- 0:22Don't be a bitch. Basically what we're trying to
- 0:23say. It's just entertainment.
- 0:24Oh yeah, I almost forgot. You're welcome.
- 0:27If it sounds like he's having an emotional breakdown, that's
- 0:30because he is. Let me say something.
- 0:37You're listening to the Bean in Superbad show.
- 0:45It's it's the bean in Superbad show.
- 0:49That's that's all. That's that's what I got coming
- 0:53in, coming in hot, coming in live.
- 0:56What would? Be a show if Jay didn't have
- 0:58snacks. Or that's true.
- 0:59I'm not going to be eating. I was moving in.
- 1:01I won't be eating it on air. He.
- 1:02Docks the name, that's what. Oh yeah.
- 1:03That's like when he did the parapet.
- 1:05And it was him looking. Look alike.
- 1:06Kind of. He kind of looked.
- 1:08Like a rapper, rapper, he's got that hat on and stuff.
- 1:12Man. Things you remember.
- 1:14You know, I'm looking at the board now and I'm realizing I
- 1:16should have recorded a multi track just in case there was any
- 1:19problems. I could fix it easier, but we're
- 1:21in it now, so. Oh God.
- 1:25So hope everybody's doing well. We haven't had a show.
- 1:28Amazing. Thank you.
- 1:29I do actually look amazing as do you.
- 1:32Half of you is gone. You know, hashtag humble.
- 1:36It's, it's the humble pills. Yeah, it's the it's the modesty
- 1:39mix I hear. The humble pills, you selling
- 1:42those on the street, is that a legal humble pill or?
- 1:44Everything's always OK, everything's for sale.
- 1:46Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Special baby.
- 1:48But you though, let's hope you get that limited edition.
- 1:51We got oh, so I'm I'm I took a spill, took a fall.
- 1:55I took arm wrestling champion. I took a Yeah, that's what it
- 1:57was. And that's I told.
- 1:59I We had to tell him. Frank.
- 2:00Yeah, we had to tell him. I'm sorry.
- 2:03Frank's been torn with me across the country.
- 2:05He. Was this close he got to the
- 2:07semifinals? I weigh 155 lbs.
- 2:09A 140 of it is the arm. Yeah, the right arm.
- 2:12That's it. And and part of the brain right
- 2:15here. Kyle, we got a lot to get into.
- 2:18Today's going to be catch up day a little bit.
- 2:21And you guys might have to, I'm trying to think of the right,
- 2:27you might have to kind of keep me in, keep you down.
- 2:31You trying to say a little bit. Well, I, I, there's probably
- 2:33things I probably shouldn't get into without.
- 2:35So yeah, you probably know what I'm talking about.
- 2:38I I got to walk that line a little today.
- 2:39Where I got to reel you back? In yeah, that's.
- 2:42It's, I don't, this is going to be tricky.
- 2:44It's going to. Be well.
- 2:45I gotta catch like, let me let me address this right off the
- 2:50front. Super bad's not here.
- 2:52I don't think he'll be here. He might.
- 2:55It's he knows we're here. He knows we're recording.
- 2:58He knows we're live. Is he still my legit son?
- 3:01He's always going to. Be he's always going to be a
- 3:02legit son he's going through and I'll let him address all of the
- 3:06the stuff in detail, but he's going through it.
- 3:09That's probably a pretty good way to, right?
- 3:11Yeah, love is. Blind and it'll take Illinois
- 3:15yeah, it's he's got a lot of things that I don't want to get
- 3:19into it 'cause I don't want to throw him or family or anything
- 3:21that's got going on under a bus. But he's taking care of that
- 3:24kind of stuff and why he gets that situated I think yeah,
- 3:28he'll, he'll, he'll handle that when he's ready.
- 3:30He'll he'll, he'll be back. But he's fine he's alive.
- 3:34We don't hate him. He's doing what he's got to do
- 3:37and that's, you know, yeah, there you go.
- 3:40He's adulting. It's not nice.
- 3:43I don't. You got to do.
- 3:46It adulting sucks and the sucks the the the shitty thing there
- 3:50too, is there's a lot of things I want to get into that he's
- 3:54involved with and what why we haven't OK, we built up a big
- 3:58last summer. We built up a big we're coming
- 4:01back campaign. I wrote a bit.
- 4:04I sent that with Murdoch. He freestyles.
- 4:07We, we put this ridiculously funny Avengers parody together.
- 4:11It did really well. We put out one show that none of
- 4:16you three were on right. Wasn't the blue chew one?
- 4:20It was yes. And then it went into and then
- 4:23we and then she packed up and went right back into hiatus.
- 4:29So I'm going to try to tackle this as delicately as possible
- 4:32because I understand Super Bad's going through a lot and I know
- 4:37this involves him, so I don't want him to be like, Oh my God,
- 4:39on top of everything else. But this is the show and this is
- 4:43kind of what you know what I mean?
- 4:45Like. Show must go on, but we love you
- 4:47and. He's got the key.
- 4:48Pull the. And he's got the keyless body,
- 4:50comes in whenever he wants to. Man, he just like it never left.
- 4:53Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's just, it's just like what
- 4:56I'm going to talk about involves him.
- 4:58To an injury, they say. So yeah, he's going to come
- 5:01back. Yeah, he's just, he's got, he's
- 5:03on IR. Bat and clean up note soon
- 5:05enough. You know what I'm saying?
- 5:07There's still a chance he walks through the door.
- 5:09He's fashionably late. That's the way to be his hair
- 5:12like that. I wonder how much he's got left.
- 5:16Poor, poor guy. No, I'm excited because I
- 5:19haven't seen him in a minute. So I think that's the one
- 5:21redeeming it glow. It's like a the Tangled movie.
- 5:23He sings Let it shine and then. He wouldn't ever have to talk.
- 5:28He could be a mute. Just sit in the back still.
- 5:30Smash with hair like that, Yeah, with some tutelage, you know,
- 5:34with maybe going to Humble University and learning how to
- 5:37deliver without having to. Offer it makes the sense that he
- 5:40landed. He landed so glow it makes sense
- 5:47he landed a like a a hair stylist right?
- 5:50The hair attracted. That's what.
- 5:53Attracted her, obviously. The puffy just like.
- 5:56That drawn to vote the right. Glorious head of hair.
- 6:00Yeah, you. Can't.
- 6:01So OK. Palamalu hair.
- 6:04So I do want to say thanks to everybody who who listened to
- 6:07that, to the episode and the trailer that we put out last
- 6:11year. The only thing, the reason it
- 6:15was me and Superbad and Donnie who dabbled here a little bit
- 6:21was because we were working for a comedy club, which again, like
- 6:27I guess if I I can be careful, but it wouldn't take much to
- 6:30figure it out. But it's whatever at.
- 6:32This point. We were both working for a
- 6:34comedy club. Some things went sideways.
- 6:41I left the comedy club and Superbad didn't, so he's still
- 6:46there. So there's like a lot of things
- 6:47that I would like to get into that I like for, I guess
- 6:50Superbad's job. I shouldn't.
- 6:52Probably, Maybe. Maybe, yeah.
- 6:56Carte blanche, you have it. I mean, you can always.
- 6:59But that's what. Happened to you.
- 7:01That's, that's been your experience, that's been a but
- 7:04that's been a bulk of what happened.
- 7:05We, we had it all lined up. We had comedians, we we had a
- 7:08venue we were lining up, we had live comedy stuff.
- 7:12We had all of these things going on and then.
- 7:16You didn't. Some stuff happened with
- 7:18management there and now we didn't have that stuff and so we
- 7:26kind of decided to focus on getting everything else straight
- 7:30before we tried to limp this back into production.
- 7:34We did the sports show for a little bit until our Co host
- 7:38went maybe too far down the the the Hard Rock hole.
- 7:45We did that to him. God bless Mark.
- 7:48He's OK now though, right? As far as you're concerned.
- 7:51We hate basically had to cancel the show because the show is
- 7:53basically a reason for him to invest money.
- 7:56He probably shouldn't have been investing into things he
- 7:59probably should have been investing it into sports wise.
- 8:02He saw an out. So Murdoch's like, we probably
- 8:06need to maybe, yeah. So we can't ever bring him back,
- 8:11huh? There's.
- 8:12No half stepping he he can he can his his spots maybe come in
- 8:17on an on an afternoon that. Hey, maybe we just have a sports
- 8:20segment for him. He comes in and tells us, here's
- 8:23what I spent 40 grand on this week with no.
- 8:27Returns. He still likes to get down like
- 8:31that. He can't help, but you can't
- 8:32help. He buys Pokémon cards and then
- 8:34rips it all, doesn't sell it. Hey, you show me how to do that.
- 8:39We got a lot of that stuff, man. That's the other thing.
- 8:42We're we. Wouldn't when I was like 1718 or
- 8:46younger that was. Then I know, I know.
- 8:48But now looking back, I know. No, I know.
- 8:50Pogs, all that shit. I gave all that shit away when I
- 8:52was younger. So Pogs have been trying to come
- 8:54back. But if you could show me the
- 8:55show me how to make a couple grand a week extra on without
- 8:58having to do anything show. Me how to flip some car?
- 9:00Oh, we got more off air. Me and Murdoch have been putting
- 9:03together a couple things we're so basically what we wanted to
- 9:07do is get everything lined up and straight before we came
- 9:10back. So I sell all if there's five
- 9:13different kinds of products. Oh, God, you've been you've been
- 9:15wanting the regular show so you can get nasty.
- 9:17About what? What?
- 9:18So let me just can I can I, can I set this up and then I will
- 9:22give you the floor. Enjoy.
- 9:23All right. And JJ, you should listen
- 9:25because you haven't heard a lot of this.
- 9:27It's not. Freshman thinking, though, this
- 9:29isn't freshman. It's not.
- 9:31Murdoch has figured out a way to both be a scalper and a hero of
- 9:41the nerds at the same time by by undercutting the scalpers by but
- 9:46also marking up. Go ahead and explain it, 'cause
- 9:49you, 'cause you, 'cause you are writing what you're.
- 9:51Saying they screamed about the scalpers back in the day because
- 9:55it didn't matter what you bought, it was worth 2 times
- 9:57your money whenever you bought it.
- 9:59A pack, a box, a booster bundle, the little boxes, the ET BS, the
- 10:02bigger boxes, all that was just straight cash.
- 10:06So you spend $10 on a tin, you sell it for 20.
- 10:10Every pack was worth 2, two times your money.
- 10:12And then there was eight people in line and now there's 40
- 10:16people in line. Even in Sarasota, So in Tampa,
- 10:20Chicago, these split lines go around the corner every, every
- 10:22place. They stay out overnight.
- 10:25I get in line because it is. So the line isn't so bad here.
- 10:31So you get in line, and I did this two years ago.
- 10:34I've been doing this a minute. You buy everything.
- 10:39Tell you the what? You buy, you buy it all.
- 10:41I just. Get Frank's like, I'm going to
- 10:42pause you right there, yeah. When when when Johnny gets in
- 10:46line, he gets 2 of each item and so he comes up on what he gets.
- 10:51Now hold on now, when you started, they didn't have the
- 10:54limits that they do now, right at most places.
- 10:56He did not. So it was a little different.
- 10:59It it was because you could grab everything off the.
- 11:01Shelf he could go in with like a cart and just.
- 11:03Right now because they weren't hip doing.
- 11:05Now there's. A There's a yeah there.
- 11:07Should be that way. That's fair, guys.
- 11:09Want to get the same product I want?
- 11:11Then get in line, get your happy ass up at 6:00 AM and get in
- 11:14line or 5:00 AM or 2:00 AM or whatever time.
- 11:16But if you get there 8:00 thinking you're going to get in
- 11:19line and grab what's in front, you're sorry, you're not going
- 11:22to get it. So Johnny gets in there and gets
- 11:24in line and he buys one box. He gets a box and then he gets,
- 11:29so he gets 1 booster bundle, he gets 1 ETB, he gets 1 blister
- 11:33pack with two of them in it and a piece of one piece.
- 11:36And so he leaves. He might RIP it, but he's got he
- 11:39spent $150.00 so that's worth probably another. 100.
- 11:43I don't think like that. So I grabbed people that I know
- 11:51that appreciate the industry, and now I got 5 people, six
- 11:57people in line. Yeah.
- 11:59And so I and. They could get in line too.
- 12:01I'm not getting. I'm not taking anything away
- 12:03from you. You can get in line, yeah, but I
- 12:05got 6 now. That's 6 * 2 is 12 to each item,
- 12:08so I keep the high end. Stuff.
- 12:10You have to respect that hustle. It's just sincerely.
- 12:13You keep the high end stuff because you brought them on.
- 12:15There is new product called Ascended Heroes and it is the
- 12:18goods boy, I tell you what, the new set, it's a specialty set.
- 12:22And as soon as it came out the lines down the road, a $60.00
- 12:26box is a was 120 then it was 150 now it's 180 today, right?
- 12:31I can show you there's live markets to show you what it's
- 12:34actually worth. I get 12 at a time if they're,
- 12:37if they happen to be there on the day that I'm going to be
- 12:40there and I come up on I, I get what I get.
- 12:44And so I hold it and all that other stuff I sell now I sell
- 12:48all that product because it's gone in in 5 minutes.
- 12:52So if JJ wanted that set, he wants to buy some Pokémon, he's
- 12:56got to go to a card shop. Who's going to put 50% at least
- 12:59the markup on? It at least.
- 13:01A $12.00 two pack blisters, 18 or 20, it's just what it is.
- 13:05I sell it for 10% over my cost plus the tax.
- 13:09So I make a little something because that's not the money I'm
- 13:11worried about anymore. So I'm there, I might as well
- 13:13pick it up because 10%, if I spend $2000 a week, that's 200
- 13:16bucks plus I keep all the good stuff.
- 13:20And so now I've got a warehouse full of the good stuff and I'm
- 13:24blowing out all the stuff on the bottom.
- 13:26Under people like. Hey man, thanks for giving this
- 13:28to me because I can't get in line to get it.
- 13:30If you were going to like, so I look at it like, OK, if you
- 13:33were, it's it's like the, it's like the DoorDash but even
- 13:36cheaper. It's like, do I want to go stand
- 13:39in line? It's a service, maybe not even
- 13:41get the cards after standing in line and it's $12.00 or go home.
- 13:46I call this guy up, pay him 15 or $16.00 and I get everything I
- 13:50wanted. JJ So you, you get a bowl at
- 13:53Chipotle and it's $14.00 and then the tax in the euro.
- 13:57So wait $15. Then you get the DoorDash or
- 14:00whoever Uber Eats to drop it off and they got a fee, right?
- 14:04And then you got a tip that you might give them or might not,
- 14:07right. And you don't worry about that,
- 14:09Nambit, You don't that's. People don't People.
- 14:11Yep. They don't even blink at it.
- 14:12You. Expect to pay, you know you're
- 14:14going to pay it. So you appreciate that.
- 14:16All right, man it. So now you're $23 in on a
- 14:19Chipotle bowl instead of 14 because you had someone bring it
- 14:22out to you and that's good. I sell that Chipotle burrito at
- 14:29$17.00 and their mother effing me because why you why you're a
- 14:34scalper. You're a scalper.
- 14:35You're 50% over but you can't even get in line.
- 14:38I'm offering you a service. I'm selling this to you for a
- 14:40dollar a pack over what I paid for $1.00.
- 14:43So you don't have to get in line, you don't have to miss
- 14:45work. I'm doing it for.
- 14:46You plus, that's hustle. It's not like the scalp.
- 14:48The scalpers I don't like are the ones that build the bots
- 14:50online and flood the websites. It doesn't take any work.
- 14:54That's the hustle. That's a hustle.
- 14:55It's just the hustle, yeah. Yeah, that's literally going in
- 14:57line, standing for three hours doing what you need to do.
- 14:59It's. Volume and get in and get out.
- 15:00You know people that work with me and and doing this every
- 15:04week. You've expanded he like his like
- 15:06lock on the region like we become like like mobsters for
- 15:10the Pokémon. Like he's not even a joke.
- 15:12I went with being to a Best Buy and they like literally parted
- 15:16the waters like I was every like.
- 15:18I was. They just know you.
- 15:19Bought I shit you not, they know exactly who he is when he walks
- 15:21up I wear. A suit to and work to, to to to.
- 15:24I mean, I wear. A suit he like when he rolls in,
- 15:26he rolls up in his Tesla, he pops out, he's got his like suit
- 15:29with his colorful socks on that he's showing off briefcase.
- 15:32Just put that bitch on the. Walking like that.
- 15:35Hairs. All done, I got a vest that
- 15:37matches my belt that matches my. Shoes.
- 15:40The shirt matches my tie, that matches my socks, and they're
- 15:44dressed in pajamas, you know, 'cause they're just.
- 15:46And that's why they call you the three piece Scalpel 3.
- 15:48Piece they followed us. They like they they came behind
- 15:50us. They wanted to make small talk.
- 15:51They were literally like, Hey, how are you man?
- 15:53Would you would you find just your first store of the day?
- 15:56Oh, you guys heading over to Barnes and Noble laughter.
- 15:58And he's like, yeah, they probably don't have anything.
- 16:00And I'm like, OK, we won't go. And then we walked and then they
- 16:02saw us go over this and then they come scurrying behind us.
- 16:06I'm not even exaggerating. It sounds like I'm being
- 16:08sarcastic If. You have information?
- 16:10Information is like, yeah, it's gold.
- 16:13For sure. So I know the spots that they
- 16:16tend to be you just, you work on what you know, They could change
- 16:19any day because they don't want people, 40 people sitting
- 16:21outside. So maybe it's Monday, maybe it's
- 16:22Wednesday, maybe it's Friday. Being a guy that shakes hands
- 16:26for a living and people tend to warm up to me.
- 16:28When people buy you, it's not the.
- 16:30Product. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 16:31So if I'm approachable and I make you comfortable, get paid
- 16:35baby. Yeah, if you're a manager at
- 16:36Target, maybe I bring you a coffee maybe once a week.
- 16:39Banana. Bread to the customer service
- 16:41people up there. Maybe you, maybe you dial my
- 16:44phone when the truck's coming in before anybody else knows, so.
- 16:47Like how do you know, like, OK, no, what's the farthest place
- 16:49you've went? I.
- 16:52Don't like I. Don't like to to drive too far?
- 16:54I like this. We should get in some questions
- 16:56and it's a good, this is good. Because of the there's so many
- 16:59spots that you can go. Yeah, say you're there.
- 17:03You're the young Murdoch entrepreneur that wants to.
- 17:06Come in here this week. Yeah, young, young Murdoch.
- 17:09Hit me up. I found a young Murdoch that was
- 17:11my twin. He didn't know anything about
- 17:12Pokémon, said. Man, I'm gonna put you on this.
- 17:15He was able to absorb it. He didn't sink because it's
- 17:18straight dope and it's it's high content.
- 17:21So you can't just half step to this information.
- 17:25Each store a Target, a Walmart, Barnes and Noble, Best Buy.
- 17:30By the way, Ace Hardware gets Pokémon cards.
- 17:32All these things I found out with him, the craziest little
- 17:36It's insane gas. Station's not 7, certainly 2.
- 17:39711 Crazy. 2X on going to a 711 and get a prismatic pack and
- 17:44it's $20. Is that a 10 because?
- 17:46You're at seven. Yeah, I got.
- 17:48Him. So is that good?
- 17:49Because it's good for someone wants to RIP.
- 17:51They just got a 20 and they're they just want to RIP.
- 17:54People love to RIP. They just.
- 17:55Want to? It's like scratch offs.
- 17:56It's become scratch offs. Here's.
- 17:58Another Here's the big brain on Brad, so I buy.
- 18:02All this. And then I hustle, I make a knot
- 18:07and then all the packs that I open on the House because I paid
- 18:12for them already. So last night I got visa.
