one institutional trading desk,
• 50:19
Speaker 1: primary or secondary, had ever traded with Epstein's firm. And
• 50:24
Speaker 1: that is damning. Very damning, folks. I've heard this from
• 50:30
Speaker 1: a lot of insiders within Wall Street, a lot of
• 50:32
Speaker 1: people who work in the sector, And a lot of
• 50:35
Speaker 1: people who laugh out loud when people try and posit
• 50:40
Speaker 1: Epstein as this great financier, this Wall Street guru genius,
• 50:45
Speaker 1: because it just doesn't fit with the real facts on
• 50:48
Speaker 1: the ground. But there is some anecdotal evidence that Epstein
• 50:54
Speaker 1: may have been trading. In the 2016 non-fiction book, Filthy Rich,
• 51:00
Speaker 1: A Powerful Billionaire, The Sex Scandal That Undid Him, and
• 51:04
Speaker 1: All All the justice that money can buy. The shocking
• 51:07
Speaker 1: true story of Jeffrey Epstein by James Patterson, John Connolly,
• 51:12
Speaker 1: and contributor Tim Malloy. There is a reference to one
• 51:15
Speaker 1: of the planes then owned by Epstein, a Boeing 727,
• 51:20
Speaker 1: that the writers say was customized with its own trading floor. Yeah,
• 51:25
Speaker 1: he was doing trading. There's no doubt. He definitely was
• 51:29
Speaker 1: playing the market and, you know, dipping his toes. But
• 51:34
Speaker 1: he was no guru, right? He wasn't some super intelligent
• 51:39
Speaker 1: financier whiz that was so smart that Leon Black and
• 51:45
Speaker 1: Les Wexner had to seek out his help or one
• 51:48
Speaker 1: of the Johnsons. Stop it. All right, just stop it
• 51:51
Speaker 1: with that nonsense. No one's buying that. So we did
• 51:56
Speaker 1: some digging into one of the few financial documents involving
• 51:59
Speaker 1: Epstein that are not under seal. A federal 990 tax
• 52:04
Speaker 1: filing for his non-profit called, wait for it, Gratitude America.
• 52:09
Speaker 1: The last page of that document lists dozens of publicly
• 52:12
Speaker 1: traded stocks that were held in the portfolio, the majority
• 52:16
Speaker 1: of which were bought and sold on the same day.
• 52:19
Speaker 1: In the lingo of Wall Street, that's called day trading.
• 52:24
Speaker 1: And it is virtually unheard of in an investment portfolio
• 52:28
  Speaker 1: for a taxpayer-subsidized non-profit charity. So what they're basically saying
• 52:34
Speaker 1: here is that this is obviously bupkis, this is obviously BS,
• 52:39
Speaker 1: and that it is virtually unheard of for something like
• 52:44
Speaker 1: this to be part of the portfolio of a non-prof.
• 52:47
Speaker 1: So what was Epstein really doing with Gratitude America? There
• 52:54
Speaker 1: are some modest losses among the day-traded stocks, but there
• 52:57
Speaker 1: are also some eye-popping gains on IPO offerings that spiked
• 53:02
Speaker 1: on their first day of trading. The average American can't
• 53:05
Speaker 1: get their hands on 100 shares of a hot IPO stock,
• 53:08
Speaker 1: let alone in the quantities that Epstein's ledger suggests he secured.
• 53:13
Speaker 1: No shit. We're not playing the game. We're not part
• 53:17
Speaker 1: of the game. That two-tiered justice system is also the
• 53:23
Speaker 1: two-tiered system of life that these people live on. And
• 53:27
Speaker 1: I said it earlier and I'll say it again. Nobody's
• 53:30
Speaker 1: calling you from the bank offering you a hot IPO.
• 53:34
Speaker 1: That shit ain't happening, okay? But if you're Jeffrey Epstein,
• 53:37
Speaker 1: the child abuser, the child molester, the sex trafficker, the
• 53:40
Speaker 1: human trafficker, the money launderer, the general all-around scuzzbag and
• 53:44
Speaker 1: companion to the bipedal serpent, it is game on, folks!
