- 0:02Speaker 1: To Teas in a Pod which Teddy Mellencamp and Cameridge edge.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Hi, guys, welcome to another episode of two Teas in a.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Pod and Emily because our girl.
- 0:19Speaker 2: Tamra is still gone, which has got to be good news, right.
- 0:23Speaker 3: Yeah, well, I think that's good for her, good for me.
- 0:25Speaker 2: So you know, would we even know? This is my
- 0:29Speaker 2: question about the show. Would we even know if she
- 0:33Speaker 2: was off at this point? Like or do you think
- 0:36Speaker 2: that they keep her phone the entire time? Like she
- 0:40Speaker 2: can't text any of us? But I don't know if once,
- 0:43Speaker 2: like once I was kicked off big Brother, Yeah, I
- 0:45Speaker 2: was able to.
- 0:47Speaker 1: Have my phone again.
- 0:48Speaker 3: Yeah, but what did they give you? Did they give
- 0:50Speaker 3: you parameters? Like you weren't allowed to tell anyone that
- 0:52Speaker 3: you were kicked off for.
- 0:54Speaker 1: No, because that show's live. Oh yeah, yeah I know
- 1:01Speaker 1: now so forever I know. Well I only watched the
- 1:05Speaker 1: first two episodes.
- 1:07Speaker 2: I was skipped off, But anyways, who knows.
- 1:12Speaker 1: I hope that she is crushing it, but we are
- 1:15Speaker 1: missing her.
- 1:15Speaker 2: But everybody is loving you, Emily, so I appreciate you
- 1:19Speaker 2: for coming on.
- 1:20Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Fun, I love talking crap about people.
- 1:23Speaker 1: It's great. It's my favorite pastime.
- 1:27Speaker 2: Speaking of talking crap, I don't appreciate that you look
- 1:30Speaker 2: like a supermodel and I look like Dog the Bounty
- 1:32Speaker 2: Hunter today.
- 1:34Speaker 3: I told you it was payback from our first one together,
- 1:37Speaker 3: because you came on looking all glam and beauty lighting
- 1:40Speaker 3: and I looked awful. I was like, wait, was I
- 1:42Speaker 3: supposed to get glam for this podcast? Actually, the only
- 1:46Speaker 3: reason I look like this is because I hosted event
- 1:48Speaker 3: in La last night. So this is still makeup and
- 1:51Speaker 3: hair from last night. That just tells you that I
- 1:53Speaker 3: didn't even bother to wash my face.
- 1:55Speaker 2: Well, that's my favorite type, where you can like sleep
- 1:58Speaker 2: like a month and you're like, Okay, I'm going to
- 2:00Speaker 2: keep the lashes on, I'm going to do all the things. Well,
- 2:03Speaker 2: I am fresh from the horse show. I've just taken
- 2:05Speaker 2: my hair out of my hair net. And just to
- 2:09Speaker 2: be transparent, I did text Emily right before we started
- 2:12Speaker 2: and I was like, I'm going to have to order
- 2:14Speaker 2: an apparall Sprits because I'm unwell. I get so nervous
- 2:19Speaker 2: before these big competitions.
- 2:22Speaker 1: I bet yeah, and I don't sleep.
- 2:25Speaker 2: I'm going to be spending the next seven days in
- 2:27Speaker 2: this hotel room. So it's really it's the gift that
- 2:31Speaker 2: keeps on giving. Yeah, But we have a good amount
- 2:36Speaker 2: of host chat for you guys. Today we are going
- 2:38Speaker 2: to talk about there's been a lot of podcasts that
- 2:42Speaker 2: have dropped, some which were great. And by podcasts we
- 2:48Speaker 2: mean just other people's. We're not talking about our own,
- 2:51Speaker 2: God forbid. But I feel like I've spent I don't know,
- 2:57Speaker 2: maybe well, I feel like Bethany's pop collectively with Nannie
- 3:02Speaker 2: was six and a half hours?
- 3:04Speaker 1: Was it?
- 3:04Speaker 3: Did you get through the whole thing? Because I honestly
- 3:06Speaker 3: couldn't get through. I mean not that it was bad,
- 3:08Speaker 3: I just didn't have the time. I have three children
- 3:10Speaker 3: and they kept interrupting me.
- 3:11Speaker 2: They wanted food, and you know, well, I was on
- 3:16Speaker 2: the airplane and my ears were hurting so bad from
- 3:19Speaker 2: having my air pods in that long.
- 3:22Speaker 1: But I'm sitting there.
- 3:23Speaker 2: Like scrambling writing note trying to like find all the inconsistencies.
- 3:29Speaker 2: But before we get into that, I feel like we
- 3:31Speaker 2: need to talk a little bit about Tom Sandoval.
- 3:35Speaker 1: Okay.
- 3:38Speaker 2: I do appreciate anyone who can laugh and mock themselves
- 3:45Speaker 2: when they're in an extreme period of hate.
- 3:48Speaker 3: So I really feel like that's the only way you
- 3:51Speaker 3: could handle it.
- 3:52Speaker 2: Yeah, Like, did you see the ad where he introduces
- 3:56Speaker 2: that he's going to do a podcast and essentially he
- 3:58Speaker 2: like sits down, like he's.
- 4:00Speaker 1: Me right now, but I'm in like, you know whatever,
- 4:03Speaker 1: and he like sits down.
- 4:04Speaker 2: He puts on his headphones and then he's like but
- 4:07Speaker 2: he's actually naked, and he's like and they're like, Tom,
- 4:11Speaker 2: it's a podcast, no one's gonna see you, and he goes.
- 4:15Speaker 1: They'll know.
- 4:19Speaker 2: And I really it made me appreciate him. It made
- 4:24Speaker 2: me appreciate him. But then the appreciation slowly, well quickly.
- 4:28Speaker 1: Went away once I started listening to the podcast right
- 4:32Speaker 1: because were you asleep or were you awake when you
- 4:35Speaker 1: were listening? Because it put me to sleep?
- 4:37Speaker 3: Well, I mean I like his voice. I felt like
- 4:39Speaker 3: it was very you know, people listen to ocean waves
- 4:43Speaker 3: to go to sleep, people listened.
- 4:45Speaker 1: To round noise is the thing, you know, like cricket shirping.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I mean, his voice was very lovely. I just found
- 4:53Speaker 3: myself nodding off a lot.
- 4:56Speaker 2: I found myself going, I want to have have Tom
- 5:01Speaker 2: on to tease in a pod and ask him the
- 5:04Speaker 2: questions people really want to know, not the fluff that.
- 5:07Speaker 3: He's okay, So what would you ask him? What would
- 5:10Speaker 3: be your what would be the question?
- 5:12Speaker 2: I want to know, I mean, just from like a
- 5:16Speaker 2: woman's standpoint, At what point did you fully check out
- 5:21Speaker 2: of your relationship and start cheating? Was Rachel really the
- 5:27Speaker 2: first person? Or was this going on for a long
- 5:30Speaker 2: time when you were doing it? Like did you feel guilty?
- 5:35Speaker 1: Like all?
- 5:36Speaker 2: Because everything that he kind of talked about to me
- 5:39Speaker 2: was the aftermath after getting caught.
- 5:43Speaker 3: I want to and you want to know.
- 5:44Speaker 1: His mindset during the actual action of cheating.
- 5:49Speaker 3: Yeah, Like I think he was that.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Yeah, And I because I think a lot of us
- 5:54Speaker 2: have been cheated on at some point in our lives,
- 5:56Speaker 2: or we have been the cheater.
- 5:58Speaker 1: I wanted to.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Know, like this is where I was, or I was
- 6:02Speaker 2: feeling really insecure in my life, or I was doing
- 6:05Speaker 2: this or whatever it was.
- 6:07Speaker 1: But instead it was all afterwards. You know.
- 6:09Speaker 2: He said he was feeling like he was drinking too much,
- 6:13Speaker 2: and he was there were moments where he was feeling
- 6:19Speaker 2: I think he even used the words suicidal. He said
- 6:22Speaker 2: he stopped drinking once Rachel went into treatment. At points
- 6:29Speaker 2: it seemed like he misses her, and then at other
- 6:32Speaker 2: points it seemed like he feels like she like often
- 6:37Speaker 2: out of like having to go through the hate by
- 6:40Speaker 2: going to treatment.
