- 0:33Speaker 1: The left, with a couple of unfortunate victories, I would say.
- 0:37Speaker 1: I don't know if we'd call them victories just yet,
- 0:39Speaker 1: but the point is they're attempting again to rig elections.
- 0:42Speaker 1: They made some ground in that effort overnight last night.
- 0:46Speaker 1: But additionally, the president of the United States is seeking

- 1:10Speaker 1: the vice president of the United States acting as press
- 1:12Speaker 1: secretary in lieu of Caroline Leavitt because, of course, she
- 1:15Speaker 1: just left the administration. And we will be joined today
- 1:18Speaker 1: by the great Florida congressman, soon to become Florida governor,
- 1:23Speaker 1: Byron Donalds, stopping by the program. We've got a lot

- 1:42Speaker 1: great sponsor of our program. And I love the sauna blanket.
- 1:45Speaker 1: My wife, Allison, loves the red light face mask. We
- 1:48Speaker 1: first turned to these items because they work. They really work.
- 1:52Speaker 1: They really work. Ever since Bone Charge sent them to me,
- 1:54Speaker 1: I love them. The sauna blanket works great. It just
- 1:57Speaker 1: wrapped myself up in this thing. Let the infrared heat
- 1:59Speaker 1: work its magic. It's created a real difference in how
- 2:01Speaker 1: relaxed and rejuvenated I feel afterward. Allison loves that red
- 2:04Speaker 1: light face mask because red light therapy really does work.
- 2:07Speaker 1: And it improves your skin's texture, reduces inflammation. She's seen
- 2:12Speaker 1: fantastic results. It's like having a mini spa treatment. right

- 2:39Speaker 1: or prevent any disease or condition. Boom. Has anybody purchased
- 2:48Speaker 1: a Trump coin from the US Mint yet? Have you
- 2:52Speaker 1: done that? Apparently they sold out in no time this week.
- 2:57Speaker 1: And here's, I was just looking this morning. I was like,
- 3:00Speaker 1: oh yeah, Trump coins. The Mint is selling Trump coins.
- 3:03Speaker 1: The Mint, by the way, is a guy who, I
- 3:05Speaker 1: used to collect coins when I was a kid. So
- 3:08Speaker 1: I've got a bunch of like random coins. The Mint
- 3:11Speaker 1: for years has always sold specialty coins. with presidential pictures
- 3:16Speaker 1: on them. There's nothing unusual about this. Of course, because
- 3:19Speaker 1: it's Donald Trump, this is the kind of thing that becomes...
- 3:22Speaker 1: And now it's time for the left's fake scandal of
- 3:28Speaker 1: the week. Extra, extra... I was looking this morning at
- 3:34Speaker 1: these Trump coins and I was like, I'd love to
- 3:36Speaker 1: get a hold of one of these or maybe a
- 3:38Speaker 1: couple of them. What do we got here? And you
- 3:41Speaker 1: look on the description of this thing. It said, of course,
- 3:44Speaker 1: it's honored. It's got President Trump's picture on it. Struck
- 3:47Speaker 1: to honor 250 years of great American heritage. It has
- 3:50Speaker 1: liberty and God we trust. 1776, 2026 presidential seal, on
- 3:52Speaker 1: and on. It also says that 250,000 of these coins.
- 4:05Speaker 1: They have a special issue July 4th privy mark has
- 4:08Speaker 1: been randomly included in some of these coins that were
- 4:11Speaker 1: actually struck on Independence Day this year. It's all minted
- 4:15Speaker 1: at the Philadelphia Mint. They're available in 25 coin rolls
- 4:18Speaker 1: or 100 coin bags. Anyways, I was like, that's awesome.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Let me see if I can get like a 25
- 4:22Speaker 1: coin roll. They're sold out right now. You go online,
- 4:26Speaker 1: 25 coin roll. Remind me when it's back in stock.
- 4:32Speaker 1: So the media would spend all this time telling you
- 4:34Speaker 1: this is like super corrupt and insane. By the way,
- 4:38Speaker 1: this is like they're selling out like hotcakes. Everybody wants them.
- 4:41Speaker 1: They're completely sold out. So now I've got my alert
- 4:44Speaker 1: set up. I've set up an alert. Don't compete with me. No,
- 4:47Speaker 1: you can compete. I'm fine with that. But I set
- 4:49Speaker 1: up an alert. I was like, alert me when they're
- 4:51Speaker 1: back in stock because I would like to see if
- 4:53Speaker 1: I can't get a hold of one. I think it'd
- 4:55Speaker 1: be really cool. Wouldn't that be neat? Did you get
- 4:58Speaker 1: a bunch? Earment, Earment, Earment, Earmentrout. Is that a Breaking
- 5:02Speaker 1: Bad reference? Or is that your actual name? They sold
- 5:06Speaker 1: out on day one. I know I got a bunch. Yeah,
- 5:10Speaker 1: I want, yeah, Kev Ted wants one too. Hotcakes McGroin,
- 5:14Speaker 1: says Chronoflux. I totally agree. And then Darkhorn's going to
- 5:16Speaker 1: compete with me, so setting up an alert. Anyway, I,
- 5:18Speaker 1: you know, the show isn't sponsored by the United States
- 5:23Speaker 1: Mint or anything. Wasn't trying to give an ad to him,
- 5:25Speaker 1: but I'm telling you right now, I want one of
- 5:27Speaker 1: these coins. I think it'd be awesome. I think it'd
- 5:29Speaker 1: be very, very awesome. All right, let's get into some
- 5:32Speaker 1: of the breaking news overnight as we continue to love
- 5:34Speaker 1: this country and things like, you know, great coins. We
- 5:39Speaker 1: get a couple of things that have just occurred. I'll start.
- 5:41Speaker 1: You want bad news or good news first? Bad news?
- 5:43Speaker 1: All right, we'll start with bad news first. Here we go.
- 5:46Speaker 1: Two items to share with you. One, the state of Missouri.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Missouri Supreme Court delivers win for Democrats in redistricting case,
- 5:55Speaker 1: says the New York Times. And this is about one
- 5:57Speaker 1: congressional seat, to be clear. This is one of those things.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The left is very interested in rigging congressional seats, usually
- 6:04Speaker 1: by drawing districts based on racial prejudice in order to
- 6:07Speaker 1: get unearned political power. Here's what the Times says overnight.
- 6:10Speaker 1: The Missouri Supreme Court ruled unanimously on Thursday that congressional
- 6:13Speaker 1: districts redrawn to benefit Republicans and used in last month's
- 6:18Speaker 1: primary election were invalid. Okay, they were already used in
- 6:22Speaker 1: a primary election. So now you're going to get rid
- 6:25Speaker 1: of them? The court ordered that the previous map go
- 6:28Speaker 1: back into effect for November? The ruling at least temporarily
- 6:33Speaker 1: thwarted Republicans' efforts to pick up a House seat in
- 6:35Speaker 1: the Kansas City area. It also left urgent unanswered questions, obviously,
- 6:41Speaker 1: about how to hold a freaking general election under a
- 6:45Speaker 1: map that was different than what was used in the primaries.
- 6:49Speaker 1: The state attorney general, Catherine Hannaway, a Republican, vowed to
- 6:52Speaker 1: appeal to the United States Supreme Court, saying, of course,
- 6:55Speaker 1: that this is an unprecedented decision. It clearly violates federal law.
- 6:59Speaker 1: It has thrust our state into a full-fledged constitutional crisis.
- 7:05Speaker 1: Missouri election officials had vowed to forge ahead with using
- 7:08Speaker 1: the redrawn borders in November, unless explicitly told otherwise. The
- 7:14Speaker 1: state court's seven judges did exactly that in their ruling.
- 7:17Speaker 1: which came a day after oral arguments in the case
- 7:19Speaker 1: and less than a week before the deadline to finalize
- 7:22Speaker 1: that November ballot, the judges said that a referendum on
- 7:24Speaker 1: the new district lines had been improperly denied a spot
- 7:29Speaker 1: on the ballot and that the redrawn map should have
- 7:31Speaker 1: been paused until voters weighed in. All right, so we've
- 7:34Speaker 1: got a real fight on our hands. This is a
- 7:35Speaker 1: big deal. And it is, first of all, it's obviously
- 7:39Speaker 1: deeply annoying. But when you have Republicans in these states
- 7:42Speaker 1: across the country looking to redraw maps In order to,
- 7:47Speaker 1: first and foremost, just to regain territory from Democrats who
- 7:50Speaker 1: have rigged congressional maps all across the country. That's one.
- 7:54Speaker 1: And two, in order to get rid of these racially
- 7:57Speaker 1: drawn districts in the United States of America, Republicans are
- 8:01Speaker 1: standing on the side of the Supreme Court. They're standing
- 8:04Speaker 1: on the side of the Constitution. They're standing on the
- 8:06Speaker 1: side of decency. And then you get these whack job
- 8:08Speaker 1: judges who come flying in. They're like, no, no, no.
