- 0:09Welcome to the Big Mig Talk Radio show, broadcasting live
- 0:13from the Mile High City, Denver, Co.
- 0:16We are the tip of the spear, cutting through the noise and
- 0:20delivering an hour of unfiltered news, guests, and truth that
- 0:25transcends boundaries and unites the nation.
- 0:27This is the Big Mig Talk radio show.
- 0:35All right, welcome back to the big big talk radio show.
- 0:37I'm your host, George Ballantine.
- 0:39Usually you have my brother from another mother and Co host Lance
- 0:43Vigliaccio by my side, but he had shoulder surgery yesterday
- 0:47and he I gave him the week I'm off to recover and I don't want
- 0:50to hear him whining and and crying.
- 0:52So let him recover. He's going through it.
- 0:56But we are the tip of the spear. You know, our plan is to educate
- 0:59and unify this country one episode at a time on this show.
- 1:02We believe it's better to be hugged by the truth and
- 1:04comfortable to lie. We are live in New York City and
- 1:09guess what? It's cloudy and raining.
- 1:11Weather is miserable over here. I don't know what's going on
- 1:13over here every weekend. You know, it seems like in the
- 1:17summers it it wants to rain and ruin people's getaways.
- 1:21You know, people work hard all week.
- 1:22Let them have some fun, let them enjoy the weekend weather.
- 1:25And we get nice weather. I mean, it's supposed to break
- 1:27out the sun later in the afternoon.
- 1:28But you know, that deters people for me and want to go to the
- 1:31beaches or go away or do anything.
- 1:33So what, you know, the little small businesses suffer.
- 1:37I don't know. We need to turn this around.
- 1:39God, can we get some good weather on the weekends?
- 1:42Let it rain during the week if anything.
- 1:44But you know, we got a pack full one hour.
- 1:46We had a, you know, it never disappoints a news cycle every
- 1:49week. And this week was a lot of big
- 1:50things going on from tariff deals, cease fires, you know,
- 1:55big things. And you know, just, you know, on
- 1:58tariff deal Trump made a they signed a deal with China.
- 2:04Finally UK is come knocking on the door.
- 2:07India's knocking on the door. That's almost done.
- 2:09Who said the tariffs don't work? What happened to all those
- 2:14people? I don't hear them saying, you
- 2:15know, you know, giving Trump some praise on this.
- 2:18Never mind all the money we're taking in from the tariffs too.
- 2:22But I, you know, I think all these countries, when Trump
- 2:24dropped them bunker Busters on Iran, they were like, oh, wait a
- 2:28minute, we got to make a deal with this guy.
- 2:29We don't want, you know, the military's powerful.
- 2:32That's where you show strength through power, through our
- 2:36might, what our capabilities of meanwhile, like we dropped those
- 2:42bombs. We didn't kill anybody, unlike
- 2:45other countries, you know, firing away and killing
- 2:47civilians. We just had Israel fired
- 2:50missiles into Gaza or whatever and they killed civilians again
- 2:54the other day, which is I'm totally against you want you can
- 2:58fight terrorists, that's fine. Fight terrorists, but lead the
- 3:00civilians out of it. They're innocents.
- 3:03But we got big hour here program for you guys.
- 3:06We got, you know, huge wins with SCOTUS, man, they came through.
- 3:11So many judgments came through. But the one of the big ones is
- 3:13they ruled that nationwide injunctions by these district
- 3:16courts exceed congressional authority.
- 3:20And one of the things is clearing the path for a
- 3:22citizenship crackdown, burst citizenship.
- 3:26So yesterday, this was a monumental victory for the
- 3:30Constitution. The Supreme Court delivered a
- 3:33powerful rebuke of activist judges handed President Trump a
- 3:36pivotal legal victory yesterday. Now this is the decision in the
- 3:40Trump versus Casa, Inc reaffirms a rifle balance of power between
- 3:44the judiciary and the executive, curbing the ability of unelected
- 3:49district judges to paralyze the will of duly elected president.
- 3:54You know, our forefathers in the Constitution did this for a
- 3:57reason, to keep the judiciary and present separation of
- 4:00powers. But these district courts are
- 4:03just doing whatever they want. And we all know even before
- 4:07Trump became president, before he took office, the left were
- 4:10already mobilizing with money and and lawyers to to challenge
- 4:17anything that Trump did. All they're doing is just
- 4:20stopping, stopping our country from thriving.
- 4:24They don't care about you. They don't care about none of
- 4:27us. All they care about is just
- 4:29stopping Trump. They just somehow that name
- 4:31Trump it, it's it it paralyzes them with fear for no reason.
- 4:38And they just want to instill fear in you guys, but don't
- 4:41believe it because that's why, you know, we got the mainstream
- 4:43media just typically giving out lies upon lies upon lies and
- 4:47getting called out for them every day.
- 4:50Just about the lie about with with the bombing in Iran and the
- 4:56nuclear facility saying, oh, they didn't get everything.
- 4:59That was just a made-up lie that was proven false and and blame
- 5:03me. Trump and Caroline Levitt hit
- 5:06back hard. Even the Intel agencies showed
- 5:10the proof. But you know, once you know that
- 5:13first immediate story goes out, the damage is already done
- 5:16because people will believe anything these days.
- 5:19So like in so in this decision, the 6th, it's a 63 decision, a
- 5:23courtside with the Trump admin. These federal district courts
- 5:26lack the constitutional or statutory authority to issue
- 5:31so-called universal injunctions. And that's what they're doing.
