  SPEAKER_00: Gitivok Bez.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: And we're going to start with the Mishnah on the towards the top of the Amal, right in the middle, actually.
• 0:08
  SPEAKER_00: Eilusha Urasayan Kibsarron.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_00: So in the last Mishnah, uh, the last Mishnah mentioned Ur as something that's mitzarif litumas eichlin, but it's not mitzarif l'homas navailah.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_00: This Mishnah is gonna share different things that we're gonna see.
• 0:22
SPEAKER_00: Is gonna show different types of or that are mitzarif, and are fully tami, no problem, just like uh basar.
• 0:27
SPEAKER_00: And this type, again, because in the last Mishnah, the Ur is considered its own thing.
• 0:30
SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's a shamer that has different Allahs, and therefore it's only Tsirif for Eichlin, it's not Tsiraf for Nevaela, etc.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_00: Our Mishnah, Elu Share and Kibsaran, is the opposite of that.
• 0:40
SPEAKER_00: These artists, these animals, their skins are just like the basar.
• 0:43
SPEAKER_00: It's just like the basar, it's a metami, just like the busar.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_00: So of course it's gonna be mitstarf across the board for any type of tumor because it's metameh just like the baser itself.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: Elusha eras and kipsaran, by the way, what's it tali in?
• 0:52
SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna see the basic idea is is the bus, is the or of this creature, whatever we're gonna deal with, is it soft like basar or is it not?
• 0:59
SPEAKER_00: If it's not soft like that, then it's gonna be considered more of a shimmer, more of a or it might be a shimmer anyway.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: But again, in the hilth in the in terms of hilfus tomabataira, if it's soft like busr, it's gonna have more of a din of busr.
• 1:09
SPEAKER_00: That the ur onto itself is gonna be metamic.
• 1:11
SPEAKER_00: So zakht, the meshmah elusharis and kipsar, and the following creatures and species, their or their skins have the din of basr.
• 1:19
SPEAKER_00: It's metamid just like basar.
• 1:20
  SPEAKER_00: Or ha'odam, skin of a person.
• 1:21
SPEAKER_00: So a person is metame, it's metame is a viabhisatoma, and that even the skin of a person is gonna be metamid just like the busar of a person.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: The or chazir, shalishum, and the skin of a pig, a domesticated pig, a pig that lives in the isham.
• 1:34
SPEAKER_00: Rabiuda, I'm reviewed it says Af or Chazira Bar.
• 1:37
SPEAKER_00: Even the skin of a wild chazir, of a chazir a bar.
• 1:41
SPEAKER_00: By the way, bar is wild.
• 1:43
SPEAKER_00: How do you say wild pig in English?
• 1:44
  SPEAKER_00: Bor.
• 1:45
  SPEAKER_00: Right?
• 1:45
  SPEAKER_00: So bar, boar, man.
• 1:47
  SPEAKER_00: I'm assuming maybe.
• 1:48
  SPEAKER_00: Who knows?
• 1:48
SPEAKER_00: But either way, Af Chazira bar, according to Rabiuda, even a boar, even the skin of a wild pig is also going to be uh being just like the basar.
• 1:57
SPEAKER_00: The or chatter shall gamaharaka, also the skin of the hump of a young camel.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: So the skin of a hump of a young camel that is considered also soft, like the baser.
• 2:08
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna have the din of busar in terms of tamal.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: The or a rash will egalarach, and also the the skin of the head of a young calf, the or ha prosas, and the skin of the hooves.
• 2:17
SPEAKER_00: The or basabaicious, and the skin of bashabaish is the isamakam, the animal.
• 2:21
SPEAKER_00: The or ha slil and or of the shlil, which is the the what's it called?
• 2:25
SPEAKER_00: The uh, give me the word, the fetus.
• 2:27
  SPEAKER_00: If it's like a fetus.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_00: The or shall tachhasa alian, the skin that's found under the tail.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: The or ha anokaba koyakal tava chymet, these are four out of the eight shratzim out of the shminashratzim.
• 2:38
SPEAKER_00: So these four of the shmain shrotzim, their or is gonna be considered just like basr.
• 2:41
  SPEAKER_00: What does that imply?
• 2:42
SPEAKER_00: That the other four, the shma shrotzim, their or is not gonna be considered like basar.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be considered like harder or that's gonna have a different din, more like the last Mishnah.
• 2:53
SPEAKER_00: It's more like the huda, that the or is not considered like basr.
• 2:56
SPEAKER_00: The or is gonna have more of the din that we saw in the last Mishnah.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_00: It might be mistaffed to certain things to form the shear that you need, but the aur onto its own is not like the basr.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_00: And all of these things.
• 3:06
SPEAKER_00: That you mean all these things that we said the din is that the r is treated not like r, but it's treated like basr.
• 3:11
SPEAKER_00: It's metame just like basr.
• 3:13
SPEAKER_00: What if you were ma'abde the r?
• 3:15
SPEAKER_00: You ibdan, you you processed the skin as you would a regular hide.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_00: So you're treating it mamesh like something that is bona fide uh skins and hides that you would process as leather, something like that.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_00: If you processed it, now already you're not treating it like basr.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_00: Oh shahee-chbain kadeya voida, or you walked on it.
• 3:30
SPEAKER_00: So if you stepped on it kideya voida enough.
• 3:32
SPEAKER_00: So part of the processing they used to do, they used to step on it a lot.