- 18:14Send it here. So if they're worth any money,
- 18:15it's it's pure profit. $800 raw, $800 the chase of the Phantasmal
- 18:21Flames, the Charizard. You got the end game?
- 18:23I pulled that. I sent it to PSA to get great.
- 18:26Holy shit, a graded tense 2 grand.
- 18:28I got the Meowth from the new perfect order.
- 18:31Frank, that's what I'm saying. This is we're about where?
- 18:34We said the fucking game on the Xbox.
- 18:37I was playing that. So I sell everything it.
- 18:41Is. I RIP free of charge and then
- 18:45the ones that I RIP I get the cards that are good.
- 18:47I send them in to a wholesaler that sells it on.
- 18:50I do eBay as well but there's a a consignment that does like
- 18:5460,000 listings every day. They have a million.
- 18:59Oh, you didn't even tell me about this.
- 19:00Man, they more people go to that because you save them as a as an
- 19:06eBay seller. So you go there every day to go
- 19:08look at the product that they have.
- 19:10The shipping is $5 for a card. So you buy a card, you buy that
- 19:13Meowth or any card. A $5 card is still 3 bucks for
- 19:17shipping. 4 bucks for shipping, 5 bucks for shipping.
- 19:19So you better buy more than one thing.
- 19:21The value's hard because now that card's got to go from $3 to
- 19:23$8 for me to get my money back because I paid $5.
- 19:26I talk fast. This is knowledge, son.
- 19:28So it's $8. JJ is like why am I handing my
- 19:32wallet? I don't know this this.
- 19:34I am shit, I'm so good. Seller, their first item is $5
- 19:39for shipping and each additional item is $0.50.
- 19:43So when I buy things because I buy stuff on in, in, in volume,
- 19:47because I hustle it, I want to my sports cards up.
- 19:50Cam Schlittler, the pitcher for the for the Yankees.
- 19:52Well, all I need is a list of what's good and what's shitty
- 19:56and what I can get rid of and I go buy every pack you talking
- 19:59about and sit in there and I don't need to hear none of that
- 20:02any of that other stuff. I get AI get more eyes on the
- 20:05product it sells for a higher price with this consignment than
- 20:11I do selling it myself because there's a million people that go
- 20:15to jj.com because that's you're the power seller.
- 20:19So your your products sell for a higher number.
- 20:22Same card, same bottle of water, you get more money.
- 20:25So I sent everything to him and now I just get a check.
- 20:29I don't have to list it. I don't have to take.
- 20:31Pictures. Yeah.
- 20:31You become a supplier. I do.
- 20:32Anything I just, it's wholesale. I just send everything to them.
- 20:36They do all the listing and they cut.
- 20:37Me Murdoch, Pokémon cards LLC and he just.
- 20:39And all the cards are on the House.
- 20:41All the cards are on the House. And then you, you find something
- 20:44that that is valuable. Here's something else, Frank,
- 20:47that there's a, a new set that comes out and you know it's
- 20:51going to be live. So you find a spot and you buy
- 20:54volume. You've heard of Cooper, Cooper
- 20:58flag the white kid for the, The Mavericks 1 rookie of the year
- 21:01basketball player came out of Duke.
- 21:03He's a, he's a, he's a teenager running the league.
- 21:07Just a wrecking shop. I bought a case of hanger packs
- 21:12and I bought a case of blaster boxes before the season started
- 21:17and he didn't get off to a good start.
- 21:18But I I watched his college, I mean the guy's he's legit.
- 21:21So I buy, I push it's worth 2 1/2 times my money now, but I'm
- 21:27going to hold it because how many times you get LeBron?
- 21:29Try to find a LeBron James blaster box $500.00 for a $25
- 21:33box I bought. So you can use whatnot.
- 21:35I I don't do that. No.
- 21:37Is that the same thing? Is that?
- 21:39It's, I mean, that's where people sell mid grade low end
- 21:42stuff. They just they sell.
- 21:44Auctions I I see those doggone ads all the time on YouTube.
- 21:48I don't for whatnot, yeah. The whatnot like.
- 21:51Oh my God. Freaking the hell out.
- 21:53I mean, I don't even know what the hell I'm looking at.
- 21:55I know it's a car with a bunch of flashy stuff in it.
- 21:57They're just yelling and screaming and trying to get you
- 21:59excited, but that's the card. Shit, that's a $5 card.
- 22:02Oh my. God, look at this.
- 22:03I got a Tom Brady. Oh my goodness.
- 22:06I pulled it. I.
- 22:06Didn't know if it's like just say me, I'm going there and I
- 22:10might pull a Mewtwo like OK, it's a shiny card and like how
- 22:13do I actually know that it's a good guard?
- 22:16So there's. An app?
- 22:17I was going to say there's multiple price guide apps but
- 22:19what he uses? Nike got the apps for shoes and
- 22:22you can take a picture of the shoe.
- 22:24Here's what he but here's what he says.
- 22:25Forget those. What you actually, the real
- 22:27price is what people are paying, not what, not what says, oh,
- 22:30it's worth 200. No, you go to eBay and go, OK,
- 22:32the last one sold for 160. It's worth 160.
- 22:34You got, you got an apparatus there in front of you.
- 22:37So you got, you got those pair of glasses.
- 22:39You know, those glasses are $100.
- 22:43It's $100 for the glass, man. These glasses, $100.
- 22:46It's not what it's worth. It's what someone's willing to
- 22:49pay you. That's a fact.
- 22:52Just a fact. You buy, you buy bait or you get
- 22:55your own. I don't when you go fishing, do
- 22:56you? Sometimes, yeah, but yeah.
- 22:58So it's what it's worth. I mean, someone might have 100
- 23:03lbs of shrimp and it's $5 a pound and it's well find someone
- 23:06to sell it to. You that I'm.
- 23:06Willing to pay $2.00 a pound and cash is my hand and there's a
- 23:10strike price. There will be a a negotiation.
- 23:13There's, there's price there. And with the eBay, they have an
- 23:17app, the eBay app, there's a camera icon and you simply do
- 23:21that. I go into any thrift store.
- 23:23I go into any place where I find some.
- 23:26I got a Mackenzie Child's tea kettle.
- 23:29I paid $15.00 for this tea kettles, $235 tea kettle sold,
- 23:34sold. Price is not what I want for it,
- 23:36what it actually sold for. So I find it grip, grip, grip.
- 23:41And then with the Pokémon, you're at a, at a garage sale.
- 23:44I bought watches from a garage sale.
- 23:45You know $8. But the the the app is supposed
- 23:48to be able to tell you if it's authentic and all that shit just
- 23:50by taking. That's how far AR is it'll.
- 23:52It'll tell you what it's worth if it was authentic.
- 23:55Right, right you. Can't.
- 23:56It's not this dude right here turned my son on to doing.
- 24:01He man, I'm so proud of him. Those what are they called?
- 24:04Neat neatos. Neatos.
- 24:05They're basically when we were kids, we had a frogs no that.
- 24:09Yeah, it's a fad like that. The, the the balls with the
- 24:11little. Oh, my God, I can never remember
- 24:14the name of the things. You would know what I'm talking
- 24:15about if you saw it. It was like a squishy ball that
- 24:18had like, little, teeny little things on it.
- 24:20Things on it. Yeah.
- 24:21Koosh balls. Yeah.
- 24:22Koosh ball. It's a new generation Koosh
- 24:24ball. So.
- 24:25And you can't find them. They are the.
- 24:28Door form. Someone sent me a picture 2 days
- 24:31ago from UTC. One of the stores where like
- 24:33Guitar Center was got them in the line wrapped around the
- 24:39entire Plaza. What?
- 24:40The fuck is going on? So I put.
- 24:42These things are $6 and. He all I can do as a person that
- 24:47one cares about him, and then if there's any interest like this,
- 24:51we're having a conversation. About Oh, he's Uncle Murdoch for
- 24:53sure. The grandparents think he's.
- 24:55If there was any interest, then I'll, I'll, I'll feel it, you
- 24:58know, like, OK, you guys are interested so I'll preach a
- 25:01little bit and put you on something.
- 25:02But if it's not there, cool. You don't beat up a kid because
- 25:06we're in line for an hour. He put so he spends 30 bucks by
- 25:096 of them or he bought 8 of them, kept 2 for himself.
- 25:15These things come in all different kind of colors, I
- 25:16guess. Yep, Yep, Yep.
- 25:17They're not all solid colors. Exactly.
- 25:19They they feel cool. They've managed to cut the
- 25:21plastic small enough that it feels like.
- 25:23It feels it's not all like dangly and you're.
- 25:25Not it's tight no, but and it feels like silk even though it's
- 25:27plastic. It's like a weird feeling so
- 25:29it's like it's cool but I don't under.
- 25:31And they feel like Jelly. Yeah, it's still got that same
- 25:33kind of they're 6 bucks retail. He was selling them at class for
- 25:3915 bucks per sold. Sold out.
- 25:41He sent me a text. Sold out.
- 25:43That day and he's so excited. Yeah, Save 2, sold 6.
- 25:48I knew that kid. Back paid for the two we got and
- 25:50made and pocketed like. Yeah, like I've known him a
- 25:53minute. And so we have a.
- 25:54Good. Basically his whole life, yeah.
- 25:57And he gets a little older. His dad and I are different
- 26:00people, a lot of the same characteristics.
- 26:02But we all have, you know, things that are unique to us and
- 26:06I straight hustle all the time. I.
- 26:08Can't. Yeah.
- 26:08You're the salesman. I'll never fight that.
- 26:10And I love it, you know, so I see little man with his Oh.
- 26:15He is a lot closer to you in that regard.
- 26:17Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So I can just show him like, hey
- 26:20man, if you're interested, check this out.
- 26:23And so I show him. I don't tell him, I show him I
- 26:25pay 15, I sell it for 20. I made $5.
- 26:28That's 33% of my money. So if you spend $100, you get 33
- 26:33back and your $100, now that $33 is 133 that you're going to
- 26:39spend next week. And so now you're not going to
- 26:41make 33, you're going to make 47 and 47 turns into.
- 26:45So this is how you do that. He soaked that shit up.
- 26:48Like that, he was like, he was selling cash, cash.
- 26:51I'll give you a discount, my guy.
- 26:53He's like if you got Apple Pay or Google Pay because he's got
- 26:55on his phone, he's like, it's a it's 15, but if you got cash.
- 27:00Cuz he already thought about the 5% or whatever it is.
- 27:02It's annoying. Fucking cash.
- 27:03He is he, yeah, couple, couple weeks with Murdoch going to
- 27:07doing Pokémon stuff and he is like.
- 27:09We all would help each other for whatever.
- 27:10I could call anybody at this at this table and be like.
- 27:13Oh, I look out for him constant. How much?
- 27:15Almost once a week. What it is?
- 27:16Pokémon cards good. Looking hey man, he's like, is
- 27:19this good? Is this bad?
- 27:20It's it sucks. It's awesome, you know, but
- 27:21thanks for coms. Good coms, little man.
- 27:26He had the interest and then he watched me become profitable and
- 27:31he said, you know what, I can do that.
- 27:32I was like, yeah, you know, you can do this.
- 27:35You need support and a little guidance and it you're going to
- 27:38jump in the pool and it's going to be cold at first, but you're
- 27:40going to learn how to do it. The needles was personal to him.
- 27:44He didn't want to get on marketplace and put Pokémon
- 27:46cards up there. But the needles to him, he could
- 27:48do that at, at, at school, the principal, the concept, I don't
- 27:52care where he did it. He was comfortable.
- 27:54Yeah. And because it was his element,
- 27:57it was his people, and now he's slinging out this product and.
- 28:02Is he still doing it I. Gave him a $20 bill.
- 28:04He. He sold out.
- 28:05He's trying to get more with him so.
- 28:07They would. They would do it anyway.
- 28:09But I don't work for free. I'm not the Peace Corps.
- 28:12And I told them both, hey, man, I love you.
- 28:14Thank you for the help. But you don't work for free.
- 28:17No one's waking up at 6:30 in the morning just because Uncle
- 28:20Murdoch says, hey, man, can you help me out, man?
- 28:22Bunk that. Here's 20.
- 28:24I gave them both a 20. You can be in line for an hour.
- 28:27We might get garbage today. Here's your 20 because this is
- 28:30your sweat equity. You're in line.
- 28:32Thank you. And here's a 20.
- 28:34And here's a 20. We went three weeks with garbage
- 28:36for three weeks. So I lose $50.
- 28:38It was 50 actually for for both of them.
- 28:40Times 3 is 150. But that one week where they got
- 28:43right and I'm making $100 in a box and I got 12 of them.
- 28:47Yeah, it's worth the investment. They're starting to see that.
- 28:50All they can do is absorb that in the moment, in the element.
- 28:54And I thank them every week. It's not the Peace Corps.
- 28:58We go to Costco and get pizzas and and Rockstar.
- 29:01We give high fives and we we celebrate.
- 29:03Man, so when we going on our first field trip.
- 29:06Tuesday. Morning so so good he is it like
- 29:09recruiting the people It's it's. Mondays, it's Mondays, it's
- 29:13Tuesdays, it's Wednesdays, it's Thursdays and there's different
- 29:16spots. You're sometimes you're in UTC.
- 29:18Send you the money to get my packs, my boxers.
- 29:22Or I get those packs they it's a ghost.
- 29:25Them days I'll be all working. And I thought about the flea
- 29:29market because the the red barn. Yeah, I went to the Red Barn
- 29:32yesterday. It's when the when the season
- 29:35comes in, even. When is it still busy?
- 29:37They don't change a lot of stuff around.
- 29:38They don't close off a lot of ways, you know.
- 29:40I use. $25 for a table they still I used to sling beat.
- 29:44I bought my first vehicle a a Mountaineer.
- 29:48From there. Pardon me.
- 29:49It was a Cherokee. It was a It was a grain.
- 29:50It was a. 28, yeah. It was, it was a black one.
- 29:55It was 12 grand. I'm growing Cherokee tomatoes at
- 29:57home, by the way. Babies.
- 29:59I bought that vehicle with beanie Baby hustle I would go
- 30:01to. All that Lady in the, that Lady
- 30:04back in the day, I think you're talking about that had all the
- 30:05Beanie Babies. She was, she had a house like
- 30:10down the road from the Red Barn and she would sell them out her
- 30:12house when she didn't sell them in there. $25 and I would post
- 30:15up and everything was just, it was net.
- 30:18I paid 5 dollars $6 a bear and depending on if it was retired
- 30:22if it was a good it was $25.00 of.
- 30:23Course, you were in the Beanie Baby.
- 30:25Crazy, of course. You wasn't because it makes
- 30:27money we're. In the Beanie Baby crazy.
- 30:28If the ducks quack, you feed them.
- 30:30When they stop quack and you eat them.
- 30:33Yeah. Right, that's.
- 30:34Just what that is? Franco's I mean to you sound
- 30:37logic, JJ. Then we won't sell it to you.
- 30:39I mean, why am I going to sell something that isn't isn't
- 30:41desired? You find the opportunity, you
- 30:43lean on that and you lean on it. Lean on that capitalism.
- 30:47It's my time. People don't want to wake up and
- 30:49get in line then. Don't man.
- 30:51Then you pay, then you pay the fee.
- 30:53That's. What it is I don't pay $10 A.
- 30:55Pack, that's what I'm saying. The hustles scalping to me is
- 30:58when you get a bunch of bots that buy up all the inventory
- 31:01and then mark it up 500% like you want an Xbox or PlayStation.
- 31:05Sorry sucker, it's $2000. Like I'm not paying it.
- 31:08Fuck you, you know what I mean? That's a lot.
- 31:10Different $2000. That's that's killing the market
- 31:13like going and getting. Extra card but you only bumping
- 31:16up a dollar like. If you went out, if he went out
- 31:19and got the new like a new Xbox was dropping and I couldn't get
- 31:21in line. He stood in line and got it and
- 31:23it was $500 and he said I'll sell it to you for 600.
- 31:26I would pay 600 because I knew I didn't have to get in line.
- 31:28I'd get it that day. I.
- 31:29Wouldn't have a person. Along with that.
- 31:30Meet me every week, every week, professionals, he said.
- 31:34I can't get. I don't have the time.
- 31:35I don't have an hour to get in line.
- 31:37My kids want two of these boxes. You're paying for a service at
- 31:40that point it. Was $10 over what he would have
- 31:42paid for and he's like, man, I'll pay $20 to not have to go
- 31:45to that store and miss work and come out and I here, here's your
- 31:4810 bucks. Yeah.
- 31:50I'm. Just and I do that.
- 31:50Time day that I'm off work. I do that 50 times a week.
- 31:54You said damn it every day out of the week you didn't.
- 31:56You named except for Friday. There's stuff always dropping
- 31:59all over the place. Yeah, I know it's.
- 32:01Like do you, how do you know when it's dropping you?
- 32:02You go on a. Website and say Oh no no, he's
- 32:04got. There's no these.
- 32:05People know he knows people. And then they share, you know,
- 32:07they tag these vendors vehicles now with the.
- 32:10Air tax and. Stuff, oh man, they know where
- 32:13they live. They know where they're driving.
- 32:15They can. I hear people say, oh man, he's
- 32:16just in Port Charlotte right now.
- 32:17He's pulling off a 75. That's real.
- 32:20That happens. What?
- 32:21Yeah, yeah. Man, they know where you are.
- 32:26For some cards. Bro, that's why some of them
- 32:27will screw off and go I'm not coming today or they'll go to a
- 32:29different store. So everyone's like lined up
- 32:31waiting at like whatever Target and they just.
- 32:34Those guys are coming straight from the distributor or whatever
- 32:36like they work for. That whatever mini warehouse,
- 32:39yeah, or. Yeah, where they're coming from
- 32:41and you got a mini warehouse now I.
- 32:42Got a little mini warehouse but I push weight I just it's.
- 32:45All. It's never filled basically.
- 32:47I am currently looking for a small storefront for us for
- 32:51that. I'm not kidding.
- 32:52I've been looking for just like a little 200 square foot set up
- 32:56cards, collectibles, things like that, no?
- 32:58One sells it for what I sell them for.
- 33:00Right there. And then if we could do live
- 33:02shows from. I was gonna the events, I was
- 33:04gonna say I'll get more when we're not on air into what we've
- 33:06got going on. Because all the vendors have go
- 33:09pros and that's how you get a, a listening, a following.
- 33:14You know, it's you do these shows and you help kids out.
- 33:17And I, I love that. Yeah.
- 33:17I got a GoPro that goes live. So you hand out stuff and you
- 33:21and you take care of people and also you get paid.
- 33:26But doing a show now it's a little bit more expensive to do
- 33:28that. That Murdoch Junior, the guy I
- 33:30put on, he's doing shows. He turned his, he has a
- 33:33storefront now because he saw the big picture.
- 33:36Oh man, I can make 20% on everything and then hold all the
- 33:39good stuff and make 5X on that. If you bought a box Christmas
- 33:43time two years ago, I Black Friday, I bought 20 boxes of $25
- 33:48a piece. I, I got what I got.
- 33:51I had to go to this store. I had to go to that store, but
- 33:52it was online and and I got them they're $250 a box now because I
- 33:59don't want to RIP them because I all I do is hustle.
- 34:01I like to RIP and I do. Last night I was ripping
- 34:03ascended heroes. I got 2 action cards and it was
- 34:05it was cool but I. Like ripping is ripping and
- 34:09moving and going through them and see what's good in them.
- 34:12And most times you don't, you don't get that Charizard I was
- 34:16telling you about is 1 out of 400 packs has.
- 34:22Oh yeah, you can break it down to it means out of the 400
- 34:24packs, it probably made X thousands of packs, which means
- 34:27there's only 100 of those in existence and he nabbed one of
- 34:31them. That's why they're worth so
- 34:32much. It's hard to pull a a a a Frank.
- 34:36They print. They print like the cards in a
- 34:38pyramid thing where it's like the most gets this many and then
- 34:41the next rarity level gets this many.
