- 0:19Hello, and welcome to episode 296 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host, Josh Applebaum. What's going on, everyone?
- 0:36Happy Tuesday. Another day here in the arena,
- 0:40guys, as we roll through the early portion of our week.
- 0:43And once again, it's going to be a big Major League Baseball day.
- 0:45Huge slate today, guys, 15 games overall.
- 0:48We would have to wait another day until the NBA Finals.
- 0:51I did notice for tomorrow night, we do have the Thunder around
- 0:54A5, 5 1/2 point favorite. They did take up a little bit -5
- 0:58up to 5 1/2. We did see that total kind of
- 1:01tick up a bit 227 1/2 up to two 28228 1/2.
- 1:05And then also we got to wait a couple days here for the next
- 1:08NHL Stanley Cup Final game, which I'm kicking myself because
- 1:11I was leaning Florida last night over thought it paralysis by
- 1:15analysis and of course the Florida Panthers role.
- 1:18So if anyone who played that one, Congrats if you did have
- 1:21Florida because they did have that line moving.
- 1:23They're like -135 up to around -140 - 145.
- 1:27But also, if you were leaning under 6 1/2, wow, late, late
- 1:31goal at the very end by Florida to win 6 to 1, that was a
- 1:34Backbreaker bad beat. If you did have the under there
- 1:37or I guess if you had the over, hey, that was a great hit for
- 1:39you late. But remember, anytime you have a
- 1:41bad beat, someone out there has a great, great backdoor cover
- 1:44win and vice versa. So again, what goes around comes
- 1:47around. But a couple days here until
- 1:50until our next playoff games in both the NBA and the NHL.
- 1:54Now looking toward today, guys that do have a four pack of
- 1:57sweats for you that surprise you?
- 1:59No, we've been grinding 3 plays. The reason why I picked 3 plays
- 2:02is 1. You know, let's not overexert
- 2:04ourselves. Let's not make too many bets
- 2:06because the more bets you make, yeah, you could win them all and
- 2:08have a great day, but also you could lose them all or struggle
- 2:11and have the juice basically chip away at your winnings.
- 2:15And anytime you got three, it's always, hey, you win 1, you lose
- 2:17one. That last one, you can still
- 2:18have a winning day. But I did see 3 plays here on
- 2:22some short favorites after the dogs.
- 2:25We'll get to them in a second. They let us down all yellow
- 2:27style in particular, two teams that I'm like exactly one team
- 2:31I'm disgusted by, but three pack of MLB money lines.
- 2:36And then I do have a total for you.
- 2:37There's a game where I thought we had a pretty good number
- 2:40because it was kind of going back and forth, 99 and a half,
- 2:439/9 and 1/2 with a couple teams here.
- 2:46Hopefully can put up some runs tonight.
- 2:47So 4 pack overall. We could try to get maybe three
- 2:50of these. That would be a fantastic night.
- 2:52Now looking back toward last night again, I've been grinding
- 2:55favorites all year having pretty good success.
- 2:58Maybe it's slowed down a little bit cuz dogs been barking quite
- 3:01a bit since May 1st and I said you know what dogs are barking.
- 3:04We got three dogs with good sharp mush edges with good line
- 3:07moves and what do you know all three lose.
- 3:10So that's why baseball is one of the most frustrating sports to
- 3:13bet on. I'll give you a couple examples.
- 3:15One was the Brewers just didn't even show up.
- 3:17They actually were up 1 nothing. Then they got rolled and they
- 3:19lost seven O 1. But the Cubs let me down because
- 3:23they actually took a lead in extra innings and Pete Crow
- 3:26Armstrong hit a double and all they had to do was nail it down
- 3:29to win the game. And then what happens?
- 3:30They blow it and lose an extra innings the very next half
- 3:33inning. But the one that really hurt was
- 3:35the Mariners because the Mariners were down 4 nothing in
- 3:38the 9th inning. I'm like, OK, there's a loss
- 3:40there. They stormed back a lot of runs
- 3:42with two outs to tie it up 4:00 to 4:00 to go to extra innings
- 3:46only to get walked off against on a Grand Slam by Josh Naylor.