• 3:34
SPEAKER_00: So you step on it as part of the processing of the hide of the skins, and therefore, so if you processed it whatever the normal way was, or shahi the khbain kadeya vaida, or you stepped on it enough that it's considered processed now to iron.
• 3:46
SPEAKER_00: Even though I said that the aur is gonna have the din of business, that's gonna be tame if you process that or that generally has the din of uh that generally has the din of busr, but you took it anyways and you processed it, then it's gonna be tar chutzmear on them.
• 3:59
SPEAKER_00: Except for the skin of a person, even if you tried processing the skin of a person, it's still gonna be tomorrow.
• 4:08
SPEAKER_00: He says that though I don't hold those four are different.
• 4:10
SPEAKER_00: I hold that the Shweinusratsim, they all have Iris, all the skin is considered skin, not like Basar, and even the four that you mentioned, it's not Iris and Kibsaran.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_00: It's not considered like as a den of Basar that it's gonna be Metama just like the Basar, but rather they all have Iras, and they're all not Metame Zoq Nigamara.
• 4:26
  SPEAKER_00: Amr Ulah.
• 4:27
SPEAKER_00: Ulla said, Dvartoira, or Hoadam Tar, Mida Oirisa, human skin is actually not Metame.
• 4:35
SPEAKER_00: Human skin is actually tarmi the raisa.
• 4:37
  SPEAKER_00: Matam Amratame.
• 4:38
  SPEAKER_00: Why did Khazal say?
• 4:39
SPEAKER_00: This is all in the capacity of touching, eating This is uh in every capacity.
• 4:44
  SPEAKER_00: Every sense of Tama.
• 4:47
SPEAKER_00: What again, so each thing is gonna be Metame differently, right?
• 4:50
SPEAKER_00: The R of Navela is not gonna be Metame like the R of Adam in the oh yo, or Adam is gonna be Metame Bayl.
• 4:55
SPEAKER_00: So if you consider that it's metame, then as long as you have the shear of R independently, it's gonna be Metame, no problem.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_00: If you touch it, if you carry it, if you're in the same aisle as it.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_00: Depending on where it is.
• 5:04
SPEAKER_00: Depending on what whatever it is, like a person gives over to be also metame bayo.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_00: And a vela cannot be metame bayo.
• 5:10
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 5:10
SPEAKER_00: No, if he's dead, meaning.
• 5:12
  SPEAKER_00: Of course, yeah.
• 5:14
  SPEAKER_00: But apparently.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_00: So however that thing is normally metame, the or of that thing can also be metame.
• 5:21
  SPEAKER_00: That's it.
• 5:22
SPEAKER_00: So dwartari around the matur.
• 5:24
SPEAKER_00: Midorisa, human skin is not tame, it's not tame mes.
• 5:28
  SPEAKER_00: Umatam omru tame.
• 5:29
SPEAKER_00: Why did Khazal say on a drab on level that human skin is gonna be tame?
• 5:36
  SPEAKER_00: Wild.
• 5:37
SPEAKER_00: For that a person might make his father and mother's skin into a couch.
• 5:42
SPEAKER_00: And we're worrying that he's going to make it into carpets and stichen, pillows, whatever it is, to throw out.
• 5:48
SPEAKER_00: If you if you're gonna tell me that it's not t it's not tame, then he's gonna take it, he's gonna uh you know, put put uh put his parents uh you know hanging on the wall for a good memory or something like that.
• 5:57
  SPEAKER_00: I mean now anymore.
• 5:59
SPEAKER_00: Uh but now we but now it's tame, exactly.
• 6:01
  SPEAKER_00: What wild zah.
• 6:02
SPEAKER_00: And by the way, Tyson says even further, the mace is usrbah no, even bicholodam, a mace is usrba no, forget about tomo.
• 6:08
SPEAKER_00: So he use a mace at all, it's as by everyone, and it's usr to make from his skin stichen.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: But guys are because of that, Mishamach Shosha, Shia Tame, Elamisham Aviim, the Khammer Tuva.
• 6:20
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 6:21
  SPEAKER_00: Because Kibiravaim.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_00: Kibiravaim is more cham, and that's why Khazar guys are over here, because if you do this, this is not kiber of aim.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_00: So a person he might not be worried about uh making uh his father and mother into a couch, but he's worried about Tome.
• 6:33
SPEAKER_00: So therefore Khazar were guided that it's Tame, so he doesn't do that.
• 6:35
  SPEAKER_00: What?
• 6:38
  SPEAKER_00: There is kibiraim alakheris.
• 6:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 6:43
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 6:46
  SPEAKER_00: Right there, it's Tysus.
• 6:47
SPEAKER_00: Clearly going in that cheetah.
• 6:48
  SPEAKER_00: But says the Gemara.
• 6:50
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, so that's a Xera.
• 6:51
SPEAKER_00: Why did Khazal say that it's gonna be Tame?
• 6:53
SPEAKER_00: Really, Midaraisah, human skin is not Tame.
• 6:55
SPEAKER_00: But if it was Tor, then a person uh maybe would make his parents into a couch.
• 6:59
SPEAKER_00: We don't want that to happen.
• 7:00
SPEAKER_00: Khazal were Geyser, it's gonna be Tame, Tomai is not gonna mess with now.
• 7:03
SPEAKER_00: Says the Maravika, the Masmila Sei.
