- 0:05SPEAKER_01: With that, it means wealth, health, or relationships.
- 0:08SPEAKER_01: The big three.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: Now on this podcast, you'll find episodes with boxers, athletes, entrepreneurs, real estate investors, and more.
- 0:16SPEAKER_01: Whether you're an aspiring athlete or an aspiring entrepreneur or just someone looking to improve their life, you've come to the right place.
- 0:24SPEAKER_01: I hope you enjoyed this episode.
- 0:26SPEAKER_01: Thanks so much for listening.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: Hey, how's it going, Tony?
- 0:39SPEAKER_00: Glad to be on.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Ready to make an impact, uh, bring of value to everyone in this world.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah, man.
- 0:46SPEAKER_01: And I I've been seeing you making an impact and bringing value to so many different people in the sub two community and the just the real estate investing community, and you've been very, very successful for yourself at such a young age.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: So look definitely looking forward to the chat.
- 1:02SPEAKER_00: A hundred percent.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: And um looking forward to continue my goal of just bringing value to have people hit their goals as well.
- 1:12SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: Grow together.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: And I've seen you posting actually, I believe, a little bit about Alexander Mosey, who's all about give, give, give, give, give.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: I think he's probably the main guy that you think of when you think of free content and free value.
- 1:27SPEAKER_01: So I think you're getting from.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: Whether it's giving out free stuff, giving out paid stuff, it doesn't really matter.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: It's bringing value, the universe is gonna bring it back to you.
- 1:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: I think most people don't think about that when when you're giving, you're almost indirectly giving to yourself as well, because you're giving and you're getting goodwill back in return.
- 1:58SPEAKER_01: So inevitably they're gonna come back to you.
- 2:00SPEAKER_01: And if they don't, then you know, good luck to them with the rest of their business, but you you know, you're doing it to help them, and um it it'll come back to you most nine times out of ten.
- 2:11SPEAKER_00: A hundred percent.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: That's what it's about.
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: So just bringing value and like the point of me bringing value is so people can also start pushing value because it's a chain effect.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: That's why it's very strong, the network of a community of people.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and so we're the same age, we're both 19, both both young all-stars.
- 2:36SPEAKER_01: Um, but I think you started about a year before me.
- 2:38SPEAKER_01: You had a you have a dad who is actually a real estate agent.
- 2:42SPEAKER_01: Um so had a had a little bit of head start.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: I don't wanna I don't wanna um you know bash on my dad or anything like that.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: I want to say you had your dad.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: Everyone has their different story.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like excuses or anything, but there are excuses like overall.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: Dad, no, like everyone's all out there for themselves, and if you network properly and figure out what you truly want enough and how bad you want it, you can go get it.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: And that's what it's all about.
- 3:14SPEAKER_01: Net I tell people this every day.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: Networking is the most important thing.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: Real estate is a people game, it's not a it's not a property game, it's a people game.
- 3:23SPEAKER_01: Who do you know?
- 3:24SPEAKER_01: Your network is your network, so that's especially true in real estate.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Yep, that's what it's about.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: Like building those relationships that are kind of strategic that get you to the right places.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Maybe it helps you buy more deals, maybe it helps you raise money, maybe it's different things like connecting, different stuff.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: Yep, yep.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: And now I think that's you would say that would be one of the biggest pillars of your business is networking and and giving value, correct?
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Like a lot of my deals have definitely came from partnering with different wholesalers in the community, and just since I had a lot of repetition of calling people, that's pretty much like all I did.
- 4:14SPEAKER_00: It's co-calling, negotiating, following up, trying to figure out the systems to bring it down pat, and then helping these other people close their leads, and then dispo or whatever they're truly needing or in their business that they're struggling with to help collaborate, or maybe they they already got a good business and they're bringing me deals and whatever it is like that.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 4:39SPEAKER_01: So having a dad who is a real estate agent, I'm sure you are more, I guess, accustomed to cold calling, but some people and myself included just despise it, cannot cold call to save their life.
- 4:52SPEAKER_01: Or not that even that they can't, just you hate it.
- 4:54SPEAKER_01: It's it's it's annoying, it's tedious.
- 4:57SPEAKER_01: What do you what would you recommend to newbies just trying to get into industry, but they don't want a cold call?
- 5:02SPEAKER_01: Would you still recommend just cold calling and getting over that fear, getting over that hump?
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: Or would you recommend going a different direction?
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: I would the first thing like when you get into real estate overall is you really gotta think about like how your personality type kind of intertwines with real estate and like understanding what all the different possibilities available are because there's so many different things in real estate that can help you create wealth, and it's really like what path do you think fits you and you'll truly enjoy, and you can build the wealth you desire, anything you desire within real estate.
- 5:45SPEAKER_01: Yep, yeah, and I think that's really important.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: I know Pace touches on that a lot.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: So shout out to Pace.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: He I went through his avatar series and he really just made it so much more clear for me because I again I I hated I hated cold calling.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: I hated it.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: It's just I mean, not that I enjoy talking to people.
- 6:03SPEAKER_01: I have a podcast, but yeah, it's just it's talking to people that don't know why you're why you're there, who you are, why you're calling, like, and they may or may not be motivated to talk to you, like and doing that for eight hours a day, hundreds of calls a day.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: It's so for me, what I enjoy personally is the connector avatar, which is literally just getting on calls and talking to people who know why they're there, who know why you who know who you are, and who are there to not only help you, obviously help themselves and make money together and network.