- 5:33They're just issuing injunction upon a junction, upon a
- 5:36junction. Never seen this many injunctions
- 5:38against the president. It's astronomical.
- 5:42It's crazy. And this is from the this is the
- 5:49Executive Order 14160 titled Protecting the Meaning and Value
- 5:53of American Citizenship. Now this, this is Trump's order
- 5:58that to so he sought to clarify the scope of birthright
- 6:01citizenship under the 14th Amendment.
- 6:04And he's addressing really the long standing concerns about its
- 6:07misapplication to those that fully subject to this
- 6:10jurisdiction of the United States.
- 6:13Now you have the all these liberal strongholds, Maryland,
- 6:15Washington, Massachusetts, California, using their
- 6:19districts course to issue all these universal injunctions
- 6:22blocking everything Trump's doing.
- 6:26But they, you know, this is this is effects everybody in this
- 6:29country. And and these injunctions are
- 6:33being cheered by cheered by open border advocates, far left
- 6:36elites that are threatened to derail a policy.
- 6:39Ain't that safeguarding the integrity of American
- 6:41citizenship? Now, I was shocked at this one.
- 6:44I truly was. I mean, you know, Justice Amy
- 6:47Cohen, Barrett, she actually came through and actually wrote
- 6:50the majority and she dismantled the legal foundation of these
- 6:54injunctions with, I mean, she was surgical with her, with her,
- 6:59with her precision. She was actually joined by
- 7:03Justice Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
- 7:08And Barrett, did she declare that such universal remedies
- 7:11lack any historical basis in the equitable transitions of the
- 7:14Judiciary Act of 1789? Now that you have the liberal
- 7:19justices, listen, you know, you have Sotomayor, Keegan and
- 7:23Jackson, they actually issued their fiery descent dripping
- 7:26with ideological panic. I mean, this lady Jackson, she
- 7:31even suggested the ruling could inflict a mortal wound on the
- 7:34Constitution. I don't know how this woman even
- 7:36became a Supreme Court Justice. She's not the brightest of the
- 7:40bunch. This is where pengate comes in
- 7:43because I wish they'd get this thing settled and and show that
- 7:46Biden cognitive ability he had no idea what was going on.
- 7:51Don't know who signed these, all these papers with this auto pen
- 7:56and everything should be overturned.
- 8:00So we will not dwell on justice with Jackson's argument, which
- 8:04is at odds with more than two centuries worth of precedent,
- 8:06not to mention the Constitution itself should begin.
- 8:09We observe only this. Justice Jackson decries an
- 8:13imperial executive while embracing an imperial judiciary,
- 8:17she added. I mean, this is Barrett going
- 8:20off on Jackson. It's great.
- 8:23The only thing difference is the court stopped short of the
- 8:25ruling of the constitutionality of the executive order itself.
- 8:28But the implicate these implications are massive.
- 8:31By gutting these lower courts ability to halt implementation
- 8:34nationwide, Trump has a now a clear path for his
- 8:39administration to enforce its definition of birthright
- 8:42citizenship along with everything else he wants to do.
- 8:46Let me play this clip for you guys of Trump speaking on on on
- 8:49this huge win. This morning, the Supreme Court
- 8:51has delivered a monumental victory for the Constitution,
- 8:56the separation of powers, and the rule of law.
- 8:59In striking down the excessive use of nationwide injunctions to
- 9:03interfere with the normal functioning of the executive
- 9:06branch, the Supreme Court has stopped the presidency itself.
- 9:10That's what they've done. And really, it's been, it's been
- 9:16an amazing period of time, this last hour.
- 9:19There are people elated all over the country.
- 9:21I've seen such, such happiness and spirit.
- 9:25Sometimes you don't see that. But this case is very important.
- 9:28I was elected on a historic mandate.
- 9:31But in recent months, we've seen a handful of radical left judges
- 9:35effectively try to overrule the rightful powers of the president
- 9:39to stop the American people from getting the policies that they
- 9:42voted for in record numbers. It was a grave threat to
- 9:46democracy, frankly. And instead of merely ruling on
- 9:49the immediate cases before them, these judges have attempted to
- 9:53dictate the law for the entire nation.
- 9:57In practice, this meant that if anyone of the nearly 700 federal
- 10:01judges disagreed with the policy of a duly elected president of
- 10:05the United States, he or she could block that policy from
- 10:09going into effect, or at least delay it for many years, tie it
- 10:13up in the court system. This was a colossal abuse of
- 10:16power which never occurred in American history prior to recent
- 10:20decades. And we've been hit with more
- 10:23nationwide injunctions than were issued in the entire 20th
- 10:26century together. Think of it more than the entire
- 10:3020th century. Me, I'm grateful to the Supreme
- 10:35Court for stepping in and solving this very, very big and
- 10:39complex problem. And they've made it very simple.
- 10:42I want to thank Justice Barrett, who wrote the opinion
- 10:46brilliantly, as well as Chief Justice Roberts and Justices
- 10:50Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Thomas, great people, this
- 10:54morning, this. All right, you heard it from the
- 10:58horse's mouth, but it's time to take a quick break.
- 11:01Don't go nowhere because we got more winds coming up from
- 11:04SCOTUS. I mean, it was big this this
- 11:07last few days, SCOTUS, they came through for you guys, for us,
- 11:10the American people. So don't go nowhere.

