- 0:09Speaker 1: Well, when you hear this theme, it normally means sling
- 0:11Speaker 1: TV Sunday. But we're going to a whole week, a
- 0:14Speaker 1: whole week leading up to the Big Game. Here on
- 0:16Speaker 1: one leg Up, Alex One leg Up on the Big
- 0:18Speaker 1: Game feature. And I guess because I'm not sure. I'm
- 0:24Speaker 1: really not sure if the Seattle Seahawks had a whole
- 0:28Speaker 1: send off, but I know Mike Vrabel and the Patriots
- 0:31Speaker 1: had a whole send off. And before we get there,
- 0:42Speaker 1: by the way, that whole theme has been insane the
- 0:44Speaker 1: last couple of weeks, the Warriors theme in the New
- 0:47Speaker 1: England locker room. And look to start of the week,
- 0:51Speaker 1: I will say this, We've got two New York alums
- 0:56Speaker 1: in the Super Bowl, a couple of them, I guess.
- 0:58Speaker 1: But Darnold leading the Seahawks into battle against the Patriots,
- 1:03Speaker 1: and then of course Tommy DeVito, who had a messy
- 1:07Speaker 1: split with the Giants, no fault of his own, but
- 1:10Speaker 1: then he went up to win New England and joined
- 1:12Speaker 1: that team led by Vrabel and Drake May and he
- 1:15Speaker 1: might get himself a ring beyond the AFC Championship. But
- 1:19Speaker 1: you know what's kind of interesting to me. You're on
- 1:21Speaker 1: the one leg up network to start the week. It's
- 1:23Speaker 1: not the Taylor Travis wedding that we're gonna be talking
- 1:27Speaker 1: about this week, because thank god, we have to deal
- 1:29Speaker 1: with that. The Chiefs aren't in it. Travis and Taylor
- 1:32Speaker 1: will have their day, but we owned idiotic media questions
- 1:35Speaker 1: like we've had in the years past. Instead, folks, we've
- 1:39Speaker 1: got a deal with an earthquake to start Super Bowl
- 1:42Speaker 1: Week in San Francisco. Ryan Pagana, you're shaking your head.
- 1:45Speaker 1: I mean, what is this nineteen eighty nine all over
- 1:49Speaker 1: again when the Giants and Athletics were interrupted in the
- 1:52Speaker 1: World Series because that massive earthquake.
- 1:54Speaker 2: It's solely.
- 2:02Speaker 1: We're not headed for that on game day, are we.
- 2:04Speaker 3: I mean it did take them about a week to
- 2:07Speaker 3: resume play after that, for what that's worth, and what.
- 2:10Speaker 1: Is there's a small one. Four point two is a
- 2:11Speaker 1: pretty big one I compared to others, So that that's
- 2:14Speaker 1: a bit of a shake to start the week in
- 2:16Speaker 1: Santa Clara.
- 2:18Speaker 3: Now just insane. There just a couple of weeks after
- 2:21Speaker 3: another similar San Francisco Santa Clara related quake, albeit in Seattle,
- 2:27Speaker 3: what people like myself refer to as the She'd quake
- 2:32Speaker 3: for Shid Shaheed's opening kickoff return touchdown in the divisional
- 2:36Speaker 3: round that actually registered on seismographs in Seattle.
- 2:41Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 2:41Speaker 3: I mean, we don't really talk about that divisional round
- 2:43Speaker 3: game as a Niners fan.
- 2:45Speaker 1: But and they're gonna be in your home ballpark. Does
- 2:49Speaker 1: that fume you up? To get them to the Bowl
- 2:51Speaker 1: next year? To see your opponent, your rival in your
- 2:54Speaker 1: own stau on foot Bowl Sunday's gotta make it feel
- 2:57Speaker 1: a little twisted there, a little shaken up.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Yeah, But I feel like it's more motivation, if anything,
- 3:03Speaker 3: to get that electric substation away from the Niners practice field.