- 8:10Speaker 1: Democrats should have honor and political power. And they just,
- 8:14Speaker 1: they just had a primary election. It's over. and now
- 8:17Speaker 1: they're going to upend the maps for November? Have you
- 8:20Speaker 1: noticed how chaotic this is? As Democrats are saying that
- 8:23Speaker 1: we can't have protected mail-in ballots because it's too close
- 8:27Speaker 1: to the election, but you can have your entire election
- 8:31Speaker 1: system in Missouri thrown into chaos because you want Democrats
- 8:34Speaker 1: to get seats they don't deserve? What's the explanation for that?
- 8:38Speaker 1: What principle is guiding that kind of decision-making? You know
- 8:42Speaker 1: the answer.
- 8:43Speaker 3: Power. Only power.
- 8:45Speaker 1: By any means necessary. for Democrats.
- 8:49Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 8:51Speaker 1: And Democrats have unearned political districts all across the country.
- 8:54Speaker 1: You know, every media frame up on the redistricting battle
- 8:57Speaker 1: we've seen this year, all the legacy press, they keep
- 9:00Speaker 1: lying to you. They're like, oh, Republicans started this fight.
- 9:03Speaker 1: What are you talking about? Go to a state like Massachusetts.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Go to a state like Maryland. Go to a state
- 9:09Speaker 1: like Illinois. Are the Republican voters in that state adequately represented?
- 9:14Speaker 1: by the congressional breakdowns that exist in that state? The
- 9:17Speaker 1: answer is no.
- 9:19Speaker 4: No.
- 9:21Speaker 1: Not at all. Democrats have so gerrymandered and destroyed the
- 9:27Speaker 1: states that they run that they've virtually removed Republican representation,
- 9:32Speaker 1: despite the fact that they have Republican voters, from Congress.
- 9:37Speaker 1: They've rigged the entire thing. Look at a map of
- 9:39Speaker 1: Maryland as it exists now. Gerrymandered districts out the wazoo.
- 9:45Speaker 1: They look crazy. These are communities that have nothing to
- 9:48Speaker 1: do with one another, stitched together in order to give
- 9:51Speaker 1: Democrats power that they don't deserve. That's true, by the way,
- 9:56Speaker 1: in the way that they use illegal aliens, too. Democrats
- 9:59Speaker 1: have been implicated. illegal aliens by the tens of millions,
- 10:01Speaker 1: dropping them into blue states, then not distinguishing between illegal
- 10:05Speaker 1: aliens and American citizens in the United States Census, and
- 10:08Speaker 1: then getting unearned congressional seats inside of these blue states.
- 10:11Speaker 1: It's all one big rigging operation. And by the way,
- 10:16Speaker 1: the Commerce Department should be all over this. Howard Lutnick,
- 10:19Speaker 1: we just had a guest this past week. Mike Howell
- 10:21Speaker 1: was talking about this from the Oversight Project. He says
- 10:23Speaker 1: Howard Lutnick's asleep at the switch. He's not doing enough
- 10:26Speaker 1: in order to tackle the census problems. And that's his job.
- 10:30Speaker 1: He should be. He should be. Now, speaking of Mike Howell,
- 10:36Speaker 1: the reason we had Mike Howell on is because of
- 10:39Speaker 1: the success that he had in his case as a
- 10:41Speaker 1: Maryland voter against the Democrats in Maryland. Democrats in Maryland
- 10:45Speaker 1: have been trying to get rid of the one Republican
- 10:49Speaker 1: seat that remains through a redistricting scheme. One. It's crazy.
- 10:55Speaker 1: So Mike Howell sues. And earlier this week, he had
- 10:59Speaker 1: a massive victory in a lower court in Maryland against
- 11:04Speaker 1: to say that the Democrats had acted unconstitutionally, that they
- 11:07Speaker 1: had violated the law in their pursuit of power. Well,
- 11:11Speaker 1: then we get an update overnight last night. Here's the
- 11:14Speaker 1: other piece of bad news to start with this morning.
- 11:16Speaker 1: These fights are not over, but they're ongoing. Here we go. WBAL, local,
- 11:21Speaker 1: obviously Baltimore area, local news outlet. Maryland Supreme Court rules
- 11:25Speaker 1: to allow redistricting question on ballot, although with different language.
- 11:31Speaker 1: They're changing the language. The Maryland Supreme Court ruled late
- 11:34Speaker 1: Thursday over whether the General Assembly's attempt to amend the
- 11:36Speaker 1: state constitution over redistricting can make it on the November ballot.
- 11:41Speaker 1: Maryland State Election Administrator Jared DeMarinis telling WBAL that the
- 11:46Speaker 1: justices ruled to allow the amendment question to appear on
- 11:49Speaker 1: the ballot, but with different language. According to the ruling
- 11:54Speaker 1: obtained by WBAL, the high court in part affirmed and
- 11:58Speaker 1: reversed the circuit court's judgments and remanded the cases with
- 12:02Speaker 1: instructions to enter orders to resolve each side's motions by Friday.
- 12:06Speaker 1: The ruling comes amid a tight deadline as the Maryland
- 12:08Speaker 1: State Board of Elections is required to send ballots to
- 12:12Speaker 1: the printer by Thursday. The justices agreed with the circuit
- 12:17Speaker 1: courts on the basis that the ballot question is misleading
- 12:20Speaker 1: and therefore violates due process requirements. Here's what the ballot
- 12:24Speaker 1: question originally said. as passed by the Democrat-led General Assembly.
- 12:28Speaker 1: It said the following, quote, the proposed constitutional amendment clarifies
- 12:33Speaker 1: that certain standards in the Maryland Constitution apply only to
- 12:37Speaker 1: districts used to elect members of the General Assembly, authorizes
- 12:42Speaker 1: the General Assembly to grant original jurisdiction to the Supreme
- 12:45Speaker 1: Court of Maryland to review the congressional districting plan of
- 12:50Speaker 1: the state, and requires the criteria for boundaries of congressional
- 12:55Speaker 1: districts to be determined by applicable federal laws. Okay, let
- 12:58Speaker 1: me untangle what the hell the General Assembly was attempting
- 13:02Speaker 1: to do, the Democrats in the state of Maryland. I
- 13:04Speaker 1: want to remind you of something really important here. In Maryland,
- 13:08Speaker 1: the way it's set up, the Democrats were kind of
- 13:13Speaker 1: getting themselves into a trap as they were trying to
- 13:15Speaker 1: redraw these districts to get rid of the one Republican seat, okay?
- 13:19Speaker 1: And the reason why it's a trap for them is
- 13:22Speaker 1: because under Maryland state law, this goes to the state
- 13:26Speaker 1: Supreme Court for review. And if the court gets its way,
- 13:29Speaker 1: it could redraw the map to become more fair. Now,
- 13:33Speaker 1: one of the realities in Maryland is that Larry Hogan
- 13:36Speaker 1: appointed the majority of the justices. He was a Republican.
- 13:40Speaker 1: A majority of the justices that right now sit upon
- 13:43Speaker 1: the Supreme Court in the state of Maryland. So the
- 13:45Speaker 1: effect of this could have been that the justices would
- 13:49Speaker 1: look at the map and go, wait a second, Republicans
- 13:51Speaker 1: are dramatically underrepresented on this map that you tried to redraw.
- 13:55Speaker 1: We have to redraw it to include them. We have
- 13:57Speaker 1: to make these districts more cohesive. This could have blown
- 14:01Speaker 1: up in their face. So what do Democrats do? Democrats
- 14:04Speaker 1: are trying to remove the court from the process in
- 14:08Speaker 1: Maryland intentionally. This is their strategy for redrawing the map.
- 14:13Speaker 1: Isn't that sinister? Isn't that wonderful? They really hate when
- 14:16Speaker 1: when the courts get involved and tell them that they
- 14:18Speaker 1: violated the law. So that's what's going on in Maryland.
- 14:21Speaker 1: Now let's see what the Supreme Court ordered in terms
- 14:23Speaker 1: of the language change.
- 14:25Speaker 3: Ready?
- 14:25Speaker 1: So it's still gonna appear on the ballot as of now.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Here's what the language change says. The Supreme Court ordered
- 14:31Speaker 1: that the question be replaced with the following language, quote,
- 14:34Speaker 1: for the purpose of clarifying that certain requirements apply only
- 14:38Speaker 1: to districts for the elections of members of the Senate
- 14:42Speaker 1: of Maryland and the House of Delegates. authorizing the General
- 14:45Speaker 1: Assembly to grant original jurisdiction to the Supreme Court of
- 14:48Speaker 1: Maryland to review the congressional districting plan of the state,
- 14:52Speaker 1: and providing that nothing in the Maryland Constitution provides applicable
- 14:57Speaker 1: criteria for the boundaries of a congressional districting plan. So
- 15:03Speaker 1: I don't know, that doesn't really improve anything. I don't know,
- 15:05Speaker 1: the average voter is going to look at that. I
- 15:07Speaker 1: don't think that really changes much, does it? It's just,
- 15:10Speaker 1: it's still as Byzantine as the original language. And of course,
- 15:14Speaker 1: You're gonna have the Democrats whipping people to vote for
- 15:19Speaker 1: this in the state in an effort to steal congressional seats.
- 15:23Speaker 1: That's the point of all of this. So does this
- 15:26Speaker 1: fight continue? Yeah, it does. But these are two big
- 15:31Speaker 1: stories overnight where Democrats have tried to gain some ground
- 15:35Speaker 1: here and steal congressional seats. Eliminate Republican representation. They're a
- 15:43Speaker 1: party that is dedicated to rigging. Meanwhile, Republicans are a
- 15:45Speaker 1: party that are dedicated to fair play. Donald Trump is
- 15:49Speaker 1: not asking to rig elections. He's just asking to save America.
