- 0:00Speaker 1: Oi, Hey, my insight man as the kid it did
- 0:02Speaker 1: Saucewalker Man. Right now we on bootleg Keill splashing and
- 0:05Speaker 1: high fashion and dripping and never slipping.
- 0:07Speaker 2: OUI yo Boutlet Cavs show Man special guests in here.
- 0:15Speaker 2: I would like to give this man his flowers because
- 0:18Speaker 2: I do feel like there are very few artists who
- 0:21Speaker 2: have heavy influence on culture, of heavy influence on some
- 0:25Speaker 2: of the biggest artists in the game, but don't get
- 0:27Speaker 2: their credit. I would like to say softwalka one of
- 0:30Speaker 2: the most influential rappers the last decade or so.
- 0:33Speaker 3: He's here the h town legend.
- 0:35Speaker 4: Uie.
- 0:36Speaker 1: I appreciate those flowers. Those are very truthful words, you
- 0:40Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. That's a different side of the
- 0:42Speaker 1: truth that some people don't want to, you know, reciprocateor
- 0:46Speaker 1: acknowledge how many huge stars that like have actually built
- 0:52Speaker 1: the whole makeup off of, you know, the Saucewalker legacy
- 0:56Speaker 1: and my style and my indifference.
- 0:57Speaker 3: And your slang slang fashion fashion.
- 1:02Speaker 1: It'd be funny sometimes because I hear some people say
- 1:05Speaker 1: it'd be funny, like I hear like the fans of
- 1:08Speaker 1: the coming they'd be like, you look like an older
- 1:10Speaker 1: version of so and so, and they'd be funny, like
- 1:12Speaker 1: they just don't know that they're really looking at this
- 1:14Speaker 1: artist reimulating me. You know, they know you mean that
- 1:18Speaker 1: they're like a younger version of me, is what you're
- 1:20Speaker 1: trying to say.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Yeah, because you've been doing this shit for I mean
- 1:23Speaker 2: dog years at this point, Like I think I just
- 1:26Speaker 2: told you. I think the first time we worked I
- 1:27Speaker 2: DJed for you at a show randomly was maybe like
- 1:30Speaker 2: ten years ago, nine years ago, something like that.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Yeah, I've officially like been is a successful superstar artist
- 1:39Speaker 1: for like ten years. I've been rapping like the TSF
- 1:44Speaker 1: things starting like twenty thirteen. I blew up twenty fourteen.
- 1:48Speaker 1: It's twenty twenty four right now. Yeah, that's a full
- 1:51Speaker 1: decade like on paper, but you know, the battle in
- 1:55Speaker 1: the fight for the success it has been allowed lifelong journey.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I think about like, you know, so many people
- 2:03Speaker 2: have came to Houston and gotten and you know there's
- 2:07Speaker 2: guys like Drake giving back to Houston a lot, and
- 2:09Speaker 2: like Mad made it a point you out of his
- 2:11Speaker 2: way to kind of like still be there for Houston,
- 2:14Speaker 2: show up, do events, and you know, but I just
- 2:17Speaker 2: feel like Houston is like one of them markets that's
- 2:19Speaker 2: kind of like the Bay Area in California, where so
- 2:22Speaker 2: many people have like taken from it, but for whatever reason,
- 2:26Speaker 2: the credit has never really necessarily like attributed to it
- 2:29Speaker 2: as much as it should be.
- 2:31Speaker 1: I feel that it's a it's like a fifty fifty
- 2:34Speaker 1: stake and responsibility for that truth like which that is
- 2:38Speaker 1: one hundred percent the truth of like the the legacy
- 2:43Speaker 1: and the lineage of Houston has been appropriated and uh
- 2:49Speaker 1: recycled without Houston getting the recognition and the flowers or
- 2:54Speaker 1: the opportunities that come from the ideas and the culture
- 2:57Speaker 1: and the instance of Houston. But I I blame fifty
- 3:01Speaker 1: percent of the responsibility of that on the industry. I
- 3:04Speaker 1: blame the other fifty percent on the city of Houston, Texas,
- 3:08Speaker 1: because we have become more of a consumers market than
- 3:13Speaker 1: a seller's market. And that's not the original, that's not
- 3:17Speaker 1: the origin of Texas sound, not even just Houston, Texas
- 3:20Speaker 1: as a whole. We're known for being independent artists, whole
- 3:24Speaker 1: sellers of coming from by these CDs out the trunk,
- 3:28Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, Self distributed, self distributed selling US.
- 3:30Speaker 3: Wrap a lot records.
- 3:31Speaker 4: What do we chop a lot of.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Records, A solemn markers, a screw up click workers, switcher house,
- 3:38Speaker 1: swave house.
- 3:42Speaker 4: It goes on and on, dope house, it goes on
- 3:45Speaker 4: and on.
- 3:45Speaker 1: All of these are independent, millionaire, multimillionaire record labels and distributions, so.
- 3:51Speaker 4: So South distributions. I can just keep going on.
- 3:53Speaker 1: It's uh so so many different pillars in the state
- 3:58Speaker 1: of Texas that have been even in DSR, and that
- 4:01Speaker 1: nothing just cut them.
- 4:02Speaker 3: Off the dsorry. Remember DSR, right, So.
- 4:04Speaker 1: It's so many different Texas pillars who have been independent
- 4:07Speaker 1: and made mellions and millions of dollars nothing less than
- 4:09Speaker 1: six figures high, six figures a year off of being
- 4:13Speaker 1: independent and representing, being engulfed and like overly loving and
- 4:18Speaker 1: appreciating our sound. The Internet kind of fucked it up.
- 4:22Speaker 1: The Internet broke that up. Like people from the Bay
- 4:27Speaker 1: will never get out of enjoying and representing the cultures
- 4:32Speaker 1: and the fruits of Bay Area ways like the hairstyles
- 4:37Speaker 1: having a duct tail or the long dread, something like
- 4:42Speaker 1: that if one part of the Bay, if we're doing
- 4:45Speaker 1: this in sact that we're gonna do this in Vallet ho.
- 4:47Speaker 1: If we're doing this vlayo, then we're gonna do this
- 4:49Speaker 1: in Oakland, right, you know what I mean? Versus to
- 4:53Speaker 1: where in Texas is like if and before I get
- 4:57Speaker 1: thuggling to the point when these their styles or these
- 5:02Speaker 1: lingos way up talking way of dressing, whatever they y'all
- 5:05Speaker 1: do this Bay Area shit, when it hits the internet
- 5:08Speaker 1: and the Internet doesn't necessarily agree with it or feel
- 5:11Speaker 1: like like like that's cool, like they was like that
- 5:14Speaker 1: shit look weird, that shit lane that ship, then the
- 5:17Speaker 1: Bay Area is not gonna not continue to act the
- 5:20Speaker 1: way that they act because it doesn't fit in with y'all.
- 5:23Speaker 1: It doesn't fit in with the white people addressing in
- 5:27Speaker 1: New Orleans or the whiteople dressing in New York with
- 5:29Speaker 1: the drill saying y'all don't know Debay doesn't give a
- 5:31Speaker 1: fuck about that.
- 5:32Speaker 4: The Bay is going to be the bait.
- 5:33Speaker 1: If we this, and we this, and if we you
- 5:35Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, whatever we own pimping, whatever style
- 5:37Speaker 1: of music that we own, they own it.
- 5:39Speaker 4: Versus to whereas in Texas, like you have a.
- 5:42Speaker 1: Large amount of our community that wants to fit in
- 5:46Speaker 1: with what they see on the internet more or less
- 5:48Speaker 1: than continue to create and be indifferent on the Internet
- 5:51Speaker 1: and own and own your identity. Like when you go
- 5:54Speaker 1: to Florida, they own their identity. The gold teeth, the
- 5:58Speaker 1: dunk cars, all of dressing, the weak hairstyles, the the
- 6:02Speaker 1: Haitian culture, like all of this ship is things that
- 6:05Speaker 1: empowers the culture and empowers their music. It empowers their
- 6:09Speaker 1: their economy as well, because there's certain essence and things
- 6:12Speaker 1: that you have to go to their market to buy
- 6:14Speaker 1: if you want it done correctly. So it's like with Houston,
- 6:17Speaker 1: if you want to correct I stock grill permanent in
- 6:19Speaker 1: your mouth, You're gonna come to Houston. If you're a
- 6:22Speaker 1: rap artist and you want your teeth to look and
- 6:24Speaker 1: you want to compete with the teeth that's going around
- 6:26Speaker 1: in the world and the jury that's going around the
- 6:28Speaker 1: world and not look like you you spent less money
- 6:31Speaker 1: or got some bullshit, then you're gonna go to Texas
- 6:33Speaker 1: and you're gonna go to the right people. That's the
- 6:34Speaker 1: best they're doing it. Plug Geo Johenna Dane, you know
- 6:38Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So it's the when it comes to
- 6:40Speaker 1: the essays of music and screwed and chop culture or
- 6:46Speaker 1: dressing a certain way that that represents.
- 6:49Speaker 3: Even the cars.
- 6:50Speaker 4: The cars.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I was like, even we think about that in the
- 6:53Speaker 1: last decade, Softwalker is the only Houston, Texas rapper to
- 6:56Speaker 1: have swinkers on this car and vocalize and then publicizes
- 7:01Speaker 1: to the world, I'm the only nigga that did that.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Right, Yeah, it is interesting to think that's weird because
- 7:07Speaker 2: when I was like, obviously shot to Paul Wall and
- 7:09Speaker 2: all those guys like that was like the first time
- 7:11Speaker 2: I ever saw those fucking rims.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Yeah, and salute the Powerwall, Like, the legends are legend,
- 7:17Speaker 1: like Jones slimped our legends. They keep the fruits of
- 7:20Speaker 1: our culture, you know what I'm saying, dump like and
- 7:24Speaker 1: people face prominent, they keep it like existing, they keep
- 7:26Speaker 1: it like you know what I'm saying to the forefront,
- 7:28Speaker 1: we're talking about the younger generation. The younger generation and
- 7:32Speaker 1: the current generation is who plants the seeds to the future.
- 7:35Speaker 1: So if the people that's between the ages of.
- 7:39Speaker 4: Thirty five to twenty five is not.
- 7:41Speaker 1: Doing it, did that mean that the people's from the
- 7:43Speaker 1: ages from twenty five to fifteen are not going to
- 7:46Speaker 1: want to do it?
- 7:47Speaker 4: Right?
- 7:47Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying because between fifteen and twenty five,
- 7:50Speaker 1: these are the young adults who are on the TikTok,
- 7:52Speaker 1: who own all the toucial media platforms. They playing sports,
- 7:56Speaker 1: they still in high school, they're still in middle school.
- 7:58Speaker 1: So whatever information they downloading it to their brain that
- 8:01Speaker 1: represents they city and they culture. They're going on the
- 8:03Speaker 1: internet and making a thriving force. That's why the drill
- 8:07Speaker 1: scene has lasted so long, because it's not about the
- 8:11Speaker 1: rappers that running around shooting each other and dancing and
- 8:15Speaker 1: fighting and representing the hoods. It's about these children that
- 8:18Speaker 1: we see on the internet constantly programming our brains with
- 8:21Speaker 1: these dances, constantly programming our brains with these skits and
- 8:24Speaker 1: these tiktoks. And then it goes global. Now we got
- 8:27Speaker 1: people weigh in the UK making drill music and drill
- 8:30Speaker 1: dances and altering what's the biggest wave of style in
- 8:35Speaker 1: New York.
- 8:36Speaker 4: So therefore.
- 8:39Speaker 1: You don't see how that creates money, and it creates wealth,
- 8:42Speaker 1: and it creates an identity, and it creates a respect
- 8:45Speaker 1: factor in the music industry where the companies and the
- 8:49Speaker 1: powers that be when they want to utilize that sound
- 8:53Speaker 1: in a commercial because it's going to bring sales, it's
- 8:55Speaker 1: going to bring engagement that if they want to utilize
- 8:59Speaker 1: the settings or one of the stadiums in your city,
- 9:02Speaker 1: they still have to incorporate the music scene and the
- 9:05Speaker 1: culture that's in that city within those events. Houston missed
- 9:08Speaker 1: out on that for a ten year span while we
- 9:11Speaker 1: were still having like huge events happening in the city.
- 9:14Speaker 4: We had Super Bowls, we had.
- 9:18Speaker 1: All Star Games, We've had NCAA tournaments final fours. We've
- 9:23Speaker 1: had all of these different things and go on in
- 9:26Speaker 1: the State of Texas along with our annual stuff like
- 9:29Speaker 1: the Rodeo. Rodeo lives exactly said, you know about this
- 9:33Speaker 1: type of shit, but none of the ten fifteen young
- 9:37Speaker 1: dominant artists from the state of Texas are ever involved
- 9:40Speaker 1: in these things.
- 9:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean I thought it was interesting. Like obviously
- 9:42Speaker 2: don't know the politics of the Houston Rodeo. It's huge
- 9:45Speaker 2: for people who don't know. The Houston Rodeo is probably
- 9:48Speaker 2: the biggest annual event in Houston, period period.
- 9:51Speaker 1: It's at the Football Stadium absolutely all weekend long. It's
- 9:54Speaker 1: no it's such it's a month it's a month long event.
- 10:00Speaker 1: But the main the main ship the week shows is
- 10:04Speaker 1: a weekend or two. It's like a weekend or two,
- 10:06Speaker 1: Like it's like a country weekend. But you're still gonna
- 10:09Speaker 1: have some some some good souls thinking all this good
- 10:11Speaker 1: r and b artists and stuff like this, Like you
- 10:14Speaker 1: will have some other artists who not necessarily rappers, but
- 10:17Speaker 1: they make like alternative music.
- 10:19Speaker 4: Yeah, being that part. And then the next weekend.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Is the rapper Like recently it's too it's a rap
- 10:24Speaker 1: weekend and it's like a singing weekend.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Yeah, I was gonna say recently because like obviously when
- 10:27Speaker 2: we're thinking of like rodeos, you're thinking like country music,
- 10:30Speaker 2: fucking rednecks whatever, right, right, But it's like very much
- 10:34Speaker 2: a part of Texas culture.
- 10:35Speaker 3: That's ranches all over Texas, Like it is what it
- 10:37Speaker 3: is for.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Sure, Like I grew up and riding horses in my
- 10:40Speaker 1: hood and you write where you're riding a horse, you
- 10:43Speaker 1: will see a Lamborghini or Porsche Ferrari or Rose Royce
- 10:47Speaker 1: drop right past.
- 10:48Speaker 4: This is part of the culture, just a part.
- 10:49Speaker 2: Of the life that But like I know, recently, was
- 10:52Speaker 2: it bun be that put together?
- 10:53Speaker 1: Like the Yeah, for the last four or five years,
- 10:56Speaker 1: be been like like maybe three years four years just.
- 10:58Speaker 2: Putting together like the All star teeah yeah, yeah, who's who?
- 11:02Speaker 2: I think Drake came out of the last one. Yes,
- 11:06Speaker 2: this last one, I know ot came out, which was
- 11:08Speaker 2: big for him.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Shout ou yeah te that was that was the That
- 11:11Speaker 1: was like a little ray of sunshine for us.
- 11:14Speaker 4: Like why was it gonna say, like, how do you
- 11:16Speaker 4: feel about it? Though? Could you ask you about Houston?
- 11:18Speaker 1: No, just the the the rodeo and the line up
- 11:22Speaker 1: and stuff.
- 11:22Speaker 2: I thought I thought I thought it was dope because
- 11:24Speaker 2: I mean, look like I remember when I think the
- 11:26Speaker 2: first time I'd seen Bunby doing it, at least to
- 11:28Speaker 2: my peripherals, because I just start I watched Yellowstone, that
- 11:30Speaker 2: show with Kevin Costner, so I started pay attention to
- 11:32Speaker 2: rodeo shit, so so like not this not this last
- 11:37Speaker 2: time at the time before because I was telling my wife.
- 11:39Speaker 5: I was like, yo, low key, like we should go
- 11:41Speaker 5: to the fucking rodeo because we're watching Yellowstone and ship
- 11:44Speaker 5: you know, and uh And I was like, yo, bun
- 11:46Speaker 5: Bee's putting together a fucking lineup and it was like
- 11:49Speaker 5: the h Town All Stars and they was like everybody
- 11:52Speaker 5: was that.
- 11:53Speaker 3: I thought it was dope.
- 11:54Speaker 2: But I think that, like, it's funny that you said
- 11:58Speaker 2: what you said earlier, right, because, like I said, I'm
- 12:01Speaker 2: a big like Scarface is one of my goats.
- 12:03Speaker 4: Man.
- 12:04Speaker 2: I love Scarface. I love the switch of House movement.
- 12:08Speaker 2: I loved all that shit, all the color changing and
- 12:10Speaker 2: click shit when I was a kid. I used to
- 12:11Speaker 2: sell those mixtapes at high school and shit. And it's
- 12:14Speaker 2: funny that, like some of the biggest artists, I always forget,
- 12:20Speaker 2: not necessarily I always forget, but when I'm talking about
- 12:23Speaker 2: Houston artists, I always forget to mention the biggest artists
- 12:27Speaker 2: from Houston. Does that make sense because it's not necessarily
- 12:32Speaker 2: like the front of their imagery or branding. So like,
- 12:37Speaker 2: you know, we'll talk about Houston artists all the time,
- 12:40Speaker 2: and I'll be like, yo, max O Cream and fucking
- 12:42Speaker 2: ot and and you know, Payso pay So or Saltwalk
- 12:47Speaker 2: or whatever. I always forget, like, oh shit, don Toller's
- 12:49Speaker 2: from fucking Houston.
- 12:50Speaker 3: Is that Megan's from Houston?
- 12:53Speaker 4: You know, we don't have.
- 12:55Speaker 2: Travis is from Houston, you know. And this is a
- 12:57Speaker 2: guy who's has done astral World in town and.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Is working these people at the Rodeo that's fair, or
- 13:03Speaker 1: any of these people at the rodeo, or any of
- 13:05Speaker 1: these artists performing at the road, any of the last
- 13:08Speaker 1: ten artists that you just named, except for one.
- 13:12Speaker 4: Lt that's real. That's weird.
- 13:15Speaker 1: But love and respect to bun Bee and everything that
- 13:18Speaker 1: he does for Houston in the state of Texas. And
- 13:20Speaker 1: it's probably some things that's out of his hand, out
- 13:22Speaker 1: of his control. But at the end of the day,
- 13:25Speaker 1: if you was to compare that to will, what you
- 13:28Speaker 1: would say is the.
- 13:29Speaker 4: Summer Jam in New York.
- 13:30Speaker 1: If you was to compare that to a the Birthday
- 13:33Speaker 1: bash in Atlanta, you.
- 13:35Speaker 2: Could say, the who's who of any of those artists
- 13:36Speaker 2: from those cities. They would never They've already been there
- 13:39Speaker 2: and done.
- 13:39Speaker 1: They were never in the history of niggadom. They were
- 13:42Speaker 1: never in the history of music allowed these type of
- 13:46Speaker 1: events to go on and not have the young artist
- 13:51Speaker 1: were talking about this, right, I don't.
- 13:52Speaker 2: Care If forty one Jen Carter and Kyle Rich and
- 13:56Speaker 2: those guys just this summer.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Jam, okay, then forty one mess mess exactly.
- 14:02Speaker 4: That shit right there.
- 14:04Speaker 1: That's what makes sense, that's what keeps there, that's what
- 14:06Speaker 1: keeps them at the top of media. That's what keeps
- 14:09Speaker 1: them at the top of gatekeeping. That's what makes it
- 14:12Speaker 1: to where when the artist blows up, you have to
- 14:13Speaker 1: touch the New York market, you have to touch the
- 14:15Speaker 1: California market, because they understand recycling the power of their generations.