- 6:42Speaker 3: Yeah, I know, you'll never really know what she was
- 6:46Speaker 3: actually thinking. I mean I would have done the same
- 6:48Speaker 3: thing if I got that much hate, I'd be like,
- 6:50Speaker 3: take put me in a wellness retreat in Arizona, Like
- 6:53Speaker 3: I would just want away from all of that. So
- 6:56Speaker 3: I don't blame her. I mean, whether she really felt
- 6:59Speaker 3: like she needed I don't. I mean, I don't know
- 7:01Speaker 3: if she really felt like she needed treatment or if
- 7:03Speaker 3: it was like if it was a way to cop
- 7:05Speaker 3: out of like everybody giving her crap and attacking her
- 7:07Speaker 3: and people attack like I First of all, I don't
- 7:10Speaker 3: understand that level of hatred from a show with young people,
- 7:16Speaker 3: Like I mean, I know, he messed up and she
- 7:19Speaker 3: messed up, but the level of hatred and hate they get,
- 7:24Speaker 3: it's just you know, and people going to their business
- 7:27Speaker 3: and writing business reviews and you know, trying to shut
- 7:30Speaker 3: down their business like that takes it to a whole
- 7:32Speaker 3: other level. Like I I mean, the girl on the
- 7:35Speaker 3: Salt Lake Say talks about.
- 7:36Speaker 1: How she banged her you know, brother in law for
- 7:38Speaker 1: eighteen months and.
- 7:39Speaker 3: That like everybody. I never loved her and moved on,
- 7:42Speaker 3: and everybody thinks she's hilarious and funny. And I don't
- 7:46Speaker 3: see people taking, you know, trips to Salt Lake City
- 7:49Speaker 3: to find her house and you know, I mean, I
- 7:52Speaker 3: guess I understand that the it was so huge because
- 7:55Speaker 3: all these people are on a show together and everybody's
- 7:57Speaker 3: been watching them for ten years or whatever, so they're
- 7:59Speaker 3: very tested in their lives and relationships.
- 8:01Speaker 1: But at the end of the day, was it is it? Really?
- 8:04Speaker 1: Does it? Should?
- 8:04Speaker 3: It really generate that much hatred? I mean, it's well scandalous,
- 8:09Speaker 3: and I get it that we all love a scandal,
- 8:11Speaker 3: but the hatred is what.
- 8:14Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 8:15Speaker 3: That's where I just think it gets out of control.
- 8:19Speaker 3: I think even in kind.
- 8:20Speaker 2: Of listening to this, and regardless of I am not
- 8:23Speaker 2: a medical professional or a lawyer like you who I
- 8:26Speaker 2: wanted to talk about something earlier and Emily told me
- 8:28Speaker 2: I couldn't. No, no, I'm getting sued. Listen, calm your tips, lawyer.
- 8:38Speaker 2: But uh, I do wish I don't know, I just
- 8:44Speaker 2: wish there was a little bit more depth to this
- 8:47Speaker 2: to give us.
- 8:48Speaker 1: Maybe he has no more depth.
- 8:49Speaker 3: I mean, maybe you're giving him too much creds, maybe
- 8:52Speaker 3: there is no more depth.
- 8:54Speaker 1: Well, do you think he's attractive?
- 8:56Speaker 3: I actually do think he's attractive.
- 8:59Speaker 2: I do.
- 9:00Speaker 3: I know you what I do. I don't know why
- 9:02Speaker 3: I like those like dirty rock star looking guys.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 9:05Speaker 3: I don't get it.
- 9:07Speaker 1: I was like, I feel like Emily would be into him.
- 9:10Speaker 2: I did think it was pretty funny when his bandmate.
- 9:15Speaker 1: Was like, well, listen, you know Tom is a really
- 9:19Speaker 1: good guy.
- 9:20Speaker 2: Because even when people showed up wearing a shirt saying
- 9:23Speaker 2: that he looked like a worm with a mustache or
- 9:27Speaker 2: I hate Tom, he still.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Took pictures with them.
- 9:30Speaker 2: I'm like, I don't know that necessarily makes you a
- 9:33Speaker 2: good Well, I.
- 9:34Speaker 3: Feel like you have no choice, because what are you
- 9:36Speaker 3: gonna do. I mean, you're gonna ban people and say
- 9:38Speaker 3: no picture with you. Then you just look like more
- 9:41Speaker 3: of a jerk. It just gives more fuel to the fire. So,
- 9:44Speaker 3: I mean, if someone shows up a Bravo con with
- 9:46Speaker 3: a T shirt on that says Emily's an asshole, like,
- 9:49Speaker 3: I'm just I would take a photo with him, Listen.
- 9:52Speaker 3: I feel like that's the only way you can deal
- 9:54Speaker 3: with it. You're just like, yes, I am, you.
- 9:57Speaker 2: Know, And I feel like if it were me, there's
- 10:00Speaker 2: only probably T shirts being made.
- 10:03Speaker 1: I mean, if people would even waste the money.
- 10:05Speaker 3: What do people say to you?
- 10:06Speaker 1: What do they call you?
- 10:09Speaker 2: They? Well one, they say that I'm monotone, clearly I am.
- 10:14Speaker 2: I mean it's all kind of true things that I'm
- 10:16Speaker 2: a shitster. Truth well, I mean, what housewife isn't a shitster?
- 10:20Speaker 2: Though I hate it when I hate it when people
- 10:23Speaker 2: call housewives shitsters. You only have four months to film
- 10:26Speaker 2: this show. The story has to go forward, like you
- 10:30Speaker 2: literally have to talk about things on camera that other
- 10:33Speaker 2: people have told you. There would be no story and
- 10:36Speaker 2: there would be no Housewives if we weren't doing that.
- 10:39Speaker 2: And I do feel like, and this isn't even a
- 10:41Speaker 2: housewife cop out or an ex housewife cop out, I
- 10:45Speaker 2: do feel like I've missed my calling of being an investigator.
- 10:49Speaker 2: I love to get the juice, like I see one
- 10:53Speaker 2: little crumb and then I want to dig it out.
- 10:56Speaker 2: In my real life, most of the time, this juice
- 10:59Speaker 2: doesn't affect, like I will go on to my friend's
- 11:02Speaker 2: cousin sisters Instagram and see that she's divorced, and then
- 11:07Speaker 2: I need to look at the last six hundred and
- 11:08Speaker 2: twenty two posts to see what happened. I can't just
- 11:12Speaker 2: let it go and I don't know, it's just who
- 11:15Speaker 2: I am in general.
- 11:17Speaker 1: But end closing. Then he brought on his jeweler. Yeah.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I was like, how many like fake Cardier bracelets are
- 11:27Speaker 1: you getting in order to why is he on now?
- 11:32Speaker 1: Like yeah?
- 11:32Speaker 3: And I didn't even feel like he really explained who
- 11:35Speaker 3: he was exactly, because I still was confused about the connection.
- 11:39Speaker 3: But again I kept nodding off.
- 11:41Speaker 2: So but he did say that they are Him and
- 11:45Speaker 2: Ariana are still living together the other day she felt comfortable.
- 11:50Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm not laughing, but just even the way
- 11:53Speaker 2: that this was an excitement to him. He goes, I mean,
- 11:56Speaker 2: she came downstairs and she opened her boxes while I
- 12:00Speaker 2: was cooking dinner. And then the guy the jeweler goes
- 12:04Speaker 2: the jeweler. The jeweler goes, but did she make eye contacts?
- 12:09Speaker 2: And Tom goes, no, but we were in the same room.
- 12:13Speaker 2: I'm like, no, So that that's the everybody loves Tom.
- 12:18Speaker 3: Do you think he watches her on Dancing with Stars Dancing.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Of course, yeah, even my husband.
- 12:24Speaker 2: I'm out of town, so my husband was watching with
- 12:27Speaker 2: Dove and Cruise last night, giving me the updates on
- 12:30Speaker 2: how he thought everybody did, and he was like, ari
- 12:34Speaker 2: As if he even knows everybody.
- 12:35Speaker 1: He's like, He's like Arian and nailed it.
- 12:38Speaker 2: And then he's like, I think Mauricio did better than
- 12:40Speaker 2: the judges gave him scores.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Oh, he was really into it.
- 12:44Speaker 2: I was like, okay, and then he was like, I'm
- 12:47Speaker 2: not sure about Jamie Lynn Spears.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I was like, I really, but people. He did.
- 12:54Speaker 2: One thing that he did say, which is the final
- 12:57Speaker 2: comment in regard to this, was he said the only
- 13:00Speaker 2: and he filmed that final awkward scene with Rachel was
- 13:05Speaker 2: because they told him if he filmed that and then
- 13:07Speaker 2: he filmed with Shena and vander Pump, then he could
- 13:10Speaker 2: do Winterhouse. And then once he filmed it, that was
- 13:13Speaker 2: taken away.