• 53:53
Speaker 1: For example, on October 18th, 2017, the gain-loss ledger shows
• 53:59
Speaker 1: that someone representing the charity bought and sold... Two, two
• 54:03
Speaker 1: and a half million lots for a total of five
• 54:06
Speaker 1: million shares of a Chinese company called Quidian Incorporated, which
• 54:11
Speaker 1: trades as an ADR, American Depository Receipt, on the New
• 54:17
Speaker 1: York Stock Exchange. Quadian went public at $ 24 a share
• 54:22
Speaker 1: on the exact same date that Epstein shows that he
• 54:25
Speaker 1: both bought and sold the stock, flipping a hot IPO
• 54:29
Speaker 1: as it is known in the trades. Epstein's charity made
• 54:32
Speaker 1: a gain of $ 35, 689 on the two lots. But the
• 54:38
Speaker 1: dollar amounts listed as to what he paid and what
• 54:41
Speaker 1: he sold the shares for indicate that the charity held
• 54:44
Speaker 1: just two lots of $ 2, 500 each, or a total of 5,000 shares.
• 54:50
Speaker 1: Not the 5 million shares listed under the quantity column
• 54:53
Speaker 1: of the ledger. So they were cooking the books, bullshitting around,
• 54:57
Speaker 1: quite obvious what was going on. And what, you think
• 55:00
Speaker 1: it was just Epstein doing this? I bet you dollars
• 55:03
Speaker 1: to donuts that Mr. Indyk was involved. I don't have
• 55:08
Speaker 1: the evidence to prove that, but my guess would be
• 55:12
Speaker 1: that the in-house lawyer would be very much involved in
• 55:15
Speaker 1: something like this. All other dollar amounts for other stock
• 55:20
Speaker 1: trades indicate the same thing, that three extra zeros have
• 55:24
Speaker 1: been added under the quantity column. We don't know if
• 55:27
Speaker 1: this is an error in the quantity column or if
• 55:30
Speaker 1: Epstein was able to actually secure vast amounts of hot
• 55:33
Speaker 1: IPOs and simply allocated a portion of the profits to
• 55:37
Speaker 1: his charity. We can say this. Getting any sizable quantity
• 55:42
Speaker 1: of a hot IPO means you have some powerful friends
• 55:46
Speaker 1: somewhere with powerful connections to Wall Street. Yeah, that is
• 55:51
Speaker 1: definitely the case. That's why we're doing this article today.
• 55:55
Speaker 1: That's why we're talking about this again. I want to
• 55:58
Speaker 1: drive home the point that these IPOs are not something
• 56:01
Speaker 1: that's offered to everybody. It's not me and you who
• 56:04
Speaker 1: are getting this, not your Uncle Joe, not even your
• 56:07
Speaker 1: rich friend John. Nobody's getting this unless you're locked in
• 56:11
Speaker 1: and you're friends, I mean really friends, with the movers
• 56:14
Speaker 1: and the shakers on Wall Street. A sampling of other
• 56:19
Speaker 1: hot IPOs shown on his charity's gain-loss ledger, include Roku,
• 56:24
Speaker 1: the streaming video company that went public on September 28, 2017.
• 56:27
Speaker 1: Epstein acquired it at its initial listing price of $ 14
• 56:34
Speaker 1: a share and flipped it the next day at approximately $ 26. 33
• 56:39
Speaker 1: a share. It's not clear if trading commissions have been
• 56:43
Speaker 1: subtracted from the sales proceeds. That's an 88% gain for
• 56:48
  Speaker 1: less than a 24-hour holding period. Now, I know that's
• 56:52
Speaker 1: a lot for people who aren't really into the stock market,
• 56:55
Speaker 1: that don't really understand day trading and stuff like that.