- 34:43So that's why they like work. Out the probability is 1 out of
- 34:456 get an. EX1 out of 12 gets an
- 34:48illustration. Rare one out of 40 is a is a
- 34:52full of one out of 70 is that. So you pull like a one out of
- 34:571005? Of those that you have a chance
- 35:01to get at that rate, if that makes sense.
- 35:03So to pull one particular card, you've got to open cases.
- 35:07Yeah, 5050 ET BS to. Pull that.
- 35:09That's why they're worth so much, because you want a legit
- 35:11thing. There's if there's only ten of
- 35:13those, or a hundred of those, or forty of those floating around
- 35:15ever in the world. That's now you got to got to get
- 35:17it graded because the PSA is the Bible.
- 35:19And then that makes it worth even more because now it's
- 35:22official. Official.
- 35:23Who wants to spend $700.00 on a card that isn't graded and you
- 35:26buy it off? You find out it's not official
- 35:28and then you get fucked. Or what?
- 35:30That's what I'm saying. Like to know that you would have
- 35:32to take a picture or send. You said you have to physically
- 35:35send it off. You're you're you're doing.
- 35:37It's also a racket in of it, so that's a different show for a
- 35:40different day. I don't.
- 35:41Like that's why what you were talking about earlier with the
- 35:46site that does the auctions. I don't trust them.
- 35:50I mean, I need it in front of me.
- 35:51I'm going to spend that kind. Of money yeah, not for cards.
- 35:53I could get specific things that would be harder to to screw with
- 35:56bigger objects that you can't. Because when you explain people
- 36:00have gotten so good that they can open packs, take out what's
- 36:03valuable, throw in ass garbage packs, reseal the packs to the
- 36:07point that they don't look like they have ever been opened ever
- 36:10ever ever ever. And you have no idea.
- 36:12And you're like, I didn't get anything in this pack because
- 36:14you have no idea that they've already ransacked your shit.
- 36:17Yeah, yeah, yeah. That's the dark.
- 36:18Side yeah, look at Frank's face. He explained that to me.
- 36:20I was like, shut the fuck up you.
- 36:22Want me to hurt you? Want me to hurt it?
- 36:25Grab a scale. Talking about they weighing
- 36:28these fuckers out. Let's say for hypothetical.
- 36:31This 10 pack right here is it weighs.
- 36:33Hypothetically 2 point. 5G and it's got a scale.
- 36:37I can tell it's short. And that scale weighs dope,
- 36:39weighs whatever it's a food you know goes by.
- 36:41Grams dough dough pizza dough it's.
- 36:45A tofu. It's like a special.
- 36:47Airy. It weighs tofu.
- 36:48Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. That sounds right.
- 36:50A pack weighs more than another one.
- 36:53The the foily, the shiny ones you were talking about, they
- 36:55weigh more than a. Regular.
- 36:56Yeah, because of the foil, the weight of the foil.
- 36:58So in that 2 pack blister, they all weigh 25 grams, give or
- 37:04take. You know you got 10 of them.
- 37:06Average weight, average weight, average weight.
- 37:08This one's a gram and a half heavier than the other ones, so.
- 37:10That's one. That's one card in and that's.
- 37:13Got most probably, Most likely. That pack.
- 37:17Not always they. Have the EX.
- 37:19That's the. Yeah, and it could say it could
- 37:22have two E XS or something that tips the scales, but it's not
- 37:25worth anything. You don't know, but you do know
- 37:28that there's something in there. Again, hypothetically.
- 37:31So if you had a hundred of these blister packs or boxes and then
- 37:36you weigh them, you keep the good ones that weigh heavy.
- 37:40There's still stuff in the regular packs.
- 37:43Last night I ripped tins for ascended heroes.
- 37:45I don't have a scale so I didn't weigh them, but I ripped good
- 37:50packs, good cards out of these these packs.
- 37:52So there's good cards in a an irregularly weighed.
- 37:56You just aren't. It's a lot harder to the odds
- 37:58are going to be better on the heavier thing, but at the end of
- 38:01the day, you. Weigh them and they're they're
- 38:03substantially more than the other ones.
- 38:05Then you RIP all of those and it's 8 out of 10 again from what
- 38:09I would hear. Yo, Can you imagine walking into
- 38:13a room like Training Day or American Gangster and there's a
- 38:17bunch of naked women just at the table just.
- 38:19Mad Rock Stone Pokémon. I got, I got me some Puerto
- 38:23Ricans with them asses out. Instead of doing blow chopping
- 38:28Pokémon pack like. Pokémon packs and foils
- 38:32everywhere. Right now, baby.
- 38:34This one. Hey man, Rico wants to know if
- 38:36he can get some packs for free. Man, pick up a pack for free.
- 38:40Yo I just sent packs home packs. I sent 115 Pokémon cards to that
- 38:46wholesaler that with the eBay thing I sent 115 a 115 Pokémon
- 38:51cards that sell between $3 and $18.00.
- 38:55And so everything that I RIP, I sell the the ones that are
- 38:59better than that, that are $20.30 dollars, $40 a $100.
- 39:04I sent those for grading once I look at them and say OK this one
- 39:07is right. Magnifying glass.
- 39:09The light you gotta. Yeah.
- 39:11It's so serious bro. The centering.
- 39:14You gotta get it under a light, a magnifying light.
- 39:16Yeah, you would think like weird misprints that look crazy and
- 39:19awesome would be make it worth more, but it doesn't.
- 39:21It don't in this, in this, in this makes.
- 39:23It worth fucking garbage. But it's still a rarity.
- 39:26I know, see. I think those things come back
- 39:28around later in time down the road.
- 39:29'Cause we got misprints, coins and all that stuff nowadays and.
- 39:32Yeah, I hear you like there. Hasn't been any real misprints
- 39:35on on this stuff. Not for a couple years.
- 39:38I remember like one Pokémon run had like everything was shifted
- 39:41over like certain cards were like.
- 39:43Everything was off and there's people out there printing fakes
- 39:45too. You know that of course they.
- 39:47Are so it's a possibility that you can get fakes in off the off
- 39:50the shipment like the main shipment.
- 39:52Now, because big brain on Brad's out there, it's a dollar is a
- 39:57dollar. I put a fake card into APSA slab
- 40:01that's also fake with fake certs and it looks real.
- 40:05You can't tell the difference. You got to take that cert number
- 40:08and go to PSA and match the cert number for their.
- 40:13It's if I could fake that too though, couldn't they in theory?
- 40:15Well, they they could, but if you're not really paying
- 40:17attention and, and JJ is just looking at that Charizard PSA
- 40:20and he's like, oh man, this is it.
- 40:21Yeah, man, it's $2200 card. For you today.
- 40:25I'll give it to you for 18. That's that's below, that's
- 40:27below market. My my, my red flag right there
- 40:29already $2200. I'm giving it to you for 18 and
- 40:32the. People looking to sell and
- 40:34people are always looking for that money, yeah.
- 40:37You might not fall for that, but a lot of people will.
- 40:40But. That's how you Ferrari right
- 40:42here ready for you. I'm going to give it to you for
- 40:44and it's a. Kid car, Yeah.
- 40:46It's a kid car, a shill and then Ferrari.
- 40:49It ran two weeks ago. So there's fakes, there's fakes
- 40:53on the on the cards, there's fakes on the slabs, which are
- 40:56supposed to be, you know what you're getting.
- 40:59It's all there's, there's fakes out there, there's fake sealed.
- 41:01Everything's land mines and everything.
- 41:04So just be smart. But that's the underbelly.
- 41:07So I'm gonna start my weekends. Yeah, I'm gonna start going to
- 41:10Red Barns and. Yeah, make a welcome to welcome
- 41:15to the team. That's where that's what he's
- 41:17been doing while we've been off is.
- 41:18I'll put you on the spots. He's.
- 41:20Pokémon Champ. And then I won't be able to hit
- 41:22him unless I'm off during the week or get off early during the
- 41:25week. I can't see myself standing in
- 41:26line till 5:00 AM. Sense.
- 41:28Yeah, Yeah, it's got to make sense, for sure.
- 41:30That's, what, a weekend for me. I can.
- 41:32I can. All right, Me and the wife, you
- 41:34know, let's go hit some red barns or some flea markets or
- 41:35whatever, whatever, blah, blah, blah.
- 41:37And that's what my mind would be on while we're in.
- 41:39There they tend to do the restocks during the week to put
- 41:41a little water on your fire. They they do that during the
- 41:44week, but. It also depend where you are go
- 41:47your lunch break, there's definitely.
- 41:49So it's not always 5:00 AM. No drops like that.
- 41:52It could be OK. They probably do a drop in the.
- 41:54Middle There have been times at like 11 he's like where you.
- 41:56At no, unless you got somebody like you on the side of like.
- 41:59But we have someone like him. I know, and you'd be like.
- 42:01You got to be there in the morning to sign up, so on
- 42:04Tuesday morning, I'm going there on Tuesday morning.
- 42:06He gives phone numbers like he'll go, hey man, I'm putting
- 42:08your number in for the queue. So if you can be down here, if
- 42:10not, cool. But if you can, you have a spot
- 42:13in line so you can jump in and grab.
- 42:14Stuff use opportunity and leverage.
- 42:16So we can do that to you. You get, you'll put your phone
- 42:18number and then you'll get a text like you're.
- 42:19I go there Tuesday morning. I put Frank in and put JJ in
- 42:22out, you know, they're and I got it like that.
- 42:24So now you're in line. When the vendor's finished, they
- 42:29hit you with a text and say, hey man, you're up.
- 42:31So you got 15 minutes to get there, you know, or whatever.
- 42:34So you can. Now I roll there.
- 42:36I get in line at 7 AMI put my name in at 8:00 AM when the door
- 42:40opens. And then I go to work and when I
- 42:43get a text, all my people get the same text.
- 42:45I'll see at the store. We go back, I spend 15 minutes
- 42:48in line, get my product and out I go.
- 42:50So I'm in and out the door for an hour of my time.
- 42:53You already know how many packs you're getting before you go in.
- 42:55There for nothing. You don't know what's going to
- 42:57be there. Once you in there for the 15
- 42:59minutes, you got the OK, I'm going to get this, this and that
- 43:02you they're not holding this. When you come back, they will
- 43:04not hold it for you. There's a, there's a queue, so
- 43:07it's JJ, then it's you, then it's me, then it's me.
- 43:10So JJ doesn't show up by X o'clock then and.
- 43:12Then if he doesn't show, yeah, you're gone.
- 43:15And that's another opportunity to cost it.
- 43:17I've got meetings on Tuesday. My shirt and tie I got.
- 43:19I got I got business meetings on Tuesday at 10.
- 43:23I can't get in line. I might make $200 in that line,
- 43:26but I got a job. I still.
- 43:28I still. Work, but that's where.
- 43:30Having people. Now I can be there without being
- 43:33there. That's crazy because I got other
- 43:35people that say, you know what man put me on that help me out
- 43:39like his his kids. They're they're grown.
- 43:41The stores are catching on to all this, and they should.
- 43:44You know, people go in there with their children, man.
- 43:46They come with little babies. And have the babies bomb.
- 43:49Babies. Hey, that's that's.
- 43:50That's a person. That's a person. 2 per.
- 43:52That's another two per. That's a person.
- 43:54He's not kidding. No, man.
- 43:55He's five years old. How you doing that?
- 43:57Yeah. Who said that?
- 43:59Who said that 8 year old can't can't save their money?
- 44:03Murdoch Junior has two kids that gets in line with them.
- 44:05Guys, say Joe gets an allowance, he goes in there and wants to
- 44:07buy stuff. How?
- 44:07Dare you? Say yeah, screw off.
- 44:09To buy it because. You know it's a kids product
- 44:12anyway. Because I got 6 people in line
- 44:14with me. I know they're with you.
- 44:16I mean, they're here with me. Coincidence has it they're here
- 44:18with me every week. But they have their own money.
- 44:21I'm not giving them a card to pay for that.
- 44:23They're paying with it however it is.
- 44:26Meanwhile, his kids hold one of my credit cards.
- 44:29His children have a credit. Card with.
- 44:31My name on it. His kids.
- 44:35He can't because he bat phones them like, hey, I need you at
- 44:37Costco in 10 minutes and my daughter's like, all right.
- 44:40Bet off they go. And then Costco.
- 44:43I'm making $50 a box. Here's 50 for you.
- 44:45I'll take the 150 on my side. I'm not greedy.
- 44:47You don't get paid if there's no one there. 100% of what I don't
- 44:50get, I don't sell. So I share meant share.
- 44:53And it's working out for you his.
- 44:57His boy was able to take the $20.00 I gave him three weeks
- 45:00ago. Two weeks ago, God.
- 45:01He turned it into. And he took that $20, and he
- 45:03went and bought the needles. And he told me it's like, hey, I
- 45:05bought the needles with my 20. And I was like, yeah, you, you
- 45:08invested your money then, right? Yeah, I did.
- 45:10OK. If you sell them for 12, you're
- 45:12going to double your money if you sell them for 18.
- 45:15And I showed them what they actually sell for on eBay.
- 45:18And he already knew the product because his friends, it's a
- 45:20craze that'll be dead in a month.
- 45:21But right now, the ducks quack. So he bought four of them with
- 45:26his 20, and then he had another 20.
- 45:29So he got 8 and he kept 2 and he sold 6.
- 45:32And made a profit. He sold.
- 45:33And he double s his money, so now he's got $80.
- 45:37Well, 70 because he kept 2. So he's got 70 instead of 50,
- 45:41and he's holding weight. And he still has some.
- 45:43Yeah, that's. And he's a child, you know, So
- 45:46that's all I can do is Uncle Murdoch put somebody on a.
- 45:49Little something and. If they catch it, cool and if
- 45:51not, no harm done. And that's why I.
- 45:53Told both your kids, look, man, I love your dad, I love your
- 45:56mom. They're good people.
- 45:57We all have a different skill set, a different gift, and
- 45:59they're super intelligent. This is where I shop.
- 46:03This is how I think. And maybe it's a little
- 46:05different than your dad and maybe it's a little different
- 46:07than your mom or your grandparents.
- 46:08So difference is OK. Celebrate people being
- 46:10different. This is how I pay for vacations.
- 46:14This is how I pay for Christmas. Christmas was last year was paid
- 46:17for. On the back of.
- 46:19A Walmart tins that I bought man, you got to you got to be
- 46:25there and then you got to push it in the middle, but you I
- 46:27never lost a dollar. But that kind of hustle's not a
- 46:29big deal. You're not in the street selling
- 46:31crack, you know what I mean? Like, but that's that kind of
- 46:33money A. Couple months ago some guys
- 46:35robbed the store with their for those for those like had stacks
- 46:38and stacks of them. I think they brought them.
- 46:40They stole them from somewhere and then tried to resell them.
- 46:43They had a whole stack of them like 2 black guys or something
- 46:46like what are you guys doing? So that's your weekly Pokémon.
- 46:49Update So that's where, So that's where Murdoch's been.
- 46:51I like that he spent almost exactly 45.
- 46:53I did. That with the tops Chrome.
- 46:55Yo, so that we Speaking of sports, 'cause I was thinking
- 46:58that should Der Sanders card is going to be worth a lot, isn't
- 47:01it? Because he's, he's buying.
- 47:02He's buying. He's all in on shoulder.
- 47:04We talked. Couple times because he was 12
- 47:05and now he's 2 and he broke all those records as a rookie as 12.
- 47:11So they he's telling people who bought Jersey that.
- 47:14Which was the Browns though? This.
- 47:15Year for his job, he. Did they draft another one?
- 47:20Yeah, they I didn't watch it. He's not going to take a show.
- 47:22Shador is a. And Watson is not playing.
- 47:24It's an enigma. It's wrapped inside of a puzzle
- 47:28they. Drafted.
- 47:29They drafted 3 quarterbacks so he's on and Deshaun Watson is
- 47:33there. He's not going to play.
- 47:34And and Deshaun can Playboy. He can, he's not.
- 47:37He could play he but like not. Doing illegal things to women.
- 47:42All in the offseason last year, yeah, yeah.
- 47:44Standing in front of the camera like he he blew his Achilles
- 47:48blew it. If you were going to buy a
- 47:50shudor, OK, so you are you have an.
- 47:52This is the other thing I'm talking about.
- 47:53Do you see how quickly it can? I dig that though.
- 47:56That's sexy to me. I find that attractive.
- 47:57What? I'll talk hold.
- 47:59On now I'm not not you. MFB there's.
- 48:04No one. There's no one wearing moo
- 48:06moo's. Hold on, I'm gonna sit.
- 48:08On closet while you do this in the other room with the kids.
- 48:10Saying Now pause. Fucking pause.
- 48:14So. So Frank says that Shador has an
- 48:17opportunity. He sees value.
- 48:18Bye, bye, bye bye. He he's he's in on Shador.
- 48:22Would you would you buy Shador Sanders when he get he got he
- 48:27backed into the All Star armor. Pardon me, He.
- 48:30Yeah, the worst numbers for a Pro Bowl ever.
- 48:32Yeah, we went. To the Pro Bowl because no one
- 48:33else went. But I like Shador, he got
- 48:37railroaded because his dad is his dad.
- 48:39Yeah, he. And that whole thing to be a
- 48:41third pick overall, he was supposed to be a top five pick
- 48:44and then went at the back end of the entire.
- 48:46Draw To be fair, his his last season was not.
- 48:48They didn't want The Who wants that kind of of circus?
- 48:52You got a circus. Yeah, because.
- 48:53Of his it's 'cause his dad. Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, I agree.
- 48:56Pass all that. If he can, play if he can.
- 49:00Have you ever seen him play before he got the the Browns?
- 49:02And I'm intimately familiar with Shador Sanders career, both
- 49:05collegiate and professional, in Colorado.
- 49:09Even at JSU. Even at JSU he was.
- 49:12He's gifted. He had some for sure.
- 49:17But he it was serviceable and Dad in the hype.
- 49:22If you believe that Shadour has an opportunity and you think
- 49:25that the floor is low and his and his ceiling is high, then
- 49:29you would say, all right, I'll buy.
- 49:31When would you buy it, though? Would you buy it the first week
- 49:35of the season? When when he's about to go out
- 49:37there, would you buy? Last year, first week of the
- 49:39season. Or you tell mom, right?
- 49:41Or this year if you if you believe him right now, his value
- 49:44wasn't sky high. No, I would have bought him last
- 49:46year, OK? I wouldn't have put him in last.
- 49:50Year I had 56 boxes of Donrus Uptown, the boxes from Costco.
- 49:58I paid $45.00 a box. I sold over $155 a box.
- 50:01People would stream. They they stream and so they're
- 50:04making, they're selling teams. So the team Cleveland was $55, I
- 50:10think it was 55. That's where the number was.
- 50:12Cleveland's 55 bucks, the Giants with.
- 50:15With Scataboo. Scataboo and dart man, they were
- 50:18$100 and then the Oilers were the you know, Tennessee was with
- 50:23Cam. There was a number, but there
- 50:24was some garbage teams. But you sell out and then you
- 50:27RIP live. And then every hit that comes
- 50:29out, if J JS got the Vikings, then every Viking that comes out
- 50:33of that autographed low number doesn't matter.
- 50:35They're all his. And so you hit or you don't.
- 50:38The chador, you don't buy. You don't buy the sizzle, you
- 50:44don't buy it on the way up. Oh, I wasn't.
- 50:46Yeah, no, no, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 50:47I wouldn't buy it on the hype. You you buy it in the offseason
- 50:52and I believe I'm going to tell secrets.
- 50:55And he's talking about offseason as in spring training and all
- 50:58that purchase that I'm going. To make in the next two weeks
- 51:01after I after I moved that that box of Pokémon that I got, I'm
- 51:07taking that $2600 and I'm buying Jayden Daniels and I'm buying
- 51:12Malik Neighbors. Malik got hurt last year.
