- 0:14You are listening to Look Who's Talking. I am
- 0:19Cameron Minter. I am your co -host and today
- 0:22we have a special guest host. Keisha Richardson.
- 0:28Hello, hello, hello. What's going on, Keisha?
- 0:32How are you? I am so glad you're here. Let's
- 0:35kick this party off right. All right. We're going
- 0:39to kick it off right, right? Right. What you
- 0:41been up to? I have been preparing for a wedding.
- 0:46Oh. My son is getting married. Oh, I need some
- 0:50clap. I need some clap stuff. Yeah, she can't.
- 0:52And I told her she can't give him back. Oh. She
- 0:56can't give them back. Don't call me. This is
- 0:58a one purchase deal. That's right. Yeah, I got
- 1:01that. So we're excited, though. Absolutely. Yeah,
- 1:06she's good for him. He's good for her. The baby's
- 1:10excited. Yeah. Everybody's excited. I just want
- 1:13cake. That's great. That's great. That's great.
- 1:16When's the wedding? September 27th. Ooh. Oh,
- 1:19that's awesome. That's awesome. Yes, yes, yes.
- 1:22I'm taking all donations. All donations, please.
- 1:25Right now. Right now. Yes, yes. Well, that's
- 1:29good. That's good. So we just finished Easter.
- 1:32And Keisha, did you sing for Easter? I sung the
- 1:37week before. Oh. Yeah, I sung the week before.
- 1:41But yeah, so I got to just enjoy it. Folks may
- 1:44not know Keisha as a singer, but anytime in the
- 1:48music zone, Keisha's getting it going. Yeah.
- 1:51I love it. I love it. I thank God for the opportunity.
- 1:53I know that's right. I know that's right. Just
- 1:56to be able to do it. Just to do it. So I got
- 2:01a question for you. Sure. Shoot. What kind of
- 2:05seasonal woman are you? Winter, spring, fall,
- 2:09or summer? Without question, I am a spring and
- 2:13fall. Spring and fall. Now why? Now fall, I like
- 2:18to be able to wear boots if I want to and a jacket.
- 2:21But I don't want to have to be bundled up like
- 2:24the Abominable Snowman. That's too much. I can't
- 2:27drive in it. That's too much. But spring, it's
- 2:30pleasant. I do not like extreme temperatures.
- 2:33So I don't like extreme heat, and I don't like
- 2:36extreme cold. Okay. I think it's that Sagittarius
- 2:39thing going on. Oh, okay, okay, okay. Well, yeah,
- 2:43that's awesome. So this is really like your season.
- 2:46It is. This is your season. You're peaking out
- 2:49right here. I'm loving it. Yes, but your season
- 2:52usually has some of the worst allergies. Do you
- 2:58suffer with allergies? I used to not. But then
- 3:01as I, you know, started getting some age on me,
- 3:04I do. And so, yeah, I take an allergy pill every
- 3:08day now. Now, Keisha, where are you from? I'm
- 3:10originally from Lexington. Oh, OK. OK. So, yeah,
- 3:13you should be used to that. Yeah. I didn't grow
- 3:15up with it, but I brought it back home from college.
- 3:18Oh, you went away and came back. Yeah, I went
- 3:20to Berea. And yeah, it was all kinds of things
- 3:23going on. They say Kentucky is like the worst
- 3:27place to be. It is. For allergies. It is. Do
- 3:30you suffer with them? I do. But now I'm on medication
- 3:3524 -7. It's winter, spring, fall, and summer
- 3:40that I take this pill. It's a 24 -hour pill.
- 3:45Yeah, I do that because I know when the seasons
- 3:48hit. My granddaughter suffers from nosebleeds.
- 3:53That's bad. Yeah, and so she just had a procedure
- 3:56done not too long ago. I can't even say the word.
- 3:59It's one in big words. Yeah, it's one in big
- 4:01words. Essentially, they went in and they did
- 4:04some burning to her nose, the vessels in her
- 4:07nose to try to get that under control. And it
- 4:11has helped. It actually has helped. She doesn't
- 4:14get them as often. It's the worst seeing children
- 4:16suffer. It is. My grandson, do they believe he's
- 4:20got asthma? And I don't wish that on him because
- 4:23I suffer with asthma all my life. Well, not all
- 4:28my life, my younger life. And then, you know,
- 4:31like promised, it went away. And I'm like, wow,
- 4:35I'm impressed with that because, you know, they
- 4:37lie all the time. They say stuff ain't going
- 4:39to. Be here. But they were telling the truth
- 4:42on that one. Yeah. Yeah. So, you know, if we
- 4:45could save them babies from anything and everything,
- 4:47we would. We got to. We got to. Yeah. Regina
- 4:50Bell sings a song, If I Could. Uh -huh. And it's
- 4:53about if I could, you know. Sing it. Sing it.