• 56:59
Speaker 1: But if you're getting an 88% return on your trades,
• 57:02
Speaker 1: you are killing it and you're setting yourself up to
• 57:05
Speaker 1: have a lot of money in the long run. But
• 57:08
Speaker 1: this guy, Jeffrey Epstein, and the way he was getting
• 57:12
Speaker 1: these IPOs, it's not because he's some great There was
• 57:18
Speaker 1: some sort of quid pro quo going on here. I
• 57:20
Speaker 1: do for you, you do for me, and we all
• 57:23
Speaker 1: get rich and laugh at everybody else. That's what's going
• 57:26
Speaker 1: on here, in my opinion. Another IPO obtained was the
• 57:32
Speaker 1: email marketing company SendGrid, which he flipped on the first
• 57:36
Speaker 1: day of trading in November 15th of 2017 for a
• 57:38
Speaker 1: gain of 13.8% in one day. So again, these are
• 57:39
Speaker 1: huge gains. Not the 88%, but if you can get
• 57:48
Speaker 1: 13% on your investment and you're investing big money, folks,
• 57:53
Speaker 1: that's a big clip. And you're going to be very
• 57:58
Speaker 1: profitable if you're reaping those kind of rewards. The charity's
• 58:04
Speaker 1: game loss ledger shows that, in dollar terms, his largest
• 58:07
Speaker 1: profit came from a position in Tencent Holdings, the Chinese
• 58:11
Speaker 1: internet company. He bought his position on two dates in
• 58:16
Speaker 1: 2016 and sold both lots on August 14, 2017 for
• 58:22
  Speaker 1: a gain of $ 693, 412 in a little over a year's time.
• 58:29
Speaker 1: We'll be reaching out to the accounting firm that filed
• 58:31
Speaker 1: this tax return to inquire why the quantity column for
• 58:34
Speaker 1: the shares of stock shows three extra zeros versus the
• 58:39
Speaker 1: dollar amounts realized in the purchase and sales column. columns.
• 58:44
Speaker 1: So this gives you just a little bit more of
• 58:46
Speaker 1: a look, folks, at how Epstein was conducting himself, at
• 58:50
Speaker 1: how he was conducting at the very least a portion
• 58:53
Speaker 1: of his business. And he was getting these IPOs. They
• 58:57
Speaker 1: were hot. They were guaranteed. They were underwritten by the institutions.
• 59:03
Speaker 1: And he was burning them for huge profits at 88%
• 59:05
  Speaker 1: a clip. Or in just over a year, a 600
• 59:10
  Speaker 1: a $ 693, 000 plus some change profit. Not a bad year's
• 59:16
Speaker 1: work if you can get it, huh? Not a bad
• 59:18
Speaker 1: year's work with your passive money making money for you.
• 59:23
Speaker 1: The only problem is... They were doing this business... With
• 59:28
Speaker 1: a convicted sex offender. And one of the scummiest people
• 59:33
Speaker 1: in the country. Maybe in the whole world in fact.
• 59:39
Speaker 1: And now. That the doors are blown off of all
• 59:42
Speaker 1: of this. Jeffrey Epstein's gone and dead. But these institutions
• 59:47
Speaker 1: still remain. And folks. It's about time they start answering
• 59:51
Speaker 1: some questions. If you'd like to contact me, you can
• 59:55
  Speaker 1: do that at BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at ProtonMail.com.
• 1:00:05
Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
• 1:00:12
Speaker 1: All of the links that go with this episode can
• 1:00:14
Speaker 1: be found in the description box. All right, folks, I'll
• 1:00:18
Speaker 1: be back later on tonight. I'm going to keep on
• 1:00:20
Speaker 1: keeping on talking about Indyke and Khan this morning. And
• 1:00:24
Speaker 1: the fact that they were involved in arranged marriages with
• 1:00:29
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and these trafficked girls. Now, we have known
• 1:00:34
Speaker 1: this for quite some time, right? But it is a
• 1:00:37
Speaker 1: whole other story. When we see it in court documents,
• 1:00:42
Speaker 1: I don't know how much more I can drive that
• 1:00:45
Speaker 1: point home. When we actually have the receipts for this stuff,
• 1:00:49
Speaker 1: it becomes that much more real. When people can sit
• 1:00:52
Speaker 1: down and read about this, and see the court documents
• 1:00:56
Speaker 1: for themselves, and know that things are moving in the
• 1:00:59
Speaker 1: proper direction, it has a much bigger impact than somebody
• 1:01:04
Speaker 1: reporting on it. So, with this new revelation down in
• 1:01:12
Speaker 1: the United States Virgin Islands, the new information coming out
• 1:01:17
Speaker 1: that Indyk and Khan have been called captains of sex trafficking,
• 1:01:23
Speaker 1: Not my words, by the way. Those are the words
• 1:01:26
Speaker 1: and the language used in the filing put on the
• 1:01:29
Speaker 1: books by Denise George. So, again, everything we have speculated
• 1:01:35
Speaker 1: about here, folks, has come true for the most part. Now,
• 1:01:40
Speaker 1: of course, not everything, right? There's a lot going on
• 1:01:43
Speaker 1: in this case. But the meat and potatoes of this case,
• 1:01:47
Speaker 1: everything that we have talked about has come to fruition.