- 51:15He's the real deal. Anybody comes out of LSU that
- 51:17catches a football is legit. Malik's a freak and I'm a
- 51:20Redskin fan. I had to see him 2 * a year.
- 51:22But Malik's got the goods. He got hurt.
- 51:23Malik, you said Malik neighbors. Malik Neighbors.
- 51:26Right. So.
- 51:27Yeah, I know you're talking about.
- 51:28His value goes down. Jayden was the most sought after
- 51:32rookie card, the most sought after football card his rookie
- 51:36year and you couldn't buy them. You had to pay to look at the
- 51:39cards. I mean, you couldn't buy his
- 51:41rookie cards. So why am I spending the $1000
- 51:44for that number to 500 card, 'cause I'm chasing now I'm
- 51:47chasing. It's got to go up twice from
- 51:49that for me to make. Yeah, because it's already up
- 51:51there. And if you buy it, then you got
- 51:53to, it's got to go higher than that.
- 51:55Elbow and his elbow and his knee and he's out for 1010 games and
- 51:59his value goes right in the toilet and I'm now I push, now I
- 52:03push. So when he comes back this year,
- 52:06if, and it's a gamble speculation, but if he can do
- 52:08what he did his rookie year and not be hurt, his dynamic, it
- 52:13comes back up. So Chador and I'm going to push.
- 52:16I'm a push. I think, I think the chador is,
- 52:19it's on a, it's on a rise. But you buy it now, it's the
- 52:21offseason. Well, yeah, Now, like if I was
- 52:24in that predicament, like I would have bought it last year
- 52:28in the offseason still because of the craze, Not just the
- 52:31craze, but he has true talent beyond his father and all that
- 52:36other stuff. He's accurate.
- 52:38He he's very smart. He can read.
- 52:41But it's the he's he's coachable.
- 52:43He was coachable to be the next, you know what I mean?
- 52:47And then like I said, at the end of that season, he got
- 52:49railroaded for sure. His last four games is the one
- 52:51they want to actually have him play, and he still broke.
- 52:55Yeah, he didn't want him to play.
- 52:56Stefanci didn't. Want Dylan Gabriel out there?
- 52:58I like Dylan, but. He's no, he's no good.
- 53:00He's a more, he's a concussion waiting to happen.
- 53:03Seriously. 5/10 He he's. No height whatsoever, and
- 53:06left-handed, which is. Really, Dylan I I got.
- 53:09Paid on Dylan's collegiate career.
- 53:11Oh my. God, UCF, Oklahoma.
- 53:14I mean, he's a six, he's a six year.
- 53:17He can throw a football, bro. He he went to college for.
- 53:19Six years and he was at every major.
- 53:21He had more, he had more yards and everything than Shadeer, if
- 53:24you put the comparison, But it's because he was in college for
- 53:26six years. Played for 100 years.
- 53:28Yeah, like. What you mean like and then he
- 53:31broke, he broke, they said he tied or broke Tom Brady's rookie
- 53:36record and that's speaking volume when it comes to do they
- 53:40got a value and a quarterback and do we keep them next year?
- 53:47Is the it's the Holy Grail for quarterbacks when it was Philip
- 53:51Rivers, Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger that year where
- 53:56they were all studs on occasion 2 years ago, Jaden Daniels,
- 54:01Drake May, Bo Nix? Not Patrick Mahal.
- 54:08No, no, no. There's he.
- 54:09He went. He.
- 54:10Caleb Williams. And so it was Caleb Daniels, Bo
- 54:15Nicks, Drake May, and there's another one can't miss.
- 54:18I mean, you couldn't miss. I bought 6 cases with my Pokémon
- 54:23money, All my hustle. I turned it, flipped it right
- 54:25over into that. In addition to all those
- 54:27quarterbacks, you want to try to find a Drake May autograph
- 54:30rookie, make it have fun. You want to find a Jaden Daniels
- 54:33or Caleb Williams autograph rookie?
- 54:34Go ahead man, go. You better have a Visa card.
- 54:37You better have something with. Black card with the Jay-Z money.
- 54:39And I've got cases of that product case is plural.
- 54:43Duplicates of those cards. That are sealed.
- 54:46They're sealed boxes. And so that box that I paid
- 54:50$40.00 for is $90.00. And then when they go on a
- 54:53stroke and Drake last year was in a Super Bowl.
- 54:56So yeah, the cards value, they value throughout the season.
- 55:00Sure they do. Yeah, we were talking right
- 55:01before you walked in. We were talking about this,
- 55:03Yeah. So they won't, they won't stay
- 55:05like, Oh yeah, he's, he's doing good this this week.
- 55:08Perfect example. Ronald Cunha, You know who
- 55:10Ronnie Cunha is, Plays for the Braves.
- 55:12No MVP kind of guy. He's top five.
- 55:14He's an MVP, hurt himself, hurt himself.
- 55:17And so value goes down. I spent $900 at the beginning of
- 55:20the year and I bought all of his rookie stuff.
- 55:22PSA graded all the good stuff and it came up.
- 55:27He hyped up his his. He hyperextended he did
- 55:30something to his hammy. 2 nights ago I watched the needle go
- 55:35straight down. Like the second he got hurt.
- 55:38You looking at a live needle? You watched.
- 55:39It yeah, I mean, I just you watched the.
- 55:40Market, it's like stock market. It's just like a stock market.
- 55:43So I paid $26 for the rookie PSA 10.
- 55:46I paid 26. It was worth 45.
- 55:49He gets hurt and comes out of the game in the in the second
- 55:51inning because he was one for one.
- 55:53The value goes right off a bridge.
- 55:56It's buy and sell. By.
- 55:57The game, let alone by the. Week right, So you got to you
- 56:00got to actually choose when the best time to sell this car
- 56:03exactly. Do I hold on to this?
- 56:06Do I hold on to this car until he heals up and maybe he get
- 56:08another run, a better run or the best?
- 56:11Point that you can bring up today, it's not where you buy
- 56:14it. It is where you buy it.
- 56:16It's not where you sell it, it's where you buy it.
- 56:18But you have to have an exit strategy.
- 56:20You have to have an idea, OK, I can hope that it goes up to 300
- 56:23percent, 500%, man, I'm taking my 50 and going to the next one.
- 56:27And that's why I, I bought, well, it's like 15 of his cards
- 56:31because if I'm right once, oh, I made $20, man, I need to be
- 56:34right, right. And that way I can take that
- 56:36$500 that I net and put that into somebody else and my
- 56:39money's. Making and you just keep going
- 56:40I. Would I would take it when it's
- 56:41when it's right I would take two of those and sell those and that
- 56:45leaves me hold the rest because. There you go.
- 56:47You never know when it goes up or down.
- 56:49I'm. Not telling anything that you
- 56:50don't already know. Those concepts and principles
- 56:51are just like that. But the Cam Schlittler guy was
- 56:54telling telling you about earlier.
- 56:55I paid 22 for 22 for the card. It was worth a hundred a week
- 57:00after I bought it. You could have sold it then you
- 57:03could have, but you. I sent it in to get graded.
- 57:05APSA 10 of that card sold for $416.00 three days ago.
- 57:10Another one sold for 396. So it's $400.00 card APSA 10
- 57:13ungraded raws 100. I paid 22.
- 57:17I need I need 20 of those. I don't need one because what
- 57:19does one get me? A high five.
- 57:21I was right. I bought every Cam Schlitzler
- 57:24Mojo in a box. You'll get a pack that has
- 57:28special designs on it. You'll get good cards.
- 57:31I bought every Cam Schlittler on eBay with a buy it now price
- 57:36that was less than $12.00 and I bought every single one that
- 57:40was, that was, I spent hundreds of dollars, but I bought it all.
- 57:43Everything that was practical with the shipping because I'm
- 57:45not paying more than $1.32 because it goes into the cost of
- 57:48the card and then it goes to 17. I've made $5 that's, you know,
- 57:5340% of my, that's 80% of my money.
- 57:56So I sell a couple. It pays for the whole lot.
- 57:59Now we get to hold a couple and if I'm right, right, because I'm
- 58:02a know it all then and oh, by the way, the guy's, you know,
- 58:05four and O with an ERA of 175 and leading the league in
- 58:08strikeouts scoreboard. Now you got to have exit
- 58:11strategy because if I don't sell now and he shits the bed
- 58:14tomorrow because he pitches tomorrow and he gives up a a
- 58:17clunker, now that $100. Card is 80.
- 58:20Dollars, but if he throws another hotness then.
- 58:22But that's where you you choose one of them cards.
- 58:25Yep, you choose one of those cars out of the 15 or whatever.
- 58:28Strategy on on how you. Sell it where you sell it.
- 58:30He could. Who's he playing against, Cam?
- 58:34Yeah, tomorrow. I don't know who he's pitching
- 58:36against tomorrow, but. So that but I know that probably
- 58:38has to go into play or if what I'm going to do with this card
- 58:41or not, Am I going to am I going to throw this card away?
- 58:44I could throw it away. That Cam rookie the day after he
- 58:49pitches against the White Sox, not against the Dodgers.
- 58:53Why am I going to? Why am I going to do that?
- 58:55Yeah, I put. Myself, you want to put the best
- 58:57scenario available, yeah. It's not brain surgery.
- 59:01You want to put them against people?
- 59:02You don't. You don't.
- 59:02You don't sell your best card before the hardest game.
- 59:07Well, no, you would, right? We I sold Otani last year the
- 59:12game. Didn't he go bananas?
- 59:14He, oh, he went bananas. He sold right before the
- 59:16bananas. No, no, no, no, no, no.
- 59:18He sold after bananas. When he was going to pitch, I
- 59:21have Ohtani cards in hand and. Wolverine.
- 59:27They're. In hand.
- 59:29And it's the World Series, so it's game six of the World
- 59:33Series that he's going to pitch. He won't pitch again.
- 59:37He hit four home runs in two games and then he grabs a
- 59:40baseball and throws A shutout. My cards were set to go off.
- 59:47The auction expired. It finished when he had the ball
- 59:52in the third inning. You can't get any more frenzy
- 59:55than that. You won't.
- 59:57You can't find it. I could have put it up on a
- 59:58Tuesday afternoon. What the would I do that?
- 1:00:01I'm going to do it when he's playing you, you maximize the
- 1:00:04return so the sizzles wide open. I sell it like one card was like
- 1:00:09$195, Same card two months later as $135.
- 1:00:13Because of the sizzle and the hype, people are just buying it
- 1:00:15because they see it. Oh man, that's it.
- 1:00:16That's it. And here I am just offering to
- 1:00:18them. All right, man, You want to sell
- 1:00:19it? Cool, I'll buy it.
- 1:00:20Hey man, you want to buy it? Cool, I'll sell it.
- 1:00:22And I hug my margin bro and I just stacked chips.
- 1:00:26That's crazy. Bro Yeah man.
- 1:00:28This had a drug drug one O 1 card Pokémon cards bro.
- 1:00:33This is like drugs. It's just legit.
- 1:00:35I can do it and not get arrested.
- 1:00:37The card Don. Card Don.
- 1:00:41It says Jesus bro. Yeah, man, your turn tag, you're
- 1:00:42in. Yeah, I don't have, I haven't
- 1:00:44been any. I haven't had any cool stuff
- 1:00:45like that going on. That's.
- 1:00:47Just interesting. No, we always, I should have
- 1:00:49known like we always go down those rabbit holes because I've
- 1:00:52watched him grow it from like just this little baby hobby to
- 1:00:56like he rolls by in the limo that's fully tinted and you
- 1:01:00know, he drops the window down just a little and looks and then
- 1:01:02window back. Up just like that movie Envy
- 1:01:04would Yeah, he cross, he disappeared and shit, he's like,
- 1:01:08how the fuck? Is he doing?
- 1:01:10He pull up in the fucking limo in the house and the horse out
- 1:01:13in the park on the on the lawn and shit.
- 1:01:16I just put it into something else.
- 1:01:19I never spent my money. Yeah, I just got to put it in.
- 1:01:22I took a trip with the old lady for her birthday and went to
- 1:01:25Boston on the House. I didn't come out of pocket.
- 1:01:27For that you can thank Charizard and Mewtwo Mutus Pain.
- 1:01:33Thanks, Mutu. Thank Mutu.
- 1:01:38Damn, dude, Frank, your, your season just ended, right?
- 1:01:43Your dirt bike season? Yeah.
- 1:01:44How'd that last race go? I didn't go to the last race.
- 1:01:47Work. Yeah, work got in the way.
- 1:01:48He said I blew his knee out. Work work got in the way so I
- 1:01:52decided not to go work and other things.
- 1:01:54So this stuff around the house and stuff bummed me out, but
- 1:01:57there's. I'm glad to see you're alive.
- 1:01:59Yeah, I mean. Well, no, but you know, that's.
- 1:02:02Well, no, no, seriously, I'm glad to be alive too.
- 1:02:05It's there was a few races that I didn't finish.
- 1:02:07Well, yeah, finish as in like either I ran out of gas or I was
- 1:02:11just like dead tired and just was dead.
- 1:02:13It's a lot of work because he's not doing supercross, he's doing
- 1:02:16motocross, yeah. Was in the circuit Joel, and
- 1:02:20boy, he he he took a header once in the the pedal where you put
- 1:02:25your feet went into. His body and.
- 1:02:28He he has a, he has a scar. I mean it.
- 1:02:30Oh, yeah. Looks.
- 1:02:31Like a shark. Yeah, I've seen some crazy shit
- 1:02:33as one guy I pulled up and it was a helicopter landing in the
- 1:02:37middle of the field. Those berms, those whoops like
- 1:02:41a. Table you you take that wrong so
- 1:02:43we don't have to deal. 40 feet in the air.
- 1:02:45We don't have to deal with berms and well, we got to deal with
- 1:02:48roots and. Hey, 'cause you're out in the
- 1:02:50yeah, in the wilderness. He does the crazy shit, not the
- 1:02:53cool supercross, which is cool but easy compared to.
- 1:02:55That mud and. Like an enduro kind of like.
- 1:02:57Kind of like an enduro. It's hair scramble, actually.
- 1:03:00So this kid. What's Murdoch know about
- 1:03:03Enduro, huh? This kid was riding before I got
- 1:03:06there. The younger kids go before us,
- 1:03:07but he was on a straightaway and they before everybody gets out
- 1:03:11there and everything, though it's a pasture, so the the
- 1:03:14animals are supposed to be put away and everything.
- 1:03:16The horses. It was a horse.
- 1:03:17That's a bad start to a story animals are supposed to be.
- 1:03:20Put away, right, So during this race, the kids on a straightaway
- 1:03:25and I guess a junior horse gets out somehow and just so happens
- 1:03:29to land in the same area. So he's running and he T bones
- 1:03:33the kid And so the kid broke his leg, his femur had to be air
- 1:03:38airlifted and then the horse broke his legs and femurs or
- 1:03:40whatever. He got to be glued on the spot.
- 1:03:42Yeah, He got to, yeah. They had to and I'm like, what?
- 1:03:45The heck's going on old? Kid broke his leg, a horse ran
- 1:03:47on the track. I was praying that wouldn't
- 1:03:50happen to me, but luckily there weren't no horses when I was out
- 1:03:52there. Frank would have been in a
- 1:03:54better place, a higher position in that race.
- 1:03:58But it's it's fun adrenaline rush, like I'd be wanting to get
- 1:04:01you guys out there. I got I got some footage of
- 1:04:03some. It's going to be a lot easier
- 1:04:05this season coming up for you, for us to get out there.
- 1:04:07October so everybody know we all sitting here right now.
- 1:04:11October is the first race and my birthday is that same week, so
- 1:04:16weekday. In October.
- 1:04:17My birthday is the 26th. I think the race is it'll be
- 1:04:20like the 11th, the 11th or something My.
- 1:04:22Brother is the 17th and you're right after that.
- 1:04:25Yeah, Big three Nine man. Crazy bastard.
- 1:04:31Look, you 39? No, I'm not.
- 1:04:33I'm 30. I will fight you JJ.
- 1:04:38This motherfucker. Black don't cracking, beige
- 1:04:42don't age, baby. I'm sorry, I can't help it.
- 1:04:47It's the same thing. JJ changes by decade, age if he
- 1:04:50shaves. Right.
- 1:04:52You know, I've only shaved this off 2 times like completely my
- 1:04:55whole my whole life I'm. Save it.
- 1:04:58Save it. Yeah, Just in puberty, yeah.
- 1:05:05Yeah, I won't go babyface ever again.
- 1:05:07I look so weird bro. I don't recognize my.
- 1:05:09People look younger when you shave all that beard off the
- 1:05:11duck dynasties. And people didn't see, you'll
- 1:05:14have that. It'll all be light wherever the
- 1:05:16hair was at because your hair is like has an yeah, like yeah, so
- 1:05:20not. Look like a cancer victim or
- 1:05:21something wrong with. Going on with you, man, You got
- 1:05:23a rash, No. You got the ick.
- 1:05:25You got veniligo. What's going on?
- 1:05:28Bro. You put the light on the face
- 1:05:30and no, actually. The sickle cell.
- 1:05:32Yeah, you, you sick son. You need to eat.
- 1:05:35Give him a sandwich. Some milk.
- 1:05:37He need milk. That's what it is.
- 1:05:38Some milk. Yeah, but it's fun, bro.
- 1:05:41Like I one time I ran out of water.
- 1:05:44I ran out of water. I got a camel pack.
- 1:05:47Ran out of water. Is it like it longer races like
- 1:05:50you go for like hours or stuff? The season, not this season that
- 1:05:53just passed, but before I got promoted up, I was doing an hour
- 1:05:58and a half. These races now are two hours.
- 1:06:00That's why they're two hours and they're longer.
- 1:06:03They're like either either 11 to 13 miles, some 14.
- 1:06:08OK. And it's all through trees and
- 1:06:11I'm only I'm only using they got a little arrows constantly on
- 1:06:17trees and in the trail. Little ribbons and arrows.
- 1:06:20And stuff that no, no, not so much ribbons, but arrows, arrows
- 1:06:24and XS, XS of dangers. So if there's a, if there's a
- 1:06:29big, a big dip or a branch that's picture of a horse, it'll
- 1:06:33be a it'll be AX on the branch. So you have the duck or so.
- 1:06:37Yeah, it's crazy. I seen a guy, I was coming in
- 1:06:40first lap. He wonders why I worry about
- 1:06:44him. I'll be fine and he's like this
- 1:06:45one time. This this dude was he when we
- 1:06:48start on the starting line, he was right next to me and and we,
- 1:06:52you know, fist bump was like, you know, have a good race,
- 1:06:55protect yourself out there. It's all right, the countdown
- 1:06:57and we run to the bikes. We hop on.
- 1:06:59We go now, mind you, it's 13 miles.
- 1:07:01We finally get to the chicane. The chicane is the checkpoint
- 1:07:04finish line. You got transfer.
- 1:07:06The lap is 13 miles. Yeah, OK, so we got transponders
- 1:07:11in our helmet. So we come through the same guy
- 1:07:13was in front of me. He he eventually our our caught
- 1:07:16back up to him and he was in front of me.
- 1:07:18He's looking at the the transponder TV.
- 1:07:21There's ATV because when you go through it, you can see what
- 1:07:23place you in out of the group because there's different
- 1:07:26classes, there's different groups.
- 1:07:27So out of that group, he's looking and somehow he whiskey
- 1:07:31throttles to get back on it and the bike catwalks it just and it
- 1:07:35goes straight. And mind you, I had literally
- 1:07:37just went by him, the bike just and he's just sitting.
- 1:07:43He was out. The bike was towed to the frame.
- 1:07:46I was like, Yep, I'm getting off, I'm off, I'm off.
- 1:07:50If he was tired and that happened to him, I'm already
- 1:07:53tired right now. Like I was already tired.
- 1:07:55Thing do you like the enduro? I call it enduro.