- 4:55I'm not familiar with it. I'm not. Oh. Oh, you're
- 4:58not going to. Yeah. I'm just kidding, y 'all.
- 5:04Oh, my. Yeah, you almost got me to do it. And
- 5:07I was like, that's not part of what we was doing
- 5:10today. But it's a beautiful song. It's from a
- 5:16parent to a child. And it's about if I could
- 5:19save you from the sadness in your eyes, if I
- 5:21could save you from the world I brought you to.
- 5:24If I could, I would. You know, and so you're
- 5:27getting deep. You're getting deep. Look at you.
- 5:32Have mercy. I love being with Cam. I know. That's
- 5:35right. We going deep, y 'all. Get them tissues
- 5:39out. I know because I had a crack of jokes. I
- 5:42don't cry here. Lord, help us. Okay. Okay. All
- 5:48right. Yeah. Let's see what you got. Let's see
- 5:52what else you got there. She done went deep before.
- 5:55She's ready to go deep. So now it's time for.
- 6:00A Coffie Break. All right. All right. So when
- 6:10we're talking about. what's going on in today's
- 6:28society, the one thing we want to remember is
- 6:30to be intentionally kind. We want to be intentionally
- 6:34kind. That means don't take offense to everything.
- 6:40Remember that everyone's dealing with something.
- 6:44And give that person a smile. Make that person
- 6:49feel the warmth that is in you. Because Being
- 6:55kind may help you to feel better. Okay, so as
- 7:01we go through this world, as we're dealing with
- 7:03everything that comes along, we all have things
- 7:05that are going on each and every day that makes
- 7:09us pause, that makes us... look at life a little
- 7:14differently sometimes. And sometimes with despair,
- 7:16sometimes with dismay. But you have to remember
- 7:18that it's going to get better. Because once you're
- 7:21already in a place where you're not your best,
- 7:25the only place to go is up. So you want to make
- 7:29sure that being intentionally kind doesn't just
- 7:31mean to the other person, but it means to yourself.
- 7:34You know, I just saw a post today and it was
- 7:37dealing with bullying, which is still on topic.
- 7:40The girl who. is pregnant in your class that
- 7:45you're talking about was raped. The boy that
- 7:49was crying all the time. His mother's dying.
- 7:53You know, you never know what people are going
- 7:56through. And the thing is, being kind is free.
- 8:02It's free. It doesn't cost you anything to be
- 8:06kind. And it's actually less energy. Yes, it
- 8:08is. Talk about that smile and that frown. It's
- 8:11less energy. Yes. Because sometimes you have
- 8:13to remember, I'm supposed to be mad at that person.
- 8:18You know? Well, you have to remember that you're
- 8:21supposed to be mad. When you have to remember
- 8:22that you're supposed to be mad at somebody, let
- 8:23it go. That means let it go. Let that go. Be
- 8:26intentionally kind. Yeah, that is something that
- 8:31has dividends. Yeah. You know? You know, that
- 8:36saying that people won't remember what you say,
- 8:39they'll remember how you treated them. How you
- 8:41made them feel. How you made them feel. Being
- 8:44intentionally kind has... benefits and dividends
- 8:48that aren't expected. That's right. You know
- 8:50what I'm saying? It pays off later on because
- 8:53somebody that you just being intentionally kind
- 8:56to may be able to, uh, reciprocate that in a
- 9:00way or acknowledge you as a good person in front
- 9:04of somebody, you know what I'm saying? It's a
- 9:06way of paying it forward. It may allow them to
- 9:08talk about you the way you need to be talked
- 9:11about when you're not in the room. Oh, yes. Okay.
- 9:14So just, so, My thing for today is just be intentionally
- 9:18kind. Be kind. I love it. I love it. All right.
- 9:22All right. All right. What we got going on today?
- 9:25Who's on the show? What's the show about? Give
- 9:27it up. So today we have the complete distinct
- 9:31pleasure of being with Miss Roseanne Poloski.