• 1:01:51
Speaker 1: And you see it here again with Indyk and Khan.
• 1:01:54
Speaker 1: And like I said yesterday, I believe that this is foreshadowing.
• 1:01:59
Speaker 1: And that we're going to see this sort of thing
• 1:02:02
Speaker 1: rear its ugly head once again in the criminal portion
• 1:02:05
Speaker 1: of this case with Ghislaine Maxwell. Indyk and Khan are
• 1:02:14
Speaker 1: two people that I believe the feds can really press here.
• 1:02:19
Speaker 1: They already have mad dirt on Indyke for him with
• 1:02:23
Speaker 1: the whole structuring situation, that alone can get him charged
• 1:02:27
Speaker 1: and get him slapped with a hold'em charge as they
• 1:02:30
Speaker 1: build a case against him. But for some reason, they're
• 1:02:33
Speaker 1: still letting him run around and stay free. Now, my
• 1:02:38
Speaker 1: only guess is they are continuing to work on the
• 1:02:45
Speaker 1: indictment and the overall case And they want to make
• 1:02:49
Speaker 1: sure that all of their ducks are in a row
• 1:02:51
Speaker 1: before they unleash the indictments on these people. But with
• 1:02:55
Speaker 1: this new information from the Virgin Islands, you have to
• 1:03:00
Speaker 1: think that the writing most certainly is on the wall.
• 1:03:04
Speaker 1: Especially when explosive rhetoric like calling these two dudes captains
• 1:03:09
Speaker 1: of sex trafficking is used. There's no going back from that.
• 1:03:15
Speaker 1: There's no... softening up those words those words are what
• 1:03:19
Speaker 1: they are she basically just said that these dudes are
• 1:03:23
Speaker 1: capo regimes in Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise point blank period
• 1:03:28
Speaker 1: Alison Moe are you listening SDNY are you listening Judge
• 1:03:32
Speaker 1: Nathan are you listening let's get this ball rolling and
• 1:03:37
Speaker 1: let's get a full blown overbearing Rico case dropped on
• 1:03:46
Speaker 1: all of their heads. Our article this morning is from
• 1:03:51
Speaker 1: the New York Post, and the headline is, Epstein Financiers
• 1:03:56
Speaker 1: Forced His Survivors Into Arranged Marriages, Lawsuit Alleges. This article
• 1:04:03
Speaker 1: is authored by Priscilla DeGregory and Ben Feuerherd. The longtime
• 1:04:10
Speaker 1: financiers of Jeffrey Epstein's estate, were hit with a lawsuit
• 1:04:14
Speaker 1: by authorities in the Virgin Islands on Wednesday, alleging they
• 1:04:18
Speaker 1: facilitated his sick lifestyle by forcing his survivors into arranged
• 1:04:23
Speaker 1: marriages to secure their immigration to the United States. Now,
• 1:04:28
Speaker 1: think about that for a minute. First and foremost, for
• 1:04:32
Speaker 1: as much shit as the United States gets, and for
• 1:04:35
Speaker 1: as much as we trash it, I mean, let's be real,
• 1:04:40
Speaker 1: everybody around the world is... falling head over heels to
• 1:04:44
Speaker 1: come to the United States, even being willing to be
• 1:04:47
Speaker 1: involved in sham marriages to get here. So, as much
• 1:04:52
Speaker 1: as we're critical of the United States, the idea that
• 1:04:56
Speaker 1: it's built on is what I love. What it can
• 1:05:00
Speaker 1: be and what it could be is what I love.
• 1:05:04
Speaker 1: What I don't love is the shitbag government officials that
• 1:05:08
Speaker 1: have been elected that have continuously destroyed the pathway to
• 1:05:15
Speaker 1: the United States being everything that it should be. Epstein
• 1:05:23
Speaker 1: preferred women who didn't speak English because they spoke less,
• 1:05:27
Speaker 1: according to the updated civil complaint filed by the U.S.