- 3:07Speaker 3: I mean, I don't know if those theories are true
- 3:11Speaker 3: when it comes to the amount of devastating injuries that
- 3:14Speaker 3: the Niners have been dealing with over the past five
- 3:16Speaker 3: or six years and the correlation that it has with
- 3:20Speaker 3: the electric substation located right next to it. I think
- 3:23Speaker 3: it is pretty damning though that GM John Lynch came
- 3:26Speaker 3: out after the season Alex to say, you know, we're
- 3:29Speaker 3: gonna look into that.
- 3:31Speaker 1: Absolutely, because look, I don't think the substations for the
- 3:34Speaker 1: reason for kills tearing it is acl but that was
- 3:38Speaker 1: kind of weird too, And that was a big part
- 3:40Speaker 1: of why they lost. I think as he went.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Down, No, for sure. I mean that coincidence just can't
- 3:45Speaker 3: be ignored, regardless of whether it's real or not. And
- 3:49Speaker 3: especially with Fred Warner having a season ending injury, and
- 3:52Speaker 3: with Nick Bosa having a season ending injury, two of
- 3:55Speaker 3: your best defenders going down pretty early in the season,
- 3:58Speaker 3: long before the playoffs at that.
- 4:00Speaker 1: And by the way, it's so interesting all this is colliding.
- 4:02Speaker 1: On Friday, you got the start of the Winter Olympics
- 4:04Speaker 1: in Milan. I saw Bruce Beck make a video heading
- 4:06Speaker 1: out there hurriedly.
- 4:08Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I saw the same thing from thirty Rocks
- 4:10Speaker 3: starting out there and then ending in Milan.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And so you have that, you have Savannah Guthrie who's
- 4:14Speaker 1: supposed to be out there but with her mom situation.
- 4:18Speaker 1: It's horrible. What a wild way to start the week. Honestly, no,
- 4:22Speaker 1: just insane. And I pray for the Guthrie fail. Of course,
- 4:26Speaker 1: what they're going through, I can't even imagine. It doesn't
- 4:29Speaker 1: it's going on over there. It doesn't look good. But
- 4:31Speaker 1: on the sports side of things, we've got a lot
- 4:33Speaker 1: coming up. Look, I'm excited for the next few months
- 4:36Speaker 1: because you've got the super Bowl coming up next week,
- 4:39Speaker 1: You've got the World Baseball Classic, You've got Opening Day
- 4:42Speaker 1: March madness. I think we're all gonna be over stimulated
- 4:45Speaker 1: the next few months. Can we just say that?
- 4:47Speaker 3: No, I think that's a pretty safe assumption to make.
- 4:50Speaker 3: I would say, especially if another Metga injured in the
- 4:52Speaker 3: World Baseball Classic, then that, although would probably be too
- 4:56Speaker 3: much over stimulation.
- 4:57Speaker 1: You see Soto's playing, by the way.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Wrap him in bubble for the love of all.
- 5:01Speaker 3: That is holy, for Puerto Rico, right for I believe
- 5:06Speaker 3: Puerto Rico or the d R.
- 5:07Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, yeah, no, So he'll be playing, And I'm like,
- 5:10Speaker 1: are we sure about this, folks, But we'll have to see. Uh,
- 5:13Speaker 1: it's gonna be a crazy few months. Stay with us
- 5:16Speaker 1: over Stimulation Central here, and of course Winter Olympics. Me
- 5:19Speaker 1: and Lil will talk about it along with you. Hockey.
- 5:22Speaker 1: I always love Winter Hockey, Olympics. Hockey.
- 5:24Speaker 3: Can I just throw out a name real quick, one
- 5:27Speaker 3: leg up on overstimulation and we just make that a theme.
- 5:30Speaker 1: It's start all right on Monday. We have all this
- 5:32Speaker 1: news talk about on a Monday, whether it was the
- 5:35Speaker 1: freezing cold dess I covered on the news feature or
- 5:38Speaker 1: the fact that I had a big weekend of Pinstripe
- 5:40Speaker 1: Pride with a bunch of former Yankees. My god, we're
- 5:44Speaker 1: already off to a flying starking, just a wild, wild,
- 5:47Speaker 1: wild start. But no Olympic Hockey's fun. I don't know.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Do they count up boards still or do they now
- 5:52Speaker 1: do the backward down you know, clock down you know.