• 7:06
SPEAKER_00: Sorry, uh yeah, Vika the Masmila Sefa.
• 7:08
SPEAKER_00: Some, so that was going on the Risha, right?
• 7:09
SPEAKER_00: The Risha said, Aura Adam was part of the ratio of the Mishnah.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_00: Or is just like the bush, it's metama just like the bushers.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: Some had this member of Ulah on the seifa of the Mishnah.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_00: We said in the Sefa that all these udras we mentioned, if you process these udras, even though we said they're tame, once you process them, they're gonna be tar.
• 7:32
SPEAKER_00: Exception, with the exception of human skin.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_00: And on that, ikidamasnilah seifa ula's going on.
• 7:37
SPEAKER_00: Umr ulad tar Adam Sheibdu Shaibdu tar.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_00: Midoi raisa, if you process human skin, it's gonna be tar just like the other ones.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_00: Midoy Raisa, it's gonna be tar just like the other ones.
• 7:46
SPEAKER_00: Mata marmuzera matama tame, why did they say it's tame?
• 7:51
SPEAKER_00: Because we're worried that a person might make his parents into couches, ma'hulu, manda maslila raising calls.
• 7:58
  SPEAKER_00: What's enough?
• 7:58
SPEAKER_00: Can you in between these two?
• 7:59
SPEAKER_00: Whether you learn Ula on the Risha, the Sefa, very simple.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: If you learn it on the Risha, then Midoy Raisa, human skin, is Tahor across the board.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_00: If you learn it on the seifa, then you can tell me midai raisa human skin is actually tomai.
• 8:14
SPEAKER_00: When is it Tahor Midaraisa?
• 8:17
SPEAKER_00: If you were Ibn, right?
• 8:18
  SPEAKER_00: That was the Seifa.
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: Vikulan Shah Ibdan, if you processed it, then it's gonna be tar.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_00: But that's only on a Daraisa level.
• 8:24
SPEAKER_00: And the Rabban were guns, or even if you were processed it, now it's still gonna be tomorrow, because we don't want uh we don't want you to make couches out of this, right?
• 8:30
SPEAKER_00: So that is enough kamina, says the Gemara.
• 8:32
SPEAKER_00: So if you learn it on the Resha, call Shekena Seifa, Mad Masnia Sefa, then I'll tell you really on the sefa, we're saying that there's a Ghazaira Drabanan, once you processed it, but me the Raisa, it's okay.
• 8:42
SPEAKER_00: Now, Abla Raisha tomorrow the Raisa, but the ratio where you didn't even process the skin, that's gonna be the Raizo.
• 8:47
SPEAKER_00: Then or Adam is 100% going to be the Raiza across the board, says the Gemaravatur.
• 8:52
  SPEAKER_00: But our chazir.
• 8:54
SPEAKER_00: We said the skin of a chazir is going to be or same kimpsar, and the or just like the bus, it's gonna be in time just like the business.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: Where Rabbi Huda said, so the Tanakhama said, Or chhazir shall you show only a domesticated pig.
• 9:06
SPEAKER_00: Rabiuda said, even uh boar, right?
• 9:08
  SPEAKER_00: Even a chazir a bar.
• 9:09
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemar.
• 9:10
  SPEAKER_00: Machimatug, what's the machikas?
• 9:11
  SPEAKER_00: We're here.
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: Marsabr, hai ashran mahai rakh.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_00: Tanakama holds that one of them is hard, one of them is soft, right?
• 9:16
SPEAKER_00: The wild one is lihura hard, and therefore it's not included.
• 9:20
SPEAKER_00: If it's a harder skin, then the Urui Sayin is not kipsoran, and that's why it doesn't have this dinner.
• 9:25
SPEAKER_00: Rebuh the said, hi Namiraq, the even the boar, even the wild one, is also considered soft, and therefore, and therefore we're gonna say that it has the same din of the buster, just like the domesticated pig.
• 9:35
  SPEAKER_00: Or Katerish al Gamalaraka.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: So we said the skin of the hump of a young camel, the camagamaraka.
• 9:42
SPEAKER_00: So, how young is young?
• 9:43
SPEAKER_00: Let's put an age on it, right?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_00: So, uh Kozman that it didn't uh carry a load, that's still considered young.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: Where Virmios are Virmi had a question here.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_00: Virmi is always asking the technical ones, right?
• 9:54
SPEAKER_00: And over here, uh what are you gonna say in the following?
• 9:58
SPEAKER_00: What if it got of age that it could carry a load, but it just stay punk didn't?
• 10:03
SPEAKER_00: So is it considered over that threshold and now it's gonna be uh uh not uh considered a gamma haraka anymore, not a young one anymore, or not?
• 10:10
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, by yeah, but I further clarify.
• 10:12
  SPEAKER_00: Loigyasmana litan litana mao.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_00: What if it carried a load before normally it would carry a load?
• 10:17
SPEAKER_00: Meaning this uh camel, you don't think it uh should be carrying loads yet?
• 10:21
SPEAKER_00: It didn't reach that point, but anyways, it carried a load.
• 10:23
  SPEAKER_00: Mao, is it Talion?
• 10:24
SPEAKER_00: Again, the age that camels normally start carrying loads, or if it punked actually started carrying a load?
• 10:29
SPEAKER_00: And if it reached uh this was your Via, if it reached the age that camels normally starting carrying loads, but it punkt didn't, what are you gonna say in that case?