• 1:05:31
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands Attorney General, which accuses Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn,
• 1:05:35
Speaker 1: the co-executors of Epstein's estate, of being captains in his
• 1:05:39
Speaker 1: criminal enterprise. So... Just them being named as captains in
• 1:05:44
Speaker 1: this criminal enterprise should be enough to get them yanked
• 1:05:50
Speaker 1: off of this as executors of this estate. I don't
• 1:05:53
Speaker 1: understand how that has not happened so far. Furthermore, I
• 1:05:57
Speaker 1: don't understand how these two morons were ever allowed to
• 1:06:02
Speaker 1: be the executors of this estate, considering everything that everybody
• 1:06:07
Speaker 1: has known about them, how they were connected at Epstein's hip,
• 1:06:10
Speaker 1: were in Epstein's hip pocket. were the ones that were
• 1:06:13
Speaker 1: facilitating all of these deals, signing off on it, and
• 1:06:17
Speaker 1: according to these reports, involved in even, you would think,
• 1:06:22
Speaker 1: basically forced sham marriages to get people's citizenship. So not
• 1:06:28
Speaker 1: only were they scamming and plotting financially, but they were
• 1:06:34
Speaker 1: also engaged in immigration fraud as well. One of Epstein's
• 1:06:42
Speaker 1: survivors was flown by the multimillionaire pedophile and his business
• 1:06:46
Speaker 1: partners from New York to Palm Beach to his private
• 1:06:49
Speaker 1: island dozens of times between 2004 and 2017. AG's office
• 1:06:55
Speaker 1: claims in the suit. So, according to this suit, one
• 1:07:01
Speaker 1: of Epstein's survivors was ferried around between Epstein's properties for
• 1:07:09
Speaker 1: 13 years to be abused. according to this suit. And obviously,
• 1:07:14
Speaker 1: Indyke and Khan knew the score. They knew what was up.
• 1:07:19
Speaker 1: These two dudes were involved with everything that Epstein had
• 1:07:22
Speaker 1: going on. These two dudes were as close to Epstein
• 1:07:28
Speaker 1: as you could possibly get. And when it comes to Indyke,
• 1:07:32
Speaker 1: he was as close to Epstein as anyone, in my opinion.
• 1:07:36
Speaker 1: I don't think Epstein trusted anyone as much as he
• 1:07:39
Speaker 1: trusted Indyke. Not even Maxwell. So I contend that Indyke
• 1:07:45
Speaker 1: is a very, very huge key to the puzzle here.
• 1:07:48
Speaker 1: And I think that he really needs to be pressed.
• 1:07:51
Speaker 1: And they need to really go hard on this dude.
• 1:07:54
Speaker 1: Come at him with all kinds of charges. Have him
• 1:07:57
Speaker 1: staring down a life sentence or multiple life sentences even.
• 1:08:02
Speaker 1: And then press the shit out of him until he breaks.
• 1:08:05
Speaker 1: Make him sing a song like has never been heard before.
• 1:08:11
Speaker 1: Because again, he's not built for this shit. And all
• 1:08:15
Speaker 1: of the stuff that he was involved in, he was
• 1:08:18
Speaker 1: a glue piece, folks. He held everything together. This is
• 1:08:22
Speaker 1: the kind of person that is a prosecutor's dream to
• 1:08:26
Speaker 1: get in front of them, sat down in an office,
• 1:08:29
Speaker 1: and then to go to work. The question is, When
• 1:08:34
Speaker 1: is that going to occur? During the latter part of
• 1:08:38
Speaker 1: his period, she was forced into an arranged marriage to
• 1:08:42
Speaker 1: another survivor that was facilitated by defendant co-executor Indyke to
• 1:08:48
Speaker 1: prevent the other victim from being deported, the complaint states.
• 1:08:53
Speaker 1: So Indyke was just hugely involved in all of this
• 1:08:57
Speaker 1: backroom dealing, getting these immigration documents, Knocked out. Making sure
• 1:09:01
Speaker 1: that these girls were able to stay in America. So
• 1:09:04
Speaker 1: that they were able to. Be put to work here right.
• 1:09:07
Speaker 1: So Jeffrey Epstein could do his thing. Abuse them. Farm
• 1:09:12
Speaker 1: them out to his friends. So that he could get information. And.