- 6:39SPEAKER_01: And it's uh again, it's I mean it's it all goes back to making valuable connections, and I think that's that's a powerful series for anyone to go through.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: Is that uh the Avatar series by Pace Marby?
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: Sure, definitely.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: It was uh that's a major series to even just understand the broad concept of all the different possibilities.
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: You might be a lender, you might be a wholesaler, agent, connector, so many different things.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 7:04SPEAKER_01: I've seen some people struggling with I don't know if you would call it ego or what you would call it, but just they want to do everything.
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: But in reality, they're doing nothing because you just can't wear every hat.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: You can't be a lender and also a wholesaler and also a buy and hold and also a flipper and also this and this and this and this and that.
- 7:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, just it's just too just 24 hours in a day.
- 7:28SPEAKER_01: And how are you gonna maximize those 24 hours?
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: Maximize those by specializing in one thing and becoming the best at that one thing.
- 7:37SPEAKER_01: And I mean, literally, in my first week, I'm about to close a deal that's gonna net me over 10 grand in one week, whereas a month prior, I did nothing.
- 7:49SPEAKER_01: So that's that's the power of having a chosen niche in Avatar.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: 100% definitely.
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: So I was gonna say, so you we have discussed before, we haven't discussed it here, but you have closed 30 real estate deals in one year as a 19-year-old.
- 8:09SPEAKER_01: Just yeah, it's crazy to me.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: So I want you to just take us through that.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: Take us how how how did you manage at 19 years old to talk to these old people, to these people across the nation that want to sell their home and manage to make money off helping people sell their home while also taking no fees from them and just genuinely helping people?
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: For sure.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: So it really just started off as like I was making a transition from like day trading the stock market and different stuff like that during my high school career, and then my dad was teaching me a lot about real estate um like in the spring before graduating high school, and then I started cold calling a little bit, and I really didn't like it just like you, because all he did was hand me a piece of paper and a shitty script and start calling people.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: So I didn't like it at first, but I had to really get into like selling myself on understanding real estate and like oh, this is a major benefit to these people I'm taught.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: So and I knew it was a major skill set of since I'd never been in a real sales field, that I could gain a great skill set of failing through those calls and learning how to negotiate and underwrite deals and go through that struggle overall.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 9:41unknown: Yeah.
- 9:41SPEAKER_01: So you have been an entrepreneur then for multiple years because you said you used to day trade then.
- 9:47SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I used to day trade um when I I started that when I was like 16.
- 9:53SPEAKER_01: Gotcha.
- 9:54SPEAKER_01: And were you were you getting funding from another business to trade their money?
- 9:58SPEAKER_01: I know some people do that, or are you just using your own money that you got from a nine to five or something?
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Um, I just use my own money.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: I had some a lot of money saved up from previous stuff, and then put a few thousand and then it was kind of crazy overall.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: It's a major emotional roller coaster with option trading, I'd say, but um, I really did enjoy it.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: It did help me with gaining analytical skills and handling emotions and understanding economy and market and how things move, and was really like a community-focused thing as well with a lot of different people.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: So it was definitely a great experience.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: I did make some money off of it.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: It's not like anything crazy, but it was pretty much like a major thing to help me get out of like being a kid overall.
- 10:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: So that really helped me shift to becoming an entrepreneur and understanding the cycles and failing and growing to something you want to achieve.
- 11:07SPEAKER_01: Do you think that translated at all now to your real estate career?
- 11:10SPEAKER_01: You think you learned anything back then that you've been able to implement now?
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: Uh a lot of different things translated over, kind of, but like more of like kind of subconscious behaviors at first.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: It's not like anything about like the actual skills or techniques that about trading stocks or anything, but it's mainly about the books that I had to read to understand myself during that process, and then like different failures and different things that happened through those experiences that I learned more about myself that kind of translated over into real estate, but nothing like about that skill set, but it's mainly I would say handling emotions and like having more of an analytical mindset about certain things um helps with the underwriting easier, possibly.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: So so, but really just being, you know, intentional in your business and being a student and not being afraid to failure.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: In fact, maybe even embracing failure because you know that you need to fail if you want to learn.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: You can't you can't grow without like having that mistake or failing because like you're gonna be limited to like that possibility when there's always that next possibility after that fail happens.
- 12:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: You're so determined and you're disciplined to make sure you've hit that.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: And oftentimes I think you might even fail, and you can almost consider failing more of a success, because imagine if you're succeeding, but you have no idea why you succeeded.
- 13:01SPEAKER_01: But instead you fail and it's because of this one thing, and because of this one thing you failed, and so now next time you know how to fix it.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 13:09SPEAKER_01: You know, you're not know you don't know how to replicate the form the formula.
- 13:13SPEAKER_01: Well, you know, if you're if you you do, if you're failing, and then you do it again and you do it right and you succeed.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: You can't let the conditions of your like environment or like the same conditions that constantly happen control like your behavior.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: Like your behaviors has to change and adapt to become that next version of yourself that you truly want to be.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: So it's kind of like always analyzing and self-reflecting on yourself to oh, I need to change this behavior.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: This happened to me and I can't repeat this, or the same thing is gonna keep on happening over and over.
- 13:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:51SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: And so I I want to ask also, you you were asking about or sorry, you were talking about selling yourself.
- 13:57SPEAKER_01: So you mean kind of just selling how you're helping them.