- 13:14Speaker 3: Oh really huh?
- 13:15Speaker 1: So he didn't get that in writing.
- 13:17Speaker 2: Well, I also feel like maybe it was taken away
- 13:20Speaker 2: because you were a polarizing.
- 13:25Speaker 1: The polarizing hate that you had in that moment. Yeah,
- 13:28Speaker 1: I don't.
- 13:28Speaker 3: You don't think they you don't think they knew the
- 13:30Speaker 3: level of hate at that point before they they offered that.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Yeah, And so I mean then they were like, never mind,
- 13:37Speaker 2: everyone hates you. That being said, people think that he's
- 13:40Speaker 2: on the mass singer right now?
- 13:42Speaker 1: Oh they do, it's Tom.
- 13:44Speaker 2: They think he's one of the new mass singers, which
- 13:47Speaker 2: what that would track? But yeah, that's the Tom Sand
- 13:52Speaker 2: of all of it all.
- 13:53Speaker 1: Give it a listen.
- 13:55Speaker 2: I'm sure this season of Vanner Pump Rules is really
- 14:00Speaker 2: going to have to bring it because of what we
- 14:02Speaker 2: got from that podcast.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Wait, let me ask you a question.
- 14:19Speaker 3: As someone who does a podcast and I feel like
- 14:21Speaker 3: it's a very well oiled machine just being on it,
- 14:25Speaker 3: do you think he prepared?
- 14:26Speaker 1: Do you think he prepared for the podcast?
- 14:28Speaker 3: Like, do you think he sat down and thought, I
- 14:30Speaker 3: need to have content and needs to be interesting and
- 14:32Speaker 3: I'm going to talk about this now. Yeah?
- 14:35Speaker 1: See, And I feel like that's.
- 14:36Speaker 3: What bothered me because I felt like, if you're going
- 14:40Speaker 3: to do a podcast and you want people to listen
- 14:42Speaker 3: to it, then I think you need to do your homework,
- 14:44Speaker 3: and I think you need to be prepared, and I
- 14:46Speaker 3: think you at least need to have a list of
- 14:48Speaker 3: topics and you need to get through them and you
- 14:50Speaker 3: need to talk about him. I don't know, maybe I
- 14:53Speaker 3: was bothered by it because I felt like it was
- 14:55Speaker 3: slightly narcissistic and the fact that he could just not
- 14:58Speaker 3: prepare and just talk can kind of meander through things
- 15:01Speaker 3: and everybody's just supposed to listen and be intrigued.
- 15:03Speaker 2: Right now, Are you also just saying that we are
- 15:07Speaker 2: that on point over here at iHeart and the Twatts
- 15:10Speaker 2: with our running back?
- 15:12Speaker 3: Really what I'm trying to say, so.
- 15:13Speaker 1: You're complimenting us because of the work that we do.
- 15:18Speaker 2: No, I agree. I think it was very willy nilly.
- 15:21Speaker 2: I think it was just people say willy nelly anymore.
- 15:24Speaker 3: I say willy nilly a lot.
- 15:26Speaker 2: Okay, great, okay, yeah, but I just felt like there
- 15:30Speaker 2: there should have been These are the twenty questions we
- 15:33Speaker 2: need to get through. Have your jeweler or your friend
- 15:36Speaker 2: or your brother whomever, I don't even know if he
- 15:38Speaker 2: has a brother, ask them and let's go right, which
- 15:45Speaker 2: leads us to the next podcast, which is the Bethany
- 15:50Speaker 2: Nini Leek's podcast.
- 15:52Speaker 1: I have a lot of thoughts. Okay, let's go through
- 15:56Speaker 1: all events. Okay, in my opinion, is that the right
- 16:01Speaker 1: jargon for lawyer talk? Yes, you're in your opinion.
- 16:06Speaker 2: In my opinion, this all started because Bethany got butt
- 16:10Speaker 2: hurt after Watch What Happens Live this year with Jeff
- 16:13Speaker 2: Lewis and Andy calling her out for being a hypocrite
- 16:16Speaker 2: by bashing the housewives in the press but then starting
- 16:19Speaker 2: a housewife based podcast.
- 16:22Speaker 1: I feel like that.
- 16:23Speaker 2: Really ruffled her feathers, and then she wanted revenge.
- 16:27Speaker 1: She wanted revenge which she's calling.
- 16:31Speaker 2: The the what is she calling the reckoning? Okay, first
- 16:37Speaker 2: point that really pissed me off. Bethany kept talking about
- 16:41Speaker 2: that her daughter was there at Watch What Happens Live,
- 16:45Speaker 2: trying to make herself seem more sympathetic, but really, we
- 16:49Speaker 2: know what Watch What Happens Live is?
- 16:51Speaker 1: Would you bring your daughter to watch you on Watch
- 16:54Speaker 1: What Happens Live? No?
- 16:55Speaker 2: Never, And if you did, you would assume that your
- 17:00Speaker 2: daughter has watched all the episodes. Is in the know
- 17:02Speaker 2: because using your child as a shield is actually confusing
- 17:07Speaker 2: to me, Like the amount of bribery I had to
- 17:10Speaker 2: give my daughter today to put on her headphones and
- 17:13Speaker 2: the twizzlers and all the things to make sure that
- 17:15Speaker 2: she doesn't hear one second of this, right I know?
- 17:18Speaker 3: Well, I made Shane take all three kids and leave
- 17:21Speaker 3: the house because I don't want them to hear it.
- 17:23Speaker 3: It's adult content. And you know, I don't even know
- 17:26Speaker 3: how many times I've been to watch What Happens Live,
- 17:27Speaker 3: But every time you go, I get slightly.
- 17:31Speaker 1: Nervous because I know I'm gonna piss someone off. Every time.
- 17:33Speaker 3: I'm wont to watch What Happens Live because every question
- 17:36Speaker 3: is poison a way where I'm going to piss someone off.
- 17:38Speaker 3: So it's just it's not it's not you know, it's
- 17:43Speaker 3: not something where i'd want my daughter to go to
- 17:46Speaker 3: and listen to.
- 17:47Speaker 2: And I don't know that that's necessarily you can say
- 17:50Speaker 2: that that's Andy's fault. You chose to bring your guest.
- 17:54Speaker 2: Most of the time people bring their husband, or if
- 17:58Speaker 2: they're in a fight with their husband, they don't want
- 17:59Speaker 2: their husband to be on it.
- 18:00Speaker 3: I thought you had to be over eighteen anyway to
- 18:03Speaker 3: go to watch What Happens Live.
- 18:05Speaker 2: Well I don't, apparently not, because this is what she
- 18:08Speaker 2: said at least a couple of times on this podcast.
- 18:12Speaker 1: My daughter was there. My daughter was there. I'm like,
- 18:15Speaker 1: I I got it, you brought her. She didn't. She
- 18:18Speaker 1: wasn't walking by right and heard this.
- 18:22Speaker 2: But then the next thing was if Bethany would just
- 18:26Speaker 2: stick to the I saw myself on the back of
- 18:29Speaker 2: a bus in Australia and the shows are airing everywhere
- 18:34Speaker 2: and we make nothing. If that was her total fight
- 18:38Speaker 2: in this, I would go, Okay, you know what, that
- 18:41Speaker 2: does make sense. All of us in some capacity were
- 18:44Speaker 2: ignorant and how you know reality television can explode it
- 18:49Speaker 2: and show up on eighty two different networks.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Believe me, I still get.
- 18:52Speaker 2: I got a hate DM from a twenty eighteen episode
- 18:56Speaker 2: that I did, so I'm like, yeah, bully disgusting.
- 19:00Speaker 1: I know.
- 19:01Speaker 3: You know what, I can always tell when the old
- 19:03Speaker 3: episodes of a House of Orange County are airing, because
- 19:06Speaker 3: I start getting the dms that are like, you should
- 19:08Speaker 3: get divorced, you need to leave her husband.
- 19:10Speaker 1: I'm like, oh, well.
- 19:11Speaker 3: They're airing season thirteen now.
- 19:14Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:14Speaker 2: So it's like I get it. But I mean, would
- 19:18Speaker 2: we all love to be paid residuals? Sure, but it's
- 19:23Speaker 2: something we all get. Like, I'm not fighting against that. Like,
- 19:27Speaker 2: however that ends up ending up for all people in
- 19:30Speaker 2: the you know, world of reality television. I get, But
- 19:36Speaker 2: again in this interview, it seems very self serving in
- 19:40Speaker 2: a way to try to bring down Bravo and Andy over,
- 19:44Speaker 2: which she feels is a slight and that's what bothers me.
