SILVER ALERT: 50-Year Manipulation ENDS! 🦍🦍 "Shorts Are Screwed" - (Gold Price News Update too) · SILVER / GOLD / $UFD: Surviving Global Economic Shifts | RONS BASEMENT

0:00
Should the silver price be $1180?
0:05
How does that sound to you? How about $275?
0:08
That's a target we're going to look at here real soon.
0:12
But what's going on with China? And what about a shortage of 100
0:17
oz silver bars? I've never seen that before.
0:21
Absolutely crazy what is happening right now in the world
0:26
of gold and silver. We got a lot to cover in this
0:30
live stream video. First, I want to say thank you
0:32
for joining us down here in the basement.
0:34
You, yeah, you are the most important part.
0:37
This does not exist without your participation.
0:40
Thank you for giving us your time.
0:41
Please subscribe to the channel, give the video a thumbs up,
0:44
share it with your friends, leave a comment in the comment
0:47
section. Now enough of that.
0:49
What do you say, huh? Let's get started.
0:51
Let's go ahead and take a look at the price of silver and gold
0:55
today and see how we fared. We will head out to Kitco to
1:00
look at the spot price, which tells us we had what?
1:05
Oh, we were only up $1.23, closing at $72.89 on the spot
1:12
price. Now let's head over and look at
1:15
the futures price, $72.26. Hold on one second here, guys.
1:22
Make sure we got you up on the right screen, which we do.
1:26
OK, So futures, this is very important for us to look at.
1:30
This is the silver. Hold on a second here.
1:33
The screen's too big for us to see this properly.
1:37
Here we go. We'll make it that size and get
1:40
the crayons out. Silver Comex.
1:44
This is the March contract right here, March of 2020 $672.26.
1:51
Now if we go to the spot price $72.89 as you can see here, we
1:58
have a higher spot price than we do futures price, which means
2:02
excuse me again congratulations to all of us that hold physical
2:07
silver. We are in a state of
2:09
backwardation, which means the market will pay more to get
2:13
silver now than it will to wait until March of 2026, almost
2:18
three months from now. What that means is those people
2:22
out there that are big silver investors are, let's just say,
2:25
willing to pay a premium to get the silver now because maybe
2:29
they're a little concerned about getting it in the future.
2:32
And maybe that's because there's a silver shortage, which we're
2:37
going to cover more later in this video.
2:39
But first, let's go look at one of the most beautiful things
2:42
that happened over the last year and what it means for the future
2:46
and why it means a potential of a silver price as high as $275.
2:53
Let's go out here to I think this is North Star bad charts.
2:57
Patrick Karen writes again, super respected chartist in the
3:01
silver sector. Excuse me, he says a confirmed
3:06
in red, a confirmed yearly breakout opens the long term
3:12
target at in green $275 per oz. A 283% move remains on the table
3:21
from here. Now he does give a little bit of
3:23
a warning. OK, Unfortunately the first
3:25
target is already reached and the price is already a little
3:29
stretched right now. You will have to look at smaller
3:32
time frames to spot a safer entry point.
3:35
But look at this chart. I think this shows the best of
3:38
anything. Each one of those bars on that
3:41
chart represents one year in time.
3:44
OK, It's a Candlestick chart on yours where it's green.
3:48
It represents where the price opened for the year and where
3:51
the price closed for the year. The little parts that go out on
3:55
top, like right here are called candles.
3:58
That reaches like what the actual high of the year is like
4:01
right there on that candle. But the important thing we want
4:04
to look at on this yearly candle chart is the absolute, let me
4:10
get a good color up here. How about how about like light
4:14
blue? I bet that that'll show up nice.
4:17
As you can see, starting back here in 1980 and going through
4:22
2011, right there we have this unbelievable almost perfect cup
4:28
that was formed. You see that?
4:30
That's a cup, kind of looks like a cup, like a big shallow cup.
4:34
And then from 2011 through 2024, we had this a handle and then we
4:45
had this in 2025, OK, we had a massive breakout on the cup and
4:54
handle formation as you can see right here.