• 10:38
SPEAKER_00: Lakesh for coming by lei.
• 10:39
SPEAKER_00: So Rishlakish was sitting once, and he was asking this question: Camel Gamalaka.
• 10:43
SPEAKER_00: What is the bracket for the gamal raka?
• 10:45
SPEAKER_00: We said that the or of the hump of a young camel is a Rasen Kipsar.
• 10:50
SPEAKER_00: The or as a din, it's metame just like bustler.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_00: So how young is that?
• 10:53
SPEAKER_00: Ribish Ur Rishlakish was asking this question.
• 10:55
SPEAKER_00: And I'm like Rashmal Bar Abba, how come Rabishuman Levi?
• 10:57
SPEAKER_00: So Rishmal Baraba told Rishlakish, I'll tell I'll tell you what Ribishum Levi said.
• 11:01
  SPEAKER_00: Kozman Shilaitana.
• 11:02
SPEAKER_00: Kozman that it didn't have carry a load, so Amalai.
• 11:04
SPEAKER_00: So Rishlakish was so happy that uh Ribishmal Barabba told him in the name of Ribishuman Levi.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: He told him uh the gather over here, what is it?
• 11:11
  SPEAKER_00: It's Kozman Shilaitana.
• 11:12
SPEAKER_00: So he said, Kiblikibli, come sit across from me, come sit next to me in a place of kubud, because uh you told me this wonderful thing in the name of Ribbshuman Levi.
• 11:20
SPEAKER_00: He says, Yes, Ribzaira coming by the very similar exchange, but now with Ribzaira.
• 11:24
SPEAKER_00: So Rebzaira was sitting and he was asking this question, Kamal Gamaraka.
• 11:26
SPEAKER_00: So how old is the Gamaraka?
• 11:27
SPEAKER_00: Samalay, Ravin Barchenina, Hachi Amar Ula Amar Rashima Levi, Sir Amhana code of the same Ramashumal Levi in the name of Ula.
• 11:33
SPEAKER_00: Ula Amar Mishiman Levi calls Manchalaitana, calls Mandarin didn't carry a load.
• 11:37
  SPEAKER_00: Savakatani lah.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_00: So he said it again.
• 11:39
SPEAKER_00: So I guess our Rishlakesh uh or Rebzaira didn't answer right away.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: So he said it again.
• 11:42
SPEAKER_00: Calls Manchalaitana, as long as it didn't carry a load.
• 11:44
SPEAKER_00: Sumalay, Ribzaira answered it back.
• 11:46
SPEAKER_00: Had Havilah Well, you only know one thing.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_00: Amrit, you already said it.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_00: You don't have to say it again.
• 11:51
SPEAKER_00: Shot for uh for the Vart.
• 11:53
SPEAKER_00: Not so impressive, that's what it means.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_00: And on that, the Gemara follows up.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_00: That To Fazima being Takify Ara de Israel, the Hasid of Babu.
• 12:00
SPEAKER_00: Come and see the difference between the taqify ara de Israel and the Hasidim of Babu.
• 12:04
SPEAKER_00: Who's the taqifim of Aradisrael?
• 12:06
SPEAKER_00: So a classic one is Rishlakish Rashid brings right here.
• 12:08
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 12:09
SPEAKER_00: Rish Lakish was considered a taqif, he would not speak to your everyday person.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_00: Rashid says, we bring in Gemar and Yuma, then Rishlakish Baadei Yavile Iskabalei Sahadi.
• 12:20
SPEAKER_00: Someone who you saw, someone who saw Rishlakish talking to someone, if Rishlakish is talking to that guy, people used to give him uh business deals without aid him, they trust him so much.
• 12:28
SPEAKER_00: If Rishlakish is talking to you, you are a Bar Samcha 100%.
• 12:31
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, Rishlakish was a takif.
• 12:32
SPEAKER_00: He wanted to give everyone the time of day.
• 12:34
SPEAKER_00: And if he gave you the time of day, you must be uh a reliable and a hush of a person.
• 12:38
SPEAKER_00: People went into business with you, no aid them, no questions, nothing.
• 12:40
SPEAKER_00: So that's a taqif of Rishlakish, and on that it's counterintuitive.
• 12:43
SPEAKER_00: Because the taqify d Ariuso, right?
• 12:45
SPEAKER_00: Rish Lakish was the from the Gadelayama Rama Veritzrah.
• 12:48
SPEAKER_00: So Rishlakish, who was a taqif, he's considered a takif over here.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_00: He was giving so much covet to who said this to him?
• 12:56
SPEAKER_00: To uh Rabishmal Bar Abba, who quoted Rabishum Navi, about this Indian of Kol's Man Shalai Tana.
• 13:02
SPEAKER_00: Wow, tiblik at least says, sit across from me, giving you so much covet.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_00: Even though he was a takif, right?
• 13:06
SPEAKER_00: You would think you would think he's the one to shrug him off, shut up for the vert from Ribishum Navy.
• 13:10
SPEAKER_00: But no, he was the one that gives him so much covet, sit across from me.
• 13:12
SPEAKER_00: And Hasidid the Babel, who's the Hasidid the Bavl of me?
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_00: Rashid says it's Ribzaira.