- 19:48Speaker 3: Well, you know, she also constantly makes reference to only
- 19:51Speaker 3: making seventy two hundred or whatever. She says that multiple
- 19:53Speaker 3: times about how her season, her first season, she only
- 19:56Speaker 3: made seventy two hundred, seventy two hundred. I mean, that's
- 20:00Speaker 3: what happens when you start a new show. They're taking
- 20:02Speaker 3: a gamble. Everybody's taking a gamble. You don't know if
- 20:05Speaker 3: it's going to take off. There isn't a big budget.
- 20:07Speaker 3: You you you go on taking a gamble of like yeah,
- 20:10Speaker 3: I'll take I remember tam was saying that's I think
- 20:13Speaker 3: that's what her salary was or something like her first
- 20:15Speaker 3: year of Orange County. Like, clearly you're not making millions
- 20:18Speaker 3: of dollars because everybody's gambling on a new show. Obviously
- 20:22Speaker 3: it paid off in the end because they talk about
- 20:24Speaker 3: what they were making towards the end, they're making millions, millions.
- 20:28Speaker 2: What about when like Bethany just goes in on how
- 20:33Speaker 2: many millions she's making and then nine checks her.
- 20:37Speaker 1: Yeah, Nini's like really a season yeah, and then Bethany
- 20:43Speaker 1: He's like, well, I mean.
- 20:45Speaker 2: I'm like, okay, but either way, we'll get to that.
- 20:48Speaker 2: But then, beth this is another thing that kind of
- 20:53Speaker 2: irritated me. We get into Andy's baby shower.
- 20:57Speaker 1: Yeah, I was, I know for fact, Yeah we were there.
- 21:00Speaker 1: I mean.
- 21:02Speaker 2: You know, yes, Ramona was there calling me Gina the
- 21:07Speaker 2: whole night.
- 21:08Speaker 3: I'm sorry. It was my first year.
- 21:11Speaker 1: I don't even know what was going on. And we
- 21:13Speaker 1: have to remember that Bethany has repeatedly said that she's
- 21:17Speaker 1: bestiees with Kyle, grew up with Kyle, Kyle Vicky who
- 21:23Speaker 1: else was hosting the baby shiny Nini.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Yeah, And Bethany's honestly like, you can actually walk like
- 21:32Speaker 2: I had to take an over there, do that awkward
- 21:35Speaker 2: walk out with my gift with the papa, all of
- 21:38Speaker 2: those things. She could have actually walked there, but she
- 21:40Speaker 2: said she was. She did not go because it was
- 21:44Speaker 2: about kissing the ring right right, which truly and in
- 21:49Speaker 2: my opinion, and this isn't to ask kiss Andy, it's
- 21:52Speaker 2: it was actually about celebrating a man and his new
- 21:55Speaker 2: baby and also bonding with a huge group of women
- 21:59Speaker 2: who have similar experiences to you. It's just another example
- 22:03Speaker 2: of making a Bethany making a situation about herself and
- 22:07Speaker 2: her feelings.
- 22:08Speaker 3: Okay, here's here's my thought. Do you think she did
- 22:12Speaker 3: not want to go because there were other housewives there
- 22:15Speaker 3: and you know, like the big housewives like Lisa, Renna
- 22:17Speaker 3: and you know the housewives that have been around Vicky
- 22:20Speaker 3: and Nini and all the housewives that have been around
- 22:21Speaker 3: a long time, And she didn't want to go because
- 22:24Speaker 3: she wouldn't get that one on one attention that she
- 22:26Speaker 3: would want. Like it was more of a I don't
- 22:29Speaker 3: want to go and share, you know, Yeah, I'm used
- 22:32Speaker 3: to this one on one attention.
- 22:33Speaker 1: He likes me, we have this bond.
- 22:35Speaker 3: I don't want to go if he's you know, if
- 22:37Speaker 3: if he's all spread out everywhere.
- 22:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean she even said something along the lines
- 22:43Speaker 2: of like I don't want to have to be the
- 22:45Speaker 2: one worried about where I would sit or like every
- 22:48Speaker 2: you know, the housewives were placed and order. I'm like,
- 22:51Speaker 2: clearly that wasn't the case because I was only two
- 22:53Speaker 2: seats away from him, and I think two seasons later
- 22:55Speaker 2: I was fired, so like I.
- 22:57Speaker 3: Wasn't even at the table. I wasn't even at the table.
- 23:02Speaker 3: I some all those housewives brought.
- 23:05Speaker 1: Assistants and then all the assistants sat at the main
- 23:08Speaker 1: table and Gina and I were over in some booths
- 23:11Speaker 1: in a corner, like not even at the main table.
- 23:13Speaker 2: Camille brought her assistant I remember, and then like pushed
- 23:17Speaker 2: her over at this like random little barstool. I'm like, Camille,
- 23:21Speaker 2: this wasn't a plus one event like that.
- 23:23Speaker 3: But I think I feel like a lot of housewives
- 23:25Speaker 3: did that, and I was kind of as someone who
- 23:27Speaker 3: has hosted a lot of parties and plan parties, I
- 23:30Speaker 3: would have done name place you know, place cards for
- 23:34Speaker 3: all the housewives.
- 23:35Speaker 2: Hey, we would have had a full blown physical altercation
- 23:38Speaker 2: if you.
- 23:39Speaker 3: Would have had to. You would have had to. You
- 23:40Speaker 3: would have had to engrave the table with the names.
- 23:43Speaker 3: Everybody would have been switching up or rapping them off.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Like shit would have really hit the fan. My place
- 23:50Speaker 1: card would have been in the bathroom, like on a
- 23:52Speaker 1: toilet or something, because like, no one on my cast
- 23:55Speaker 1: even spoke to me the entire time during this baby shower.
- 24:00Speaker 2: I only remember about one point five hours of the
- 24:03Speaker 2: baby shower, but I do remember having a lot of
- 24:05Speaker 2: fun hanging out and back. But it's just once again,
- 24:08Speaker 2: I'm like, Okay, Bethany, you're so close with him, you're
- 24:11Speaker 2: his favorite.
- 24:12Speaker 1: You suck in your opinion, You suck it up.
- 24:14Speaker 2: You go and you try to maybe meet other women
- 24:18Speaker 2: that have also used this platform to better their careers
- 24:22Speaker 2: or their life, or maybe try to get off your
- 24:25Speaker 2: high horse and get to know somebody. Yeah, and then
- 24:30Speaker 2: we get to where Nini brings up her complaints about Bravo.
- 24:35Speaker 2: Instead of Bethany making it about unions and how complaints
- 24:39Speaker 2: would be handled if a union were in place, she
- 24:42Speaker 2: instead shocking makes it about her. If Bethany truly cared
- 24:47Speaker 2: about Nini and what she went through, why didn't Bethany
- 24:50Speaker 2: speak up when it was happening?
- 24:53Speaker 1: Are you talking about when Nini filed her complaint?
- 24:56Speaker 3: Yeah, Like if Bephany an advocate and speak her for
- 25:00Speaker 3: her and having her back during that, is that.
- 25:03Speaker 1: What it is? Yeah? Yeah? Why now? Yeah?
- 25:06Speaker 2: Why after you've had your falling out then all of
- 25:09Speaker 2: a sudden, But did you notice she kept trying to
- 25:13Speaker 2: lead Nini into saying things and Nini was like, no,
- 25:18Speaker 2: actually I don't agree, Like even from something as small
- 25:21Speaker 2: as like, uh, you know, they want alcoholics on the
- 25:25Speaker 2: show so that then they can follow the train wrecks
- 25:28Speaker 2: and then they pour alcohol down your throats or something
- 25:32Speaker 2: along those lines, and and he's like, actually, no, nobody
- 25:35Speaker 2: ever forced me to drink. I like drinking, and I
- 25:38Speaker 2: want to drink if I'm filming, right, Like, we're just
- 25:42Speaker 2: continuing to get away from that. What the actual point was? Then,
- 25:47Speaker 2: Bethany exaggerating and lying about question that Andy asks to
- 25:52Speaker 2: prove a point bug me even more.
- 25:55Speaker 1: He's never I went back.
- 25:57Speaker 2: I spent a good thirty minutes going back to confirmed
- 26:01Speaker 2: he has never asked any housewife on Watch What Happens
- 26:05Speaker 2: Live or at a reunion who's the worst mother. He's
- 26:09Speaker 2: also never asked the ugliest housewife. Yeah, so, if you're
- 26:15Speaker 2: going to give a hypothetical, be accurate, but hypotheticals aren't accurate.