4:56
OK, now let me move my my crayon thing out of the way and put it
5:02
over here. What he's calling for on a long
5:06
term basis is an in game target of $275 per oz in silver.
5:14
It's going to be a lot a way out, right?
5:16
I mean, it could happen. It could happen a lot quicker
5:18
than a lot of people are are are are anticipating and predicting.
5:23
But they're saying that it can happen.
5:25
They're saying that it will happen and we're going to keep
5:27
our eyes on it because we are in an absolute historic time for
5:33
precious metals. Next, we're we're going to
5:35
listen to Ed Steer for about a minute where he explains just
5:39
why this is truly a historic time.
5:41
And Ed Steer, if I have this correctly, was the protege of
5:46
Ted Butler, who was one of the most like super respected people
5:50
ever in the world of precious metals.
5:53
And Ed Steer has some interesting things to share with
5:56
us. Let's pull this up.
5:59
OK, and just a couple quick notes here from Mark.
6:05
Ed Steer says, quote, we are living through a his we're
6:08
living through history right now from Ed Steer on the current
6:11
silver crisis. Precious metals expert Ed Steer
6:14
just gave one of the most urgent interviews of the year.
6:17
His message is clear. The 50 year price management
6:20
scheme is ending in red. The parabolic run was just the
6:25
tip of the iceberg. OK, we may consolidate for a
6:28
while. No, no doubt about got it, guys.
6:30
Let's be realistic here. But the party is just getting
6:34
started. And this was on an interview
6:36
apparently that he did with commodity culture with Jesse Day
6:40
puts out some great content. Let's listen to Ed for one
6:44
minute and 20 seconds. And this gives us good reason
6:47
why we can be super optimistic. That was is the was the
6:51
beginning of Ted Butler's Bonfire of the Silver Shorts,
6:54
where all the silver shorts have been.
6:57
If I don't cover now, I want to be in real trouble.
6:59
And they were forced to step in and, and drive the price down
7:03
because, you know, we're, we're at the situation now where the
7:06
shorts are in dire, dire straits.
7:09
So this rise is a combination of of massive short covering and
7:14
also the fact that we are approaching the 60.
7:16
We're now who's coming up on the 6th year with supply demand
7:20
deficit. And sooner or later this is
7:22
going to hit a brick wall. And you know, we're in the final
7:26
throes of this price management scheme and silver and all the
7:30
other precious metals. And basically what we're doing
7:32
is we're living through history right now, 20 small mines,
7:36
where's, where's the silver going to come from to fill the
7:38
supply demand deficit. It is entire, it isn't in the
7:41
pipeline. It hasn't been the silver that
7:43
they need to fill. This deficit has yet to be
7:46
discovered. It's my opinion that silver
7:49
equities are being actively, actively managed right now.
7:53
But that's like the silver price.
7:54
One of these days that's going to change, but, you know, it
7:58
hasn't changed all year. But if you're looking for, you
8:01
know, cheap stocks, the silver stocks of the bargain of the
8:04
century. OK, guys.
8:05
He asked a very important question.
8:07
Two key things there, right? The 50 year price management of
8:11
silver is coming to an end right now as we are living.
8:15
But he asked an even more important question, where's the
8:18
silver going to come from? And next we're going to look at
8:21
what's going on with 100 oz silver bars.
8:25
And it's fascinating. But what Ed Steer brings up is
8:28
so critical is, is one of the biggest things that we can get
8:32
excited about as silver investors that because they've
8:36
managed the price for 50 years, they kept the price artificially
8:41
low. Guess what?
8:43
Hardly anybody was out there exploring for silver.
8:48
Hardly anybody was building silver mines.
8:51
The fact is this, a lot of the big silver mining companies
8:55
themselves switched over to gold.
8:57
OK, I know a couple of them, I won't name names, but they got
9:01
to a point in the last 3-4 years where they're like, we're done,
9:04
we're done trying to mine silver.
9:06
We're going to become a gold mining company and bought gold
9:09
mines and tried to get into gold mining.
9:11
It wasn't cost effective. It wasn't really attractive for
9:15
anybody. And that's the pipeline, right?