- 3:50So Mariners, Cubs, both extra in games, both losses.
- 3:54Hey, that's brutal. You'd expect at least one of
- 3:56those to go our way and then a no show by the Brew Crew.
- 3:59So either way, guys, beating some closing lines.
- 4:01Couple sharp bets here didn't come through.
- 4:04But it's just ironic. You know, you see these dogs
- 4:06cashing and then when you're mostly a favorite better and you
- 4:09jump on the dogs, they all lose for you.
- 4:11So I guess that's that's betting.
- 4:14What are you going to do? But anyway, guys looking for a
- 4:15bounce back night 4 pack overall.
- 4:17Let's not waste any more time. Dive right into our sweats and
- 4:20hopefully have a winning bounce back day for today.
- 4:23So first game on the board for me.
- 4:25Let's go to a 6:40 PM Eastern Time.
- 4:27First pitch in Pittsburgh where the Pirates are hosting the
- 4:30Miami Marlins, setting the stage for this one.
- 4:32The Pirates are 27 and 40 on the year, but had a big win last
- 4:35night 2:50, easily cashing as a -, 125 home favorite for the
- 4:41rematch tonight. We have the Marlins going with
- 4:45or 24 and 40 on the year with their record, but they're going
- 4:48to go with the ready Sandy Alcantara.
- 4:50Remember, he used to be amazing, not so great this year after
- 4:53Tommy John coming back from injury.
- 4:55Two and seven, 7.89 ERA. Meanwhile, the Buckos are going
- 4:59to go with the fellow ready Mitch Keller, one and eight
- 5:02record gross with a 4.13 ERA. It's been pretty competitive.
- 5:06What do we see across the market here when we open this game?
- 5:08Pittsburgh around a -, 135 home favorite with the Miami Marlins
- 5:13are on the plus. 1/15 Rd. Dog.
- 5:16What are we seeing across the board here?
- 5:18Well, nothing but steam on the Pirates.
- 5:20I'm going Buckos tonight. Let's go, Pirates, guys.
- 5:23Pirates have been moving up -135 up to -145.
- 5:28I think you can still get a -, 140 at BET MGM.
- 5:31That's the number that I jumped on.
- 5:32But again, some books as high as -145 even -150 aside from that
- 5:37line move in their favor, pretty good bet splits on the Pirates
- 5:40at DraftKings, 80% bets, nearly 85% dollars are on the buckos.
- 5:45And then at circa over 90% of money line bets and dollars are
- 5:49on Pittsburgh. So both DraftKings and circa
- 5:52pretty heavy. You know, one way pro and Joe
- 5:53bet split in favor of another Bucks victory at home.
- 5:57Do have some system matches here.
- 5:58One just generally speaking, non division favorite, lack of
- 6:01familiarity benefiting quote UN quote the better team.
- 6:04You also have a non division home favorite off a win, getting
- 6:08$0.05 of line movement or more in their direction.
- 6:10Those teams are 97 and 5265% with a 3% ROI.
- 6:15Now this total has been kind of bopping back and forth, 88 and a
- 6:18half, but a lot of books are down to 8.
- 6:20And that's notable because that would match as a correlative
- 6:23betting favorite low total. So the fair amount of expected
- 6:26runs scored more likely to come from quote UN quote, that better
- 6:29team was expected to win. Now if we dive into these
- 6:31pictures a little bit, Keller, again, he's one and eight.
- 6:34You can't help that, but you know, look at Paul Skeens, the
- 6:37guy's incredible and he's got a losing record as well.
- 6:40One and eight. Again, not great, but he's given
- 6:42up 3 earned runs or less and ten of his 13 starts this year.
- 6:45So he's kept them in these games.
- 6:47A lot of these losses are with his offense not doing anything.
- 6:50You know, Alcantara, again, he was unhittable.
- 6:53Cy Young few years ago, got hurt.
