- 0:15Speaker 1: that hath mercy on thee. Isaiah 54 10 Dear Lord,
- 0:23Speaker 1: We come to you today with a sense of loneliness
- 0:27Speaker 1: in our hearts. The world can be a confusing and

- 0:55Speaker 1: Help us to remember that nothing in this world will
- 0:59Speaker 1: last forever, but you and your kindness will remain every day.

- 1:41Speaker 2: the most out of your spiritual journey, use Pray.com every
- 1:43Speaker 2: day and make prayer a priority in your life. Our
- 1:49Speaker 2: goal for today's meditative prayer is conquering loneliness. Hope you'll
- 1:54Speaker 2: find a location where you can relax, let your guard down,
- 2:01Speaker 2: take a moment to slow down, decompress, tune everything else out.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Take a deep breath through your nose. Exhale through your mouth.
- 2:15Speaker 2: Let the tension that's coiled up in your body go.
- 2:22Speaker 2: Reach out to God and allow the Holy Spirit to
- 2:26Speaker 2: minister to you. We'll be meditating on Isaiah chapter 54
- 2:33Speaker 2: verse 10 from the King James Version. Take a moment
- 2:37Speaker 2: and pour out your love, your adoration to God. God,
- 2:38Speaker 2: I praise you for you are not a man that
- 2:40Speaker 2: should lie. All your words are true. and you never
- 3:06Speaker 2: go back on your promises. I worship you, for you
- 3:12Speaker 2: are a God of covenant. Jesus, I praise you, for
- 3:18Speaker 2: my righteousness is found in you. You relentlessly pursue me,
- 3:23Speaker 2: and you never give up on me. I adore you,
- 3:27Speaker 2: King of my heart. God's love is irrevocable. Our God
- 3:35Speaker 2: is a covenant-keeping God, and he promised to love us forever.
- 3:40Speaker 2: His relationship with us is not based on the time
- 3:44Speaker 2: we live in, the place we find ourselves in, or
- 3:47Speaker 2: the physical geology of the earth around us. The entire
- 3:52Speaker 2: earth will burn. A new heaven and a new earth
- 3:55Speaker 2: will come down. We will be in new bodies, and
- 3:59Speaker 2: God's love for us will endure. Sometimes we base our
- 4:05Speaker 2: lives on things that seem sure and certain, but only
- 4:08Speaker 2: God is our rock and our strong tower. There's no mountain, hill,
- 4:14Speaker 2: or fortress in which we can trust more than we
- 4:19Speaker 2: can trust in his love for us. God desires to
- 4:23Speaker 2: do kindness toward us. He wants to give you peace,
- 4:30Speaker 2: steady your weak knees, give you rest. His promise of
- 4:35Speaker 2: love and relationship will never be broken. There is no
- 4:40Speaker 2: universe in which God will just stop loving you. God
- 4:44Speaker 2: in his mercy has based his covenant on himself. For
- 4:48Speaker 2: he never changes and in him there is no shadow
- 4:52Speaker 2: of turning. Even if you're unfaithful, God never will be.
- 4:59Speaker 2: This is your opportunity then to cleanse your heart. Be
- 5:04Speaker 2: honest with yourself and with God in prayer. Confess your
- 5:08Speaker 2: sins to him. Tell him of the areas that you're
- 5:12Speaker 2: struggling with. Now think for a moment on all the
- 5:17Speaker 2: times God showed himself faithful. Those moments where God placed
- 5:22Speaker 2: someone in your life to show you kindness. The times
- 5:26Speaker 2: of chaos when you found peace in Christ. Situations where
- 5:32Speaker 2: oppression and isolation threatened to overwhelm you, but the Holy
- 5:36Speaker 2: Spirit comforted you. Thank God for past situations when he
- 5:43Speaker 2: reached out to you, when he removed your heaviness and
- 5:47Speaker 2: your weariness. Thank God because his love is eternal and
- 5:53Speaker 2: he will always be there for you. I hope you
- 6:01Speaker 2: know that God is present and that he's listening to
- 6:03Speaker 2: you God never said we would not be lonely. Quite
- 6:09Speaker 2: the opposite. He promised that at times we would be
- 6:14Speaker 2: abandoned by those we loved. Don't allow this to discourage you.
- 6:20Speaker 2: God promised he would always welcome you. The Holy Spirit
- 6:24Speaker 2: is on your side. And he wants to help you.
- 6:28Speaker 2: So be bold and ask him. Ask the Holy Spirit
- 6:31Speaker 2: to speak to you through God's word. Ask him to
- 6:35Speaker 2: help you understand and process the Bible when you read it.
- 6:41Speaker 2: You trust in his promises. Ask Jesus to speak to
- 6:45Speaker 2: your heart. For you desire to know him more. And remember,
- 6:53Speaker 2: God's love will never disappear. His promise of peace will
- 6:58Speaker 2: not come to an end. The mountains and hills may fall,
- 7:02Speaker 2: but the love of God will not fail. So don't fear.
- 7:09Speaker 2: God has good things for your life. Trust in God
- 7:13Speaker 2: and the power and promise of His Word. And don't forget,
- 7:17Speaker 2: God is in your corner. He's for you. Thank you
