Man Arrested After Car Theft With Child Inside | Greenville News
A tense standoff in Lenoir County ended peacefully when suspect Austin Riggs surrendered after allegedly stealing a car with a child inside—and earlier breaking into a home to grab a shotgun. Riggs now faces multiple serious charges including burglary, firearm theft, and arson—thankfully, no one got hurt.