- 14:01SPEAKER_01: If you talk and choose someone who's in, let's say, pre-foreclosure, you're gonna sell, like, hey, maybe you're gonna get no money from me, maybe you're gonna get five grand, whatever it is.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: I uh you're gonna lose your house either way, unfortunately.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry you're in a situation, but I can help you not have a difficult future by saving your by saving you and saving your credit, and you know, just not letting you lose the house and not be able to rent and not be able to buy another house and what I've just you know mess up the next seven years of your life.
- 14:34SPEAKER_01: Is that what you mean?
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: Um, well, that's like kind of an example.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: I don't when I deal with foreclosures though, like if you want to give that as an example, like I never go straight for the close or try to sell them like that because I did do that at first, but like it doesn't really work fully because most people want to hear options, they want to hear a solution, and that's my goal to provide as many options as possible.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: So I always my first two options to them are always something to keep their house, and then I go into what I can do to buy it or sell it for them to get the best thing.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Overall, depending on their scenario.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: But someone's instead of just giving them one option, you're giving them multiple options so that they can truly get the best return, whether it's on their money or just on their time and having the best conversation with you because you're a problem solver.
- 15:31SPEAKER_01: At the end of the day, you're a problem solver, you're not a real estate seller, you're you're a real estate problem solver.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: Definitely.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: It's more of like kind of like a consulting business where you're looking at let them know all the different solutions and you're trying to make money, so you have to make sure you're combining your offers properly and creating the right sales process and pitch and the right structure, like depending on like the different kinds of clients, there's so many different ways you can handle a conversation overall.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 16:11SPEAKER_01: How would you say you've developed yourself both personal growth but also in your business over this past year?
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: And how much would you say you learned from when you did your first deal to now having done 30 plus?
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: So from that first deal, and it really the first few deals, like, it's still like a lot of the same stuff.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: Like the first like five deals I did or like had under contract, like they didn't none of them were deals.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: Like they're just deals I had under contract, none of them turned into sales.
- 16:47SPEAKER_00: So it was mainly understanding, like you have to be s very disciplined on like these numbers of what you're locking stuff up at and understanding the market, can't be going into random cities, can't be doing so many different kinds of leads at one time.
- 17:06SPEAKER_00: Like, you gotta understand what you're going into.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like just really study what market you're going into.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: Make sure you have your underwriting process for like cash deals, seller finance, sub to, and then definitely like novations for like even if it's a complete remodel or if it's turnkey, I would be utilizing novations.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: I yeah.
- 17:35SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 17:36SPEAKER_01: Novations are great because they allow you to offer more than anyone else can.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: Um, would you say the reason why you had such a low close rate in the beginning was because of scarcity mentality?
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: You just wanted to get anything you could get your hands on under contract, whereas now you've done so many deals and you can be more picky with the deals that you get under contract.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think it's better being more picky and having a lot more leads and deals sent to you and saying no to a lot of people, and then really choosing those best ones.
- 18:11SPEAKER_00: And it really depends who you're talking to.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: But like that that could be for wholesalers or direct-to-sellers, but like direct-to-sellers, like you just got to make sure they're pre-qualified properly, like have a VA or a lead manager to make sure they understand what your offers are and how they're structured.
- 18:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 18:32SPEAKER_01: Would you say that's a secret to you standing out from other wholesalers, from other investors?
- 18:37SPEAKER_01: It just being able to have so many different options, innovations, um, and other options that you use for creative financing, not just the cash offers.
- 18:46SPEAKER_01: Is that what makes you stand out the most, or what would you say that would be?
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: Um, probably just like having like a lot of work hours every single day, probably working like 10 hours a day minimum overall.
- 19:01SPEAKER_00: And then pretty much hiring different people.
- 19:06SPEAKER_00: And I did like hire like seven people at one time, and then thing some of them got deals, but like things kind of fell apart, and then had to kind of restructure the team and build more systems, and it was a great learning experience, but like it was very unorganized, I would say it for understanding what those people's desires were, and like some of them couldn't sustain, like okay, like this is how long it takes to get a first deal.
- 19:41SPEAKER_00: Like so it's having that delayed gratification and understanding what the expectations are up front so no one wastes each other's time, is one thing I say I would benefit benefit benefited from.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: But like there's so many different ways of getting deal sources, like I get a lot of referrals, collaborating with the Facebook group.
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: A lot of people send me deals in there, um, for sure.
- 20:09SPEAKER_00: And it's creating relationships with people who do a lot of deals, relationships with people who are just getting started, helping them in different ways, and then just figuring out where you can be of value in different in the most amount of ways possible on that end.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: So I deal with a lot of wholesalers, probably like half of my deals came from wholesalers.
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: So that was a definite definite key to the business, I'd say.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: And then for the direct to seller, it's kind of just focusing on a niche targeted list with high quality data, and then making sure you have the process of creating like kind of a conveyor belt where it's pre-qualified leads, lead manager, and then close the deal.
- 21:00SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 21:01SPEAKER_01: So half of your deals from other for are from other wholesalers, and those are just again going back to the networking and the the value of networking and just being able to help them.
- 21:12SPEAKER_01: Do you do you have people that you go to consistently that you work with like JVing, or do you uh is it mostly newbies that will come to you and be like, hey, I have this deal, I don't know how to dispel it, I don't know what to do with it.
- 21:23SPEAKER_01: I might not even have it under contract yet.
- 21:25SPEAKER_01: I might need a closer.
- 21:26SPEAKER_01: What what which part of that would you be on for the most part?