- 26:21Speaker 1: Hypotheticals are hypotheticals, right, But then do something that's somewhat
- 26:26Speaker 1: in the general you're saying.
- 26:27Speaker 3: If you're going to say things that he says and
- 26:29Speaker 3: put words in his mouth, make them accurate words instead
- 26:32Speaker 3: of making it worse than anything he's ever said. I mean,
- 26:34Speaker 3: he does, he does.
- 26:35Speaker 1: Clearly ask shady questions on Watch What Happens Live?
- 26:38Speaker 3: But no, I mean, I've never seen it so toxic
- 26:42Speaker 3: that it's like who's the ugliest housewife or who's the
- 26:44Speaker 3: worst mom?
- 26:45Speaker 1: Like, we're not. I'm sorry.
- 26:46Speaker 2: There is a huge difference between who's the worst dressed
- 26:50Speaker 2: and who's the ugliest housewife? Yeah, or who's who drives
- 26:56Speaker 2: you the most crazy on your cast and who's the
- 26:58Speaker 2: worst mother?
- 26:59Speaker 1: Right? Yeah, we know.
- 27:00Speaker 2: There are shady questions going into it, but acting as
- 27:04Speaker 2: if it is this full blown takedown of a whole
- 27:07Speaker 2: other human being, I just I don't like it.
- 27:11Speaker 1: You have to play it like it is. But also she.
- 27:13Speaker 2: Kept even She would even say things to Nini like
- 27:17Speaker 2: did you feel like you were the poorest housewife?
- 27:20Speaker 1: Because she's like no, And then Nini's like, no.
- 27:24Speaker 3: Well so you were poor and she was like no.
- 27:27Speaker 3: And she's like so you were poor and she was
- 27:29Speaker 3: like no. I felt like the underdog, which I understand
- 27:32Speaker 3: that that doesn't have anything to do with your socioeconomic status.
- 27:35Speaker 3: It's just how you feel when you bring other people
- 27:38Speaker 3: on that have a bigger name or their NFL stars,
- 27:41Speaker 3: or they're you know, they were on another show or something.
- 27:44Speaker 3: You know, you do feel like an underdog. I feel
- 27:46Speaker 3: like that all the time too. But it doesn't have
- 27:47Speaker 3: anything to do with money.
- 27:49Speaker 2: Yeah, it does, and and but then she kept saying it,
- 27:51Speaker 2: and then Nini kept correcting her, and then Nini compared herself.
- 27:55Speaker 2: She goes, you know, it's like me, I'm like the
- 27:59Speaker 2: Denise Richards of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. I just,
- 28:03Speaker 2: you know, I couldn't level up with the glam And
- 28:05Speaker 2: I was like, stop, because there's apps absolutely no way
- 28:11Speaker 2: that during the end of her tenure on New York
- 28:15Speaker 2: that she wasn't glaming and spending money on clothes the
- 28:19Speaker 2: same exact way.
- 28:20Speaker 1: That every other housewife on that franchise was well, and if.
- 28:23Speaker 3: She wasn't, that was by choice, because it's not like
- 28:26Speaker 3: she couldn't afford it. If she wasn't glaming and dressing
- 28:28Speaker 3: like the other women, it was because she just like,
- 28:31Speaker 3: I feel like Denise Richards wasn't glaming like the other women,
- 28:33Speaker 3: because that was just I mean, you were there, Yeah
- 28:36Speaker 3: she's not. I mean, it wasn't just because here's.
- 28:39Speaker 2: The thing, Denise Richards and I have the same glam team,
- 28:42Speaker 2: the same exact girls. She glamed every single time that
- 28:45Speaker 2: I glammed, because I would have to organize my schedule
- 28:48Speaker 2: around hers. Right, She just dressed casually, right, that was
- 28:53Speaker 2: her style. She liked to wear her rips the same
- 28:55Speaker 2: ripped jeans.
- 28:56Speaker 1: That was her thing. And it is what it is
- 28:59Speaker 1: people's glamor.
- 29:00Speaker 2: Which we will get into once we get into Salt
- 29:03Speaker 2: Lake City episode on you know the podcast we get
- 29:07Speaker 2: into later. People's glam looks very different. Not everybody's glam
- 29:11Speaker 2: is going to look like Erica Jane or Drei Kimsley.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Right, But then.
- 29:27Speaker 2: Nini says she feels like she was blacklisted following her
- 29:30Speaker 2: lawsuit against NBC, Universal, Bravo and production companies True Entertainment
- 29:35Speaker 2: and Truly Original and how Black housewives were not given
- 29:39Speaker 2: the same privileges as their white counterparts. The part that
- 29:44Speaker 2: resonated with me, and this was when she brought up
- 29:47Speaker 2: the fact that Kim Zolezi Act never went on a
- 29:49Speaker 2: cast trip.
- 29:50Speaker 1: I did not know that.
- 29:51Speaker 3: How do you do that?
- 29:51Speaker 1: How do you never go on a cast trip? I
- 29:54Speaker 1: don't actually know. I think she only went on one.
- 29:57Speaker 3: But I mean I've missed two cast trips and that's
- 29:59Speaker 3: because it COVID both times. And I was pissed.
- 30:02Speaker 1: Yeah, you don't want to miss it. I didn't want
- 30:04Speaker 1: to miss it.
- 30:04Speaker 3: I was so upset because I was like, oh, great,
- 30:06Speaker 3: there's three episodes I'm not going to be in, and
- 30:09Speaker 3: then when they come back, they're all going to be
- 30:10Speaker 3: fighting about what happened on a cast trip that I'm
- 30:12Speaker 3: not going to know anything about, and you have to
- 30:14Speaker 3: figure out how to get back in there. So I
- 30:16Speaker 3: didn't even understand how Kim got Well, is Kim just
- 30:18Speaker 3: like I don't want to go?
- 30:20Speaker 2: Yeah, she just wouldn't go, or she was she wasn't.
- 30:24Speaker 2: There was a rumor, who knows if this is true,
- 30:27Speaker 2: but allegedly, allegedly in her contract it said she didn't
- 30:31Speaker 2: have to go on trips.
- 30:33Speaker 1: That doesn't even make sense.
- 30:35Speaker 3: I didould you those trips? I feel like those trips
- 30:37Speaker 3: take up so many I mean, they always get so
- 30:39Speaker 3: much content out of those trips, So not to have
- 30:41Speaker 3: a housewife on a trip that doesn't make sense.
- 30:44Speaker 1: I have to give it to her.
- 30:45Speaker 3: She does have a point because my second season on
- 30:49Speaker 3: the Housewives.
- 30:49Speaker 1: That was the season that Vicky was a friend. When
- 30:53Speaker 1: we went into the reunion.
- 30:55Speaker 3: Vicky, Vicky sued she filed it. I know Nini touches
- 30:59Speaker 3: on it a little bit, but she said she thought
- 31:01Speaker 3: Vicky talked to a lawyer. I think Vicky Gumblson actually
- 31:03Speaker 3: used sued Bravo. Her name was do you remember this?
- 31:07Speaker 3: Her name was Jane Rowe. That was her name, and
- 31:10Speaker 3: everybody was calling her Jane Rowe. She actually filed something,
- 31:14Speaker 3: I believe allegedly.
- 31:15Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 31:16Speaker 3: I didn't I'm just trying to remember. So if I'm wrong,
- 31:19Speaker 3: I'm saying this.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Nini does say this, and then they said, but then
- 31:24Speaker 2: Vicky was continuing to be brought back.
- 31:28Speaker 1: Yes and she is.
- 31:29Speaker 3: She's like, what did she get that house Wife of
- 31:32Speaker 3: the Year or Century award. She's also been on two
- 31:38Speaker 3: Girls trips. She's also showing up on Orange County and filming. So,
- 31:42Speaker 3: I mean, I if it strictly comes down to she
- 31:45Speaker 3: was blacklisted because she's litigious, or she filed something, I mean,
- 31:49Speaker 3: so did Vicky Gumbleson? I remember, because I remember it
- 31:51Speaker 3: was an issue going into the reunion, and I think
- 31:54Speaker 3: she had to dismiss it enable it so she could
- 31:56Speaker 3: film the reunion.
- 31:57Speaker 1: I don't know, and I think I don't know.
- 31:59Speaker 2: It was just I mean, Andy even called her Jane
- 32:02Speaker 2: Row at the reunion.