• 13:16
SPEAKER_00: Ribzaira was known as a Khassim Rubel.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: Rabzaira brings that uh Rashi brings Ribzaira.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_00: We know that he Rabzaira was one of the one of the Amaram that came from Babal to Eritz Israel.
• 13:25
SPEAKER_00: And when he came up to Eritz Israel, the Gemarian uh Bum Batzil says Rabzera, Bavlloy.
• 13:32
SPEAKER_00: He sat 40 Tanesin, so he should forget Talmud Bavli.
• 13:35
SPEAKER_00: He was going up to Aeratzral.
• 13:36
SPEAKER_00: He wanted the Avir Daritzra Machim.
• 13:38
SPEAKER_00: He didn't want the Talmud Bavli that he had from Babl to corrupt any of his new learning in Eritz Israel.
• 13:43
SPEAKER_00: He fasted 40 Tanesin, the Nishtak Mine Tamudul Babl to forget Talmud Bavli.
• 13:48
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I mean.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_00: So he was a these are Hasidish type of inyonim, and therefore this is he was a chassid.
• 14:03
SPEAKER_00: He was a chassid debaba.
• 14:05
  SPEAKER_00: And still counterintuitive.
• 14:06
SPEAKER_00: Again, Rub Shlaqish, who was the Takif, who barely spoke to him.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_00: He wouldn't give you the time of day if you're not the highest caliber of person.
• 14:13
SPEAKER_00: So he was uh Mechabid, this uh Rabishmal Barabah, that's in the name of Rashuman Levi, he tivlikabli, and our Bzera, who's the Chasid, who you would expect maybe to be more uh forthcoming.
• 14:23
SPEAKER_00: Um someone who told in this vart well actually responded pretty uh neg negatively, Shka'if.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: It's the only thing you know.
• 14:28
SPEAKER_00: You said I already said it once, you don't need to say it more than once.
• 14:31
SPEAKER_00: And not sure what the Gemara's point here is, but that's the counterintuitiveness over here.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_00: And Zauk the Gemara Viter.
• 14:37
SPEAKER_00: The Or Harush, the head, the skin of a head of the egelarach, of a young calf.
• 14:43
SPEAKER_00: Says Gemara, so let's try to quantify that.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_00: The Kamo Egelarah, how old is this?
• 14:46
SPEAKER_00: The egalarah how old is considered young?
• 14:48
SPEAKER_00: So Ula Amar Ben Shnasa, Ula says, as long as it's less than a year old.
• 14:54
  SPEAKER_00: While it's still nursing.
• 15:02
SPEAKER_00: When Ula said benchnas that it's a year old, does that mean only if it's still nursing?
• 15:06
SPEAKER_00: The Amalir Biel Mrichlin's answering back, calls manchayoinik.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_00: No, as long as it's nursing, and Rash says, even after a year, is that what's going on?
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: Oh, maybe the way to learn and understand this machelike says, Ulah, ben shnasa gammer.
• 15:19
SPEAKER_00: Ula was saying one year.
• 15:21
SPEAKER_00: I don't care about whether it's nursing or not, it makes no difference.
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_00: No.
• 15:37
SPEAKER_00: If you're gonna tell me Rebekin means both, it should be Ben Shnose, Vihusha Yonik.
• 15:41
SPEAKER_00: And also that he's being yonik.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_00: Ribichin didn't say that.
• 15:43
  SPEAKER_00: Rebechlin said, Yonik.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_00: Mashmah, the only thing that matters is yunik.
• 15:48
SPEAKER_00: And therefore that's the only thing that matters.
• 15:49
SPEAKER_00: Shma me know that that's what's going on of it.
• 15:50
SPEAKER_00: It says as the following from Ribekin.
• 15:56
SPEAKER_00: The Oro Rosh Shall Egalarach, the soft, the skin of the head of a young uh calf, right?
• 16:05
SPEAKER_00: Is it gonna be Mittameh?
• 16:06
SPEAKER_00: So this we had in the Mishnah already.
• 16:07
SPEAKER_00: So Amala, he answered the back.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_00: Interesting, because our Mishnah said, it's like the Basas that it is Mittameh.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_00: So it says the Gemara Amalay answered the back.
• 16:16
  SPEAKER_00: Didn't you teach us?
• 16:17
SPEAKER_00: You taught us the Mishnah.
• 16:21
SPEAKER_00: It was one of them in the Mishnah that it is Mittameh.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_00: Here you're telling me now it's not Mittameh.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_00: So Amalai answered the back.
• 16:26
SPEAKER_00: Don't catch me up on a Mishnah that I taught you.
• 16:28
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 16:28
SPEAKER_00: Because Bilash and Yochana Nishana.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_00: I taught you that, but it's a Das Yochid.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_00: The Mishnah that I taught you, you're right.
• 16:33
SPEAKER_00: This Mishnah we learned from Ahmad Alif.
• 16:35
SPEAKER_00: He taught Bihna, but it's a Das Yochid.
• 16:37
SPEAKER_00: And that's not actually an Allah.
• 16:38
SPEAKER_00: Where do we see that it's a Das Yochid that Tani wave right?
• 16:44
SPEAKER_00: Some of the Shaqanab to be maktir a kazayas of the skin that's under the tail.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_00: And this is the thing we actually need.
• 17:05
SPEAKER_00: So either way, a lot of names here, but it's a dasyochid, right?