- 9:37I messed it up. Poloski. Poloski. We tried, y
- 9:44'all. I didn't even look at mine. We tried, y
- 9:46'all. I thought I knew it so well. I didn't even
- 9:48look. We had practiced. I done phonetically spelled
- 9:51it. Yeah, we practiced that. Neighbors and friends,
- 9:55we practiced it. We practiced it. But she is
- 9:57the youth services manager for the Scott County
- 10:00Library in Georgetown, Kentucky. Yes, yes. Where
- 10:04I live, and I'm telling you all, the library
- 10:06is amazing. And so we're going to spend some
- 10:10time today speaking with her and talking about
- 10:13the programs and the children's library area.
- 10:16Welcome, Roseanne. How are you? Thank you so
- 10:17much for having me. It's a pleasure. Yeah, we're
- 10:20glad that you're here. We're glad to reveal some
- 10:26resources in our communities at this library.
- 10:29How about that? Absolutely. Yeah, we are. the
- 10:33Scott County Public Library, and I've been there
- 10:3515 years and have the pleasure of working with
- 10:38some amazing staff, and I just think we are the
- 10:42best library around. I know that's right. I'm
- 10:44not prejudiced at all. Say it, say it, say it.
- 10:46Speak your truth, speak your truth. It is the
- 10:48best, best library in our children's department.
- 10:50We are just, we are not the stale. quiet children's
- 10:54department oh no grandma's time and grandma's
- 10:58time we are loud and proud we've got toys and
- 11:01trees growing in our library it's beautiful all
- 11:05kinds and fantastic programs all the time and
- 11:08we are loving supporting our community and we
- 11:11have lots of new families and young families
- 11:13coming in and grandparents coming in saying they
- 11:17bringing their grandchild and they used to bring
- 11:18their own child and so we have been a long -standing
- 11:22part of our community and we just keep on serving
- 11:24and they get better and better all the time better
- 11:27and better better and better my granddaughter
- 11:30uh goes to the library and she's in georgetown
- 11:33as well so yeah she's been over there uh benefiting
- 11:37and checking out all them books. Yeah, that's
- 11:41a good thing, isn't it? My granddaughter does
- 11:43not like to leave. I will tell you that. That
- 11:46is a common problem. I have bribed children with
- 11:48stickers to leave. Parents are like, do something.
- 11:51You ain't got to go home. Get out of here. Get
- 11:53out of here. Yeah. She's always like, Mimi, I
- 11:58didn't get to do this part over there in the
- 12:00corner. I'm like, let me tell you something.
- 12:01Right, right, right. So with the changes in technology,
- 12:06have you experienced a down time with reading
- 12:11and exploring the library? Or have you all, you
- 12:15know, made some new changes? I think for younger
- 12:19children, the children under 10 and 12, they're
- 12:21still reading books. They're not doing quite
- 12:24as much. Yes, COVID made a lot of kids tablet
- 12:27dependent and phone dependent. But we still have
- 12:30a ton of books circulating and we have. Board
- 12:33books for the itty -bitties and the toddlers
- 12:35and babies and easy readers for the young ones
- 12:37that are learning to read and sounding out words.
- 12:40And chapter books for those kids who found that
- 12:43one kind of book they love and they want to devour
- 12:4515 more, like The Magic Treehouse. And then we've
- 12:50got the tween books for those kids that are exploring
- 12:53new topics and things like bullying and kindness.
- 12:56And our nonfiction collection is still huge.
- 12:59It's still amazing. all the topics. And, you
- 13:03know, we have children who are in regular, you
- 13:06know, public schools and we also have homeschoolers.
- 13:08We have kids that are in special schools. We
- 13:11service everybody, every age, zero to 100. You
- 13:15are welcome. It's a no judgment zone. We will
- 13:18find the right book for you. I can testify to
- 13:20that. Absolutely. Do you know, Cam, when we were
- 13:23working on our CCAP? And for those that may not
- 13:27know what that is, that is a certified community
- 13:30action professional. So it's this big exam. Yeah.
- 13:35It's like going to school again. It is. It threw
- 13:38me actually into going back to school. That's
- 13:40how I got my master's. I was like, if I could
- 13:41do that, I'm going on back to school. And that's
- 13:45what happened. Like we got that certificate.
- 13:47I went back to school the next month. Like it
- 13:49was crazy. But I went and I spent time. at the
- 13:54library at Scott County Public Library studying
- 13:56for that CCAP so I have I used to take my son
- 14:00there and so now I and then I did that and now
- 14:03I do bring my granddaughter there so I'm one
- 14:05of those One of those grandparents. Generational.
