Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #239: When Your Voice is Shut Down
Transcript
- 0:00Speaker 1: It's everybody.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Welcome to Tea Time with Amy and Bev. Good evening
- 0:06Speaker 2: for us.
- 0:07Speaker 3: Yes, that's good evening. How are you. It seems like
- 0:11Speaker 3: it's been forever.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Yeah, it has been so Bev and I have been
- 0:15Speaker 2: doing one session and recording two to four episodes because
- 0:22Speaker 2: of life. Life is happening, and there's a lot happening
- 0:26Speaker 2: in my world, and I'm navigating a lot of different
- 0:32Speaker 2: things right now. So this is this is how we're
- 0:39Speaker 2: navigating Tea Time right now, is doing several in one
- 0:43Speaker 2: sitting and then and then meeting in two to three
- 0:48Speaker 2: weeks to do some more. So and every time something happens,
- 0:53Speaker 2: and during that time frame when we're not recording, I think, oh,
- 0:57Speaker 2: I need to share that on Tea Time. Oh I
- 0:58Speaker 2: need to share that on teach, And then it gets
- 1:01Speaker 2: by me.
- 1:02Speaker 1: I don't make.
- 1:02Speaker 2: Note of it. But then at the same time, I think,
- 1:07Speaker 2: you know what, something's gonna trigger something and it'll come up.
- 1:10Speaker 2: So it's it's divine timing and it's meant to do
- 1:13Speaker 2: it be when it's when it needs to be revealed.
- 1:16Speaker 2: So I at the same time, I don't even like,
- 1:20Speaker 2: well it.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Pops up, It'll pop up.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Yeah, and so I'll sit down when I have time,
- 1:26Speaker 3: and I have all the time today, So I sat
- 1:28Speaker 3: down and started writing down, you know, asking spirit like
- 1:30Speaker 3: what do you want to talk about? Or actually I said, Joyce,
- 1:33Speaker 3: so what do you want to talk about today? Joy Like?
- 1:35Speaker 2: How is it? How? What?
- 1:36Speaker 3: What are we going to have a conversation about? Yeah,
- 1:38Speaker 3: so it's like all the stuff came out. I wrote
- 1:41Speaker 3: it down, but it's so it's like it I had
- 1:43Speaker 3: to put my glasses on to read it. So, yeah,
- 1:46Speaker 3: we'll just fly by the seat of our pants. Anyways,
- 1:49Speaker 3: it gets to that point, we'll just take a look
- 1:51Speaker 3: at some of the stuff. But yeah, no, life's been happening,
- 1:55Speaker 3: hasn't it.
- 1:56Speaker 1: It sure has.
- 1:58Speaker 2: All of it's been fun and at the same time.
- 2:03Speaker 1: It's been tiring.
- 2:05Speaker 2: So and then having several people around me, so this
- 2:10Speaker 2: is interesting, having several people around me not feeling well
- 2:14Speaker 2: and me holding my space of my body's healthy, whole
- 2:19Speaker 2: and complete. Everything is good, right, but something crept in
- 2:25Speaker 2: and so I've had a little bit of a sore
- 2:26Speaker 2: throat today, but still feeling good. I haven't felt run
- 2:31Speaker 2: down or anything, so that's a plus.
- 2:34Speaker 1: I think.
- 2:37Speaker 2: It's just maybe some still deep seated stuff in there
- 2:42Speaker 2: that's popping up, and that's okay, but actually what's interesting.
- 2:45Speaker 2: So so as I'm talking, I'm like, wait, there's more.