- 12:40That Lance is off today. He had surgery on his shoulder,
- 12:43so he's kicking back and recovering.
- 12:45I gave him the weekend off, but we are the tip of the spear.
- 12:49And I told you, SCO just came up with big wins for us this week.
- 12:52They surely came through. But I got to give a shout out to
- 12:54one of our sponsors, Genesis Gold Group with their Prepper

- 13:52That's the big migbar.com pure than precious metals.
- 13:58Another Supreme Court wins SCOTUS green light states to cut
- 14:01off Medicaid funding for Planned Parenthood and a major win for
- 14:05pro-life advocates. This was on Thursday.
- 14:08They paved the way for states to block Medicaid funding.
- 14:10I'm going to abortion giant Planned Parenthood now.
- 14:15This has been comes after years of legal wrangling and affirms
- 14:20authority of individual states to determine how taxpayer
- 14:22dollars are allocated and who gets excluded.
- 14:25It was a 63 ruling in SCOTUS in this Medina versus Planned
- 14:30Parenthood S Atlantic, the individual Medicaid recipients
- 14:36do not have the right to sue states under federal law for
- 14:39excluding abortion providers like Planned Parenthood from
- 14:41their Medicaid programs. Now, Justice Court Neil Gorsuch
- 14:45authored this decision and he reversed actually the ruling
- 14:49from the 4th Circuit and solidified the state of South
- 14:52Carolina's authority because they want to remove Planned
- 14:54Parenthood from his Medicaid network without fear of any
- 14:57federal lawsuits from individual patients or abortion activists,
- 15:01you know, cloaking themselves in civil rights statutes because,
- 15:04you know, they just want to keep everything in in the courts and
- 15:07stop anything that conservatives want to do.
- 15:13Now this, this this decision arose, you know, in the 2018 to
- 15:17terminate Planned Parenthood's participation in Medicaid
- 15:19program. Of course, abortion advocates
- 15:22that you know, it's you could, you could bet 100% of your money
- 15:28that that particularly they, they they'd sued under the 42
- 15:31USC 1983, claiming the state violated disposed right under
- 15:35the Medicaid Act any qualified provider provision.
- 15:39Well, not so fast, because Justice Gorses clarified that
- 15:43this provision does not confer individuality, enforceable
- 15:47federal rights. It's a directive to states, not
- 15:50a free pass for left wing groups to weaponize the courts every
- 15:53time a state takes a stand for life.
- 15:59Abortion is just wrong. You know what's funny when you
- 16:03talk about abortion with with these liberals, right?
- 16:07You know, if a woman's pregnant and she gets murdered, the
- 16:12person gets charged with a double murder because she's
- 16:15pregnant. But meanwhile, they're OK with
- 16:17abortion. It's not murder.
- 16:19It just says right there that that's murder.
- 16:22Because if you're going to charge another person, if he if
- 16:24he unfortunately kills a pregnant woman with double
- 16:27murder, then abortion is murder. They're saying it themselves.
- 16:31All right, let's go next. Another.
- 16:32This is another victory. Now, Supreme Court rules parents
- 16:36can opt out of classes with LGBTQ books.
- 16:40Thank God, finally something coming through.
- 16:44They ruled. This is on Friday.
- 16:45And this is, believe me, this is a huge win for America.
- 16:49There's another 6 three decision.
- 16:54And, you know, in 2022, a Maryland county approved LBGDQ
- 16:59theme books for elementary school children to bring
- 17:02diversity to school districts. You know, diversity for
- 17:05elementary school children. Let them be children for God's
- 17:08sakes. I mean, one of these books they
- 17:10approved was titled Uncle Bob's wedding, Uncle Bobby's Wedding,
- 17:15and it's a book about a gay wedding.
- 17:17Some other books proved were by the radical school board pushed
- 17:20gender transition into children. These are children.
- 17:22Their minds are still developing and they're they're easily
- 17:26manipulated. It's crazy.
- 17:30And you know, this is all due to the fact that a Muslim couple
- 17:35and members of the Catholic and Orthodox churches sued so they
- 17:38can opt their children out of classes that push this garbage.
- 17:42This is just plain and simple indoctrination.
- 17:46Like I said, children's minds are still growing.
- 17:48And with this indoctrination, you're, you're trying to shape
- 17:51their minds into coming LGBTQ. Why?
- 17:56Why in God's earth are are these people pushing this stuff is
- 17:59beyond me. Now in a court backed the
- 18:02parents claim that the Montgomery County Board of
- 18:04Education's decision not only to allow an opt out option for the
- 18:08children violate their religious rights under the Constitution's
- 18:10First Amendment, which protects religious expression.
- 18:14Now the board's introduction of this LBGGQ crap.
- 18:17There's so many freaking letters I can't keep up with it.
- 18:20Inclusive storybooks. Along with this decision to
- 18:22withhold opt outs places an unconstitutional burden on the
- 18:26parents right to free exercise of their religion.
- 18:28This is Justice. Alito wrote this now, thank God
- 18:32they came through 6, three. I mean, it's huge, huge win.
- 18:37I mean, you got to like, I mean, they just want to cause chaos in
- 18:42our school systems. That's all they want to do.
- 18:45They want to sow doubt in these kids and, and corrupt their
- 18:48minds because remember, a dumb society means that the liberals,
- 18:55the Democrats, we'll have more control of them.
