- 6:19[SPEAKER_19]: Oh, yeah, so you can get there from water town area.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_19]: And while you can from the gate to the, you have to take that foolish detour.

- 6:30[UNKNOWN]: Well, folks, but, uh, are deserves this time, is strawberry-shark cake.
- 6:35[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, very, very summer-like.

- 6:50[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, okay.
- 6:51[SPEAKER_19]: What month?
- 6:52[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 6:53[SPEAKER_07]: It starts at three and it's still $15.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_07]: Really clocked for $15.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_07]: Three mile bait.
- 7:00[SPEAKER_07]: Methodist church.

- 7:15[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 7:18[SPEAKER_07]: But the professionals don't know how to do that.
- 7:21[SPEAKER_07]: Funny, funny world we live in.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_07]: Anyway, County Fair is going on at this time.
- 7:27[SPEAKER_07]: Don't we give them a little, well, it gets a nice day to go there with the haze, because you haven't got that direct sunlight.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_07]: It's not quite as warm and all of that jazz.
- 7:36[SPEAKER_07]: So, yeah, we like that.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_07]: me like that.
- 7:42[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, well anyway, what else did we have on our list to talk about today the fair, or the ban on data centers, there's some big rally tomorrow and Evans Mills, somebody sent me a poster and they're all exercised about that, don't worry, you know, progress here, the nimbees are out, not in my backyard.
- 8:05[SPEAKER_15]: Oh, it's that I was watching Beth
- 8:10[SPEAKER_07]: he said it was seventy four degrees and it feels like seventy four degrees what the heck is that mean so anyway o' England and Argentina play in a world cup soccer this afternoon three o'clock on fox that's uh... the winter that will go out of play spain for the uh... the whole deal well what's that cyclist pariusis
- 8:36[SPEAKER_07]: There's somebody pooping up the store of here in Jefferson County, according to Channel 7.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_07]: Hopefully they get over it, that's kind of scary, you know, it should get never know.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_07]: Sometimes that happens, you get a little upset and everything, but oh, we count, you know.
- 8:56[SPEAKER_07]: So 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows.
- 9:01[SPEAKER_07]: I was, we were talking about that at least chief thing yesterday.
- 9:05[SPEAKER_07]: You know, maybe I shouldn't talk about it because we should wait until the city manager proclaims the new police chief will be because, and he needs some time, he just got back from Belgium, so you know, he was some time, but I don't know.
- 9:19[SPEAKER_07]: I just thought it was interesting.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_07]: To me, the first question when I heard chief doubt he was retiring is, who's going to replace him?
- 9:31[SPEAKER_07]: did do some asking last night of city council members.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_07]: One of them I said, and a text of I corrected assuming Captain Lyon has a lock on the chief job, person, council member responded.
- 9:46[SPEAKER_07]: That was what I thought we were told, but could be wrong.
- 9:51[SPEAKER_07]: I said, what were you told, rumors that it would be her, I think it would be in a normal succession protocol, but the CM has the final say, or they have to defer to him because it's got all mighty.
- 10:04[SPEAKER_07]: I think she should, I'll just kind of count some number one on to say, I think she would do a very good job.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_07]: She's been very visible and active.
- 10:11[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 10:12[SPEAKER_07]: That's good.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_07]: I never met the woman.
- 10:14[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 10:16[SPEAKER_07]: I couldn't pick her out in the lineup, but I'll take the councilman's word for it.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_07]: And then another councilman, that we talked to yesterday by tax, said the same thing, she will be active and engaged, and he said, I do believe you have to lie and we'll make a great chief.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_07]: So council's on board, can't do anything about it anyway, so when's the announcement going to be?
- 10:46[SPEAKER_07]: I guess we just made it.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_07]: 755-1240 is the phone number if you'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows today.
- 10:56[SPEAKER_07]: Um... Oh, there it is.
- 11:03[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, there it is.
- 11:04[SPEAKER_08]: Those days of solar and pretzels and beer.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_08]: Roll out those lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer.
- 11:15[SPEAKER_08]: Dust off the sun, moon, sing a song of cheer.
- 11:21[SPEAKER_07]: There you go for these hazy days we have courtesy of Canada, Nat King Cole, boy, what a voice he had, what a voice he had, and the lazy hazy crazy days of summer.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_07]: Yep, now we're not into the dog days, that's August, but these are the hazy, lazy, crazy days.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_15]: And I hope you're enjoying them.
- 11:51[SPEAKER_07]: And that was anything new junk he's rattling on about.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_07]: I'll check with that in a moment.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_07]: Computers a little slow today.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_07]: Exactly.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, there we go.
- 12:07[SPEAKER_07]: We're making it there.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_07]: Trump says ice will not pause traffic stops.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_07]: You know, he's doing a speech Thursday night, prime time,
- 12:20[SPEAKER_07]: And I guess he's going to spend it complaining about the 2020 election.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, with that.
- 12:24[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 12:27[SPEAKER_07]: I'm not interested, really.
- 12:30[SPEAKER_07]: Not interested.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_07]: Let's see.
- 12:40[SPEAKER_07]: Anything else we got going on here?
- 12:41[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, well, nothing on your mind.