- 1:07:57You know, the the elements, Yeah, the Do you prefer that
- 1:08:01over? Supercross, yeah.
- 1:08:03Supercross, yes. Have you tried the supercross?
- 1:08:06Yes. And you don't find that?
- 1:08:08As at the beginning, At the beginning, is it the rush?
- 1:08:11It's the jumps I'm not very keen on.
- 1:08:14He's willing to go around a tree with a root out of it.
- 1:08:16Yeah, flying it like 40 doing triple.
- 1:08:19Like right now I'm doing. Jumps.
- 1:08:20I can. I'll get the bike off, I'll get
- 1:08:22the bike off the ground. But I'm not going like second
- 1:08:25and third gear and hitting table tops and whipping it and landing
- 1:08:29it and riding. That's not me.
- 1:08:30I got to work the next week or the next morning.
- 1:08:32I got bills to pay, so I'm gonna ride this motherfucker until I
- 1:08:35feel you know. Bills to pay.
- 1:08:38With all my stress out that's been going on through the month
- 1:08:40or the week or whatever and I'm a black.
- 1:08:42Here what you say that's safer? It is trees.
- 1:08:44Trees don't move normally. Normally and.
- 1:08:47Like so the only like this is my thing, the only thing when you
- 1:08:49own this, when you own this bike, that's the only thing you
- 1:08:51worry about though it. Sounds like a pretty big thing
- 1:08:55to worry about, yeah? So to.
- 1:08:58Other than that. Thing where I might die I mean.
- 1:08:59It's not. You're not thinking about dying,
- 1:09:01but the only thing you have to worry about is that biking
- 1:09:03between your legs and you, you're only focusing on what
- 1:09:07you're doing because if you fuck up, that's your ass.
- 1:09:10So it puts you in a mind state to where I'm not thinking about
- 1:09:13nothing else. I'm free, I'm on this bike, I'm
- 1:09:15riding. The wind's blowing, but I'm
- 1:09:17still concentrating on. It's hell, you can see it's
- 1:09:20helped you mentally, like it's clearly something.
- 1:09:22I was worried he's going to die and break a hip, so I'm glad.
- 1:09:24You had, I'm not going to lie, there was fear.
- 1:09:26There was fear in the beginning. There's still fear.
- 1:09:28Like not fear, but. Oh, I know the worry, the worry
- 1:09:31that something can happen. Yeah, am I going to they they
- 1:09:33when you watch. Feel that though you want to
- 1:09:35have that you want people to have.
- 1:09:36That especially when you everybody else that are is way
- 1:09:39better than me. That's riding and stuff.
- 1:09:41I'm I'm with them. So I'm kind of in a element to
- 1:09:44where, OK, I'm all right, I'm everybody's watching out for
- 1:09:47everybody and I'm not going to push myself past them.
- 1:09:50I'm not ever getting on the bike.
- 1:09:52I'm like they zipping by me and doing jumps.
- 1:09:54I'm like, I'm never going to get to the point to where I'm about
- 1:09:57to go and try to do it. No, man, hell no.
- 1:10:00Like I know my limits. Like there's if a jump is this
- 1:10:03high, I'm a jump it. But if a jump is a tabletop and
- 1:10:06these foods are clear, no. And the woods, yeah, the top of
- 1:10:08the thing. And.
- 1:10:08Right across them and go there and then and then get on it and
- 1:10:12take off. I go fast and straightaways and
- 1:10:15I like when I can see shit is open that's when I'm going fast.
- 1:10:17But in the woods and all this stuff's technical.
- 1:10:20So it's like you cutting here, you cutting here, you're going
- 1:10:22here, you're going there watch the slippery roots.
- 1:10:24You got to slow down and like, it's crazy.
- 1:10:27Like and if you like I, I haven't even showed y'all some
- 1:10:31of the videos that I've got like I don't fail sometimes I don't
- 1:10:35fail like 3-4 times, but I didn't, I never fall to the
- 1:10:38point to where I'm like I'm done.
- 1:10:40I can't get up instead of drilling in a rush.
- 1:10:44I couldn't do it when I was a kid.
- 1:10:46I mean, I, yeah, like I couldn't do it when I was a kid.
- 1:10:49I, I did that stuff, but I didn't have, I didn't have my
- 1:10:52own dirt bike. I didn't have my own stuff like
- 1:10:54that. I had a go Kart that I bought
- 1:10:56for my best friend that I'm doing this shit with now.
- 1:10:58We've been friends since the 4th grade.
- 1:10:59So it's like it's an expensive sport, but it could be fun.
- 1:11:02Like it's. You make you mix your own oil to
- 1:11:06the. Field, yeah, I got to.
- 1:11:07I have a 2 stroke so I got to mix my own oil.
- 1:11:10Used to watch my brother do that.
- 1:11:11Wash the bike after I get home. Teenager making his own mixing
- 1:11:14his own mixing the stuff. In the lab, well see they got,
- 1:11:18they got measuring cups now that has all the increments on it to
- 1:11:21what you need to put on it 50 to 160 to 1.
- 1:11:23You pour half well, you know, I mean whatever you need and just
- 1:11:26mix it in a jug and pour it in there.
- 1:11:28I got all the protective, get it?
- 1:11:29I need got a new helmet now. What about you, JJ?
- 1:11:31You. You on Enduros?
- 1:11:33What are you? What are you doing for fun?
- 1:11:35We just heard about Pokémon. They.
- 1:11:36Do 4 Wheelers too so if you scared of a dirt bike you can
- 1:11:38get on four Wheeler I'm. Going to take a header on all
- 1:11:40that stuff. My mom came out once.
- 1:11:46Boy, she did not like that shit. She saw you and you're going to.
- 1:11:49Die. We was at one of the spots where
- 1:11:51it was really dusty and it was like canyons and stuff, kind of.
- 1:11:54And she was like, she saw me the one time.
- 1:11:56She's like, I seen you when you took off and then when everybody
- 1:11:59came through, I saw you that time.
- 1:12:01Then I didn't see you no more. And then she saw a medical cart
- 1:12:03go by. She saw a medical cart.
- 1:12:05Hey, there goes Frank. She was freaking.
- 1:12:07Out Hey, you know what happened, 'cause I when I went by or my
- 1:12:10bike stalled and I got it back going, didn't have to kick it.
- 1:12:12I just got it. Back going and I was able to go
- 1:12:15and I was I was off in the woods.
- 1:12:16She you're not going to see me. You see me once and you're going
- 1:12:19to see me for another 30 minutes or so depending on how long the
- 1:12:21lap is. So she didn't realize that she
- 1:12:24so she thought that was me that fucking crashed.
- 1:12:27He did. He did.
- 1:12:28When I basically came off and it was I think the second lap,
- 1:12:31because they were 13, three laps or whatever, two hours.
- 1:12:36I came back and she saw me coming up.
- 1:12:37She's like, oh. Dave, go right there.
- 1:12:39She's like. She's like, Nope, not doing it
- 1:12:41no more. Can't come out.
- 1:12:43I'm sorry. I came out and seen you once.
- 1:12:44I can't do it no more. You was wearing the hell out of
- 1:12:46me. I'm like, Mom, I'm fine.
- 1:12:48I'm good like that's. You can't.
- 1:12:51You don't need it. You're good.
- 1:12:52It's. Like I'm good, but it's fun.
- 1:12:54It's adrenaline rush though. JJ Yeah.
- 1:12:57What craziness are you doing, man?
- 1:12:58Supermarket. That's the craziest.
- 1:13:01Thing I've ever been bad, the weird customers you know bro,
- 1:13:03the weirdest. You have some weird ass
- 1:13:09customers over at the Fresh Market.
- 1:13:10I'm not even gonna hold you. Like there was a dude who
- 1:13:14literally like. Touched one of the fucking like.
- 1:13:18Butcher ladies in the fucking store.
- 1:13:19He was shopping. Yeah, he was shopping.
- 1:13:20Touched her. Like touched.
- 1:13:21Her like he put like his hands. Around her shoulders and oh,
- 1:13:25it's not good. It's.
- 1:13:26Not good either. Yeah, like some salmon.
- 1:13:29About the. Best Buy department.
- 1:13:31It was like. It was in the meat department,
- 1:13:32not the. Same.
- 1:13:33Oh yeah, the meat department. You want some salmon?
- 1:13:38It was so weird, but we was all on high alert that day because
- 1:13:40it's like if he comes back, like his ass is going to be in the
- 1:13:43fucking grinder. That's crazy, grocery.
- 1:13:46Store So what do you do after the grocery store?
- 1:13:48Like what do you get up to? Right now I've been well thanks
- 1:13:51to this dude here. Like I've been doing like a
- 1:13:54bunch of like, Sarasota Orchestra shit.
- 1:13:56Easy, easy. Whoa, hey.
- 1:13:59You've been making music a favorite in Sarasota.
- 1:14:03Nah, I'm a production assistant like this.
- 1:14:05One thanks like let me let me reinforce it I was.
- 1:14:08Trying to get him off of it like.
- 1:14:10I'm sorry. What else in the Sarasota
- 1:14:12Orchestra do you do? Can you tell me?
- 1:14:15Sure, I know, but you know. They're very He makes it in his
- 1:14:19basement. We're probably fine, but they're
- 1:14:21just, you know, they're they are a little hoity toity.
- 1:14:23I guess this episode hasn't been too bad, but I.
- 1:14:27Love that place though, I've been like putting in work.
- 1:14:30There no, we're definitely we're we're moving to 1st towards some
- 1:14:33stuff. We I, we, we got a a book
- 1:14:35published. Yep.
- 1:14:37I say that as a team because I can never do that stuff without
- 1:14:39you guys. It's a good book, though got a
- 1:14:41screenplay that we're going to film a movie this summer.
- 1:14:43Yep, we're actually in the next week or two.
- 1:14:46You're locally going out to do the.
- 1:14:48Chess. He's in the movie.
- 1:14:49Yes, JJ, and so are you. He's the.
- 1:14:52He's the lead. He's the lead and you're also in
- 1:14:54the movie. That's.
- 1:14:55Legit. That's legit.
- 1:14:57Frank's, Frank's on the production crew.
- 1:14:59He's helping to where it's like, yeah, yeah.
- 1:15:02What channel my inner John Lithgow with the bad guy.
- 1:15:06Is he the? Easy.
- 1:15:09No, no. Do you want to check it out?
- 1:15:11Go on Amazon. Look up, look up, look up.
- 1:15:13Stay. If you want to be, if you want
- 1:15:14us to be spoiled, that's the book.
- 1:15:17Is he stay put it that way. Well, no, nobody, nobody stay.
- 1:15:21That's the moral of the. I know, but you get where I'm
- 1:15:25going from. With the with the because.
- 1:15:27He's in the movie, he's the main.
- 1:15:28He's the main character, he's one of the three characters.
- 1:15:30OK, that's why I was asking. Yeah, he's not.
- 1:15:33He's not. He's not the the doofus.
- 1:15:35OK from The Cave. OK, OK, OK.
- 1:15:37No. I get who he is.
- 1:15:38Though we need a doofus. That's we have not casted that
- 1:15:41role. The script's done.
- 1:15:43The place where we're shooting is done.
- 1:15:45We have all the cameras, we have a producer, we're ready to go.
- 1:15:47We just don't have that role cast, I think.
- 1:15:49I've got a doofus so like worried.
- 1:15:51About me doing this. I don't, and that's what I think
- 1:15:55I was going to say. That's what the show probably
- 1:15:56over the next. I don't know what the schedule's
- 1:15:58going to be. I, I want to get us together as
- 1:16:00much as possible because I miss this and it's fun and I feel
- 1:16:04like it's good for all of us just for our mental health.
- 1:16:07You have Frank, Frank, I know you champion it.
- 1:16:10No ones ever. Every single time we all
- 1:16:13Fortnite. We had.
- 1:16:14We've had all we. Gotta.
- 1:16:15Do is just record and just I know.
- 1:16:19We've had but if you're going to do it, do it.
- 1:16:21And that's what I'm about. And because I.
- 1:16:22Look on. But I was saying do it so we
- 1:16:24could get into the. Get back into the.
- 1:16:27Yeah, start there. We just recording this shit and
- 1:16:30if it sounds good later on when we.
- 1:16:32I was trying to make sure we had other stuff above and beyond.
- 1:16:34Which I respect. And and you know certain things.
- 1:16:37Warm us up pregame. Us, I knew at some point we'd be
- 1:16:40laughing and you'd reach back out and say, hey, you know what?
- 1:16:42This is what we're about. It was timing.
- 1:16:44You have to have things you. Have things that we're moving
- 1:16:46and now things are moving as far as like what we want to do for
- 1:16:49real, for real in a direction that we haven't been in a
- 1:16:52decade. So yeah, it's been an
- 1:16:55interesting, it's been interesting year and I wanted to
- 1:16:57just kind of drop a show and come back.
- 1:16:58We didn't need to be over the top or have a big production.
- 1:17:00That'll be like next time once we have a set schedule too,
- 1:17:04we'll know what's going on. But I think I will get.
- 1:17:06Do you still. You don't have any kind of game
- 1:17:08console now, do you? Now that Ed is an adult, moved
- 1:17:12out, no. An adult moved out.
- 1:17:14See it's hard to get because he used to jump on and do the
- 1:17:15twitches too and stuff but now and if it's PS five and.
- 1:17:19I mean, even if it's not twitching, it's just US audio.
- 1:17:21That's what I was saying. Like even if it's not, yeah, we
- 1:17:23know we point in, but. People get set into a habit or a
- 1:17:27pattern. When you take a shower, you dry
- 1:17:29your body off the same exact way every time.
- 1:17:32So check that out the next time. Maybe you hop out the shower
- 1:17:34like, oh man, you know what? I do go my back.
- 1:17:37First you noticed that? Yeah.
- 1:17:38You do and people are going to do that.
- 1:17:40You get. Used to getting a routine.
- 1:17:42So it takes like 3 weeks to make a new habit, break a old habit.
- 1:17:46When I, I work, I come home, I get dinner ready and then I've
- 1:17:51got two hours. And then after that the
- 1:17:53baseball's on. And I, I invest in baseball and
- 1:17:56I, I watch a lot of sports. Is the sports Bureau.
- 1:18:01And that's from 7:00 until 10:00.
- 1:18:03And then I'm doing all of my research on the cards and people
- 1:18:06that I'm buying and selling. I do all of that during the
- 1:18:09game. Then it's 10:00 Now I I hit
- 1:18:12TikTok for half an hour and. You know, we got so much
- 1:18:15technology nowadays, we can multitask.
- 1:18:19Yeah, You can have ATV over here, got your baseball plan.
- 1:18:22You can have your phone right here with your Discord in your
- 1:18:24ear. Yeah.
- 1:18:25And just be talking to us while you're doing all that shit.
- 1:18:27Yeah. But we ain't got to know you
- 1:18:29doing it, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:18:32I'm in my Hello Kitty box. Frank's telling on himself is
- 1:18:35what Frank's doing. I'm not telling, I'm just trying
- 1:18:37to get the ball rolling like. You could be doing anything you
- 1:18:41want. You could be naked.
- 1:18:42You could be. GMFB again, it's the.
- 1:18:44Second, hey, Shannon Sharpe was on the podcast and he was doing
- 1:18:47something he wasn't supposed to be doing at the same time and he
- 1:18:50forgot the camera was. On true, true, true.
- 1:18:52It's it's amazing how fast you forget.
- 1:18:53I forget the camera's on I. Met him.
- 1:18:56Oh yeah, you got. Some stories his.
- 1:18:58Rookie year we, it was 94. It was the first year of the NFL
- 1:19:03experience where you get in line, you get autographs and
- 1:19:06they have it at the, the host stadium.
- 1:19:10So we, we get in line. I waited 1212 hours for Drew,
- 1:19:18for Drew Bledsoe autograph. So you get in line and there's
- 1:19:21three dudes up at the panel and you only get one autograph.
- 1:19:26So if you know your guy's coming up at 4:00 and it's 11, you got
- 1:19:28to sit, you got to wait. So here comes one guy, here
- 1:19:31comes another guy and we get a little closer.
- 1:19:33We get a little closer and now I've got pictures.
- 1:19:36There's Drew. I can't wait, man.
- 1:19:39He's got him hype. I got my jersey from the sign.
- 1:19:42I know it's going to. Happen.
- 1:19:44Shannon Sharpe is also there rookie and he's twiddling his
- 1:19:50thumbs. Waiting for somebody to.
- 1:19:52Waiting for someone to come up and say I wanted your autograph.
- 1:19:55So he sits there and we're like the next group.
- 1:19:58It's me. It was Mark and his pregnant
- 1:20:00wife, nine months pregnant. She had the baby like the week
- 1:20:03after. Right there on the table.
- 1:20:05We're using herbs at our advantage.
- 1:20:07You know who says no for an autograph to a pregnant lady,
- 1:20:09right? Prager's using as the shield.
- 1:20:12Jeff Blake didn't like white people.
- 1:20:14Forgive me. Jeff Blake loved himself a
- 1:20:16pretty white girl. And he wouldn't.
- 1:20:18He wouldn't give autographs to nobody for nothing.
- 1:20:20He was a quarterback for the Bengals, man.
- 1:20:22Hey, Mr. Blake. Sorry, brother, the wrong parts.
- 1:20:25Hey, Mr. Blake, sorry, man. So Kelly's a cute girl and we're
- 1:20:30like, hey, man, would you sneak over there?
- 1:20:32And he puts an arm around her, and then she looks over and
- 1:20:36points at us and he's like, ah, you fuckers got it.
- 1:20:41So we get Shannon. Shannon's next, and a little
- 1:20:47girl walks up to him, and his eyes, he swells up.
- 1:20:52Man, that man swelled when he was a rookie.
- 1:20:54Oh no. Yeah, he's always looked.
- 1:20:55Jacked. He always looked jacked.
- 1:20:58Some I don't fear many men That man puts his hands on me.
- 1:21:01I'm going to be in a bad place. Shannon was cock diesel so he's
- 1:21:05sitting there and his eyes get all big.
- 1:21:07He swells up and she gives him a card and he takes the card and
- 1:21:10he puts it in front of him it. Was Drew Breast and.
- 1:21:13His and his face goes straight down.
- 1:21:16Man, that's my brother. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:21:19Cuz he had her older brother. Older brother.
- 1:21:22So she gave him his brothers card to sign and he signed it.
- 1:21:26Any way for her signed? It so I yeah, the last name is
- 1:21:30right. It's close enough.
- 1:21:31I got Bledsoe and then I got Shannon.
- 1:21:34It's a sexy autograph. That guy could play football.
- 1:21:36You could probably sell that Sterling Sharp signed by Shannon
- 1:21:39Sharp card for something because it's a weird.
- 1:21:41Car but probably remember he probably would remember that
- 1:21:44story. I collect autographs.
- 1:21:45He would. And you know what?
- 1:21:46Because it's. So it's like.
- 1:21:48That's what's cool. About two hours ago we talked
- 1:21:51about delivering information and having it welcomed and being
- 1:21:56able to relate and to make someone comfortable.
- 1:21:58You get better return, right? If I go up to you and say, hey,
- 1:22:01Frank, can I get an autograph that's I'm going to get a return
- 1:22:05on how are he's feeling that day?
- 1:22:07But I know the Frank runs motocross.
- 1:22:11So I go yo Frank, that race you had last year on the on the in
- 1:22:15November when you went over that berm man and you went.
- 1:22:19Over to berm. And I saw your tail lights.
- 1:22:21He's like, oh man, I remember that race now it's.
- 1:22:24Personal you got knocked in, now it's.
- 1:22:26Personal. And so the autographs that I
- 1:22:28get, I met Kevin Smith who ran up Virginia Tech.
- 1:22:31It was a running back drafted by the the Lions and he was going
- 1:22:34to be a stud. I watched him in Vitek because I
- 1:22:37watched a lot of sports. So he had just played.