- 2:48Speaker 2: I know, there's more. Last night with my job, my
- 2:53Speaker 2: day job, we were at an event last night, and
- 3:01Speaker 2: so this is really interesting. As I'm talking about this,
- 3:04Speaker 2: I love this that I So my boss had asked
- 3:10Speaker 2: one person, one of the staff members, to talk, and
- 3:16Speaker 2: then she gave me a piece to do. She's like, okay,
- 3:19Speaker 2: you do this part, and you do this part, and
- 3:21Speaker 2: we were like, okay, Well, the one person did their
- 3:26Speaker 2: did their part, and then when she got to where
- 3:28Speaker 2: I was supposed to speak, I got up and I
- 3:30Speaker 2: was talking and I got to one of the topic,
- 3:36Speaker 2: one of the things I was to talk about, and
- 3:38Speaker 2: I start talking and then she kind of took over
- 3:43Speaker 2: and just ran with what I was feeling like I
- 3:48Speaker 2: was supposed to be talking about. So it was kind
- 3:52Speaker 2: of kind of we're just in a room, people were
- 3:55Speaker 2: standing around, hanging out, and so she just kept talking
- 3:59Speaker 2: and I just kind of moved on over and sat down,
- 4:02Speaker 2: and I had to sit there and process it for
- 4:04Speaker 2: a second. So processing okay, because I felt a little like, hey,
- 4:11Speaker 2: you're not allowing me to use my voice. You're kind
- 4:14Speaker 2: of stepping on my toes here, You're just kind of
- 4:16Speaker 2: taking over like I'm not important, Like I'm choppedliver standing
- 4:19Speaker 2: here in front of everybody, and you're over here and
- 4:22Speaker 2: you're just spewing everything out. So I'm sitting there processing
- 4:25Speaker 2: saying while she's doing her thing, I'm sitting there processing
- 4:29Speaker 2: all this.
- 4:30Speaker 1: And I was like, Okay, how do you feel?
- 4:32Speaker 3: Well?
- 4:32Speaker 2: I feel like I was just shut down and not
- 4:36Speaker 2: allowed to use my voice, and.
- 4:40Speaker 1: How you feel about that?
- 4:42Speaker 2: Seriously, this is how I talk to myself internally in
- 4:46Speaker 2: a group of people.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Well, how do you feel about that?
- 4:49Speaker 2: And then I thought, you know, she's new to the group,
- 4:53Speaker 2: she's excited, she's energized. She's kind of like that cheerleading
- 4:59Speaker 2: type of person anality of you know, super excited, and
- 5:06Speaker 2: and it's okay, it's okay. So interesting enough. This morning
- 5:12Speaker 2: I woke up and I had a sore throat, not
- 5:14Speaker 2: sore sore, but I could feel it settling in. And
- 5:17Speaker 2: I was like, okay, but you know, the first thought
- 5:21Speaker 2: for the human brain is well, everybody around me has
- 5:23Speaker 2: been sick, so I guess it's meant to be and
- 5:26Speaker 2: I gotta get sick. But also sitting here just talking
- 5:33Speaker 2: out loud about it, and then you start connecting the dots. Well,
- 5:36Speaker 2: you weren't allowed to use your voice. Somebody shut you down,
- 5:39Speaker 2: you weren't important, you were pushed aside.
- 5:42Speaker 1: You know you you need.
- 5:44Speaker 2: To just be quiet, don't talk unless you're being talked to, right,
- 5:49Speaker 2: those stories that we heard as children. So so it's
- 5:55Speaker 2: it's a little different. My point. One of my points
- 5:58Speaker 2: here is is I have been processing this throughout the
- 6:02Speaker 2: day last night, but it's interesting that even as I
- 6:09Speaker 2: say it out loud, more comes up. And so sometimes
- 6:15Speaker 2: you need just somebody to sit there and listen while
- 6:19Speaker 2: you talk. And then you're like, oh, yeah, okay, well
- 6:21Speaker 2: I can see how this happened, and then this happened,
- 6:23Speaker 2: and this happened, and it makes it a little You
- 6:27Speaker 2: can go deeper a lot of times. For me, anyway,
- 6:31Speaker 2: I can go deeper if I'm saying it out loud.
- 6:36Speaker 2: So thanks for listening, BEV, thank you.
- 6:38Speaker 1: For everybody for being here.
- 6:40Speaker 3: You're welcome to that, and.
- 6:46Speaker 1: That's in the mail.
- 6:48Speaker 3: But it's important to go through that whole process. And
- 6:51Speaker 3: I had an experience recently that just the behavior and
- 6:57Speaker 3: how I felt about it and did not express myself.
- 7:04Speaker 3: That's not even the right way to go. There would
- 7:07Speaker 3: have been a time in my past that I can
- 7:10Speaker 3: recognize that there was some karma stuff that I was experiencing.
- 7:14Speaker 3: And when I say karmik is, it's an experience for
- 7:16Speaker 3: you to learn from. And I can recognize in this
- 7:20Speaker 3: experience how I have shown up for others and how
- 7:24Speaker 3: I have spoke to others and not allowing them their voice.
- 7:31Speaker 3: It's not the same because your situation is a bit different,
- 7:35Speaker 3: but I just recognize why I was having the experience.