• 1:09:17
Speaker 1: Who knows. What other sorts of devious disgustingness... Was going
• 1:09:22
Speaker 1: on behind the shadows... One thing I do know though...
• 1:09:25
Speaker 1: Is that Indyke was hugely responsible... For all of this occurring...
• 1:09:30
Speaker 1: And that's not even an opinion at this point... Just
• 1:09:32
Speaker 1: look at his name and signature... On all of these documents...
• 1:09:36
Speaker 1: And then take a look at what Denise George... Has
• 1:09:38
Speaker 1: labeled them... Epstein allegedly forced... Three female American survivors... Into
• 1:09:45
Speaker 1: marriage with foreign survivors... using a threat of reputational and
• 1:09:49
Speaker 1: bodily harm if they did not agree to the unions
• 1:09:53
Speaker 1: or tried to opt out of them, the suit alleges.
• 1:09:56
Speaker 1: So Indyk and Khan were involved in peddling threats and
• 1:10:00
Speaker 1: all sorts of other devious, disgusting shit onto these girls
• 1:10:05
Speaker 1: if they didn't comply, if they didn't get down with
• 1:10:07
Speaker 1: the plan, if they didn't marry somebody so that they
• 1:10:10
Speaker 1: could keep their citizenship. Once again, These girls and everybody
• 1:10:16
Speaker 1: in Epstein's atmosphere are just pieces on a chessboard to
• 1:10:21
Speaker 1: be moved around. In each instance, Indyk and Kahn knowingly
• 1:10:28
Speaker 1: facilitated the fraudulent and coerced marriages, performing and securing the
• 1:10:33
Speaker 1: legal and accounting work involved. and enabling a fraud that
• 1:10:37
Speaker 1: would further bind Epstein's survivors to him, and enable Epstein
• 1:10:42
Speaker 1: to continue to control and abuse these victims sexually, the
• 1:10:46
Speaker 1: complaint states. Co-conspirators is what these people are, okay? Let's
• 1:10:52
Speaker 1: just call them what Denise George calls them, captains of
• 1:10:57
Speaker 1: the sex trafficking industry. That's what they are. They're not
• 1:11:02
Speaker 1: executors of the estate. They were people that were involved...
• 1:11:07
Speaker 1: On the ground floor with Jeffrey Epstein. And they helped facilitate.
• 1:11:11
Speaker 1: Not only the abuse. But basically the imprisonment. Of these girls.
• 1:11:16
Speaker 1: That got wrapped up with them. And how. With all
• 1:11:24
Speaker 1: of this known. Is Indycan Khan. Defending Jeffrey Epstein's estate.
• 1:11:31
Speaker 1: They should be. A guest of the state. The updated
• 1:11:38
Speaker 1: suit details the experience of several Epstein survivors who say
• 1:11:42
Speaker 1: they were forced to have sex with the pedophile and
• 1:11:44
Speaker 1: his guests on the island. One unnamed survivor said she
• 1:11:48
Speaker 1: observed large numbers of girls and young women who did
• 1:11:51
Speaker 1: not speak English hanging around Epstein on the island, which
• 1:11:55
Speaker 1: was Epstein's preference since they spoke less. And now whenever
• 1:11:59
Speaker 1: you hear about the girls that don't speak English, right away,
• 1:12:02
Speaker 1: I think about that sorry excuse for a human being,
• 1:12:06
Speaker 1: Jean-Luc Brunel. And that was his portion of this deal, right?
• 1:12:10
Speaker 1: He was bringing in all of these girls from Europe,
• 1:12:14
Speaker 1: Eastern Europe, and elsewhere who were from impoverished places, places
• 1:12:19
Speaker 1: with broken homes or war-torn nations or nations with just
• 1:12:24
Speaker 1: a large, large amount of poverty. And he would bring
• 1:12:27
Speaker 1: them to America and selling them all sorts of promises
• 1:12:31
Speaker 1: and lies, and then they would end up in the
• 1:12:34
Speaker 1: clutches of Jeffrey Epstein and the Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise.