- 15:53Speaker 1: That's what the Save America Act is about. It's about
- 15:56Speaker 1: fair play, credible elections, not stealing from Democrats, making it
- 16:02Speaker 1: so that Democrats are as equally represented as Republicans when
- 16:05Speaker 1: they cast a ballot at the polls. That's it. That's it.
- 16:09Speaker 1: All right, more ahead on the program, including... I've got
- 16:14Speaker 1: a Save America Act update for you, actually. I'll get
- 16:16Speaker 1: to that in a moment. But I also want to
- 16:17Speaker 1: talk about protecting mail-in ballots because we did get some
- 16:21Speaker 1: big and urgent news overnight about protecting mail-in ballots. I'm
- 16:24Speaker 1: going to share that with you in just a moment.
- 16:25Speaker 1: A lot to get to. Byron Donald is moments away.
- 16:28Speaker 1: We'll get to him all ahead on this edition of Vince. Hey,
- 16:31Speaker 1: I want to tell you about something that I really,
- 16:32Speaker 1: really like. A great sponsor of our program, and it
- 16:35Speaker 1: works so well. It's called Z Biotics Pre-Alcohol. It's the
- 16:39Speaker 1: real deal, man. They sent me this and I consumed
- 16:43Speaker 1: it before I had an alcoholic beverage. And I realized
- 16:47Speaker 1: that it works really, really well, especially for the effects
- 16:51Speaker 1: of alcohol. As I get older, I realized that just
- 16:55Speaker 1: any little thing I put into my body, alcohol, ice cream, sugar,
- 16:58Speaker 1: whatever it is, I feel it the next day, I
- 17:00Speaker 1: really do. And with Z Biotic's pre-alcohol probiotic drink, it's
- 17:04Speaker 1: been a game changer for me. It's the world's first
- 17:06Speaker 1: genetically engineered probiotic. It was engineered by their PhD microbiologist
- 17:10Speaker 1: to help break down acetaldehyde, which is an unwanted byproduct
- 17:14Speaker 1: of alcohol metabolism. You can make pre-alcohol your first drink
- 17:17Speaker 1: of the night and then drink responsibly, and then you'll
- 17:20Speaker 1: enjoy your next day's activities. Z Biotic has sold more
- 17:23Speaker 1: than 14 million bottles. They've earned the trust of thousands,
- 17:27Speaker 1: including our team. It fits my routine perfectly. Just try
- 17:30Speaker 1: it for yourself today. And if you're unsatisfied, they will
- 17:33Speaker 1: refund your entire order. No questions asked.
- 17:36Speaker 3: It's great.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Head to zbiotics.com slash Vince. Code Vince. 15% off your
- 17:41Speaker 1: first order. Zbiotics is a partner of mine. These statements

- 17:56Speaker 3: 15% off.
- 17:57Speaker 1: All right. So you want to save America Act update?
- 18:01Speaker 3: Okay.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Well, first of all, again, we hit the gavel, and
- 18:05Speaker 1: then we show you this idiot, Hakeem Jeffries. Cut one. Watch.
- 18:11Speaker 4: There is no part of the so-called Save America Act
- 18:16Speaker 4: that I can support.
- 18:20Speaker 1: Well, you heard it there. The dial-up Democrat, the low-IQ
- 18:23Speaker 1: leader of the Democrats in the entire United States House
- 18:25Speaker 1: of Representatives, says he can't support a single aspect of
- 18:30Speaker 1: the Save America Act. So what did Hakeem Jeffries just
- 18:34Speaker 1: declare about the Democrats?
- 18:35Speaker 4: There is no part of the so-called Save America Act
- 18:39Speaker 4: that I can support.
- 18:41Speaker 1: He said it.
- 18:41Speaker 3: He said it.
- 18:42Speaker 1: So what is he saying? He doesn't support making it
- 18:46Speaker 1: so that only American citizens can register to vote. He
- 18:49Speaker 1: doesn't support that. He doesn't support showing photo ID when
- 18:53Speaker 1: you cast a ballot. He doesn't support that. He doesn't
- 18:56Speaker 1: support removing non-citizens from the voting rolls. He doesn't support that.
- 19:00Speaker 1: He doesn't support holding elections officials accountable when they violate
- 19:05Speaker 1: the law. Hakeem Jeffries doesn't support that. He doesn't support
- 19:09Speaker 1: protecting girls from boys playing in their sports. He doesn't
- 19:13Speaker 1: support that. And he doesn't support protecting children from genital mutilation.
- 19:18Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries is a lunatic. He declared it. That's probably
- 19:24Speaker 1: the quickest statement we've ever gotten from Hakeem Jeffries. And
- 19:28Speaker 1: I think perhaps the most revealing. In fact, I don't
- 19:31Speaker 1: think we've ever played a clip from Hakeem Jeffries that
- 19:33Speaker 1: was that short, sweet, to the point and that revealing. Look,
- 19:37Speaker 1: watch one more time from Hakeem Jeffries.
- 19:39Speaker 4: There is no part of the so-called Save America Act
- 19:43Speaker 4: that I can support.
- 19:45Speaker 1: He doesn't support saving America. Not for a moment. These
- 19:49Speaker 1: are election riggers, and even their dumbest possible members know
- 19:55Speaker 1: that they have to stay on script. There he is.
- 19:58Speaker 1: There he is. That moron just declared that the Democrats
- 20:02Speaker 1: do not support election integrity in the United States of America.
- 20:05Speaker 4: There is no part of the so-called Save America Act
- 20:09Speaker 4: that I can support.
- 20:11Speaker 1: You know, actually, I think, can I offer a suggestion?
- 20:14Speaker 1: You guys mind this? Can I offer a suggestion? I
- 20:17Speaker 1: think that as President Trump and Elon Musk open up
- 20:20Speaker 1: this war chest and start spending money all across the
- 20:23Speaker 1: country in these campaigns, and they've begun doing this, that
- 20:26Speaker 1: should be an advertisement. That's, how long, Josh, how long
- 20:30Speaker 1: is that clip? What is that, three seconds? It's pretty quick. Five?
- 20:35Speaker 1: I've got it right here. It's four, okay, it's about
- 20:38Speaker 1: four seconds. So four seconds, you buy a 30 second spot.
- 20:41Speaker 1: You've got 26 seconds in the ad to run the
- 20:46Speaker 1: rest of the content of the ad. You just run that.
- 20:48Speaker 1: You could even run Hakeem Jeffries a couple of times.
- 20:51Speaker 1: So in a 30 second spot, maybe you could run,
- 20:54Speaker 1: if we ran that five times, that takes up let's see,
- 20:57Speaker 1: 20 seconds. Yeah, you know, figure it out. But basically
- 21:00Speaker 1: just keep running it over and over and then just
- 21:02Speaker 1: put each element of the Save America Act on screen.
- 21:05Speaker 1: You can have a really tight 30 second spot. Just
- 21:07Speaker 1: advertise it to the whole country. Be like, this guy's
- 21:08Speaker 1: a whack shop. Here's what he doesn't support. And here's
- 21:12Speaker 1: what the majority of the American people do support. You
- 21:15Speaker 1: could have a pretty tight little political ad out in
- 21:17Speaker 1: no time. Thanks, Hakeem. Thank you. And we don't even
- 21:20Speaker 1: have to speed him up. Usually we have to speed
- 21:22Speaker 1: him up to make him coherent and worth listening to.
- 21:24Speaker 1: But not here. No, no, this was perfect.
- 21:27Speaker 4: There is no part of the so-called Save America Act
- 21:31Speaker 4: that I can support.
- 21:32Speaker 1: By the way, I really respect Josh's attempts to try
- 21:35Speaker 1: and jam the clip in between my never-ending cascade of
- 21:39Speaker 1: words because I tend to fill silence very quickly. So
- 21:43Speaker 1: Josh is always looking for a spot to jam in
- 21:45Speaker 1: a clip like this one. Wait a second. I just
- 21:49Speaker 1: flagged it. You didn't do it.
- 21:53Speaker 4: There is no part of the so-called Save America Act
- 21:58Speaker 4: that I can support.
- 21:59Speaker 3: Oh, there we go. So funny.
- 22:06Speaker 1: It's great.
- 22:07Speaker 3: It's super great.
- 22:07Speaker 1: All right, so here's the good news overnight. You ready
- 22:09Speaker 1: for some good news? Here's the good news. The Trump
- 22:11Speaker 1: administration is now demanding that the United States Supreme Court
- 22:14Speaker 1: act very quickly to protect mail-in ballots. It's an urgent appeal. Now,
- 22:20Speaker 1: you're going to see media coverage about this today that's
- 22:23Speaker 1: going to lie to you about the circumstances. But let's
- 22:27Speaker 1: get to it real fast.
- 22:28Speaker 3: Here we go.
