Spencer Kuvin Talks Nadia Marcinkova And The Line Between Victim And Conspirator · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. One of the most difficult parts of the
• 0:06
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein story is trying to figure out who took part,
• 0:11
Speaker 1: who was abused, and who did both. And when it
• 0:15
Speaker 1: comes to the Core of Four, I think they really
• 0:17
Speaker 1: exemplify this, especially when it comes to Nadia marsen Kova.
• 0:22
Speaker 1: I think that her case, when it comes to the
• 0:25
Speaker 1: Core four especially is very difficult, and if the facts
• 0:29
Speaker 1: of her circumstances are true as we know them, then
• 0:33
Speaker 1: I think that Nadia, out of all of the Core
• 0:35
Speaker 1: of Four, has the most legitimate argument that she's an
• 0:38
Speaker 1: actual victim, because remember she came in and she was
• 0:43
Speaker 1: still a child, so she was groomed, right, normalized, groomed
• 0:47
Speaker 1: the whole thing. Now, with that said, as I've said
• 0:50
Speaker 1: with Sarah Kellen Vickers, you can be two things at once,
• 0:54
Speaker 1: and once you become of age, that shit kind of
• 0:57
Speaker 1: goes out the window. Right. You have to have self
• 0:59
Speaker 1: response ability, and the fact that nobody came forward, nobody
• 1:03
Speaker 1: spoke to the police, or at least we didn't think
• 1:05
Speaker 1: they did, that made it a whole lot worse. But
• 1:09
Speaker 1: come to find out that Nadia did speak to the police.
• 1:13
Speaker 1: Now does that absolve her of the things she allegedly did,
• 1:16
Speaker 1: of course not, but it's certainly a step in the
• 1:19
Speaker 1: right direction. So today we're going to talk about Nadia
• 1:23
Speaker 1: a little bit more, and to do that, we have
• 1:25
Speaker 1: an article from The Sun, the headline the Untold Story
• 1:29
Speaker 1: Epstein's Lolita Express girlfriend could blow a case open after
• 1:33
Speaker 1: learning girls and seeing pedophile sixty seven times while he
• 1:37
Speaker 1: was in jail. The author of this article is Katie
• 1:41
Speaker 1: Davis Nadio. Marsenkova was just a teenager when she met
• 1:47
Speaker 1: the shame financier and went on to become his girlfriend
• 1:50
Speaker 1: and assistant pilot of his Lolita Express Jed, I think
• 1:55
Speaker 1: that's a bit harsh. Went on to meet Jeffrey Epstein.
• 1:59
Speaker 1: From what we heard, Jean Luke Brunel basically purchased her
• 2:02
Speaker 1: from her parents and brought her to Jeffrey Epstein. Now
• 2:05
Speaker 1: that's what we've heard. We haven't heard from Nadia directly, though,
• 2:10
Speaker 1: so take everything with a grain of salt. She was
• 2:12
Speaker 1: Epstein's closest companion for seven years after Glenn Maxwell, who
• 2:16
Speaker 1: was serving a twenty year prison sentence for sex trafficking,
• 2:20
Speaker 1: but Slovakia born Marsankova, or Marchinko as they call her
• 2:24
Speaker 1: here forty one, was also named as a potential co conspirator,
• 2:28
Speaker 1: and a controversial plea deal that granted her immunity from
• 2:31
Speaker 1: prosecution in two thousand and eight was that to protect
• 2:36
Speaker 1: Epstein and the deal more than her. Probably do you
• 2:39
Speaker 1: really think that Epstein's handlers gave a shit about Sarah
• 2:43
Speaker 1: Kellen or anybody else? Nadia Marsenkova. Absolutely not. But they
• 2:48
Speaker 1: couldn't have them talking, So what's the best way to
• 2:50
Speaker 1: style me that make them part of the deal. That
• 2:55
Speaker 1: same year, prison record show she visited Epstein sixty seven
• 2:58
Speaker 1: times behind bars after he was jailed for soliciting sex
• 3:02
Speaker 1: from an underage girl. Martinko's lawyer previously said she was
• 3:06
Speaker 1: one of Epstein's victims and she has never been accused