- 12:48[SPEAKER_07]: We'll be put at that.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, there's a call for him, but after you do it you're on the air.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_16]: Hey, Mayor, how are you doing?
- 12:59[SPEAKER_07]: Alright, what's up?
- 13:02[SPEAKER_16]: I know you've kind of had enough with some dragon on the election fraud.
- 13:09[SPEAKER_16]: And I think we've all kind of heard enough.
- 13:11[SPEAKER_16]: But I'm going to close on the so it's like when you, you know, you've ended the day.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_16]: I hate being called like an election deny or all these.
- 13:19[SPEAKER_16]: negative terms in order to spill the speaker opinion from what the facts and I saw were and everyone I know, I've got a friend who's a pretty young at the time at least he was a pretty far left Democrat.
- 13:31[SPEAKER_16]: The night of the election about fall 30 and we're both going to bed still texting about he said, well, congratulations because Trump was up and in a month where CNN announced could not be beat.
- 13:44[SPEAKER_16]: When we woke up in the morning, somehow
- 13:48[SPEAKER_16]: the most supposed to be ever been cast, and that was for Robocobama, and everybody said that both there's no way Obama would ever get beat, and then somehow Joe Biden had 20 million more.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_16]: Now if you just don't see something wrong with that, just that alone, not doing anything else, not trying to trace it back to mail-in votes or trying to, you know, put anything else in it.
- 14:07[SPEAKER_16]: If you don't see that, it is a red flag, is there something wrong?
- 14:11[SPEAKER_16]: Everything should have been stopped right then.
- 14:13[SPEAKER_16]: Now, I'm a person that believes in karma,
- 14:19[SPEAKER_16]: now not that so I think that's why things worked out the way they did and I wish you would look at it that way because this is better for him is like if he's going to live on a lot.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah he gets to get if he had if he had been declared the winner in 2020 he wouldn't get the summer Olympics he wouldn't get the soccer deal he wouldn't get the 250 thing to preside over so he got a better deal out of it.
- 14:45[SPEAKER_07]: Okay?
- 14:46[SPEAKER_07]: All right, I guess you're hung up.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_07]: But you know, that's one way to look at.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know, I just, we've heard it so many times that maybe very well be true that there was, you know, a lot of people, they feel so strongly, they think anything's fair game.
- 15:04[SPEAKER_07]: They don't think there's anything wrong with filling out 20 balance.
- 15:08[SPEAKER_07]: If they really, if the ultimate goal is to beat Trump,
- 15:13[SPEAKER_07]: And you got to cheat to do it.
- 15:14[SPEAKER_07]: Some people say, that's okay.
- 15:15[SPEAKER_07]: They rationalize it that way.
- 15:18[SPEAKER_07]: So I mean, that may have gone on, but nothing you can do about it now.
- 15:24[SPEAKER_07]: And you got back in, and that's all it matters.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_07]: All right, 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to be on the air, the show of shows, we'll be back with more in a moment.

- 18:54[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, Julie, I read that on the paper, the other day or somewhere on the news news chart.
- 18:58[SPEAKER_07]: You somewhere, they had another one of those sting things.
- 19:01[SPEAKER_07]: I think it was over July 4th weekend.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_07]: That way, he didn't get double time.
- 19:04[SPEAKER_07]: But the visit of 15 stores, in one of them, a clerk sold something to what they call an 18-year-old
- 19:15[SPEAKER_07]: Now, first of all, it's that operative, I don't know what they're paid to do that, I assume, pretty good money, but only cow, I mean, you're going to be on security video and that's going to be distributed all over you think that's a good thing to do, you know?
- 19:33[SPEAKER_07]: I'm not saying I would do it, but I don't think that's too smart, and what kind of
- 19:44[SPEAKER_07]: and participate in that kind of thing.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_07]: And also, you know, again, the possible threat to the, there's an 18 year old a child or an adult, I don't know.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_07]: But I just think it's kind of weird.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_07]: But again, I hope they get paid a lot.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_07]: What do they get paid in here?
- 19:59[SPEAKER_07]: Well, probably, got to be quite a bit.
- 20:05[SPEAKER_07]: So anyway, let's see, we got to call here, but after dinner on the air,
- 20:14[SPEAKER_14]: want to tell me police academy 18 well yeah i get out of high school and they go to a couple years in college there whether doing their criminal justice yeah i don't know i think it's uh... anyway uh... i got a disagree with the uh... the president saying you know i don't care for was trump i don't care for was
- 20:44[SPEAKER_14]: George Washington, whatever, if the election was rigged and stuff went on, then that's wrong.
- 20:53[SPEAKER_14]: And that takes in, and that undermines the whole concept of this country.
- 20:59[SPEAKER_14]: And how something's fine.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_14]: But well, you know, we got elected this time.
- 21:02[SPEAKER_14]: So it's all it's all it's all.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_14]: I don't doubt there was.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_14]: There were something.
- 21:04[SPEAKER_14]: It's procedural.
- 21:05[SPEAKER_14]: They, yes, the
- 21:12[SPEAKER_07]: Perverts the system, but whether or not individuals went in and fast to balance, I don't know.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_14]: Yeah.