- 6:55Well, he has been getting lit up here this year.
- 6:57I hope that continues tonight. He's given up 4 earned runs or
- 7:01more and eight of his 12 starts this season.
- 7:04And by the way, on the road, he's O and four with a 12.81
- 7:07ERA. So again, he's been really
- 7:09struggling overall, but especially on the road.
- 7:11They're on the road tonight with the Marlins.
- 7:13Now, Pittsburgh has played pretty well as of late.
- 7:16They've gone six and four. Their last 10.
- 7:17They're hitting 251 over that time span, 2.86 team ERA.
- 7:22And their last 10 games for the Marlins, 2 and 8, they're only
- 7:25hitting 2:28 with an ERA of 4.19 home Rd. splits.
- 7:30You know, Pittsburgh is 18 and 18 at home.
- 7:32I mean, they're 500 home team. They're obviously terrible on
- 7:35the road, but they're at home tonight.
- 7:37And Miami, by the way, 10 and 20 on the road.
- 7:39That's the fifth worst Rd. record in Major League Baseball.
- 7:43Then a little cherry on top here, popped open the juicer
- 7:45lap, 8% sharp mush edge in favor of the Pirates.
- 7:49So we got a good steam move. Hopefully an advantage here in
- 7:52favor of Keller against Alcantara.
- 7:54Couple system matches correlative betting favorite low
- 7:57total. I'm going to bank on hopefully
- 7:58Miami racking up another Rd. loss.
- 8:01Let's go pirates keep the good vibes going.
- 8:02I got Pittsburgh -140 at bet MGM next one for you 7:10 PM Eastern
- 8:09Time first pitch not far from where I'm at.
- 8:12Let's check out a Fenway Park matchup tonight Tampa Bay at
- 8:15Boston Now this one if you watched last night, I was I
- 8:19didn't have any action on it, but I do have the Red Sox over
- 8:21win total, which I must say isn't looking great though so
- 8:24far over 85 1/2. But who knows you know maybe
- 8:27they'll get hot a lot of time left did actually call Brom and
- 8:31Anthony who was the number one prospect in baseball.
- 8:33People are really excited about that around me in New England.
- 8:36But anyway, it was a crazy game. You did see Tampa Bay win
- 8:39yesterday and went into extras back and forth.
- 8:41It was pretty entertaining. They won 7:50 as around a kind
- 8:44of like a pick em play or a - 1 O 5 Rd. dog.
- 8:47So for tonight, 7:10 PM Eastern Time, first pitch, we have Tampa
- 8:52Bay going with Ryan Pepio. He's three and five with a 3.2 O
- 8:56ERA. The Red Sox are going with Lucas
- 8:58Giolito one and one 6.42 ERA. Now, what do we see across the
- 9:04market here? Well, in terms of the money
- 9:05line, you know, it's basically a pick em type game.
- 9:08You do have the Red Sox going to -110 -, 115 at some shops, but
- 9:12I'm looking at the total in this one, and I'm rooting for more
- 9:15runs. Give me the over 9 now.
- 9:18It's very important to get the over 9 because a lot of books
- 9:21are at 9 1/2 and coming back down to 9.
- 9:24So as always, shopping for the best price.
- 9:26You know, it's huge for money lines.
- 9:28But you know, if you lay a -, 120 or a - 125, you win the
- 9:32game. You still win the bet.
- 9:33But if I get a nine, you get a nine and a half, You know, you
- 9:36could win or push. I could lose or push.
- 9:38So it's very important here, especially with totals.
- 9:41And once we get back to football, again, key numbers are
- 9:43massive. But anyway, in this spot, we
- 9:46open the total at 9 and it was 9 / -, 120.
- 9:49So juice to the over. It got up to 9 1/2 throughout
- 9:52the day. A lot of books have come back
- 9:53down to 9, but they're still juicing up the over.
- 9:56So it's either stayed the same or risen off the opening price.
- 10:00That tells me liability here is on the over.
- 10:02Now if you look at DraftKings really good bet split to the
- 10:04over 63% of bets, but 83% of dollars on this over.