• 3:09
Speaker 1: of or charged with any crime, but survivors alleged she
• 3:13
Speaker 1: participated in his abuse, allegedly in an orgy with Prince
• 3:17
Speaker 1: Andrew too. That's what we've heard. Spencer Couven, a lawyer
• 3:21
Speaker 1: for several of Epstein's victims, claims Marsenko possibly started off
• 3:25
Speaker 1: as a victim but turned into an enabler and willing
• 3:28
Speaker 1: co conspirator. Oh, she definitely started off as a victim,
• 3:31
Speaker 1: without a doubt. That is without a doubt. Now, of course,
• 3:35
Speaker 1: Spencer couven, he's worried about his clients, right, he has
• 3:38
Speaker 1: to make sure he's doing the right thing, saying the
• 3:40
Speaker 1: right thing, to make sure they get what they have
• 3:42
Speaker 1: to get. But I think that Nadia is a different
• 3:46
Speaker 1: kind of case. And of course that hinges on the
• 3:49
Speaker 1: fact or the allegation that she was given to Jeffrey
• 3:52
Speaker 1: Epstein when she was a little girl, because that would
• 3:55
Speaker 1: mean that the grooming and the normalization lasted years. That's
• 4:00
Speaker 1: a whole less psychological process. So I have a hard
• 4:04
Speaker 1: time believing that she's like say Sarah kellen Vickers, who
• 4:07
Speaker 1: came in as an adult. I think that has to
• 4:10
Speaker 1: be differentiated, and I think that if you're punishing people,
• 4:15
Speaker 1: that has to come into the punishment argument, right. But
• 4:19
Speaker 1: just to be clear, I don't think it absolves her
• 4:22
Speaker 1: of any crime, unless, of course, she gives actionable intelligence.
• 4:27
Speaker 1: He told the son. Once she was recruited into Epstein's organization,
• 4:31
Speaker 1: she found a home where she felt comfortable, and as
• 4:34
Speaker 1: a result of that, she ingratiated herself to Ebstein from
• 4:37
Speaker 1: a personal level, a sexual level, and then a business level,
• 4:41
Speaker 1: and I think she tried to take advantage of whatever
• 4:43
Speaker 1: she could within that organization. Very possible. I mean, look,
• 4:48
Speaker 1: if you're around that opulence, that money, that power, it
• 4:52
Speaker 1: has to influence you. And if you see everybody else
• 4:56
Speaker 1: doing this shit and you see Epstein get off the
• 4:58
Speaker 1: first time around, I say to yourself, this guy can
• 5:01
Speaker 1: do whatever he wants. So if he wants me to
• 5:04
Speaker 1: do this, I'm gonna do it. And I know that
• 5:07
Speaker 1: sounds crazy to most of us, right, most of us
• 5:10
Speaker 1: are like, yeah, right, not me, not ever. But think
• 5:13
Speaker 1: about when you were seventeen, sixteen, whatever, especially if you
• 5:17
Speaker 1: were a poor Now, think about if somebody was offering
• 5:20
Speaker 1: you a couple hundred bucks to give him a massage.
• 5:23
Speaker 1: Whole different ballgame. And when you grow up poor, you
• 5:27
Speaker 1: know that two hundred bucks. That's a lot of money.
• 5:29
Speaker 1: So I can see how these poor girls would keep
• 5:32
Speaker 1: coming back. Oh, let me bring a friend, let me
• 5:34
Speaker 1: make a couple bucks, you know, the whole thing. So
• 5:37
Speaker 1: when people try and use that as some kind of
• 5:40
Speaker 1: you know, excuse or reasoning to go after these girls,
• 5:44
Speaker 1: I find it laughable. Tell me you ain't ever been
• 5:47
Speaker 1: broke without telling me. Multiple Palm Beach police reports, in
• 5:51
Speaker 1: civil depositions and files released by the US government suggests
• 5:55
Speaker 1: that she helped recruit women for Epstein and claim that
• 5:58
Speaker 1: she was a participant in epstein abuse of minors, and
• 6:02
Speaker 1: one email to Epstein in two thousand and six, she wrote,
• 6:05
Speaker 1: I'll try to find girls whenever we are in New York.