- 21:19[SPEAKER_14]: Well, you got to call or the calls in and likes to confuse the public by equating male and balance with absentee balance.
- 21:29[SPEAKER_07]: We know they're not the same thing.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_14]: If you're an absentee, you request that balance.
- 21:40[SPEAKER_14]: What went on in the 2020 you know as well as I do they sent everybody ballots and then in the big cities they went around and collected those ballots and then they filled the map I know that no doubt no doubt But anyway that election's over We some there was Hanky Panky going on Bolton County some of the other counties and that's what they're gonna unveil right now Is they're gonna tell you where these place where the Bolts were not right People aren't because they're people out there
- 22:09[SPEAKER_07]: tough people don't but I know they don't like Trump and I'll say probably things were done in Fulton County, Georgia, but nobody wants to hear about it on Thursday night and prime time, nobody.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_14]: Well, there's probably our people they do.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_14]: People they believe and he's crying.
- 22:27[SPEAKER_07]: I think it's a waste of a waste of opportunity, you know, you.
- 22:30[SPEAKER_14]: In that's the problem, see this?
- 22:31[SPEAKER_14]: That's the attitude, well, you know, ah, you know, they
- 22:38[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, no, I don't believe that.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_14]: I've had things stolen and they returned them and they still committed the crime, but we all know that it wasn't right and it's just like nobody wants to hear about January 6, except for to manipulate and say what happened through the media.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_14]: But a lot of us know what really happened because when you when you look at all the tapes you said, wait a minute, this that is what happened.
- 23:12[SPEAKER_07]: I know I look at I know I know we were misled by the media.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_07]: You know fine, but I I can't relive everything that happened.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_07]: There's still people who think that there's people who think Al Gore should have beat Bush.
- 23:30[SPEAKER_07]: There's people who think Nixon should have beat Kennedy.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_07]: things happened.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_14]: Well, that came down to Cicero on side of Chicago.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_14]: You know that.
- 23:40[SPEAKER_14]: That was your course it was fixed.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 23:43[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_07]: Listen, Duff.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_07]: I got to go.
- 23:45[SPEAKER_07]: I can't relive the whole century here.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_07]: So I got to run.
- 23:49[SPEAKER_07]: I got to call it coming.
- 23:50[SPEAKER_14]: Well, yes, we do when you lose an argument.
- 23:52[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_07]: That's what I do.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_07]: Thanks.
- 23:54[SPEAKER_07]: You have a good day.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_07]: But after doing it on the air.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_15]: Hey, Jeff Graham.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_15]: I just
- 24:05[SPEAKER_15]: mail-in balance i've been waiting years to hear the proof of this what proved to you uh... want to offer there was any voter fraud in the 2020 election i said they're probably want some because there always is some but you know i think that mass mailing of balance not absentee there is a difference
- 24:28[SPEAKER_07]: to every registered voter in a jurisdiction, I think lens itself to the problems.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_07]: But I'm not, look at, I'm sitting here in 2026.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_07]: I'm not lamenting the 2020 election.
- 24:39[SPEAKER_07]: I don't care.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_07]: Biden won.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_07]: Take deal.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_15]: Well, you just said there was voter fraud, though.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_07]: The problem was.
- 24:50[SPEAKER_15]: To Democrat sheet on elections or just Democrats or Republicans.
- 24:53[SPEAKER_07]: No, everybody cheats.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_07]: there are people who think they're doing the lords work by cheating that you know winning is more important than how you play the game so yeah don't get so bad out of shape about it's not going to matter i've been out of shape jump the only election your parents i saw was a guy trying to uh... rig the electoral college and uh...
- 25:25[SPEAKER_07]: Hey, are you in favor of eliminating the US?
- 25:27[SPEAKER_15]: Trying to call Georgia and seeing, find me votes.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_15]: Why do you think Democrats cheat more than Republicans and elections?
- 25:35[SPEAKER_15]: There's no proof that there's any election fraud.
- 25:38[SPEAKER_15]: This has been proven.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_15]: They've recounted all your ballots.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_15]: They've done everything to 2020, Trump lost.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_15]: Just see it on the air.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_07]: In 2020, Trump lost.
- 25:50[SPEAKER_13]: There you go.
- 25:51[SPEAKER_07]: What's the big problem?
- 25:52[SPEAKER_07]: I've said it many times.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_07]: All right, thanks a lot.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_07]: But after noon, you're on air.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_07]: And what you'll lose is when they is on in December, when the electors vote, that's the actual election for those who don't know.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_07]: Now, I see the Democratic socialist group, the DSA, that's come out with their platform.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_07]: And in their platform, they want to eliminate the US Senate.
- 26:17[SPEAKER_07]: Because they don't like that two representatives per state.
- 26:20[SPEAKER_07]: They want to have a large house of representatives or a public bureau type thing.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_07]: And then they want to have the executive and the Supreme Court appointed by this equivalent of the House of Representatives, but they're accountable to the house.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_07]: It'd be kind of like a city manager form of the United States or something.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_07]: But that's part of what they want to do.
- 26:49[SPEAKER_07]: Um, if you want all of that vote for, we got one of those running in this area.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_07]: I don't mean that in my 24th, but after doing it on the air.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_17]: How you doing?