- 10:10So kind of tells me public is leaning over.
- 10:12But you also have some heavy smart money at DraftKings going
- 10:15over with that low bets higher dollars bet split.
- 10:18The weather isn't like crazy great for an over.
- 10:20It's not, you know, 90° perfect weather wind blowing out, but it
- 10:23is mid 60s winds are kind of swirling looks like they might
- 10:26open blowing in, but they're kind of swirling where it may
- 10:29start to be blowing out around 5 mph later in the game.
- 10:32So maybe get some good some good pushes where you get some balls
- 10:35to hit the monster, go over the monster or maybe get pushed out
- 10:39over the bullpen and right. But aside from that, if you look
- 10:43at just this head to head matchup, Red Sox and Rays have
- 10:46played four games the overs 3 and 1.
- 10:49Pepeo did face Boston earlier this year is back in mid-april.
- 10:53He went six innings but gave up six runs in a seven to four
- 10:56loss. G Alito again, the guy's been
- 10:59terrible 10.47 ERA at home. So he's getting lit up,
- 11:03especially at home. And then if you look at these
- 11:05two offenses, runs per game, Boston is averaging 4.9, seven
- 11:09runs per game. That's actually fifth most in
- 11:11baseball. Tampa Bay is averaging 4.5 runs
- 11:14per game, that's 11th. So both are kind of, you know,
- 11:16top ten, top 11 and run scored. Red Sox are also hitting 262 at
- 11:21home. That's 7th best.
- 11:22They've scored 181 runs at home. That's third best.
- 11:26I did notice our friends at Rhythm, I was looking at just
- 11:29figuring, hey, what does Rhythm have predicted for this total?
- 11:32Well, they actually have a predicted over as well close to
- 11:3510 runs in this game. So I always take it when rhythm
- 11:37is kind of leaning in the same direction.
- 11:39We are also mentioned the Red Sox defense terrible.
- 11:42You're due for probably at least one or two Little League
- 11:44blunders each game. But if you add it all up here,
- 11:47guys total open 9. It's either stayed the same or
- 11:50risen juice liability over bet splits to the over 2 pitchers
- 11:54who again hopefully will give up some runs and again, two teams
- 11:58that are pretty good at scoring runs as well.
- 12:00So again, shop around, there's a lot of nines that are juiced up
- 12:04really high to the over. There are some 9 1/2's out
- 12:06there. I found at DraftKings over 9 -,
- 12:10113. That was the lowest juice that I
- 12:12found. So that's what I'm doing over
- 12:14nine runs -113 at DraftKings. Let's get some runs.
- 12:17Tampa Bay and Boston tonight. Next bet for you, 7:45 PM
- 12:21Eastern Time, first pitch, let's go to an interleague matchup.
- 12:24Toronto Blue Jays at the Saint Louis Cardinals going in this
- 12:28one. We have the Blue Jays 36 and 30.
- 12:31They won last night's interleague series opener 5 to 4
- 12:33in extra innings cashed as a plus one O 5 Rd. dog.
- 12:36Thank God I didn't have Saint Louis because when you know what
- 12:38Ryan Helsley Hellboy or maybe that was Jeremy Hellickson.
- 12:42I'm dating myself. But the guy throws 1,000,000
- 12:44miles an hour but blew blew the save last night.
- 12:46So brutal. But anyway, Blue Jays in the
- 12:49match up rematch tonight. They're going to go with the
- 12:51ready Chris Bassett. He is 6 and three with a 3.56
- 12:55ERA this year. Cardinals same record, 36 and
- 12:5830. They're going to go to the ready
- 13:00veteran Miles Michaelis, four and two, 3.96 ERA.
- 13:03So what do you see across the market here?
- 13:06Well, this game open Toronto around a -, 120 Rd. favorite.
- 13:09Saint Louis around a + 105 home dog and the public doesn't know
- 13:12where to go. Again, Toronto won last night,
- 13:15both teams same record. So it's 5050 down the middle at
- 13:18DraftKings and what do we always talk about?