- 14:19Speaker 1: We don't have that right because we have so many
- 14:22Speaker 1: people that wants to hold hold the gate when and
- 14:27Speaker 1: all you're doing is you're making us obsolete to the
- 14:31Speaker 1: rest of the competition around the world.
- 14:33Speaker 4: Around the world.
- 14:34Speaker 1: It does not make sense to have a rolling loud.
- 14:37Speaker 1: Just what you're basically just saying is that our Houston
- 14:40Speaker 1: Rodeo is to the equivalent of a rolling loud a
- 14:43Speaker 1: Coach Eeller birthday bash. These type of events where it's
- 14:46Speaker 1: going to be sixty seventy thousand people in the arena,
- 14:50Speaker 1: why would you not and up these sixty thousand people.
- 14:53Speaker 1: Seventy percent of these people are within the age group
- 14:56Speaker 1: of the artists that are the existing artists right now,
- 14:58Speaker 1: from thirty to twenty five years, from through thirty, from
- 15:02Speaker 1: their thirties to their twenties. None of the performing artists
- 15:05Speaker 1: are in the thirties in their twenties, though every performing
- 15:07Speaker 1: artist is in their forties or their fifties. True, that's
- 15:11Speaker 1: to say that's a problem, that's weird, that doesn't make
- 15:14Speaker 1: sense that I've talk just period though, But it goes
- 15:17Speaker 1: bigger than the I'm not trying to make like this
- 15:19Speaker 1: whole interview about no for sure, about the what is
- 15:23Speaker 1: it called again, the rodeo? Right, that's why the rodeo
- 15:26Speaker 1: is not It's important to the to the older people,
- 15:29Speaker 1: but it's not that important to the youth in Texas.
- 15:31Speaker 1: It's not as important and powerful as it could be.
- 15:33Speaker 1: And there would be other events that would come circling
- 15:37Speaker 1: around that as well, because then the world will see, Oh,
- 15:40Speaker 1: it makes sense for rolland Loud to come to Texas.
- 15:42Speaker 4: It makes sense for us to make it.
- 15:43Speaker 3: Yeah, there should be a Rolling lou Texas.
- 15:45Speaker 1: That will make no sense. We're talking about the third fourth.
- 15:48Speaker 1: We're talking about the third biggest state, fourth biggest city,
- 15:51Speaker 1: third biggest state, fourth biggest.
- 15:53Speaker 2: City, the second biggest state, right, isn't it Alaska in Texas?
- 15:56Speaker 4: It's the other one. I think it's New York.
- 15:59Speaker 3: I've you were talking about land masks.
- 16:01Speaker 1: No land masks, we number two. You know what I'm
- 16:03Speaker 1: saying that on all scales which were Trump and ship
- 16:06Speaker 1: is when you you add about population, we're number four,
- 16:10Speaker 1: uh Houston in America by population, we number four by
- 16:14Speaker 1: land mass, were number two.
- 16:16Speaker 4: By state, we're number three.
- 16:20Speaker 1: So it's like you know what I mean, and you know, uh,
- 16:26Speaker 1: if you look at the just just the demographic of everything,
- 16:30Speaker 1: we got two of them. We probably have one of
- 16:33Speaker 1: the biggest sports markets in America period. We have every
- 16:36Speaker 1: team that you can imagine period. We have all of
- 16:38Speaker 1: the basketball teams in three multiple out of one.
- 16:41Speaker 3: State, San Antonio, Dallas, Houston.
- 16:44Speaker 1: Come on, bro, like, just make it make sense. We
- 16:47Speaker 1: have all the exactly so how can y'all not create
- 16:52Speaker 1: the lucrativeness and the funds and the finances off of
- 16:56Speaker 1: bringing concerts and our in our state.
- 16:58Speaker 4: That doesn't make sense. It's to be huge, immensive.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Concerts in the state of Texas with all of the
- 17:04Speaker 1: big artists from outside of Texas and the artists inside
- 17:06Speaker 1: of Texas. We don't get those moments because it's not
- 17:09Speaker 1: enough trick, it's not enough traction coming from the state.
- 17:13Speaker 4: They don't see.
- 17:14Speaker 1: Enough concerts and enough venues and enough heard ticket sales
- 17:17Speaker 1: within the state.
- 17:17Speaker 3: Do you think Travis tried to do.
- 17:20Speaker 4: It with Astro did. I ain't never tried to do it.
- 17:22Speaker 4: He did it.
- 17:22Speaker 1: Yeah, you gotta give it to Travis. Travis is the
- 17:25Speaker 1: only person that did. There's like me and Travis is
- 17:27Speaker 1: like that's why we like the god like legends that
- 17:30Speaker 1: we is. Like, no matter what, the screw cannot take
- 17:34Speaker 1: shit away from Travis because at every different level did
- 17:37Speaker 1: Travis reach, he comes back and do something great for
- 17:40Speaker 1: the city. So it's like, you can't take that from bro, Like, no, ma,
- 17:42Speaker 1: sure what. And I'm one of them people that be
- 17:44Speaker 1: like behind closed doors on his ass about this shit,
- 17:46Speaker 1: like that's our relationship.
- 17:48Speaker 3: I would like to see I see.
- 17:49Speaker 2: I just feel like there's like this crazy moment in
- 17:52Speaker 2: Texas hip hop happening where you know, right now two
- 17:57Speaker 2: of the Freshmans are from.
- 17:59Speaker 3: State something three three OT and who else?
- 18:03Speaker 4: Four bats?
- 18:04Speaker 3: Four bats?
- 18:04Speaker 1: Yeah, ship, you see what I'm saying, That type of
- 18:07Speaker 1: ship that pissed me out like this, there's just stop
- 18:08Speaker 1: it right.
- 18:09Speaker 4: There, That's what I'm trying to say. It's ship like that.
- 18:12Speaker 1: You should know without a shoutou of a doubt off
- 18:14Speaker 1: the rip four batses from Texas.
- 18:16Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 18:17Speaker 3: But to be fair, he hasn't done a ton of media.
- 18:19Speaker 4: He's done enough.
- 18:20Speaker 1: He's done way more than even though the way he know,
- 18:22Speaker 1: the way he came out, the way he blew up,
- 18:24Speaker 1: he blew up on from the block, from the block
- 18:27Speaker 1: said that the man was from that is every time
- 18:29Speaker 1: that he was on there from the block, showed that
- 18:31Speaker 1: he blew up on his street. If you go to
- 18:33Speaker 1: here from the block performance, the gall the barrier, the
- 18:37Speaker 1: border that's around it, it shows Strawberry Street, Dallas with.
- 18:41Speaker 4: The woo Texas. It's not enough.
- 18:43Speaker 1: Texas is not putting enough emphasis on Texas.
- 18:47Speaker 4: We're not We're not grasping this.
- 18:48Speaker 1: This this character and this artist is saying, that's another
- 18:51Speaker 1: representation of us postalone, that's another riveration of us. So
- 18:54Speaker 1: we will see big extra club, big ex of plug
- 18:57Speaker 1: Toss Walker and in Mexican ot shoving it down your throat,
- 19:01Speaker 1: were shoving the Texas like you Texas mother.
- 19:04Speaker 3: It's crazy. Yeah, no, it's crazy.
- 19:06Speaker 1: And that's and that's for every artist should be doing it,
- 19:09Speaker 1: not just like this is our co community. The fans,
- 19:12Speaker 1: the people should support it. They should support the slow
- 19:15Speaker 1: of shit. They should support all Texas music listen to.
- 19:17Speaker 1: They should wane to even the promoters and the promoters
- 19:20Speaker 1: in the club being used and like that. They got
- 19:24Speaker 1: to stop trying to underpay. Like I'm one of the
- 19:26Speaker 1: few artists. I get paid what I want to get paid,
- 19:28Speaker 1: whatever I get, even if I'm going to an event
- 19:30Speaker 1: or a place in my city, I'm getting twenty five
- 19:32Speaker 1: thirty thousand, fifteen thousand. If I'm just doing some walk
- 19:35Speaker 1: through shit around the world and getting paid twenty five
- 19:37Speaker 1: thirty thousand, whatever. But it's so many people in the
- 19:42Speaker 1: city and part of promoters try to make the attempt
- 19:45Speaker 1: to undercharge or underpay. You know what I'm saying, and
- 19:47Speaker 1: I know that everybody else that's what they're getting. That's
- 19:49Speaker 1: why you don't even see our super duper stars making
- 19:53Speaker 1: a Stallion and Travis Scott doing events and parties in
- 19:56Speaker 1: the city a lot, because the city don't want to
- 19:58Speaker 1: pay them what they deserve, so they have the coming
- 20:00Speaker 1: do events on their own. Coming Atlanta exactly. Atlanta in
- 20:04Speaker 1: New York is not gonna allow that. California is not
- 20:07Speaker 1: gonna allow that. Once Blue Faces blue Face, we're paying him,
- 20:09Speaker 1: Kendrick is Kendrick, We're paying him once? Why gus Y
- 20:11Speaker 1: g we're paying him when uh the little baby is
- 20:15Speaker 1: a little baby. We're paying him whoever it is, whoever
- 20:16Speaker 1: in Atlanta, we're paying him. Who the new nigga that
- 20:19Speaker 1: is singing, just do it, just making all the singing songs. Uh, yes,
- 20:24Speaker 1: I don't know about names that he got. A he
- 20:26Speaker 1: just popped up on the internet with all the red cars,
- 20:28Speaker 1: the tile nigga hunh nah, he's from Atlanta, about the
- 20:31Speaker 1: new Atlanta harderst bro. I forget about name he got
- 20:34Speaker 1: the twenty two times I see him on in and
- 20:35Speaker 1: all the time. I just don't know about name like
- 20:37Speaker 1: that because I'm you know what I'm saying. But regardless,
- 20:39Speaker 1: they're supporting this man. The nigga they be singing. He
- 20:41Speaker 1: like the Atlanta. He finna be. He on his way
- 20:42Speaker 1: to be in Atlanta, Rod Wave. He's doing a great job.
- 20:44Speaker 1: Whoever the nigga is, y'all know him talking about he's
- 20:47Speaker 1: doing a great job. And he got he got to
- 20:49Speaker 1: pop that ten red cars rapped up. He just did
- 20:52Speaker 1: a concern everybody in the city show up.
- 20:55Speaker 4: Who the fuck is he talking about? What's his nigga name? Bro?
- 20:59Speaker 4: He just gonna come onuncho.
- 21:03Speaker 1: I forget who he did the concert with somebody, very
- 21:06Speaker 1: successful tour. He said, he's doing great, he's doing good,
- 21:09Speaker 1: but it's a compiny. He's making great music, yes, good image, yes,
- 21:13Speaker 1: but it's a combination of his city in his state.
- 21:15Speaker 4: It's pushing him. We are pushing him Florida.
- 21:19Speaker 1: They're gonna push Kodak, They're gonna push whoever is that
- 21:23Speaker 1: who we is having.
- 21:25Speaker 4: My young nigga is doing his thing right now.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Uh, Simmy, Like, whoever is the nigga that's that's emerging,
- 21:34Speaker 1: that state and that city is gonna push that.
- 21:36Speaker 4: We love this culture, we love this sound. We don't
- 21:38Speaker 4: care how different.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Even though even let's talk about this kid. This kid
- 21:43Speaker 1: is a perfect example in the embodiment of what I'm
- 21:46Speaker 1: trying to explain, when you have home court advantage of
- 21:49Speaker 1: your city and your state supporting what you do. I
- 21:52Speaker 1: don't know this kid name either, but you knows that's
- 21:54Speaker 1: going to the Jewish kid rapper that's from Florida. I
- 21:58Speaker 1: never knew what the his name was.
- 22:00Speaker 3: Culture that bop culture kid.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Look how he is dissected.
- 22:05Speaker 1: I don't I have to say it like this, but
- 22:07Speaker 1: just black culture, even though he's he's of it. Like
- 22:10Speaker 1: just because he white and me Jewish, that don't change nothing.
- 22:13Speaker 1: You are up the culture. You are proving that you're
- 22:15Speaker 1: not opposer like you really this is your lifestyle. But
- 22:18Speaker 1: marketing wise, as a product, we're talking about business from
- 22:22Speaker 1: a business standpoint. He made his module off of black
- 22:26Speaker 1: culture and re emulated it and still kept I'm a
- 22:30Speaker 1: white Jewish kid involved. Yeah, he's still winning the hat
- 22:34Speaker 1: comple that you see Jewish. You see now how I
- 22:36Speaker 1: broke it down to you. That's coming together and making sense.
- 22:39Speaker 3: It's like the little things that like, hey, what I
- 22:42Speaker 3: am is in.
- 22:42Speaker 4: Your face, and that's what matters. I try.
- 22:45Speaker 1: I think wicks like a Florida person, So death for
- 22:47Speaker 1: everybody in Florida. There's like why he rapping like us?
- 22:49Speaker 1: And he got the he got the hasties in the
- 22:51Speaker 1: videos with him, these hors everyday friends, and now this video,
- 22:54Speaker 1: this is who I genuinely be with. I share the hairstyle,
- 22:57Speaker 1: i share the rap style, but I'm different. I'm white
- 22:59Speaker 1: and I'm Jewish, but I'm not gonna act like I'm
- 23:01Speaker 1: not white and I'm not Jewish. And it's the beauty
- 23:03Speaker 1: of all of these different greens.
- 23:04Speaker 2: I mean, big Ax's first hit record, that's the platinum
- 23:08Speaker 2: bit y'all from Texas from Texas?
- 23:10Speaker 1: Like what as simple as that, But that's what I'm saying.
- 23:13Speaker 1: It takes OT.
- 23:14Speaker 2: The songs called Johnny Dang and Paul Wall's on it,
- 23:18Speaker 2: Like what are we talking about?
- 23:19Speaker 4: Understand?
- 23:19Speaker 1: But understand if like me, Big X and OT all
- 23:25Speaker 1: us was able to like explain the same shit, like
- 23:28Speaker 1: we all are kings and guards and superstars in Texas.
- 23:31Speaker 1: But the way we all loved and appreciated outside of
- 23:34Speaker 1: Texas versus Texas by the powers they be the fans too,
- 23:38Speaker 1: but the fans are not always in the position. Where
- 23:42Speaker 1: the fans powers come at is the streaming, the post
- 23:44Speaker 1: and the play and the representation of us being them
- 23:47Speaker 1: like a sports team.
- 23:48Speaker 2: And you've always done a good job of like bringing
- 23:51Speaker 2: up your crew. Obviously shout to pay So, pay So
- 23:55Speaker 2: and Sauceman and all those guys. But you know, I
- 23:58Speaker 2: think that the two people were talking about OT doing
- 24:00Speaker 2: the same thing with Drodi and shout out to the Sixers,
- 24:03Speaker 2: Shout out to two big as.
- 24:05Speaker 1: We're doing our job, the all them good great artist
- 24:10Speaker 1: Hard Hard the other brother that's with us.
- 24:13Speaker 4: What's your name?
- 24:13Speaker 3: Young Hood. Uh the freestyle for like twenty minutes on
- 24:16Speaker 3: the show.
- 24:17Speaker 4: Yeah, his other artist, his name's young Hood. I was
- 24:19Speaker 4: doing something. I call him he Fey.
- 24:20Speaker 1: I know him like before, he's hardy been around, but
- 24:23Speaker 1: he been like I did a song feature with him
- 24:25Speaker 1: years ago, like good great artists. My point is is
- 24:28Speaker 1: that it's a problem that so many Texas artists who
- 24:34Speaker 1: bring up these great groups of artists, who bring out
- 24:37Speaker 1: these these these coalitions of artists, these record labels of artists.
- 24:41Speaker 1: It's very rare, like this is probably gonna be one
- 24:44Speaker 1: of the first times in a second that were starting
- 24:48Speaker 1: on the second decade period, Like after me being who
- 24:51Speaker 1: I've been in the rap game and opening this door,
- 24:53Speaker 1: like I'll open these doors for these people. Me and
- 24:55Speaker 1: say cheeze TV try to say cheese together, we created
- 24:59Speaker 1: what Texas is today. Like that's what I shout of
- 25:01Speaker 1: it out, you know what I'm saying.
- 25:02Speaker 3: But he's got his label too, I know he signed up.
- 25:04Speaker 1: Yeah he's doing a great job. Saun Cotton is that
- 25:06Speaker 1: boy him? But again, like I was saying, like it's.
- 25:11Speaker 4: Be the Pac manage we signed you, right.
- 25:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's the fact that all of these not just
- 25:16Speaker 1: the superstars, the best friends supposed to be household names,
- 25:21Speaker 1: like how these other cities and the other cities both.
- 25:23Speaker 1: It would be a main artist friend that ain't even
- 25:27Speaker 1: a rapper. He getting shout outs from these other big
- 25:29Speaker 1: rappers on songs, he getting endorsements, he uh he in
- 25:33Speaker 1: the he's in the other artist videos that's from another city.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Why their main artists is not there? All of this
- 25:40Speaker 1: shit matters product placement. This is what programs the brain.
- 25:44Speaker 1: This is what programs the brain to see who is
- 25:46Speaker 1: who and who's not, Who's famous, who should I be following?
- 25:48Speaker 4: Who should I like?
- 25:50Speaker 1: And to be honest, it's enough Texas superstars and artists
- 25:53Speaker 1: for us to do all this shit on our own,
- 25:55Speaker 1: but everybody got to put that bullshit in their egos aside.
- 25:58Speaker 2: Just like hell of women that are doing and ken
- 25:59Speaker 2: of man as though I think Lieber Joe Lee's from Texas.
- 26:03Speaker 4: So look this on.
- 26:04Speaker 1: I said, I love when you bring up all these people.
- 26:06Speaker 1: Name when you which is all tasted superstar? Now tell
- 26:08Speaker 1: me the songs and videos that we all got together. Right,
- 26:13Speaker 1: where's the kender Man song with Little Kiki uh Sus Walker?
- 26:17Speaker 1: And I don't fucking know kirk up maxing no Tea
- 26:21Speaker 1: Kirk like just pid Like if you go to another
- 26:24Speaker 1: city and state, it's you could go grab just one artist,
- 26:27Speaker 1: like you can go grab a fucking Jadie Kiss and
- 26:29Speaker 1: then grab all the new artists that they out of
- 26:31Speaker 1: did a song together and they didn't mix it up.
- 26:33Speaker 3: With the kiss has been on. Griselda Ship really ship,
- 26:35Speaker 3: I mean.
- 26:37Speaker 1: And I spice she gonna come straight out, Oh I'm
- 26:39Speaker 1: fresh man telling over him.
- 26:40Speaker 4: This person on this person.
- 26:41Speaker 1: Like they they is passing the ball and then they
- 26:45Speaker 1: shooting a video. Then they going to the radio and
- 26:46Speaker 1: they pressing the radio. From both ends. We got the
- 26:48Speaker 1: label pressing the radio. We got the young community artists
- 26:51Speaker 1: pressing the radio. We got the O G artist pressing
- 26:53Speaker 1: the radio. So therefore we get the result. That's all
- 26:56Speaker 1: I'm saying is this in in Texas, there's like a
- 26:59Speaker 1: huge flaw in its fifty percent of the artists and
- 27:02Speaker 1: the people dis in position the powers. The promoter is
- 27:04Speaker 1: the radios all that shit, and then the other fifty
- 27:06Speaker 1: percent is the fans and the supporters because they take
- 27:09Speaker 1: the like they type the motor, they they taped the
- 27:12Speaker 1: wheel power in a fight out the artists they can't
- 27:14Speaker 1: tape the fight.
- 27:14Speaker 4: Out of me because I'm a god.