- 26:58[SPEAKER_07]: Good.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_17]: You did show you got going on.
- 27:02[SPEAKER_07]: Just listen to the show, huh?
- 27:04[SPEAKER_17]: Oh, yeah.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_17]: Uh, uh, it just proves this show right here with your callers calling.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_17]: What elections, what elections really do for us?
- 27:17[SPEAKER_07]: What do they do?
- 27:21[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 27:23[SPEAKER_17]: They divide.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_17]: That's exactly what they do.
- 27:25[SPEAKER_17]: A lot of you have never done anything for this country.
- 27:28[SPEAKER_17]: And that guy wants to prove where the fraud is.
- 27:31[SPEAKER_17]: Just go down to Georgia, buddy.
- 27:33[SPEAKER_17]: All you need to do is take a ride down these ghosts and go to Georgia.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_17]: That's where the fraud was.
- 27:39[SPEAKER_17]: Why do you think Trump is so mad at Georgia?
- 27:42[SPEAKER_17]: You have proof there.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_07]: Even if even if you know what?
- 27:45[SPEAKER_07]: You know what?
- 27:48[UNKNOWN]: First, this thought everywhere Republicans and Democrats both see, and a Russians have done nothing but provide us all.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_07]: So everybody that's sitting in that little conversation that they have with you.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_07]: So you think there should be no election?
- 28:00[SPEAKER_17]: We really need what we really need to fix this country and to fix District 21 is a political revolution.
- 28:09[SPEAKER_17]: We've had plenty of them in this country.
- 28:11[SPEAKER_17]: We need number 21.
- 28:13[SPEAKER_17]: We need number 21 to get some things done.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_17]: criminal justice reform in New York.
- 28:19[SPEAKER_17]: We need reforms across the board.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 28:22[SPEAKER_17]: Attications will reform.
- 28:24[SPEAKER_17]: We need everything.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_17]: We need a political revolution.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_17]: Elections do nothing but divide us.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 28:31[SPEAKER_07]: You made your point.
- 28:32[SPEAKER_07]: Thank you.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_15]: He doesn't want election.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_15]: Okay.
- 28:36[SPEAKER_15]: We won't have many more.
- 28:37[SPEAKER_07]: But then we have nothing to talk about here.
- 28:38[SPEAKER_15]: Let's look on a phone here and see what kind of text we're getting because that's important.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_07]: Um, someone says, who cares about 2020, you know, somebody said it's a picture or we're going to get to that in just a moment, um, it's about that and somebody says, who's in charge of the city, but in the city manager is a way, oh, he is, um, with bothered communication,
- 29:15[SPEAKER_07]: Ron Forbes' manager, if he was out of town and we didn't have cell phone and said, the mayor would sit in the chair, but boy, the lawyer was didn't like that, so I never liked that idea, and they want to consolidate power.
- 29:30[SPEAKER_07]: So that's probably what should happen, but it doesn't.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_07]: So anyway, I mean, even being in Belgium on vacation, I mean, you're still in touch.
- 29:42[SPEAKER_07]: The phone still work.
- 29:44[SPEAKER_07]: So I don't know if there's anybody really quote in charge.
- 29:49[SPEAKER_07]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 29:50[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, hello.
- 29:51[SPEAKER_10]: With the election system, leave the US not to wait as leave it alone, because all it does
- 30:05[SPEAKER_10]: It doesn't have checks and balances, and it won't be a fair system for the average U.S. system vulnerable.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_07]: Bye.
- 30:14[SPEAKER_07]: The thing that I was going to mention, and it passed by a vote of 303 to 117, the 117 was mostly Democrats, I believe, including, and that's the, to get rid of changing the clocks,
- 30:35[SPEAKER_07]: wouldn't call it that anymore.
- 30:36[SPEAKER_07]: You'd just call it time, right?
- 30:39[SPEAKER_07]: What time is it?
- 30:40[SPEAKER_07]: Not, you know, central standard or, you know, standard or day like it would be time.
- 30:45[SPEAKER_07]: It has to go to the Senate.
- 30:48[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know if it'll pass the president has said he would sign it.
- 30:51[SPEAKER_07]: I think it should, but you got these little whispers running around.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_07]: Well, what about the children in the morning?
- 30:57[SPEAKER_07]: Well, just start school later in the middle of winter if you want.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, change the schedules to accommodate nature instead of trying to bend nature to do a comedy, what we do as humans.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_07]: Get rid of the time change.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_07]: I don't care whether we end up staying on what is now called stand-to-time or whether we stay on daylight savings.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_07]: I assume they want the latter so they can get more evening time in the summer.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_07]: So time is a made-up thing anyway.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_07]: and we divide it up with a clock or a calendar or whatever.
- 31:36[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, there is no such really thing as time.
- 31:40[SPEAKER_07]: We said, we have gradations that last for a second, but how did it define a second?
- 31:47[SPEAKER_07]: It's just the unit that we described to it.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_07]: We could make it different.
- 31:52[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 31:53[SPEAKER_07]: But anyway, I think that the house was wise to vote that way.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_07]: I'm sure all the Democrats will vote no, because it's something Trump said he would sigh.