- 21:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, I do have a quite a mix of both, I would say, but um I do have like the main a couple main wholesalers that sell me a lot of deals, and then helping a lot of these smaller people or like people growing is just coming along overall, making a lot of relationships and planting those seeds, and then they come back.
- 21:54SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's a couple months later.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's an instant relationship.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
- 21:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: And I don't know about you, but I know for myself, just even being newer than you are, but helping people when I can, these people who are kind of stuck where I was, just being able to help them and be like, hey, this is what you need to do.
- 22:14SPEAKER_01: Do this, and you're gonna be more successful.
- 22:16SPEAKER_01: And then seeing them doing it and seeing them become successful, I it just it's it's a great feeling.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: Would you say the same?
- 22:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 22:24SPEAKER_00: It's an amazing feeling to always give back and see the gratitude for everyone's as a now you've done 30 plus deals.
- 22:35SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure the exact number me either.
- 22:38SPEAKER_01: Oh, you're you said so you're you're doing so many deals you don't even know how many you it's a just a deal here, deal here.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: It's just too many took amount of deal.
- 22:45SPEAKER_00: It's just about 30, though.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: Like somewhere around there.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Like there's a lot in escrow and stuff like that that are gonna be closing soon.
- 22:55SPEAKER_01: So it might be 40, might be 50, might be 200, you know.
- 23:01SPEAKER_00: Um it's I don't think it's 50, but it's probably in between 30 and 40.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:06SPEAKER_00: How many do you own?
- 23:08SPEAKER_01: I own about 12 right now.
- 23:11SPEAKER_01: You own so and are those on top of the 30 that you've wholesaled, or is that including is that included in the 30?
- 23:19SPEAKER_00: That's included.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 23:20SPEAKER_00: I've done about like 15 to 17 wholesale so far.
- 23:26SPEAKER_01: So now to I'm gonna try and send some deals your way.
- 23:30SPEAKER_01: Um given that you're a great buyer, it seems like what can people send you?
- 23:34SPEAKER_01: What would you like for people to send you?
- 23:36SPEAKER_01: What are you looking to buy yourself?
- 23:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: So, like, as of right now, what I've been buying is a lot of sub two and seller finance deals.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: And then pretty much what I'm looking for is to wrap most of the deals I've came across so far, just because most of them have no cash lower equity.
- 23:57SPEAKER_00: I am working on some long-term rental ones, but wrapping since I'm just looking for stuff under 5% interest rate, and then I'm looking at 10% entry fee, and it's not 10% down payment to the seller, it's entry fee.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: So cash to the seller, agent fee, wholesaler fee, any like holding cost for reps.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: I calculate three months holding cost, and then any closing costs and stuff like that.
- 24:26SPEAKER_01: Okay, perfect.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: So for people listening, uh any if you're a real estate investor, if you're in sub two, whatever, go ahead and send Justed any deals that you have that fit that criteria.
- 24:36SPEAKER_01: I think even if you don't send him deals, talk to him.
- 24:39SPEAKER_01: He's a great person to get in contact with, he's a great person to learn from.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: And I mean, he's 19 doing tons of deals with 12 properties under his under his belt already.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: Well, I'm just looking uh help bring value to every single one of the people who ends up watching this or and you, Tony, and then uh it could be for their wholesaling business, maybe they want to start buying on deals or whatever they're looking to accomplish.
- 25:07SPEAKER_00: There's different ways that they may be needing help in their business.
- 25:13SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 25:13SPEAKER_01: Hey, this is Tony Boutros.
- 25:15SPEAKER_01: Sorry for that interruption.
- 25:16SPEAKER_01: I hope you guys are enjoying this episode.
- 25:18SPEAKER_01: If you are, please do me a favor, I'd appreciate it so much to share this episode with someone else who can gain value.
- 25:26SPEAKER_01: An entrepreneur, an athlete, or just someone trying to improve their life.
- 25:30SPEAKER_01: If you have that person in mind or people in mind, please.
- 25:35SPEAKER_01: I'm asking you from the bottom of my heart to share with them not only would it mean so much to me, it would mean so much to them.
- 25:42SPEAKER_01: You know what they say?
- 25:43SPEAKER_01: Your network is your network.
- 25:45SPEAKER_01: Be a valuable part of someone else's network.
- 25:48SPEAKER_01: Thanks for listening.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: I hope you enjoyed the rest of the episode.
- 25:54SPEAKER_01: Now, you mentioned how when you used to have a team of seven, you were having difficulties just staying organized because that's that's a lot of people to manage with one person.
- 26:04SPEAKER_01: So now have you learned kind of from your mistakes and kind of learned some systems that you like to use, or do you have an integrator?
- 26:13SPEAKER_01: Because I'm assuming you're a visionary.
- 26:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm the visionary, but I do not have an integrator as of now.
- 26:18SPEAKER_00: Um, kind of just like what I've been doing is hiring some different tech people to help with different software kind of stuff that I can't handle.
- 26:28SPEAKER_00: And kind of like utilizing like the commission-based people um to all collaborate.
- 26:38SPEAKER_00: Because we're really just partners when you're a commission.
- 26:41SPEAKER_00: When you hire someone a commission, you really gotta think of them as like family and like real close, try to bring value to them and like a long-term relationship because um they're helping you build your business from the ground up.
- 26:57unknown: Really?
- 26:57SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 26:58SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and those commission-based people, those are in-house, correct?