- 1:22:40He he he gets drafted. I was like, hey, man, that game
- 1:22:43against Virginia when you went to the left and you did the Okie
- 1:22:47doke, the old two wing and a biscuit on Thuler.
- 1:22:51And he's like, man, I remember that game.
- 1:22:53Yeah. And he had three touchdowns.
- 1:22:55He grabs my mini, my mini football and he tagged the
- 1:22:58entire panel. He tagged it via tech, whatever,
- 1:23:01whatever, 34 and then he wrote shit about that game and we get
- 1:23:06out of the line and I'm with with people that also collect
- 1:23:08and Brian was like, let me see your ball.
- 1:23:11And I show him and he's like, I just got Kevin Smith on mine.
- 1:23:14He goes, how the hell did you get the whole thing tagged?
- 1:23:16Because it's it relates. And then now I wanted, I want
- 1:23:20you to remember. And I've got stories like that
- 1:23:23with. Like I believe if you was to get
- 1:23:25into his comments at the podcast and say some shit, I he'd
- 1:23:29remember it, I guarantee you for sure.
- 1:23:31Or like, hey, I want to give this to you because it meant so
- 1:23:34much to me, blah, blah, blah. You remember this day or
- 1:23:36whatever, I guarantee he. Might we ever have a chance to
- 1:23:38talk to? Him worse, I mean give you
- 1:23:39something worth way more than that card.
- 1:23:41They would remember the devil race back then.
- 1:23:45The oh man, he, he played the outfield white guy.
- 1:23:52Oh my Lord, he hits three home runs.
- 1:23:54I was in the, I was at the game. I was in the outfield.
- 1:23:58He hits three home runs. The last home run, a lady takes
- 1:24:01a header. She's on her phone.
- 1:24:02She doesn't pay attention. The section stands up because
- 1:24:05what's that guy's name? And she takes it right off the
- 1:24:10head blame. And the medical people come out
- 1:24:12with like a little lunch bag, lunch box size, medical
- 1:24:16supplies, You know, they come out and make sure that they're
- 1:24:18OK. He remembered the game.
- 1:24:21So I meet him down in Port Charlotte.
- 1:24:23I met Logan Morrison down there and another kid.
- 1:24:30And there he is. So I'm walking by and he's
- 1:24:32signing the ball. And so my boy and I get up
- 1:24:35there, Joey, and he see signs. I said, you remember the the
- 1:24:40game where you hit three home runs?
- 1:24:41People remember things like that.
- 1:24:43He's like, yeah, man, I remember that game.
- 1:24:45I sat in the outfield and the you blasted a lady right in the
- 1:24:48head. She took a header because she
- 1:24:49was playing on her phone. And that third game against the
- 1:24:52Kansas City Royals, he's like, man, I remember that game and
- 1:24:55everything around him melted. It was just him and me, and it
- 1:24:59was personal. And I just, that's how I get
- 1:25:02down anyway, in my personal life or my professional.
- 1:25:04Life. That's how he makes 10 grand a
- 1:25:05month in Pokémon that. Wrote on it Headbanger.
- 1:25:08What? It was.
- 1:25:10But they all, they all remember. And then you let him know when
- 1:25:12Wiley Mulpenya wouldn't sign for me and he was with Adam Dunn for
- 1:25:17the for the Reds and that my son is in my he was a child, a baby.
- 1:25:21So I got little Ed in my hands. He walks by and say, Mr. Mr.
- 1:25:25Pena, come on, autograph. He's like, Nah, Nah, Nah.
- 1:25:28And Adam Dunn was a prolific home run hitter and he never
- 1:25:31signed. So he's with this guy.
- 1:25:33He's a rookie. We're kind of a rookie.
- 1:25:35He says Nah, Nah, Nah. I said, Willie, if you don't
- 1:25:38sign, you're going to get traded.
- 1:25:40So don't get traded, man. Come on, man.
- 1:25:41Sign. He's like, Nope.
- 1:25:42And I was like, you're going to get traded.
- 1:25:44He got traded that night to the Boston Red Sox, you know.
- 1:25:49He remembers that for. He remembers that for.
- 1:25:51The rest of his. Life he probably thinks you you
- 1:25:53might be someone in the organization like boy, you
- 1:25:55better. I've been waiting to.
- 1:25:55See him since then? I've.
- 1:25:57Been waiting to see him. Did he get traded to a shitty
- 1:26:00team? He.
- 1:26:01Got he stole Derek Jeter's. Allegedly, he took his batting
- 1:26:07gloves and stuff when he was a rookie out of DJ's locker
- 1:26:12because they were worth something, because DJ's the man.
- 1:26:15And so he came up and they off you go.
- 1:26:17You got to go. You can't steal shit.
- 1:26:19Jesus, you got to go because he's a rookie.
- 1:26:22Insight on that before you said that he was going to get.
- 1:26:24Traded. I knew I well, no, no, I didn't
- 1:26:26know he was going to get traded, but.
- 1:26:27But you knew about the scandal or the.
- 1:26:29I knew about what happened Once Upon a I didn't bring that up to
- 1:26:31him, but there is I could talk about this forever, big as you
- 1:26:35make it personal. Bill Buckner.
- 1:26:37You ever hear that? That name?
- 1:26:38Bill White, The. White first baseman for the
- 1:26:40Boston. It's notorious because the ball
- 1:26:41went through his his legs and he lost the World Series and they
- 1:26:44ran him out of town, but it really wasn't his fault.
- 1:26:47But there's 3 plays in that game that cost them that game.
- 1:26:50It wasn't. Him, but that one is.
- 1:26:52But it was a It was a Little League hit, a baby little AT
- 1:26:55ball hit that he just blew. He could have done that with his
- 1:26:58eyes closed. He was at the White Sox field
- 1:27:02and again chasing autographs. I met Frank Thomas and Karkeweis
- 1:27:06and and Robin Ventura. Danny Tarbell was a was a bull.
- 1:27:12And so here's here's Buckner. And he was there as a not part
- 1:27:18of the team. He wasn't a White Sox, but he
- 1:27:19was there with the whatever reason why he was there.
- 1:27:22Mr. Buckner. I grew up up north.
- 1:27:24Mr. Buckner. How about an autograph?
- 1:27:26Always first, Mr. this Mr. Not, not Frank, you know.
- 1:27:29Hey, Mr. Cherokee, how about this?
- 1:27:32So I know how to speak appropriately.
- 1:27:34And Buckner was like, Nah, man, no autographs.
- 1:27:36All right. You know, I grew up north, Mr.
- 1:27:39Buckner, and it was kind of intimate.
- 1:27:41It wasn't. It was the the three fields.
- 1:27:44The open spot was as big as where we are.
- 1:27:46So they came and went through the grass.
- 1:27:49So you saw them. I lived up north, man.
- 1:27:52It was, you know, it meant something to me.
- 1:27:54And I I appreciate your, your career.
- 1:27:56I'm, I'm not signing your ball. All right, Mr. Buckner, have a
- 1:27:59super day. So he turns and leaves.
- 1:28:02He's walking away. And the other, he said no to not
- 1:28:05just me, but two other people that took offense to it.
- 1:28:09He's walking away. They take a ball and they throw
- 1:28:13it at him. And by fate of the gods, the
- 1:28:16ball went right through his legs.
- 1:28:19So he's walking away and he sees a ball dribble.
- 1:28:21Right in between. His legs and he stopped.
- 1:28:24Look at my hair standing up. He stops and he sees the ball
- 1:28:28and it makes his body. He stops and he hangs his head
- 1:28:33and he he just jerks to turn around.
- 1:28:36He he wants to see if he's. Going to hurt somebody.
- 1:28:39And then he hung his head again and he he walked away.
- 1:28:42That was brutal. And was because it was memory of
- 1:28:45the ball going right between your legs, man.
- 1:28:47And I got to watch that with my eyes.
- 1:28:49I got to watch him feel. The next time you see him,
- 1:28:52you're like, you remember that time you didn't sign that ball
- 1:28:54and the balls that. Ball go.
- 1:28:55Between your legs. How about you sign this one
- 1:28:57please? That's what.
- 1:29:00You what you get. It wasn't me.
- 1:29:01I've seen them do it. Bring the children and bring
- 1:29:04cute girls, which I was never short supply of either.
- 1:29:08So you use that. You bring a Spanish girl, a
- 1:29:10black girl, whatever. You use what you got I here.
- 1:29:14I don't care where they're from. But the old lady spoke Spanish.
- 1:29:18She's she's from Peru. You don't think I use a cute
- 1:29:21girl put in front of me? Hey.
- 1:29:22Oh, yeah. Hey.
- 1:29:22Benito Benguis Plato. And.
- 1:29:25They come up and you white fucker, you got me.
- 1:29:29Yeah, OK. Like, all right, you're smart.
- 1:29:31You got. It you.
- 1:29:32Win. Hell yeah.
- 1:29:33Use it to my advantage. I'm a crock.
- 1:29:38Do what I got to do to get to what I need man.
- 1:29:40Try not to hurt people. But.
- 1:29:42Just want to autograph. That's it.
- 1:29:46That's all I wanted. A little scream.
- 1:29:48Marino. I got him on a helmet.
- 1:29:50Oh, man. He was hammer drunk the night
- 1:29:52before. We drank with him at the
- 1:29:54Dolphin. Drank with Marino?
- 1:29:55Yeah, yeah. And his autograph was rough.
- 1:30:00I mean. It was rough.
- 1:30:02I had Sonny Jurgensen's wife hide behind her husband because
- 1:30:06I rolled up on him. He was an old Redskin, you know,
- 1:30:10a legend back in the 70s and stuff.
- 1:30:11He's old, so I see him Cost $300 to stay at the Dolphin for a
- 1:30:16room. So four of us chip in to get a
- 1:30:19room because that's where the quarterback challenge was being
- 1:30:22held. That was the Jeff Blake not
- 1:30:23liking white dudes and only white girls.
- 1:30:25So that happened there. Steve Young comes back faded.
- 1:30:29He's BYU. He doesn't drink faded, faded.
- 1:30:33So Sonny Jurgis is there. We're inside the like the
- 1:30:36ballroom. That's where we were drinking
- 1:30:38with inside the lobby. It's beautiful and they're
- 1:30:41Sonny. I weighed, oh man, 400 lbs,
- 1:30:44maybe more. I was I was huge at the time.
- 1:30:46So I roll up on him. I'm 6/2 at 400.
- 1:30:49I look like a lineman and I'm making my way to him.
- 1:30:52Hey Mr. Jurgensen. And she grabbed her old man's
- 1:30:56arm. And slung.
- 1:30:57Right to the back of his body because he was a bigger dude.
- 1:30:59He was like, no, no, no, you're OK.
- 1:31:01I'm not going to hurt you. Did you sign my autograph?
- 1:31:03Did I get an autograph? Man, the crazy stories.
- 1:31:07All those autographs. Baseball, football, basketball.
- 1:31:11I sold basketball tickets to Shaq's rookie year.
- 1:31:17I was in Orlando. I, I boxed up there and I, I
- 1:31:20worked, I lived up there for about two years and tickets went
- 1:31:23on sale. They never made the playoffs.
- 1:31:24It was a new team. So Shaq's in.
- 1:31:27So I got this Jewish massage therapist was in an accident.
- 1:31:31So I have this massage therapist, I mean, a Jews Jew,
- 1:31:35like he's, he had glorious curly hair, was super Hebrew.
- 1:31:39God bless him. His name's Ishmael, still alive.
- 1:31:42I'm going to put you guys on in front of him so you can see it
- 1:31:45and he'll tell you the story. Ishmael got harassed by Marvin
- 1:31:48Hagler, but that's a different conversation.
- 1:31:51That's a legit story too. First ish in Orlando, I get
- 1:31:55tickets. I'm hustling back then, man.
- 1:31:57I've been hustling since I was a kid.
- 1:31:59Selling. Selling.
- 1:32:00Every day. Every day I'm hustling.
- 1:32:02Yeah, just a real hustle. Man, for real.
- 1:32:04So wait, I get these tickets and I'm ready to sell.
- 1:32:06So I go to Orlando. I go to TD Waterhouse and it's
- 1:32:08in a grimy. Spot most of these.
- 1:32:10I've seen the game there a few games.
- 1:32:11So it's not the best area. The stadiums never are.
- 1:32:14And I got 20 tickets to sell. I got him for 100.
- 1:32:17You know, I'm selling for three I'm making.
- 1:32:19I'm just stacking chips. Car rolls up, we're near the
- 1:32:23overpass and Ishmael, I see him wave at me and the car is full.
- 1:32:28And it it's gang affiliated. It's all he gets in the car with
- 1:32:33my tickets. He's got some, I got some.
- 1:32:36He gets in the car and was like, oh shit, my man's about to get
- 1:32:39murdered. Like they're going to rob him.
- 1:32:41No, no, they don't play. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:32:43Name Name me any gang in any city that plays because they.
- 1:32:46Don't play. So they their set was theirs.
- 1:32:49So I I got to go over there and and so they waved me over.
- 1:32:55They make me get in the car, get in the car.
- 1:32:59I'm telling I'm not asking, get in the car.
- 1:33:02And I look at Ish and I look at him and I get in the car and I'm
- 1:33:06in the front seat. He's in the back seat with three
- 1:33:07dudes and I'm in the front seat with two dudes.
- 1:33:11I boxed then I'm man. It's whatever you want, whenever
- 1:33:14you want to bring a friend, but seven bangers.
- 1:33:17No, no, man, wrong day. No, no, they end up how many
- 1:33:22tickets you got? I got.
- 1:33:25You see him? I'm already what?
- 1:33:28What man? I'm exposed because my man
- 1:33:30already put me. He's going to get me crimed up
- 1:33:32right? So I got 20 tickets.
- 1:33:35They buy the tickets. I don't get murdered.
- 1:33:38They actually buy the tickets. Car goes off.
- 1:33:42Ishmael is 5-6 on a best day. Tom Cruise is is Shaq compared
- 1:33:46to this. He's a little man.
- 1:33:48He he was, he was diesel. He was really strong, but he was
- 1:33:51short. The car pulls off, goes
- 1:33:54underneath the overpass and I grab this one by his shirt and I
- 1:33:57pick him off the ground. And I was like, what the fuck
- 1:34:00are you trying to do? You trying to get me killed,
- 1:34:02man? And he's like, look, I'm sorry.
- 1:34:04I'm sorry. I was like, you don't know what
- 1:34:05I know, man. This is not the right thing.
- 1:34:07Bad choice. That was Shaq's.
- 1:34:10This dude was used to live in New York.
- 1:34:12Ishmael did driving down the city, says him.
- 1:34:17And he cuts off this cargo truck like a delivery truck.
- 1:34:23And so the cargo truck throws it gets in front of him and some
- 1:34:29point Ish is in behind him. Ish gets out of the car and
- 1:34:32rolls up to the van, bangs on the van.
- 1:34:38You know, he cut me off and blah blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,
- 1:34:39blah. Running his mouth.
- 1:34:41It's Marvin Hagler. The door opens.
- 1:34:45He doesn't know it's Marvin Hagler.
- 1:34:47Yeah, he was a world champion boxer.
- 1:34:49The door opens and it's Hagler's team.
- 1:34:52Hops out of the car like it's a kidnap scene from a from a
- 1:34:55hostage movie. Yokes him up and says I just
- 1:34:59saved your life. Do you know who?
- 1:35:01That person is. And Ishmael doesn't know.
- 1:35:03And now he's feet are dangling again.
- 1:35:05But probably he probably got dangled a lot.
- 1:35:06He was a little dude. He's like, that's Marvin Hagler,
- 1:35:09man, I just saved your life. And puts puts him down.
- 1:35:13The door shuts. And they drive and.
- 1:35:15They drive and he's sitting in the middle of whatever St.
- 1:35:17almost got his ass kicked by Marvin Hagler.
- 1:35:19Tell the story. Tell the story, he.
- 1:35:22Said Marvin Hagler. But I didn't give a goddamn.
- 1:35:24He cut me off. Marvin Hagler.
- 1:35:27You never know who you're going. To bump into.
- 1:35:30The world. Love autographs?
- 1:35:32Mocked you across the floor? What?
- 1:35:34You mean I got Joe's autograph? He don't now that's mine.
- 1:35:38Oh, by the way, he saw how he looked at you.
- 1:35:42Like, I've never sold an autograph that I personally
- 1:35:46obtain. This is my collection.
- 1:35:47Those are my autographs. Those are mine.
- 1:35:51So I won't sell his boy's autograph.
- 1:35:55I got an autograph or one of one when he was like 6, maybe
- 1:36:00younger than that, and he drew a Goku Vegeta.
- 1:36:04He drew a Dragon Ball painting, like a drawing, and he
- 1:36:09autographed it on the bottom. He put a little football on
- 1:36:11there because I like sports and he was so little.
- 1:36:14So I showed him that picture recently.
- 1:36:15I was like, man, you remember this?
- 1:36:16He's like, Oh my God. It's kind of, man, I'm just
- 1:36:21going to put my son through college, man, you need to get
- 1:36:23famous. You do something.
- 1:36:25Keep selling them Pokémon cards. That's it.
- 1:36:27Until then, get back to work man.
- 1:36:29That's crazy bro. I have to send him a message.
- 1:36:32Hey man, see you at work. Shift starts at 7:00 on Tuesday.
- 1:36:37Yes, All right. That's it's he's learning and
- 1:36:40that's all I care about so. All.
- 1:36:45Right. So I think I'm going to be with
- 1:36:47you guys because he has no video games for the streaming.
- 1:36:51We'll start locking in that kind of schedule.
- 1:36:53So we're always. We can all play the show if
- 1:36:56someone has Xbox. No, he can play it on PS because
- 1:37:03it's a PS2 game, but it's a it's PS five it well, yeah, PS 5 was
- 1:37:08like it's a but the show is. A it's a PlayStation Studios.
- 1:37:11Yeah, yeah. So he should be able to play it
- 1:37:12for sure. So.
- 1:37:14We're we can play it on cloud and.
- 1:37:16Stuff, I think we, yeah, we definitely, we want to bring the
- 1:37:18Twitch back. I talked about the consignment,
- 1:37:22that volume broker. I just got a message from them
- 1:37:25that said that the 21 day turn around time is now 5 weeks
- 1:37:29because of the demand. So the fact that we're talking
- 1:37:31about it and then I get an e-mail.
- 1:37:33It just pushed it back for you, yeah.
- 1:37:34It's going to be 5 weeks turn around now, like the PSA, it
- 1:37:37takes four months, five months to get your cards back.
- 1:37:40It used to be a month. And now the demand, you can't,
- 1:37:43you can't keep up with it. All right, well, that's five
- 1:37:47weeks. So if I send it in now, I got a
- 1:37:48bean rookie card, he's got to be good five weeks from now,
- 1:37:52otherwise I'm going to take it in the face.
- 1:37:54Right. Yeah, yeah.
- 1:37:55So yeah, if he's see when you send, he's good when you send
- 1:37:57them. All out there needs to be
- 1:37:58another. He's crap.
- 1:38:00Certifying. Body he should be locked in
- 1:38:02right when you like whatever I send in it should be locked in
- 1:38:05at that point no matter if he goes up or down the.
- 1:38:07Service that they offer is, so there's value in it as I've
- 1:38:10explained. Yeah, but it's yeah.
- 1:38:12But now if I sell it myself, I won't get the same.
- 1:38:14I just won't get the. Same because they know the same
- 1:38:16thing. You're you're typing in.
- 1:38:18If JJ goes to look for a bean rookie card, he can see every
- 1:38:22listing on eBay for the bean rookie card.
- 1:38:25He types in 2013 bean Auto, and there it is.
- 1:38:30Yeah, every single one. Holographed with the headphone.
- 1:38:32See it that way? But that's just you.
- 1:38:35You're. That's one.
