A fifty-two-year-old U.S. resident, Lorenzo Salgado Araujo, was fatally shot by an ICE agent in Houston during a vehicle stop—despite not being the target of the operation. ICE agents, acting on an administrative warrant and a tip from another agency, pulled over a white van that resembled their suspect’s vehicle.