- 5:56Speaker 2: Well for Olympic hockey.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Yeah, because they used to go from zero to twenty
- 5:59Speaker 1: every period.
- 6:00Speaker 2: Yeah, you know, that's a very good question.
- 6:02Speaker 3: I don't exactly know how they're gonna do that this year,
- 6:04Speaker 3: especially with the NHL haven't and you know it's.
- 6:06Speaker 1: Gonna make diffic Ken the Albert will be there, of course.
- 6:09Speaker 1: So I've reached out to the NBC to see we
- 6:11Speaker 1: get some talent from over there to talk and we'll
- 6:14Speaker 1: see if we get a yes or yes or so.
- 6:17Speaker 1: And of course we both support the Clark Gillies Foundation.
- 6:19Speaker 1: The other night on Saturday Night, Clark meant a lot
- 6:23Speaker 1: to my classmates, my dad, myself. I mean, my dad
- 6:28Speaker 1: held Clark in a high reverence and I felt like
- 6:31Speaker 1: I was rating that. When I talked to the Clark
- 6:33Speaker 1: Gillies Foundation just to see them at the Ubs Arena
- 6:36Speaker 1: on Saturday night was fun. And then I saw Shapeer goal,
- 6:39Speaker 1: like I've never seen that Shavor goal before, so well,
- 6:42Speaker 1: there's the first time for everything, let's just say that,
- 6:44Speaker 1: and especially after getting the goal too nights before in MSG. Well,
- 6:50Speaker 1: so they sweep the Rangers and now they have a
- 6:52Speaker 1: whole big thing where the premier New York team, only
- 6:54Speaker 1: to lose to Nashville that night. I don't know. They
- 6:57Speaker 1: lose those kind of frustrating games, don't they know.
- 7:00Speaker 3: It's definitely a loss that takes you back to the
- 7:04Speaker 3: post or I shouldn't say post Lou era, but more
- 7:08Speaker 3: so the end of that Lou Lamarrello era on Long
- 7:12Speaker 3: Island twenty one to twenty two to four to twenty five.
- 7:15Speaker 3: That was definitely a loss that reminded me way more
- 7:18Speaker 3: of that era where they had a lot of chances,
- 7:21Speaker 3: a lot of great chances at that so solidify the
- 7:25Speaker 3: win for themselves and come out on top. But ultimately,
- 7:30Speaker 3: you know, they come out strong in the first six
- 7:32Speaker 3: or seven minutes, but then it's like these guys just
- 7:35Speaker 3: get a little bit over confident and they just played
- 7:39Speaker 3: down to their competition. The rest of the way, and
- 7:41Speaker 3: they keep making mistakes, allowing their opponents to get easy
- 7:44Speaker 3: looks into the net. I mean that just definitely took
- 7:48Speaker 3: me a couple seasons back, and especially with them taking
- 7:53Speaker 3: on Washington, Pittsburgh, New Jersey before that Olympic freeze, It's
- 7:58Speaker 3: definitely gonna be a pretty crucial stretch to determine how
- 8:01Speaker 3: they go into this break. As an ales fan, I
- 8:04Speaker 3: just hope for the best.
- 8:06Speaker 1: All Right, I'm gonna tie it. There's one leg up
- 8:07Speaker 1: sports earthquake Monday, because that's what it is to click
- 8:10Speaker 1: off this week. I want to have you on as
- 8:12Speaker 1: we get further down the road, because you're gonna have
- 8:15Speaker 1: the practices later in the week, and we'll see a
- 8:17Speaker 1: lot more coming out after those practices, see how they're doing,
- 8:20Speaker 1: how the feel is. And I do think though May
- 8:24Speaker 1: could have Darnold's number. I'm gonna make that Bowl prediction
- 8:26Speaker 1: very early on this week.
- 8:27Speaker 3: Well, I like the way you're thinking there. I mean,
- 8:31Speaker 3: this is gonna be a quarterback battle for the ages.