- 22:29Speaker 1: ABC headline this morning. Trump administration files urgent appeal with
- 22:33Speaker 1: Supreme Court over USPS mail-in ballot rules. The Trump administration
- 22:38Speaker 1: Thursday filed an urgent appeal with the United States Supreme
- 22:41Speaker 1: Court seeking permission to immediately implement new US Postal Service
- 22:47Speaker 1: rules for mail ballots that critics say impede on state's
- 22:52Speaker 1: authority to run elections. State's authority to run elections. This
- 22:58Speaker 1: is so stupid. I'm sorry. Hold up a second. I
- 23:00Speaker 1: got to pull this up for you. Elections Clause of
- 23:03Speaker 1: the Constitution. Are you ready for the Elections Clause? Here
- 23:06Speaker 1: it is. The times, places, and manner of holding elections
- 23:11Speaker 1: for senators and representatives shall be prescribed in each state
- 23:15Speaker 1: by the legislature thereof. But the Congress may at any
- 23:20Speaker 1: time by law make or alter such regulations that except
- 23:24Speaker 1: as to the places of choosing senators. So this is
- 23:28Speaker 1: the elections clause of the constitution. I love that they
- 23:30Speaker 1: will read half of a constitutional clause and then pretend
- 23:33Speaker 1: that they're constitutional scholars. Of course, there's a role for
- 23:36Speaker 1: the federal government. And here's a role. The United States
- 23:40Speaker 1: Postal Service handles ballots and delivers them. And the president
- 23:45Speaker 1: is saying that we have to follow, you ready for it?
- 23:48Speaker 1: Federal law, only American citizens can vote in federal elections.
- 23:56Speaker 1: That's it. The president wants to protect American citizens here.
- 24:00Speaker 1: And so what you're getting from the media right now
- 24:02Speaker 1: is a mangled representation of what is going down. Basically,
- 24:05Speaker 1: they created this like funhouse mirror version of events, and
- 24:09Speaker 1: then they pretend that that's the news. A temporary restraining
- 24:14Speaker 1: order against the United States Postal Service rules, which were
- 24:17Speaker 1: prompted by President Trump's executive order aimed at Tightening access
- 24:21Speaker 1: to mail ballots, protecting American citizens, is set to expire
- 24:27Speaker 1: on September 10th, but it could be extended indefinitely. A
- 24:30Speaker 1: federal district court judge is set to rule imminently. The
- 24:33Speaker 1: new rules published by the Postal Service last month require
- 24:36Speaker 1: states to report basic voter information, such as a voter's
- 24:39Speaker 1: name and home address, attached to a unique barcode on
- 24:42Speaker 1: every mail-in ballot that's distributed. Postal workers would then only
- 24:45Speaker 1: deliver ballots addressed to voters who appear on the state-provided list.
- 24:52Speaker 1: It's very simple. I'm sorry, what's the scandal here? Do
- 24:55Speaker 1: you feel unprotected by this? Do you feel threatened by this? Seriously,
- 24:59Speaker 1: is there any American citizen who's currently in our chat
- 25:01Speaker 1: right now who is in any way worried that their
- 25:05Speaker 1: ballot is going to somehow be mishandled by the postal
- 25:08Speaker 1: service if they choose to send it in? Now, I
- 25:10Speaker 1: would venture a guess that most of the people in
- 25:13Speaker 1: our chat are not going to be using mail-in ballots,
- 25:15Speaker 1: that most of the people in our chat are inclined
- 25:18Speaker 1: to go and vote on election day in person. That's
- 25:20Speaker 1: the way I prefer to do it. Now, having said that,
- 25:23Speaker 1: whatever the rules are in your state, if you've got
- 25:25Speaker 1: early voting going on, get your ballot in as soon
- 25:29Speaker 1: as possible. I'm telling you, take your name out of
- 25:31Speaker 1: contention so that nobody else can steal it. In these
- 25:37Speaker 1: early voting states where they've got early voting forever, exploit it,
- 25:41Speaker 1: use it to your advantage. The left is you go
- 25:45Speaker 1: in and use it quickly so that your vote is
- 25:47Speaker 1: out of contention. Claim your vote immediately, immediately. It's a great,
- 25:53Speaker 1: it's an important strategy. It's a great strategy. It's the
- 25:55Speaker 1: one that the president keeps recommending with each passing election.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Like you may not like the laws of your state,
- 26:00Speaker 1: the way these elections are conducted, but use the laws
- 26:03Speaker 1: as they exist. If you're in California and they have
- 26:05Speaker 1: ballot harvesting, freaking use ballot harvesting, dude. Get Steve Hilton
- 26:09Speaker 1: elected with ballot harvesting if it's legal in the state
- 26:11Speaker 1: of California, which it is. And he's already said as
- 26:14Speaker 1: much as he runs for governor there. So the president
- 26:18Speaker 1: files this urgent appeal to the United States Supreme Court overnight.
- 26:22Speaker 1: God willing, they take it up quickly. They should, because
- 26:26Speaker 1: this fight really does matter. Protecting mail-in ballots, essential. Jimmy
- 26:31Speaker 1: Carter said it back during the Carter-Baker Commission. Jimmy Carter
- 26:34Speaker 1: said that mail-in ballots were the primary vector for voter fraud.
- 26:39Speaker 1: And it's the only time I'm ever going to tell you,
- 26:41Speaker 1: listen to Jimmy Carter. He's right about that. He's right
- 26:45Speaker 1: about that. All right, in a moment, we'll be talking
- 26:47Speaker 1: to a great American, Byron Donalds. Speaking of running for governor,
- 26:50Speaker 1: he's running for governor in the state of Florida, the
- 26:53Speaker 1: free state of Florida. And God willing, he'll become the
- 26:55Speaker 1: next governor from the free state of Florida. We'll chat
- 26:57Speaker 1: with him in just a moment, an exclusive interview right
- 26:59Speaker 1: here on this edition of Vince. I want to thank
- 27:03Speaker 1: the fine people at Helix Mattresses. for supporting this show
- 27:07Speaker 1: and for supporting my sleep. I love my Helix mattress.
- 27:10Speaker 1: We sleep on the Midnight Luxe. We love it. It's
- 27:12Speaker 1: been great. It's completely changed the way that I sleep.
- 27:14Speaker 1: Before switching to Helix, I would toss and turn throughout
- 27:16Speaker 1: the night trying to get comfortable, wake up feeling groggy,
- 27:19Speaker 1: low on energy. And since making the change, I've noticed
- 27:21Speaker 1: I fall asleep more quickly. I stay asleep longer. I
- 27:24Speaker 1: wake up feeling so much more refreshed. Allison and I
- 27:26Speaker 1: took their sleep quiz. We answered just a couple of
- 27:28Speaker 1: questions about our sleeping style, our preferences, and they matched
- 27:31Speaker 1: us up with a mattress tailored specifically for us. And
- 27:34Speaker 1: on top of that, Helix offers free shipping, a 120-night
- 27:37Speaker 1: sleep trial, and a limited lifetime warranty, so you can

- 27:59Speaker 1: the Republican National Convention next week. That's GoldCo.com. Really appreciate them.
- 28:03Speaker 1: And one thing is abundantly clear right now. Political volatility
- 28:06Speaker 1: can drive all sorts of market uncertainty. And one thing
- 28:10Speaker 1: we've all learned is Washington's not exactly Jones in to
- 28:13Speaker 1: save you. This is why gold and silver have been
- 28:16Speaker 1: on an absolute rally lately. So many Americans are taking
- 28:19Speaker 1: control of their own wealth. So if you've ever thought
- 28:22Speaker 1: about buying precious metals, now's your chance. And we love
- 28:25Speaker 1: that Gold Co. is our newest partner with Silverlock. They're great.

- 28:35Speaker 1: millions in retirement savings through physical metals and gold IRAs.
- 28:39Speaker 1: They're Silverlock Media's trusted gold and silver partner for the RNC.
- 28:43Speaker 1: So don't wait for political shifts and ensuing inflation to
- 28:47Speaker 1: erode any sort of hard-earned dollars. Right now, when you
- 28:50Speaker 1: get started, you receive a free gold and silver kit
- 28:52Speaker 1: plus up to 10% back in bonus silver on qualified orders.

- 29:02Speaker 1: or 833-669-GOLD. Performance may vary. You should always consult your
- 29:06Speaker 1: financial and tax professional.
- 29:09Speaker 4: All right.
- 29:10Speaker 1: Happy to have joining us right now, Congressman Byron Donalds.
- 29:12Speaker 1: He represents Florida's 19th congressional district and soon will be
- 29:16Speaker 1: the next governor for the great state of Florida. Byron Donalds.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Congressman Donalds, great to see you, sir. Thank you for
- 29:21Speaker 1: being back with us. It's my pleasure. Good morning.
- 29:23Speaker 3: How you doing?
- 29:24Speaker 1: I'm doing well, sir. It's a big week for you. Obviously,
- 29:28Speaker 1: the campaign continues to hard charge. But I saw you
- 29:31Speaker 1: were on stage with Ron DeSantis. You have the endorsement
- 29:33Speaker 1: of the current and very popular governor of Florida, the
- 29:36Speaker 1: endorsement of the president of the United States. You're just
- 29:39Speaker 1: bringing people together now. now, sir.