- 1:38:37View. If there's 50,000 people that
- 1:38:40follow him, that's. A vegan.
- 1:38:42Hollow, that is a vegan. Hollow.
- 1:38:43That's a. Rare.

- 1:38:53The whole episode it's like this has been friendly or all nice to
- 1:38:55each other. Well, he went along with the
- 1:38:57card. So I mean, we got to spruce the
- 1:38:59card up. It's it's a one of one.
- 1:39:02Limited edition. Limited edition it's got his
- 1:39:03headphones on, glasses that's. Vegan hollow bro.
- 1:39:06Yes, legit and it's got blue chip.
- 1:39:08You put a. Bowl on the draw one.
- 1:39:11I'm commissioning him on Tuesday.
- 1:39:13It's like, look, man, I need your old man on a card, so Draw
- 1:39:16Something that size. I need Sabra hummus.
- 1:39:19I need pretzel chips. Blue blue corn.
- 1:39:21Chips, Blue corn chips, not the pretzel chip, Blue corn chips,
- 1:39:25hummus and a pair of headphones. Headphones around while the
- 1:39:29other headphones are on his knees.
- 1:39:30Exactly. Now we're sliding back in.
- 1:39:32It took it took an hour and a half, but we're getting there.
- 1:39:35Oh yeah, we're getting there. I'm.
- 1:39:37Back. It's like, yeah, I feel it now.
- 1:39:41Oh, that is in the works. Telling you, bro, I'm going to
- 1:39:44try to turn this around and have this up tomorrow if you can.
- 1:39:50No pressure, because I know you don't work well on the pressure
- 1:39:52and you're very creative and you like your creative freedom.
- 1:39:54You mean the last minute stuff? Yeah, not a big last minute.
- 1:39:56Dude, no you're not, but if you have anything in the chamber or
- 1:39:59any recordings I might not have of any Murdoch concerts.
- 1:40:03If you can get one to me before tomorrow.
- 1:40:05What would you if you could if you could request one?
- 1:40:10Because I think that's a good way to go out because then we
- 1:40:11don't even get to hear it. We get you guys get to, you know
- 1:40:13what I mean? They'll get to hear it.
- 1:40:15Right, I'm going. To we're going to crush a remix
- 1:40:18about being and the vegan hollow I just need to find the song so
- 1:40:23let's. Yeah.
- 1:40:23So just shoot me. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:40:25Before you pass out at some point tonight.
- 1:40:28I'll be the next song I hear. We're working on apps for coming
- 1:40:34this summer. I have to show you something and
- 1:40:35then something for actual being a Superbad because I think what
- 1:40:39I'm going to try to do is take, I think we take the show back
- 1:40:43live again when we do it here, like how we do the Twitch stuff.
- 1:40:47But Oh yeah cuz the podcast thing took over and everyone,
- 1:40:50everyone, their mom does a podcast now and it's gross.
- 1:40:52It's crazy bro, it's so. Crazy.
- 1:40:54And it's how the tables have turned.
- 1:40:55It's right and. You don't want to be that person
- 1:40:58to be like, man, we started that shit. 1st the dude before we
- 1:41:01started, but remember the, the guy, the guy I told you I ran
- 1:41:04into, we're sitting there after every time.
- 1:41:06He's like, it's kind of crazy to think how ahead of everything
- 1:41:09you guys were, Hon, if you would have just timed that right,
- 1:41:11you'll all be millionaires. And I was like, I wanted to, I
- 1:41:13wanted to just right in the throat.
- 1:41:16You, you know what the guy I'm talking about because you're
- 1:41:18the, the hippie looking guy. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, right in
- 1:41:20his. Face, you know what I'm saying?
- 1:41:22Thanks for reminding. Me, you're a genius but your
- 1:41:24timing sucks like aw. Man your timing sucks.
- 1:41:26You should have said that shit right?
- 1:41:31How about that for timing? I'm on time today, aren't I
- 1:41:35Slap. I'll be yeah, the show's the
- 1:41:37show's going to start. We're really going to get into
- 1:41:39like the movie and everything that we've got going on there.
- 1:41:43And I think me and Murdoch have a have have something that we're
- 1:41:46cooking that's going to be beneficial for all of us at some
- 1:41:50point in this room. But.
- 1:41:51You do have. Bro, there's no doubt about that
- 1:41:54because like we like we literally just said, look at how
- 1:41:57everything has turned. Like it's almost like somebody
- 1:42:01was like everybody that was around us, that's not around us
- 1:42:04don't want off and tow some shit.
- 1:42:05And now they're all doing the shit and we like, hold on, all
- 1:42:08these podcasts and all these crypto coins and all this crap
- 1:42:11that we were doing and stuff when the wave had just started
- 1:42:13and. Stuff.
- 1:42:14That's why I'm like, we got to do the show because we're OG.
- 1:42:16We were before podcaster, we were on Twitch getting in
- 1:42:18trouble because you weren't allowed to do talk on Twitch and
- 1:42:20now that's all anybody does. There's like no games anymore
- 1:42:23on. Twitch that we couldn't say
- 1:42:25everybody's. Saying it now, it's weird and
- 1:42:27there's. Other platforms that allowing
- 1:42:28you to say stuff. Frustrating.
- 1:42:29Say it's like yo. You always find the trends, but
- 1:42:33you set the trend, you don't find them.
- 1:42:35They've. No, they everything that we've
- 1:42:37done is like, it's like, it sucks to say that it's like.
- 1:42:41But it's true, it's, it is frustrating, but it's happened
- 1:42:45so many times, Frank, in my life.
- 1:42:46I've been around for a few of them.
- 1:42:48Bubble bubble love sponge fucking us.
- 1:42:50Yep. I mean, I can just go on and on
- 1:42:53and on and on and on. Ripping our shit That's crazy
- 1:42:56bro. Like to be so, to be so small
- 1:42:59and to have to feel like your ideas have been like.
- 1:43:04And I think. The guy can pitch, right?
- 1:43:05So. So Bean can pitch and he's
- 1:43:09generational and legendary. But I'm playing for like the
- 1:43:11Cleveland Guardian. It's it's.
- 1:43:14Something. It's like Alla Iverson got all
- 1:43:17the Juke moves and can't really shoot well.
- 1:43:19You can shoot. It was something.
- 1:43:20Never got a ring. He's everybody.
- 1:43:21That's like I brag about you to this day with your head swollen
- 1:43:26up the size of a beast tree. But.
- 1:43:30You know you are you, you're an innovator, you forward think and
- 1:43:34you do set those trends. It's a matter of seeing it
- 1:43:38through and having the traction and then really putting it in,
- 1:43:45putting it in between 2 lines and keeping it there and it's a
- 1:43:49matter. Of time, I appreciate that it's
- 1:43:50not, but you guys are. You guys are all my muses
- 1:43:53though. I can't.
- 1:43:53I don't work well without having my, you know.
- 1:43:56And that is also. And you too, especially, you
- 1:43:59know, and like JJ just because I've only known you for a couple
- 1:44:01years, but like these guys I've known for decades plus, you
- 1:44:05know, like I've it's. And you just support those
- 1:44:07people and I support you guys. And I love you guys.
- 1:44:10You're my fan, as I'm saying like, So when you put that on
- 1:44:12me, I look at it as it's all of us, no matter what.
- 1:44:14So I take those compliments and I think that's all.
- 1:44:17I'm the dude that sits on a wall and when you point over and say,
- 1:44:19hey, man, I need you in here, all right, it's time.
- 1:44:23It's cool. Hey, you want?
- 1:44:24To clear a room. I'm always somewhere like, yeah,
- 1:44:27yeah, yeah. We might not be, you know, going
- 1:44:31whole, but anytime you're like, hey, Frank.
- 1:44:33Blah blah blah, let's go. No, I know.
- 1:44:34All right, let me just squeeze around.
- 1:44:36I'm there. Let's that's the messed up thing
- 1:44:38is what was when was that? When we tried to do the live
- 1:44:40streaming here when we did the gaming stuff last year or the, I
- 1:44:45think it was right around Christmas time I think, wouldn't
- 1:44:47it? I think that was a New Year's.
- 1:44:49OK, right. On New Year's, it was New
- 1:44:50Year's. Yeah.
- 1:44:51OK. It was a New Year's thing we
- 1:44:53brought. A new year thing.
- 1:44:54So that's the last time we did anything.
- 1:44:55If you want to check that. I think it's still on Twitch or
- 1:44:57it was on Twitch. I don't know how Twitch works
- 1:44:59with saving stuff anymore. Yeah, it might be I.
- 1:45:01Haven't actually. I actually.
- 1:45:02Watched that. Oh, but that's up on our
- 1:45:03podcast. Oh, you did.
- 1:45:04Yeah, that's up on our podcast stuff too.
- 1:45:06I think I put that up then that. One I think you got to get the
- 1:45:10one YouTube I can't even find I'm.
- 1:45:12Trying to get all this stuff together because we're going to
- 1:45:16we're bringing back unscientifically scientific and
- 1:45:19like the drunk stone sober stuff like we did.
- 1:45:22We've already we've got that lined up to do.
- 1:45:25We make you selling cars. You just hit the crazy thing in
- 1:45:32January. We came back to do that like we
- 1:45:33were already getting ready because after the summer stuff
- 1:45:37that happened and we were trying to to move everything.
- 1:45:39But you know, I take responsibility for that.
- 1:45:42But I and I appreciate you guys being loyal and still there
- 1:45:44because, you know, we have chemistry.
- 1:45:47We all have good ideas when we get together and everything we
- 1:45:50do, we do better than pretty much everybody else that does
- 1:45:52it. Here it is authentic, it's
- 1:45:54genuine, it's not. It doesn't feel.
- 1:45:55Promised. We're not in here trying.
- 1:45:57To no, we're not edited. There's four different people
- 1:45:59that four different. We do have chemistry and that
- 1:46:02goes a long way. I'm an old white guy and he's
- 1:46:04not and you wouldn't know that we didn't know each other.
- 1:46:07You know, like if we walked by see us walking down in a target,
- 1:46:11you know, like those guys aren't together.
- 1:46:13Not only. Are not.
- 1:46:14We're down. Like no.
- 1:46:15You're right. It's.
- 1:46:16I mean it's. Good chemistry.
- 1:46:18You you remember the you and I. It was our first day together of
- 1:46:22knowing each other. We did a show.
- 1:46:24It was I. Heart.
- 1:46:25I Heart. Yep.
- 1:46:26It's talking about when, when, when old boy came and I was on
- 1:46:28the other side of the table. Climb up the wall down there.
- 1:46:31When I said a white person that that acts black, there's a name
- 1:46:36for that. And then I think I said Oreo,
- 1:46:39no. I said it.
- 1:46:40Oh, a white person, you said a white person, not a the the.
- 1:46:43The Oreo, the white guy who, the white guy who acts black.
- 1:46:47And I said it as a, as a word because it's just a word to me,
- 1:46:50you know, that is what that is. And Bean and Glitter audibly
- 1:46:56gasped. They went, they couldn't believe
- 1:46:58I said it out loud. I was like what's wrong?
- 1:47:00Because I was sitting. And then I said it again, and
- 1:47:02because you're black and I'm like, what?
- 1:47:04And I say it again and two times they're like, holy shit, you
- 1:47:09know, he's black. Like they they.
- 1:47:12Thought it was going to be. Some, I think it was more of
- 1:47:15like he didn't know you and you didn't know him because you
- 1:47:18know. How I was going to rift off of.
- 1:47:19It yeah, backed up I. Mean, I think when you sit down
- 1:47:21with someone for 10 seconds. You can get a feel.
- 1:47:23For like. Well, me and him, you said
- 1:47:25torture Evan because Evan hated that.
- 1:47:27And we would sit there and make the most over the top on the
- 1:47:31nose racial jokes because it made Evan uncomfortable.
- 1:47:33And we would be like, you must be the racial, the racist one
- 1:47:36because me and Frank could say whatever we want to each other.
- 1:47:38And and Will was there and we would mess with will too and
- 1:47:41will would throw it right back. Will be like that's why I drive
- 1:47:43a low ride Honda Civic so I can pick tomatoes and.
- 1:47:46Evan be like. You can't say that.
- 1:47:49You guys hang on. Black Brian was we had that that
- 1:47:54cell phone store together and so I put them.
- 1:47:56That was the key too, when you was telling the stories about
- 1:47:59the cell phone store. And I'm like, this dude is damn
- 1:48:01near black because I remember like.
- 1:48:04He was like the Atlanta strip club stories and stuff and.
- 1:48:06The kiosks, that's what it is, that's all.
- 1:48:09Playing and Sprint phones. That's my life talk.
- 1:48:14About Atlanta. I was playing Atlanta.
- 1:48:15I ran basketball that on T-Mobile, they're running shoot
- 1:48:18in Atlanta, but but Black Bryant and I worked together and we
- 1:48:23would talk. About being related, that was
- 1:48:24my. Brother and these women and men
- 1:48:26would come up, and it was so. Uncomfortable.
- 1:48:28I'm black, Brian. It was.
- 1:48:30Why are you calling him Black Brian?
- 1:48:31Whoa. Well, he's black.
- 1:48:33I have another white Brian. We're thinking about.
- 1:48:35That was another thing. We get hate mail about that.
- 1:48:37Why is he black? I have a white Brian and if I'm
- 1:48:39telling a story. I don't want to mix this one.
- 1:48:41That it is. It was black, Brian.
- 1:48:42It's white. Brian, yeah, we had to address
- 1:48:44that. Like Brian, are you offended by
- 1:48:45the nickname? Like no.
- 1:48:47He would no call. Him right now.
- 1:48:48I'm fine with that, Nick. He would tell you that we would.
- 1:48:51Man, I lived to make someone uncomfortable and these people
- 1:48:54would stare and wonder how we're related.
- 1:48:56Yeah, that's, that's my brother, you know, how's mom?
- 1:48:58And he would look back and we, we had a bit by then, like, hey,
- 1:49:01how's mom, man? She's doing good, man.
- 1:49:03She missed you, dude. Oh yeah.
- 1:49:04I'm gonna get there for the birthday.
- 1:49:06And they're these old 70 year old women.
- 1:49:08White are wondering how are they together.
- 1:49:12Like how this man's got blue eyes and looks like Casper makes
- 1:49:16him look biracial. This guy's white.
- 1:49:17White. Jesus.
- 1:49:19They're not thinking that Oh yeah, these are, they're good
- 1:49:21friends there, but we're just thinking that, damn, just let
- 1:49:24them. Sit there and uncomfortable.
- 1:49:25But that's The thing is there's not a lot of that.
- 1:49:27We talk about the old podcast, the only one that the only show
- 1:49:30that I feel like that exists today.
- 1:49:32That's is that's ever close to what we do as bad friends with
- 1:49:37Bobby Lee and I can everything that red has a great show, but
- 1:49:39they do what we used to do. They will say things that no
- 1:49:42other show can get away with with the second that one dude
- 1:49:44jumps in, I hit the gang of the day and they're like, you can't
- 1:49:47do that. And it's like.
- 1:49:48But that red? But that's what we did.
- 1:49:50But because they're really friends, the.
- 1:49:52Chemistry. I watched that enough.
- 1:49:53Like they're, they're legitimately like how we are.
- 1:49:56They're friends. But there's none of the other
- 1:49:57shows come off that way to me. Everything seems fake,
- 1:49:59manufactured and edited to the point.
- 1:50:01Always like nowadays, all for clicks and this is scripted.
- 1:50:05Or, and they got to get politicians on and all this
- 1:50:07stupid shit and it's like, dude, it's got fun and be.
- 1:50:09Stupid. Whether you're black or white or
- 1:50:11wherever it is, it's just human black Brian, we had a.
- 1:50:14Speaking of. We had a poker, but JJ doesn't
- 1:50:18know this story yet. I don't think someone almost we.
- 1:50:21So I had three cell phone stores and we would play cards and we
- 1:50:25had mixed friends, you know, mixed friends.
- 1:50:26He had friends, I had friends. And so we meet at the store.
- 1:50:30I brought up Brian, another Brian, another white Brian up
- 1:50:35from Venice, and that was my guy.
- 1:50:38He worked at A at a Goodyear tire place next to the store
- 1:50:44that I had. We shared a parking lot.
- 1:50:45So we became friends over the years and he was a little
- 1:50:49crooked Haddish. Like me, you know so.
- 1:50:51He was, he had himself a little something to tell your player.
- 1:50:54Little swagger. So he he gets in there, but he
- 1:50:57wasn't about it though. I mean, he was just.
- 1:50:59Yeah, yeah, Yeah, he was. We get in there, Black Brian has
- 1:51:032 black friends, Derek and I think his name was Eric.
- 1:51:07Black Brian will tell this story, so we sit down.
- 1:51:09Checking the temperature. We sit down to the game and
- 1:51:13there's there's ten of us at the table.
- 1:51:16Asian girl, Asian dude, white Brian, black Brian, Derek, Eric,
- 1:51:23me and then a doesn't. Even sound real.
- 1:51:26They don't. And I, I just met them now
- 1:51:29they're his people. But I, yeah, I've never had a
- 1:51:31conversation with them. And if we aren't familiar with
- 1:51:34each other by now, I'm going to, it's going to be funny.
- 1:51:38I'm going to say it and it's whatever.
- 1:51:40And so Brian makes a shot about me being heavy and NC State,
- 1:51:44wherever it was, and you, pasty gangster, and you, you know, you
- 1:51:47make paper. Look, whatever.
- 1:51:48And I said, man, aren't you culturally obligated to be
- 1:51:51robbing a liquor store right about now?
- 1:51:53And the room goes. Quiet.
- 1:51:56Just like that why Brian has a bottle, a Bud Light bottle in
- 1:52:00his hand and he was drinking. And shaking.
- 1:52:03And he's he makes eye contact with.
- 1:52:06Me looking across the room telling.
- 1:52:09You and he looks at me and now the room's dead quiet and five
- 1:52:12seconds seems like 30 seconds and he's deer in the headlights.
- 1:52:17Wondering what's going? To happen.
- 1:52:18Derek looks at me. He goes what the fuck?
- 1:52:21And Brian puts the beer down. And Eric, Derek, what's next to
- 1:52:28him? Derek curses and looks at me and
- 1:52:29then Eric looks at Derek, goes And he got you.
- 1:52:32And they, they fall out of the chair and they're clown and now
- 1:52:36they're dapping me up and pointing at Brian.
- 1:52:39Why? Brian puts his beer beer bottle
- 1:52:41down and leaves the room. I, you know, I am very offended.
- 1:52:44He walks out and walks out the whole store.
- 1:52:46So I jump up to I was like, yo man, where you going?
- 1:52:49And he's like, you're not gonna get me fucking killed at a poker
- 1:52:51game. He's there's three black guys
- 1:52:52inside. I was like, yeah, you can't
- 1:52:53laugh at something. It's funny.
- 1:52:54He's like, no, it's not. You just met him.
- 1:52:56You don't know. And I was like, well, I know.
- 1:52:58Brian and but. But you kind of do because.
- 1:53:00If she knows them. You're and you're also that
- 1:53:03confident, whereas to me that wouldn't come across as racist.
- 1:53:05That's come across as you're trying to be funny, and almost
- 1:53:08he was. Taking shots at me about like.
- 1:53:09Particularly. Like, OK, we all cool here,
- 1:53:12right? Yeah, but I love making white
- 1:53:14people on cones when it comes to that because you get in there
- 1:53:17and then they we cracking jokes and they see me, you know, had
- 1:53:20red hair and they already you don't know who I am or.
- 1:53:22Whatever better protect my wallet.
- 1:53:24I just say something slick like that and like they just laugh
- 1:53:28the ass off. It's like, yeah, don't judge the
- 1:53:30book by its cover. It can get crazy, it can get
- 1:53:32cringey. But to see them cringe and shit,
- 1:53:36look around and don't know what the fuck about to happen.