- 8:33Speaker 3: I feel, and I think they're.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Just sling it out. I said that with May versus Nicks.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Of course, Nick's getting hurt in the most bizarre way.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Just anyway, just one that nobody saw coming though.
- 8:45Speaker 1: That's that was right, That was right.
- 8:48Speaker 3: Even now sitting here, I'm still having a hard time comprehending.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Them actually instead of actually held his own to be
- 8:53Speaker 1: honest with you. But anyway, I think this week May
- 8:58Speaker 1: has a chance. And I do think even though they
- 9:00Speaker 1: weren't the first seed, the Patriots and the Seahawks were
- 9:04Speaker 1: the two best teams in both conferences. Would you we
- 9:06Speaker 1: agree on that?
- 9:07Speaker 3: No, one hundred and ten percent. I mean, the Patriots,
- 9:10Speaker 3: especially with the Broncos starting Jared's Didham, that just wasn't
- 9:15Speaker 3: really much of a question that they were going to
- 9:16Speaker 3: get by them in the AFC Championships. So there's no
- 9:19Speaker 3: doubt in my mind that the Patriots are far and
- 9:21Speaker 3: away the better team, having any potential MVP quarterback in
- 9:26Speaker 3: to and Drake May and that elite defense with Mike
- 9:29Speaker 3: Brables coaching, I mean, you cannot get any better than.
- 9:32Speaker 1: That better first year than he had with Tennessee. Right,
- 9:35Speaker 1: So it's been a very first good foot Yeah.
- 9:36Speaker 3: But then also Seattle, I mean Sam Donald looking like
- 9:40Speaker 3: the legit quarterback that the Jets used their number two
- 9:45Speaker 3: pick on at twenty eighteen yeah.
- 9:46Speaker 1: No, And someone said the Jets twenty eighteen pick of
- 9:50Speaker 1: Donald might payoff if he knocks off the Patriots this week.
- 9:53Speaker 3: No, I have seen those theories as well. I mean,
- 9:56Speaker 3: that would be Jets fans super Bowl, let's put it
- 9:59Speaker 3: that way. But also, yeah, it would make sense to
- 10:03Speaker 3: have that be their super Bowl, drafting Sam Darnold, letting
- 10:06Speaker 3: them go and eventually putting him on a path to
- 10:09Speaker 3: join the Seahawks ball out and potentially.
- 10:12Speaker 2: Beat New England in the Super Bowl.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Wouldn't it just make more sense, though, Alex to Oh,
- 10:17Speaker 3: I don't know, try to better your own team to
- 10:19Speaker 3: knock off the Patriots instead of having another team do
- 10:21Speaker 3: your dirty work for you. I don't really understand that
- 10:24Speaker 3: part of it.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I know. Well, we'll have to see. And of course,
- 10:26Speaker 1: the Patriots still dealing with the fact their head coaches
- 10:31Speaker 1: not in the their lends, their head coach not in
- 10:33Speaker 1: the Hall of Fame. I'm sure there's a chip on
- 10:34Speaker 1: their shoulders.
- 10:35Speaker 3: Were still so angry about that, and I'm sure you're
- 10:37Speaker 3: still very angry.
- 10:38Speaker 1: About that by laws were violated. Well, then put them in.
- 10:41Speaker 1: I don't care put them in.
- 10:42Speaker 3: It's like those Hall of Fame writers that won't include
- 10:45Speaker 3: certain people on their ballots just because they know they're
- 10:49Speaker 3: getting into the hall one hundred and ten percent. I
- 10:51Speaker 3: mean you look at Griffy, You look that one guy
- 10:53Speaker 3: to dinner, remember that. So yeah, it's all these people
- 10:56Speaker 3: that want to be known for the wrong reasons.
- 11:00Speaker 1: All right, we'll have to see but early on to
- 11:03Speaker 1: start the week, a literal earthquake and a lot of
- 11:05Speaker 1: other stories that feel like an earthquake to start the week.
- 11:09Speaker 1: And it's only Monday, Ryan, so we'll have to see.