- 32:03Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, Jane Row.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Yeah, like, I don't know if that was like a typo,
- 32:09Speaker 3: like it meant to be Jane Doe but somebody actually
- 32:12Speaker 3: accidentally put Roe, or if Vicky thought that was like
- 32:15Speaker 3: a really sneaky way that no one would ever figure
- 32:17Speaker 3: out it was her. She's like, no, no, no, don't
- 32:19Speaker 3: Jane Doe making Jane Row.
- 32:21Speaker 1: No, never Row, Jane Row, Jane Row. But I don't know.
- 32:27Speaker 1: Then they just kind of it just.
- 32:29Speaker 2: Felt like they were getting to the point where, listen,
- 32:33Speaker 2: all of the union points.
- 32:34Speaker 1: I won't push against it at all.
- 32:37Speaker 2: Anyway that Nini felt like she was treated differently than
- 32:40Speaker 2: other people in her cast. I don't have any comment
- 32:44Speaker 2: on It's completely she knows what she knows. Yeah, but
- 32:50Speaker 2: I do think bagging the way that Bethany was relentless
- 32:55Speaker 2: on bagging on Andy, Nini seemed to have a pretty
- 32:59Speaker 2: clear view of what her relationship was with Andy.
- 33:03Speaker 1: He's like, listen, you know, like I felt like we
- 33:05Speaker 1: hung out, we'd go to parties together, we were cool.
- 33:08Speaker 3: I didn't hang out at his house. You know, if
- 33:10Speaker 3: we were real friends, I'd hang out at his house.
- 33:12Speaker 3: I'd get that.
- 33:14Speaker 2: But then Bethany agrees, and she says she feels like
- 33:18Speaker 2: Andy never really liked her either. She says he's always
- 33:22Speaker 2: been protected but never protected her.
- 33:26Speaker 1: Well, in what way does she want protection? What kind
- 33:29Speaker 1: of protection is she looking for?
- 33:32Speaker 2: I don't know, but because if that's the case, you
- 33:35Speaker 2: then just bragged to us for eight minutes about how
- 33:38Speaker 2: you made millions and millions and millions of dollars to
- 33:43Speaker 2: someone who has just told you that she did this
- 33:46Speaker 2: with Rachel too, and it really drives me nuts. Nini
- 33:49Speaker 2: had just said something along the lines of like, listen,
- 33:53Speaker 2: I'm not getting endorsement deals, so I'm not making money
- 33:55Speaker 2: right now, like I have to support my family, and
- 34:00Speaker 2: he says something along the lines of like, well, I
- 34:02Speaker 2: mean I was making.
- 34:03Speaker 1: Millions and millions and millions.
- 34:05Speaker 2: Of dollars and you had how much were they offering
- 34:09Speaker 2: you for the six episodes?
- 34:11Speaker 1: And it's like, why do you need to go there?
- 34:15Speaker 2: Like why do you need I don't know it just
- 34:18Speaker 2: the whole thing makes me feel lucky, Like if you're
- 34:22Speaker 2: really wanting to be about the union, I don't think
- 34:26Speaker 2: the conversation is about Andy Cohen.
- 34:28Speaker 1: I think the conversation is about.
- 34:30Speaker 2: Every single network, every reality television person, and you know,
- 34:37Speaker 2: everybody's personal experience. But Bethany bringing up how Housewives had
- 34:42Speaker 2: to take antidepressants from being on the television show, I'm like,
- 34:46Speaker 2: I'm just here to tell you I've been on them
- 34:49Speaker 2: since I was fourteen years old, Like I have extreme
- 34:52Speaker 2: OCD and.
- 34:55Speaker 3: Guess I mean, I've never taken any antidepressants. I will
- 34:58Speaker 3: say I feel like the show be stressful, There's no.
- 35:01Speaker 1: Doubt about that.
- 35:01Speaker 3: And it definitely takes a strong woman to deal with
- 35:05Speaker 3: the show. And you have to have a thick skin.
- 35:06Speaker 3: You have to deal with a lot of hate, a
- 35:07Speaker 3: lot of love, a lot of everything.
- 35:10Speaker 1: But you know, to make it like a blanket statement.
- 35:12Speaker 3: Like all of us are, you know, suffering from some
- 35:15Speaker 3: type of depression and anxiety because of the show?
- 35:19Speaker 1: I mean, that's that's a that's a bold statement and.
- 35:23Speaker 2: Also saying that mental illness. Like, clearly there is something
- 35:29Speaker 2: with all of us that makes us want.
- 35:31Speaker 1: To be on reality television.
- 35:34Speaker 2: Clearly there is that common ground. There are some people
- 35:37Speaker 2: that would look at us and go, why would you
- 35:40Speaker 2: ever have wanted.
- 35:41Speaker 1: To do that?
- 35:41Speaker 2: Oh?
- 35:41Speaker 3: Yeah, I have people say that a lot, So I say,
- 35:45Speaker 3: I don't know, Yeah, I mean it, we all have that.
- 35:49Speaker 1: There is something.
- 35:50Speaker 2: I mean at least for me, and I'm just gonna
- 35:53Speaker 2: be transparent. There is something inside of me that I
- 35:56Speaker 2: have never one hundred percent felt like I'm enough.
- 36:00Speaker 1: Yeah, No, I get that because I feel the same.
- 36:02Speaker 3: I mean, I think I even talk about it a
- 36:03Speaker 3: little bit in the finale episode.
- 36:05Speaker 1: But it's I've always been such a.
- 36:08Speaker 3: Goal oriented person and I've always wanted more and more
- 36:10Speaker 3: and more, like how can I outdo this?
- 36:12Speaker 1: How what's the next thing?
- 36:13Speaker 3: Because I grew up feeling so less than, like I
- 36:17Speaker 3: wasn't important, like I didn't matter, like I didn't have
- 36:20Speaker 3: a lot, and we grew I grew up poor, and
- 36:22Speaker 3: I just always wanted so much more. But I but
- 36:25Speaker 3: I don't mind working for it. I never felt like
- 36:29Speaker 3: it had to be given to me.
- 36:31Speaker 2: Yeah, And I think that's that's a very similar thing.
- 36:34Speaker 2: And I think if you go through the history of
- 36:37Speaker 2: the majority of the women cast on this show, we
- 36:41Speaker 2: are all willing to work our asses off to make
- 36:45Speaker 2: ourselves feel like we are enough.
- 36:48Speaker 1: And I don't know that that is a network standard.
- 36:51Speaker 1: That's how we grew up. Yeah, and that's something I assume.
- 36:57Speaker 3: Growing up like that, it gives you some layers, It
- 36:59Speaker 3: gives you depth, It gives you things to talk about,
- 37:01Speaker 3: you know, and then they cast women who have depth,
- 37:04Speaker 3: who have layers, who can talk about their lives, who
- 37:06Speaker 3: have a lot of things going.
- 37:07Speaker 1: On, you know. I mean, I live in Orange County.
- 37:10Speaker 2: But I think that that's something that if we really
- 37:13Speaker 2: wanted to dig deep into this position, into this job,
- 37:18Speaker 2: there is something that the majority of us that are
- 37:20Speaker 2: on this shows or were on these shows, that fame
- 37:25Speaker 2: is filling some sort of void.
- 37:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I would agree.
- 37:30Speaker 3: I would say there's some level of need that you
- 37:33Speaker 3: need it to feel validated in some way, and.
- 37:38Speaker 1: But definitely different levels of it though.
- 37:41Speaker 2: Yeah, But I think pretending that that reason is because
- 37:47Speaker 2: of what was in like an original like sit down
- 37:52Speaker 2: Dinner with a bunch.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Of girls, we were willing to film on television, I.
- 37:57Speaker 2: Don't think it's accurate. I made a choice. I'm from
- 38:03Speaker 2: seventeen years old. I was like, Okay, I want to
- 38:05Speaker 2: be on a television show. Took me till I was
- 38:07Speaker 2: thirty six, didn't last very long. It is what it is.
- 38:11Speaker 2: But like there's no one else that you know, I
- 38:15Speaker 2: don't know, but you.
- 38:16Speaker 3: Know what, I do have another point though, I did
- 38:18Speaker 3: find I found Nini to be very entertaining and very interesting.
- 38:23Speaker 3: I could listen to her talk about her life all day.
- 38:26Speaker 3: She has a very interesting, rich background, where she came from,
- 38:30Speaker 3: how she grew up her life when she met Greg.
- 38:33Speaker 3: I think she's probably one of the most interesting and
- 38:37Speaker 3: entertaining people.