- 32:07[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, there you go.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_07]: Unless he decides he doesn't want to sign it because protests over the save act or something.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_07]: Ugh.
- 32:17[SPEAKER_07]: 755, 1240, the phone number back with more in a moment.

- 35:45[SPEAKER_07]: And what is that flag under the American flag at the Pearl Street Club?
- 35:50[SPEAKER_07]: Well, there's one.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I didn't put anything up.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_07]: I'm gonna look when I get back.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_07]: He also wants to know what method of measuring time benefits your power, the most important was any method does.
- 36:03[SPEAKER_07]: I'm just saying it's an artificial construct, and however the continuum of existence, I guess you'd have to call it existence.
- 36:14[SPEAKER_07]: I would divide it up is just something we've all decided on.
- 36:21[SPEAKER_07]: So I mean,
- 36:22[SPEAKER_07]: Now, this is something that really, it's going to affect everyone's life within this sound of my voice.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_07]: Do you want to eliminate time changes?
- 36:30[SPEAKER_07]: The by-angled voice of your time change, or do you like doing it in convenience, so that reminds me, I gotta look at my smoke alone.
- 36:38[SPEAKER_07]: You know, all that stuff.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_07]: And I think it'd be a good idea.
- 36:48[SPEAKER_07]: And again, if you're concerned that
- 36:51[SPEAKER_07]: In what we now know, as early morning hours, like six or seven, it's hit a flea dark in the middle of winter, well, this schedule, you're a ventilator if you want daylight for it.
- 37:01[SPEAKER_07]: You know, a certain, it's true that a certain time's in here and there is not a preponderance of daylight, you can deal with.
- 37:08[SPEAKER_07]: So just make it one thing.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_07]: Can we just do this in Congress?
- 37:12[SPEAKER_07]: But we have to make that a partisan issue.
- 37:14[SPEAKER_07]: We're going to be washroom, and shults, was on TV, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
- 37:40[SPEAKER_07]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if it'd like to give us a call to be on the show of shows?
- 37:45[SPEAKER_07]: We'd have to do it here on the air.
- 37:47[SPEAKER_11]: I think it afternoon, man.
- 37:48[SPEAKER_11]: I think left to get cut off by the Canadian wildfire smoke and mind a block itself won't signal or something.
- 37:54[SPEAKER_07]: Well, that could be, yeah.
- 37:56[SPEAKER_11]: No, but I've already called in and I agree with them quite a bit.
- 38:00[SPEAKER_11]: And I mean, 2 plus 2 does not equal time.
- 38:04[SPEAKER_11]: Let's see, that's my view on that.
- 38:06[SPEAKER_11]: And then they want to call it illegal slat, legal slat, illegal slat, illegal Boppers, redesses, skin, stuff, they've been doing it in Virginia Trying to do it up here, I mean, that's kind of a legal way to obscure it But, you know, but straight up, truckloads and mail and ballads You got the same guy and all this guy's dad, but he's got 20 votes in You know, I mean, oh my goodness
- 38:34[SPEAKER_11]: And then they got them all with that, they're getting so scaredy, they know I'm in a live for 10 years.
- 38:39[SPEAKER_11]: Oh my goodness.
- 38:41[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 38:43[SPEAKER_11]: Oh, they're doing the same thing with the votes.
- 38:46[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, how can you be up by 1% and then go to bed at midnight and then next thing, you know, to lay and slide some crap?
- 38:56[SPEAKER_11]: Well, it's a crap, that's what it is.
- 39:00[SPEAKER_07]: It did seem odd that night, I remember it.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_07]: What are you gonna do it's over nothing I'm not reliving in the past, but I'm just saying it stuff happens in this and you know Thanks really look at we had four wonderful years of Joe Biden, so Yeah, you know we got to look ahead now.
- 39:19[SPEAKER_11]: I know I know your sarcasm but yeah, I'm looking ahead right now The 2000 me one good thing, man.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know he did something he fell down.
- 39:28[SPEAKER_07]: That was nice, but no, I
- 39:32[SPEAKER_07]: We've got to look ahead to 2,028 Trump's not going to be running again.
- 39:36[SPEAKER_07]: I'll let Smith that, you know, he said, oh, he's going to, no, he's not.
- 39:41[SPEAKER_11]: And so there's no pun in my be, but he don't run.
- 39:44[SPEAKER_11]: He just shoots him the head with him.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_07]: Now, well, that's it.
- 39:46[SPEAKER_07]: That's the difference.
- 39:48[SPEAKER_07]: Country.
- 39:49[SPEAKER_11]: I know that, but they were there.
- 39:51[SPEAKER_11]: That's in the country.
- 39:52[SPEAKER_07]: Well, who do we want?
- 39:54[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 39:54[SPEAKER_07]: Vance.
- 39:55[SPEAKER_07]: Smart guy.
- 39:56[SPEAKER_07]: Well, spoken.
- 39:57[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think he can win.
- 39:58[SPEAKER_07]: Rubio.
- 39:59[SPEAKER_07]: I like better.
- 40:03[SPEAKER_07]: You know, I'm at a point in my life, what do I care?