- 11:11Speaker 3: Yeah, only Monday. We still got less than a week
- 11:15Speaker 3: now until Super Bowl sixty. It's crazy now, how we
- 11:18Speaker 3: have sixty iterations. Oh, this is a big game.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Scott Hansen and others were like, see it's a script
- 11:23Speaker 1: because they have Darnold and May at the front of
- 11:26Speaker 1: that poster back in September. I don't know, maybe they
- 11:29Speaker 1: just saw something we didn't. Don't think it's scripted or anything, but.
- 11:31Speaker 3: Yeah, I mean, not that many people would have thought
- 11:34Speaker 3: the Patriots were even in the Super Bowl conversation come September.
- 11:38Speaker 3: I mean, if anything, most pundits were looking at the
- 11:41Speaker 3: beginning of the year, as Drake May first developed full
- 11:46Speaker 3: season as a starter, that he was going to make
- 11:49Speaker 3: some improvements from the flashes that we saw from him
- 11:51Speaker 3: in twenty four. I don't think anybody had super Bowl
- 11:54Speaker 3: in the conversation.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I knew he was going to take him to a
- 11:57Speaker 1: different level, though, because you could tell in the early
- 12:00Speaker 1: few starts he had in twenty four. I'll play this
- 12:03Speaker 1: kid every week.
- 12:04Speaker 3: Yeah, even seeing him in his first game, as I've
- 12:06Speaker 3: met l there in September twenty twenty four, coming in
- 12:09Speaker 3: to relieve Jacoby Brissett in Week three of the season,
- 12:14Speaker 3: and that was actually a pretty fun game to be
- 12:17Speaker 3: at two.
- 12:17Speaker 2: But who would have thought him.
- 12:18Speaker 3: I mean, if Drake may ends up winning MVP over
- 12:21Speaker 3: Matthew Stafford and everybody else that's been in those conversations,
- 12:25Speaker 3: you know, to be able to see his first game
- 12:28Speaker 3: would actually be kind of a crazy thought. But no,
- 12:31Speaker 3: to go back to what you were saying, Alex, nobody
- 12:34Speaker 3: really thought that he was going to be in the
- 12:36Speaker 3: MVP conversation this year. And I one hundred percent agree
- 12:40Speaker 3: that this season was going to be one for him
- 12:42Speaker 3: to show flashes, step up, have his first full complete season,
- 12:47Speaker 3: maybe be a borderline pro bowler perhaps, But no, nobody
- 12:51Speaker 3: had MVP in the conversation, at least not yet.
- 12:53Speaker 1: All Right, So, Rabel's a veteran of Super Bowl on
- 12:55Speaker 1: the sidelines because he's been there with the Belichick Patriots.
- 12:59Speaker 1: But I look at Seattle real fast, and I think,
- 13:01Speaker 1: Cooper Cup, what a great presence have on your team
- 13:04Speaker 1: that's been there, that's been to the one and won
- 13:06Speaker 1: the Super Bowl before with Matt Stafford.
- 13:08Speaker 3: Yeah, he knows the thing or two about that, And
- 13:11Speaker 3: especially being behind Jysn, I think that's gonna take a
- 13:14Speaker 3: lot of the pressure off of him. It has taken
- 13:16Speaker 3: a lot of pressure off of him throughout the season,
- 13:18Speaker 3: especially through the playoffs. So he's gonna be all reliable
- 13:23Speaker 3: there one way or another. If jays N's gonna be
- 13:26Speaker 3: double teamed another, Patriots are probably gonna be putting a
- 13:29Speaker 3: lot of emphasis on him in the lead up to
- 13:32Speaker 3: the big game and all that. You're gonna have another
- 13:35Speaker 3: bona fide stud at receiver wide open should he need
- 13:38Speaker 3: to go to him?
- 13:39Speaker 1: All right? One last thing, because I don't want to
- 13:41Speaker 1: believe it, but there was theories that well, because the
- 13:44Speaker 1: Niners host the Super Bowl this year, they don't want
- 13:46Speaker 1: them to advance too far, so they have weeks to prepare.
- 13:49Speaker 1: That's gotta be bull crap. I just think the Seahawks
- 13:51Speaker 1: are better than the Niners in the both those games
- 13:53Speaker 1: without the end.