- 14:08Generational into the library. And we do have
- 14:10so many amazing programs. Everything from baby
- 14:14and toddler story time, which is really popular
- 14:16right now. We have a lot of young families coming
- 14:19in, so it's great to see them having their littles
- 14:21reading on their lap. And our preschool story
- 14:24time to get our kids kindergarten ready. They've
- 14:27got to know their following instructions and
- 14:30left and right and up and down. singing and sitting
- 14:33and standing and all those things, patterns,
- 14:36reading, pre -reading skills. And then all of
- 14:39our teen and tween programs, we cater to everybody.
- 14:43And we've got at least five to ten programs every
- 14:46week going on. Baby and Toddler Storytime is
- 14:50twice a week, Mondays and Tuesdays. We've got
- 14:52our Creative Kids for Art program on Wednesdays.
- 14:55All sorts of wonderful programs all week long
- 14:58and Read to the Dogs. I was going to ask about
- 15:01Read to the Dogs. Well, it sounds like there's
- 15:05a lot of good things going on at the library,
- 15:07but we know the library is for reading. We know
- 15:11that, right? But this library has a lot more
- 15:15than just reading going on. We're going to find
- 15:18out more right after the break. You are listening
- 15:20to Look Who's Talking. Thank you. This past year

- 16:34.org. That's C -O -M -M action dot O -R -G. We
- 17:08are back and we are going to get Ms. Roseanne
- 17:12to tell us about some of the programming that
- 17:15is beyond reading, you know, that's going on
- 17:18at the library. Absolutely. Well, we are very
- 17:21excited that summer reading starts June 1st.
- 17:24That's our kickoff for summer reading. It goes
- 17:27all through June and July. We've got amazing
- 17:29performers coming. And, of course, we have all
- 17:33of our wonderful programs. We always have things
- 17:36like imaginative play with our Play Out Loud
- 17:39program. They can come in and play with all of
- 17:41our kitchen toys and pretend they're a pizza
- 17:43chef or a veterinarian. Which is important to
- 17:46literacy. Yeah, absolutely. kids learn through
- 17:50play that's how they experience the world when
- 17:53they're young and that's what we want to encourage
- 17:55it's not all just about reading it's all about
- 17:58getting down and you know we we do yoga story
- 18:01time we have music and movement and all of our
- 18:04programs yoga story i was going to ask them explain
- 18:07the yoga story we have had yoga story time uh
- 18:10twice a year usually march and october where
- 18:13the kids can come and learn some basic yoga poses
- 18:15and we may even you know match them with a story
- 18:19so if it's a jungle story we may stretch like
- 18:21a lion oh wow or you know and and do the different
- 18:25poses that match the book and the kids learn
- 18:27a little bit about breathing and about you know
- 18:30just being intentional with their bodies and
- 18:32you know being calm and it's really helpful for
- 18:35some of the younger kids they really embrace
- 18:37it I would think also that would be good for
- 18:40behavioral strategies as well because you know
- 18:45they have that they can pull from you mean like
- 18:47lean up against the wall and read a book and
- 18:50bend your knees I don't know about that. Oh,
- 18:52not that one? No, not that. I meant like. Self
- 18:55-regulation. Yeah. Hold the books. Hold the books.
- 18:58No, keep them up. Keep them up. Oh, goodness.
- 19:01No, not that either. It's a great part of self
- 19:03-regulation. Yes, so that they can get themselves
- 19:06in a good place when they're not in a good place
- 19:09instead of throwing their toys. I went to my
- 19:11childhood. I'm sorry. Help them. Help them. Somebody
- 19:16touch you. So you said. um in our what did you
- 19:20say imagination we have um we do a program every
- 19:24once in a while called imagination stations so
- 19:26we'll completely convert an entire room into
- 19:28like a veterinarian setting where all of our
- 19:31stuffed animals get checkups and band -aids on
- 19:34their boo -boos and the kids get to wear the
- 19:36vests and use the stethoscope and look at X -rays
- 19:39and things. And then we have one called Pizza
- 19:41Parlor where they can come in and cook in our
- 19:43kitchen. And we had, you know, some pizza places
- 19:46donated boxes and the kids can wear aprons and
- 19:50make pepperoni pizza and serve it to their friends.