• 17:08
SPEAKER_00: It's uh ishkar ikum, it's shimon miniuda, ishkar ikum in the name of Rebishiman, that or process, echod or process, whether it's the skin of the hooves, the echod or harai shall egal a raf.
• 17:18
SPEAKER_00: This is the one we need, whether it's the skin of the head of a young calf, the echar or shall tahza alia, or if it's the skin that's under the tail.
• 17:25
SPEAKER_00: The Holzuman that Gabi Thomas and concern and anything that the Kham counted, Gabi Tumah, that the or is like the bus of the Nitzmetame, the Havi Urshabisha Baez, including the or of the Islamakim, Chutzlim Kaime apostle in Grikaris, Chutzizmana, pigle the Khaminalab Karis.
• 17:39
SPEAKER_00: If he does a chutzmana, it's considered pigle, and you're gonna be haif cars, meaning what?
• 17:43
  SPEAKER_00: It's like a bus, it's like the busar, 100%.
• 17:45
SPEAKER_00: If you're hive karas for that, so obviously it's like the baser.
• 17:48
SPEAKER_00: That's uh just Dinah Pigle.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_00: But what do we see over here?
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: That this is a Das Yaakid that brought that these things are Urrasin Kibzaran.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, this Mishnah that we learned is a Dasyakid.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: It's these names over here.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: It's either uh it's either uh Lazar bin Yhuda Ish Avlum Mishum Rabyakov, and also it was Rib Shiman benihuda ishfar ikum in the name of Rib Shimid.
• 18:05
SPEAKER_00: But the point is that it's uh Das Yochid.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_00: If it's a Dasyochid, we don't actually hold it like that.
• 18:09
SPEAKER_00: So therefore, when Ribihuda or when Rishlakish asks the kasha to Rbiyachanan, Rubiyakhan answering him back that it's Tahor.
• 18:15
SPEAKER_00: Ah, you taught us the Mishnah.
• 18:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but we don't pass him like the Mishnah because the Mishnah is a Das Yochin, as we just saw in the Bri.
• 18:21
SPEAKER_00: So says the Orbeza Prasa is the skin of the hooves.
• 18:24
SPEAKER_00: So my Besaprasa, so what are what exactly what part are we talking about?
• 18:27
SPEAKER_00: Rav omar basis pras mamesh.
• 18:29
SPEAKER_00: Rav says the actual skin on the hooves, mamesh, Rib Khanina amarhuva.
• 18:33
  SPEAKER_00: Hanim Kaisamar Raj.
• 18:34
SPEAKER_00: Rukhanina says we're really talking about the whole bottom section of the leg from the ankle and down, the part that's generally sold with the head.
• 18:41
SPEAKER_00: So go to the market, you'll see the part that's sold with the head.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_00: That's the part of the ankle down, the chule, and that's what it means when it says our brasa pras.
• 18:47
SPEAKER_00: It says we said in the Mishnah of the R of the Anaka, and we quoted specifically four of the Shmaina Shrazim.
• 18:54
SPEAKER_00: Four of the Shmainas Shrazim, are saying kipsaran, the aur is soft just like the basar, and therefore it's gonna be metama just like the basar.
• 19:03
SPEAKER_00: So this is a positive by the shratsim.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_00: It's called Negebah, the Ara, that's the passing.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_00: So it says Eyla Hatmayim.
• 19:10
  SPEAKER_00: Hatmayim is Lerabahsaran.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_00: To teach me that the aur is the same dinner, the Baser, that the R of these Shrachim are also gonna be Tammy just like the Basar.
• 19:18
SPEAKER_00: So I would think all of them.
• 19:19
SPEAKER_00: I would think all eight.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_00: It says Ela, which is a muot, tafka these, not others, to teach you that what?
• 19:25
SPEAKER_00: The ones we said in the Mishnah are Arasan Kim Saran, but the other four are not Urusen Kimsaran.
• 19:30
SPEAKER_00: The R of the other four are gonna have the regular dinner of R, and it's not gonna be like the Basar, then it's not gonna be Metamah.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_00: It says Gemara of the Ela Kuluksivi.
• 19:35
SPEAKER_00: You're telling me that Eyla is a mute.
• 19:37
  SPEAKER_00: Only these?
• 19:38
SPEAKER_00: Aylah is said about all of them.
• 19:39
SPEAKER_00: It says Ela Hatmaim, but then it lists eight.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_00: So you're gonna tell me, I hatmaim is telling me Arasanikimsaran, but Ayla is limiting it only four?
• 19:46
SPEAKER_00: Eylah Hatmaim is going on all eight, so that should include all eight.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_00: So what do you mean it's only that it's only four of them that are a Sanikim Saran?
• 19:52
SPEAKER_00: It says Gemara Amarav, Lemineu, Hipsiqa, and Arab explains that the posuk in the middle says Lemineu.
• 19:58
SPEAKER_00: So in the middle of the count, I don't know if the posuk in front of me, but in the middle of the count of the Shmain and Shrotzim, it's sta it says Lemineu.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_00: So anything after Lemineu, that's uh Lemineu is Hipsicho Indian.
• 20:09
SPEAKER_00: So the first four are different from the last four.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_00: And therefore Lemineu Hipsiko Indian.
• 20:12
SPEAKER_00: So only the Shratzim after Lemineu, or rather it wasn't four and four, it was actually three and five.