9:17
Think about it from a big picture perspective.
9:20
There's all this demand for physical silver right now, but
9:25
over the last 2-3 decades, because the price was held down
9:29
so low, hardly anybody was out looking for silver.
9:33
You know, I can, I can think of of a few companies that were
9:36
doing it. BlackRock Silver Silver 47,
9:39
which used to be Summa Silver. Keith Neumeyer from First
9:43
Majestic was building and running silver mines through it
9:46
all. OK, but those were the real
9:48
visionaries and they're few and far between.
9:52
So now that the world suddenly and wait till you hear about
9:56
what's going on with 100 oz bars.
9:57
But now that the world suddenly needs all this silver, guess
10:00
what? It takes a decade at best to
10:04
discover and then develop and build a silver mine that
10:09
hopefully you're going to get the silver out of because that's
10:11
not even a done deal, right? Sometimes they go to do the
10:14
mining and the silver, it's much more difficult to get to the
10:18
ground, whatever. So as we this, this situation
10:21
that we're in right now with silver cannot be like fixed by
10:26
somebody by saying, hey Henry, hey Henry, turn the turn the
10:30
dial up on the, on the silver mine, we need to produce 50%
10:34
more silver. It doesn't work that way.
10:36
It's more like, hey Henry, for the next 10 years, we're going
10:40
to try to build a new silver mine.
10:42
That's how long it takes. So like as we look out and then
10:46
if you think about and and the facts demonstrate that, right,
10:48
the amount of silver being mined on an annual basis has been
10:53
trending downward since 2016. The facts are there.
10:59
OK, We could be in a very, very, very ideal situation moving
11:03
forward. Next we're going to look at
11:04
what's going on with 100 oz bars and why that's so important for
11:09
us to keep an eye on. And I believe indicates to us
11:13
that on a big level, right, a physical level, not paper and
11:17
we're going to talk about the paper markets, but on a physical
11:19
level, we are in a situation that most of us have never been
11:25
in, in the world of silver before.
11:27
I do that. If you want physical silver
11:30
right there, check out First Mint.
11:31
They sponsor Ron's basement. They're a mint in Las Vegas, NV
11:35
producing world class silver bullion products.
11:39
They're owned by First Majestic Mind silver from Mexico get
11:44
shipped directly to Las Vegas, NV.
11:47
They create these unbelievable silver products like this,
11:50
right? You know my favorite.
11:52
I know I've been showing it a lot lately, but I love it,
11:54
right? This is the backside of their
11:56
Buffalo round, this beautiful Indian Head, and then it goes
12:00
directly to you from the mine to the mint to you.
12:04
No COMEX, no LBMA, the freshest silver around.
12:08
You can check them out at first mint.com.
12:10
Let me pull up their website for you here real quickly.
12:14
OK, here we go. OK, free shipping on orders over
12:18
$299. You can go here to their store.
12:21
They've got awesome bars, they've got rounds.
12:24
They have the Folds of Honor product line as well.
12:27
They got some really, really cool stuff and it's a big honor
12:30
that we have them as a sponsor down here in Ron's basement.
12:36
But what's going on? Did you seen this or heard this
12:39
with 100 oz bars? And I did a little bit of
12:41
digging before we came on here. Let me get the right screen
12:44
pulled up for you and hold on here.
12:49
Hold on here it is. OK.
12:53
This was the first that I saw earlier today.
12:55
Silver premiums explode as APMEX, right?
12:59
Big online bullion dealer selling 100 oz bars for over $80
13:05
per oz. These are 100 oz bars.
13:07
They are usually the cheapest per ounce of any of the silver
13:11
products Says with silver trading at $72 Thursday night,
13:15
APMEX is now listing 100 oz silver bars.
13:19
And we're going to look at some other spots at 8:00 or $9 over
13:22
spot. Not American Silver Eagles,
13:25
which usually have the biggest premiums associated, but 100 oz
13:29
bars. COMEX and LBMA are so cooked.
13:32
So I went out to JM Bullion's website.