- 7:39Speaker 3: So when you say going deeper, you know, when you
- 7:44Speaker 3: start asking questions and I can ask them with inside
- 7:46Speaker 3: or I can voice it from outside right and the
- 7:50Speaker 3: information is like right there, and it's always been there.
- 7:53Speaker 3: And that's the thing that I'm recognizing the more that
- 7:55Speaker 3: I've been meditating now for a couple of months every
- 7:59Speaker 3: single day, and I a couple of times a day
- 8:01Speaker 3: sometimes you know, I'll try to do it as many
- 8:03Speaker 3: times that I can, and I do it even when
- 8:06Speaker 3: I'm working, So it's been very beneficial and reckon. You know,
- 8:11Speaker 3: having the dialogues in your head is amazing because it
- 8:14Speaker 3: does do. It does help a lot. But if I
- 8:17Speaker 3: didn't have those questions in that dialogue with myself, it's
- 8:20Speaker 3: so easy to take on someone else's stuff as your own.
- 8:25Speaker 3: And then but when you get it, when you start
- 8:26Speaker 3: asking questions and you kind of step back from it,
- 8:29Speaker 3: you don't take it on as your own. You get
- 8:31Speaker 3: to actually see it like why did it show up
- 8:33Speaker 3: for me? Or you know, and gosh, while you were talking,
- 8:37Speaker 3: it's exciting to know that someone's wanting to say all
- 8:40Speaker 3: these things, you know, to take control. So it's like,
- 8:44Speaker 3: you know, in the future, this person is a take
- 8:46Speaker 3: control kind of person so you've got a better idea
- 8:49Speaker 3: about this person. And if this is a cheerleader type personality,
- 8:52Speaker 3: a lot of people like that kind of personality. So
- 8:54Speaker 3: to be a front runner and maybe to give yourself
- 8:57Speaker 3: a break a bit, you know what I mean. So
- 8:58Speaker 3: it's just different perspectives about the whole thing, which I've
- 9:02Speaker 3: been gaining for myself. On gosh, on so many levels,
- 9:05Speaker 3: it seems like it seems like it's a constant it's
- 9:08Speaker 3: a constant evolution and it's but it's a beautiful, beautiful
- 9:13Speaker 3: state to be in, honestly, because it's like you get
- 9:15Speaker 3: to see all the nuggets why they had shown up
- 9:18Speaker 3: and for all we know that you were starting to
- 9:20Speaker 3: get sick. But I would agree with you. I agree
- 9:22Speaker 3: with you one hundred percent. I would because I would
- 9:24Speaker 3: have said I would look back and been like, Okay, well, yeah,
- 9:26Speaker 3: I was shut down. So I was not allowed to
- 9:28Speaker 3: express myself. And so we know how to express ourselves.
- 9:31Speaker 3: We know how to find ways, and sometimes we don't
- 9:34Speaker 3: have the time forward, or sometimes we're just in the
- 9:36Speaker 3: space to do it, you know what I mean, We're
- 9:38Speaker 3: just not there in that space. But it's every one
- 9:41Speaker 3: of these are just opportunities. These experiences are opportunities for
- 9:45Speaker 3: us to you know, show up and do better, is
- 9:49Speaker 3: what you've always said. And it's like seeing how how
- 9:52Speaker 3: how was it a benefit to me? Because everything is
- 9:55Speaker 3: a benefit to us. However, I want to look at things. Honestly,
- 9:58Speaker 3: there's been some things and all that being said recently
- 10:03Speaker 3: during my little group that I have it. It's these
- 10:09Speaker 3: revelations that come in. They're so simple. But to recognize
- 10:14Speaker 3: that everybody's a guide. You're a guide. I'm a guide,
- 10:17Speaker 3: and this person was a guide in your experience. My
- 10:19Speaker 3: person is a guide. You know we have all these guides.
- 10:21Speaker 3: My grandkids are guides. I'm a guide for my grandkids.