- 19:53And it's all about that imaginative play, sharing,
- 19:56collaborating with our kids. A lot of kids, you
- 19:58know, after COVID, they were so isolated and
- 20:01they have to learn their social skills. That's
- 20:02right. It's a great opportunity to use imagination,
- 20:05to dress up, to try out new things. also great
- 20:09to meet new friends for them and also for their
- 20:11parents to meet new parents yes get some adult
- 20:14time too while they're playing as well But we
- 20:17love our Play Out Loud, our Read to the Dogs
- 20:20program, where kids that are learning to read
- 20:23can come and read to a therapy dog from Possibilities
- 20:26Unleashed, and they just sit there and get loved
- 20:29on, and the kids can practice sounding out words,
- 20:31and they just love it. I remember taking my son
- 20:34to that when he was younger. Really? Yes, we
- 20:37went, and it was the only way I really got him
- 20:41to read. is because he would read to the dog.
- 20:45Oh, wow. Dogs don't judge you. They just love
- 20:47you. Love it. And I mean, it was amazing. That's
- 20:50an awesome way to get it in, you know? Yeah.
- 20:55And this is all part of our, our weekly, you
- 20:57know, and monthly programming. And we just have
- 21:00a great time. One of the things that we've been
- 21:02doing more is book parties. So we'll pick a theme
- 21:05and throw a party about it. So maybe we'll do
- 21:07a, we just had an Eric Carl day. So we celebrate
- 21:11Eric Carl and we learned about, his books and
- 21:14his art. And we did crafts and read stories.
- 21:17And so we'll throw book parties on different
- 21:19books. And that's been a big hit. I'm sure we're
- 21:22going to have a bluey party in our future. So
- 21:25that's, that's a big one right now. Absolutely.
- 21:28And of course our parents love our thousand books
- 21:30before kindergarten program, where if a child
- 21:35reads a thousand books before kindergarten, then
- 21:38they have heard all the sounds and all the different.
- 21:41you know words that you need to become a good
- 21:43reader so parents if they start reading two or
- 21:46three books a night when they're a baby they'll
- 21:48get through a thousand books very quickly yes
- 21:51and it's a fantastic way to you know just bond
- 21:54and you're sitting quietly and they learn how
- 21:57to turn pages and they learn you know just that
- 21:59being with someone and hearing stories and beginning,
- 22:03middle, and end, and they learn so much just
- 22:06from that opportunity. So our 1 ,000 Books program
- 22:09has been going strong. We've had probably 1 ,000
- 22:12parents and children do it by now since I've
- 22:14been doing it for 15 years. Wow. I would like
- 22:17to ask, you're talking about your programming,
- 22:20and we know that it takes the village to bring
- 22:26programming to fruition. So talk about your staff.
- 22:31that's there at the library and we have someone
- 22:34for everybody miss yolanda does our creative
- 22:37kids and our art and she mans the desk and it's
- 22:40great with all of our kids for readers advisory
- 22:43and miss kelly is our tween and teen specialist
- 22:47she loves comic books and manga and graphic novels
- 22:51and she knows everything about them and we have
- 22:54miss lauren is our teen librarian and she is
- 22:56just amazing with the amount of books i mean
- 22:59whenever a book comes out It's already on our
- 23:01shelf. And we know those teens and 20 -somethings
- 23:04love to read those teen books. And our newest
- 23:07member is Miss Christina, and our littles call
- 23:10her Miss Tina, Miss Tina. And she is our baby
- 23:13and toddler specialist. She has an early education
- 23:15background, and she has just been rocking it
- 23:17out with our littles, doing bounces and finger
- 23:20plays. And all that good stuff. So without my
- 23:24staff, we would not be able to do half of what
- 23:26we do. But we keep it going. And I want to say
- 23:29the staff there are amazing. Wow. The story I
- 23:33want to share very quickly because I don't want
- 23:35to take anything away from you or your time.
- 23:38But to just talk about how wonderful this library
- 23:40and their staff are. My mother is recently retired.
- 23:44And so. She is my granddaughter's chauffeur when
- 23:49I can't be. So everybody's in Tootie's world.
- 23:53It's just about her. My granddaughter wanted
- 23:57her to read in her classroom. And so my mom went
- 24:01to the library, Scott County Public Library,
- 24:04met with a librarian. The librarian taught her
- 24:08how to read engagingly to keep the kids' attention
- 24:11and then helped her to pick out the books. And
- 24:13she was the biggest hit. Now let me tell you
- 24:16something, you can't read a book normal. No,
- 24:18not for little people. No, you cannot. They will
- 24:21let you know. You don't know how to read. They
- 24:24will turn around and start doing something else.