- 40:05[SPEAKER_07]: I'll just, I'll just say, if she's an nominee in a Democratic party, I'd vote for AOC.
- 40:13[SPEAKER_11]: No way.
- 40:15[SPEAKER_07]: If she is, I doubt she will be, but if she is, I'll do that.
- 40:19[SPEAKER_11]: Why would you like her?
- 40:21[SPEAKER_11]: Name one, name one policies each she would have in place besides taking people's work and money.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, she was in the same business I am and she has an appreciation for uh, for all of us.
- 40:33[SPEAKER_11]: I don't think she is in any business.
- 40:37[SPEAKER_07]: Well she was a bartender.
- 40:40[SPEAKER_11]: She said that doesn't mean she on the place.
- 40:43[SPEAKER_07]: I mean she had to deal with people and find out their problems and uh, you know, you had to make change and all that stuff.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_07]: There's a lot of things that a lot of other people can't do or don't.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_11]: Do you gotta be kidding me?
- 40:58[SPEAKER_11]: AOC, yeah, okay.
- 41:00[SPEAKER_11]: Yeah, I got a picture of a radio in the studio But I know I hope somebody's shooting dark at it.
- 41:07[SPEAKER_07]: No, that's not nice.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_07]: We don't do that Okay, like that doesn't mind.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_11]: He looks at it every day, too Well, he's okay looking, but I mean still I wouldn't want Telling me that laws of land.

- 42:07[SPEAKER_07]: It's still there.
- 42:10[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, that's.
- 42:16[SPEAKER_07]: That's going nowhere.
- 42:20[SPEAKER_07]: That's going nowhere.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_07]: And pretty soon, the city will have to tear it out in that old black
- 42:29[SPEAKER_07]: and then we'll have even more vacant land uh... seven five five twelve forty are phone number if you'd like to have beyond the air today shit trap got some time left here and we might head from just fell off by put him back on put him back on
- 42:50[SPEAKER_07]: Well, uh, the mayor of, uh, governor or, you know, Mayor McDougall, everybody knows the life-saver mayor.
- 42:55[SPEAKER_07]: He has weighed in, so spring ahead and fall back is a pain in the butt, and no value added in my opinion.
- 43:02[SPEAKER_07]: So there he is, Democrat right there, and he's in favor of getting rid of it.
- 43:05[SPEAKER_07]: What do you think?
- 43:06[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, uh, don't you have an opinion?
- 43:09[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I know that I just saw the news of the vote yesterday.
- 43:14[SPEAKER_07]: trying to talk about things like that is difficult in this area because takes a period of time for it to reach the public level of consciousness.
- 43:23[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, that's being debated.
- 43:25[SPEAKER_07]: I was just talking to John Morris today said that'd be a good man on the street thing.
- 43:28[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know if they'll do that.
- 43:31[SPEAKER_07]: But because it's one of those things that people would talk about at the water cooler and it ended effects everyone.
- 43:39[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, so it's kind of interesting.
- 43:42[SPEAKER_07]: 755, 1240, the phone number, if you'd like to be on the air and any other city news that's important, no, yeah, things are pretty calm, pretty calm, you know, ever since all they laughed at, yeah, that was, yeah, I did read where councilman show and wanted to fix a bathroom over at the north side playground and you offered to do it and they wouldn't
- 44:13[SPEAKER_07]: wouldn't let him or something like that.
- 44:16[SPEAKER_07]: Well, it's not the job of city council members to fix bathrooms, but remember the one that was vandalized, yeah.
- 44:22[SPEAKER_07]: I would have thought it was fixed a long ago.
- 44:26[SPEAKER_07]: But it depends on who's using that bathroom, yeah.
- 44:29[SPEAKER_07]: So anyway, today's Wednesday, Northside pool open tomorrow, Thursday, it's not, so take note of that.
- 44:41[SPEAKER_07]: You know that city men's golf tournament.
- 44:43[SPEAKER_07]: I'm looking at those standing.
- 44:44[SPEAKER_07]: I don't even know.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_07]: That's what they all mean.
- 44:48[SPEAKER_07]: All these different numbers.
- 44:49[SPEAKER_07]: I just look at it like you had six below and the other guys or below and I don't know how they score it even.
- 44:56[SPEAKER_07]: But yeah, I believe that either be buffled in your Bobby Hughes wins.
- 45:03[SPEAKER_07]: Well, says her.
- 45:05[SPEAKER_07]: Who else is?
- 45:08[SPEAKER_07]: 755-1240, the phone number, if you want to be on the air today.
- 45:17[SPEAKER_07]: Also, the mayor of governor said there was some kind of ice raid going on in the town of Fowler.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_07]: Surprise, I could find it.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, and I don't know what the mayor was doing, but that candidate for attorney, the Republic, not just James.
- 45:39[SPEAKER_07]: Um, no, the other one, um, Syritha, hmm, do you say that last name?
- 45:48[SPEAKER_07]: It's kind of a difficult name.
- 45:52[SPEAKER_07]: And I don't want to mispronounce it because that wouldn't be polite.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_07]: That would be ethnically insensitive.