- 27:15Speaker 1: I'm I'm I'm him with music or not with music,
- 27:19Speaker 1: and there'd be a lot of young artists that then
- 27:20Speaker 1: lift the trail.
- 27:21Speaker 2: Well, I feel like too, Like I think what's dope
- 27:23Speaker 2: about Texas is there's been guys like you, guys like
- 27:25Speaker 2: Trade the Truths, guys like Bud b who have like
- 27:29Speaker 2: at the very least, just been very instrumental to like
- 27:33Speaker 2: there are leaders coming out of Texas like whether or not,
- 27:36Speaker 2: like you know, the stuff is going on that we're
- 27:38Speaker 2: talking about is happening or not. At the very least,
- 27:41Speaker 2: there is like, Yo, if you're in fucking La and
- 27:44Speaker 2: you're going to Texas, there's like two or three people
- 27:47Speaker 2: you're like, well, I gotta fucking see what sauce Walk
- 27:48Speaker 2: is on, or I gotta go tap in with Trade
- 27:50Speaker 2: with Trade A, or you know, I got to go
- 27:52Speaker 2: fucking go to Trilburger or some shit.
- 27:54Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, Like this pillows, it's pillars
- 27:56Speaker 1: in the city. You know what I'm saying, People that
- 27:58Speaker 1: you're gonna fuck with them or space with it. If
- 28:00Speaker 1: you if you coming to the town and you just
- 28:02Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. You're trying to be all the
- 28:05Speaker 1: way green light, you check in and just be with
- 28:07Speaker 1: the people. You gonna come to JAYL. You're gonna come
- 28:09Speaker 1: to Sauce. You canna come there, Prince, I gotta say, Prince,
- 28:14Speaker 1: you gotta say j You're gonna go to us t yourself.
- 28:17Speaker 1: You're gonna go to rapp a lot, you know what
- 28:18Speaker 1: I'm saying. But on some coming through the city in
- 28:21Speaker 1: and join the city in, you feel me like going
- 28:24Speaker 1: to uh like landmark places of landmark artists and all
- 28:28Speaker 1: of those we ought to trades, the zeros, the key
- 28:31Speaker 1: key bun b. You know what I'm saying. Everybody is there,
- 28:34Speaker 1: everybody play. We're from a city full of legends, you
- 28:38Speaker 1: know what I'm saying. And I love all the legends
- 28:39Speaker 1: that we have in our city. It's just I feel
- 28:41Speaker 1: like we all should do more, Like we all could
- 28:44Speaker 1: do more.
- 28:44Speaker 4: We all should do more.
- 28:45Speaker 1: And I'm not like the same way how I say
- 28:48Speaker 1: what they shouldn't do And as much as I do,
- 28:50Speaker 1: like I do a lot, but I still try to
- 28:51Speaker 1: do more. That's why I got the saucepect, is why
- 28:53Speaker 1: I bring all the young niggas together I'm bringing the
- 28:55Speaker 1: rappers from out of town with the young niggas again.
- 28:57Speaker 1: I'm bringing these niggas in their studio session.
- 28:59Speaker 4: They ain't got nothing to do with it, you know.
- 29:00Speaker 4: For sure. I'm just getting ready together.
- 29:02Speaker 1: Doing whatever I can to make everybody. You know what
- 29:04Speaker 1: I'm saying, resty potential.
- 29:06Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. I feel like we just
- 29:08Speaker 4: need more of it. But you talk to me, man,
- 29:09Speaker 4: because want ship to talk about.
- 29:11Speaker 3: Then for sure there's tons. I'm sure they're Uh.
- 29:15Speaker 2: The one thing that I always appreciated about Texas is
- 29:18Speaker 2: I remember the first time there was like something. It
- 29:21Speaker 2: might have been an MTV video or something, but when
- 29:23Speaker 2: Slim Thug came out, he said he was already platinum.
- 29:26Speaker 4: He was.
- 29:26Speaker 2: He was right, he was sold a million, he was
- 29:29Speaker 2: living at that he was living.
- 29:31Speaker 3: He was doing big, big ship before we even knew
- 29:33Speaker 3: who he was.
- 29:35Speaker 2: Well, I was gonna say I feel the same way
- 29:37Speaker 2: about you because I remember seeing videos of you and
- 29:39Speaker 2: I would be like, Yo, how's this guy so fucking
- 29:44Speaker 2: rich rich like Jesus, And this is not like recently,
- 29:49Speaker 2: this is like eight nine years ago, Like Yo, this
- 29:52Speaker 2: guy saw squaking, got ship moveing.
- 29:55Speaker 4: I'm on a ball of shit.
- 29:57Speaker 2: And and the other thing that you I want to
- 29:59Speaker 2: break down because like there's rap hustling. When you're an
- 30:02Speaker 2: independent artist and you know how to kind of you're
- 30:06Speaker 2: a fucking all time great rap hustler.
- 30:09Speaker 4: I gotta be like top two. I really think I'm
- 30:12Speaker 4: the number one bro.
- 30:13Speaker 2: When I tell you that you've you've DM so like
- 30:17Speaker 2: like you're like break down the rap hustle in general,
- 30:20Speaker 2: because I've had you.
- 30:22Speaker 4: I put it to you like this, like okay for
- 30:24Speaker 4: number one.
- 30:25Speaker 1: Like what I've always felt like is that rappers or
- 30:29Speaker 1: like people in position of power with social media presences
- 30:32Speaker 1: that use their social media they look at their social
- 30:36Speaker 1: media platform like their baby mama's vagina, like I cannot
- 30:40Speaker 1: share this with the world, like this is my yeah.
- 30:42Speaker 3: This is my esthetics. I don't want to mess up
- 30:44Speaker 3: my social media.
- 30:45Speaker 4: On social media aesthetic in it. I look at my
- 30:48Speaker 4: social media page like Walmart.
- 30:51Speaker 1: This is a place of digital business, a place of
- 30:54Speaker 1: digital real estate.
- 30:55Speaker 4: Excuse me that I have.
- 30:57Speaker 1: A fluent flow of customers going in and out of
- 31:02Speaker 1: it every second of the day.
- 31:05Speaker 4: Now, the amount of traffic.
- 31:06Speaker 1: That I have going through this digital real estate that
- 31:09Speaker 1: is determined by the amount of activity and the amount
- 31:12Speaker 1: of marketing, promotion and lights and special shit that I
- 31:14Speaker 1: put on my location. But at the same token, if
- 31:19Speaker 1: I can make the same money that I would make
- 31:22Speaker 1: doing a concert or the same money that I would
- 31:25Speaker 1: make selling albums by letting a thousand of my customers
- 31:30Speaker 1: give me.
- 31:31Speaker 4: Five hundred dollars for a service.
- 31:33Speaker 1: Deck in their mind, this service is worth two thousand dollars,
- 31:38Speaker 1: three thousand dollars. But I'm still talking about letting a
- 31:41Speaker 1: thousand people give me five hundred dollars.
- 31:45Speaker 3: What would that service be. That's an example, a verse
- 31:47Speaker 3: or a repost, A repost okay.
- 31:50Speaker 4: Or me shout or not me.
- 31:53Speaker 1: It's because then it's level too, because like some of
- 31:56Speaker 1: this shit I'm doing for forty fifty thirty thousand.
- 32:00Speaker 4: But you know what I'm saying.
- 32:01Speaker 1: When when it came to monopolizing and optimized and it's like, Okay,
- 32:06Speaker 1: I don't have to get this part like I do.
- 32:08Speaker 1: I do a whole song with this person for twenty
- 32:11Speaker 1: five thousand. Okay, you pay me twelve five for the song,
- 32:15Speaker 1: twelve five for the video, and then you do sales too.
- 32:17Speaker 1: All I'm doing says not that that's what I'm saying,
- 32:19Speaker 1: this is how we get into the tiers of the
- 32:20Speaker 1: rap hustles, like we get it to the tiers of
- 32:22Speaker 1: the rap hustle. Okay, that's just doing the song and
- 32:24Speaker 1: the video with you. Then it's the you want the
- 32:26Speaker 1: problem of it. Okay, you want the primary artists? You
- 32:29Speaker 1: want to fuck you are a primary artist. That's another price.
- 32:31Speaker 1: I'm a cook of the song, just on the g
- 32:33Speaker 1: that we are in independent. But then you want to
- 32:35Speaker 1: put it on my YouTube. That's another three thousand and
- 32:37Speaker 1: twenty five hundred to put it on my YouTube channel.
- 32:39Speaker 1: You can put it on your YouTube channel. You want
- 32:40Speaker 1: me to post it on my main page. You won't
- 32:42Speaker 1: post it on my story. I posted on my main page.
- 32:43Speaker 1: It's another five thousand. You want to post on my story,
- 32:45Speaker 1: that's twenty five hundred. You know what I'm saying. It's
- 32:47Speaker 1: all the different levels. But then that's that's me doing
- 32:50Speaker 1: a whole song with you're shooting a whole video. I
- 32:52Speaker 1: might charge you ten whatever. You might want to do
- 32:53Speaker 1: a package to do a multiple multitude of the songs.
- 32:56Speaker 1: But instead of doing all of that work, I can
- 32:58Speaker 1: make the same fifty grand by just charging one thousand
- 33:01Speaker 1: people five hundred dollars.
- 33:04Speaker 4: You see what I'm saying, And of course of thirty days,
- 33:07Speaker 4: and the.
- 33:07Speaker 1: Course of of course of thirty sixty days, I done.
- 33:10Speaker 4: Just made.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Something that took two minutes of my time to something
- 33:15Speaker 1: that I'm gonna repost for a shoot that I like
- 33:17Speaker 1: for free, and I'm gonna get this person in marketing
- 33:20Speaker 1: a funny video that I like on Instagram for free.
- 33:22Speaker 1: I'm gonna repost it to get some laughs and to
- 33:24Speaker 1: talk about it in my DM with my friends or
- 33:26Speaker 1: somebody say an affirmation of some fucking quote that you
- 33:29Speaker 1: think it's so important, and you're gonna repost that the
- 33:31Speaker 1: shittest information. I could be reposting somebody else's business idea
- 33:35Speaker 1: and get paid twelve hundred, fifteen hundred, two thousand dollars,
- 33:37Speaker 1: And then I can do that one thousand times because
- 33:39Speaker 1: I'm getting thirty thousand likes fifty thousand likes. If I
- 33:43Speaker 1: can get fifty thousand likes twenty five thousand reshares on
- 33:46Speaker 1: the video, I could make two three four thousand people
- 33:48Speaker 1: give me five hundred dollars.
- 33:50Speaker 4: For sure. I'm not aiming at.
- 33:52Speaker 1: Getting two three thousand people to get me thirty thousand,
- 33:54Speaker 1: forty thousand.
- 33:55Speaker 4: I just want you hundred dollars. I'm still making millions
- 33:57Speaker 4: of dollars.
- 33:58Speaker 1: Right If I get ty thousand people to give me
- 34:01Speaker 1: five thousand dollars in the course of a year, you
- 34:03Speaker 1: know what I'm saying.
- 34:04Speaker 4: Then now you multiply that by doing multiple artists.
- 34:06Speaker 3: And then the other thing is is like element, here's
- 34:08Speaker 3: one huddle. I'm in this city tapping. If you need a.
- 34:11Speaker 1: Diverse city, you need the verse, you need promo, what
- 34:14Speaker 1: you need to your party. You need me to come
- 34:16Speaker 1: to your store. You want me to listen to your music.
- 34:18Speaker 1: This shit go deep to just constentation or listening to music.
- 34:21Speaker 1: You want me to listen to your song. Brother, I
- 34:22Speaker 1: will not listen to your song on my own person
- 34:24Speaker 1: on the song. But if you want me to listen
- 34:25Speaker 1: to your song, give you my personal opinion on what
- 34:28Speaker 1: you should do. Bactually, I'm being a consultant thirty three
- 34:31Speaker 1: thousand dollars, thirty three thousand dollars, but I'm sity there
- 34:34Speaker 1: with your smoke and blount which toll, listen to your song?
- 34:36Speaker 1: Tell you what I FaceTime whatever, FaceTime video. All of
- 34:39Speaker 1: these are different properties that can get sold because Jesus
- 34:43Speaker 1: running it up. I can sit up Hell with my
- 34:45Speaker 1: motherfucker phone in my hand, bob my head. This ain't
- 34:47Speaker 1: even a real I'm not even listening to your song.
- 34:50Speaker 1: I'm bobbing my head. I sell you the video of
- 34:52Speaker 1: me boy my head for four thousand dollars. You could
- 34:54Speaker 1: put your song on three different version of it is.
- 34:56Speaker 1: I can send you three different angles, three different shirt songs.
- 34:58Speaker 1: I'm just bobbing my head.
- 35:00Speaker 4: Now. You just throw to your music sound on top
- 35:01Speaker 4: of you know what I'm saying, right, that's crazy? How
- 35:03Speaker 4: can I ever run out of millions of dollars? When
- 35:05Speaker 4: I understand?
- 35:07Speaker 3: I want to get into.
- 35:11Speaker 2: How from your perspective, and we won't get into why
- 35:15Speaker 2: your perspective matters in this field, but you know, when
- 35:20Speaker 2: I was growing up, we had a track in my
- 35:23Speaker 2: town of Phoenix on Van Buren in which there was
- 35:26Speaker 2: always it was where you went, there was holes on
- 35:29Speaker 2: the street. I want to know, from your perspective, being
- 35:31Speaker 2: in Texas and you know, living the life that you've lived,
- 35:35Speaker 2: how did the Internet and only fans change what we
- 35:43Speaker 2: know as the.
- 35:43Speaker 1: UH it's a red box for the exotic industry? Is
- 35:50Speaker 1: Hulu for the exotic industry is because.
- 35:53Speaker 3: You still have tracks everywhere, Like you go to Figure.
- 35:55Speaker 1: And there's women that's checks all around the world. But
- 35:58Speaker 1: like I said, with anything and life levels. So just
- 36:02Speaker 1: like in a double game, you got selling little crack rocks,
- 36:05Speaker 1: you got people that are selling half of zips. You
- 36:07Speaker 1: got people that are selling megatons and using planes and
- 36:10Speaker 1: jets marijuana. You there was a point of time where
- 36:15Speaker 1: fucking Burner, who is just a regular trapper and.
- 36:18Speaker 3: Rapper, and now he's now he's on the cover for US.
- 36:21Speaker 1: Now he's on the cover of for US as being
- 36:22Speaker 1: a fucking businessman and genius entrepreneur through cannabinoids in cannabis.
- 36:27Speaker 4: Correct.
- 36:28Speaker 1: So I felt that not even about what I felt,
- 36:33Speaker 1: because before I felt this was was already happening without
- 36:36Speaker 1: my power or control. I'm just not an idiot that
- 36:40Speaker 1: wasn't going to evolve with the timing. If everybody's playing
- 36:45Speaker 1: PlayStation five and Xbox and they seeing the maximum graphics
- 36:48Speaker 1: and they getting the maximum download and gameplay, why would.
- 36:51Speaker 4: You still play a fucking game before?
- 36:52Speaker 1: Why would you still be on the sixty four Now
- 36:55Speaker 1: you're still taking the risk of your game breaking your
- 36:58Speaker 1: game overheating motherfucking cords busting with all the orders of problems,
- 37:04Speaker 1: with the way of.
- 37:05Speaker 2: The old way of doing something, came with an old
- 37:07Speaker 2: way of problems exactly.
- 37:08Speaker 1: I don't got I'm on a whole another level of
- 37:10Speaker 1: life as a human being, not just a lot more
- 37:13Speaker 1: usual of the game. I have a lot more to lose.
- 37:15Speaker 1: I have a lot more knowledge and information. So it
- 37:17Speaker 1: doesn't even make first the first level of this. It
- 37:20Speaker 1: doesn't make sense for me to have people that I'm
- 37:22Speaker 1: associated with walking up and down the street and doing that,
- 37:24Speaker 1: because that's already the low tier of this game that
- 37:27Speaker 1: my mind has already passed. That you got this girl
- 37:30Speaker 1: walking up and down the street for four five hundred
- 37:31Speaker 1: dollars two three thousand dollars, bro, I'm putting this girl
- 37:33Speaker 1: in the air conditioning for twenty or thirty it did.
- 37:36Speaker 1: That was a level that I succeeded. That was a
- 37:38Speaker 1: strip club. Once I succeeded, they ended went to the internet.
- 37:41Speaker 1: Now we're talking the same thing that we're talking about
- 37:43Speaker 1: with the Instagram promotions, and now we're talking about pictures.
- 37:46Speaker 4: There's no physical contact.
- 37:48Speaker 1: So now these these women who are my girlfriends, the
- 37:50Speaker 1: people that I'm associated with now you're putting them in
- 37:53Speaker 1: a position where they keeping all of their dignity, keeping
- 37:56Speaker 1: all of their sanity. They they they leave their house,
- 38:00Speaker 1: they don't have to leave their house. They don't have
- 38:02Speaker 1: to be touched and talk to anybody or deal with anybody,
- 38:05Speaker 1: have no physical and comes with any other man besides
- 38:08Speaker 1: you or who who they personally choose that they want
- 38:10Speaker 1: to be around.
- 38:11Speaker 4: If you really think about it, you saving these people.
- 38:14Speaker 1: You give and it's something that they want to do
- 38:17Speaker 1: because at the end of the day, is I could
- 38:20Speaker 1: make the same money that my body has to physically
- 38:23Speaker 1: move and make actions to make by just taking pictures
- 38:26Speaker 1: and editing it and then posting it.
- 38:29Speaker 4: I've hit the Eureka mark.
- 38:31Speaker 1: I've I've cracked the cold of life.
- 38:35Speaker 3: Yeah, you don't even have to do give a lap
- 38:37Speaker 3: dance anymore.
- 38:38Speaker 1: Exactly why would you want, Like, think about all the
- 38:41Speaker 1: things that the girl had to go to drive to work,
- 38:43Speaker 1: have a gun on her to protect herself, leaving and
- 38:45Speaker 1: going to work, about the drive, locker room drama, care
- 38:48Speaker 1: locker room drama, fighting the club. The managers want this,
- 38:51Speaker 1: they want this potent. All of these are real. Added
- 38:55Speaker 1: this dude's on cod This dude is drunk. This dude
- 38:58Speaker 1: got too aggressive in or did in the back, the
- 39:01Speaker 1: back room or on the stage, and.
- 39:02Speaker 3: When they're standing feet away from a fight, you know.
- 39:04Speaker 4: Yeah, whatever, get hit? What abouttle? It touts you inappropriately?
- 39:08Speaker 1: Now you're putting all of these things up here, and
- 39:11Speaker 1: that's just the strip club.
- 39:12Speaker 4: We ain't talking about being out on the streets.
- 39:14Speaker 3: Now, that's just the club.
- 39:15Speaker 4: That's just the club.
- 39:17Speaker 1: You saying that that makes more sense or it's more
- 39:20Speaker 1: feasible than and then's that's another thing to about, Like
- 39:24Speaker 1: I said, levels, the level of beauty or the level
- 39:27Speaker 1: of women that you are dealing with, or the woman
- 39:29Speaker 1: that beauty that the woman possesses herself, or how much
- 39:32Speaker 1: investment does she put in herself, whether it's financially going
- 39:35Speaker 1: to the gym, dying right, all of those things.
- 39:37Speaker 3: Matter matter because your best bet might be the strip club.
- 39:40Speaker 1: Right, But don't get it twisted. There's a niche for everything.
- 39:43Speaker 1: They got, the women on there making money, ugly women
- 39:45Speaker 1: making money, ages. The Internet has a space and a
- 39:49Speaker 1: place for everybody.
- 39:51Speaker 3: So it's the day shift.