- 29:42Speaker 2: I mean, listen, we are about 60 days away from
- 29:44Speaker 2: Election Day here in Florida. I mean, it just seems
- 29:47Speaker 2: like the primaries just finished because they just did, and
- 29:49Speaker 2: now it's the sprint to the general election. But I
- 29:52Speaker 2: got to tell you, it doesn't matter where you are,
- 29:54Speaker 2: whether it's Miami, Orlando, Tampa, Pensacola, Jacksonville, you know, or
- 30:00Speaker 2: even some of our small counties like Levy County, Citrus County,
- 30:03Speaker 2: Lafayette County. People want the Florida dream to be alive
- 30:06Speaker 2: and well. They love our state. They want our state
- 30:09Speaker 2: to continue to be the free state of Florida. And
- 30:11Speaker 2: so being able to have the support of Governor DeSantis
- 30:14Speaker 2: and obviously, of course, President Trump, what that really means
- 30:17Speaker 2: is that we're uniting the Republican Party and the conservative
- 30:20Speaker 2: movement around one major principle. And that's just a free
- 30:23Speaker 2: state of Florida, common sense and conservative policy. It's what
- 30:27Speaker 2: people choose every single day when they come to Florida.
- 30:30Speaker 2: We're going to keep it alive and well in our state.
- 30:31Speaker 1: You know, one thing I can't help but notice about
- 30:33Speaker 1: your race in terms of the differences between you and
- 30:35Speaker 1: your opponent, this guy, David Jolly, who at one point
- 30:38Speaker 1: was a Republican congressman. Now he's a Democrat. He's changed
- 30:41Speaker 1: every one of his positions, actually. I went back and
- 30:43Speaker 1: I looked. I was like, it's crazy. I'll get to
- 30:45Speaker 1: that in a moment. But just but the thing is,
- 30:47Speaker 1: you stuck to your guns. You've you've held to your convictions,
- 30:50Speaker 1: even when it was politically uncomfortable for you in a
- 30:52Speaker 1: state like Florida, you endorsed Republicans. Donald Trump. You've had
- 30:56Speaker 1: your differences with Ron DeSantis, but in the end, you
- 30:59Speaker 1: stuck to your convictions, and here's Ron DeSantis endorsing you, saying,
- 31:01Speaker 1: I think this guy's going to be the right guy
- 31:03Speaker 1: for the future of this great state. I think that's
- 31:05Speaker 1: a big deal. Meanwhile, I'm looking at David Jolly, and
- 31:07Speaker 1: I'm going, this guy once pretended to be pro-life. Now
- 31:11Speaker 1: he says he's for abortion everywhere. He once pretended to
- 31:14Speaker 1: be pro-Second Amendment. Now he wants to literally stop people
- 31:17Speaker 1: from owning rifles in the state of Florida. He's for
- 31:21Speaker 1: an assault weapons ban. I... How does something like that
- 31:24Speaker 1: even happen? And how are people casting him as some
- 31:27Speaker 1: sort of moderate when those positions, to me, killing babies
- 31:31Speaker 1: and removing rifles from Americans, those sound as radical as
- 31:35Speaker 1: you can get.
- 31:36Speaker 3: They are radical.
- 31:37Speaker 2: I mean, it's worse. I mean, this is a guy
- 31:40Speaker 2: who thinks it's still okay for boys to be in
- 31:42Speaker 2: girls' sports. Everybody else has realized, except for the WNBA,
- 31:46Speaker 2: but everybody else realizes that.
- 31:47Speaker 3: Makes no sense.
- 31:49Speaker 2: He thinks it's good. He still thinks it's okay to
- 31:51Speaker 2: transgender children. Even the American Medical Association has come out
- 31:55Speaker 2: and said, that's crazy.
- 31:56Speaker 3: We should not do that.
- 31:57Speaker 2: European countries have come out now and said, yeah, that's crazy.
- 32:00Speaker 2: We shouldn't do that. He still thinks that's okay. And
- 32:04Speaker 2: when you put all those together with also the fact
- 32:06Speaker 2: that when Ron DeSantis reopened Florida during COVID-19 so that
- 32:10Speaker 2: we could be a free state and people could be free,
- 32:13Speaker 2: David Jolly left. He went to Pennsylvania and then criticized
- 32:16Speaker 2: Ron DeSantis for his decisions while he was a pundit
- 32:19Speaker 2: on MSNBC, not very moderate at all, which is why
- 32:23Speaker 2: I tell people he's a Trojan horse for the Democrat
- 32:25Speaker 2: Socialists of America. He's going to do what Abigail Spanberger
- 32:29Speaker 2: did in Virginia, campaign like a moderate, not say anything
- 32:33Speaker 2: of any substance, but then when they get into office,
- 32:36Speaker 2: they're going to govern like true radicals opening up the
- 32:39Speaker 2: door for socialism and crazy policy in the state of Florida.
- 32:43Speaker 2: And I'm just telling you, traveling the state, when people
- 32:46Speaker 2: hear this, they reject it immediately. They want our state
- 32:49Speaker 2: to continue to be the exception. We have so many
- 32:52Speaker 2: people that have chosen Florida over these other states because
- 32:55Speaker 2: those other states are crazy. They come here for the
- 32:57Speaker 2: Florida way of life. We're going to protect that.
- 32:59Speaker 1: And they've come there as Governor Ron DeSantis has been
- 33:02Speaker 1: in charge. He's wildly popular and for good reason. I'm
- 33:06Speaker 1: curious what kind of lessons you've derived from his time
- 33:08Speaker 1: as governor, including his emergency response capabilities. I I think
- 33:13Speaker 1: when I talk to people in Florida, including my own
- 33:15Speaker 1: family members, when I talk to people in Florida, one
- 33:16Speaker 1: of the things they love about Ron DeSantis is how
- 33:19Speaker 1: on the ball he is. It's like, you know, Florida,
- 33:21Speaker 1: more so than almost any other state, has to deal
- 33:23Speaker 1: with these hurricane seasons and these natural disasters. And having
- 33:27Speaker 1: somebody who has that level of competence, who's that aggressive,
- 33:30Speaker 1: who's that much of a communicator, who can rebuild a
- 33:32Speaker 1: bridge in like four minutes, you know, having that at
- 33:35Speaker 1: the top, that's a big deal to the voters of Florida.
- 33:38Speaker 2: It is. And by the way, the bridge rebuild, that
- 33:40Speaker 2: was in my congressional district in Southwest Florida. watch it
- 33:43Speaker 2: happen in real time. And what it's about is making
- 33:46Speaker 2: sure that you're just delivering results for the people of Florida,
- 33:49Speaker 2: ignoring the bureaucracy when it needs to be ignored, running
- 33:53Speaker 2: over the press when you know that they're just putting
- 33:55Speaker 2: out nonsense and foolishness, and really just looking at the data,
- 33:58Speaker 2: looking at the information, and making the right call based
- 34:01Speaker 2: upon the facts. And look, I've seen the governor do
- 34:04Speaker 2: this time and time again. There's times when he makes
- 34:07Speaker 2: these decisions where at that time, It doesn't really seem
- 34:10Speaker 2: to be very popular, but he's not focused on popularity.
- 34:13Speaker 2: He's focused on making sure that the right thing is
- 34:15Speaker 2: done on behalf of the.
- 34:15Speaker 1: People of Florida.
- 34:17Speaker 2: And so my my position and my commitment is we
- 34:20Speaker 2: are going to look at the facts. We are going
- 34:21Speaker 2: to make the right decision on behalf of the people
- 34:23Speaker 2: in our state. And it's not going to be about
- 34:25Speaker 2: the press. It's not going to be about the pundits.
- 34:27Speaker 2: It's not going to be about the polling. It's going
- 34:29Speaker 2: to be about the people of Florida. And we're going
- 34:31Speaker 2: to make decisions like that.
- 34:33Speaker 1: That's great. So lately I've seen Ron DeSantis out talking
- 34:37Speaker 1: about his concern about flock cameras, these surveillance cameras. The
- 34:40Speaker 1: police use them to look for bad guys with these
- 34:43Speaker 1: license plate readers. But Americans are concerned about the level
- 34:46Speaker 1: of surveillance that's growing in the United States. I've said
- 34:48Speaker 1: for a while that I don't. don't think that the
- 34:51Speaker 1: government's betrayals, where they fail to prosecute criminals and they
- 34:56Speaker 1: open our borders, should then lead to the government having
- 34:59Speaker 1: more power to surveil every law-abiding American citizen. I think
- 35:02Speaker 1: we should get control of crime first. What do you
- 35:04Speaker 1: make of this flock camera debate and what your governor's
- 35:07Speaker 1: been saying lately?
- 35:09Speaker 2: Well, let's be very clear. One, the Fourth Amendment is
- 35:11Speaker 2: not up for debate. And that's where this begins and
- 35:14Speaker 2: this ends with these cameras. The Fourth Amendment is not
- 35:17Speaker 2: a suggestion. It is a key tenant of America's constitutional framework,
- 35:22Speaker 2: and we're going to protect people's privacy. Number two, with
- 35:25Speaker 2: these cameras, I think the governor made the right decision
- 35:27Speaker 2: with pulling them down out of Florida right-of-ways with the
- 35:31Speaker 2: state roads that we control as a state. He made
- 35:33Speaker 2: the right decision. You have sheriffs around the state and
- 35:36Speaker 2: police chiefs around the state who are responding in kind.