- 10:24Speaker 3: But it's like knowing that there's always something for us
- 10:26Speaker 3: to learn from each other, which is a bonus, but
- 10:30Speaker 3: also knowing that takes I'm gonna go way out the
- 10:34Speaker 3: other side. That actually takes a lot of stress off
- 10:37Speaker 3: of a person. So if I recognized Jim was a
- 10:39Speaker 3: guide and Jim's being a guide for me, that had
- 10:45Speaker 3: that purpose, that ended, and then another guide had come
- 10:49Speaker 3: in to help evolve me, or to help me graduate,
- 10:52Speaker 3: or help trigger me or whatever it looks like, right,
- 10:55Speaker 3: because we can't we got to have other people in
- 10:57Speaker 3: our lives in order to have these experiences kind of
- 11:00Speaker 3: highlight put the flashlight on, like, oh, look at I
- 11:03Speaker 3: see a sticker right there, a little splinter. Otherwise we
- 11:06Speaker 3: wouldn't see them. So it helps bring all this stuff
- 11:08Speaker 3: to the surface and then we feel lighter.
- 11:14Speaker 2: To add to that, one of the other things that
- 11:18Speaker 2: I processed with this whole situation was being interrupted, and
- 11:26Speaker 2: that was actually the first thing I thought about in
- 11:31Speaker 2: this situation is Okay, she interrupted me. How do I
- 11:40Speaker 2: interrupt people? Or how am I in a interruption or
- 11:43Speaker 2: how am I in what ways do I get excited
- 11:47Speaker 2: about something and I just want to talk and I
- 11:49Speaker 2: just start talking when somebody else is talking or interrupt them,
- 11:53Speaker 2: and which I have done because I get excited about
- 11:56Speaker 2: things and I just jump in. And for a little
- 12:02Speaker 2: bit at work, I've experienced some a little bit of
- 12:07Speaker 2: frustration and annoyance and people will be doing things and
- 12:15Speaker 2: like they're just not getting it, and there's different reasons
- 12:18Speaker 2: for that. So I will just jump in and say, Okay,
- 12:22Speaker 2: here we go, here's what you gotta do, do this,
- 12:25Speaker 2: do that right, and just kind of not being a
- 12:29Speaker 2: teacher or a guide being frustrated with the whole thing.
- 12:34Speaker 1: So it's like.
- 12:36Speaker 3: You should still a teacher and a guide at the
- 12:37Speaker 3: same time.
- 12:39Speaker 2: So so but seeing it from the frustrated point of view,
- 12:44Speaker 2: I'm like, Okay, well, I can see how I've been
- 12:46Speaker 2: doing that to other people and and so it's that
- 12:53Speaker 2: for me is like an attitude check. I'm like, all right,
- 12:57Speaker 2: you gotta check yourself, sister, because you do this too,
- 13:00Speaker 2: but you're doing it in a little bit different way,
- 13:02Speaker 2: which is a little uncomfortable. And I have felt it
- 13:05Speaker 2: in my body when I do it. I just because
- 13:07Speaker 2: I'm just like you know, it's like, come on, let's
- 13:10Speaker 2: just get this done already. So yeah, So there were
- 13:15Speaker 2: several and there's probably more gonna come up from it,
- 13:17Speaker 2: but there were several things that I recognized about myself.
- 13:22Speaker 2: And and I was talking to a lady today. We
- 13:26Speaker 2: were having a this morning and we were having a
- 13:28Speaker 2: conversation and I brought it up. I said, and this
- 13:31Speaker 2: thing happened last night made me a little kind of
- 13:36Speaker 2: I kind of at the moment felt shut down. But
- 13:38Speaker 2: you know what, this is what I said, and I
- 13:40Speaker 2: loved it, I said I And I said with a smiles,
- 13:43Speaker 2: like I'm telling you and I appreciate those moments now
- 13:48Speaker 2: because it helps me be better.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Yeah, because we moved past it, I don't have to
- 13:54Speaker 3: have it anymore. And then we it just it slows
- 13:57Speaker 3: us down. So I'm at a point now where I'm
- 14:00Speaker 3: really thinking about the things that I say. I'm I'm
- 14:05Speaker 3: having a dialogue withinside. If someone's talking to me outside
- 14:08Speaker 3: of myself, I'll go inside and have the conversation first
- 14:11Speaker 3: before it comes out. So it's like there's just a
- 14:14Speaker 3: different process that's happening, but we can hear. Then it
- 14:18Speaker 3: gives the opportunity to hear the messages really and then
- 14:22Speaker 3: really to see what's going on here and is does
- 14:26Speaker 3: this have anything to do with me? You know what
- 14:27Speaker 3: I mean, Just like you just said, it's just going
- 14:29Speaker 3: through this whole dialogue to see about what this is about?
- 14:33Speaker 3: What is this all about? And I've been having.