- 39:53Speaker 1: So so my whole, my, my, my whole perspective of
- 39:57Speaker 1: how I felt about it is like, the goal of.
- 39:59Speaker 4: Life is to work smarter and not harder.
- 40:03Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you love being the DJ and and
- 40:06Speaker 1: something that you might still do from time to time
- 40:08Speaker 1: because it's a passion of something that you love in y'all.
- 40:10Speaker 2: Yeah, but it's but like you said, it's smarter, not harder.
- 40:12Speaker 2: That's why I had bought a club. I'm like, man,
- 40:13Speaker 2: why I trying to do good? I bej for two
- 40:15Speaker 2: grand in the night? If I could stay at home
- 40:18Speaker 2: and make that money just from the crib, you know.
- 40:20Speaker 4: Why why be a DJ on the radio station?
- 40:23Speaker 1: It's like, why that be my number one main source
- 40:26Speaker 1: of income when I can go home and set up
- 40:28Speaker 1: my own setup and sell my opinions and my visions
- 40:32Speaker 1: to the entire world and get paid off that well was.
- 40:35Speaker 3: It going to say for you?
- 40:36Speaker 2: Because you know, there's like when you manage girls on
- 40:39Speaker 2: only fans. The benefit of that is you have your
- 40:42Speaker 2: network because you you have a very successful onlyfan. Unfortunately,
- 40:45Speaker 2: I have seen your dick many times on accident, not
- 40:47Speaker 2: on purpose. I never sought it out.
- 40:49Speaker 4: Hey, it's a part of the It's a part of
- 40:50Speaker 4: the game. You know.
- 40:51Speaker 2: On porn Hub, you'll click on something and then there
- 40:54Speaker 2: was one time I'm watching Pornhub and I was.
- 40:56Speaker 4: Like, man, I did my thing.
- 40:59Speaker 3: I was like, there is that?
- 41:02Speaker 4: And I had to google.
- 41:03Speaker 2: I said, Sauce Walker, I just take you like this,
- 41:06Speaker 2: this motherfucker right here Exhibit A.
- 41:08Speaker 1: Because you want to know why. Because I come from
- 41:11Speaker 1: a place where niggas go to jail for doing this. Ship,
- 41:13Speaker 1: I've been doing my whole life, and niggas don't come
- 41:15Speaker 1: home for doing the shit that I've been Ship. I've
- 41:18Speaker 1: grown up around and expanding my hard life and fucking
- 41:21Speaker 1: bitches and taking pictures of my dick and sending it
- 41:25Speaker 1: to hold.
- 41:26Speaker 4: I've been doing that shit for free stock and middle school.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Why the fuck would I be ashamed and fright to
- 41:31Speaker 1: do it on the fucking camera because I care about
- 41:32Speaker 1: what somebody else who gives it. I don't give a
- 41:34Speaker 1: fuck about your opinion. I probably beat you up. You
- 41:36Speaker 1: probably not a gangster. You probably are not a better
- 41:39Speaker 1: pee than me. I don't just regular elite just game.
- 41:43Speaker 1: You have not accomplised. You have not checked the traps
- 41:45Speaker 1: that I've trapped A checked at one time. Bro, You've
- 41:48Speaker 1: never seen nine hundred thousand dollars at one time in
- 41:50Speaker 1: one day and I've done it multiple multiple times. Bro
- 41:52Speaker 1: likes the money that I've made and the things that
- 41:55Speaker 1: I've done in this world and still having my fucking
- 41:58Speaker 1: freedom and my sanity. Nigga, I kissed the ground that
- 42:01Speaker 1: I walk on every day, and I would be a
- 42:02Speaker 1: damn fool to go to jail or it's already everything
- 42:07Speaker 1: that I do with risk doing getting on these motherfucker
- 42:09Speaker 1: platforms and talking about my passes. Why I'm okay to
- 42:11Speaker 1: talk about that because this is my past, because I
- 42:13Speaker 1: have the only fan. You know how many years I
- 42:15Speaker 1: didn't do interviews because I knew how deep out in
- 42:17Speaker 1: the game I was in.
- 42:18Speaker 4: No, you didn't.
- 42:19Speaker 1: You know You've been trying to get me everybody. But
- 42:23Speaker 1: I know what I want to ask me. I know
- 42:24Speaker 1: what you'll want to talk about amongst the beef and
- 42:27Speaker 1: the shit I had going on. Then that's gonna be
- 42:28Speaker 1: the next thing I want to ask about, which I
- 42:29Speaker 1: already know that. So at the end of the day,
- 42:31Speaker 1: I had to make one hundred percent in fact sure
- 42:33Speaker 1: that I'm so far away from my past and that
- 42:35Speaker 1: lifestyle and that I've converted it over to something legal
- 42:38Speaker 1: and legitimate to where I can feel comfortable to speak
- 42:41Speaker 1: on my past and what I did and what I've
- 42:43Speaker 1: been through and what was what's the cost that I
- 42:45Speaker 1: was there because I come out of hole pussing. My
- 42:47Speaker 1: mama was a hole. My mama was the game. My
- 42:49Speaker 1: uncle was p sixteens. You know what I'm saying. I
- 42:53Speaker 1: was born in this shit. My daddy was an athlete.
- 42:55Speaker 1: It wasn't meant for me to be an athlete, but
- 42:57Speaker 1: it was meant for me to be an entertainer.
- 42:58Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 42:59Speaker 1: My daddy was a was a football player in a
- 43:03Speaker 1: wrestling Uh he wrestled, Yeah, my daddy.
- 43:06Speaker 3: Like I'm a diehard wrestling Yeah, me too.
- 43:09Speaker 4: Ye see, my daddy never made it to that.
- 43:12Speaker 3: But still but Texas is India route to say.
- 43:16Speaker 1: That's why you know how they say tim and Peace
- 43:19Speaker 1: himself that the applet on fall too far from the tree.
- 43:21Speaker 4: Like I'm an independent legend. I just have the Internet. Now.
- 43:24Speaker 4: Did you watch the Weapon of.
- 43:25Speaker 2: The movie about the Vaughan Erics, about the family of
- 43:27Speaker 2: the brothers who like are all from They're all from
- 43:28Speaker 2: like Dallas and Houston and they ended up for us
- 43:30Speaker 2: crazy great wrestling movies about Texas.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Yeah, No, I never seen it. But Texas has a
- 43:34Speaker 1: huge independent wrestling scene. This ship out that and my
- 43:37Speaker 1: dad was like dominant in that space. He made it
- 43:40Speaker 1: to the w W from the w w E. But
- 43:42Speaker 1: on it's like a side person like you never was
- 43:44Speaker 1: like he no, that's still, that's still. He never was
- 43:47Speaker 1: no funster. He never was on the video game. He know,
- 43:49Speaker 1: we never was. But you know, I'm saying, you just
- 43:52Speaker 1: got to clear that ship because when you say my
- 43:53Speaker 1: daddy was a wrestling mofuckers automate, think, oh.
- 43:55Speaker 4: This nigga was rich's whole life. How could he come from? No?
- 43:58Speaker 4: There was First of all, First of all, you where
- 44:01Speaker 4: did the money come from?
- 44:01Speaker 1: Honda? I got this trying to cut you off, but look,
- 44:03Speaker 1: you just explain it to these people. Where does the
- 44:05Speaker 1: fucking money come from? When you a wrestler. It comes
- 44:07Speaker 1: from being on motherfucker Walmart with the toys on the
- 44:10Speaker 1: on the stands. It comes from having t shirts, it
- 44:11Speaker 1: comes from being on the video games. It comes to me,
- 44:14Speaker 1: you know, w Wrestle Inia and and all of them,
- 44:17Speaker 1: the chapers, letters and chairs.
- 44:19Speaker 4: My daddy ain't never did none of that.
- 44:20Speaker 1: Ship everybody else on to come up, y'all, never played
- 44:23Speaker 1: my dad in the video game. You never went to
- 44:25Speaker 1: Waldmart seeing my daddy on the shirt. You never and
- 44:28Speaker 1: everybody watching this show, you all have been a wrestling
- 44:30Speaker 1: fan at some point in your life. You never seen
- 44:31Speaker 1: whose house Walker Dady was. My daddy ain't Booker t
- 44:33Speaker 1: It ain't Mark Henry, ain't none of them niggas. My
- 44:35Speaker 1: dad name is Al rays Walker. My daddy really whoop
- 44:38Speaker 1: all of them niggas. But the point that I'm making
- 44:40Speaker 1: is is that my daddy was inspiring wrestler. He was
- 44:45Speaker 1: inspiring businessman, entrepreneur, but he did not make it till
- 44:47Speaker 1: the top because motherfucker's hated on him about his difference
- 44:50Speaker 1: and a lot of people stole my daddy style too.
- 44:52Speaker 1: My daddy had a very unique style, is how he
- 44:55Speaker 1: dressed and how he It's like some like one of
- 44:57Speaker 1: the biggest wrestlers to ever live, like, stole my daddy
- 45:00Speaker 1: complete image. But I'd be wanting him to tell that story,
- 45:02Speaker 1: like I don't because I already going through this shit.
- 45:04Speaker 4: My sevnigges. I think I'm crazy with my daddy.
- 45:06Speaker 1: I really got to prof of that shit, like he
- 45:07Speaker 1: got to put for videos and they was all because
- 45:09Speaker 1: he had his chance, he had the time he was
- 45:11Speaker 1: around that shit. But the point that I'm making is
- 45:13Speaker 1: that like I grew up a special type of way,
- 45:17Speaker 1: so my mind is already throwed out and fucked up.
- 45:20Speaker 1: So it's like I just knew and understand, like, Okay,
- 45:24Speaker 1: if there's the opportunity for me to utilize the Internet,
- 45:28Speaker 1: utilize video, film, photography, pictures, to stop taking the risk
- 45:35Speaker 1: and the chances that I was taking to make money,
- 45:37Speaker 1: the same way how I used it with my rap career,
- 45:40Speaker 1: because I chose to do it the hard route, not
- 45:42Speaker 1: get a record deal, not go through the major labels.
- 45:44Speaker 1: It's the same thing with the game, if you choosing
- 45:47Speaker 1: to not take the sleazy way out that a lot
- 45:49Speaker 1: of six teams do, a lot of players take. That's
- 45:51Speaker 1: why I'm a different level than them, because they have
- 45:53Speaker 1: no fucking integrity.
- 45:55Speaker 4: They would let.
- 45:56Speaker 1: A woman do anything, and they would do fuck with
- 45:58Speaker 1: any type of woman for some bullshit As money. I
- 46:00Speaker 1: don't need a bitch to make no money. I'm the
- 46:01Speaker 1: money a bitch need me. I've never needed a bitch.
- 46:04Speaker 1: I've never lost a woman that I wanted to keep.
- 46:07Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying, I'm the prize, not her.
- 46:09Speaker 1: So at the end of the day, when you have
- 46:11Speaker 1: that that that alpha male mentality, you have a certain
- 46:14Speaker 1: level of principles and certain level of respect factor about yourself.
- 46:17Speaker 1: That what he thinks that it's through disrespectful. He thinks
- 46:21Speaker 1: it's not playing not disrespectful to begin on camera and
- 46:24Speaker 1: fucking bitch on camera when nigga be and fucking holes
- 46:26Speaker 1: and taking pictures with hose and fucking hose your whole life,
- 46:28Speaker 1: it's a it's a regular street nigga. I don't think
- 46:30Speaker 1: it's I can't even say on this microphone the things
- 46:33Speaker 1: that people do in this game that I don't agree
- 46:35Speaker 1: with and that I will never do and I will
- 46:37Speaker 1: never be au and they and they do it front
- 46:40Speaker 1: and center, you know what I'm saying. So with me
- 46:43Speaker 1: understanding that fuck with somebody opinion is how they feel
- 46:47Speaker 1: about getting on the only fans of doing the only fans.
- 46:49Speaker 1: This is the smartest way out. This is the most strategical, smartest,
- 46:54Speaker 1: safest way out. Because you can't say neither per party
- 46:57Speaker 1: doing this, only fans force each other to do it.
- 46:59Speaker 4: We both on camera, fucking yep. You can't say I
- 47:02Speaker 4: forced to do.
- 47:03Speaker 2: And only fans makes you upload all kinds of forms, and.
- 47:06Speaker 1: It's everything in needed necessary to protect your safety and
- 47:09Speaker 1: still make the money. Why the fuck would you not
- 47:12Speaker 1: do that for sure? So therefore, you want this girl
- 47:14Speaker 1: to be trashed. You want this girl to be filtered
- 47:15Speaker 1: and scumming, or if you want her, you want this
- 47:17Speaker 1: guy that only got twenty five hundred dollars or thirty
- 47:19Speaker 1: three hundred, four hundred, two hundred dollars to be having
- 47:22Speaker 1: an intimacy with this girl that you that you be.
- 47:25Speaker 4: You smoke weed with this girl.
- 47:26Speaker 1: You sitting cars and hang around this girl that don't
- 47:28Speaker 1: make if you have the ability to to take this
- 47:32Speaker 1: girl and put on pictures and posters and credit cards
- 47:34Speaker 1: and motherfuckering lighter leash lighters and ship like that and
- 47:37Speaker 1: make quadjupiit the amount of money that she was.
- 47:39Speaker 4: Making doing this other shit.
- 47:41Speaker 1: We're not gonna do it just because of the opinions
- 47:43Speaker 1: of some niggas because you're shiny, see, because of your pride.
- 47:46Speaker 4: Because your pride. No, it'sin't even about pride.
- 47:48Speaker 1: It's about the motherfucker's worried about the opinions of other niggas,
- 47:51Speaker 1: other players. It's like it's like if Steph Curry ketter
- 47:54Speaker 1: about the opinion of everybody else saying that he shot
- 47:56Speaker 1: too many three?
- 47:57Speaker 3: You shoot too many three? How the games beat it? Yeah,
- 48:00Speaker 3: repeat it, repeat the game.
- 48:02Speaker 4: Revent the game.
- 48:03Speaker 1: It's like you mad at James Twyton for the step back,
- 48:04Speaker 1: and they did they changed.
- 48:08Speaker 4: That's that's and that's that's.
- 48:10Speaker 1: That's despicable, that's horrible. Like, that's that's not fair, that's book.
- 48:15Speaker 1: Don't be mad at somebody who has the intelligence and.
- 48:19Speaker 4: To find a loophole.
- 48:21Speaker 3: I read change, didn't read.
- 48:24Speaker 1: Don't be mad at me because you did not read,
- 48:26Speaker 1: You did not study, you did not analyze, You did
- 48:29Speaker 1: not look at all of the motherfucker constentuousies of this
- 48:31Speaker 1: game that we both are playing.
- 48:34Speaker 4: And what are the proceeds? What are the.
- 48:38Speaker 1: Pros and the consequences? What are the cons what are
- 48:40Speaker 1: the pros? You didn't look at that and you didn't
- 48:43Speaker 1: take a deep dive into it because you just was
- 48:45Speaker 1: about making a couple of dollars and being accepted by
- 48:48Speaker 1: some other niggas. I already know I'm greater than these
- 48:50Speaker 1: niggas before even come and get in y'all ship. The
- 48:52Speaker 1: average P, the average P and the every person of
- 48:54Speaker 1: the game want to be a rapper, right, the average P,
- 48:57Speaker 1: the average that the average person is in any form
- 48:59Speaker 1: of the streets want to be a celebrity. The average
- 49:02Speaker 1: d boy want to be a rap, or the average
- 49:04Speaker 1: P want to be a rap. For the average whole
- 49:05Speaker 1: want to be a model. The average like, let's be
- 49:08Speaker 1: fucking real. All these people wish if they was fucking
- 49:11Speaker 1: six six and coun dump and run fast and be
- 49:13Speaker 1: an athlete or a football player or after the musical mind,
- 49:18Speaker 1: the creativity, the willingness that I don't give a fuck
- 49:22Speaker 1: nature to be a YouTube personality, whatever it is. Everybody
- 49:25Speaker 1: wish they had star power. If you did not wish
- 49:28Speaker 1: you had star popper, why the fuck do you like stars?
- 49:30Speaker 4: You? Why do you worship us?
- 49:31Speaker 1: Why do you sit up at twenty four hours a
- 49:33Speaker 1: day while these platforms even exist? You could be motherfucker
- 49:37Speaker 1: learning about science. You could be learning about health. You
- 49:39Speaker 1: could be learning platforms. Yeah, you could learning how guns wear.
- 49:42Speaker 1: You be learning about the financial, financial literacy. It's all
- 49:45Speaker 1: other types of shit that you could be filling your
- 49:47Speaker 1: brain up with. And y'all want to fill your brain
- 49:49Speaker 1: with entertainment because you want to be entertainment. You want
- 49:52Speaker 1: to you want to reflect what you like. You are
- 49:56Speaker 1: what you eat, You are what you wear. You wouldn't
- 49:58Speaker 1: wear a shirt you are. Yeah, you know what I'm saying.
- 50:02Speaker 4: Same shit.
- 50:02Speaker 1: I can't say what you said. You're not gonna wear leticious.
- 50:05Speaker 1: Let's just say this a known evil. You can't even
- 50:07Speaker 1: say that because people what search with serial killers on
- 50:09Speaker 1: it and people accept.
- 50:10Speaker 2: Yeah, people wearing wild Days come on like people wearing
- 50:14Speaker 2: all ship.
- 50:15Speaker 1: All this contradictive. But that's why I don't give a fuck.
- 50:17Speaker 1: That's why I live in my own world, live in
- 50:19Speaker 1: my own reality, in my own video game. I don't
- 50:21Speaker 1: give a fuck nobody thinking about how I do it,
- 50:23Speaker 1: what I do, make more money than me or do
- 50:25Speaker 1: better than me, and what I do. And also I
- 50:27Speaker 1: have the option to be both. Y'a don't even have
- 50:29Speaker 1: the option to be both. You're forced to be a sixteen,
- 50:31Speaker 1: You forced to be a three or four, You forced
- 50:33Speaker 1: to be a travel for I was forced to be
- 50:35Speaker 1: those at a period of time. And I got out
- 50:37Speaker 1: the game the point and I'm still I beat the game,
- 50:39Speaker 1: I'm still using the game. I beat the game and
- 50:41Speaker 1: still playing with it the same way. Burner doing I
- 50:43Speaker 1: just made the game legal and boom, I'm a genius.
- 50:46Speaker 4: Don't be mad at me because you're still a food.
- 50:49Speaker 2: Can you tell me how many projects you have on DSPs?
- 50:54Speaker 1: Do you have myself or like as a tall together
- 50:57Speaker 1: own like if I go to my own.
- 51:00Speaker 3: Yours and then the TSF.
- 51:02Speaker 4: Okay, So my catalog I probably have maybe like.
- 51:08Speaker 1: It's between twenty seven and thirty albums or something like that,
- 51:11Speaker 1: and the ten in the ten year span from the
- 51:14Speaker 1: Sauce Twins to Sauce Walker, I have between twenty seven
- 51:20Speaker 1: thirty albums almost and especially but by the end of
- 51:23Speaker 1: this year is gonna be for sure full thirty. It
- 51:25Speaker 1: might be a full thirty, and I mean it's kind
- 51:26Speaker 1: of I just know for shure it's somewhere. What about
- 51:29Speaker 1: just as as the collective as the label I probably own,
- 51:39Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe uh, maybe one hundred and twenty
- 51:43Speaker 1: one hundred and fifty projects like albums because like all
- 51:46Speaker 1: of my friends, I got fifty artists, fifty artists signed
- 51:50Speaker 1: to my distribution in my record label. Ten of them
- 51:53Speaker 1: are producers and they make beats and stuff and they
- 51:58Speaker 1: still have in the they still have albums as well,
- 52:00Speaker 1: like about this of work as well. And then I
- 52:03Speaker 1: got forty some of our artists. It's a little bit
- 52:06Speaker 1: over for it's a little bit over fifty three, but
- 52:08Speaker 1: ten of producers and the other forty artists are like artists.