- 24:29But engagingly is the thing. And that is amazing.
- 24:32Look how committed she is to the cause. Yeah.
- 24:35Because she was like, I'm going to the library.
- 24:37They're going to have to teach me how to do this.
- 24:38And they did. You got to do all the voices. You
- 24:40got to do all the. Yes, they told her that. Oh,
- 24:42yeah. They told her that. Yeah. They had to hold
- 24:45the book. So they can see. So they can see. Don't
- 24:49not show them the picture, please. Yes, I just
- 24:51wanted to give a shout out to your staff because
- 24:54I wanted them to hear how amazing they are. Now,
- 24:57you brought some props. I mean, those that are
- 25:01listening to us won't be able to see this, but
- 25:04you can check it out on our YouTube channel.
- 25:06Well, I can tell you that one of my favorite
- 25:07things is using a pool noodle, half of a pool
- 25:10noodle, and I can stick my puppets in my little...
- 25:14props up in them and it doesn't go anywhere and
- 25:16I don't have to worry about holding them. So
- 25:18if you do your five little sheep or your five
- 25:21little mermaids and you have five popsicle stick
- 25:23puppets, you can stick them right in there and
- 25:25stay up. That's cute. Look at that. It's absolutely
- 25:27the handiest thing ever. Committed. Committed.
- 25:31Absolutely. Y 'all got to watch this on YouTube
- 25:33and see these little sheep. I just love these
- 25:36little guys. So they're super handy. And I brought
- 25:39one of my favorite books since I was a little
- 25:40kid called The Little Brute Family. And the reason
- 25:43I love this book is because the little brutes,
- 25:45they eat rocks, and they're like troll little
- 25:48characters. And the littlest one finds a good
- 25:52feeling when he's out in the field one day, and
- 25:54he puts the good feeling in his pocket and brings
- 25:56it home. And he shares it with his family, and
- 25:59as the good feeling passes from one family member
- 26:01to the next, they become nicer, kinder. more
- 26:04wonderful people and i think that's the whole
- 26:07what you were saying being intentionally kind
- 26:09and that is exactly the point of this book is
- 26:12to pass on that kindness so i just thought that
- 26:15was a it's one of my all -time favorite books
- 26:17when when parents are trying to teach kindness
- 26:19and grab this book That is awesome. That is awesome.
- 26:23So there's so many different things that the
- 26:27library represents. And do you all do any, I
- 26:32don't want to ask this and not be right, but
- 26:35do you all do anything for like food? uh things
- 26:38during the summer some the summer feed program
- 26:41is at a local school just up the road from the
- 26:43library and so they have always done it so we've
- 26:46kind of let that be in their wheelhouse but our
- 26:49summer reading program provides lots of daily
- 26:52indoor activities so that parents You don't have
- 26:56to spend a ton of money all summer to entertain
- 26:58your kids. We are free. Everything is free. Your
- 27:01library card is free. You can go on our website
- 27:03and you can download books and movies and use
- 27:07our app. and put things on hold. We can even
- 27:10curbside it to your car while you're driving
- 27:12by, going to the pool or wherever you're heading
- 27:15for a car trip. And we are always happy to, you
- 27:18know, put the right book in your hand or the
- 27:20right movie or the right audio book. We are so
- 27:23welcoming. All of our new families are exploring
- 27:26all that we have to offer. And it's such a great
- 27:28opportunity. And you all have, they also have
- 27:31a lot of, you all have. meetings and rental spaces
- 27:36there that absolutely groups come in and do things
- 27:39there they have the most beautiful space like
- 27:42anybody that's just not gone to the library the
- 27:45scott county public library i haven't i go across
- 27:49the street i was just across the street last
- 27:51night go over and just like take a tour gotta
- 27:55do it is beautiful the spacing the feeling the
- 27:59atmosphere it doesn't even feel like a typical
- 28:02library at all. It really feels like a place
- 28:06you could go and just escape. Now she said summer
- 28:09programs or summer free. But you can't drop them
- 28:14off. Right. That's right. We kill babies. You
- 28:18can't drop them off. Can you give us some contact

- 28:37day. Stop it. We do. We have a fantastic tech
- 28:40department, a fantastic circulation. department