- 13:205050 line theoretically in a vacuum shouldn't move at all.
- 13:24You would assume the odds makers have no reason to move it up or
- 13:27down because the action is even. So when you have a 5050 bet
- 13:30split, and again, this is raw tickets, not money, you wouldn't
- 13:34again not expect a line move. But if you see a line move in a
- 13:375050 split, that's meaningful to me.
- 13:39It tells me that even though the tickets are even, smart money is
- 13:42taking a position. It looks like it's pretty clear
- 13:44here it's taking the position on Saint Louis because the
- 13:48Cardinals who opened as a dog getting plus one O 5 have now
- 13:51flipped to a -, 115 home favorite.
- 13:54So what do we see there? Woo woo, 5050 line move, dog to
- 13:58fave line move tells me a lot of big money pouring in here on
- 14:01Saint Louis at DraftKings, only 50% of money line bets, but 69%
- 14:07of money line dollars around the Cardinals.
- 14:09And then at circa very notable bet split here, only 38% bets,
- 14:13but 90% dollars coming in on Saint Louis.
- 14:16So a lot of wise guy money out in the desert leaning toward the
- 14:19Cardinals as well. We have inter league favorite,
- 14:22lack of familiarity benefiting quote UN quote the better team
- 14:24who's expected to win, but then also home favorites getting line
- 14:28movement in their favorite in the second game of a series
- 14:30after they lost the first one. They're 33 and 2062 percent, 3%
- 14:35ROI this year, in particular, the Cardinals in this spot, 13
- 14:39and 572 percent, 37% ROI when they're at home getting at least
- 14:44$0.05 of line movement in their direction.
- 14:46And then Saint Louis is also 10 and 567 percent, 26% ROI at home
- 14:52following a loss. So kind of these the situational
- 14:55spot for Saint Louis, they've typically done well in.
- 14:58Also, if you look at Chris Bassett, he's been really good
- 15:01at home 5 and O 2.48 ERA, but on the road 1 and 3 ERA of 4.86.
- 15:08Meanwhile, Michaelis, he's given up two earned runs or less in
- 15:11six of his last nine starts. And you also have Michaelis with
- 15:17the Cardinals 7 and O. So the Cardinals are 7 and O.
- 15:20They've won seven straight starts made by Michaelis.
- 15:22St. Louis doesn't hurt.
- 15:23They're 22 and 12 at home this year.
- 15:25That's the 7th best home team in baseball.
- 15:27Toronto, they won last night, but they're still just 14 and 17
- 15:30on the road. And then lastly, pop open Juice
- 15:33Reel, 30% sharp mush edge in favor of Saint Louis.
- 15:38So dog to fave line move, 5050 line move, situational angle at
- 15:43home with a line move as well as a favorite off a loss or yeah,
- 15:46what was that home off a loss that all those are all matching
- 15:50up with Saint Louis as well as a 30% sharp mush.
- 15:53And so I'm going Cardinals, let's go.
- 15:55Saint Louis, you got them at -115 Last bed of the night,
- 16:00Seattle Mariners, Arizona Diamondbacks.
- 16:02I'm going right back to the scene of the crime after the
- 16:05Mariners gave me a thought or a chance we could come back only
- 16:09to blow it about an inning later.
- 16:12So for this one here tonight, we have the Mariners who are coming
- 16:15into this game with the record of, let me find it for you, 33
- 16:20and 32. They're going to start the ready
- 16:22Logan Evans. He's three and one 2.83 ERA.
- 16:26He'll be opposed by the ready Brandon Fodd, who's seven and
- 16:30four with a 5.51 ERA. Now, what do we see across the
- 16:33market here? Will this game open up basically
- 16:35a pick em -110. Both sides did see one shot by
- 16:38believe was Seattle slightly favored -115 but we saw kind of
- 16:41a pitching change here. No one was scratched or
- 16:44anything. But originally you're supposed
- 16:46to have Brian Wu, the righty start for Seattle, who's been
- 16:49good this year, five and three, three-point O 7 ERA.