- 13:54Speaker 2: Of the year, No, straight up.
- 13:56Speaker 3: I mean, I'm not even gonna pretend to deny that
- 13:58Speaker 3: Seahawks are far and away the better team.
- 14:00Speaker 1: No. Yeah, and there even better than the Rams. I
- 14:03Speaker 1: never thought i'd say that, because the Rams always are
- 14:05Speaker 1: right up there too.
- 14:06Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 14:06Speaker 3: And I mean they're always supposed to put up a
- 14:08Speaker 3: good fight one way or another against their NFC West
- 14:11Speaker 3: FoST whether it's the Seahawks or whether it's my forty
- 14:14Speaker 3: nine ers. I mean, they can put up a good
- 14:16Speaker 3: fight one way or another. And we have seen that
- 14:19Speaker 3: throughout the playoffs. I mean, knocking off the Bears the
- 14:22Speaker 3: way they did in Soldier Field, silencing Chicago, and almost
- 14:28Speaker 3: coming back in the NFC Championship, and putting up a
- 14:31Speaker 3: very good fight there up until the end. It's certainly
- 14:34Speaker 3: more of a fight than what an injured to hell
- 14:38Speaker 3: and back Niners squad would have given, at least in
- 14:40Speaker 3: my opinion.
- 14:41Speaker 1: All Right, one last thing. I saw one of my
- 14:45Speaker 1: childhood icons this weekend, and you're wearing the met Colors.
- 14:50Speaker 1: It's so funny the Yankee event. All I could think
- 14:51Speaker 1: of was al Leier throwing that two hit against and
- 14:56Speaker 1: you already went around them for this, you know, against
- 14:58Speaker 1: the Reds in ninety nine. I mean to see him
- 15:00Speaker 1: again and you know what he says, Oh bleep, I'm
- 15:03Speaker 1: not going to say it on the air. How you
- 15:05Speaker 1: been the guy remembered me twenty five years later? I
- 15:07Speaker 1: feel pretty special with that now.
- 15:09Speaker 3: It's very vindicating, I bet, And I mean, look, he
- 15:12Speaker 3: is a Yankee legend in his own right, even if
- 15:14Speaker 3: maybe he wasn't necessarily that known with the Yankees. But
- 15:18Speaker 3: I think it does say a lot though, to have
- 15:21Speaker 3: your career start in the Bronx and then you end
- 15:23Speaker 3: your career a New York fixture, exactly, a New York
- 15:27Speaker 3: baseball legend.
- 15:28Speaker 2: I have no doubt about it.
- 15:29Speaker 1: And I know he goes to Mets Con and Queens
- 15:31Speaker 1: every year too, I'm sure. So, yeah, he goes to
- 15:33Speaker 1: Mets Con and Queens. He's around the team at Hey
- 15:37Speaker 1: with the city field, right, you were there for.
- 15:39Speaker 3: That, yeah, with Robin Ventura and how he rose him
- 15:42Speaker 3: seeing I believe in twenty twenty four, Yeah, twenty twenty
- 15:47Speaker 3: four so.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Two thousand I kind of remember, but nine nine I
- 15:51Speaker 1: remember vividly because I was really invested in them making
- 15:54Speaker 1: the World Series. I mean, I was there when Venture
- 15:56Speaker 1: at the Grand single. I was I was excited when
- 16:00Speaker 1: Lighter through that two hitter, And of course we don't
- 16:02Speaker 1: get those game one sixty threes anymore.
- 16:04Speaker 3: But now you don't really get those game one sixty threes,
- 16:06Speaker 3: but you know, you get a lot of these other
- 16:09Speaker 3: runs similar to what those ninety nine Mets were able
- 16:12Speaker 3: to accomplish. Just looking dead a week before the end
- 16:15Speaker 3: of the season and then following that Grand Slam single.
- 16:19Speaker 3: Alex Bob Costas, who I know you've seen before. You
- 16:24Speaker 3: talked to your guy him putting it like this, the
- 16:28Speaker 3: Mets are resputant, like they will not die.
- 16:32Speaker 2: That's just a lot, all right.