- 27:02SPEAKER_01: Those aren't people that you're JVing with.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, yeah.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: That's completely different for sure.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: That's that's just like people you you can hire.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: As of now, I have Jacob and Brandon.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: And they're working on lead managing and generating new leads.
- 27:21SPEAKER_00: And they also bring in new collaborative people networking and learning the real estate business and everything like that.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: And then uh as of now, I'm looking for a despo manager and uh transaction coordinator.
- 27:36SPEAKER_01: Okay, actually, I might be able to help out with that, so we'll we'll have a discussion after this.
- 27:40SPEAKER_01: But Jacob Carp, great guy.
- 27:41SPEAKER_01: I've had a couple conversations with him.
- 27:43SPEAKER_01: I think he was a childhood friend of yours, if I bel if I remember correctly.
- 27:48SPEAKER_01: Brandon, I have not heard of.
- 27:49SPEAKER_01: Is he new?
- 27:51SPEAKER_00: Um, they kind of just went to the same high school together.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: Neither of them are really childhood friends.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: They're kind of just like I had a childhood friend, and then they referred me to him and they were interested in real estate.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: So they've been and they've been pretty disciplined and grown a lot.
- 28:10SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 28:11SPEAKER_01: And now you have them both on the dis on the acquisition side and getting deals, or do you have either on the dispositions?
- 28:17SPEAKER_00: They're both on the acquisition side.
- 28:19SPEAKER_00: Um, but some they have helped me dispose some deals.
- 28:23SPEAKER_00: Um, like just through finding a buyer in the group or different things of context, they've made some a lot of connections and they're focused on their business as well.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: Gotcha.
- 28:36SPEAKER_01: So are you are you happy with where you are?
- 28:39SPEAKER_01: Because I know for me, just having such massive goals and accomplishing a lot, but still not being close to where you want to be.
- 28:48SPEAKER_01: Do you kind of feel the same way?
- 28:49SPEAKER_01: Are you content with where you are?
- 28:51SPEAKER_01: Or do you have a way in your mind?
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: It depends like how you want to think of it.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm grateful for where I'm at, but I'm not like fully satisfied to these like standards.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: My standards are always increasing, and my goals are very far away, and it's there's always like incremental goals, and then there's farther out goals.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: So it's kind of just understanding where you're at at certain points in your life and how you're trying to craft where you want to go.
- 29:22SPEAKER_00: So, do you have one year, three year, five-year goals already?
- 29:27SPEAKER_00: Well, it's kind of hard to break it down to like that timeline.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: I don't want to pr predict any like when stuff is gonna happen and stuff, but like I kind of just create a huge list of different things I want to accomplish in different parts of my life, and then kind of like you can check it off, or you can just look at it and see like I gotta do this.
- 29:51SPEAKER_00: I like there's bigger ones or there's less important ones.
- 29:54SPEAKER_00: You just want to create something like memorable that you truly want to achieve and trying to put some intention towards it.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: Gotcha.
- 30:05SPEAKER_01: Now, one of the most important things for reaching your goals is having a strong purpose, a strong why.
- 30:10SPEAKER_01: Why are you doing this?
- 30:11SPEAKER_01: Because you know, you have I believe successful parents who you could probably live off their money, right?
- 30:17SPEAKER_01: But you're you're you're building your own business.
- 30:20SPEAKER_01: So what is your purpose?
- 30:22SPEAKER_01: Why, why, why are you doing this?
- 30:23SPEAKER_01: Why are you in this business and why why do you wake up every morning?
- 30:28SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so the reason I'm in this business overall is I truly think that there's a lot of potential that's hidden around the world that people are not utilizing.
- 30:42SPEAKER_00: So I'm kind of just building up myself as well as my business, as well as beginning to help as many other people generate their business.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: And really kind of my goal next is to help people shift their mindsets and shift the understanding that they can become entrepreneurs and understand that I don't really like the school system at all and anything like that, because it's a completely rigged system on that kind of unless you're gonna be like a doctor, lawyer, engineer kind of thing.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: It doesn't make any sense to go into a lot of different fields that they set you up for.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: Unless you want to be a worker for the rest of your life.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: There's just different kinds of like point of views and perspectives and yeah, views.
- 31:36SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and if you know anything about my past, then you'll know I have very, very, very similar views.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: I tell people all the time, like, if you're not going to be a doctor or a lawyer or something that needs a degree, then what are you doing at school?
- 31:51SPEAKER_01: Like, is it because is is it truly, is it because if you're an entrepreneur, you're afraid of failure.
- 31:57SPEAKER_01: So if I'm in college, it's like, oh, I'm in college, just as just a part-time thing that I'm doing.
- 32:02SPEAKER_01: So if I fail, it's alright.
- 32:04SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of being that way out.
- 32:06SPEAKER_01: Or some people just like to party.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: But I mean, you can do you not think if you're making great money, you can still party with people your age and have great time.
- 32:16SPEAKER_01: Like it to me, it it makes sense.
- 32:18SPEAKER_01: Do you want a short, short amount of fun, or do you want a lifelong full of fun?
- 32:23SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 32:24SPEAKER_01: It it just goes back to um to delay gratification or versus instant gratification.
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: And I I think as an entrepreneur, one of the most important things you have to have is delayed gratification and just um impulse control.
- 32:37SPEAKER_01: I've heard I I think we're both fans of Alex and Rosie, and he that's what he was saying is the top people in the world, the top business people, that's one of the most important traits that they have is impulse control.