13:36
OK, let me go to the next shot. Shot here.
13:40
Here we go, 100 oz silver bars. I thought let's go to JM Bullion
13:45
and see what's going on there. See that little purple or
13:49
whatever blue in the upper right corner?
13:51
Let me circle that for you. That is pre sale.
13:58
That means as far as I understand it, not in stock.
14:02
OK, OK, thank you. Thank you.
14:06
My daughter just yelled down, said I have a super chat, I'll
14:08
check that out. Pre sale.
14:10
OK. And look at the prices that
14:13
we're looking at here for these bars.
14:15
This is pre sale. I wish I could get this whole
14:18
thing on the screen. OK, here we go 100 oz bars OK
14:24
from varied varied condition. That means they're not going to
14:27
guarantee the condition from any mint.
14:30
So this would be the cheapest way that you can buy a 100 oz
14:33
bar $7935.00. But what's important to see
14:38
there is next to that 7935, it says as low as that's like if
14:45
you here will click on it, I'll show you.
14:47
That's like if you buy a bunch of them, OK, look, OK, if you
14:54
buy 5 or one to four, they're $7985.
14:58
And again, that's the least expensive.
15:01
Now, let's just go over to here, you know, here we'll look at,
15:06
let's go down and look at the next one here.
15:11
They do have Englehart and OK, all right, those are out of
15:15
stock right now, huh? Very interesting.
15:17
What does again what this is showing us is that we have a
15:21
situation developing if, if 100 oz bars are showing stress in
15:27
the market. I think that shows two things.
15:29
Number one, right. We are in a situation where
15:31
retail silver is becoming tight, but #2 that large when large
15:36
quantity bars, we've been looking at kilo bars and some of
15:39
the others when those are, are becoming short on supply.
15:44
That very well could, I will speculate, mean that there is
15:48
like a big an interest in getting large quantities of
15:51
silver by big, big players. The other thing I want to point
15:54
out, we can see it on this screen, but I took this
15:57
screenshot from my phone earlier from JM Bullion's website that
16:02
they're now also warning people high demand.
16:07
It says it right there, will cause slight processing and
16:11
shipping delays. We appreciate your patience.
16:15
Yeah, this is starting to remind me of what we experienced, But
16:19
during the during the other periods of time when you would
16:22
go to your local coin shop and there was nothing available,
16:25
maybe tomorrow I'll go to my big local coin shop and see kind of
16:29
what the situation looks like. And it's not just here, guys,
16:33
this is super interesting. It's happening all around the
16:37
world, basically. That's in the United States,
16:40
right? And we've been kind of insulated
16:42
from what's happening on a worldwide basis when it comes
16:46
to, there's only one word to describe it.
16:49
I won't say shortage. I won't say squeeze, but I'll
16:52
use another S word with us. The word we want to use is
16:55
scramble. There's a scramble right now.
16:58
And that could become much more critical here in the future to
17:03
get your hands on physical metal, on physical silver.
17:06
But outside of the United States, all the reports we're
17:09
getting are that it's much more critical than what we're
17:13
experiencing here. And here's a great point.
17:16
And I think this, this really, really nails it.
17:19
Things at home. Our friend Shanaka said this on
17:22
January 1st, 2026 in purple. Am I?
17:28
Hold on a minute now, I got the right screen up.
17:31
Sorry about that, Shanaka said on January 1st, 2026.
17:35
Silver trades at $130.00 per oz in Tokyo, $130.00 per oz.
17:42
Silver trades for $80.00 in Shanghai.
17:44
Silver trades at 71 in New York. Interesting.
17:49
This is the killer part and I'll explain why the exact same metal
17:54
on the exact same day, the exact same oz One of these prices is a
18:01
lie. OK.
18:03
And I'll tell you what the market, the free market forces
18:06
now that physical demand has taken over will rectify those
18:13
price discrepancies and it will rectify them, I believe to the
18:17
upside. Now again, I'm not a financial
18:19
advisor, do your own research, everything else, but I believe
18:23
it's plain as day and today and we're going to talk about this
18:26
more in a little bit. China locked the vault.