- 16:34Speaker 1: One more earthquake to talk about it is. I do
- 16:36Speaker 1: think it was an earthquake. At the Garden last night
- 16:39Speaker 1: first NBA on NBC Sunday Night basketball game and the
- 16:42Speaker 1: Knicks showed up, Shaman shows up. People are like, why
- 16:46Speaker 1: do you think it was such a why is this
- 16:47Speaker 1: such a surprise to you? Well, I thought the Lakers
- 16:49Speaker 1: were better. I thought with Donkitch and James they might
- 16:51Speaker 1: actually come to the Garden and win, but nope, the
- 16:53Speaker 1: Knicks gets six in a row. That's an earthquake to
- 16:56Speaker 1: me that they have come back like this.
- 16:58Speaker 3: To think that that might have been Lebron's last in
- 17:00Speaker 3: the Garden. If the Chips are to fall that way,
- 17:02Speaker 3: then this would be Lebron's last season. But not to
- 17:05Speaker 3: really come out and steal the show, steal the spotlight
- 17:09Speaker 3: from the king. Just crazy to see Sham at twenty
- 17:12Speaker 3: three points off the bench too, I mean, really goes
- 17:16Speaker 3: to show. That's what I've been talking about all season two.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Mike Brown. You give the bench guys their minutes, take
- 17:21Speaker 3: a lot of the pressure off the starters. Basically do
- 17:25Speaker 3: the exact opposite philosophy when from Tom Thibodeau back last season,
- 17:30Speaker 3: and you're gonna get results one way or another.
- 17:33Speaker 1: And yeah, workload is actually even lea dispersed now, is
- 17:36Speaker 1: that what you're saying?
- 17:37Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly, I mean, especially those starters to a little more,
- 17:43Speaker 3: little less injury prone, a little more rest in their bodies.
- 17:46Speaker 2: It's gonna go a long way one way or another.
- 17:49Speaker 1: Well, I have a very dear I know some of
- 17:52Speaker 1: them from Seattle. I met actually on radio row back
- 17:55Speaker 1: in twenty fourteen, So hopefully get him on the air,
- 17:58Speaker 1: Jeff Angles, and have him back on to talk about
- 18:00Speaker 1: it from the pay from the Seahawks perspective. Then maybe
- 18:03Speaker 1: get someone who's at the rally yesterday on the pager side. Imagine,
- 18:07Speaker 1: well you would do this for the Jets freezing cold,
- 18:11Speaker 1: below freezing, You're at Gillett Stadium. I think the adrenaline
- 18:14Speaker 1: kept all those people warm yesterday.
- 18:16Speaker 3: No, for sure, and having the dropkick Murphy's over there,
- 18:18Speaker 3: I'm sure definitely helped with that, because if they know
- 18:21Speaker 3: a thing or two about sending New England based teams
- 18:24Speaker 3: off before a big game, they certainly know a thing
- 18:27Speaker 3: or two about that.
- 18:27Speaker 1: You know what, he didn't get there with the Bills,
- 18:29Speaker 1: but Stefan Digg someone definitely to watch this Super Bowl
- 18:33Speaker 1: because I know he's hungry for it. Now he's hungry,
- 18:35Speaker 1: and I'm sure Cardi b is too. All right, that's
- 18:38Speaker 1: Ryan Pagano. That's how we kick off one leg up
- 18:41Speaker 1: on the big game. It was a bit of a
- 18:42Speaker 1: scattered first episode of the week, but hell, it's an
- 18:45Speaker 1: earthquake Monday. What can I say? There's nothing no way
- 18:47Speaker 1: else to put it.
- 18:48Speaker 3: It's an earthquake one Monday, a mannic Monday, just insern
- 18:51Speaker 3: any cliche in the book. There this ack of a
- 18:54Speaker 3: lot going on in these Mondays.
- 18:55Speaker 1: And by the way, that four point two was a
- 18:57Speaker 1: string of earthquakes during a thirty minutes. Good lord, this
- 19:01Speaker 1: is gonna be a crazy, rocky week. I could tell already.
- 19:08Speaker 1: M