- 32:49SPEAKER_01: And unfortunately, a lot of people here today in this world don't have it.
- 32:54SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 32:56SPEAKER_00: People want to hop around to one thing to another and don't really know what they want.
- 33:02SPEAKER_00: So there's gotta be a way for people to like understand that they can take a chance and just spending some time and think with themselves and like stop hiding from themselves and really think about where they want to go.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: I think that's powerful.
- 33:19SPEAKER_01: Hiding from your I I think a lot of people can do that because again, they're tr they're they're afraid of failure.
- 33:25SPEAKER_01: Whereas as an entrepreneur, you have to understand and realize that failure is such a crucial part of progression.
- 33:32SPEAKER_01: You have to go through failure.
- 33:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, definitely.
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: People can say, I'm not ready for it, or I can't do it, or I'll do it later on, I'll do it tomorrow.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: Like, you just gotta live in the present moment and just like be with yourself, and then like if you can craft what you really want and have that longer term vision with your imagination with uh the intention, you can have anything you want, but you can't just sit back and relax, you gotta take action.
- 34:02SPEAKER_01: I always say, people, you can have anything, you cannot have anything you want, but you can have anything you work for.
- 34:09SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 34:10SPEAKER_01: It's it's I I think people always say you can have anything you want in the world, and you can if you work for it, but not if you don't.
- 34:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, I I want to be a billionaire and let me play, let me go play some video games real quick.
- 34:21SPEAKER_01: Let me go eat some pizza.
- 34:22SPEAKER_01: Like, let me go watch some like that's not how it works.
- 34:25SPEAKER_01: You gotta work for it.
- 34:27SPEAKER_01: Um growing up, did you did you always know you were gonna be an entrepreneur, or did you have kind of that hidden potential that we were talking about?
- 34:36SPEAKER_01: Did you want to be a firefighter or something like that?
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, I definitely knew from a little kid that I knew I didn't want to be going to college.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: I knew that.
- 34:48SPEAKER_00: I did like a lot of my family kind of is entrepreneurs, like I would say, like cousins or uncles, like they own their own businesses or like some own hotels or some own like gas stations or different kind of property businesses, and then that kind of interested me as well, but um I didn't really know what I wanted to do, but I just knew I didn't enjoy being taught like stuff I didn't really need.
- 35:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 35:24SPEAKER_01: I don't think you really need to learn about George Washington from what is it, 18 and 1900s or something.
- 35:30SPEAKER_01: I think it's much more important to learn about business, whether it's real estate, day trading, or something else.
- 35:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 35:38SPEAKER_00: Well, there's good parts of history as well, but like they're just the point of how the school system was structured is to create workers.
- 35:50SPEAKER_00: And like I did know that I did always know I never did like to be told what to do.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of what I uh knew for sure.
- 36:01SPEAKER_00: So like that was kind of a a hint into the direction of not working for someone else and going into entrepreneurship.
- 36:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I think as a man, you need to be able to be independent on your own and not have that person lingering over you.
- 36:19SPEAKER_01: You don't you don't want to be that guy who's you know obeying every wish of your boss because they're your boss and you you're afraid to lose your job or something.
- 36:27SPEAKER_01: You want to be independent, especially both of us being immigrants or I don't I'm not in the second generation.
- 36:33SPEAKER_01: Being being being second generation immigrants, uh for myself, I'm not sure if you're third generation or what generation you are.
- 36:39SPEAKER_01: So I guess.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 36:42SPEAKER_01: So it's just it's just a different mindset.
- 36:44SPEAKER_01: I don't know, you know, some people come here and they are their parents were nine to five, their grandparents are nine to five, their grand-greatparents were nine to five.
- 36:54SPEAKER_01: Like, and so it just ingrained in them that the only way to get through life is to work for Uncle Sam.
- 37:02SPEAKER_01: That's what they call him, I believe.
- 37:03SPEAKER_01: I might be I might be butchering that.
- 37:05SPEAKER_01: I believe that's what he called.
- 37:06SPEAKER_01: That's what you can do.
- 37:07SPEAKER_01: Um tax men.
- 37:10SPEAKER_01: What is it?
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: The tax man.
- 37:12SPEAKER_01: The tax man, the tax man, yeah.
- 37:14SPEAKER_01: Uh what is it?
- 37:15SPEAKER_01: I want you.
- 37:16SPEAKER_01: I want you for for the war.
- 37:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 37:19SPEAKER_01: But being an entrepreneur and also being such a young entrepreneur, one of the most important things is mindset, is mentality, and just being like his like I I know for me, you know, at such a young age, it's like, why am I doing this?
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: And for me, I have the purpose of reborn, which I've gone into before.
- 37:42SPEAKER_01: Um, but you know, just I'm 19.
- 37:46SPEAKER_01: Why am I working on a business when I could be again out partying or doing something like that?
- 37:51SPEAKER_01: So this mindset is one of the most crucial parts of being an entrepreneur and being a young entrepreneur.
- 37:58SPEAKER_01: So, what kind of mindset has led you towards your success, do you believe?
- 38:05SPEAKER_00: Um, it's really just having that growth mindset is the first step.
- 38:10SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't really know how you can define a mindset, but it's really just like cre crafting your own desired mindset and know who your perfect who you think your perfect self is and creating that person.
- 38:27SPEAKER_01: Do you believe do you believe you can ever actually achieve your perfect your perfect self, or is it something that you're always gonna either push forward and just strive for?