- 52:11Speaker 1: And some of the artists that signed to me, people
- 52:12Speaker 1: don't even know that they signed to me, or that
- 52:14Speaker 1: they are autists, or that we have business with each other.
- 52:16Speaker 1: But I still have in on their catalog. So if
- 52:19Speaker 1: you incorporate everybody that's signed to me that have a
- 52:23Speaker 1: fifty fifty split with their catalog on, I probably got
- 52:27Speaker 1: like one hundred and fifty albums.
- 52:29Speaker 4: One hundred and fifty albums.
- 52:30Speaker 1: Would you say that if you look at that by songs,
- 52:32Speaker 1: each album got like fifteen to twenty songs on it,
- 52:35Speaker 1: So I probably own I don't know, two thousand and
- 52:37Speaker 1: three thousand and four thousand songs.
- 52:40Speaker 3: I have a follow up question for that, but I'm
- 52:41Speaker 3: about to piss my pants.
- 52:42Speaker 4: Can we can? I tell you break?
- 52:44Speaker 2: It's break, I'll be back to your catalog.
- 52:47Speaker 4: Yeah, so yeah, the catalog. Shit.
- 52:50Speaker 2: Well, I had a question though about the catalog because
- 52:51Speaker 2: you said you said we got we got the vast number.
- 52:55Speaker 2: Recently you linked up with Empire, and I'm wonder were
- 53:00Speaker 2: in like because obviously when you when you link with
- 53:03Speaker 2: the company like Empire, it's a distribution situation, it's label services,
- 53:07Speaker 2: but it's still being independent. But what was the timing
- 53:10Speaker 2: for you to like make the decision to kind of
- 53:13Speaker 2: link up with a guy like Ghazi and bring what
- 53:15Speaker 2: you got going on in Huson and TSF together, what's
- 53:18Speaker 2: going on in the Bay Area Empire.
- 53:21Speaker 1: It's a fun story because guys have been trying to
- 53:23Speaker 1: sign me since the beginning of my career. It was
- 53:26Speaker 1: just I was doing business with people at the time
- 53:30Speaker 1: who just didn't see fit for us to do business together.
- 53:33Speaker 4: And at the time.
- 53:36Speaker 1: I've always had control over my career, but I was
- 53:38Speaker 1: trying to allow people to have management and have opinions
- 53:42Speaker 1: and things of that like that, and it just it
- 53:45Speaker 1: never worked out for us in the beginning. And when
- 53:48Speaker 1: I finally found distribution, it was before God, I found
- 53:53Speaker 1: a distribution on my own, without guys that having any
- 53:55Speaker 1: or empirement anything doing a part of it. I found
- 53:59Speaker 1: I found distribution in California when I was hanging with
- 54:02Speaker 1: Famous Dicks. I met this guy named Wayne and I
- 54:04Speaker 1: started working with Correct Music vide right, and.
- 54:08Speaker 3: The guys who scraped the internet.
- 54:10Speaker 1: They made me million, They made me a more of
- 54:12Speaker 1: a millionaire. I can't. I can never take that from Create,
- 54:15Speaker 1: like d made me a multia.
- 54:18Speaker 2: I'm saying them, dudes don't have to scrape the internet
- 54:19Speaker 2: for money, like money that's out there that don'tbody.
- 54:22Speaker 4: Know even this.
- 54:23Speaker 1: Yeah, when I first got would Create, just like eight
- 54:27Speaker 1: years ago, and they like, you know, they fell to
- 54:30Speaker 1: my whole catalog and went throughout my YouTube videos and
- 54:34Speaker 1: all them, just the bodies of work that I own
- 54:37Speaker 1: that I allowed them to facilitate, and they came back
- 54:41Speaker 1: with like eighty rax or some shit like that.
- 54:44Speaker 3: You didn't even know what was out there.
- 54:45Speaker 1: For I ain't even know that was out there, and like, yeah,
- 54:47Speaker 1: you know, from what you're looking at right now, you
- 54:49Speaker 1: could be making somewhere between eighty two, one hundred and
- 54:52Speaker 1: ten thousand dollars a month just right now.
- 54:54Speaker 4: And that was like eight years ago. So you know
- 54:57Speaker 4: what I'm saying.
- 54:57Speaker 1: I got would Create, I brought I brought my whole
- 55:00Speaker 1: label over to Create, and I left my catalog there,
- 55:03Speaker 1: like but I still have probably like a sixteen or
- 55:09Speaker 1: thirteen or twelve album catalog. That's not with Create too,
- 55:13Speaker 1: that's with tune Core. That was like from the very
- 55:15Speaker 1: super getting at premature, premature to yourself stuff, you know
- 55:19Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So when I got to Create, I
- 55:21Speaker 1: start making nothing less than five to six figures a
- 55:25Speaker 1: month for the rest of my life. From that point
- 55:27Speaker 1: from seven years ago, wow, every month, every twenty fifty
- 55:31Speaker 1: every month, I've been getting a six figure to seven
- 55:33Speaker 1: I mean a five figure to six figure check and
- 55:36Speaker 1: that could be anywhere from sixty thousand to two hundred thousand.
- 55:40Speaker 4: I've never gotten no more.
- 55:41Speaker 1: Than two hundred thousand so far, Like crazy, My goal
- 55:44Speaker 1: is to get like a quarter million a month. So
- 55:46Speaker 1: every point I'm making them, yeah, independent, it's just off
- 55:49Speaker 1: YouTube videos and songs is on the shit. So like
- 55:53Speaker 1: if someone uses your song on a YouTube vide pay
- 55:55Speaker 1: and to use my name right if you use my
- 55:58Speaker 1: artist's name, if you drop a video right now you
- 56:00Speaker 1: put payso name in it, I'm getting paid off of
- 56:02Speaker 1: it pays.
- 56:03Speaker 4: So getting paid off of it, that's just period.
- 56:05Speaker 1: It's like a it's like a nil deal name likeness
- 56:09Speaker 1: and it's the same ship anything that's associated with my name,
- 56:13Speaker 1: even in YouTube.
- 56:14Speaker 4: Even in the Instagram videos.
- 56:15Speaker 1: Like when I go vi all on Instagram and then
- 56:17Speaker 1: then go over to YouTube, I get paid for it
- 56:21Speaker 1: and create just you know what I'm saying, they open
- 56:24Speaker 1: that door to like just really make me my record
- 56:27Speaker 1: AB with me and my friends an actual company, an
- 56:29Speaker 1: actual business to every single of my friends and associates
- 56:34Speaker 1: and counterparts on my record AB. But I'll get a
- 56:36Speaker 1: check on the twenty fifth every month, Like well, domn
- 56:38Speaker 1: gotta call me or ask me or we don't argue
- 56:40Speaker 1: about like of course, we still got to do business.
- 56:42Speaker 1: And you know what I'm saying, filter shit out of
- 56:45Speaker 1: consolidate shit, make it smaller, or like do audits on
- 56:49Speaker 1: our shop just to make sure everything correct. But like
- 56:52Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, all of my friends, if
- 56:54Speaker 1: you dropping music and you're shooting videos, then you making money.
- 56:56Speaker 1: We all getting checked. You don't have to do a
- 56:58Speaker 1: concert to get paid. You don't don't have to perform
- 57:01Speaker 1: or do a feature or you know what I'm saying,
- 57:03Speaker 1: You don't have to be on these festivals to get paid.
- 57:05Speaker 1: You getting paid ten bands if my eight bands, if
- 57:07Speaker 1: it's my twelve thirteen, fourteen thousand a month. You know
- 57:09Speaker 1: what I'm saying like some of my lowest tier artists
- 57:11Speaker 1: getting six thousand a month.
- 57:12Speaker 4: Crazy, You know what, I'm saying this on some cool.
- 57:14Speaker 3: Shit that's so obviously create was great for you, That
- 57:16Speaker 3: was great.
- 57:17Speaker 1: So when now when you talk about the Empire shit,
- 57:21Speaker 1: it only made sense for me to sign a deal
- 57:24Speaker 1: of any sort with any company. That was only only
- 57:28Speaker 1: if they was going to allow me to not bring
- 57:30Speaker 1: my catalog with.
- 57:31Speaker 2: Me because most companies, so you got a catalog like you,
- 57:34Speaker 2: They're like, yo, we're gonna need to bring that catalog.
- 57:36Speaker 1: Period if you want some millions of dollars from us,
- 57:38Speaker 1: if you want us to do business.
- 57:39Speaker 2: Because if whatever we do together don't work, the catalog
- 57:41Speaker 2: is still going to bringing that bread we're gonna recoup
- 57:43Speaker 2: long term.
- 57:44Speaker 1: Yeah, I wouldn't go in for that because that's not
- 57:46Speaker 1: to me. That's not fair business and music when you.
- 57:49Speaker 3: Probably had nothing to do with what I did back then.
- 57:51Speaker 4: Absolutely, but y'all want to eat and.
- 57:53Speaker 1: I was with you, if I want a motherfucking NCAA
- 57:57Speaker 1: championship with UCLA, they had nothing to do with before
- 57:59Speaker 1: I came to the Raptors. And then if when I
- 58:02Speaker 1: played for the Raptors, I went to the playoffs with them.
- 58:04Speaker 1: This many years, I sold this many jerseys, we won
- 58:06Speaker 1: one championship.
- 58:07Speaker 3: Got you to do I get traded the Blazers.
- 58:08Speaker 4: Has nothing to do with me going to the Blazers.
- 58:10Speaker 1: Brother, y'all shouldn't own what I've done at the Raptors
- 58:13Speaker 1: and what I did that you you u c la
- 58:15Speaker 1: just for me to play for the the what you
- 58:17Speaker 1: said the team you said Blazer Blazers.
- 58:19Speaker 4: Me to play for the Blazers. That don't make sense
- 58:21Speaker 4: done so.
- 58:22Speaker 1: In reality, Empire was the only It was a few
- 58:26Speaker 1: of them that Connor respected it with Empire like guys
- 58:29Speaker 1: that he actually respected my business mind, he respected my
- 58:31Speaker 1: business module and he he he respected the numbers that
- 58:37Speaker 1: I'm able to pull up put up on my own
- 58:40Speaker 1: without a company, without resources, without an engine, without a machine,
- 58:44Speaker 1: without the being serviced correctly, I'm still creating. I'm generating
- 58:51Speaker 1: six figures of income every month with your annually on
- 58:55Speaker 1: my own. So much is annually I'm generating millions of dollars.
- 58:58Speaker 1: I'm annually every toil much, I'm generating millions of dollars
- 59:01Speaker 1: and then not a small one, like a nice amount.
- 59:03Speaker 1: So if I can do that for myself without having
- 59:07Speaker 1: all of these weapons that y'all have at Bay, would
- 59:10Speaker 1: I why would me and you just not to build
- 59:11Speaker 1: a new neighborhood together. Why don't we just build a
- 59:14Speaker 1: new catalog together. Because I'm willing to give you that work.
- 59:16Speaker 1: I'm willing to give you five ten, seven, eight nine albums.
- 59:19Speaker 1: If you willing to pay for these albums and put
- 59:21Speaker 1: me in a position in and give them the label
- 59:23Speaker 1: services and the opportunities that they need to work and
- 59:26Speaker 1: the attention that they needed to thrive, then I can
- 59:29Speaker 1: do the same catalog I've created for myself. I can
- 59:32Speaker 1: create that for you. I'm only I signed to the
- 59:34Speaker 1: Empire a year ago. So I was like, I was
- 59:37Speaker 1: just turning thirty three, you know what I'm saying. I
- 59:39Speaker 1: was thirty two turning thirty three, and now I'm thirty
- 59:41Speaker 1: three turning.
- 59:41Speaker 4: Thirty four right now.
- 59:43Speaker 1: So you know, I'm still at a great position in
- 59:46Speaker 1: my career. I'm in my prime. I'm young, I'm stilling,
- 59:49Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. Some of my best biggest
- 59:50Speaker 1: artists had their biggest hits from Jiji, The Charge, The
- 59:55Speaker 1: dogph Ross, Lwayne, This is this is they golden eras
- 59:59Speaker 1: in their thirties. You know what I'm saying, they the
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: initial stage of the of their careers in their twenties.
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: But most of those guys really career started at late twenties,
- 1:00:08Speaker 1: really thirties to be real. Now we're living in a
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: new generation where it ever starts in their teens in
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: they twenties and shit like that, right, but.
- 1:00:15Speaker 2: Not for sure, not, I just think I just thought
- 1:00:16Speaker 2: it was interesting. So I was like, yo, like, if
- 1:00:18Speaker 2: you're an independent juggernaut, Gouds, he's an independent juggernaut, and
- 1:00:21Speaker 2: I'm a.
- 1:00:22Speaker 4: Small empire kind of like I'm nowhere near with empire.
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: Right, But but TSF is a very small.
- 1:00:27Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm a small indie major.
- 1:00:29Speaker 1: Like well, I got a staff, a back office, I
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: got two commercial places of business, two compounds where my
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: company is ran and facilitated. And you know, guys, it
- 1:00:39Speaker 1: was just the only person who was like, you know what,
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: I see what you got going on.
- 1:00:42Speaker 4: I respect it, and I'm willing to fund it.
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: I'm willing to give you more and more finances, more weapons,
- 1:00:47Speaker 1: and I don't want to own your catalog. If you
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: feel comfortable at one place at a period of time
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: where you're willing for me to give you x y
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: Z man the millions of dollars for your catalog to
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: bring it over here, that we can do that. But
- 1:00:57Speaker 1: I kind of, you know, like really made it clear
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: with him. I just don't want to sell my cattle.
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: I just want to live off of Well, that's something
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: I can go to getting whatever, going to life.
- 1:01:05Speaker 4: I can live out there forever. I think.
- 1:01:07Speaker 2: I tell people, it's like, obviously, depending on what that
- 1:01:10Speaker 2: catalog number is, certain people been getting like twelve x
- 1:01:13Speaker 2: what their catalogs worth. I ain't mad at it if
- 1:01:15Speaker 2: it's like, yo, two hundred million dollars, you know that's crazy.
- 1:01:18Speaker 4: But still like for me.
- 1:01:19Speaker 2: It's like but but like you said, it's like it's
- 1:01:21Speaker 2: like that long money.
- 1:01:22Speaker 4: It's like, we're humans, bro. People go through shit.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: We get in trouble, we go to jail, we wrecked cars,
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: family get sick, family, Mamaee called Mamanee house, auntie, little cousin,
- 1:01:33Speaker 1: just graduated. Business ideas, opportunity, spending, habits, having fun, drugs,
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: just whatever you like to do. Investing all of this
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: shit takes away from finance. It takes away from your
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: liquor cash, It takes away from your capital. Having a
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: catalog that you are in the green and you don't
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: owe anybody recruitment. That's like you own a Chick fil
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: A two three four Chick fil Ais or you own
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: some Walmart. So soon hard dealerships to something after all
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: the bills is paid your And this is the thing
- 1:02:06Speaker 1: with the music shit too. It feels like it's all
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: profit because you Ben did the work. I Ben did
- 1:02:10Speaker 1: the music. I been shot those videos, I been did
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: the mixing, the master I've been released these projects that shit,
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: been paid for it, but I'm still getting paid for
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: it right now.
- 1:02:17Speaker 4: It's like owning the movie company. It's it's a huge difference.
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: Yeah, So I don't have to famous TV show goes
- 1:02:22Speaker 3: into syndication. You're gonna get us.
- 1:02:23Speaker 1: Syndicated your risk forever. Whoever the fuck owns Fresh Prince
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: of Bell Level Martin any of these type of shows
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: will smith. We don't know if they did the correct
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: business where they have a grandfather clause where they still
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: getting paid. But those properties are still making brand new
- 1:02:39Speaker 1: money in twenty twenty three, twenty four, twenty five, the
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: same way it was making the ninety five, if not more.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Because syndication didn't exist, you couldn't have the same property exists.
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: And what you have to realize is that the Hulu
- 1:02:54Speaker 1: is his own universe.
- 1:02:56Speaker 4: Instagram is his own universe.
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: It's people that use tiktoks that don't use instagrams, wother
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: use face the same thing as people that I like
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: Amazon prompt I don't like Hulu. These are all different universes.
- 1:03:05Speaker 1: It's to the Boys, great show, right. I love the Boys,
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: homelanders Homelander. He's crazy and the fast dude. Homelander is
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: a motherfucker.
- 1:03:15Speaker 3: The greatest greatest villain ever. Like, he's up there.
- 1:03:19Speaker 1: I think Omni Man got him, Omni Man from I
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: think Omni Man got him.
- 1:03:24Speaker 4: But I like, I definitely like Homelander.
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: But Prime got the two Villains zone.
- 1:03:27Speaker 4: You ain't lying, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: So you got people who are like I like what
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: I like and I just want to watch this talk
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: about wrestling when w W was WWF.
- 1:03:36Speaker 4: You have people.
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: That exactly exactly. So if you have the blessing type
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: of property that's a streaming property means that it makes
- 1:03:46Speaker 1: an infinite amount of money. You never have to resupply
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: it with water. You have to resupply these water bottles, food.
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: You have to resupply agriculture with a streaming property. Once
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: it's there, it's making the same money as water, food, oil,
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: and gas. But you don't have to rep we don't
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: have to replenish it.
- 1:04:01Speaker 4: It's just there. It's streaming.
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: So if you have something that does well there, you're
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: making money there forever, no matter what you're doing. That's
- 1:04:09Speaker 1: why we're doing this right here, because once you upload
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: it and you put it out there, over there forever forever.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: So when you own your catalog, you own your music,
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: you are in that space. You're in that spectrum of
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: people who live a lifestyle of like a person that's
- 1:04:23Speaker 1: won the lottery or something and you chose to do
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: it cash.
- 1:04:28Speaker 3: Out, but you get that that bread every month.
- 1:04:30Speaker 4: Got a fat ass check.
- 1:04:31Speaker 1: So that means I can never go bro I mean
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: I could whatever amount of money that you get, let's
- 1:04:35Speaker 1: just say you get three hundred thousand dollars a month
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: for the rest of your life, you can spend the
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: entire three hundred thousand dollars down another three that's impt
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: like that doesn't that's crazy, it's crazy, but that's what
- 1:04:47Speaker 1: owning your catalog as an independent artist is like, if
- 1:04:50Speaker 1: you're successful, for sure, you're getting a guaranteed ninety thousande
- 1:04:54Speaker 1: twenty one fifty one forty one hundred and twenty five
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: thousand guaranteed every month. I can flush a hundred TI
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: And this has nothing to do with all the extra
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: money I make. And I'm getting two hundred eighty one
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: ninety But this I had nothing to do when I'm
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: going to get twenty thousand out of here for this song,
- 1:05:08Speaker 1: this show, I'm getting eight thousand for this post. I'm
- 1:05:10Speaker 1: getting ten thousand away these clothes.
- 1:05:12Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:12Speaker 3: No, it's like it's like, at the end of the day,
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: the streaming is one thing, but if you think you're
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: just gonna drop one album, like.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: You got the numbers, so you got the catalog to
- 1:05:22Speaker 2: where it all makes sense.
- 1:05:23Speaker 3: But like you gotta you have.
- 1:05:25Speaker 4: To use the mute compound interest. You have to put
- 1:05:26Speaker 4: the work.
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: Well, you have to, and you have to once you
- 1:05:28Speaker 2: put the work in, you also have to understand you
- 1:05:30Speaker 2: have to use the music as a vehicle for monetization
- 1:05:33Speaker 2: on all of the fronts because you're really selling a brand,
- 1:05:35Speaker 2: You're not selling your music.