• 1:12:41
Speaker 1: So when we talk about all of the unnamed girls,
• 1:12:44
Speaker 1: the girls who haven't come forward, how many of them
• 1:12:47
Speaker 1: are of Eastern European descent? I would say a lot
• 1:12:50
Speaker 1: of them, folks. And it's really concerning to think how
• 1:12:59
Speaker 1: many of these girls were abused by Jean-Luc Brunel, Epstein,
• 1:13:03
Speaker 1: and these others. After he pleaded guilty to soliciting prostitution
• 1:13:10
Speaker 1: with a minor in the U.S. in 2008, Epstein began
• 1:13:13
Speaker 1: to focus on procuring and abusing women from Eastern Europe.
• 1:13:17
Speaker 1: These women's immigration status and language barriers made them more isolated, dependent,
• 1:13:23
Speaker 1: and vulnerable to Epstein's abuse and manipulation, the suit says.
• 1:13:27
Speaker 1: One hundred percent. This is how sex traffickers do it.
• 1:13:31
Speaker 1: We see it with a lot of different Asian sex
• 1:13:36
Speaker 1: trafficking operations, right? They bring girls over from the motherland
• 1:13:40
Speaker 1: and then once they get here, they say, well, now
• 1:13:43
Speaker 1: you're indebted to us. That was a twenty five thousand
• 1:13:45
Speaker 1: dollar ride. So now you have to work at our
• 1:13:48
Speaker 1: brothel and service the Johns that come here to work
• 1:13:51
Speaker 1: your debt off. And that's basically the same route that
• 1:13:55
Speaker 1: the Epstein operation used. Oh, well, we brought you here. Oh,
• 1:13:59
Speaker 1: you want to stay here? You better play ball. You
• 1:14:01
Speaker 1: better go on a date with so and so. Oh,
• 1:14:04
Speaker 1: you're not here to be a model. You're here to
• 1:14:06
Speaker 1: be used and abused by us. And then these girls
• 1:14:12
Speaker 1: get here. They don't have immigration status. They're scared to
• 1:14:15
Speaker 1: go to the authorities. They don't speak the language. And
• 1:14:18
Speaker 1: they get groomed to think that this is the way
• 1:14:21
Speaker 1: things go. That this is just the way the modeling
• 1:14:24
Speaker 1: world works. Meanwhile, all of these girls from Eastern Europe
• 1:14:29
Speaker 1: are being absolutely abused and taken advantage of. And nobody
• 1:14:34
Speaker 1: is talking about it. Nobody is trying to find who
• 1:14:39
Speaker 1: these girls are from Eastern Europe. I would hope that
• 1:14:42
Speaker 1: the SDNY... Is all over it. Because I have to
• 1:14:46
Speaker 1: tell you folks. It is very very very very. Chilling
• 1:14:50
Speaker 1: to think. What happened to all of these. Unnamed girls.
• 1:14:55
Speaker 1: The suit alleges. Indyk and Khan were in charge of virtually.
• 1:14:59
Speaker 1: Every aspect of Epstein's. Financial activities. Facilitating his sex trafficking.
• 1:15:04
Speaker 1: And sexual abuse. Yeah they definitely were. Not even a question.
• 1:15:09
Speaker 1: Not even a question. I mean. I mean. We were...
• 1:15:17
Speaker 1: We've talked about this, I mean, at length. That these
• 1:15:23
Speaker 1: two dudes were completely and utterly involved in all of this.
• 1:15:28
Speaker 1: These guys were a key component to what's going on here.