- 38:38Speaker 1: And then I thought, Nina, you need to have your
- 38:40Speaker 1: own pocket. Does she have a podcast? She should do
- 38:41Speaker 1: a podcast. She's so entertaining.
- 38:44Speaker 2: I think that Nini has grown a lot. I feel
- 38:50Speaker 2: like nini patience and like love of what she actually
- 38:57Speaker 2: did and what she accomplished on Housewives changed so much.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Like I feel like at first she was upset about
- 39:04Speaker 2: things that went wrong or went awry or the only
- 39:08Speaker 2: being offered the six episodes or times where she may
- 39:11Speaker 2: or may not have been difficult, and how she was wrong.
- 39:15Speaker 2: But there was also parts of this interview where I
- 39:17Speaker 2: felt like she was really like, no, I loved it. Yeah,
- 39:21Speaker 2: we were a true group of friends, like we all
- 39:23Speaker 2: had crazy things happen to us and it was a
- 39:26Speaker 2: good story. Like I didn't feel anger from her in
- 39:31Speaker 2: this podcast, and I felt it from Bethany.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I would agree with that.
- 39:35Speaker 3: And I also felt that, you know, I felt that
- 39:40Speaker 3: she legitimized her complaint when she also stated that she
- 39:45Speaker 3: had reached out multiple times before she filed a complaint
- 39:49Speaker 3: and had said, I have these grievances, I have these problems.
- 39:53Speaker 3: I had these issues and they weren't addressed. Of course,
- 39:55Speaker 3: I'm just going off of what she's saying. I don't
- 39:58Speaker 3: have any further. Yeah, we don't know the other side all.
- 40:01Speaker 3: But based upon her saying that, it really legitimized to
- 40:05Speaker 3: me her complaint because there is the I think Bethany
- 40:08Speaker 3: did say, well, why did you wait until the very
- 40:10Speaker 3: end and then you filed a complaint and you know
- 40:12Speaker 3: those it looks like you're just retaliating, possibly because you
- 40:15Speaker 3: didn't get what you wanted in negotiations or whatever. But
- 40:18Speaker 3: then when she said, no, I've been complaining all these times.
- 40:21Speaker 3: I've sent these emails, I've asked to sit down, I've
- 40:23Speaker 3: asked to talk. I've said here's problems, here's my grievances,
- 40:26Speaker 3: and they were never addressed. So then I thought, well,
- 40:28Speaker 3: you know what, then maybe maybe it's fair to say
- 40:31Speaker 3: she got pushed to the point where she felt like
- 40:32Speaker 3: her only recourse was to file something. Yeah, And I
- 40:36Speaker 3: think that's just from a legal perspective.
- 40:39Speaker 2: Listening to someone and this is from somebody who barely
- 40:43Speaker 2: graduated high school. I heard in her voice. I truly feel,
- 40:50Speaker 2: in my heart of hearts, I do.
- 40:53Speaker 1: Feel like Nini said something along the lines of like
- 40:58Speaker 1: I will say things, but then I will forgive.
- 41:02Speaker 3: I think it's sad that Nini Leaks isn't on TV
- 41:06Speaker 3: in some capacity. She agrees such a force, she's so entertaining,
- 41:12Speaker 3: she's so over the top, she has such a personality.
- 41:15Speaker 3: For her to not be on television and some capacity
- 41:19Speaker 3: is a true tragedy.
- 41:21Speaker 2: I know, because then they were talking about the one
- 41:23Speaker 2: she did, like one scripted show and run what one
- 41:26Speaker 2: reality show? And I didn't even know what the reality
- 41:28Speaker 2: show was that she was talking about. And I watched
- 41:31Speaker 2: a lot of television. I was like, shoot, which one? Yeah, Okay,
- 41:46Speaker 2: So I guess we kind of cleared up those two podcasts.
- 41:50Speaker 2: You guys, give them all a listen if you want.
- 41:53Speaker 2: But now we have the next thing to discuss, reunion
- 41:56Speaker 2: looks for the Royal Housewives of New York.
- 42:01Speaker 1: It's your favorite? Oh, who's my favorite? Hmmm?
- 42:07Speaker 3: I mean I kind of liked all of them individually
- 42:10Speaker 3: for their own you know, their own personalized choices.
- 42:16Speaker 1: I liked Aaron. I thought she looked fresh and young
- 42:20Speaker 1: and adorable.
- 42:22Speaker 3: Yeah, I actually when I saw Brin's dress in the group,
- 42:27Speaker 3: I was confused. But then when I saw her individual photo,
- 42:31Speaker 3: I actually I actually liked her dress other than it
- 42:36Speaker 3: looked like she stopped at her grandma's on the way
- 42:38Speaker 3: there and had some doilies sewed on.
- 42:41Speaker 2: But know how I feel about the word actually, you
- 42:44Speaker 2: hate actually, I because actually it's like, you know what,
- 42:49Speaker 2: Actually it looks like a big shit show, but actually actually,
- 42:57Speaker 2: But what I liked about these these looks is like
- 43:01Speaker 2: Aaron and Bren and a couple of the other women
- 43:05Speaker 2: made jokes of their looks, like I think Bren was like,
- 43:08Speaker 2: nailed it because I look like one of the girls
- 43:11Speaker 2: from the Golden Girls or somebody called her the candlestick
- 43:16Speaker 2: from Beauty and the Beast and she was like that.
- 43:18Speaker 2: I take that as the highest compliment. Aaron said her
- 43:23Speaker 2: caption with her dress was am I more catch or Chipriani?
- 43:29Speaker 1: Oh that's yeah? The different restaurants. Yeah, I loved everyone's looks.
- 43:34Speaker 1: I love Jessel. I do wish she would have taken
- 43:38Speaker 1: the time to get her dress Hmmed was it too long?
- 43:41Speaker 1: I didn't notice that it is so long?
- 43:44Speaker 3: Like how long?
- 43:44Speaker 1: Like it's supposed to have a train or long? Like
- 43:47Speaker 1: she's short and it didn't fit.
- 43:48Speaker 2: Right, Okay, look at your rundown right now and scroll down,
- 43:53Speaker 2: all right, and look how much is it looks like
- 43:56Speaker 2: my pants that I buy and I refuse to him
- 43:59Speaker 2: and then I just cut them with scissors at the bottom,
- 44:03Speaker 2: Like why like did she not have her shoes on
- 44:07Speaker 2: for the pick? Did she make a last minute decision?
- 44:12Speaker 1: Yeah? I mean it's a little bungie there is six
- 44:16Speaker 1: inches just hanging on the floor.
- 44:18Speaker 2: But she looks stunning. I was very jealous that Jenna
- 44:22Speaker 2: got to wear jeans.
- 44:24Speaker 1: Yeah, how'd that happened?
- 44:26Speaker 3: I mean, I guess Here's here's my question. Though, every
- 44:30Speaker 3: reunion I've been on, they send an email from a
- 44:33Speaker 3: stylist that gave gives us it boxes us into a
- 44:37Speaker 3: very specific look. So I don't is that not how
- 44:40Speaker 3: they did it for them? Were they just like, you, guys,
- 44:42Speaker 3: go and whatever your personal style is, We'll just go
- 44:45Speaker 3: with that.
- 44:46Speaker 2: Because that's what it looks like to me. I mean,
- 44:48Speaker 2: other than the fact that they're all in like a white, beige, black,
- 44:53Speaker 2: like there is. Yeah, like it's very monochromatic type coloring. Yeah,
- 45:00Speaker 2: I don't know. I think that all look great. But yeah,
- 45:05Speaker 2: and I have a formal apology to make to you.
- 45:07Speaker 2: To me and I said no when I said that
- 45:10Speaker 2: I didn't love your dress color, it's because on our
- 45:13Speaker 2: rundown it looked brown to me. But then I just
- 45:17Speaker 2: saw another thing and it's actually a bright orange.
- 45:20Speaker 1: So I'm coral. Okay.
- 45:23Speaker 2: So you know what, When I'm wrong, I say i'm wrong,
- 45:25Speaker 2: And if you know what movie that's from, I'll like
- 45:27Speaker 2: you more.
- 45:29Speaker 1: Oh, damn it, I don't know what movie is it.
- 45:32Speaker 1: I'm sure I've seen it. When I'm wrong, I say
- 45:35Speaker 1: I'm wrong. Emily, Oh, I don't know. Dirty Dancing, for
- 45:41Speaker 1: Pete's sakes, I haven't seen that recently. I saw it
- 45:46Speaker 1: in the eighth grade, maybe fifth grade.