- 35:40Speaker 2: But the number one thing above all is we can't
- 35:42Speaker 2: have a situation where these cameras are are just open
- 35:45Speaker 2: surveillance against the American people, against the people of Florida.
- 35:49Speaker 2: We can't allow for that. We have to protect people's privacy.
- 35:51Speaker 2: And that's really the beginning and the end of it.
- 35:53Speaker 2: I think with some of these companies, we have to
- 35:55Speaker 2: ensure that none of this data goes anywhere. And so
- 35:58Speaker 2: I think there are some controls that the legislature and
- 36:01Speaker 2: I as the state's next governor, we're gonna go into
- 36:04Speaker 2: and we're gonna make sure that the privacy of the
- 36:07Speaker 2: people of our state is going to be protected at
- 36:10Speaker 2: all times. And listen, I've talked to sheriffs about this.
- 36:13Speaker 2: We wanna make sure they have the tools they need
- 36:15Speaker 2: to catch those bad guys because public safety is a
- 36:18Speaker 2: standard here in Florida. We back our law enforcement. We
- 36:21Speaker 2: make sure they have the resources that they need. But
- 36:24Speaker 2: at the same time, we have to protect the privacy
- 36:26Speaker 2: of people and we're gonna continue to do that in Florida.
- 36:28Speaker 1: Yeah, I totally agree with you. And my memory serves correctly.
- 36:32Speaker 1: I believe the guy who tried to assassinate President Trump
- 36:34Speaker 1: on that golf course, he jumped into a vehicle and
- 36:37Speaker 1: a woman sees him, alerts the police, tells them the
- 36:41Speaker 1: plate number, And then I think a license plate reader
- 36:43Speaker 1: ended up picking him up. So no question it has
- 36:46Speaker 1: its value. But I think Americans like me are very
- 36:50Speaker 1: on guard for this because we say, wait a second,
- 36:52Speaker 1: the government betrayed us in the first place by allowing
- 36:54Speaker 1: criminals to run roughshod over the country. And now we
- 36:57Speaker 1: have to suffer the consequences with surveillance everywhere? That's not
- 37:00Speaker 1: going to work for me.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Listen, I agree.
- 37:03Speaker 2: And you're right about one of the pieces of evidence. Yes,
- 37:06Speaker 2: the person who tried to assassinate President Trump at his
- 37:09Speaker 2: golf course He was caught because they found his license
- 37:12Speaker 2: plate using these cameras. There was a deputy in Florida
- 37:16Speaker 2: that was killed in the Jacksonville area. The reason they
- 37:19Speaker 2: were able to track down that cop killer and bring
- 37:21Speaker 2: him to justice was because they coordinated with other states
- 37:24Speaker 2: using these license plates readers. They got him in custody
- 37:29Speaker 2: within about 36 hours. So the tool is very powerful.
- 37:32Speaker 2: And that's when you talk to law enforcement leaders, that's
- 37:34Speaker 2: what they tell you.
- 37:35Speaker 1: And I have to respond.
- 37:36Speaker 2: Yeah, guys, I get all that. but you can't have
- 37:39Speaker 2: just open surveillance against people. That's not the fabric of
- 37:42Speaker 2: our country. That's not what our country was ever based upon.
- 37:45Speaker 2: And if you're going to take it a step further,
- 37:48Speaker 2: one of the major reasons for the revolution against the
- 37:50Speaker 2: British Crown was because of general warrants, where the king
- 37:56Speaker 2: could just issue open-ended warrants forever and go wherever they
- 37:59Speaker 2: wanted to, to essentially pick out any nook or cranny
- 38:03Speaker 2: to try to prosecute people. And that's what the framers
- 38:06Speaker 2: of our nation fought against. That was one of the
- 38:09Speaker 2: main tenets of our Constitution and Bill of Rights, the
- 38:12Speaker 2: Fourth Amendment. And we have to make sure we protect
- 38:14Speaker 2: that here in America.
- 38:15Speaker 1: Talk to me about how you would coordinate with the
- 38:19Speaker 1: Trump administration when it comes to illegal aliens in the
- 38:22Speaker 1: state of Florida. We've seen a couple of governors, Democrat
- 38:26Speaker 1: governors in the country, including in the state of Virginia
- 38:29Speaker 1: and the state of New York, refusing, just outright saying,
- 38:31Speaker 1: I'm not working. In fact, I'm forbidding the state police
- 38:35Speaker 1: from from being in the 287 program or working with
- 38:38Speaker 1: the Trump administration or honoring these ICE detainers. Can you
- 38:42Speaker 1: talk about what it would be like to be governor
- 38:44Speaker 1: and to help with that mission?
- 38:46Speaker 2: Well, first, it's state law in Florida that every law
- 38:48Speaker 2: enforcement agency has to cooperate with 287 to make sure
- 38:53Speaker 2: that we're working with the Trump administration when it comes
- 38:55Speaker 2: to deporting criminal illegal aliens. That's the standard in Florida.
- 38:59Speaker 2: We're going to maintain that standard. I think when you
- 39:01Speaker 2: look at some of these blue states, you mentioned Virginia. Again,
- 39:04Speaker 2: who's in charge? Abigail Spanberger ran as a moderate. Look
- 39:07Speaker 2: what she's doing. David Jolly would do the same thing.
- 39:10Speaker 2: But let's be very clear. The states do not have
- 39:14Speaker 2: the constitutional authority to block federal law enforcement. In the Constitution,
- 39:19Speaker 2: under Article I, Section 8, immigration naturalization powers are given
- 39:24Speaker 2: expressly to the federal government in the Constitution. And so
- 39:27Speaker 2: states have a responsibility to work with the Trump administration
- 39:30Speaker 2: because they signed on to the constitutional framework when the
- 39:34Speaker 2: several states ratified the Constitution.
- 39:36Speaker 3: That's the deal.
- 39:37Speaker 2: And so I think when you see these blue states
- 39:40Speaker 2: who are saying, no, we're not going to do that piece,
- 39:42Speaker 2: I believe it's nullification of the United States Constitution, which
- 39:46Speaker 2: demonstrates that quite frankly, how radical Democrats really are, where
- 39:51Speaker 2: they ignore enforcement and then they want to tug on
- 39:54Speaker 2: the heartstrings of people using a story here or a
- 39:57Speaker 2: story there, but they don't actually do the right thing,
- 40:00Speaker 2: which is uphold the law and maintain consistency and fidelity
- 40:04Speaker 2: to the Constitution. I think when it comes to immigration,
- 40:07Speaker 2: if you had Democrats that just said, listen, this is
- 40:09Speaker 2: the law and we're gonna enforce it, you wouldn't have
- 40:12Speaker 2: these issues around immigration. It would be very clear for everybody.
- 40:16Speaker 2: The people would know the rules and the standards, and
- 40:19Speaker 2: you wouldn't empower the drug cartels to make billions of
- 40:22Speaker 2: dollars trafficking people into the United States. So these issues
- 40:26Speaker 2: around immigration enforcement, you can't blame that on Republicans or
- 40:30Speaker 2: President Trump. They're trying to clean up the mess left
- 40:33Speaker 2: to us by Democrats, Joe Biden, Kamala Harris, And these
- 40:36Speaker 2: Democrat socialists who think open borders are the thing that
- 40:39Speaker 2: America needs to be about.
- 40:41Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 40:41Speaker 1: And they're lying about the ICE, the anti-ICE stuff, because
- 40:44Speaker 1: it's not about ICE. It's about all immigration enforcement. If
- 40:46Speaker 1: it was about ICE, they would just sign up for
- 40:48Speaker 1: 287G and let the local cops enforce the law. But
- 40:51Speaker 1: they don't. They don't allow that either. One more for you.
- 40:53Speaker 1: I know you got to run. Property taxes in Florida.
- 40:57Speaker 1: This is a big debate. It's on the ballot this November.
- 41:00Speaker 1: It's Amendment 3. Voters will have a chance to get
- 41:03Speaker 1: rid of property taxes in the state. what do you
- 41:06Speaker 1: think about dropping the property tax in Amendment 3?
- 41:09Speaker 2: Well, listen, I'm supporting the amendment. In Florida, property taxes
- 41:12Speaker 2: have doubled over the last seven years. And the real
- 41:15Speaker 2: question is, even though these budgets in the local level
- 41:18Speaker 2: have increased, the budgets for hardworking families have not. They're
- 41:22Speaker 2: trying to make sure they can make ends meet every
- 41:24Speaker 2: single day. And so the people of Florida do need relief,
- 41:26Speaker 2: especially our seniors and our working families. They definitely need relief.
- 41:31Speaker 2: And so I support the amendments. I know that local
- 41:33Speaker 2: governments are saying that they're going to lose revenue, but
- 41:36Speaker 2: they should have thought about that before they let their
- 41:38Speaker 2: tax base increase at the pace that it did. They
- 41:41Speaker 2: could have gone to a rollback rate in Florida at
- 41:44Speaker 2: any point in time. They chose not to. They chose
- 41:46Speaker 2: to let their budgets expand with tax receipts because property
- 41:50Speaker 2: values were rising and they could have done something years ago.