• 1:15:35
Speaker 1: I mean, it is almost unbelievable that they've escaped the
• 1:15:42
Speaker 1: legacy media spotlight. When it's time for an adventure. The
• 1:15:47
Speaker 1: suit alleges Indyke and Kahn were in charge of virtually
• 1:15:49
Speaker 1: every aspect of Epstein's financial activities, facilitating his sex trafficking
• 1:15:54
Speaker 1: and sexual abuse. As the controllers of Epstein's companies, such
• 1:15:59
Speaker 1: as Southern Trust, now remember that name, that's the LLC company,
• 1:16:03
Speaker 1: the slush company, the money laundering station. The pair made
• 1:16:07
Speaker 1: payments to women who were forced to have sex with
• 1:16:09
Speaker 1: Epstein and and or recruited others to be victimized, the
• 1:16:14
Speaker 1: suit alleges. So these dudes are not only enabling Jeffrey
• 1:16:23
Speaker 1: Epstein's behavior, but they're aiding and abetting it as well
• 1:16:27
Speaker 1: and signing off on the financials. So how is it
• 1:16:33
Speaker 1: that these two dudes are still the executors and they
• 1:16:37
Speaker 1: are not in jail? How in the world is that
• 1:16:39
Speaker 1: even possible? The suit claims that Indyk and Khan were
• 1:16:44
Speaker 1: compensated handsomely throughout their work with Epstein, but the exact
• 1:16:48
Speaker 1: totals for how much they were paid is not included
• 1:16:51
Speaker 1: in the complaint. Well, that's because we don't know how
• 1:16:54
Speaker 1: much they were paid. Let's be real. Oh, sure, they
• 1:16:57
Speaker 1: have the money that's on the books, their taxable income,
• 1:17:00
  Speaker 1: but that's not the be-all, end-all. We don't know how
• 1:17:03
Speaker 1: much they really made. We don't know how much they
• 1:17:05
Speaker 1: have stored offshore. How much crypto do they have? How
• 1:17:08
Speaker 1: much money do they turn into commodities? How much money
• 1:17:11
Speaker 1: do they pump into oil? See, this is why a
• 1:17:14
Speaker 1: forensic accountant must be on the tail of these people
• 1:17:18
Speaker 1: and must go hard in the paint because there is
• 1:17:21
Speaker 1: obviously a ton of financial malfeasance that occurred. In a statement,
• 1:17:31
Speaker 1: a lawyer for both the men says they categorically reject
• 1:17:34
Speaker 1: the allegations of misconduct made for the first time today
• 1:17:38
Speaker 1: by the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands, regarding their
• 1:17:41
Speaker 1: purported roles in the so-called Epstein Enterprise. Oh, well, Indykin
• 1:17:47
Speaker 1: Khan finally getting called out on the carpet, and they
• 1:17:51
Speaker 1: don't like it. The so-called criminal enterprise? Nice try. You
• 1:17:55
Speaker 1: mean the so-called innocent Indykin Khan, right? C2 can play
• 1:17:59
Speaker 1: this game. We can just flip the words around right
• 1:18:02
Speaker 1: back at them, send it back at them in boomerang fashion.
• 1:18:07
Speaker 1: The facts are clear. Neither Mr. Indyk nor Mr. Kahn
• 1:18:11
Speaker 1: had any involvement in any misconduct by Mr. Epstein of
• 1:18:14
Speaker 1: any kind at any time, the statement reads. Uh, what?
• 1:18:19
Speaker 1: Then why are there signatures all over the paperwork? Why
• 1:18:22
Speaker 1: didn't they go to the authorities and tell the authorities
• 1:18:25
Speaker 1: what Epstein was up to? Oh, that's right. They were
• 1:18:27
Speaker 1: busy enriching themselves on the backs of a criminal enterprise.
• 1:18:32
Speaker 1: Get ready to have your bank accounts frozen, boys. It
• 1:18:38
Speaker 1: is enormously regrettable that the Attorney General chose to level
• 1:18:42
Speaker 1: false allegations and to unfairly malign the co-executor's reputation without
• 1:18:48
Speaker 1: any proof or factual basis. to do so. What? There
• 1:18:53
Speaker 1: is oodles of proof that your clients are scumbags, bro.

Speaker 1: comfort to Jeffrey Epstein. It's everybody else's fault, right? No.
• 1:19:41
Speaker 1: Your two clients, Indyke and Kahn, are finally getting some
• 1:19:46
Speaker 1: spotlight tossed their way. And boy, oh boy, do they
• 1:19:51
Speaker 1: deserve it. To date, the estate has funded that program

Speaker 1: guys do. What, you don't think they have a spreadsheet
• 1:20:39
Speaker 1: with all of their girls listed on it? Of course

Speaker 1: some kind of coded system? Probably. The smarter ones will.
• 1:20:49
Speaker 1: But they definitely have a database. George alleged that Epstein

• 1:21:14
Speaker 1: 11-year-old girls brought to this island to be abused by

Speaker 1: they would have done their job and put Epstein away
• 1:22:05
Speaker 1: for the rest of his life, all of these girls