- 45:52Speaker 3: I'm sorry I didn't recall that.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Oh my sister and I say it all the time. Okay.
- 45:57Speaker 2: Then we get into the Housewives of Potomacs. He's an
- 46:00Speaker 2: eight trailer. First thing that I found interesting before we
- 46:04Speaker 2: even get to the trailer is Potomac Airs. November fifth,
- 46:09Speaker 2: Beverly Hills in Miami. Air the week prior. So why
- 46:15Speaker 2: are we getting the teaser for Potomac first prior to
- 46:18Speaker 2: Beverly Hills and Miami.
- 46:21Speaker 1: I don't know, but I'm sure you have a theory.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Do you have a theory? I don't have a theory.
- 46:26Speaker 1: You don't have I just actually find it interesting.
- 46:29Speaker 2: Interesting food for thought, like my daughter's laz potato chips
- 46:35Speaker 2: that I can hear crinkling in the back as they speak.
- 46:37Speaker 3: Well, I'm sure the fans out there have a theory,
- 46:39Speaker 3: because every time, anytime there's any delay in anything, they
- 46:42Speaker 3: always have a theory. You know that big delay before
- 46:44Speaker 3: Orange County premiered, It was because the season sucks, so
- 46:47Speaker 3: they had to, you know, go back and re edit
- 46:49Speaker 3: it and you know all that kind of stuff which
- 46:51Speaker 3: wasn't true.
- 46:52Speaker 2: Well, let us know your theories, guys, because I I'm
- 46:55Speaker 2: just trying to decide if they just wanted to break
- 46:59Speaker 2: it up, why it is that we would get it
- 47:01Speaker 2: or it's because Also, what people have to keep in
- 47:03Speaker 2: mind is that oftentimes just because the show is a
- 47:07Speaker 2: Bravo show doesn't mean it's the same production team.
- 47:11Speaker 3: So that's what I was gonna say. Maybe it's just
- 47:13Speaker 3: a different production company and they're quicker.
- 47:17Speaker 2: So there's a new housewife on Potomac. Her name's Neka.
- 47:25Speaker 2: She is a successful lawyer, first generation Nigerian American from
- 47:31Speaker 2: a well to do family, who recently married to a surgeon.
- 47:34Speaker 2: Has recently moved into a grand new house in the
- 47:36Speaker 2: heart of Potomac. They show her in the trailer kissing him,
- 47:39Speaker 2: saying thank you so much for buying me a two
- 47:42Speaker 2: million dollar house. I feel like she's going to give
- 47:44Speaker 2: us a lot of juice.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Throughout this season. She's already butting heads with.
- 47:51Speaker 2: Wendy because Wendy's not in a good place, which is
- 47:55Speaker 2: Alan Robin and the rival of the new housewife really
- 47:58Speaker 2: pisses her off. Gizelle is in a situationship.
- 48:05Speaker 1: Which I'm not really sure. Is that just like code
- 48:07Speaker 1: for hooking friends with benefits? Yeah? Is that like the
- 48:12Speaker 1: new term? Yeah? I guess.
- 48:15Speaker 2: I mean it's like when Gwyneth said, what did she
- 48:18Speaker 2: consciously uncoupling? Like that was the new word for divorcing.
- 48:22Speaker 2: But Gizelle is in a situationship with Jason Cameron. He's
- 48:26Speaker 2: from Bravo's Winter House. He is sixteen years her junior.
- 48:30Speaker 2: Giselle expresses her feelings this season towards Jan's action.
- 48:36Speaker 1: Robin. Okay, so I know you maybe not to speed, but.
- 48:40Speaker 2: Robin and Juan, they've been all over, They've been together,
- 48:44Speaker 2: broken up, back together. He was seen photographed with a
- 48:50Speaker 2: girl that worked on another sport team.
- 48:53Speaker 1: Blah blah blah blah blah.
- 48:56Speaker 2: We're seeing that Gizelle is not really there for what
- 49:01Speaker 2: Robin is willing to forgive and forget, allegedly because Robin
- 49:06Speaker 2: has decided to stay by one side. He yells out
- 49:10Speaker 2: like a lot of people talk, I don't care. My
- 49:16Speaker 2: question for you is if somebody, and we're just hypothetic,
- 49:23Speaker 2: if a friend of yours in any capacity was having
- 49:26Speaker 2: an affair, yeah, or their husband was having an affair.
- 49:31Speaker 4: Okay, would you be upset like other than like, I'm
- 49:38Speaker 4: here for you, let me know if you need anything,
- 49:40Speaker 4: I love you, like.
- 49:41Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean I've actually dealt with this like recently.
- 49:44Speaker 3: I mean it was upsetting for me because you think
- 49:46Speaker 3: you know someone and then you know them as a couple,
- 49:49Speaker 3: and then to find out that someone's doing something.
- 49:51Speaker 1: Like I guess it.
- 49:52Speaker 3: Maybe just it was sad for me to question or
- 49:55Speaker 3: to know that they would do something like that.
- 49:58Speaker 1: You know, but would you be upset.
- 50:00Speaker 2: But if a person chose to forgive their significant other
- 50:04Speaker 2: for such an act.
- 50:08Speaker 3: I think it depends on the circumstances and how many
- 50:10Speaker 3: times if it was I guess if it was forgiving
- 50:12Speaker 3: them one time, like it happened and they talked about it,
- 50:15Speaker 3: they went to therapy, whatever, they worked it out, and
- 50:16Speaker 3: they're like, Okay, we're going to make another go of it.
- 50:18Speaker 1: We're really gonna work on it. I think I would
- 50:21Speaker 1: encourage that.
- 50:21Speaker 3: But if it was something that was a pattern of
- 50:23Speaker 3: behavior and had happened repeatedly, then I would probably be
- 50:27Speaker 3: upset because I'm like, what are you thinking? So I
- 50:29Speaker 3: think it just depends on more. I need more circumstantial evidence.
- 50:34Speaker 3: I need are more facts.
- 50:36Speaker 1: I don't know. I don't know.
- 50:38Speaker 2: Well, it just seems like all the women have allegedly
- 50:41Speaker 2: known this information about Wan for a very long time.
- 50:44Speaker 3: And I got a text message yesterday that someone said,
- 50:47Speaker 3: my husband's cheating on.
- 50:48Speaker 1: Me, that your husband is. Yeah, Emily, it's with me.
- 50:54Speaker 1: I don't know when to write, I said, it's with me.
- 50:56Speaker 2: I don't know in the right time to tell you is,
- 51:00Speaker 2: But like me and Shane, yeah, he's here at this
- 51:04Speaker 2: marriat right.
- 51:05Speaker 3: Oh that's why you're there. It's not really a horse show,
- 51:07Speaker 3: you bitch. I don't know who said it, it came with.
- 51:12Speaker 3: Actually Shane and I were out to launch at South
- 51:14Speaker 3: Coast and I got a text from a random that's
- 51:16Speaker 3: a it's a Orange County number, it's nine four nine,
- 51:19Speaker 3: and it said I just want you to know that
- 51:21Speaker 3: your husband is having an affair with my wife. And
- 51:24Speaker 3: I actually showed it to Shane because I know one
- 51:26Speaker 3: hundred million percent that my husband is not cheating on me.
- 51:30Speaker 3: And then do you track his phone? I don't know,
- 51:33Speaker 3: but I mean people track him for me. I get
- 51:36Speaker 3: dms all day telling me where he is every time
- 51:37Speaker 3: he's the in and out.
- 51:38Speaker 1: I know.
- 51:41Speaker 3: He can't go anywhere. So then they sent a text
- 51:44Speaker 3: and said I have evidence, I have video of it.
- 51:48Speaker 1: Would you like to see it?
- 51:49Speaker 3: So I said yes, like please send it, and then
- 51:53Speaker 3: they didn't send anything, and then they just texted me
- 51:56Speaker 3: again yesterday I think, and said do you think that we.
- 52:00Speaker 1: To go meet with a lawyer?
- 52:01Speaker 3: And then I ignored that one because I was like,
- 52:03Speaker 3: you know what, whatever, it's clearly someone just trying to
- 52:06Speaker 3: mess with us.
- 52:07Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 52:08Speaker 2: At this point you're just trying to scam me if
- 52:09Speaker 2: you had the evidence, and let's go to town.
- 52:13Speaker 3: And Shane's like, well, what if it's some AI thing.
- 52:16Speaker 3: I was like, don't worry about it.
- 52:18Speaker 1: Like Shane's going to like some.