• 6:09
Speaker 1: Survivors have also claimed Marsenko, who previously went by the
• 6:13
Speaker 1: surname Marsankova, participated in Epstein's sexual activity with the young women.
• 6:18
Speaker 1: So did Sarah Kellen Vickers. I don't think that's any
• 6:22
Speaker 1: big surprise. We all know that. Well, the people following
• 6:25
Speaker 1: this know that. But again, I think there's nuance here.
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: I don't think it's, you know, black and white. There's
• 6:31
Speaker 1: certainly some gray area. In core documents recounting one Jane
• 6:38
Speaker 1: Doe's experience at the age of fifteen, it says she
• 6:41
Speaker 1: was taken to Epstein's home on multiple occasions. It claims
• 6:44
Speaker 1: she was forced to mate to perform sex acts on
• 6:47
Speaker 1: Epstein and on Nadia Marsenkova in Epstein's presence. Within the document,
• 6:53
Speaker 1: Marsankova is also referred to as Epstein's sex slave, adding
• 6:57
Speaker 1: Marsankova also participant in some of the second activity with
• 7:00
Speaker 1: Epstein and young girls as noted above. Well, that's true,
• 7:06
Speaker 1: there's a lot of allegations about Nadia being involved. However,
• 7:11
Speaker 1: how old was Nadia when this was happening, and I
• 7:14
Speaker 1: mean initially, not when she got older obviously. Spencer, who
• 7:19
Speaker 1: was based in Florida, said we knew early on in
• 7:21
Speaker 1: the Epstein investigation and this states back to two thousand
• 7:24
Speaker 1: and six that two people were key identifiers of interest
• 7:28
Speaker 1: in our investigation other than Epstein, and that was Nadia
• 7:32
Speaker 1: and Sarah Kellen. Both of these individuals were heavily involved
• 7:36
Speaker 1: in recruiting some of the young girls here in Palm
• 7:38
Speaker 1: Beach one thousand percent. And they should have to answer
• 7:42
Speaker 1: for it. I've been calling for that for years and
• 7:45
Speaker 1: I'm still calling for it. They must answer for what
• 7:49
Speaker 1: they have done. And the only way out, in my opinion,
• 7:53
Speaker 1: is if they have intelligence that leads to arrests of
• 7:57
Speaker 1: people higher up the chain. They would go out to
• 8:02
Speaker 1: different events, parties, clubs and look for young girls to
• 8:05
Speaker 1: be able to try and befriend them and then they'd
• 8:09
Speaker 1: bring them back to the house. They would entice them
• 8:12
Speaker 1: into the home and then train them once they got there.
• 8:15
Speaker 1: Kellen and Leslie Groff, two of Epstein's other assistants, are
• 8:19
Speaker 1: due to be questioned by US legislators. Kellen was already questioned,
• 8:23
Speaker 1: but demands are being made for Marsenko and Adriana Ross,
• 8:27
Speaker 1: another assistant, to also be quizzed. They should be the
• 8:31
Speaker 1: core four should be brought in, sat down, put under
• 8:34
Speaker 1: oath and talked to and let's see what they have
• 8:37
Speaker 1: to say. And I think that if they have the
• 8:40
Speaker 1: right thing to say and it leads to something, then
• 8:43
Speaker 1: we should give them consideration. But if not, well they
• 8:47
Speaker 1: can rot like everybody else. Spencer believes that Marsenko could
• 8:52
Speaker 1: be privied of vital bombshell information on Epstein's Twisted Pyramid
• 8:56
Speaker 1: and those involved. One hundred percent she has info. Are
• 9:01
Speaker 1: you going to play ball with her? Though? You're going
• 9:03
Speaker 1: to offer something to give it up, a deal, maybe
• 9:06
Speaker 1: less time. What's it going to be because she's not
• 9:09
Speaker 1: going to speak up willingly. I can promise you that.