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:05:37Speaker 2: Well, it's interesting because I feel like early on you,
- 1:05:43Speaker 2: at least from a fans perspective, I feel like somebody
- 1:05:46Speaker 2: who's not from Texas, someone who wasn't like all the
- 1:05:48Speaker 2: way plugged in with what you were doing. I feel
- 1:05:51Speaker 2: like when you would pop up on my algorithm, it
- 1:05:53Speaker 2: would be usually for negative stuff.
- 1:05:54Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: Yeah, it used to be used to be that would
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: like be my thriving forces controverrass.
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: And it was always controversy.
- 1:06:01Speaker 2: I wasn't an initiating but I was gonna say, do
- 1:06:03Speaker 2: you feel like there was a negative aura when your
- 1:06:08Speaker 2: name would get brought up that you you had to
- 1:06:10Speaker 2: deal with.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: Absolutely without a shot of a doubt. I am the
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: guy that beat the black ball. I'm the black nigga
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: that came out balling.
- 1:06:19Speaker 3: I mean, shit, that's a bar.
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: They threw the black ball at me and I came
- 1:06:23Speaker 1: out blackballing.
- 1:06:24Speaker 3: Would you said, the industry trying to blackball you.
- 1:06:26Speaker 4: Whoever threw the ball it missed?
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: It was an actual thing though, whoever threw the ball
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: and it missed, That's all I'm saying. And but that
- 1:06:33Speaker 1: comes through having catlike legility, matrix like reflexes, and extremuous
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: work at any missive amount of talent and understanding the
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: splematics of what I'm going against, the strategy, the game
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: plan had making the money buying the calls.
- 1:06:50Speaker 4: Like you know what I mean, I understood.
- 1:06:53Speaker 2: I was gonna say, like, I think back to you
- 1:06:56Speaker 2: doing the BT site for two years ago. That's about
- 1:06:59Speaker 2: two years all right.
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: I think so at this point.
- 1:07:01Speaker 2: Yeah, and that was like the first time I was like, oh,
- 1:07:05Speaker 2: ship like coming.
- 1:07:07Speaker 3: The powers that be are finally And the crazy part
- 1:07:12Speaker 3: about it.
- 1:07:12Speaker 4: Was and that was before Empire too.
- 1:07:14Speaker 3: Yes, it was the funny part about that, and not
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: to laugh at anybody situation, but the fact that BT
- 1:07:21Speaker 3: did not come on have the wherewithal to know that
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: they put you on that they knew what they was doing,
- 1:07:26Speaker 3: that they put you on that beat.
- 1:07:27Speaker 4: Nah, hell no, I'm finna clear the era. No, they
- 1:07:30Speaker 4: knew what they was doing.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: When I first got the it was it was it
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: was young Thugs hot listen brother. When I first got
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: the email, they sent us a Biggie Smalls beat. Everybody
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: was supposed to be on a Biggie Smalls beat. But
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: I never confirmed that I was going to do it. Okay,
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, because you know they was
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: they was they was doing right by all. I said
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: like this, I don't know if I can say this point,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: but basically, they they gave blessings to all the artists
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: that was a part of the freestyles, right, and I
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: was like, I was like the last I was the
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: absolute last person that they added on. But they they
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: was really pushing for me to be on there the
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: whole time. But they know how to contact me. So
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: when they finally got into contact with me, they already
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: had a particular blessing that I there couldn't disagree with,
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: and they was like really pressing for me to get
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: on it because they heard the ghetto.
- 1:08:17Speaker 4: Goys for freestyle stuff.
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: I've been doing it, Like, man, this would be a
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: good thing for you to do, and we know you
- 1:08:22Speaker 1: do good on New York Beat. So we got this
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: Biggie Smalls beat, so that we're gonna we give you.
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: I give you a couple days of pressice I think
- 1:08:29Speaker 1: like a week a week ahead of the time they have.
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: I gave the pressures, but they've been trying to contact me.
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: When I sent signed the contract and everything was solidified,
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: and I sent them the contract bait and I'm gonna
- 1:08:39Speaker 1: do it. Next day, they sent the pushing P beat.
- 1:08:42Speaker 3: He was pushing P That's what it was.
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: The next day, Yeah, when I like, we had been
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: talking about this the whole time, and then sent the
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: Biggie beat. And you have to understand this, it's five
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: at this of course, the decapitation, mutilation, decampitation. But they
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: made all thirty of those artists that went freestyle that
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: year get on that one beat just for me.
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: Just to you know what I'm saying.
- 1:09:05Speaker 2: Okay, Okay, Well, I was gonna say, like, uh, you
- 1:09:07Speaker 2: know you you had a very huge feud with those
- 1:09:12Speaker 2: guys for some years now.
- 1:09:14Speaker 4: I don always not bad on none of these guys.
- 1:09:16Speaker 2: I was gonna say, it feels like you're obviously very
- 1:09:19Speaker 2: much I'm too rich, bro.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: You know we kind of discussed earlier. You have a
- 1:09:22Speaker 3: lot to lose and.
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: Disappointment about it.
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: It's just like I made it, bro Like, And at
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: the end of the day, I stood ten tolls on
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: every situation I ever been in. Ain't nobody ever played
- 1:09:30Speaker 1: at me, Ain't nobody ever shot at me, Ain't nobody
- 1:09:32Speaker 1: ever did nothing to me in this music industry that
- 1:09:35Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. The questions my character me
- 1:09:38Speaker 1: ain't nobody. I stood ten tolls. Anytime any rawbread attempts,
- 1:09:42Speaker 1: anything ever of any sort, I come out on top
- 1:09:45Speaker 1: and I don't even have I don't even have them
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: type of situations happened to me. It be about other
- 1:09:48Speaker 1: people I'm around. The point blame, period, is that I
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: stood behind my legacy. I stood behind my respect. I
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: stood behind my work at it and everything that I
- 1:09:59Speaker 1: achieved than obtaining this game.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: I did everything I could, blood sweating tis to keep that.
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: So when it comes to the end result fact that
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: like where we are now, it's a thing of people
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: just under in respect the fact of what I've been
- 1:10:15Speaker 1: able to accomplish the way I did it. They know
- 1:10:18Speaker 1: I took the long while. They know I didn't take
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: no short cause they know.
- 1:10:20Speaker 3: People were taking credit for shit that you did, words that.
- 1:10:23Speaker 1: You come on. They know people stole my style, they
- 1:10:25Speaker 1: know people stole my image. I used to fight and
- 1:10:28Speaker 1: argue over that shit, but it's like now it's to
- 1:10:30Speaker 1: the point where I've done enough accomplishments. My accomplishments are different.
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: My accomplished is are not these platinum pleques on the wild.
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: My accomplishments are not the awards and shit like that
- 1:10:40Speaker 1: are being on the choice that people like you know
- 1:10:43Speaker 1: use on the stats margin to compare the two. My
- 1:10:46Speaker 1: my status is being a multi mean and independent owning state,
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: owning my catalog, on having fifteen all this, I mean
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: fifty all the time of my shit, fifteen quarter million
- 1:10:56Speaker 1: dollar calls and up, the accumulating the biggest level features
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: that the rap industry has, the artist accumulating the biggest
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: co signs that the rap game have, the artist independently
- 1:11:08Speaker 1: being on major platforms, major major features, as myself is
- 1:11:13Speaker 1: like the BT Awards, the No Jump whatever, just whatever
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: I do, just in like the biggest period. You know
- 1:11:19Speaker 1: what I'm saying, the Billboard Awards, all the shit that
- 1:11:21Speaker 1: I've done in life doing this independently, you know what
- 1:11:24Speaker 1: I'm saying. Accumulating over a billion streams is a multitude independently.
- 1:11:28Speaker 4: It's crazy people respect me for that, you know what
- 1:11:30Speaker 4: I'm saying and being.
- 1:11:32Speaker 1: Then you gotta think how many rappers they came out
- 1:11:35Speaker 1: in twenty and fourteen, twenty and thirteen that if they
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: call and they got platinum records, if they called you
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: right now ask for an interview, you wouldn't.
- 1:11:43Speaker 4: Be interested in doing it. Depends on who it is.
- 1:11:45Speaker 1: But yeah, maybe right, but I'm saying I love that
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: era of music. But right, but you're right. I mean, look,
- 1:11:51Speaker 1: if if the longevity, if the click value is not there,
- 1:11:54Speaker 1: you're just doing it for a nostalgic just for the
- 1:11:57Speaker 1: nostalgia the section. I appreciated you a period of time
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: as artists, and I want to be on my shoulder
- 1:12:02Speaker 1: to to to dissect your brain, to ask you some
- 1:12:05Speaker 1: questions that I personally want to know that I feel
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: that if youwers want to know. But as far as
- 1:12:09Speaker 1: my minium algorithm and engagement to your views, you're gonna
- 1:12:14Speaker 1: pick artists who it makes sense, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: And a lot of artists because some of them it
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: was because of their music, but a lot of them
- 1:12:22Speaker 1: is because they may pour business business decisions early on
- 1:12:26Speaker 1: in their career. They're not able to make a second breath,
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: like they say in sports, I got my second breath.
- 1:12:32Speaker 2: I mean, you know the one guy I always think
- 1:12:34Speaker 2: about it, I was like rich Homi Kwan. He got
- 1:12:35Speaker 2: in that fucked up record deal. He couldn't drop music
- 1:12:38Speaker 2: for all those years, and then it was like by
- 1:12:39Speaker 2: the you know, he was one of the ones, you
- 1:12:41Speaker 2: know what I'm saying, but the artists so a lot
- 1:12:44Speaker 2: of your beat, Like I wonder like you kind of
- 1:12:48Speaker 2: seeing what someone like Thug is going through because you
- 1:12:51Speaker 2: guys had a very serious slime.
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Even though I don't fuck with slime and I don't
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: fuck with the mentality of slim shit, but free young Thug.
- 1:12:59Speaker 4: I don't even want to say I don't like slim.
- 1:13:01Speaker 4: I'm splack.
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: I don't like the mentality of and behavior of back
- 1:13:04Speaker 1: doing your friends, back doing your potner, because that's really
- 1:13:07Speaker 1: what slim means, the slimy behavior slam somebody out, that's
- 1:13:11Speaker 1: just the fuck out of bullshit.
- 1:13:13Speaker 4: Like we we real niggas, we were men, and us
- 1:13:16Speaker 4: as leaders, we play a.
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Duty and a responsibility as influencers to what the people
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: that look up to us think it's cool and think
- 1:13:29Speaker 1: it's respectable or think it's honorable in the in whatever
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: society that you want to look at it, whether it's
- 1:13:35Speaker 1: just normal human beings of men, or whether it's the streets,
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: whether it's the hood, whatever, I don't fuck with the
- 1:13:40Speaker 1: slim ship and look and just so happens, Young Thud
- 1:13:44Speaker 1: got slimmed out by some of his own friends in.
- 1:13:46Speaker 4: The courtroom crazy because artists own.
- 1:13:50Speaker 1: Artists, people that you change their lives, people that you
- 1:13:52Speaker 1: you you you made money for them and their families,
- 1:13:55Speaker 1: and they don't have the dignity and the integrity to
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: stand in the courtroom and and stay solid on whatever
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: y'all caught. Codes and mores is for all of y'all's freedom,
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: and if all I have to lose your freedom together
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: to keep that, you know what I'm saying at Bay
- 1:14:11Speaker 1: and then come out and do it again like baby
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: somebody and his friends or whoever. And that's that's what comes.
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: That's what comes with that lifestyle. That's what comes with
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: the choices that we make. That's what comes with the
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: brotherhood and the solitude.
- 1:14:22Speaker 4: Of any uh.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: I don't even know what you call it, but a
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: league of men. It doesn't matter if you're the alpha
- 1:14:32Speaker 1: five brotherhoods, a brotherhood, a coalition, a business. We have rules,
- 1:14:38Speaker 1: we have we have a belief system, you know what
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: I mean. So to me, I feel like the slime mentality.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: It's basically just boils down to me over everybody. You
- 1:14:47Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, I'll do whatever, I'll do anything,
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: backstabbing and within my power to make sure that I
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: come out on top of whoever I think is weak
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: of honorable. And I think some of the most week
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: as people are the people that pray on the week
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: and that's what that's what the slanneship really mean. But
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: just as a as a person and as all that,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: like why man now life, Like none of these rappers
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: ever did nothing to me. I never gonna allow nobody
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: to do nothing to me. I move or something type
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: of way.
- 1:15:15Speaker 3: You don't see anybody incarcerated.
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: And at the end of the day, what I'm saying
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: so sad.
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: It's sad to see like damn everybody. You know what
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: I'm saying.
- 1:15:21Speaker 2: It's like the most famous ones, the one who ain't
- 1:15:25Speaker 2: who ain't saying ship.
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: You know, and you know what I'm saying.
- 1:15:28Speaker 1: It's about structuring order amongst the brotherhood that you have.
- 1:15:33Speaker 1: If y'all don't, if you don't have discipline, order amongst
- 1:15:36Speaker 1: your brotherhood, and everybody just we all getting money or
- 1:15:40Speaker 1: we all we all rying for each other, but.
- 1:15:42Speaker 4: You gotta.
- 1:15:45Speaker 1: Well, when she gets real, Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
- 1:15:47Speaker 1: And that's the thing about it. She always get real,
- 1:15:50Speaker 1: even when it's going well always you always have signs.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: They don't they don't lead with an iron fist correcting
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: these signs. Y'all not fighting each other, y'all not addressing
- 1:16:00Speaker 1: issues when something got stolen and y'all not addressing it.
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: Rumors that you heard, we heard you said this and
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: this and that.
- 1:16:06Speaker 1: So now we're fin to hold a meeting and everybody, Finn,
- 1:16:08Speaker 1: come circle up, and we're fin the whole court for
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: what we heard you did was wrong when you put
- 1:16:11Speaker 1: a little talking to this girl or whatever. And then
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: if whatever we feel this is wrong, it's gonna be
- 1:16:16Speaker 1: a disciplined action behind that.
- 1:16:17Speaker 4: As brothers.
- 1:16:18Speaker 1: We're not gonna hurt you like you're not finna take
- 1:16:21Speaker 1: your life, but none of that. But it's gonna be
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: some disciplined action amongst us as men. Just like with
- 1:16:25Speaker 1: a job, you get, you get fired, you get viol
- 1:16:27Speaker 1: you get a violation, you get administrative leave, you get
- 1:16:31Speaker 1: a dock on your pay. It's a penalty for fucking up.
- 1:16:35Speaker 1: So it's the same thing amongst us as men and
- 1:16:38Speaker 1: the League of Gentlemen. Thereir penalties for sucking up. And
- 1:16:40Speaker 1: if you don't execute and stand on all those principles
- 1:16:45Speaker 1: when things get real and they get shaky, and you're
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: gonna have a bunch of people with shaky legs on
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: you that's gonna turn on you no matter how many
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: times you feed their child. I mean, how many times
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: you gave their mama cars in medicine, gave them a career,
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: gave them a career. And that's that's fucking disgusting, just
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: being honest. If because how they say no man owes
- 1:17:03Speaker 1: another man anything initially, and that also plays for the
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: man who's who is the leader in that circle, young thug,
- 1:17:09Speaker 1: then owe them people nothing. I don't owe you a
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: rap career. I don't owe you a song. I don't
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: owe you a feature. I don't owe you jurry money
- 1:17:16Speaker 1: called free clodes from a lot of people that want
- 1:17:17Speaker 1: to They want to give me this stuff. They don't
- 1:17:19Speaker 1: want to give it to you. They want to give
- 1:17:21Speaker 1: this stuff to me for what I'm doing, how hard
- 1:17:23Speaker 1: I'm working. I'm choosing to share this with you. I'm
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: choosing to give it to you because I genuinely fuck
- 1:17:28Speaker 1: with you. I like you, I want you around me. Then,
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: when it comes to whatever goes on as far as
- 1:17:32Speaker 1: protecting each other, protecting each other lives, that's what comes
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: to being a soldier in the warrior, That's what comes
- 1:17:38Speaker 1: to being a human. If any sort of success, you
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: got to get security.
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: You have to protect yourself.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: You have to think of enemies people who want to
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: That's animal nature and a jungle.
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: People hunt each other.
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: Animals hunt each other to be the most dominant dominant
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: animal in the safari. So that should not be a
- 1:17:59Speaker 1: castigu to see or a point or reason for a
- 1:18:02Speaker 1: person and feel like, well, I'm gonna.
- 1:18:03Speaker 4: Switch on you when it gets real or we get.
- 1:18:06Speaker 1: In trouble, because I felt like I was doing this
- 1:18:08Speaker 1: and this and that for you in the streets were
- 1:18:10Speaker 1: all doing We all taking sacrifices and chances for each other.
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: All are taking chances for each other.
- 1:18:15Speaker 2: And it's and at the end of the day, with
- 1:18:16Speaker 2: that situation, obviously a big music in the price you know,
- 1:18:19Speaker 2: it's like huge, Yes, it's like what I made.
- 1:18:20Speaker 4: Everybody a millionaire music.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: Everybody has a huge deal fu having the catalog and
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: doing what they did it. They did it that way. See,
- 1:18:28Speaker 1: this is one thing about me. I'm a realist. I
- 1:18:29Speaker 1: never hate. I'm not no hater, bro, I'm real like
- 1:18:32Speaker 1: I'm I'm me, I'm gonna be a god rich superstar,
- 1:18:35Speaker 1: and as long as I'm on this earth, I'm gonna
- 1:18:37Speaker 1: be Himan. Even after my life, I'm gonna be him.
- 1:18:39Speaker 1: And I don't planning on going nowhere, no time soon.
- 1:18:41Speaker 1: So I'm very happy with where I'm at. But at
- 1:18:46Speaker 1: the end of the day, people always comparing contrast what
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: I do or what other people do that either stole
- 1:18:53Speaker 1: me a stall my style or like, you know what
- 1:18:55Speaker 1: I'm saying, fun of me. All people that I get
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: into it with and they success, and my sister what
- 1:18:59Speaker 1: they crew and they and guess what we all meanings.
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: We all medicines and says, and we all have been
- 1:19:04Speaker 1: through things where we're getting in trouble. We gotta go
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: through shit. But my people, we solid you know what
- 1:19:09Speaker 1: I'm saying. We love each other a different type of love.
- 1:19:11Speaker 1: It's not just for the cameras. It's not for the
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: famous not to be saying words that we are we
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: are we are we are Splash, we are Sauces, we
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: are Slam. Now, this ship really means something to us
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: and our heart and our soul. To be able to
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: be a representation of this, to to have this on
- 1:19:28Speaker 1: your skin, to be of this cloth, like there's something
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: that it's a different honor and a different code in
- 1:19:33Speaker 1: the streets that if you really are that, you would
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: never want to tournish that, no matter what the other
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: person done. You would never want to tornish your name
- 1:19:40Speaker 1: and your legacy. You would never want to put smut
- 1:19:43Speaker 1: on your name. You want to be an honorable man
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: and this shit forever bro so for people to be
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: with and to risk that and the relationship with with
- 1:19:51Speaker 1: somebody like young thug who changed all that life, I
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: feel empathy for him, you know what I'm saying regardss
- 1:19:56Speaker 1: of whatever I had personally with him as a man.
- 1:20:00Speaker 1: I don't wish jail on my worst enemy, you know
- 1:20:02Speaker 1: what I'm saying, somebody who's my superdue worst enemy, Like
- 1:20:05Speaker 1: he's never been my worst enemy.
- 1:20:06Speaker 4: That's on raph.