- 16:52But he was pushed back. And the Mariners brought up a
- 16:56guy from AAA who we mentioned a second ago, Logan Evans.
- 17:01And as soon as basically Wu was removed and Logan Evans was
- 17:05inserted as a starter, all movement hammered Arizona.
- 17:09Arizona got bet up around -110 up to now -130 I jumped on
- 17:15Arizona -125 a little bit earlier at Bet MGM, but that was
- 17:19notable to me because anytime you have a pitching change, you
- 17:22would assume they're just going to fade whoever's in there
- 17:24because they weren't expected to be in there.
- 17:25But whether it's a call up or a guy making his debut, you know,
- 17:29it's always notable to me. Let's just see how the market
- 17:31reacts. Let's see what the sharps do.
- 17:34And as soon as Evans was inserted over Woo, that's when
- 17:38you saw that big steam hit Arizona, get them jacked up -110
- 17:42up to -130 I really like the bet split at Circa.
- 17:45Only 17% of money line bets are on Arizona, but they're getting
- 17:4938% of money line dollars. And maybe the reason there is
- 17:52Brandon Fodd again. He's got a high ERA, but really
- 17:54it's kind of skewed because his last time out, I think he didn't
- 17:57get a single out like 0.0 innings pitched.
- 18:00I believe it was against, I think Atlanta and gave up like
- 18:03eight runs. So one bad start can balloon
- 18:05your ERA. And you know, what does the
- 18:07public remember? Oh, he just got lit up his last
- 18:09start, but it's a little to me that even though he got lit up
- 18:12his last start, he has been decent at home.
- 18:14He's four and two with a 4.15 ERA.
- 18:17He's three and two with a 6.69 ERA on the road.
- 18:21You do have some advantages here for Arizona.
- 18:23The interleague favorite, lack of familiarity, benefiting quote
- 18:26UN quote, the better team, but then also non division home
- 18:29favorite off a win, $0.05 of line movement or more.
- 18:32Remember that system matched with who was it?
- 18:35It was, I think about Pittsburgh earlier in the pod, but that is
- 18:39a 65% system of the 3% ROI. I'm going to bank on Arizona's
- 18:43bats to get to Evans. Maybe that's the angle that the
- 18:46sharps like you bring up a guy from AAA, Hopefully he gets his
- 18:49his face ripped off again. Maybe he's a great guy.
- 18:51I hope you have a great career, Evans, But not tonight.
- 18:54Arizona's hitting 252 on the year, 93 homers, 331 runs
- 18:59scored. Seattle's only hitting 240 with
- 19:0184 homers and 286 runs scored. Timing backs, by the way,
- 19:06hitting 257 against righties this year.
- 19:08That's the fifth best in baseball.
- 19:10Mariners are only hitting 239 this year against righties that
- 19:13ranks 22nd. So we have again basically a
- 19:17pick em game pitching change for Seattle line got steam toward
- 19:21Arizona. Good bet splits as well as good
- 19:25system matches and hopefully the offense here of Arizona can keep
- 19:28it rolling and fod, can you pitch a gem tonight?
- 19:31Can you at least keep a give me a quality start, But I'm going
- 19:34to take a shot in Arizona here. I got a -, 125 and I think we
- 19:37have a good luck charm. We'll be sitting somewhere in
- 19:39the stands tonight. Our buddy da Rouche, my guy, big
- 19:42podcast pro batter who will be at the game and and cheering
- 19:46like hell for the snakes for us. So let's go snakes.
- 19:50So Pittsburgh, Saint Louis, Arizona and the Red Sox over 9.
- 19:53See if we can get three of those.
- 19:54That'll be a nice, nice night. So that being said, wrapping up
- 19:58the pod here as always with a few thoughts.
- 20:00Couple reminders First off as always.
- 20:03If you're listening to this pod, I appreciate you.
- 20:05Thank you for taking the time out of your day, out of your
- 20:07busy lives to pull up a chair to the virtual bar.