- 18:58That's when they want to dumb down our society, our kids.
- 19:01They want to make them dumb so they don't know what's going on,
- 19:03so they can have more control and do what they want.
- 19:05These liberals. But here's another, I got
- 19:08another one for you guys. Gotus delivered another major
- 19:11conservative victory. They upheld Texas law requiring
- 19:15age verification on a pornographic websites.
- 19:19I mean, geez, it's, that's, isn't it common sense, you would
- 19:25think, right? I mean, you need to be 17.
- 19:30Some states 16 to get a driver's license.
- 19:32You need to be what, what is it? 21 to vote, 21 to buy alcohol,
- 19:3621 to buy cigarettes. But meanwhile, they, they're,
- 19:40they're these lefts are fighting for kids to watch porno.
- 19:45I mean, thank God for the Supreme Court upholding this
- 19:48right to shield minors from the flood of pornographic content
- 19:51plaguing the Internet. Now the decision in free Speech
- 19:55Coalition, Inc versus Paxton attorney general upholds HB1181.
- 20:01This is a Texas law requiring websites with substantial sexual
- 20:04content to verify users ages before granting access.
- 20:07Another 6 three decision. This one was led by Justice
- 20:12Clarence Thomas. He's one of my favorites.
- 20:14I love that guy. They rejected the radical left's
- 20:16claims that the law violates free speech.
- 20:18The majority? Rightly recognized that
- 20:21protecting kids from harmful sexual explicit content is a
- 20:24compelling state's interest, one that outweighs the complaints of
- 20:27adult entertainment peddlers. Now Texas Lawless mandates age
- 20:33verification through government issued ID or transactional data
- 20:36was deemed a reasonable and tailored solution to a growing
- 20:39crisis. Yes, this is a growing crisis in
- 20:42our country. They, like I've been saying,
- 20:44they want to indoctrinate our kids.
- 20:45They want to let them watch this.
- 20:47Felt this. Why these kids have no respect
- 20:48today? They don't respect their elders.
- 20:51I remember growing up, God forbid you even talked back to
- 20:54an elder. No, you wouldn't do that.
- 20:56There would be consequences. You respected your other people,
- 21:01treating them with dignity. But these kids, these kids said,
- 21:05hey, they're just Wilding out going into malls.
- 21:08There's with groups, stealing, fighting.
- 21:10I mean, enough's enough. This all needs to end.
- 21:15We need to get our morals and values back into the school
- 21:18system, teaching about the Constitution, about God, about
- 21:22the pledge allegiance, what this country stands for, what it was
- 21:26built upon. Not just garbage they're trying
- 21:29to peddle on our kids. But Speaking of chaos and
- 21:36fighting, do you notice that LA riots kind of ended all of a
- 21:39sudden? Boom, they're gone.
- 21:41What happened? You know when the exact moment
- 21:46the LA riots ended? I want you to think a minute.
- 21:48The moment the FBI and IRS announced they're investigating
- 21:51whoever's funding the riots, and just like that, the riots stop.
- 21:56Ain't it ironic how that works? I'll play a clip from the
- 22:01Justice Department, the IRS and feds.
- 22:04Hello, I'm Bill Assaili, United States Attorney for the Central
- 22:07District of California. And I'm Akhil Davis, the
- 22:10Assistant Director in charge of the FB is Los Angeles Field
- 22:13Office. And I'm Tyler Hatcher, the
- 22:15special Agent in charge of IRS Criminal investigation here in
- 22:17Los Angeles. The right to assemble and
- 22:20protest peacefully is protected by law.
- 22:23Unfortunately, we've seen individuals whose intentions are
- 22:26to cause damage and to assault law enforcement.
- 22:29For example, last week we arrested an individual who was
- 22:32charged with conspiracy to commit and aiding and abetting
- 22:35civil disorders. These violent agitators put
- 22:38peaceful demonstrators at risk. The FBI and our federal partners
- 22:43will continue to investigate individuals and organizations
- 22:46who are knowingly funding and committing acts of violence
- 22:49against law enforcement, as well as the destruction of property.
- 22:53We are currently tracing money to determine who is providing
- 22:55funding for these riots. Funding crime doesn't just
- 22:58affect the criminals, it also disrupts entire communities.
- 23:02Each dollar funneled into illegal operations fuels
- 23:05violence, undermines law and order, and perpetuates fear.
- 23:08Make no mistake, we will identify and disrupt financial
- 23:11networks supporting these criminal activities.
- 23:14Think before you act. The legal consequences for
- 23:17financing or aiding and abetting these crimes are harsh.
- 23:20They include imprisonment and fines.
- 23:23If you have any information regarding individuals and or
- 23:27organizations providing financial support to commit acts
- 23:30of violence or destruction of property, please dial 1800, call
- 23:34FBI, or visit tips.fbi.gov. You can also upload your images
- 23:40and videos to fbi.gov/LA Officer Assault.
- 23:46The United States government will continue to safeguard
- 23:48constitutionally protected rights, but we will not tolerate
- 23:52assaults on law enforcement, destruction of property, or any
- 23:55violent acts that puts the community in harm's way.
- 23:59No, but the states will like California.
- 24:02But don't go nowhere. We're going to be coming.
- 24:03We'll be back right after this message is we got a lot more to
- 24:06cover. You know, we got Tom Mahoming.