- 1:20:07Speaker 1: I never did an enemy, you know what I'm saying, physically,
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: somebody who's my worst enemy or real life. I wish
- 1:20:12Speaker 1: for you not to be on earth. I don't wish
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: for you to be in jail, right, you know what
- 1:20:15Speaker 1: I'm saying.
- 1:20:16Speaker 2: So that's fair talk to me about Well, First of all,
- 1:20:20Speaker 2: I just want to give you props because your la
- 1:20:22Speaker 2: Leakers freestyle thank You was h incredible and it was
- 1:20:29Speaker 2: just filled with so much game. You packed so much
- 1:20:33Speaker 2: punch into that dog. That shit was crazy. I feel
- 1:20:38Speaker 2: like recently, finally, because like you said, you were dropping
- 1:20:41Speaker 2: those freestyles, I kind of caught the attention to B
- 1:20:43Speaker 2: T and shit. But I feel like over the last
- 1:20:46Speaker 2: like twenty four months or so, people have finally started
- 1:20:49Speaker 2: to give your flowers and respect in terms of like
- 1:20:51Speaker 2: your talent as a real top tier MC. Obviously you
- 1:20:54Speaker 2: torn on the road with Griselda and Conway and those
- 1:20:57Speaker 2: guys those I mean that Dan, just Damne. Your shit
- 1:21:00Speaker 2: is fucking crazy. Do you feel like finally you're starting
- 1:21:07Speaker 2: to get your flowers when it comes to just the
- 1:21:09Speaker 2: tear of mcu are because you obviously care a lot
- 1:21:13Speaker 2: about the craft of rapping, not just what it.
- 1:21:16Speaker 4: Can bring you.
- 1:21:18Speaker 1: Again, I hate to keep regurd just hating and saying
- 1:21:21Speaker 1: the same shit like I'm just cut from a different cloth,
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: Like I'm a nineties baby. I was born nineteen ninety,
- 1:21:28Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying. June nineteen ninety, you know
- 1:21:29Speaker 1: what I'm saying. So I grew up in an era,
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: a tender era of hip hop where has style and
- 1:21:36Speaker 1: flavor and individuality, and you know what I'm saying, more
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: simple styles of music, but there were still captivating to
- 1:21:46Speaker 1: the ear, to the audience. Starts to emerge, but lyricism
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: is still important. Yes, lyricism is still still dominant my
- 1:21:54Speaker 1: entire time of falling in love with hip hop and
- 1:21:57Speaker 1: the way hip hop was given to me, even though
- 1:21:59Speaker 1: I was giving hip hop through DJ Screw and slow
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: the music and ship like that, which again is I
- 1:22:05Speaker 1: don't want to say it's not punchlines driven, because it is.
- 1:22:07Speaker 1: It's a huge amount of punch lines in our free
- 1:22:09Speaker 1: style rap culture. But it's that's It's just not the
- 1:22:12Speaker 1: main point. It's not the I feel like kind of
- 1:22:16Speaker 1: like the real.
- 1:22:16Speaker 3: Like if you're digging into out like it was really bun.
- 1:22:19Speaker 1: Big Yeah, like bun Bee Chamellionaireire know what I'm saying,
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: uh Ki Ki has some punchlines to poll while two
- 1:22:27Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, comeaning up punchlineord.
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: But again, like I said.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: In the Houston music lineage, like even within the Screw culture,
- 1:22:38Speaker 1: it's like different breakords and different tiers of how we
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: segregate them.
- 1:22:42Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying, how we look at them,
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: you know what I'm saying.
- 1:22:44Speaker 1: So where you to be honest, when you hear a
- 1:22:47Speaker 1: huge amount of the lyrical structure and the lyrical capability
- 1:22:52Speaker 1: that comes from tastes, It's in the pain music, you
- 1:22:55Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, From the likes of the Zeros,
- 1:22:57Speaker 1: the Jade Doll, bun Bees, guard Face, pim SPM, like
- 1:23:04Speaker 1: you know what I mean. Like that, that's another huge
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: part of Houston culture. And like I'm like the I'm
- 1:23:12Speaker 1: like the Prodigy and the the mutant baby of all
- 1:23:16Speaker 1: of that shit. Like I'm the best version of everything
- 1:23:20Speaker 1: Houston was good at.
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: I'm the best version of it.
- 1:23:23Speaker 1: I'm my best lyricist without a question, and like the
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: world been through that.
- 1:23:28Speaker 4: But it was a combination.
- 1:23:30Speaker 1: Of me overcoming the black ball and then also me
- 1:23:34Speaker 1: being arrogant.
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: You know, I was young. I was arrogant a lot
- 1:23:38Speaker 4: of shit.
- 1:23:38Speaker 1: I didn't want to do it, Like I was still
- 1:23:40Speaker 1: in the streets a lot, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:23:42Speaker 1: So a lot of publications I didn't want to come
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: do with the interviews or I didn't want to do
- 1:23:47Speaker 1: the free I said there earlier.
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: A lot of shit. Sometimes I feel like I might
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: talk too much.
- 1:23:51Speaker 1: I didn't want to, you know what I'm saying, Younger,
- 1:23:53Speaker 1: I ain't want to do some of the publications that
- 1:23:56Speaker 1: I could have done the freestyles though I've been one
- 1:23:59Speaker 1: through do a lot of the freestyles that I do now,
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: but I just didn't have the same resources and that
- 1:24:04Speaker 1: come that came over time, but people giving me my
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: respect from getting it through other ways.
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: So that's why I agree with you with a met percent.
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: Like the reachs that.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: I have now with the higher platforms, it's not no.
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: It's no platform in the world who not only doesn't
- 1:24:18Speaker 1: know me but doesn't want to work with me now,
- 1:24:21Speaker 1: and I have to.
- 1:24:22Speaker 4: Go along route around viral and working hard to do that.
- 1:24:26Speaker 1: But from a lyrical standpoint, like just be just me
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: being honest with myself and the fans like just no
- 1:24:32Speaker 1: Bush And you can go through my discography and see
- 1:24:35Speaker 1: this shit. You can go through my my Sorry for
- 1:24:37Speaker 1: the Sauce mixtapes that I was did. Sorry for the
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: Sauce one, two, and three. I think I think I
- 1:24:41Speaker 1: think I did three of them. It's time to do
- 1:24:43Speaker 1: four now, so you have there. I'm one of the
- 1:24:46Speaker 1: best rappers to ever come ever Pier.
- 1:24:48Speaker 2: There was like whispers, I feel like, because you know,
- 1:24:50Speaker 2: I'm pretty tight with a lot of the Griselda guys.
- 1:24:53Speaker 2: Was there ever like a discussion of you doing an
- 1:24:56Speaker 2: album with Griselda?
- 1:24:58Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:24:58Speaker 1: Really was a few albums with Moselda, like and we
- 1:25:01Speaker 1: still work together to this day.
- 1:25:03Speaker 3: Because you on all Darringer beats for an album.
- 1:25:06Speaker 4: No, I have, No, that's my album I have. You
- 1:25:09Speaker 4: know that's coming out this year. That's happening. That's happened.
- 1:25:13Speaker 4: That's happening.
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: And I thought you saying like you're just blacking out
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: on all every song, every song, and then it's all
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: crazy about it is the album. It is two years old,
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: like I did the album two years two years ago.
- 1:25:23Speaker 4: This shop is supposed to been come out, and just going.
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: Through all the process to release it because it's a sample,
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: it's a sample.
- 1:25:29Speaker 4: Yeah, but that's so crazy. I been did that ship.
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying, Like, even when that album dropping,
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: everybody going crazy of it, like it's still not gonna
- 1:25:37Speaker 1: even reflect the lyrical capability that I have still, but
- 1:25:41Speaker 1: it's great album and it's gonna do great. But I'm
- 1:25:44Speaker 1: I just get better every day and I've been this
- 1:25:47Speaker 1: good too, Like I've been rapping like ghetto gospel and
- 1:25:50Speaker 1: punchlines like this. I'm a batter rapper, like I come
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: from that. I come from batter rapping and freestyling, and
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: like I stopped. I recorded my first song in the
- 1:25:59Speaker 1: student Yeah, when I was six years old, nineteen ninety six.
- 1:26:02Speaker 1: That's the first time I stood in the studio and
- 1:26:04Speaker 1: in front of what like is with a headphone and
- 1:26:06Speaker 1: a real booth, like I'm a feno.
- 1:26:08Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: So crazy because that freestyle you dropped, I just was like, Yo,
- 1:26:11Speaker 2: so many people are finding out about Sauce for the
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: first time off this freestyle. I love it though, And
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: it's so crazy because you get like, there's a few
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: freestyles that have come out of the last like four
- 1:26:20Speaker 2: or five years that I felt like, like, Yo, if
- 1:26:24Speaker 2: you just listen to that freestyle, you could really kind
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: of like applicate somebody of your bars, to your life,
- 1:26:30Speaker 2: to your person, man.
- 1:26:31Speaker 4: And that's the type of rapper that I am. Like
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: other type of artists.
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: You could close your eyes and listen to my lyrics
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: and you could see every single thing that I'm saying,
- 1:26:40Speaker 1: like the most vivid narrarator to a book to a novel, Like,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: that's just the type of artist that I am, even
- 1:26:47Speaker 1: in my fun music and my grip music and like
- 1:26:49Speaker 1: the exciting shit. And that's I think that's been also
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: one of the like the determining factors that people necessary
- 1:26:55Speaker 1: they respected me as a lyricist as well as that
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: I'm so versatile.
- 1:27:00Speaker 4: So versatile, you can do anything, do anything.
- 1:27:02Speaker 1: I do rep any style, any be any language, any BPM,
- 1:27:07Speaker 1: Like it is nothing that I cannot do on the
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: court as far as being an artist singing rap hormonized,
- 1:27:13Speaker 1: It's nothing that.
- 1:27:13Speaker 4: I can't do well, you know what I'm saying. So
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: it's like.
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: That's another thing that kind of take away from people
- 1:27:20Speaker 1: just straight looking at me as a lyricist, because it's
- 1:27:23Speaker 1: something you might you might catch the singing saucewalker on
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: accident first. You might catch the dripping and the pippin
- 1:27:28Speaker 1: saucewalker first. You might catch the street gang banging saucewalker first,
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, the slide music then, or
- 1:27:34Speaker 1: you might catch the financial literacy and the mental wealth
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: and wellness and ghetto gospel. Like it's so many different
- 1:27:42Speaker 1: right angles that I mastered.
- 1:27:45Speaker 2: Can you break down something you said in your freestyle
- 1:27:47Speaker 2: that I've been seeing a lot of people talk about
- 1:27:49Speaker 2: recently is how business lines of credit work. We're talking
- 1:27:53Speaker 2: about you said, financial literacy. Give me the game on
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: if you have an LLC, if you haven't corporation, how
- 1:28:02Speaker 2: can you leverage a business line of credit?
- 1:28:06Speaker 3: And what is that and how.
- 1:28:08Speaker 2: Have you been able to kind of because I've seen
- 1:28:10Speaker 2: a lot of people talking about that.
- 1:28:11Speaker 4: It's like something that they're doing, like.
- 1:28:13Speaker 3: Well, because it's not yours, because you say and you say.
- 1:28:16Speaker 1: Use their money absolutely absolutely, And to be honest, I
- 1:28:19Speaker 1: hated OPM an first.
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: Other people's money.
- 1:28:21Speaker 2: That's what they call it, right, And I feel like
- 1:28:22Speaker 2: sometimes you get brainwashed it like now you do it yourself,
- 1:28:25Speaker 2: David Ramsey, shit.
- 1:28:26Speaker 1: Right like that you just so like I said, it's
- 1:28:30Speaker 1: a divine battle. It's like good versus evils. Do it
- 1:28:33Speaker 1: by yourself, be independent on everything. And then it's also
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: uh not not to say that if you can't beat them,
- 1:28:42Speaker 1: join them, but that everybody needs somebody. All the greatest
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: companies in the world are not raned by a single person,
- 1:28:49Speaker 1: that ran by a great team. Correct teamwork makes the
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: dream work.
- 1:28:56Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:28:57Speaker 1: So it's like, even though it's like a car, bro
- 1:29:00Speaker 1: a car ain't nothing but a bunch of tools and
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: pieces of metal and fluid until a human being gets
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: in that motherfucking operator. That's why they're trying to change
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: it to autonomous vehicles that drive themselves. And even with that,
- 1:29:14Speaker 1: without the car being connected to the grid and the
- 1:29:17Speaker 1: internet and GPS and all of those service that costs,
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: they're not gonna move itself.
- 1:29:21Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. It's the team.
- 1:29:23Speaker 1: And guess with all of them components and the human
- 1:29:26Speaker 1: and the car, it's like you could take one component
- 1:29:28Speaker 1: out and it don't work. You take the wheel off,
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: now all of that shit that we were just talking about,
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: it don't work. Still off a fucking wheel a tire.
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: So what I'm saying, so when I look at business
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: from that aspect, it's like, Okay, damn yeah, it's great
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: to be an owner and to be a self sufficient
- 1:29:44Speaker 1: business or you know what I'm saying, soul proprietor owner
- 1:29:48Speaker 1: or you know what I'm saying, business person, that's great,
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: but you gotta have a team. You gotta let other
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: people make money, you gotta let other people eat, you
- 1:29:54Speaker 1: gotta do business with other people to expand. So now
- 1:29:58Speaker 1: where you said from the business a business a line
- 1:30:01Speaker 1: of credit. I didn't agree with that at first because
- 1:30:04Speaker 1: it's like, so, what is that essentially a taking a loan.
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: You're taking a loan out as you're taking the loan
- 1:30:10Speaker 1: from your entity, calibrated to how much money that you're
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: accumulating as a business.
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: Right, that's what they.
- 1:30:17Speaker 3: Because every business has credit, just like every human has credit.
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: Right, So we're going off of the trust of how
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: much money are you accumulating annually, which is that's a year,
- 1:30:26Speaker 1: how much you're accumulating monthly, and then they give you
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: a baseline of credit to okay, if your company is evaluated,
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: it is so much and you when we look through
- 1:30:37Speaker 1: your bank's sales, this is all the different transactions that
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: you have to show us xyz amount of money. So
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: therefore we feel that at the leverage of your business though,
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: because you're putting this at the leverage of the credit
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: of your business, right, so that we will give you
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: fifty thousand dollars, we'll give you twenty thousand dollars, and
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: then over a period amount of time at a probate rate,
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: you're supposed to pay that fifty thousand dollars back. And
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: when you pay that fifty thousand dollars back, they're going
- 1:31:02Speaker 1: to give you an even bigger line of credit. So
- 1:31:05Speaker 1: usually for most people, most people that have the common
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: sense to go do this type of stuff, they already
- 1:31:11Speaker 1: have already made five figures. Already, they already making twenty
- 1:31:14Speaker 1: thirty fifty thousand dollars in some way, type or form.
- 1:31:16Speaker 1: So now you show that in business that you can
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: be a fucking barber and show that shit.
- 1:31:19Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying. You can be a barber and.
- 1:31:21Speaker 2: You're gonna use that barbiera like buy the barbershop or
- 1:31:24Speaker 2: that whatever. It's the same thing with the he lock.
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: If you have a home right you can pull out
- 1:31:28Speaker 2: your bread. Let's say you want to go flip a property, y'all,
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna pull out some bread from my house, pull
- 1:31:32Speaker 2: out the pay it.
- 1:31:34Speaker 1: Back it back, and then boom, Now own two properties
- 1:31:36Speaker 1: or I sold a property, my house is paid for
- 1:31:39Speaker 1: an app.
- 1:31:40Speaker 3: And I made eighty thousand off the profit of the
- 1:31:42Speaker 3: other one.
- 1:31:42Speaker 1: Exactly, it's the same. It's the same difference with business.
- 1:31:45Speaker 1: And the thing about like you said, music is twelve x.
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: Regular business is ten X. Digital abausicy digital business is
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: twenty five X. So like if you're on the website
- 1:31:54Speaker 1: or something that's five and an app that's twenty, you
- 1:31:57Speaker 1: sell that to.
- 1:31:58Speaker 3: Oh no, the app money is crazy twenty five.
- 1:32:00Speaker 4: If you can hear twenty five, it's twenty five ks.
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: If you said that's a Hinge fund investment fund, that's
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: twenty fives.
- 1:32:06Speaker 3: Are you fucking with crypto?
- 1:32:08Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: I had a bunch of money crypto, but I don't
- 1:32:09Speaker 1: like it though. But I made money on XRP on
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: some rap shit promo. I was on Ripple too, Ripple,
- 1:32:14Speaker 1: That's why I made my money from Ripple.
- 1:32:15Speaker 4: I had, I had a guy.
- 1:32:16Speaker 3: It was like in twenty seventeen, twenty eighteen, twenty.
- 1:32:18Speaker 4: Seventeen, twenty seven. I bought a Maybag off of that ship.
- 1:32:20Speaker 3: Twenty seventeen, I had a guy. It spiked in December.
- 1:32:24Speaker 1: Listen, I got in I had. I got in when
- 1:32:27Speaker 1: it was like thirty cent.
- 1:32:28Speaker 2: He got into crypto. He bought WILLI D's cord and
- 1:32:30Speaker 2: lost his ass shot to the getto.
- 1:32:31Speaker 4: I didn't see see. I got blessed. I didn't have
- 1:32:33Speaker 4: to buy my coin.
- 1:32:34Speaker 3: But you were early I was there too.
- 1:32:36Speaker 4: Yeah, I didn't have to buy my coin.
- 1:32:37Speaker 1: That's how I got my may back of twenty seventeen,
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: twenty sixteen, whenever there was twenty eventeen. I had a
- 1:32:42Speaker 1: guy x RP mayback right. I did a commercial about
- 1:32:46Speaker 1: it and everything. I had a guy like you're saying,
- 1:32:49Speaker 1: a rap hustle, shit, leverage in the rap hustle.
- 1:32:50Speaker 3: Wow, someone someone hits you to plug the XRP ship boom.
- 1:32:54Speaker 4: He had.
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: He had a telegram class called Winter's Cloud. Oh shit, yeah,
- 1:33:00Speaker 1: and he had like I think it was like I
- 1:33:02Speaker 1: don't know when he met me. I think he had
- 1:33:05Speaker 1: like eighty students or something, eighty students paying like five
- 1:33:09Speaker 1: hundred dollars a month or some shit. Eighty students planing.
- 1:33:11Speaker 1: He was making some cool little money yeah. Then and
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: then he also was he was like a shark on
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: the crypto shit, and he was like doing real good
- 1:33:20Speaker 1: in crypto. He had like a lot of money in crypto,
- 1:33:22Speaker 1: but he only wanted to pay me at crypto and
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: I hated that shit. So I did the first commercial
- 1:33:27Speaker 1: with him in crypto. I started up through cryptocount. We
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: did forty thousand dollars for the commercial. The big old
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: commercial for on talked about the crypto put out money
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: on the internet and said about all this stuff if
- 1:33:37Speaker 1: y'all can get on crypto XR people, but.
- 1:33:40Speaker 4: Follow his class, his classes. We taught me how to
- 1:33:42Speaker 4: do it.
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: His class went from like he was theret a one
- 1:33:45Speaker 1: hundred hundred students first commercial got him to like one
- 1:33:47Speaker 1: hundred and fifty almost two hundred students, which return of
- 1:33:51Speaker 1: investment a good all while.
- 1:33:53Speaker 4: So then he wanted to do it monthly.
- 1:33:56Speaker 1: So I'm like, bro, we're doing this shit monthly, Like
- 1:33:58Speaker 1: I'm not with the crypto shit.
- 1:34:00Speaker 4: You gotta pay me cash.