- 20:10And so it's some sharp data-driven breakdowns with me.
- 20:13If you do enjoy the pod, maybe it's become a part of your
- 20:16handicapping routine, whether you tail fade.
- 20:18Again, pick and choose. But if you value the insights,
- 20:22it means a lot to me. And if you want to help me grow
- 20:24the pod, could you please give this podcast a five star review?
- 20:27If listening on Spotify or iTunes, it would go a long way
- 20:30to helping us to continue to grow the pod.
- 20:32If you want to leave a nice comment under the review
- 20:34section, that'll be fantastic as well.
- 20:37If you'd also like to click the follow button, that way you get
- 20:39alerted as soon as it drops each day.
- 20:41That's the best way to listen to it as soon as it comes out.
- 20:44If you want to recommend the pod to a friend, colleague, family
- 20:47member, someone else who's into data-driven betting or needs to
- 20:49be introduced to data-driven betting, that would be much
- 20:52appreciated as well. Next, if you enjoy this style of
- 20:57betting breakdown, data-driven, sharp contrarian betting.
- 21:00Again, we're making data-driven plays based on what the market
- 21:02is telling us, not what our gut instinct or bias is telling us.
- 21:06And if this style of betting has appealed to you, you see the
- 21:09value in it, you want to learn more about it or you again, no
- 21:11one someone else who could use some data-driven insights.
- 21:14You know what I would love for you guys to do?
- 21:16Go to Amazon.com, type in the everything guide to sports
- 21:19betting. It's my baby, first book ever
- 21:21wrote, very proud of it. But it's got everything I've
- 21:23learned in the industry. How lines are set, how and why
- 21:26they move, how to read line movement, how to locate sharp
- 21:28action, how to go contrarian, how to place a bet in person or
- 21:32online, how to set up a bankroll management plan.
- 21:34It's great for brand new betters, especially then while
- 21:37you're at it, while you're on Amazon.com, then I'd love for
- 21:40you guys to type in the NFL sharp betting playbook.
- 21:44That's my new baby. The due date is August 12th.
- 21:46Cannot wait. It's two months and two days
- 21:49from today. I cannot believe it.
- 21:51But I'd love for you guys to support the team, pre-order a
- 21:53copy, make me happy, make my publisher happy, and who knows,
- 21:57maybe I'll see you at a book signing somewhere before you
- 21:59know it. Hint, hint.
- 22:00Got some things lined up here, which I'm excited about.
- 22:04But again, if you want to bring one or both of those books to
- 22:07the sports book, I'll sign them for you.
- 22:08Buy your beer or ginger ale. Or maybe I'll take a shot after
- 22:12after the Mariners and Cubs both lost and extras for us last
- 22:15night. But I appreciate you guys.
- 22:17Seriously, if you've already bought, it means a lot to me.
- 22:20Next, have you downloaded Rhythm and Juice Reel yet?
- 22:23My two favorite sports betting apps because they're all about
- 22:25just what we love, looking at data and information and really
- 22:28applying AI artificial intelligent insights to our
- 22:32advantage. So Rhythm great for their AI
- 22:33backed models and predictions for game bets and player props.
- 22:37Got WNBA locked and loaded in the Rhythm app right now.
- 22:40NBA Finals game bets and player props, MLB props.
- 22:43They have the power trends, which are brand new, which are
- 22:45great. So again, download Rhythm and
- 22:48start start playing around with it.
- 22:50Then also download juice reel. Juice reel is another fantastic
- 22:54app which has got so many great resources.
- 22:56You know, rhythm is great because it's it gives you and it
- 22:58lets you act like a pro looking at models and predictions.

- 23:17weaknesses. It breaks it down by bet type,
- 23:20by sport. It's got got a one thing I
- 23:23always look at is like it has a calendar and each day is a
- 23:25little box. Like I, I remember my grandma
- 23:28when she had all her pills. She would have that little
- 23:30plastic thing that said Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
- 23:32Thursday, Friday, each day I had the pills.