- 24:09He's he makes a gut wrenching personal announcement.
- 24:12That's the guy that's been fighting for getting these
- 24:15legals off the streets. And it's sad to hear what he had
- 24:17to say. Don't go nowhere.
- 24:19We'll be right back. None.
- 25:08All right, the Big Man Talk radio show is back and I am live
- 25:12in New York City. I'm your host, George
- 25:14Ballantine. I'm bringing you the tip of the
- 25:16spear. Like I said, in case you just
- 25:18tuning in, Lance's had surgery on his shoulder, gave him the
- 25:22weekend off to recover so he could be fresh for next week
- 25:26because we got a lot going on. In case you didn't know, we had
- 25:29the big mega show on Rumble that goes Monday through Friday at 11
- 25:34AM. We got the Crypto Power Hour or
- 25:36Wednesdays and Fridays and we got the Global Finance Forum
- 25:39that's on Fridays at 1:00 PM. We always have a pack week.
- 25:42We have great interviews. So catch if you can go to Rumble
- 25:46and look up the big MIG and you'll see us there.
- 25:49We're everywhere and we're going to continue to grow.
- 25:52So, you know, as long as our listeners, you know, share this
- 25:54content, tell your friends about us.
- 25:56We appreciate it. Where we went to break where I
- 25:59was just finishing up about the LA riots, How how all of a
- 26:02sudden they mysteriously ended. It's it's ironic that if you try
- 26:07to go out to whoever's funding them, threaten, you know, to get
- 26:12expose them, funding stops, riot stops.
- 26:15But, you know, California's trying to blame the government,
- 26:18trying to get money for all the millions of dollars of damage.
- 26:21We didn't create that damage. Go after the person that was
- 26:26funding the riots. They're trying to get millions
- 26:28upon millions of dollars. Maybe if you use your police and
- 26:33just, you know, stop the riots from day one, you wouldn't have
- 26:36all this damage. But you just allowed them people
- 26:38to do what they want to do until the government had to step in.
- 26:41So, no, we shouldn't pay it. We're not paying it.
- 26:44All right, Tom Holman, he's the former acting director of
- 26:48Immigration and Customs informant ICE and now now he's
- 26:51President Trump's hand picked borders are and he's revealed
- 26:55his heartbreaking personal consequence of his high profile
- 26:57return to government service. He's actually he's living apart
- 27:01from his wife due to wave of death threats.
- 27:04I'm going to quote, he goes my life, my wife's living
- 27:07separately from me right now, mainly because I worked for many
- 27:09hours, but mostly because of the death threats against me, He
- 27:13added. She's someplace else.
- 27:15I see her as much as I can, but the death threats against me and
- 27:18my family are outrageous. And it is because that's all the
- 27:21left though, you know, you ever noticed, you ever see any
- 27:25conservatives or the right people giving death threats out
- 27:29like the left does? I mean, they want the ICE agents
- 27:35to take their masks off. And the only reason they put
- 27:38masks on because these people were exposing identities and,
- 27:40and going to their houses and threatening their families.
- 27:44Can't blame them 8 ICE agents for putting mass on.
- 27:46I mean, these people, these left, these people are crazy.
- 27:50There needs to be consequences. I mean, they need to find out
- 27:53who is doing this. Well, our technology, you can't,
- 27:57you can trace these phone numbers.
- 28:00It's easy. The government has has so many
- 28:04tech tools in their, in their toolbox and they can find out if
- 28:07they want to. Now Holman, he he's a, he's a
- 28:12central figure in the Trump admins board enforcement
- 28:14strategy. And President Trump, you know,
- 28:16picked him shortly after he won the 2024 election victory to
- 28:20overseas new admins sweeping mass deportation, deportation
- 28:24effort. He's doing a great job.
- 28:27But imagine if the big beautiful bill passed, how big, how much
- 28:30of A better job he could do. And you know, Holman, he he he
- 28:34recalls he was at dinner with his wife when Trump called him.
- 28:38He goes, I'm going to quote him. He goes, I was the first person
- 28:40he called bring him back, which again was a proud moment.
- 28:43But I was actually out to dinner with my wife.
- 28:45And then my phone rang and I looked down and it says POTUS.
- 28:49And my wife says he's asking him to come back.
- 28:52Isn't he home? And recalled?
- 28:54So he walked outside and the first thing he said to me was,
- 28:58you've been bitching about it for four years.
- 29:00We'll come back and fix it. So how do you say no when it's,
- 29:04I mean, how do you say no to Trump?
- 29:06Right? Trump actually sacrificed for us
- 29:09that we the people. 3 assassination attempts, one hit
- 29:14by a bullet. And you know, when Trump
- 29:17yesterday was talking about the big beautiful bill, he's at a
- 29:20presser and Tom Holman was there and he's there.
- 29:27He does an impromptu and brings Tom Holman up.
- 29:30And let me tell you something, Tom Holman kind of went off
- 29:34because he's tired. He's a no nonsense man.
- 29:36Man, you ever see him smile? I want to get him an interview
- 29:39on the big, big show. And I usually get people to
- 29:42smile. I do things.
- 29:44But I would love to get him. But you have to listen to what
- 29:46he said because he's not holding back.
- 29:48He he's, you know, look at the sacrifices he's making and he
- 29:52looks at the Congress says they're just dilly Dowling
- 29:57around his bill. And we're going to get more into
- 29:59this bill in a in a minute, but I'm going to play this clip.