• 9:13
Speaker 1: In an email dated August ninth, twenty ten, Nadia told
• 9:17
Speaker 1: Epstein she would be prepared to defend him in court.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: She wrote, you hurt me too much, and I love
• 9:22
Speaker 1: you too much to be a decent friend. I will
• 9:25
Speaker 1: always stand up for you in the press or in
• 9:26
Speaker 1: court and defend you if you need it. But I
• 9:29
Speaker 1: can't spend time with you, call to chat, or be
• 9:31
Speaker 1: part of your life anymore. Oh I wonder why. Two
• 9:36
Speaker 1: years later, and another email to the pedophile, Marcinko said
• 9:40
Speaker 1: that her conscience was far from clear. I do not
• 9:44
Speaker 1: want to be with you, but it upsets me to
• 9:46
Speaker 1: see you use the same exact patterns to seduce, manipulate,
• 9:50
Speaker 1: and ultimately control and hurt other girls. She wrote, I
• 9:54
Speaker 1: don't even like them, and I actually feel guilty about
• 9:56
Speaker 1: knowing how they will end up. I know what you're
• 9:59
Speaker 1: capable love, and I will always be protective of you
• 10:02
Speaker 1: out of pure loyalty and stubbornness, But my conscience is
• 10:05
Speaker 1: far from clear. Spencer said, I think certainly Nadia holds
• 10:09
Speaker 1: a lot of key information that can be used to
• 10:12
Speaker 1: further the investigations against other perpetrators involved people who are
• 10:16
Speaker 1: within the organization that haven't been prosecuted yet. I would
• 10:20
Speaker 1: ask Nadia about certain key individuals that we know appear
• 10:24
Speaker 1: in the Epstein documents that have been disclosed to day
• 10:27
Speaker 1: good idea, and I think she does have a lot
• 10:30
Speaker 1: of answers. The question is is she going to play ball?
• 10:35
Speaker 1: We know that Andrew Mountbatten Windsor appears in those documents,
• 10:39
Speaker 1: we know that former President Bill Clinton does and more.
• 10:42
Speaker 1: I'd like to know what information she has about those individuals,
• 10:45
Speaker 1: where they traveled, what they did, and what she may
• 10:48
Speaker 1: have witnessed and what she may have been involved indirectly.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: While Epstein was serving thirteen months of an eighteen month sentence,
• 10:56
Speaker 1: Marsenko started training at a flight school in Palm Beach,
• 10:59
Speaker 1: which the disgraced millionaire paid tens of thousands towards. Email
• 11:03
Speaker 1: show from twenty twelve flight record show she co piloted
• 11:07
Speaker 1: his so called Lolita Express jet to the private island.
• 11:11
Speaker 1: Victims say Epstein's sexually abuse them aboard the aircraft, and
• 11:15
Speaker 1: the padded floors and bed were installed so he and
• 11:18
Speaker 1: his associates could have sex midflight. Well, it was also
• 11:22
Speaker 1: David Rodgers and Larry Vassoski. So if we're going after pilots,
• 11:27
Speaker 1: my suggestion VSASKI. First, the jet ferried high profile names,
• 11:31
Speaker 1: including ex Royal Andrew Mountbatten Windsor and former President Bill
• 11:35
Speaker 1: Clinton both have denied any wrongdoing. It was also used
• 11:39
Speaker 1: for sex trafficking victims, investigators say, and Virginia Roberts claims
• 11:44
Speaker 1: she was raped on board. Since Epstein's death in prison
• 11:47
Speaker 1: in twenty nineteen as he awaited further sex charges, Marchinko
• 11:52
Speaker 1: has disappeared from public view. The former model pulled investigator
• 11:57
Speaker 1: she met Epstein in two thousand and three, aged eighteen,
• 12:00
Speaker 1: I had a birthday party of model scout and alleged
• 12:02
Speaker 1: sex trafficker Jean lu Brunel. Marsenko said she was working
• 12:07
Speaker 1: for an agency in Paris, and Brunell arranged a visa
• 12:10
Speaker 1: to bring her to the US. Only a few weeks later,
• 12:13
Speaker 1: Epstein invited Marchenko to his pom Beach mansion only a
• 12:17
Speaker 1: few days after the party. She told investigators, so, look,
• 12:21
Speaker 1: what's the truth. Was she eighteen or was she fifteen fourteen?