- 14:37Speaker 2: I was gonna say it wasn't about blaming her for anything. No,
- 14:41Speaker 2: my immediate I've gotten so good at this. My immediate
- 14:45Speaker 2: thing is, well, okay, how did that make you feel?
- 14:48Speaker 2: And for me talking to myself, how does that make
- 14:51Speaker 2: me feel? And what was what was some a lesson here?
- 14:56Speaker 2: And usually when I say one, then other things come
- 14:59Speaker 2: up to so uh and then once I recognim like okay,
- 15:03Speaker 2: and so for the audience, just for their for for context,
- 15:09Speaker 2: I was born, my mom married a an abusive person
- 15:14Speaker 2: is so mentally emotional abusive, and so that's what I
- 15:17Speaker 2: came into. So that would be the beginning of my
- 15:21Speaker 2: time here on earth. And just always being shut down
- 15:25Speaker 2: because as a little kid, you know, don't forget, don't
- 15:30Speaker 2: speak unless you're being spoken to be quiet, you can
- 15:34Speaker 2: you definitely can't stick up for yourself and by no
- 15:37Speaker 2: means so anyway I just wanted to put that out
- 15:40Speaker 2: there so they understood where why I felt, you know,
- 15:43Speaker 2: why that sore throat would settle in because I was
- 15:45Speaker 2: being shut down.
- 15:46Speaker 3: But but.
- 15:49Speaker 2: I very rarely, now very rarely is a is do
- 15:55Speaker 2: I point the finger and blame somebody for how I feel? Now,
- 16:00Speaker 2: before it used to be constant, it was everybody's fault
- 16:03Speaker 2: for me feeling like crap meaning sad, angry, frustrated.
- 16:12Speaker 1: Now that is not.
- 16:15Speaker 2: My typical go to. So that's a good thing.
- 16:25Speaker 3: It's nice, actually.
- 16:29Speaker 1: It is.
- 16:29Speaker 3: And then it feels better afterwards too, you know, because
- 16:32Speaker 3: you don't have the same emotional you don't have the
- 16:35Speaker 3: same you don't have to feel bad for the things
- 16:37Speaker 3: that you would have said or how you could have
- 16:39Speaker 3: reacted or you just went over.
- 16:42Speaker 2: And sat down or hang on to it for days
- 16:45Speaker 2: and weeks months, Yeah, and then have an uncomfortable energy
- 16:51Speaker 2: the next day at work because she did this and
- 16:55Speaker 2: I couldn't finish my spiel and.
- 16:59Speaker 1: No, I don't have time for that. I'm like, no,
- 17:02Speaker 1: I don't want to feel that way, No.
- 17:04Speaker 3: Because it doesn't just it doesn't feel good. It's useless. Yeah,
- 17:08Speaker 3: I mean that's not true. It's not useless because you
- 17:10Speaker 3: can take a look at it and say, oh, next time,
- 17:12Speaker 3: I'm not going to do this, or or I'm going
- 17:14Speaker 3: to have the dialogue within myself or whatever you want
- 17:18Speaker 3: to do. It's just whatever feels better. And to me,
- 17:20Speaker 3: the feel better part is just stopping. Just stopping right now,
- 17:25Speaker 3: go take some breaths, breath, checking myself, ask some questions.
- 17:35Speaker 2: And other than that, it was a delightful evening. And
- 17:39Speaker 2: we showed up at work today and we and we
- 17:41Speaker 2: laughed and had a great day.
- 17:43Speaker 1: It was a wonderful day.
- 17:44Speaker 2: And yeah, so now the difference would have been if
- 17:50Speaker 2: I would have been upset and held on to that
- 17:55Speaker 2: because the situation happened, and then went to work, Uh,
- 18:00Speaker 2: I would have had a grudge, right, hold none to
- 18:02Speaker 2: a grudge.
- 18:03Speaker 1: I would have.
- 18:06Speaker 2: Retracted, So I would not have I would have been
- 18:10Speaker 2: very quiet, short. If anybody talk to me, I would
- 18:15Speaker 2: have been very short. So these are all characteristics I
- 18:18Speaker 2: used to have totally ignore them all day unless they
- 18:25Speaker 2: asked me something directly.
- 18:30Speaker 3: Like.
- 18:30Speaker 2: These are all these things that I didn't do at all,
- 18:34Speaker 2: moving in in fact, laugh. We laughed several times today.
- 18:38Speaker 2: It was so fun so that to recognize in yourself,
- 18:49Speaker 2: how far you've come when you've done this type of work.