- 30:02This morning, the Supreme Court has delivered a monumental
- 30:05victory for the Constitution, the separation of powers, and
- 30:10the rule of law. In striking down the excessive
- 30:13use of nationwide injunctions to interfere with the normal
- 30:17functioning of the executive branch, the Supreme Court has
- 30:20stopped the presidency itself. That's what they've done.
- 30:24And really, it's been, it's been an amazing period of time, this
- 30:30last hour. There are people elated all over
- 30:33the country. I've seen such, such happiness
- 30:36and spirit. Sometimes you don't see that.
- 30:38But this case is very important. I was elected on a historic
- 30:42mandate. But in recent months, we've seen
- 30:45a handful of radical left judges effectively try to overrule the
- 30:49rightful powers of the president to stop the American people from
- 30:53getting the policies that they voted for in record numbers.
- 30:57It was a grave threat to democracy, frankly.
- 31:00And instead of merely ruling on the immediate cases before them,
- 31:04these judges have attempted to. I apologize for that.
- 31:07That's the wrong clip. That was for the those crazy
- 31:10liberal justices on lower courts that are ruling against Trump.
- 31:14Anyway, I'll call you to Tom Holman went the big beautiful
- 31:17bill should be nonpartisan. If we get this bill passed, we
- 31:20got more agents on the road, we buy more beds, we got more
- 31:22transportation flights, more agents mean more bad guys
- 31:26arrested. Now who who the hell wouldn't be
- 31:29against that? That's what he said and and
- 31:31truthfully, who wouldn't be? Well, I'll tell you the
- 31:34Democrats, they want the illegals here because they get
- 31:38more votes because they allow illegal voting.
- 31:40It is what it is. But you know, they're trying to
- 31:44pass this bill. Trump wants to get this bill
- 31:46done by July 4th and sign. But GOP lawmakers, they erupted
- 31:50after the this unelected Senate pollitarian guts the key
- 31:54provision from Trump's one big beautiful bill.
- 31:58And and you have the Senate Majority Leader, Ryan L Thune.
- 32:01He refused to overrule the decision.
- 32:05I mean, this Senate pollitarian is proving that once again that
- 32:08the DC swamp is alive and well. Her name is Elizabeth McDonough.
- 32:14She was actually first appointed by Harry Reid.
- 32:20She's known for advising Al Gore during a 2000 election debacle,
- 32:24and she's she's gutting America first reforms from President
- 32:29Trump's one big beautiful bill. And and dude, he's flatly
- 32:34refused to overrule her McDonald's ruling.
- 32:37She's not an elected official. She's just put in to make sure
- 32:42rules are fine. You don't want to know what they
- 32:43do. The Senate parliamentarian is a
- 32:49nonpartisan advisor. She's just an advisor to the
- 32:51Senate on matters of procedure, rules and legislative activity.
- 32:56They they, you know, they provide guidance to presiding
- 32:59officer, senators, staff. She doesn't have any authority.
- 33:05She's like a referee for Senate proceedings.
- 33:08That's that's at best what she get does, but she's, she's, I
- 33:12don't know, she's striking down, you know, these provisions, the
- 33:15federal government defunding sanctuary cities, cities
- 33:19defunding the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
- 33:22If you remember, DOGE targeted that agency.
- 33:25She struck down the, you know, in the bill of the EP as efforts
- 33:28to rollback electric vehicle mandates.
- 33:30She also struck down a proposal to restrict federal courts from
- 33:33issuing nationwide injunctions. And she's saying the bird rule,
- 33:38that's what she rule, which is known as Section 313 of
- 33:43Congressional Budget Act, is a Senate rule that prevents
- 33:46extraneous matter from being included in reconciliation
- 33:52legislation. It's designed to ensure that
- 33:54reconciliation bills, which are used to expedite central certain
- 33:58budget related legislation, focus on changes to spending and
- 34:02revenue and not on unrelated policy changes.
- 34:08OK, but they still want to waste money on on fake EP van EP as
- 34:15electrical vehicle mandates want to give money to sanctuary
- 34:19cities. That's not that doesn't expect
- 34:23affect our spending and revenue. Come on.
- 34:28I mean, this is crazy. I mean, the bird rule, it limits
- 34:33the scope of what can be included in reconciliation
- 34:36legislation that ensures that the process used for intended
- 34:39purpose of addressing budgetary matters, Right?
- 34:42So isn't defunding sanctuary cities a budgetary matter?
- 34:49Isn't rolling back electrical vehicle mandates A budgetary
- 34:53matter? I mean, a proposal restrict
- 34:56federal courts from issuing nationwide injunctions.
- 34:58That's not a budgetary matter. How much money is wasted in the
- 35:02courts, taxpaying money with with lawyers and injunctions and
- 35:08all this time that's a but these are all budgetary matters.
- 35:12But doing this just letting this woman roll by.
- 35:14I just don't get it. The the the Republicans, they
- 35:19have no guts, no glory, but there's a lot of them, you know,
- 35:23speaking out against this and they're urgent doing to like,
- 35:25you know, do something about it. This unelected Senate, Senate
- 35:31Parlatan ruled against throwing illegal aliens off of American
- 35:34taxpayer funded Medicare and Medicaid and stopping Medicaid
- 35:38and CHIP from funding sex changes on children.
- 35:41She's for this and we're trying to stop this.