- 45:58[SPEAKER_07]: Syritha, Komarturati, um, Elvindian descent, which he was a U.S. attorney and a very smart,
- 46:05[SPEAKER_07]: He's been going around upstate apparently she was in governor or took a picture of the life-saver monument downtown but didn't get a chance to meet the mayor.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_07]: I'm sure the mayor would have loved to have of course the mayor is a Democrat up there.
- 46:17[SPEAKER_07]: He's he's on her bound to vote for Tisch James no matter what he feels about it.
- 46:23[SPEAKER_07]: But
- 46:33[SPEAKER_07]: Especially Republican candidate, but there'll be a lot of support for Tisch James and Jefferson County.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_07]: Especially I imagine that you know, the guys are own key bank.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_07]: They got to deal the rent a whole fourth floor and renovate it and everything.
- 46:50[SPEAKER_07]: I got to do a lot of work on that building because there's no banks in bank buildings anymore.
- 46:56[SPEAKER_07]: The old...
- 46:57[SPEAKER_07]: Keller lines and remember the old like a marine meddling building and a heated side box and you'd go in there and have some yeah all sorts of stuff that's all gone now that's all gone um... everything's either electronic or maybe they have a drive-up window or something like that or maybe you know there might be a walking teller it's it's not like the old days 7-5-5-12-40 the phone number if you'd like to
- 47:27[SPEAKER_07]: give us a call to be on the show of shows today and uh... whatever you want to talk about this fair game ok uh... it seems like we've got a early quiet audience today
- 47:56[SPEAKER_07]: the U.S. abolishes switching time or just can't understand who cares.
- 48:01[SPEAKER_07]: They should do whatever we do.
- 48:07[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, here's something, an upstate New York school district will deploy a humanoid robot.
- 48:16[SPEAKER_07]: I'm surprised.
- 48:17[SPEAKER_07]: I'm surprised.
- 48:18[SPEAKER_07]: Nice and allows that.
- 48:20[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, yeah, you've got a picture of it.
- 48:23[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, you got it.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, they make it a real attractive robot, sort of a hot-for-teacher robot.
- 48:32[SPEAKER_07]: But yeah, it's the Selamank, a city central school that will let you Indian reservation.
- 48:39[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_07]: It's programmed to provide, not replace teachers, but provide learning support to both students and educators.
- 48:49[SPEAKER_07]: You know, maybe we could get some of these Android,
- 48:54[SPEAKER_07]: When we get so many deputy superintendents and executive principles and all these other layers and layers that Larry has over there, maybe we could just put robots in there and cost less money, but he could still have people to wash around.
- 49:09[SPEAKER_07]: So, I don't know, but they're using a robot and a Western, a Salamanca school district.
- 49:17[SPEAKER_07]: It's a female robot named Sally, but we'll have a life-like appearance with silicone
- 49:29[SPEAKER_07]: It'll be stationary in a seated position, but have a wide range of upper body movements and facial expression.
- 49:36[SPEAKER_07]: I think that'd be great.
- 49:38[SPEAKER_07]: Larry, get one of those, really?
- 49:39[UNKNOWN]: Come on.
- 49:41[SPEAKER_07]: Come on, get with the program.
- 49:46[SPEAKER_07]: The first generation isn't going to be the greatest, but
- 49:55[SPEAKER_07]: You know, I think that whole occupation is a lot of people.
- 49:59[SPEAKER_07]: There were say there's a shortage of people.
- 50:01[SPEAKER_07]: Well, you want people there and you want good people.
- 50:04[SPEAKER_07]: You want to compensate them.
- 50:05[SPEAKER_07]: There's some great teachers out there.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_07]: But if you can augment that with robots and in the schools, might not.
- 50:13[SPEAKER_07]: So now this robot will not have things like facial recognition and recording, but you could have that in a robot.
- 50:24[SPEAKER_07]: So it would know who the student is.
- 50:27[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 50:29[SPEAKER_07]: This robot will serve as a classroom resource.
- 50:34[SPEAKER_07]: If the teacher loses their place during a lesson or needs a prompt on what's next, they can ask the robot for guidance.
- 50:41[SPEAKER_07]: So if you came in as a teacher, maybe a little bit stoned, whatever, at a hard night, it'll help you out.
- 50:55[SPEAKER_07]: That's a fraction of the cost of a human, you know, well, it's interesting, but I got to feel it, they might have got to wait with that sell-a-makeer because it's a little often, you know, off the reservation, but I doubt this, I doubt that would be allowed
- 51:25[SPEAKER_07]: No, I haven't heard a darn thing.
- 51:27[SPEAKER_07]: I've been meaning to call her and find out what's going on.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_07]: But I haven't.
- 51:32[SPEAKER_07]: So, when is justice going to be served?
- 51:42[SPEAKER_15]: And maybe the new chief will tell us why those charges were brought.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_07]: Because that was obviously a decision that went up the train.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_07]: So we'll find out a little more about that.
- 51:54[SPEAKER_07]: uh... already seven five five twelve forty the phone number and we'll be back with more in a moment are you interesting talk around the clock

- 55:17[SPEAKER_07]: It depends on it indeed.
- 55:18[SPEAKER_07]: We got a little text here from Russ.
- 55:20[SPEAKER_07]: He said, I did 10 minutes, he calls in to all these shows.