• 20:17
SPEAKER_00: We're about to ask Akash on that.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_00: But either way, the Shratzim after Lemineu, that's what we're talking about.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_00: Those are the only ones we're including, and that's uh, but Ala is gonna be Mimimai the other one.
• 20:26
SPEAKER_00: So Marvik Shiv Nami Tinchemis.
• 20:28
SPEAKER_00: If so, that you're counting anything after the word Lemineu in the Pasuk, then what about the Tinchemis?
• 20:32
SPEAKER_00: It's not only the four we mentioned in the Mishnah.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_00: Also the Tinchemis, which we didn't mention in the Mishnah, it's a fifth one.
• 20:36
SPEAKER_00: Also, that one should be included because it's mentioned after Lemineu.
• 20:39
SPEAKER_00: Some of Shemobar Yitzhak, Rav Tinchemes, Rav Tanahu.
• 20:42
SPEAKER_00: Vitani Tinchemis, or Shmuber Yitzhak explains, Rav is a Tana, and therefore he's allowed to argue in the Mishnah.
• 20:47
SPEAKER_00: Vitanat Tinchemis, he actually does learn Tinchemis.
• 20:50
SPEAKER_00: He learns Tinchemis as part of the count.
• 20:51
SPEAKER_00: That or the same kipsaran.
• 20:53
SPEAKER_00: The R is just like the bustard that it's gonna be Metamas.
• 20:55
SPEAKER_00: It's like Tanadidan Latan Tinchemis.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_00: But you're telling me that this is the same Limud, that this isn't the Mikar for Artana, who counted only four, and our Katana didn't count Tin Chemis.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_00: I understand Rav Tana Upalagi could argue whatever.
• 21:04
SPEAKER_00: But our Mishnah said, What's Pshan in our Mishnah?
• 21:06
  SPEAKER_00: He didn't count Tinchemis.
• 21:07
SPEAKER_00: If you're counting anything after Lumineu, how are you not counting Tinchemis?
• 21:10
SPEAKER_00: Some Reshab Braid Rubidi, Tana Didan Savala Kribu.
• 21:13
  SPEAKER_00: I'll tell you why.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_00: Art Tana holds a completely different swarm.
• 21:16
SPEAKER_00: He holds a Kabihuda Dazabasar Gishsa, who goes to the feel, bust to the texture of the animal.
• 21:21
SPEAKER_00: Again, if it's considered very soft like the busser, it's gonna be metama like the busar.
• 21:24
SPEAKER_00: It's if it's considered hard like or, then it's gonna have the din of R, it's not gonna be Metama.
• 21:28
SPEAKER_00: And therefore, the Gishta D'Atalkimagi, the ta the machlikus of the year is in Metzias.
• 21:33
SPEAKER_00: The texture and the feel of the Alta, the Lita.
• 21:36
SPEAKER_00: This uh one of the Shmaidishrats is the or like the buster, is the or not like the busser.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_00: That is the machelikas Artana clearly holds from the fact that it's not counted over here.
• 21:43
SPEAKER_00: That the or is not like the buster, and that's why it didn't include it in the in the four that we mentioned in the Mishnah.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: Because he holds the skin is not like the buster.
• 21:52
SPEAKER_00: Aye, what about the pasuk?
• 21:53
SPEAKER_00: He doesn't darsh in the pasuk, he just goes busar gishta, he just goes after the feel, and therefore rav darshens the pasuk.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_00: But you're mixing two things up.
• 21:59
  SPEAKER_00: Artana does not.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Not Darshan the Passi Bikal, he just goes after the feel and he holds those four are have the feel or is saying kipsaran and that's where the or is gonna have the din of basar.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_00: So you're calling we said in the Mishnah, although that we just mentioned these creatures that the aur has the din of basar, right?
• 22:15
SPEAKER_00: And therefore it's gonna be Mitameh.
• 22:16
SPEAKER_00: However, if you process those ars, it's not gonna have the din of basar anymore.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_00: It's not gonna be metame, it's gonna be tar.
• 22:23
  SPEAKER_00: Says Digimarov Shibdan Vahulu.
• 22:25
  SPEAKER_00: And we said what?
• 22:26
SPEAKER_00: You processed it or you walked on it.
• 22:28
SPEAKER_00: If you walked on it, hey or uh you were hailah on it.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_00: You walked on it kid uh avoidasan enough to process it, then it's gonna be tar.
• 22:37
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like only if you walked on it, only if you walked on it, but if you didn't walk in it, uh doing anything else is not going to be enough to qualify that now you're using it as some type of processed skin, really?
• 22:53
SPEAKER_00: The ear of a hammar that you patched it on your backs.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_00: You didn't do anything, you didn't process it, you just took it and you started using it as a patch on your back.
• 23:01
SPEAKER_00: Ta'ara, it's now gonna be tar because you clearly uh found the use case for something else.
• 23:05
SPEAKER_00: So, what does it sound like?
• 23:06
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like as long as you kind of designated it for something, you put it as a patch, it's gonna be good to go.
• 23:10
SPEAKER_00: Even if you didn't walk on it kid, says the kede abedasan, says the gemara, I'll answer your question.
• 23:17
SPEAKER_00: Tila, if you patched it onto something, Afghavdalch, then you're right.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_00: You don't need this halech qualification, you don't need to walk on it the amount that it needs to be processed in order for it to be tar.