- 1:53:38Like I'm not about to do shit to you, 26.
- 1:53:42I'm not about to do shit to you. People are so racist though.
- 1:53:45I was if. I say that you should be OK with
- 1:53:47laughing. I was driving down talent and
- 1:53:49there was a black dude who was, he had one of the little
- 1:53:51grabbers where he's like, clearly he works like the city
- 1:53:53and he's like picking up trash. Yeah, these two old, white
- 1:53:56privileged people that they're doing their.
- 1:53:58Normal jog at 6:00 in the morning.
- 1:54:01Come around the corner. I shit you not Frank Corner see
- 1:54:04the black dude turn around wife grabs him by the that's wild and
- 1:54:07they stand there and they let him get another probably 50 to
- 1:54:11100 feet down the thing and then they walk real slow while he's
- 1:54:14doing like he's he's wearing like a uniform picking trash up.
- 1:54:17What do you think he's gone? But you could I mean you could
- 1:54:20see it and feel it. They were like, whoa, that's.
- 1:54:22Me, I would have did something funny just to fuck with some
- 1:54:25shit. Like that start going.
- 1:54:27Just walk. Walk towards them like you're
- 1:54:29going to do something and then like act like you're picking
- 1:54:31trash up right by their feet. Hold on, feed into it, keep into
- 1:54:35their fear. Remember the the when we were
- 1:54:38sending out doing the election thing for Oh yeah, 2016 and that
- 1:54:41Lady thought you were going to gonna rob her and she was that
- 1:54:44she no questions. No, I don't don't talk to.
- 1:54:45Him man, that she was funny. That's first IRL.
- 1:54:50If anybody anybody thinks about that, that's the first IRL.
- 1:54:53Aaron was just. Like.
- 1:54:55Looking I've got notes, Frank, from our meetings before that I
- 1:55:01I kept them for the joy of having our think tanks.
- 1:55:05You know, we get together and we get creative and we were gonna
- 1:55:08make shirts. So many of those we can still
- 1:55:11do. We to read it, it was like 2016.
- 1:55:14So it was back. It was back then.
- 1:55:16Yeah, during the sports show. You brought that in Christmas
- 1:55:19time. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 1:55:21We had all kinds of stuff. And so now I bought the wall and
- 1:55:25it was about, oh, it was rad. I remember you going out.
- 1:55:28And he's like, man, Frank hits the, hits the streets, you know,
- 1:55:31and he does this thing and he makes people uncomfortable.
- 1:55:33And I'm like, no shit. And he's like, yeah.
- 1:55:36That's this thing that was right before we actually met.
- 1:55:39Yeah, right. Yeah, Calgary guy was like doing
- 1:55:43that, but I had like 11 years. Ago I'm making so many people
- 1:55:45uncomfortable downtown. That was how long ago that was.
- 1:55:48He had the thing underneath his apron.
- 1:55:50Oh chef or Dick? Oh, I almost brought the mask.
- 1:55:52I I found the mask and watched the.
- 1:55:53Mask. Yeah, I got the apron, but I
- 1:55:55found the the actual mask. We had a mask.
- 1:55:57Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:55:59yeah, yeah. What did?
- 1:55:59You call it MFP made you uncomfortable with that apron?
- 1:56:02A Cthulhu mask brought the apron in.
- 1:56:04Yeah. And when I brought it in, we
- 1:56:07took it downtown and was walking around and you get the shirt you
- 1:56:11get, you get a free shirt or someone was giving away.
- 1:56:13Yeah. If you lift the apron up.
- 1:56:14Yep. Yeah.
- 1:56:15What's on the apron? That she was so.
- 1:56:17Funny, we got it. We got to do some of the old
- 1:56:19stuff, old school stuff, to bring it back to just really
- 1:56:21launch. Chef Brodick.
- 1:56:25That's what his name was. So I'm going to get with the
- 1:56:28guys like if I think for the foreseeable futures, probably I
- 1:56:31can see it being at us four. It's probably what it's it's
- 1:56:34going to be. So the show's going to be a
- 1:56:35little different. Was any day greater than the day
- 1:56:40that you and I were in the lobby of the One Studio when Flitter
- 1:56:46melted down with the alarm? Yeah, the pizza.
- 1:56:49The pizza. That was the same day, right?
- 1:56:51Yeah. I think it was the.
- 1:56:51Day because the alarm fucked with him.
- 1:56:53Earlier oh hold on there was two different incidents one time he
- 1:56:55said that like the cops came before he left and he just left
- 1:56:58you guys no no, he left that was a different one that.
- 1:57:00Didn't come when the cops came but I was there for when the
- 1:57:02pizza. But I heard about the I thought
- 1:57:04the alarm thing was the same day as the pizza because there was
- 1:57:08one of the stuff in there. Yeah, one of the ones.
- 1:57:10He fought the rug the one night. Yeah, I wasn't there for one of
- 1:57:13the nights, but I was there for when you guys were just piling
- 1:57:16on him and he was. And he was like, you need just
- 1:57:18stop. And you guys were just, you
- 1:57:19would not and. There was a hype man.
- 1:57:22I ended up being a. Totally.
- 1:57:24Yeah, Getting you to go, Frank. Just pouring gas on it and he's
- 1:57:28like hell yeah, I. Think we said something about
- 1:57:30him being a virgin? You did and.
- 1:57:31Of course we. Did and that's when he's fucked
- 1:57:33this shit and threw the pizza down still.
- 1:57:35Played those arms. I'm done and walked out and I
- 1:57:38picked the pizza up, opened it. This shit's still good.
- 1:57:43I think the IT must, I think it might have been a different
- 1:57:46night because he he dipped. The there was, there was the
- 1:57:49alarm. That night with the pizza, he
- 1:57:51left. The pizza he left, but I also
- 1:57:53there the alarm was another night the.
- 1:57:55Alarm. I think he was fighting with the
- 1:57:56rug and he was trying to. Get the rug.
- 1:57:59The. Alarm wouldn't work.
- 1:58:00The alarms the code wouldn't work.
- 1:58:05And there's going. And he has a meltdown because he
- 1:58:09he's glitter. So my legit son has a
- 1:58:12full-fledged panic. Attack.
- 1:58:13I'm not going to jail. And I'm out and he left and the
- 1:58:18cops are coming and. Building like we're not going to
- 1:58:21jail. That's like, just wait, What do
- 1:58:24you mean? Nope, he's out.
- 1:58:27That place, that place is a tire place.
- 1:58:29Now I. Know it's crazy?
- 1:58:30I went in there when I was working for the AC company or
- 1:58:33the refrigeration company and I went and I was getting tires and
- 1:58:37I'm like this. Place look fucking familiar like
- 1:58:41oh shit. This is the fucking place we did
- 1:58:43the studio in. Whenever I get it upstairs, it's
- 1:58:46right there. But I'm having a real rough day
- 1:58:48and I need to fix, you know, you need to get right just a little
- 1:58:51energy drink of. Yeah, a monster.
- 1:58:54And watch the videos. Of being in.
- 1:58:57Front of Domino's Pizza with the Midget.
- 1:59:01I can see that one. No, no, they're legit.
- 1:59:03They're legendary as well in these.
- 1:59:05So I'm in the vehicle. This is COVID JJ so.
- 1:59:08They're JJ. How he acts in here is how he
- 1:59:11acts like. Don't let him think, oh, he's
- 1:59:13putting on a thing in here to impress me.
- 1:59:14We go out in public. Fake all the time, but actually.
- 1:59:17He's probably calmer now. This is actually probably the
- 1:59:20calm as he is. Yeah.
- 1:59:23It makes me it's uncomfortable sometimes.
- 1:59:25I am that is my element so. We all have a level.
- 1:59:29Yeah, yeah, yeah. And that's the other dynamic,
- 1:59:30you know. That is, we all have a fucking
- 1:59:33level at some points we had some people in the in the group that
- 1:59:36was trying to stop that level from like overheating shit, but
- 1:59:42we just we just it's natural. It's not like we doing the shit
- 1:59:45on purpose. Jet Skis was legit with.
- 1:59:48Mount way up there. Oh.
- 1:59:50Man, but we went. Dirty marble when I fucking
- 1:59:53named him that shit that was random.
- 1:59:56And these? Mid dirty marble.
- 1:59:57And he has to wait his turn to get the pizzas.
- 2:00:00So 6 feet apart you can't, you got to wait.
- 2:00:03And he's next. So he's outside and I'm filming
- 2:00:05this and I'm talking like an A hole and.
- 2:00:08Every commentating commentating as he's.
- 2:00:10Yelling out there. Pat her on the head so I can
- 2:00:12finish, yeah. And these people are clowning.
- 2:00:17He's trying to hide behind the pillar and it's not working even
- 2:00:20as little as he was. And they're just, he comes back
- 2:00:22around And so I hit it again and I have, we have 3 videos and
- 2:00:26here's the payoff pitch. Crack.
- 2:00:29The door opens, here comes here comes a little Midget and I'm
- 2:00:32like. Oh, I'm going to finish better
- 2:00:35on the head. Like it's a petting zoo and he
- 2:00:37has to get the food from her. We had, we had amazing days.
- 2:00:41You and I had him having the panic attack running out of the
- 2:00:43store flipping pizzas. Who do you have?
- 2:00:48No, no. Would you?
- 2:00:49You and I, we've all. Experienced some stuff we we
- 2:00:51have some shit. Over the years, the.
- 2:00:54Fucking mixed. You need to see that man you
- 2:00:56need. That no, he doesn't need to see.
- 2:00:57Anything I need to? See this shit now?
- 2:00:59I. Don't have your number anyway,
- 2:01:01so I'm going. To yeah, just send it to him
- 2:01:02later for a, for a present, OK, It's a good present, yeah.
- 2:01:06Like right? Now put it in the group chat so
- 2:01:09I can see it fight it. So yeah, I think, I think we're
- 2:01:13back. I think so.
- 2:01:16I'm ready to. I'm ready to get ready to get
- 2:01:20dirty. Why?
- 2:01:21He looked at me crazy when he said that.
- 2:01:23What We're going to get dirty? Like why he looked at you crazy.
- 2:01:26See I wasn't looking at the interaction.
- 2:01:28So that's between y'all 2. No, no, I looked at Frank.
- 2:01:30Look at you. So then I looked at.
- 2:01:31You. I was like.
- 2:01:32Frank was looking at you. So then I looked at we're all,
- 2:01:34we're all looking at JJ. Yeah, Murdoch's looking at JJ.
- 2:01:37We're all looking at JJ. Wait, you say we do got the
- 2:01:39creepy. We got somebody for the creepy
- 2:01:41motherfucker. Who are you talking about?
- 2:01:42Do. You need somebody tall.
- 2:01:46Oh, yeah. For The Cave.
- 2:01:47Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:01:49I know we still got to talk to your, to your cousin JJ, but
- 2:01:52yeah, I need somebody that preferably is like at least
- 2:01:55frank level tall, but probably 40 lbs heavier.
- 2:02:00Does the. Age of the person.
- 2:02:02For the effect of the. Does the age are?
- 2:02:04They going to have No, no, that doesn't matter.
- 2:02:05Well, how about a guy that's 64 that weighs 215 lbs that could
- 2:02:10play that there's I know a guy. You know some people.
- 2:02:12Yeah, Junior. He's 64.
- 2:02:15He's tall. Oh damn, I didn't even think
- 2:02:17about Junior. Junior's tall.
- 2:02:19Yeah, I'm at a book 80, book 90 right now.
- 2:02:22Just saying. I mean we got we got people find
- 2:02:24other people that are tall too. I got a couple guys that work
- 2:02:27with me that need. Somebody to be able to.
- 2:02:29Run fast, you got me. Yeah, he.
- 2:02:31Oh, you're going to probably be running with for for.
- 2:02:33Filming. Or or I don't.
- 2:02:36Want to out? I don't want to outrun the actor
- 2:02:38though. You're.
- 2:02:38Going to be like the ref on the. Side because.
- 2:02:40You're faster than the players. You.
- 2:02:53Need to get some for your. Boyfriend.
- 2:02:57Look how little she is. Oh.
- 2:02:58Shit, some for your. Boyfriend.
- 2:03:00Yeah, she was actually like a really small person.
- 2:03:02She almost didn't hand. I'm surprised they didn't have
- 2:03:05one of those slide it through the window type deal.
- 2:03:13Why are you hiding behind a pole?
- 2:03:14Yeah, he's getting. Grilled.
- 2:03:16That's why don't. Act like you're not.
- 2:03:18Oh, you. He can hear.
- 2:03:19You can hear him. Oh, you can hear him, Yeah.
- 2:03:22He's yelling out the window and that's COVID, so everybody's
- 2:03:25outside because you can't be in there.
- 2:03:27The whole parking lot's full and everyone's like, what is
- 2:03:30happening? They're like looking for
- 2:03:32cameras, thinking we're filming, doesn't like.
- 2:03:34The call. Shakes them off again at.
- 2:03:46One point he's going to have to throw a pitch here, Dave, you're
- 2:03:54meant that. Right.
- 2:03:57Here comes the pitch, you guys. Oh my God.
- 2:03:58Oh my God. Oh my God.
- 2:04:00That is fucking fit. Oh my God.
- 2:04:01So expect some more of that. We've got so many, so many
- 2:04:05parodies and bits lined up that we didn't get too bad.
- 2:04:07We've been housing because we didn't come back last summer.
- 2:04:10Oh. Jay, we almost forgot about one
- 2:04:12thing. I still don't have my initiation
- 2:04:13to the show. I still haven't got my
- 2:04:15initiation yet. Who volunteers to be initiated
- 2:04:18in? Something right The last people
- 2:04:19they got initiated. What the fuck one person?
- 2:04:21Got he, got he what it was. He had to drink something and he
- 2:04:24had his. He had to rub that one thing on
- 2:04:26his. Oh, that that hot ice.
- 2:04:28That's. Not the Icy Hot.
- 2:04:30Icy Hot Pendulum of doom grab. The icy pendulum of doom.
- 2:04:33You want to do that? You Who is this person?
- 2:04:35Something better than? That he wants to do.
- 2:04:37It you know that could. Bro, you remember.
- 2:04:39That you remember that picture? You remember that picture I sent
- 2:04:42you? Well.
- 2:04:43Once I, well, once I'm committed to like doing something cool,
- 2:04:46I'm, I'm down, bro, we're gonna fish.
- 2:04:49It's a can, and when you can even open the can, people Wretch
- 2:04:52and. They've Oh no, not the he found
- 2:04:56it. You want to initiate it but.
- 2:04:58You don't want to take that? Let me.
- 2:04:59Choose my initiation. He just found out why you don't
- 2:05:04you get excited for certain things.
- 2:05:06Yeah. Yeah.
- 2:05:07Oh, OK. Can I buy those at a grocery
- 2:05:09store? You could buy that, it's readily
- 2:05:10available. For you bro, if we gonna do that
- 2:05:12then we got to air this bitch out then.
- 2:05:14You must know about it. They sell it at your store,
- 2:05:15don't they? He.
- 2:05:16Knew the name of it. That's what I'm.
- 2:05:17Saying bro, I see you sit on. Like.
- 2:05:19Fucking YouTube about that. You don't sell.
- 2:05:21You got to be out. No, you got to be outside bro
- 2:05:24for too. Here's what we're going to do.
- 2:05:27I'm going to get with the guys because I'm going to start
- 2:05:29trying to get us at least once a week back and I'm going to get
- 2:05:31the schedule. But during the next week, let's
- 2:05:34all come up with. One thing.
- 2:05:36Something for him for initiation that's already on the list.
- 2:05:40Maybe we'll can use the Plinko board.
- 2:05:41We have it here. It's ready to go.
- 2:05:43We do. So we're we'll start firing,
- 2:05:46we'll start rebooting the the Death Star here, so to speak,
- 2:05:49because it's fully operational and people need to see it.
- 2:05:52So, yeah. So come up, let's come up with
- 2:05:54stuff because that'll be good. I have a game that I want to
- 2:05:56play next week with him. I just wanted us all to kind of
- 2:05:58stretch our legs, get back in the groove this week and kind of
- 2:06:01it's good to see your guys face. Everyone has like a very nice,
- 2:06:04almost smug smile on their face. Like in like the best way
- 2:06:07possible. It's so nice.
- 2:06:09It's like everyone's like, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:06:12So yeah, we can do that. Jji can't believe you reminded
- 2:06:14us and volunteered that kind of information.
- 2:06:16I wouldn't I'll. Take things I'll regret for
- 2:06:181000, Alex you. Say what now?
- 2:06:22Some of the things we've made people do, Jay Day before we got
- 2:06:24here. I mean, like we did.
- 2:06:25We did like the the racistly titled Knees on Rice, but it
- 2:06:28wasn't. I was pronounced a little.
- 2:06:30Different where we did we made people kneel on uncooked rice
- 2:06:35and full body weight while they think they did like the milk
- 2:06:38milk challenge where they had to drink the gallon of milk and you
- 2:06:40couldn't get up until you finished the milk so you were on
- 2:06:43your knees. Oh damn dig it and that doesn't
- 2:06:45sound that bad until like you're 10 minutes full weight on
- 2:06:47uncooked rice. I.
- 2:06:48Drank uncooked rice. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 2:06:50It's. Like you're starting to.
- 2:06:53This dude was like, no problem. We did one time.
- 2:06:55We did the milk thing years and years ago and he just teed down.
- 2:06:58He drank the entire thing. He's like, I'm getting milk
- 2:07:01drunk, No. Not and the rice.
- 2:07:02He was like. Tripping.
- 2:07:02I want to say he was. Like tripping balls on the milk.
- 2:07:05Because he had chunky knees then, and he did absorb it.
- 2:07:07But I get it. No.
- 2:07:10Yeah. Where's the rice?
- 2:07:11It's in me. He's.
- 2:07:14In there I. Just he's in there.
- 2:07:16That's why he needs to get his knees replaced.
- 2:07:17The rice is still in there. You hear moving around.
- 2:07:21Like our go to J used to be the paintball gun.
- 2:07:25We could do that. We did like a Taser situation.
- 2:07:28So many options. There's so many options.
- 2:07:31Paintball gun, I'm scared every. The Taser thing I've told you
- 2:07:33guys, the stories about where they were trying to outdo each
- 2:07:36other and holding it on them for 20 seconds straight.
- 2:07:39Capacitate each other. Coming out of the other side,
- 2:07:42like the marks, like, I'm so glad no one died.
- 2:07:44I look back at that like, Oh my God, I'm like cooking.
- 2:07:47I have people calling the show going, someone's going to die.
- 2:07:49And I'm like, yeah, yeah, yeah, clock.
- 2:07:54So yeah, we'll, we'll, we'll try not to kill you, but I like your
- 2:07:57fish idea. The fish.
- 2:07:58I'll I'll find the fish. All you need is that Tabasco.
- 2:08:01Tabasco fix. Everything.
- 2:08:02Oh, that fish is going to change his life.
- 2:08:03You have to watch. Maybe we'll do a little
- 2:08:05gauntlet. Gauntlet.
- 2:08:08Yeah, because we need to eventually bring back the gummy
- 2:08:09gauntlet. But maybe we need to do like a
- 2:08:11breaking a man type gauntlet. Maybe we pick one of every
- 2:08:15single thing someone's had to do and then a new thing.
- 2:08:18I don't think I had to do anything, to be honest with you.
- 2:08:21Well, no. You were different.
- 2:08:22You were like a transfer from another show.
- 2:08:24Like we kind of brought you in. We we, we swallowed the other
- 2:08:27show and and you got absorbed as an employee.
- 2:08:29So. Nice grandfather did.
- 2:08:31Yeah, you got grandfather, You got lucky.
- 2:08:32Yeah. And he also said he's done a
- 2:08:33bunch of shit. He's also like, I ain't doing
- 2:08:35that shit. But I've done.
- 2:08:37Shit, right now there's a I'll fucking I'll kill you.