- 41:53Speaker 2: And so now the people of Florida are going to
- 41:55Speaker 2: choose this November. Regardless whether the amendment passes or fails,
- 42:01Speaker 2: We're going to bring this whole issue back through our
- 42:03Speaker 2: Tax and Budget Reform Commission. This is a feature of
- 42:06Speaker 2: Florida's Constitution, happens every 20 years, and we want that
- 42:09Speaker 2: commission to study all taxes and fees and come up
- 42:12Speaker 2: with concrete, detailed solutions on full repeal of homestead property taxes.
- 42:17Speaker 2: And if it can't get there, targeting relief to seniors
- 42:20Speaker 2: and working families.
- 42:21Speaker 1: All right. Byron Donalds, the next governor of Florida. Sir,
- 42:24Speaker 1: great to talk to you. Great to have you on
- 42:25Speaker 1: the show today.
- 42:26Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 42:27Speaker 1: There he is, Congressman Byron Donalds. Appreciate him stopping by.
- 42:31Speaker 1: We covered a lot of ground there, actually, with him,
- 42:32Speaker 1: and I appreciate him taking time out of his busy schedule.
- 42:35Speaker 1: There he is on the campaign trail. And, yes, I
- 42:37Speaker 1: agree with you, Jason. I really want Byron to win,
- 42:40Speaker 1: he says in all capital letters. Yeah, that's great. And
- 42:44Speaker 1: can you imagine, you know, if you get a situation
- 42:47Speaker 1: where Florida doesn't have income tax or property tax for
- 42:50Speaker 1: a lot of people?
- 42:50Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 42:53Speaker 1: It wouldn't be just the free state of Florida. It'd
- 42:55Speaker 1: be practically the tax-free state of Florida, which is making
- 42:58Speaker 1: Florida increasingly appealing. Already an appealing place. I can see
- 43:03Speaker 1: why Dan likes living there. Very cool. There's Congressman Byron Donalds.
- 43:08Speaker 1: And may he defeat David Jolly. I love this ridiculous
- 43:10Speaker 1: nonsense about, oh, David Jolly is like, he's a moderate.
- 43:14Speaker 1: He's like, he was a Republican recently. You know, he's
- 43:16Speaker 1: a Democrat. He spends all of his time on Ms.
- 43:19Speaker 1: Now attacking Donald Trump, attacking the duly elected president of
- 43:22Speaker 1: the United States. Then he runs for office on an
- 43:25Speaker 1: agenda of transing the kids, aborting the babies, and disarming
- 43:29Speaker 1: American citizens. And that guy's supposed to be moderate? If
- 43:35Speaker 1: that's moderate, I don't want to see radical. I don't
- 43:37Speaker 1: want to see radical. We see a lot of radical.
- 43:39Speaker 1: That's what it is. It's completely radical. Meanwhile, in terms
- 43:43Speaker 1: of getting control of our country, we've had a lot
- 43:45Speaker 1: of great news this week. I know I started the
- 43:47Speaker 1: show with some bummer news when it comes to the
- 43:49Speaker 1: left trying to rig elections. But we do have some
- 43:52Speaker 1: good news this week. The Trump administration has been going
- 43:56Speaker 1: after the illegal alien problem with sustained enthusiasm. It's been great.
- 44:05Speaker 1: In fact, J.D. Vance takes the lectern yesterday at the
- 44:08Speaker 1: White House press briefing and immediately begins the press conference
- 44:12Speaker 1: talking about the crackdown on these illegal alien truck drivers
- 44:16Speaker 1: who've invaded the United States thanks to Pete Buttigieg's Watch
- 44:20Speaker 1: JD Vance yesterday. Cut to areas.
- 44:26Speaker 3: All right. Good morning, everybody. It's good afternoon now. Good
- 44:29Speaker 3: to see you guys.
- 44:29Speaker 5: So let me give a few updates on a few
- 44:31Speaker 5: things that are really mad at the administration that we're
- 44:33Speaker 5: very proud of. So, first of all, you probably saw
- 44:36Speaker 5: the announcement earlier in Michigan earlier this week in Michigan
- 44:40Speaker 5: that we have taken over 2000 fraudulent CDL mills out
- 44:44Speaker 5: of business. which makes America's roads safer and also protects
- 44:47Speaker 5: the jobs of American truckers. And so if you're an
- 44:49Speaker 5: American trucker wondering why it is that the last administration
- 44:53Speaker 5: facilitated illegal aliens driving semi-trucks on our roads, or if
- 44:57Speaker 5: you're an American who just shares a road with somebody
- 44:59Speaker 5: who isn't properly qualified, we've made the roads safer, we've
- 45:02Speaker 5: seen trucker wages go up by 7.5 percent, and that
- 45:05Speaker 5: effort was obviously led by our anti-fraud task force because
- 45:09Speaker 5: so many of these people were engaged and effectively fraudulent driving.
- 45:13Speaker 5: They were getting these diplomas, these CDLs through fraudulent means.
- 45:18Speaker 3: We stopped that. We're very proud of it.
- 45:19Speaker 5: And I want to give a special shout out to
- 45:21Speaker 5: Secretary Sean Duffy at the Transportation Department for helping us
- 45:24Speaker 5: and facilitating that work. And it goes into our broader effort,
- 45:27Speaker 5: which is we're trying to make sure that your tax
- 45:29Speaker 5: dollars and basic institutional trust is protected by your government.
- 45:35Speaker 5: whether it's a guy who gets a commercial driver's license
- 45:37Speaker 5: to drive on the road or whether it's a person
- 45:39Speaker 5: applying for Medicaid or Medicare benefits, the people who get
- 45:43Speaker 5: these things should be legally.
- 45:45Speaker 3: Entitled and should qualify.
- 45:47Speaker 5: And for too long, we had a government that basically
- 45:49Speaker 5: just gave out your money, the American taxpayers' money, to people.
- 45:52Speaker 3: Who didn't qualify for it.
- 45:54Speaker 5: We've put a stop to that, having found, I think,
- 45:56Speaker 5: north of $ 200.
- 45:57Speaker 3: Billion in fraud.
- 45:58Speaker 5: And we're going to keep, of course, working on that
- 46:01Speaker 5: in the months and years to come.
- 46:03Speaker 2: I love it.
- 46:04Speaker 1: I just love it. I mean, on the list, Marco
- 46:08Speaker 1: Rubio and J.D. Vance are similar, are very similar in
- 46:10Speaker 1: this way. They both have these massive portfolios of important
- 46:14Speaker 1: things to do. And right there near the top of
- 46:17Speaker 1: the list, maybe at the top of the list for J.D.
- 46:18Speaker 1: Vance is running the fraud force. Just this decentralized operations
- 46:24Speaker 1: center to destroy fraudsters. in the United States of America,
- 46:28Speaker 1: whether it's Somali pirates in Minnesota, or going after fraudsters
- 46:33Speaker 1: in California who are stealing from the elderly, or going
- 46:38Speaker 1: after illegal alien truck drivers and the operations that allow
- 46:41Speaker 1: them to not only take to the nation's roadways with
- 46:45Speaker 1: these gigantic death machines, but running into American citizens and
- 46:48Speaker 1: killing them in the process. This is a huge deal.
- 46:54Speaker 1: And I know, I'll tell you what, I've gotten a
- 46:56Speaker 1: lot of, of feedback, both in the chat and via
- 46:59Speaker 1: email and calls to the radio show. A lot of truckers,
- 47:04Speaker 1: a lot of truckers just calling and going, thank God
- 47:07Speaker 1: somebody's finally doing something about this. America's truckers out there
- 47:10Speaker 1: on the roadways, seeing this everywhere. Illegal aliens all over
- 47:14Speaker 1: the place. People can't speak English. People are not following
- 47:16Speaker 1: America's laws when it comes to safe driving. And it's
- 47:21Speaker 1: led to pandemonium. It's led to the death and maiming
- 47:24Speaker 1: of American citizens. It's got to stop. And of course,
- 47:28Speaker 1: it all happened because of Pete Buttigieg, Joe Biden, and
- 47:31Speaker 1: that insane administration that occupied the White House for four years.
- 47:36Speaker 1: It was because of them that this occurred. Pete Buttigieg
- 47:38Speaker 1: made it so that CDL schools could, quote, self-certify, that
- 47:43Speaker 1: there was no certification standard. They just would do Scouts Honor,
- 47:46Speaker 1: and then all of a sudden, they're handing out CDLs. What?
- 47:50Speaker 1: It's insane? And now Americans are living with the consequences
- 47:53Speaker 1: of it, and the Trump administration is doing something about it.
- 47:56Speaker 1: So did you vote for this? The answer to that
- 47:57Speaker 1: is obviously yes, you did. You voted for this. They're
- 48:00Speaker 1: delivering on it. Now, another thing, I'll get back to J.D.
- 48:03Speaker 1: Vance in a moment, but one more thing on tackling
- 48:06Speaker 1: illegal alien nonsense in the United States, in addition to
- 48:09Speaker 1: putting up record numbers with each passing month on deportations.
- 48:14Speaker 1: And by the way, there's net negative migration out of
- 48:17Speaker 1: the country right now. I saw, did you see this, guys,
- 48:19Speaker 1: the Center for Immigration Studies this week? had a report
- 48:22Speaker 1: that millions and millions of people are leaving the United States.