• 23:26
SPEAKER_00: Lloyd, but if you didn't patch it on and you stam have this thing now you plan on using, then hilach illay.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_00: If you walked and you were ma'abid it, then then yes it's gonna be tar.
• 23:37
SPEAKER_00: But if not, then it's not gonna be tar.
• 23:40
SPEAKER_00: How much do you have to walk on this skin in order to pro now it's gonna be considered processed, then now it's gonna be tar, amravun omrbianai arbas milan.
• 23:48
SPEAKER_00: You have to walk four million's worth.
• 23:50
SPEAKER_00: So you have to walk around on this skin enough that it's gonna be considered a four million, and that's gonna be considered enough because they ebud that now you process the skin and it's gonna be a tar.
• 23:58
SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara, some have Ribavom, Misham Drah Shamar, Legabel, Vilitfila, Vlatias Milan.
• 24:04
SPEAKER_00: This is a famous Gemara that legabel for all these alokas, four million applies.
• 24:11
  SPEAKER_00: What are these things?
• 24:11
SPEAKER_00: Legabel, Rashi explains, is talking about someone who's uh Losh Isasu Bitahara, he's needing dough tahara, and he's a sahir, he's really working for the balabais, he's using the balabais as though, and it's kailim became tombe.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_00: So how far does he have to walk to be Metar as Kalim and Taibel is Kailim?
• 24:27
SPEAKER_00: Uh and he can't demand money from the Balabai's, and he has to do it on his own dollar, and he has to go pay for the boss himself, the hulu, he has to go up till four million.
• 24:35
SPEAKER_00: Four million, that's the legabel.
• 24:36
SPEAKER_00: Vila Chvila, a person has to go for a minion.
• 24:39
SPEAKER_00: If he's stranded without a minion, he has to find the shul, he has to go up to four million.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_00: And then it's aim.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_00: If he wants to eat, then he has to do nitial sidaim.
• 24:45
SPEAKER_00: He has to walk, he doesn't have water, he has to walk until four million to find a tial sidaim.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_00: And if he can't find it within four million, then he doesn't have to do natial sidaim.
• 24:52
SPEAKER_00: That's our boss millen, for these three in Yunan.
• 24:54
  SPEAKER_00: Um Rub Nachmar Yitzhawk.
• 24:55
  SPEAKER_00: Evo.
• 24:56
SPEAKER_00: Run Nachmar Yatzlik said that we just quoted that in the name of Rabavo, right in the parentheses.
• 25:00
SPEAKER_00: But Rabn Nachmar Yatzlik says, people used to confuse that because Avoy sounds like a vo.
• 25:03
SPEAKER_00: They used to confuse it, was really Avoy, and it wasn't Rabavo.
• 25:06
SPEAKER_00: It was really Avoy that said that.
• 25:08
  SPEAKER_00: Says the Gemara.
• 25:09
SPEAKER_00: Varboy, and sorry, continues Rim Nachmar Yatzhog.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_00: It was really Ava that said this.
• 25:14
SPEAKER_00: And it wasn't three things that he said about our Bas Milan.
• 25:16
  SPEAKER_00: But rather Varboy Omribah.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_00: He said four halakhs as it relates to our Bas Milan.
• 25:21
SPEAKER_00: What was the one that we need?
• 25:22
SPEAKER_00: This is how it relates to us, Avaida.
• 25:24
SPEAKER_00: One of these four things were Avaida, which is the Ibun, that's what we said in the Mishnah, and that's uh Kiday Avoida.
• 25:30
SPEAKER_00: How long do you have to walk on this skin?
• 25:31
SPEAKER_00: That now it's gonna be considered tar, even though it's one of these things that are a Senkibsaran.
• 25:36
SPEAKER_00: If you walk on it, our boss milin, then it's gonna be considered, and that's really what Ava originally said.
• 25:40
  SPEAKER_00: He said four things.
• 25:41
SPEAKER_00: He said the gabala, twilan and tiasidaim, and avaidah which is ibud for the skin to be to render it ta'ar.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_00: Umr Misa Machaneen, Amr Mesamachanina.
• 25:52
SPEAKER_00: Where are we, umr misamrachin, ishanu elifanov?
• 25:55
SPEAKER_00: That's true, that you have to walk up to four melan for these things.
• 25:59
SPEAKER_00: This is very classic, is only forwards.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_00: If you're on your way that way, anyways, you have to wait and uh up till you walk four million to check for water.
• 26:06
  SPEAKER_00: Uh but ablah.
• 26:09
SPEAKER_00: But to go back, to go the opposite direction where you're not headed, Afilumilachar eyne chhazer.
• 26:14
SPEAKER_00: You don't even have to go back one mil.
• 26:16
SPEAKER_00: And Rabak Bar Yakamar me know, and from the fact that he said it, from the wording that he used, milu day n chazer.
• 26:21
SPEAKER_00: It sounds like you don't go back a mil.
• 26:23
SPEAKER_00: But if it's less than a mil, then you do have to go back.
• 26:25
  SPEAKER_00: Why?
• 26:25
SPEAKER_00: Because the Alashana Ruby Baqanina used was Vaishnava Fanamala Khava Filumilacher.
• 26:30
  SPEAKER_00: Ah, filumilachad.
• 26:31
SPEAKER_00: But milachod, less than one mil?
• 26:32
SPEAKER_00: Meaning even one mil he doesn't go, but less than one mil, you would have to go back.
• 26:35
