Welcome to Nate's daily wager. I ain't picking winners, but I
• 0:10
am making wagers. Time to put my money where my
• 0:13
mouth is. This is Nate's daily wager for
• 0:20
December 3rd, 2024 and right off the bat I want to give a shout
• 0:26
out to two folks. We got Derek of Derek happens
• 0:30
  lower. He's celebrating a birthday.
• 0:32
Happy birthday, Sir. And of also, of course, the
• 0:35
  Prince of Darkness, Ozzy Osbourne.
• 0:37
Happy birthday, Sir. I don't know how you're not a
• 0:39
Sir Ozzy Osbourne. I mean, get that done.
• 0:42
Queen or king, I guess. Now, All right.
• 0:45
Speaking of kings, last night I was the king of the pick 'cause
• 0:48
I was right. I told you, Winston can't have
• 0:51
three good games in a row, and what do you do?
• 0:54
He went out there and threw two pick sixes for us, making sure
• 0:57
we get that late cover. And unfortunately, it did job me
• 1:02
on my fantasy. But hey, I'll take the money.
• 1:05
I'm still in first place, still getting the buy in the fantasy.
• 1:07
So I'm doing good all right tonight after going through that
• 1:11
having a great time Monday night Sunday night it's time to go to
• 1:15
something I know nothing about. I'm straight up front with this,
• 1:19
but it feels like just seems like a hockey night.
• 1:22
So I look and what caught my eye was this Columbus Calgary battle
• 1:27
of the Seas going tonight looks like for me, but I can tell
• 1:31
Calgary is a defensive team. Columbus is kind of an offensive
• 1:35
team and they're at home in Calgary today.
• 1:39
So I I think the defensive play is going to win out over the
• 1:43
offensive play. So I'm looking at the total.
• 1:46
It's sitting at 6 1/2 and I'm going to take the under.
• 1:49
We're going under 6 1/2 total goals between the Calgary Flames
• 1:53
and Columbus Blue Jackets in tonight's NHL hockey action.
• 1:59
It's anything better than that? Pound it.
• 2:00
That's my pick and I'm sticking to it.