- 48:26Speaker 1: It's the first time in a very long time we've
- 48:27Speaker 1: seen foreign nationals, in terms of the total numbers, on
- 48:31Speaker 1: net leaving America rather than coming into it. And that's
- 48:34Speaker 1: all categories, legal, illegal, anything. There's a net migration wave
- 48:40Speaker 1: out of the country under President Trump. They're doing a
- 48:43Speaker 1: lot to reverse the damage caused by the left. But
- 48:48Speaker 1: One of the big stories we just got overnight is
- 48:51Speaker 1: that the Department of Homeland Security, led by Mark Wayne Mullen,
- 48:55Speaker 1: God bless him, has directed its attorneys to begin getting
- 49:01Speaker 1: rid of all of the nonsense asylum claims more quickly. Now,
- 49:06Speaker 1: they've been doing this, but they want to accelerate this.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Here's the report from Fox. DHS directs ICE attorneys to
- 49:12Speaker 1: seek early dismissal of legally deficient asylum claims. The Department
- 49:17Speaker 1: of Homeland Security has issued new guidance directing its immigration
- 49:20Speaker 1: attorneys to seek early dismissal of asylum claims that they
- 49:23Speaker 1: determine are legally insufficient according to internal guidance obtained by Fox.
- 49:28Speaker 1: Effective immediately, attorneys with ICE and their Office of the
- 49:32Speaker 1: Principal Legal Advisor are expected to seek dismissal of asylum
- 49:36Speaker 1: applications that they determine fail to meet the legal standard
- 49:40Speaker 1: on their face by filing motions to pre-terminate them in
- 49:45Speaker 1: immigration court. A motion to pre-terminate asks an immigration judge
- 49:49Speaker 1: to deny an asylum application before a full merits hearing
- 49:53Speaker 1: even takes place because the government argues the application is
- 49:57Speaker 1: legally insufficient. Immigration judges ultimately decide whether to grant those motions.
- 50:06Speaker 1: This is great news. This is designed to clear the backlog.
- 50:10Speaker 1: Get rid of this. A lot of people who have
- 50:13Speaker 1: come to the United States and made asylum claims were
- 50:16Speaker 1: trained in how to defraud the country. And under Joe Biden,
- 50:20Speaker 1: there was really no effort to suss out the fraudsters.
- 50:23Speaker 1: The fraud was obvious. The fraud was theatrical. And the
- 50:27Speaker 1: fraudsters were easily getting away with it, making asylum claims.
- 50:30Speaker 1: They passed through every country on planet Earth to get here.
- 50:32Speaker 1: You're telling me they couldn't have made an asylum claim
- 50:34Speaker 1: in some other safe third country? Of course they could.
- 50:38Speaker 1: But they didn't. They came to the United States. And
- 50:40Speaker 1: many of these people would throw down their identifying documents
- 50:43Speaker 1: south of the Rio Grande, cross the water, come into
- 50:46Speaker 1: the country, and then claim that they had a, quote,
- 50:48Speaker 1: credible fear. And that was enough for Joe Biden officials
- 50:51Speaker 1: to say, welcome to America. You get to stay forever.
- 50:56Speaker 1: The Trump administration don't play that. They're getting rid of
- 51:00Speaker 1: these people. And they're doing it much more quickly. It
- 51:03Speaker 1: comes on the same week that the Trump administration notified
- 51:06Speaker 1: states that they have an obligation under federal law to
- 51:09Speaker 1: alert the feds to illegal aliens being in their state
- 51:12Speaker 1: if they take welfare money from federal taxpayers. If they
- 51:17Speaker 1: receive TANF, known as Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, it's welfare.
- 51:22Speaker 1: If they receive federal welfare dollars, they have to disclose
- 51:26Speaker 1: that they have illegal aliens that they're aware of. And
- 51:29Speaker 1: if they don't, they're at risk of losing federal funds.
- 51:33Speaker 1: The law is the law. They were serious about this.
- 51:35Speaker 1: The Trump administration bearing down on these states who keep
- 51:39Speaker 1: violating it, these Democrat-run states. That's good news. There's J.D.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Vance also on another thing yesterday. Affordability, you know that
- 51:46Speaker 1: word affordability that pops up from time to time? The
- 51:49Speaker 1: president of the United States refers to the media's wielding
- 51:51Speaker 1: of it as a hoax, this idea that somehow President
- 51:54Speaker 1: Trump has led to people having more expensive lives or something. Affordability, affordability.
- 52:00Speaker 1: And meanwhile, the reality of this is the Democrats are
- 52:05Speaker 1: the ones who have driven up prices to cartoonish levels,
- 52:10Speaker 1: the whole reason people were voting for Donald Trump among,
- 52:14Speaker 1: not in the first place, it was definitely up there
- 52:15Speaker 1: at the top. Remember, the top two reasons for Trump's election,
- 52:19Speaker 1: the economy and immigration, the economy and the border, the
- 52:22Speaker 1: economy and mass deportations, those were the two big reasons.
- 52:26Speaker 1: And J.D. Vance reminded the lunatics in the press corps
- 52:29Speaker 1: yesterday of this very thing. Listen to J.D. Vance on affordability,
- 52:32Speaker 1: cut three.
- 52:33Speaker 5: Incredible strides, but our argument to the American people is, look,
- 52:36Speaker 5: it's very simple. You don't even have to listen to
- 52:39Speaker 5: what we say.
- 52:40Speaker 3: Listen to what the Democrats have said.
- 52:42Speaker 5: If you think that inflation is a problem, if you
- 52:44Speaker 5: think affordability is a problem, number one, we're doing everything
- 52:48Speaker 5: that we can to bring down prices. But what do
- 52:49Speaker 5: the Democrats say? They say that they want to undo taxes.
- 52:53Speaker 5: They want to increase taxes on Social Security and tips.
- 52:56Speaker 5: If you're worried about affordability, how is the Democrats tax
- 52:59Speaker 5: increase going to make your life more affordable? One of
- 53:01Speaker 5: the things I'm most proud of that the president has
- 53:03Speaker 5: done is Trump Rx. If you look, we have almost
- 53:06Speaker 5: 800 medications now that are part of Trump Rx. The
- 53:10Speaker 5: most significant reduction in prescription drug costs that we've seen
- 53:13Speaker 5: in 60 years. And again, that's going to accelerate as
- 53:16Speaker 5: this program actually gets implemented.
- 53:18Speaker 3: The Democrats did nothing.
- 53:20Speaker 5: So while they're out there bragging that they're going to
- 53:23Speaker 5: reverse the very policies that are making some of these
- 53:25Speaker 5: prescription drugs more affordable, we're saying we're gonna double down
- 53:29Speaker 5: on the policies that are gonna make prescription drugs more affordable.
- 53:32Speaker 5: So I think if you just listen to what the
- 53:34Speaker 5: Democrats are saying, what they're telling you is that every
- 53:37Speaker 5: inflation problem that you're worried about today, they're gonna make
- 53:41Speaker 5: worse and they're gonna undo our very good efforts to
- 53:44Speaker 5: try to bring down the inflation and to make that
- 53:47Speaker 5: reduction in inflation sustainable.
- 53:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 53:51Speaker 1: Yeah, so you've got the Trump administration actually reducing inflation,
- 53:54Speaker 1: and then you have Democrats passing a piece of legislation
- 53:57Speaker 1: that explodes inflation in the United States and calling it
- 54:00Speaker 1: the Inflation Reduction Act. They just lie to you. They
- 54:07Speaker 1: just lie to you. We're going to spend a lot
- 54:08Speaker 1: more money. And it's called the Inflation Reduction Act. How
- 54:10Speaker 1: does spending a lot more money reduce inflation?
- 54:12Speaker 3: It doesn't.
- 54:12Speaker 1: It never did. It just drove costs up everywhere. The
- 54:18Speaker 1: Trump administration is actually doing something about it. And that number,
- 54:20Speaker 1: I feel like Vice President Vance almost was gliding through
- 54:24Speaker 1: it a little too fast. That drop in prescription drug prices,
- 54:28Speaker 1: do you know how big that is? It's a massive drop.
- 54:32Speaker 1: It was the month of July. It was the single
- 54:35Speaker 1: biggest drop in the cost of prescription drugs since March
- 54:39Speaker 1: of 1963. March of 1963 was the last time we
- 54:45Speaker 1: saw prices drop that much. It's been a very long
- 54:49Speaker 1: time since we've seen a big drop like that. That
- 54:52Speaker 1: is a measurable win. In a world where the left
- 54:55Speaker 1: is constantly telling you, we're going to drop prescription drug prices.
- 54:57Speaker 1: How exactly? By raising your taxes. We'll just take money
- 55:02Speaker 1: out of your paycheck. We'll subsidize the cost of the drugs,
- 55:06Speaker 1: and then we'll make it appear like we lowered the
- 55:08Speaker 1: cost of the drugs. That's a shell game. It's a
- 55:12Speaker 1: shell game that leaves you poorer at the end of
- 55:14Speaker 1: the day. And that's, well, that's the Democrats for you.
- 55:17Speaker 1: It's kind of the way they operate. We've got a
- 55:19Speaker 1: lot more to get to. We'll do it on the