- 35:44Enough with these illegals getting everything.
- 35:46We have veterans in there. It's crazy.
- 35:50Our veterans should come first. Veterans over illegals.
- 35:52I say unbelievable, but don't go nowhere.
- 35:56We're going to be right back and I got it.
- 35:59You know this, this New York City mayor candidate, Zohan
- 36:04Madami, this guy's a Trojan horse.
- 36:07We got a lot to talk about him, man.
- 36:08I'm going to tell you, even though you don't live in New
- 36:10York, why this matters to you. So that's what people are
- 36:13saying. Why does it matter to me?
- 36:14I don't live in New York. Well, guess what?
- 36:15It does matter. Someone go nowhere.
- 36:19The big, big talk radio show will be right back.

- 37:39I'm your host, George Valentin, and I am live in New York City
- 37:44bringing you the tip of this spear.
- 37:45I'm running so low today. I'm running so you know, I'm so
- 37:50low. I'm the low low.
- 37:52I do my little quirkshare in there, but you know, we have
- 37:56this packed hour. We're going to get to this, this
- 38:00liberal socialist Trojan horse mayor candidate for New York
- 38:04City. But first, I'll give a shout out
- 38:05to our sponsor, Genesis Gold Group with their new innovation

- 39:05trustira.com. Make sure you tell them that the
- 39:07big make talk radio show sent you all right.
- 39:11Why does this matter that this socialist terrorist is running
- 39:16for New York mayor and actually won the Democratic nomination?
- 39:21I mean, it's amazing to me. I don't know what people in New
- 39:23York are thinking. Who knows what they think.
- 39:27But, you know, to each their own.
- 39:30But I'm going to let you in on something.
- 39:33They had GPS tracking information on Zohan Madami.
- 39:38Now, he's the guy that won the New York City Democrat primary
- 39:41for mayor. And it appears to have been that
- 39:44he was at Barack Hussein Obama's place in Washington, DC not
- 39:48once, but twice in just six weeks.
- 39:51Who else was there? I'm glad you asked the leaders
- 39:54of the Muslim Brotherhood. And if you don't know who they
- 39:57are, you might want to do study up on their history because
- 40:01they've been outlawed in Egypt, Syria, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the
- 40:04UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Austria under their anti terrorism laws.
- 40:11And this guy's over there meeting with him and Barack
- 40:13Hussein Obama at Hussein's house in DC.
- 40:19So, yeah, those guys and what appears to be a couple of
- 40:22Iranian operatives, both who are linked to Majid Ferrani because
- 40:26they met with him in Venezuela last summer.
- 40:29So sure, this is going to go great for New York City about
- 40:33the way it's gone for the US since Obama was president, but
- 40:36on steroids. I got a clip from a lady who's
- 40:39talking about this. I'm going to play it for you
- 40:41guys. Some more great GPS tracking
- 40:44information from Tony Siruga. Looks like mom Donnie, who just
- 40:47won the New York City Democrat primary for mayor there, appears
- 40:51to have been at Obama's place in Washington, DC twice in just six
- 40:55weeks. Who else was there?
- 40:58Leaders of the Muslim Brotherhood.
- 41:00And if you don't know who they are, you might want to study up
- 41:03on their history. They've been outlawed in Egypt,
- 41:06Syria, Russia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Bahrain, Jordan and Austria
- 41:11under their anti terrorism laws. So, yeah, just those guys and
- 41:15what appears to be a couple of Iranian operatives, both who are
- 41:19linked to Majid Ferrani because they met with him in Venezuela
- 41:23last summer. So sure, this is going to go
- 41:25great for New York City about the way it's gone for the US
- 41:29since Obama was president, but on steroids.
- 41:34You know, this is Zohan Mahami, right?
- 41:39He's filled out his natural immunization forms, right?
- 41:43I think it's form 400. But you have to be truthful and
- 41:47honest on that form. So it's time to let me remind
- 41:51you guys, the country, this is a Communist Control Act of 1954.
- 41:54It's still in law, guys. That means you can't serve in
- 41:57government if you're part of a communist organization.
- 42:01But gets better. The Naturalization Act says if a
- 42:04new citizen pushes communist revolution within five years,
- 42:08that's proof they lied to get in their citizenship can be
- 42:11revoked. So what's at play here?
- 42:14If you look you want to be funny, Trump and Vance could do
- 42:17the can start enforcing that law that already been on the books.
- 42:22No new bills, no debates. Just strip the mass off the
- 42:25radicals and send a clear message.
- 42:26You don't get to destroy this country from within.
- 42:29So socialist beware, you wanted a revolution.
- 42:31Let's start with the law you forgot exists.
- 42:34I mean, this guy is actually insane.
- 42:36He's he's has a little pressure where he's saying violence is an
- 42:41artificial construct. Artificial construct violence.
- 42:47Let me play that little clip for you guys.
- 42:49Often times we've even found as legislators, when we go into
- 42:52these courts, the term violent crime is even used when people
- 42:55are stealing packages. Violent crime is even used when
- 42:58people are accused of burglary and there happens to be a
- 43:01housing unit in that same dwelling.
- 43:03So violence is an artificial construction.
- 43:06We have to be very clear to what is happening here with these
- 43:09district attorneys. That is violence.
- 43:13That is violence of the bias story.
- 43:15We. An artificial construct.
- 43:19No, violence is not artificial. Violence is violence.