- 18:53Speaker 1: It's so worth it.
- 18:56Speaker 2: Because then that energy would have that would have affected
- 18:59Speaker 2: me all day long, at work, all night, it would
- 19:02Speaker 2: affect me last night.
- 19:03Speaker 1: I wouldn't have slept.
- 19:04Speaker 2: It would have been well, I should have and I
- 19:06Speaker 2: could have, right, I should have could have wit it,
- 19:09Speaker 2: and I wouldn't have slept, and I probably feel worse today.
- 19:12Speaker 1: Than I do. Had that happened, then.
- 19:16Speaker 2: I would have woke up mad, right, because I'm gonna
- 19:20Speaker 2: start my day all right, Well, now I gotta go
- 19:22Speaker 2: to work and face earth really and then mad all
- 19:26Speaker 2: day and then who knows how much longer, days, weeks, months, years.
- 19:33Speaker 3: I hold on this forever, same though, and hold inventory. Right,
- 19:39Speaker 3: I would go over this checklist of all these things
- 19:41Speaker 3: this person has ever done. I don't do that anymore.
- 19:44Speaker 3: If I start catching myself doing that, I'm like, that
- 19:47Speaker 3: doesn't feel good. Yeah, it doesn't feel good. I'm not
- 19:49Speaker 3: going to rehash that stuff. It's I don't sit and
- 19:53Speaker 3: bring forth this is what you're doing or what you
- 19:56Speaker 3: did or I did that. I did it for a
- 20:00Speaker 3: very long time, and it just doesn't That's just not
- 20:02Speaker 3: part of my life anymore. I have zero desire for
- 20:06Speaker 3: It doesn't feel good. And it's like, why keep you know,
- 20:11Speaker 3: we've talked about this before, but why keep reading the
- 20:13Speaker 3: same freaking chapter over and over and over again. Move
- 20:16Speaker 3: on to the next book already.
- 20:18Speaker 2: Right, yeah, get a new title something.
- 20:22Speaker 3: That's right, that's right, you already read b D. Why
- 20:26Speaker 3: do you keep going back and rereading it again?
- 20:29Speaker 1: Right?
- 20:29Speaker 2: So you're in twenty twenty four right now, and you're
- 20:33Speaker 2: still reading the chapter, just the chapter, not even the
- 20:35Speaker 2: whole book, just the chapter, same chapter, over and over
- 20:38Speaker 2: and again from nineteen what eighty nine ninety five? Why
- 20:43Speaker 2: where it's like you're still reading that chapter. You haven't
- 20:46Speaker 2: even read the whole you lived it, but apparently you
- 20:49Speaker 2: need to keep reliving it.
- 20:51Speaker 1: We know because we've done it.
- 20:52Speaker 2: We'ren't being like hard about it, but we've been.
- 20:56Speaker 3: And when you stop, and when you start recognizing all
- 20:59Speaker 3: this stuff, you recognize how much time that you're not
- 21:03Speaker 3: present for all the amazing things when you keep going
- 21:06Speaker 3: over that stuff. And that's something that I've processed probably
- 21:08Speaker 3: in the last few months too, just recognizing how how
- 21:13Speaker 3: you really can disappear because you're not present, You're not
- 21:17Speaker 3: in the conversations with things that I can go inside
- 21:19Speaker 3: it in my head and I can be gone for
- 21:20Speaker 3: a long time, for a long time. And because I anymore,
- 21:24Speaker 3: I just process things on the inside, because I'll start
- 21:27Speaker 3: asking my team, I start asking questions, I start asking.
- 21:30Speaker 3: I mean, I've been doing this a lot lately. I
- 21:33Speaker 3: mean I constantly do it, tuning in right, I'm tuning
- 21:37Speaker 3: into frequencies and stuff like that. So to whatever it did,
- 21:41Speaker 3: it could be Archangel Michael, it could be Archangel Metatron.
- 21:44Speaker 3: It's I'm and I'm asking what do you feel like?
- 21:46Speaker 3: What does your energies feel like? You know, asking questions
- 21:49Speaker 3: about well, can you talk to me? Hearing sounds like that,
- 21:52Speaker 3: like when you've got water in your ear, like this clicking,
- 21:56Speaker 3: Like I know that something's happening, but I'm not trans
- 22:00Speaker 3: just yet, or I need to fine tune it. I
- 22:02Speaker 3: don't need to do anything. It's it's just happening, but
- 22:05Speaker 3: it's letting me know. But it's happening in correspondence with questions.