- 23:34This it kind of reminds me of it, but it gives you your
- 23:36performance each day. So you can see like, oh, I got
- 23:39some green, a lot of green boxes this week.
- 23:41I'm doing well or oh, red, I'm struggling.

- 24:41page? You need a live odds page.
- 24:45Here's a PSA. You got to have a live odds
- 24:47page. If you're not betting with a
- 24:48live odds page, I don't know what you're doing because it's
- 24:50very difficult to win without one because First off, you're
- 24:53flying blind. You got to know what the line
- 24:55opened at for every game, what it is right now, how it moved
- 24:58shop for the best price. Like that Red Sox Tampa Bay
- 25:01game. There's nine and a halfs out
- 25:02there. But with the odds logic live
- 25:04odds page, I found a nine with the best juice price.
- 25:07You can also set up your notifications.
- 25:10You can get the steam indicators.
- 25:12They light up in red as soon as the lines getting steamed.
- 25:15There's so many great features of odds logic and I would love
- 25:17for you guys to test it out for yourself.
- 25:19Don't just take my word for it first.
- 25:21I hope you know anything I talked about an app or you know
- 25:24anything betting related. Hope you know that I'm not just
- 25:26showing for it. It's because I believe in it.
- 25:28I only partner with things that I believe in and I myself use.
- 25:32But it's a great live odds odds page, crisp and clean.
- 25:34And if you want to give it a shot, you got to use this

- 25:44first month of service. So that about does it today
- 25:47guys. As always, final thoughts here,
- 25:49whether I see you at the Borgata in Atlantic City, Twin River in
- 25:52Rhode Island, the Brooklyn, New Hampshire Foxwoods or Mohegan
- 25:55Sundown in Connecticut at the Encore in Boston or Plain Ridge
- 25:58Park Casino or MGM Springfield or of course, the Nash and
- 26:01National New Hampshire close to me.
- 26:03We're out in the desert where the true grinders get down,
- 26:05where Billy Walter sends his number runners, where the lowest
- 26:07juice possible is found at the South Point or sweat and sharp
- 26:10can train plays jumping in the stadium swimming pool.
- 26:12When you catch a big ticket at Circa, you're going to walk up
- 26:15to me. You're going to show me a
- 26:17Mariners and a Cubs ticket. Brewers, you just suck so bad.
- 26:19I don't even care. But Mariners and Cubs,
- 26:21especially the Mariners, we're just going to laugh, take a shot
- 26:25and RIP those tickets up, recycle them and get right back
- 26:28at it here for tonight guys and sweat some games together.
- 26:31So as always, O and three, three and O, we've been on both sides
- 26:34of that one, one and two, two and one again, whether you're
- 26:37hot, cold, a terrible night like last night, a great night,
- 26:40somewhere in the middle. We're always grinding, never
- 26:43getting too high or too low. When we're when we're hot, we're
- 26:45never as good as we think. When we're cold and things don't
- 26:47go our way and we go O and three, we're never as bad as we
- 26:50think. But here's the thing, we got to
- 26:51stick to the model, stick to the blueprint, regardless of recent
- 26:54performance because you can, you always want to kind of see the
- 26:57forest amongst the trees. You can all be always get bogged
- 27:00down in the daily grind of bedding.
- 27:02We really just got to stick with the model and the blueprint and
- 27:05and really be disciplined with our bankroll and stay to the
- 27:07stay true to the model long term.
- 27:09And you guys might know it by now, but the model goes a little
- 27:12bit like this against the public with the house, with the pros,
- 27:15flat bet, avoid parlays, get that closing line value.
- 27:18If we can do that long term, I'm confident we're going to be
- 27:21successful sports bettors. So have a great Tuesday
- 27:24everybody. Let's get some runs at Fenway,
- 27:27let's get some some of these favorites to come through.
- 27:29And regardless, we'll be right back at it tomorrow for episode
- 27:33297 on a big Wednesday hump day edition of the All Systems Go
- 27:37sports Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 27:39Good luck everybody and have a great Tuesday night.