- 43:22Violence is when you hurt somebody, use an object, hurt
- 43:24somebody, use your hands. Violence is violence.
- 43:27It's not artificial. This dude's Soham Adami, you
- 43:30know, he's a failed rapper. When he goes on, he goes in the
- 43:34city. We have a million Muslims.
- 43:36When you go vote, remember, it's your opportunity to show Muslims
- 43:39don't just belong in New York City, we belong in City Hall
- 43:42too, OK, I don't, I don't discriminate.
- 43:46If you're you're a Catholic, Christian, Buddhist, Muslim,
- 43:50Jewish, you can be elected official.
- 43:53But that Sharia law stuff, it's, I'm telling you, it's right
- 43:56around the corner. And that's not it.
- 43:58That's you take that back home. We don't want that.
- 44:03And, and this dude is so out of whack.
- 44:05He's actually on a legislator in New York, right?
- 44:09And he's telling people on shows and his speeches, he plans on
- 44:15making new laws, saying it doesn't matter where companies
- 44:18are headquartered. If you do business in New York,
- 44:20they must pay his new increased corporate tax rate.
- 44:24He's saying business can't relocate to lower tax states to
- 44:27save money. And what he's proposing is he
- 44:31wants to raise 10 billion to pay for the entire economic agenda,
- 44:34which I may add, he wants to give you free everything.
- 44:36Free bus rides, free Medicare. He wants to even build
- 44:40government supermarkets. What is he crazy?
- 44:46That's that's ridiculous. Just so everybody knows, there's
- 44:50no such thing as anything free. Everything costs money.
- 44:55He wants his he wants to do this ten billion, you know, he says,
- 44:59I want to trump proof our city and, and he goes, the first is
- 45:04to match the state's corporate tax rate of the of that of New
- 45:07Jersey. He goes New York's at 7.25, New
- 45:11Jersey's at 11.5. Corporations can pay it over
- 45:14time, they get paid over here. So he's trying to say if
- 45:17corporations are in whatever Florida, Wisconsin, you name it,
- 45:20and they do business from New York, but they he wants them to
- 45:23pay that, pay the rates too. And then the second is taxing up
- 45:28to 1% of New Yorkers. Let me you know, I don't
- 45:34understand. Like he's running for mayor,
- 45:39he's on the legislative branch. So he should know this.
- 45:41So this is just, I'm going to tell you how he's lying.
- 45:43The mayor of New York City cannot unilaterally implement
- 45:47those proposed tax increases on corporate rates or high earners.
- 45:52The mayor, what he does is proposes budgets and policies,
- 45:54but tax changes require approval from the New York City Council
- 45:58for city taxes or the state legislature for state taxes.
- 46:03Now, corporate tax rates like those referenced in his proposal
- 46:07are they're primarily set by the state needing state legislative
- 46:11action. City income taxes also require
- 46:14state approval. You know, this just shows that
- 46:17the mayor's role is limited to to advocacy, not direct
- 46:21enactment. But he's going around telling
- 46:22people he's going to do it. So is he even qualified to be
- 46:26mayor? I think not.
- 46:29But this is just a start. This is like a breeding ground,
- 46:32test ground. This guy wins and and with his
- 46:35socialist agenda, I mean, New York City's bad.
- 46:38Now it's just forget about it. But I'm telling you, he wins is
- 46:44coming to a city near you. That's going to be their new
- 46:48agenda because they're the left are already embracing it because
- 46:52that's all they got. I mean, you have Congress people
- 46:57starting to talk about this. Congressman Ogolese sent the
- 47:00letter to Department of Justice saying Moulderi Express openly
- 47:05expressed solidarity with the Holy Land Foundation 5.
- 47:08Now that's a group convicted in 2008 for funneling millions of
- 47:11Hamas. They're AUS designated foreign
- 47:14terrorist organization responsible for countless
- 47:16civilian deaths. We don't need to know the 9/11
- 47:20in New York. The public support support for
- 47:24convicted terrorists is now this is voiced by before Mundine
- 47:29became AUS citizen. Now that constitutes A willful
- 47:32misrepresentation or concealment of terrorist sympathies during
- 47:35his naturalization process. So question is, how would it
- 47:42look if they threw him out of the country right now while he's
- 47:47running for mayor? Because you know, the liberals
- 47:49will be crying wolf, crying, crying, crying election
- 47:53interference, election interference.
- 47:56So it's a, it's a touchy subject.
- 47:58I mean, he, he wants to spend 65,000,000 on gender firming
- 48:01care, including for minors. This is unbelievable.
- 48:06This, this Muslim communist, he just won a Democratic nomination
- 48:08for mayor of New York City and he wants to spend 65,000,000 on
- 48:12gender affirming care, including for Myers.
- 48:16Let me tell you something. That was one of the issues that
- 48:18came up repeatedly in the 2024 election and American people
- 48:22made their opinion quite clear. Most people are against this.
- 48:27It's one of those 8020 issues that have come up repeatedly in
- 48:30recent months. And this dude, Mandy, me changes
- 48:33in the 20% side of the issue. Now, I shouldn't surprise
- 48:37anyone. And now because we're calling
- 48:40them out, what's the left want to do?
- 48:42The media, they're now want to call you Islamophobic, a part of
- 48:46their old strategy and playbook, right?
- 48:49Same old tire playbook. It is what it is.
- 48:52But you know, I'm running that time.