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: Like I need cash, bro, Like I want money, So like,
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: all right, fuck it, bro, I'm gonna get We're gonna
- 1:34:05Speaker 1: do seven months, forty thousand a month for one commercial
- 1:34:08Speaker 1: a month. So we did half of the year seven months,
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: and then it went good. We end up doing the
- 1:34:12Speaker 1: full year. So I made four hundred some thousand off
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: of doing the commercials with him, right, but the first
- 1:34:19Speaker 1: forty thousand.
- 1:34:20Speaker 4: Then he gave me cripto, so I p right.
- 1:34:22Speaker 1: That was when they were for four hundred, because listen,
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: it was thirty cents.
- 1:34:26Speaker 4: It was like up to like three bucks. I got
- 1:34:28Speaker 4: I pulled out of a dollar.
- 1:34:30Speaker 3: Oh but still I went.
- 1:34:31Speaker 1: Crazy though, I went crazy, and then like I then
- 1:34:33Speaker 1: like we did some some weird like we did some
- 1:34:35Speaker 1: songs with him, like he wanted to dude, like you know,
- 1:34:37Speaker 1: we were hustling. But he's a good guy. I love
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: gotta love him to it's a good friend of mine,
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: good friend of mine. But we like made him an
- 1:34:44Speaker 1: x RP song and shit like that. So I gave
- 1:34:47Speaker 1: like some crypto to my partners, and he gave me
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: more crypto. He was like, yeah, we just start like
- 1:34:51Speaker 1: spreading the sh around. But I pulled out when it
- 1:34:54Speaker 1: was a dollar.
- 1:34:55Speaker 3: I mean, you made money because it because it's spiked.
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: And I turned forty thousand, and then you know how
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: that shit go be going down up, So basically it
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: went down to like thirty two, right twenty something, and
- 1:35:06Speaker 1: then all of a sudden they just went.
- 1:35:08Speaker 3: That ship's crazy.
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: I went looking at the ship because you know how
- 1:35:11Speaker 1: that shit goes. I got hooked up in one phone
- 1:35:14Speaker 1: I only got I got the pass word and the
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: coin base app on one phone I ould have then
- 1:35:20Speaker 1: that lost the phone got to find Yeah.
- 1:35:22Speaker 2: I had a friend of mine, bro who lost his
- 1:35:25Speaker 2: he had everything on a hard ledger. He had about
- 1:35:29Speaker 2: thirty or forty grand on there and lost it.
- 1:35:32Speaker 4: I got I gotta lucky, bro.
- 1:35:34Speaker 2: They say there's like million, hundreds of millions of dollars
- 1:35:37Speaker 2: of lost bitcoin for sure, floating.
- 1:35:39Speaker 1: Into almost lost my phone hundred thousand. I just got
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: lucky that I found the call my manager. I found
- 1:35:44Speaker 1: the phone at my manager the house one day. Connected
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: that one phone. Yes, connected to that one phone, bro.
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: I found the phone. The screen was broke, fixing the
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: phone the morning. But it was cool, though it was, it.
- 1:35:53Speaker 4: Was some cool.
- 1:35:54Speaker 2: I got to ask you, man, you know, I know
- 1:35:56Speaker 2: you had a relationship with Dolph resting piece to Doph.
- 1:35:58Speaker 1: Uh.
- 1:35:59Speaker 3: Yeah, you've been in like you were.
- 1:36:01Speaker 2: In La you had that situation where it was around
- 1:36:04Speaker 2: the time you recorded your freestyle the Guy, the Guy.
- 1:36:06Speaker 2: Obviously there was a famous video of the blood on
- 1:36:09Speaker 2: your shoes and all that shit. How when you see
- 1:36:13Speaker 2: like you've been in those types of situations where you
- 1:36:17Speaker 2: could have lost your life, you see friends who you're
- 1:36:20Speaker 2: close with throughout the music industry losing your life. I'm
- 1:36:22Speaker 2: sure people who we don't even know that are your
- 1:36:24Speaker 2: friends from your hometown that have lost their life. How
- 1:36:27Speaker 2: does that affect your mental because you're someone who's like
- 1:36:31Speaker 2: out the fuck side, you know what I'm saying, very
- 1:36:35Speaker 2: very accessible.
- 1:36:36Speaker 4: You're a man of the people. But when you lose a.
- 1:36:40Speaker 2: Guy like Dolf or you see what happens to Nipsey,
- 1:36:43Speaker 2: you know these people who lost their life in their hometown,
- 1:36:45Speaker 2: you know, does it make you second guess your approach
- 1:36:51Speaker 2: to how you go outside, like moving around a certain way?
- 1:36:55Speaker 4: I mean for.
- 1:36:56Speaker 1: Number one, again, like everybody hometown in the city and
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: state is different, you know what I mean.
- 1:37:01Speaker 4: But at the same time, how can I say this.
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: I'm a person that believes in every ten years, you
- 1:37:11Speaker 1: have to make an example for people to understand the
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: respect that you.
- 1:37:18Speaker 4: Demand as a human being.
- 1:37:20Speaker 1: And I'm a person that I'm always gonna make sure
- 1:37:23Speaker 1: that those examples have been made to gain my respect
- 1:37:29Speaker 1: as a as a as a person. And I've done
- 1:37:31Speaker 1: that way before this rap shit Like I grew up
- 1:37:36Speaker 1: in gang wars, violence fights, going to jail, going to penitentiary,
- 1:37:43Speaker 1: you know what I'm saying, fighting with shanks, And you
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: know what I'm saying, a fucking fan putting a fan
- 1:37:51Speaker 1: motor in.
- 1:37:52Speaker 4: A sock and using it like a numbruck. You know
- 1:37:55Speaker 4: what I'm saying.
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: You get hit one time, yo, eye socker down there
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: breaking come out like.
- 1:38:00Speaker 4: You know what I'm saying.
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: I've seen a different type of darkness, like regarded to
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: all the OUI and the q shit and bubbos in
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: my head like I'm a crack baby, Like I come
- 1:38:08Speaker 1: from a different type of savagery. So my comfort, my comfort,
- 1:38:15Speaker 1: and my peace is in the midst any abits of savagery.
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: That's that's who feel the most comfortable around me. That's
- 1:38:27Speaker 1: who I feel most comfortable around because we want them
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: the same. And a lion knows a lion, a gorilla
- 1:38:34Speaker 1: knows a gorilla, a bear knows a bear, you know
- 1:38:37Speaker 1: what I mean.
- 1:38:38Speaker 2: But it feels like sometimes it's the goat or the
- 1:38:41Speaker 2: fucking calf that comes out of nowhere.
- 1:38:43Speaker 4: No, that's that's where.
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: That's where again where I say, it's examples that got
- 1:38:48Speaker 1: to be made, and there's good examples and bad examples.
- 1:38:51Speaker 4: They got to be made.
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: And we have to understand that nobody's bigger than the
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: next person, you know what I'm saying. So just when
- 1:38:58Speaker 1: you're a superstar and you somebody who's known in the
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: position of power, you gotta give back as well. You
- 1:39:03Speaker 1: have to give back charity, you gotta give back money,
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: you gotta give back opportunities. You got to give bad clothes, food,
- 1:39:08Speaker 1: the things that are nothing to you, or the things
- 1:39:11Speaker 1: that you have an overabundance of, you have to give
- 1:39:13Speaker 1: those things back. But just like you have to give
- 1:39:15Speaker 1: that back, it's certain ass whoopings that you gotta give
- 1:39:18Speaker 1: back as well. And a child without a ass whooping,
- 1:39:22Speaker 1: or they don't know that you are a person that
- 1:39:24Speaker 1: likes to kick ass, then they're gonna be rebellion to
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: you and they're gonna do things to you that's insubordinate
- 1:39:30Speaker 1: or this cause chaos because you don't apply order. I'm
- 1:39:35Speaker 1: a person that I'm very very stern on applying order
- 1:39:39Speaker 1: in my hometown, in somebody else town wherever I'm at.
- 1:39:43Speaker 1: And that's why I'm people people who don't or people
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: like when they say that shit about checking in, Like
- 1:39:49Speaker 1: if you don't a person that don't check in or
- 1:39:52Speaker 1: that don't fuck with gangsters and people, that's a person
- 1:39:55Speaker 1: that's like minding you. When you go to the city
- 1:39:57Speaker 1: state you not like that you're not or you coming
- 1:40:00Speaker 1: or you're coming to this place with all of your
- 1:40:04Speaker 1: resources and in lines of defense with you to basically
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: try to it's not even the user word in truth.
- 1:40:13Speaker 1: You want to visit this person land to do what
- 1:40:15Speaker 1: you want to do in their land, but you can't
- 1:40:16Speaker 1: be thinking that you're going to do this permanently and
- 1:40:18Speaker 1: stay here without having some type of a mishap of confusion.
- 1:40:22Speaker 1: And I'm a person that grew up in so much confusion,
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: so much controversy, so much violence, that I just know
- 1:40:29Speaker 1: how to weather then deal with it so well, because
- 1:40:32Speaker 1: that's what my whole like, like my whole entire childhood,
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: Like like you google this shit, like look me up.
- 1:40:38Speaker 1: There's not nothing like my life, not a secret ex
- 1:40:40Speaker 1: around Houston like Texas, like us. My entire life has
- 1:40:44Speaker 1: been so riding around violence, and that's rather subsiding violence,
- 1:40:50Speaker 1: engaging in violence, or you know, having the mental capacity
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: and respect to talk and a situation that's very very
- 1:41:01Speaker 1: dangerous where we all could lose our lives right now,
- 1:41:04Speaker 1: but I understand how to make conversation and wags of
- 1:41:09Speaker 1: war to what we both can leave and go home
- 1:41:13Speaker 1: and see our families and gain the level of respective
- 1:41:15Speaker 1: understanding for whatever the problem was and get to a
- 1:41:19Speaker 1: resolution to their problem in the midst of water. And
- 1:41:23Speaker 1: a lot of artists, a lot of people shy a
- 1:41:26Speaker 1: right away from that. They don't want to deal with
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: their hands on they that hear about it, or they
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: know it's a problem, and they allow a problem to grow.
- 1:41:33Speaker 1: I don't allow problems to grow. Problems have to be
- 1:41:37Speaker 1: put your hand on the problem.
- 1:41:39Speaker 4: Right.
- 1:41:39Speaker 1: If it's an ant bed, you have to get that
- 1:41:41Speaker 1: ant bed out of your grass, or you need to
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: build an.
- 1:41:44Speaker 4: Ecosystem where you and ants can live together in peace
- 1:41:47Speaker 4: and harmony.
- 1:41:50Speaker 2: It is interesting because, as you know, everyone's moving to
- 1:41:53Speaker 2: Texas right now.
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: Yeah, so you got all of it.
- 1:41:55Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean it's I love it. It's crazy.
- 1:41:57Speaker 2: Whether it's Dallas or Houston, it feels like or Austin,
- 1:42:00Speaker 2: Austin's lit.
- 1:42:02Speaker 4: Yeah, I love you. I love that everybody's coming to Texas.
- 1:42:04Speaker 2: I like it's people don't want to pay taxes, man,
- 1:42:07Speaker 2: and they want to.
- 1:42:08Speaker 1: I don't know why people think you come in here,
- 1:42:09Speaker 1: you're not gonna pay taxes, Like we have taxes.
- 1:42:11Speaker 3: Don't got property taxes. Yeah, you ain't got state tax.
- 1:42:15Speaker 4: No, we don't have a state tax.
- 1:42:17Speaker 3: State tax.
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: Thirty if you make some money to be in the
- 1:42:20Speaker 4: state of California.
- 1:42:21Speaker 2: Yes, so add that with your federal tax, you're giving
- 1:42:23Speaker 2: up half your money.
- 1:42:25Speaker 4: Oh yeah, no, that's ridiculous.
- 1:42:26Speaker 1: You know we don't have that's what well, I never
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: thought about that. But when you talk about like property tax, and.
- 1:42:30Speaker 3: That's why Elon's over there making tessels out there.
- 1:42:32Speaker 1: Now, yeah, all of Yeah, we got testlatle buildings everywhere,
- 1:42:35Speaker 1: like huge ass tessela facilities everywhere all over the state
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: of Texas for sure, Amazon.
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: And all them this shit, Yo, I love it. Though
- 1:42:42Speaker 4: it's more money.
- 1:42:43Speaker 1: It's like, like I said, our economy raises, ecosystem raises,
- 1:42:47Speaker 1: do everything raises when everybody from around the world comes
- 1:42:51Speaker 1: and see how amazing of a place that Texas is
- 1:42:54Speaker 1: and the opportunities that we could create and share together.
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: But it's up to the people that's from Texas to
- 1:42:59Speaker 1: to take a leading force in the leading hand and
- 1:43:01Speaker 1: what's going on in the evolution of our state.
- 1:43:05Speaker 3: How you feeling about the Rockets, Man, great young team.
- 1:43:07Speaker 4: I think we got a.
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: Great I think the Texas period we've got great teams
- 1:43:11Speaker 1: like the Houston Texans.
- 1:43:13Speaker 4: We got a great team. C J.
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: Stroud, Uh they just signed, just got step fun Diz.
- 1:43:18Speaker 1: We got a great sports team, you know what I'm saying.
- 1:43:20Speaker 1: We got some good coaching.
- 1:43:21Speaker 4: Now. I think the Houston Rockets a great team.
- 1:43:25Speaker 1: Books uh Green Van Fleet saying sant Goon is a beast.
- 1:43:31Speaker 4: He's my favorite one of all of them.
- 1:43:33Speaker 1: The Sam the Center excuse me, Turkish motherfuckers.
- 1:43:38Speaker 4: All right, that's that's our droger, that's our joker.
- 1:43:41Speaker 1: Like I got you one of them Europeans, he's gonna
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: be that boy. We got some good Dirk the Winskey
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: down that we're cool. I like him being there. And
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: then the Dallas Mavericks was just in the.
- 1:43:51Speaker 3: Championship and the Rangers just want to.
- 1:43:54Speaker 1: And the Rangers just won the world title right after
- 1:43:56Speaker 1: the Houston Houston that shows won too. So like all
- 1:43:59Speaker 1: of those spaces, Texas is doing great. That's why I
- 1:44:02Speaker 1: be so passionate about the music part.
- 1:44:06Speaker 4: We talked about.
- 1:44:06Speaker 3: Man, I think I think right now Texas in good hands.
- 1:44:09Speaker 1: No, we're doing great right now, but it's still more
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: work than needs to be done.
- 1:44:12Speaker 4: But right now we're doing great.
- 1:44:14Speaker 1: Right now, I'm on the fans ass like right now
- 1:44:16Speaker 1: the artist is doing whatever they supposed to be doing
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: right now, my vendetta or my beefer who people who
- 1:44:21Speaker 1: I feel need to be corrected is the is. The
- 1:44:23Speaker 1: is the consumers, the fans, and the party promoters, y'all.
- 1:44:26Speaker 1: The are you party promoters? Are you of club owners
- 1:44:32Speaker 1: and store vendors and event planners and all that shit?
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: And and the fans of people that's from the community,
- 1:44:40Speaker 1: the regular people love the artists that's from And this
- 1:44:43Speaker 1: is not a problem that I really did with like
- 1:44:44Speaker 1: that because I'm I'm I'm.
- 1:44:45Speaker 4: Really him, But.
- 1:44:48Speaker 1: Just as a universal growth of my state and my city,
- 1:44:52Speaker 1: it's still greater opportunities that I miss out on as well,
- 1:44:55Speaker 1: because it's not enough. See, the hater wants to be
- 1:44:58Speaker 1: the owner nigga, that's the big popping stuff.
- 1:45:00Speaker 4: No nigga, Well, who is Michael Jordan?
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: If he don't got nobody else in the NBA to
- 1:45:05Speaker 1: play against, Sure, he's just another tall nigga that runs
- 1:45:07Speaker 1: fast and jump high. If you don't have competitive nature
- 1:45:10Speaker 1: around you to where the world wants to see what's
- 1:45:13Speaker 1: going on in your backyard, then it means nothing. So
- 1:45:17Speaker 1: even though I'm saucewalking, I'm great making the status she's
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: making him saying she's great. Uh uh, Travis Scott is
- 1:45:24Speaker 1: Travis Scott, He's great. We all of these great superstar
- 1:45:28Speaker 1: missive stars of cultural cultural pieces on different levels. But
- 1:45:32Speaker 1: we still need all of the the Jermans and the
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: ot B's and the Maxo Crans and all these other people.
- 1:45:39Speaker 1: We need the big EXA plugs, D bat D baby
- 1:45:42Speaker 1: Payso we need more and more and more and more
- 1:45:44Speaker 1: of that. Because I don't I may not be able
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: to knock down the door that you can't knock down.
- 1:45:48Speaker 1: I think I might not be the person that brings
- 1:45:50Speaker 1: Nake to the city but you pout to do. I
- 1:45:52Speaker 1: might not be the person that could bring fucking Universal
- 1:45:56Speaker 1: Studios or whatever this company was to the hit.
- 1:46:00Speaker 3: I think I think, you know, also like bringing it
- 1:46:03Speaker 3: like like you said, you you you have that compound
- 1:46:07Speaker 3: space that you could bring people to do.
- 1:46:09Speaker 4: That show it's happening. Everybody ain't got the money to
- 1:46:12Speaker 4: do that show.
- 1:46:12Speaker 3: What I'm talking about the artists that were you know,
- 1:46:13Speaker 3: obviously there's artistic.
- 1:46:15Speaker 1: Stead this ship called money, bro, Like, come on, bro,
- 1:46:18Speaker 1: when you got people, you got to think everybody's trying
- 1:46:20Speaker 1: to keep up with the Joneses. They're not getting that
- 1:46:21Speaker 1: fat ass chack every money they living off of. I
- 1:46:23Speaker 1: got paid one million dollars one time. I got paid
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: two million dollars one time, and I got to stretch
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: out this two million dollars until I go on to
- 1:46:30Speaker 1: and get paid. Hey man, people, I feel like Posts.
- 1:46:32Speaker 1: It's different post moone has the power. No, yeah, those guys,
- 1:46:36Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying. But come on, Post moved to Utah.
- 1:46:39Speaker 1: I don't even want to be intensive. They don't want
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: to be intentions to deal with the politics, right, they
- 1:46:44Speaker 1: don't want to deal with that. That's why Person Night
- 1:46:46Speaker 1: Sauce Walker is so important. Because I got the millions,
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: I got the power, I got the fame, I got
- 1:46:52Speaker 1: the start them. I got all this ship to leave
- 1:46:54Speaker 1: Texas and the win and never look back and get
- 1:46:56Speaker 1: bigger and bigger. But I stayed right, and I continue
- 1:46:59Speaker 1: to fight and stay and make Texas greater, and I
- 1:47:02Speaker 1: continue to be relevant. I stay rich, I stay bottling
- 1:47:04Speaker 1: what new cyber truck out, we bound tyber truck road
- 1:47:07Speaker 1: ortchu we bound roads, ruts, change costs.
- 1:47:09Speaker 4: House or whatever.
- 1:47:10Speaker 1: I keep my my I keep my stats up to
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: the point to where every person that from Houston or
- 1:47:18Speaker 1: front side of Texas has the same things to be
- 1:47:21Speaker 1: proud of and be happy or that they have that
- 1:47:23Speaker 1: other people from these other cities and states have. And
- 1:47:25Speaker 1: then I make these other starts acknowledge it and love
- 1:47:27Speaker 1: it and respect that when they come to my city
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: the same way I do to them, and they just
- 1:47:32Speaker 1: needs to be appreciating more all around the city.
- 1:47:34Speaker 4: And You're right, these artistics is making money.
- 1:47:37Speaker 1: Need to do things to invest into the city and
- 1:47:39Speaker 1: the culture like I'm doing, Like having real estate. If
