Two dozen family members of Lyle and Erik Menendez will hold a news conference, pleading for the brothers to be released from their San Diego prison. Neighbors in Imperial Beach are suing a French company that was contracted by the federal government to keep the South Bay Water Treatment Plant operational. More than 6,000 San Diego sailors aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt have returned.