- 38:36SPEAKER_01: It's kind of like uh if you're working out, you're you see the pump, but you're never gonna be your pump because as you get bigger and bigger and stronger, your pump is gonna be looking better.
- 38:45SPEAKER_01: So is that kind of how you envision your perfect self as well?
- 38:49SPEAKER_00: Uh, depends.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: Like, I think we're always it as like that could be a better version of ourself, like the self that we're trying to head towards, but we're also at our perfect self right now.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: Like, we can't like downgrade who we are right now as well, because we're still our perfect self from all the experiences and everything we have done so far.
- 39:14SPEAKER_00: So we are in the perfect self thus far, but it's creating that next version of yourself to be reborn just like you're saying.
- 39:23SPEAKER_00: So every day you gotta like understand, okay, what are all these different things I need to eliminate so I could be reborn again tomorrow?
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 39:32SPEAKER_01: How do you feel about getting praise at such a young age?
- 39:36SPEAKER_01: Do you enjoy it?
- 39:38SPEAKER_01: Do you dislike it?
- 39:39SPEAKER_01: Do you are you kind of indifferent to it?
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know what you mean by indifferent, but that might be it.
- 39:47SPEAKER_00: Indifferent just like you don't really mind it.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: Honestly, everyone always just says, 19 year old, 19 year old.
- 39:56unknown: Yeah.
- 39:56SPEAKER_00: So honestly, that doesn't matter.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: I could be 37.
- 40:00SPEAKER_00: It it was literally just about I had one year of time.
- 40:03SPEAKER_00: Just think about you gave uh I had a 37-year-old who had one year of time, who took the same amount of action, or he could have had the same result.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: Or he could have I could have had you who took the started the same spot, same time, and we had completely different results.
- 40:23SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 40:25SPEAKER_01: So it's really you don't think that your age is makes you any special.
- 40:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it doesn't really matter.
- 40:34SPEAKER_00: I think if you really know where you wanted to go and you made that decision, like no matter what, it's gonna happen, like you can create it.
- 40:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 40:44SPEAKER_01: Because we touched on we touched on Alex Ramosy a little bit.
- 40:47SPEAKER_01: Another guy that I really enjoy listening to is Gary V, and he's a massively successful entrepreneur as well in the marketing field.
- 40:55SPEAKER_01: And I've heard him talk about how he doesn't listen to the praise, but because of that, he also doesn't listen to the negativity.
- 41:04SPEAKER_01: So, you know, somewhat at that at that stage, and uh I'm sure also yourself, you're getting so much from both sides because you're you've accomplished so much in just a year, and you know, you are 19.
- 41:19SPEAKER_00: But I thought I mean people who told me to go get a job and stuff, too.
- 41:23SPEAKER_01: Like Yeah, exactly.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: Exactly.
- 41:26SPEAKER_01: So you're always gonna have both ends of it where one end is gonna be like, oh, you're doing so great, you're awesome, this and this and that.
- 41:34SPEAKER_01: And then you're also gonna have those people that are like, oh, give go get a job.
- 41:37SPEAKER_01: You're not doing anything serious.
- 41:39SPEAKER_01: Like, what are you doing with your life?
- 41:40SPEAKER_01: Like, stop wasting time.
- 41:41SPEAKER_01: Like, go get a nine to five so you can work up a corporate ladder.
- 41:45SPEAKER_00: You know, so it just I'm telling you, and people just have different belief systems, and that's what it comes down to.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: You can't change it, it's gonna be too much conflict, just let it be.
- 41:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 41:57SPEAKER_01: And that's really when you have to learn who you actually want to be around.
- 42:02SPEAKER_01: And even if there's even if they're close people to you, like you have to learn, is this person good for me?
- 42:06SPEAKER_01: Even if it's your parents or even if it's your it's your siblings or whoever that you're close with, you might you don't have to necessarily cut them out, but it's just the five the the five people that you're around the most is who you become, and I truly believe that.
- 42:20SPEAKER_00: So yeah, definitely.
- 42:22SPEAKER_01: So it's it's it's crazy how much the networking just has an impact on you.
- 42:30SPEAKER_01: But given how much success you've had, again, is how much how or well, how many tough choices have you had in your business, whether it's letting people go from your business, um, when you had that seven-person team or whatever else you've dealt with?
- 42:49SPEAKER_01: One, how many decisions and what kind of decisions have you had to make, and how do you make them?
- 42:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so really it's it always starts from the beginning point, like when you have that desire, and then like I had the plan, okay, I wanted to figure out how to generate leads, and that's what my first goal is.
- 43:11SPEAKER_00: I figure out how to generate leads and how to do sales.
- 43:15SPEAKER_00: So then I was literally looking, how do I scale this up?
- 43:18SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm sitting here eight eight hours a day making calls, and I need to get more deals.
- 43:26SPEAKER_00: It took me four months to to get to uh one deal here.
- 43:30SPEAKER_00: So what do I gotta do?
- 43:32SPEAKER_00: So I started inviting friends to the office, and it was more of a collaborative kind of thing at first, and that didn't really fully turn out good, but like um that helped create like some teamwork kind of aspect, but like how I make the decisions it's kinda some are just kinda like oh, I think this could bring me the best reward.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: in like a short amount of time frame.
- 44:02SPEAKER_00: But like after these different kinds of like failures, you kind of gotta understand some of these decisions.
- 44:09SPEAKER_00: You gotta think about more slowly and more strategic.