- 55:24[SPEAKER_07]: I got serious in all those.
- 55:26[SPEAKER_07]: This was arguing against a congressman who said farmers want standard time.
- 55:31[SPEAKER_07]: See, that's one of those stories that's going to get talked about a lot.
- 55:37[SPEAKER_07]: nationally, but I mean, I could, what they'll do here, if they ever do cover the story, they'll, they'll go get an educator, and, you know, somebody like that will decry the thing is horrible, this horrible, because the children will be affected.
- 55:57[SPEAKER_15]: Children aren't going to be affected.
- 56:00[SPEAKER_07]: One last thing they have to think of when they get older.
- 56:04[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 56:07[SPEAKER_07]: But I'd say, do a man on the street.
- 56:14[SPEAKER_07]: The problem is the same Manhattan is who's on the street, really?
- 56:19[SPEAKER_07]: People were shopping cards full of, you know, yeah, there's not a lot of gray matter on the streets, really.
- 56:28[SPEAKER_07]: But you can go interview, maybe, but
- 56:35[SPEAKER_07]: I heard some good news for downtown, but I can't repeat it, so I won't, um, what else is going on?
- 56:44[SPEAKER_07]: Well, that's about it for us, but yeah, the time.
- 56:50[SPEAKER_07]: Now, my, would that change the hotline if they got rid of it?
- 56:55[SPEAKER_07]: You know, a lot of times I come in here after the time change, which is usually on Saturday, always on Saturday night and I come in Monday, and the clock's off by an hour, because it doesn't, you know, the clock on the walls just a battery operated thing.
- 57:06[SPEAKER_07]: It doesn't, it doesn't affix it.
- 57:08[SPEAKER_07]: So it's not like your cable box changes automatically or your phone.
- 57:12[SPEAKER_07]: So for that reason alone, I wouldn't have to get out of the chair and go over and change the damn thing.
- 57:19[SPEAKER_07]: Um, I'd like to see it out.
- 57:23[SPEAKER_07]: And I suspect a lot of people would do.
- 57:26[SPEAKER_07]: Then we don't have to worry about if so many things you don't have to worry about.
- 57:31[SPEAKER_07]: But you're going to have to probably make some accommodations because it is going to be dark in the mornings.
- 57:37[SPEAKER_07]: If you stay on the daylight cycle, right?
- 57:41[SPEAKER_07]: So you might have to start some activities if you want daylight a little later.
- 57:46[SPEAKER_07]: And they might get over later and they have to do it.
- 57:49[SPEAKER_07]: is you really only have what from 7.38 o'clock until 4.4.30 into the depth of winter.
- 57:58[SPEAKER_07]: So, I don't know.
- 58:03[SPEAKER_07]: I'm sure it will, if it does happen, it will cause much festering.
- 58:10[SPEAKER_07]: And if it does happen, New York will try to opt out of it because they don't want anything to do with anything
- 58:17[SPEAKER_07]: If Trump signs the bill, if it passes a Senate and some Trump signs the bill, Kathy Hockel and a bid to curry favor with the, with the crazies and with Merrimon, Mom Dami will try to exempt New York from that, so it will be different than the rest of the world.
- 58:33[SPEAKER_07]: Mark my words.
- 58:35[SPEAKER_18]: But after noon or on the air, hey, Mayor, regarding the time change, changing it is a nuisance.
- 58:41[SPEAKER_18]: I think it's just the standard time, though, not saving time.
- 58:45[SPEAKER_18]: I think the people benefit from saving sign verboters and golfers, I think the people benefit from standard time with the guys and the contractors and the farmers, even else I'm like Russ Finley, didn't say that, that seems odd, but yeah, standard times better.
- 58:59[SPEAKER_18]: Well, the bills, the bills, you always like to tell us you're barren, so you've never roused it to child weekends on a school, but it's a heck of a lot easier.
- 59:08[SPEAKER_07]: Well, the building Congress would leave it on what it is right now, what we know is they
- 59:16[SPEAKER_07]: So I don't know, I mean, to get into that debate, it would just go on forever, nothing would get changed.
- 59:22[SPEAKER_18]: Well, I got changed once, didn't I mean, you must remember that?
- 59:27[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know.
- 59:27[SPEAKER_18]: I don't know.
- 59:28[SPEAKER_18]: I don't know.
- 59:29[SPEAKER_07]: Maybe there's something to do with the energy crisis.
- 59:32[SPEAKER_07]: I was blacked out in the 70s, though.
- 59:35[SPEAKER_18]: It's good for you.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_18]: All right.
- 59:36[SPEAKER_18]: All right.
- 59:37[SPEAKER_18]: Great idea, man.
- 59:38[SPEAKER_07]: Bye now.
- 59:39[SPEAKER_07]: All right, that is our show for today.
- 59:43[SPEAKER_07]: I'll be back tomorrow, Glenn Currie will be in at 5 o'clock today with the live at 5 show and what a great day it's been and the time is 12.59 day light savings time now.
- 59:52[SPEAKER_07]: A. I'm 12.40 WATN.
- 59:55[SPEAKER_07]: Waterzone New York the time now is one o'clock.