- 22:09Speaker 3: So it's kind of fascinating. And the synchronicities there are,
- 22:13Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, it's just ridiculous. It's ridiculously awesome and
- 22:17Speaker 3: amazing when you start paying attention, when you start tuning
- 22:20Speaker 3: in how different life is. Life is like full of
- 22:25Speaker 3: all these miracles, like miracles with goosebumps and you know,
- 22:29Speaker 3: just constant goosebumps all the time, and even even to
- 22:33Speaker 3: a point where recently I thought, well, I thought this.
- 22:36Speaker 3: I had a day that I just didn't think it was.
- 22:39Speaker 1: I thought it was.
- 22:40Speaker 3: Gonna be a quiet day, you know. I didn't think
- 22:41Speaker 3: there was going to be really any deep conversations, and
- 22:43Speaker 3: then turned out to have two deep conversations with these
- 22:46Speaker 3: two people, and I was like, that's you just can't
- 22:50Speaker 3: you can't make this stuff up. But it's like it's
- 22:52Speaker 3: I kind of put it up, even though it wasn't
- 22:54Speaker 3: a positive charge when I put it out there, like
- 22:56Speaker 3: you know, it's probably mean, it's probably not going to
- 22:58Speaker 3: be positive, you know, these great deep conversations. But by
- 23:02Speaker 3: just saying that, it turned out to be these deep conversations.
- 23:05Speaker 3: Because the universe isn't here, can't or won't or don't
- 23:08Speaker 3: or any of that kind of stuff, it just kind
- 23:10Speaker 3: of matches whatever I put out there, and that was
- 23:13Speaker 3: neutral about it. So it was just it turned out
- 23:15Speaker 3: to be such a beautiful day. All my days are
- 23:18Speaker 3: turning out to be beautiful days, even though I did
- 23:21Speaker 3: not sleep last night.
- 23:24Speaker 1: Here I am, here, we are and.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Being present and having those experiences. If you are still
- 23:34Speaker 2: in your head like we used to be and thinking
- 23:37Speaker 2: about all this stuff and all the turmoil and the
- 23:40Speaker 2: trauma and drama, you wouldn't be able to have yourself
- 23:45Speaker 2: present enough to be able to tune into spirit and
- 23:49Speaker 2: get those questions answered internally, or be present enough to
- 23:54Speaker 2: be in a deep conversation such.
- 23:57Speaker 3: As you had.
- 23:58Speaker 1: Right.
- 23:58Speaker 2: So, I heard was listening to a podcast the other
- 24:01Speaker 2: day and I heard this saying, so I was asking.
- 24:04Speaker 1: This lady, okay, so.
- 24:08Speaker 2: About how many times a day do you think about
- 24:10Speaker 2: this traumatic situation? She's like thirty minutes. He goes, okay, well,
- 24:14Speaker 2: I'm just doing the math on my calculator on my phone.
- 24:16Speaker 2: So if you think thirty minutes a day times three
- 24:20Speaker 2: hundred and sixty five days a year, right, right, ten
- 24:24Speaker 2: nine hundred and fifty minutes. So now have we multiplay that,
- 24:29Speaker 2: Let's just say by twenty years. So ten thousand, nine
- 24:36Speaker 2: hundred and fifty times twenty years, two hundred and nineteen
- 24:40Speaker 2: thousand minutes minutes. They could have been doing so much
- 24:45Speaker 2: more with we stay stuck in our head about the
- 24:52Speaker 2: past and about thinking about all that stuff. And again
- 24:56Speaker 2: I'm saying this lightheartedly, but believe me, I did this
- 25:00Speaker 2: and probably wait for more more than twenty years. And
- 25:05Speaker 2: then the time we can't get back. We just can't
- 25:08Speaker 2: get it back. But we can do is just start
- 25:10Speaker 2: right now. Right now is a good time to start.
- 25:14Speaker 2: If you want to make a change and do something different,
- 25:16Speaker 2: right now, right now, it is a good time to start.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Don't wait for Monday, don't wait till January one, Start
- 25:23Speaker 2: right now, yes, yes, so.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Let's do it.
- 25:33Speaker 2: Any final words before we wrap this up, make a
- 25:37Speaker 2: magical week.
- 25:40Speaker 3: And start start now, right now, this minute.