• 12:26
  Speaker 1: I think that's a pretty big deal, and I think
• 12:29
Speaker 1: we have to get to the bottom of how old
• 12:31
Speaker 1: she was when she was brought into the fold. She
• 12:36
Speaker 1: also claimed that Epstein bankrolled Brunell's agency for sponsoring her visa,
• 12:40
Speaker 1: and told investigators that Epstein could have her deported with
• 12:43
Speaker 1: a single phone call to Brunel. Yes, immigration fraud. Eventually
• 12:47
Speaker 1: they'll get around to talking about that too. Emails between
• 12:53
Speaker 1: Marchenko and Epstein and the files revealed that the pair
• 12:56
Speaker 1: wanted to start a family together, but they also show
• 12:58
Speaker 1: that Epstein manipulated her in their relationship. Nadia told investigators
• 13:05
Speaker 1: that the pedal financier was physically abusive, choking her and
• 13:08
Speaker 1: throwing her down a staircase. Her cases raised questions whether
• 13:12
Speaker 1: a victim of sexual coercion can be deemed an accomplice. Look,
• 13:17
Speaker 1: I think it depends right. There's no easy answer here,
• 13:21
Speaker 1: no one size fits all. But Spencer, who met Epstein
• 13:25
Speaker 1: three times, believed she willingly helped Epstein. He said, I
• 13:28
Speaker 1: think Nadia started off possibly as a victim, but then
• 13:31
Speaker 1: turned into an enabler. That's why she, I believe, is
• 13:35
Speaker 1: mentioned as a co conspirator in the sweetheart deal that
• 13:38
Speaker 1: Epstein struck. Remember there are four people identified in that deal,
• 13:42
Speaker 1: and Nadia and Sarah are two of the ones identified
• 13:45
Speaker 1: in that deal that he was trying to get immunity for.
• 13:47
Speaker 1: And he did that obviously because he knew that they
• 13:50
Speaker 1: were identified as co conspirators in the entire operation, So
• 13:55
Speaker 1: I think that maybe Nadia was at one point recruited
• 13:57
Speaker 1: in as a victim, but then she turned into a
• 14:00
Speaker 1: willing co conspirator at some point in the process. The
• 14:04
Speaker 1: Sun reached out to Nadia for a comment. You're not
• 14:08
Speaker 1: going to get comment from her, but I think that
• 14:11
Speaker 1: this is one of those conversations that can go either way,
• 14:14
Speaker 1: and I'm willing to be swayed, but I think there's
• 14:16
Speaker 1: one thing that all of us can agree on. Nadia
• 14:20
Speaker 1: Marsenkova certainly has a lot of information and she should
• 14:23
Speaker 1: speak with the authorities. Will she do that or not,
• 14:27
Speaker 1: We'll have to see, but I think it would be
• 14:29
Speaker 1: the best thing for everybody involved, her included, especially if
• 14:33
Speaker 1: the story is that she was brought into the fold
• 14:36
Speaker 1: when she was underage. So we'll see what Nadia has
• 14:39
Speaker 1: to say, if anything, and we'll see where this all goes.
• 14:42
Speaker 1: But until then, that's going to do it for this one.
• 14:45
Speaker 1: All the information that goes with this episode can be
• 14:47
Speaker 1: found in the description box.