- 44:12SPEAKER_00: And then some of them you can kind of act fast.
- 44:15SPEAKER_00: So as kind of understanding so there's a lot of tough decisions in the business.
- 44:22SPEAKER_00: But like it kind of depends on which part of the business you want to talk about that is tough.
- 44:29SPEAKER_00: So like do you there's like underwriting that could be tough.
- 44:35SPEAKER_00: Like do you actually want to buy that deal or is it a waste of your time?
- 44:38SPEAKER_00: You gotta understand like how when you say yes to something like how many different things are you saying no to like when you say yes to something like there could be so many other things you could be accomplishing during that time.
- 44:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 44:56SPEAKER_01: So really just being intentional with your time because again you only have 24 hours in a day and eight of those is probably you're sleeping.
- 45:03SPEAKER_00: Someone knows you're working out some knows you're eating someone knows you're driving like so you it it it's really definitely like a lot of the decision making for sure I'm thinking about like how do I constantly want to leverage and grow to like the next level so like I'm kind of just testing different things out to create the right process for everyone to win.
- 45:25SPEAKER_00: And it's just like kind of going through those failures and understanding the feedback that you were given during those experiences to understand how you should think about it to make the right decision going forward.
- 45:41SPEAKER_00: Gotcha.
- 45:42SPEAKER_00: And other people's mistakes for sure you said you said learning from other people's mistakes.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: Yeah utilizing a lot of those like other people's mistakes to make sure you're trying to think in your business.
- 45:56SPEAKER_01: I think there's a saying about that I think it's anyone can learn from their own mistakes but it takes a smart person to learn from others' mistakes because some people will just be like oh yeah that happened to everyone else that tried it but I'm a special case it's not going to happen to me.
- 46:11SPEAKER_01: But if you're actually willing to drop the ego and learn from others' mistakes you're gonna progress much faster.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: So what we touched on your goals earlier what are some of your biggest goals and what are the goals that you're currently working to attain yeah so like I would say my next goal that I'm looking to achieve is to begin being more on like social media to become more available to more people and not just one-on-one and being able to share my message on different kinds of topics and getting my YouTube going and creating different short content to just give the right value to the right people who actually need it to differ demographics of people I might be able to give a message to people someone someone wasn't able to because they didn't resonate with that.
- 47:10SPEAKER_01: What prompted you to want to get on social media is it because you're gonna maybe just have constant deal flow coming to you once you build that rapport with your audience or is it just wanting to give back to the audience because of what you've got and the value you've got from the community and just wanting to give it back to the community or is it the ad revenue or what what what really drives you to get into content creation?
- 47:35SPEAKER_00: Content creation and is definitely about like helping others people's businesses and mindset and just like their just entire lives like help shift it to make an impact towards it because like they might just be lacking one idea that can help them make that jump towards their life and I might be able to provide that one idea.
- 47:59SPEAKER_01: Yeah yeah and it's it's truly powerful I know again like I said earlier helping people progress in their business and them actually listening to you and seeing them how far they'd come once you're on social media you can do that on a massive scale like Pace Morby I mean he has 10,000 students I believe in sub two and four or five thousand I believe in in Gator and he's able to see all these people's success stories and it just having that same thing would be such a powerful feeling to have and just uplifting to your own spirit and I mean I guess you could argue that it's selfish because you're doing it to help them but you're also feeling good about it.
- 48:41SPEAKER_01: So maybe you're doing it a little bit to help to help to help yourself feel good about what you're doing.
- 48:47SPEAKER_01: But you know I think it's it's it's ultimately it's very selfless because you could be spending this time getting more deals or you could be spending this time networking with someone who will bring value to your business immediately but instead is spending this time creating content and helping others get their businesses off the ground.
- 49:07SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 49:08SPEAKER_00: Well there's many different ways that like YouTube's gonna lead to more networking more to more deals to more relationships is all going to lead to different things.
- 49:16SPEAKER_01: It's really just switching the yes or from the no to the yes so was saying no to social media or wasn't taking action on social media now I got to say yes and open a new field of opportunities and possibilities to get where I want to go and help other people get where they want to go yeah yeah and it's it's again it's very very powerful uh I believe early that's you know that's that that's a whole show um is there anything else that you would like to add before we end it before we end the podcast um not as of now I really just hope people can be of take this into heart and then check me out uh on YouTube and on social media give me a call uh it should be in my Instagram you can text or call me anytime and then uh looking forward to help anyone who comes across this video to break into the field of real estate uh looking help them in their businesses in any way through questions they have or struggles they're going through to get where they want to go and where can people find you at what are your social media handles everything is Justin Pakel Justin Pacquel so that's same spelling as you can see on on on camera J-U-S-T-I-N-P-I-C-K E-L-N-L correct all right all right Justin I appreciate your time I thank you for being here and I think this is gonna be a very valuable podcast for everyone who's seeing it everyone go tap in with Justin send him some deals and and whether you have deals or not just tap in with him he's a great guy again to get connected with definitely um willing to to teach you and maybe even help you get your business off the ground so um definitely recommend you guys go into talk with him yeah definitely again thank you for your attention yeah thank you thank you appreciate it have a great have a good one hey this is Tony Butrich I hope you guys enjoyed the episode if you did please feel free to subscribe I would love to see you on the next episode also if you have 10 seconds I'd appreciate it if you would leave a review or a rating I would appreciate it so much I hope to see you guys in the next episode as always thanks for listening have a great day