18:30
OK, China shut their ball door. Export license is now required,
18:35
44 approved firm, 80 ton minimum production to qualify.
18:39
China said no, no, we are putting export controls on
18:43
silver going out of our country. I got a couple of those.
18:48
What are they called? Silver pandas.
18:49
I guess we won't be getting any of those.
18:51
No pandas for you. OK, 60% of global refined supply
18:57
just got ring fenced behind a government stamp.
19:00
And then we know Elon Musk on Sunday said Elon Musk said this
19:06
is not good in response to what's happening in the silver
19:09
market. He understands it.
19:11
OK, All right, there we go. There's some beautiful silver
19:16
for you to look at here. So the lie will be where that's
19:20
the big take away from that, the price discrepancies, the fact
19:24
that silver is selling for much higher prices all around the
19:28
world than it is in the United States.
19:31
Free market forces always when OK Trying to fight that is like
19:35
trying to fight gravity in the paper charade is over.
19:39
Like Ed Steer said earlier, we are in a new paradigm, a new
19:43
world for silver. Do they have more tricks up
19:47
their sleeve? Yes.
19:48
OK, could they could they maybe could, but they're lose.
19:51
The fact is that they are losing control right now.
19:55
And speaking 100 oz bars. How about the silver
19:57
billionaire? You know, there's a guy out
19:59
there, I call him the New Hunt Brothers, and we're following
20:02
him very closely. David Bateman.
20:04
Last I heard he owned over 13. 1,000,000 ounces of silver and
20:11
wait till you hear what he said about 100 oz silver bars.
20:14
We'll head back to that subject here for just a few seconds.
20:19
There he is, Our, our, our, the. The highly respected David
20:23
Bateman said this last night. I gave 100 oz silver bars, 100
20:30
oz silver bars to all my parents, 34 grandkids and 10
20:35
great grandkids. I got a lot of blank stares from
20:39
everyone. Yeah, we know we relate, right,
20:42
David? We'll talk about those people
20:44
here in a second. Sheep noise warning.
20:46
They don't realize it will pay for their college education in
20:51
the near future. Guys, can you think about that?
20:54
Think about that. Do you own any 100 oz silver
20:57
bars? A 100 oz silver bar is now
21:01
selling for $8000. That is if you can get your
21:05
hands on one because apparently they're selling quite quickly.
21:09
But a 100 oz silver bar and what David Bateman is saying is
21:12
eventually that can pay for those kids college education.
21:17
But what about those blank stairs?
21:19
Those blank stairs are great and we can understand it, right?
21:22
I have younger grade school age children.
21:26
If I gave them 100 oz bar, they'd be like, great, I want an
21:29
iPhone, right? I mean, that's just the way kids
21:31
are. The, the big exciting part for
21:34
us as silver investors is not, not only is it the kids that are
21:40
going to give you that blank stare if you give them 100 oz
21:43
bar, but if if you gave 98% of your fellow Americans 100 oz
21:48
silver bar, they'd be like, Oh no man, I'd rather have a, a
21:52
happy meal from McDonald's or something like that, right?
21:55
These people just don't understand.
21:57
And when those people who we affectionately refer to as the
22:01
sheeple, when they wake up, when the herd wakes up, right which
22:11
it's happening, it's happening. We are in liftoff phase, no
22:14
doubt about it. We're like in stage 2 of a six
22:18
stage lift off of a rocket. We haven't even left the
22:21
atmosphere yet. All the people in Florida are
22:23
still watching us with their But when it really happens and those
22:26
people join us and I mean, look, we, we, we, we know what were
22:31
the reports we're getting from around the world, but in the
22:36
United States, it feels like it's happening as well.
22:38
It will be. It will be like trying to trying
22:41
to drain Hoover Dam with a garden hose.
22:44
And I didn't make that up. I forget the guy's name who did.
22:46
Nonetheless, it'll be a mad rush.
22:48
You aren't going to want to be. Let me tell you something.
22:51
And I tomorrow, you know what, I'm going to drive by my local
22:53
coin shop and see what's happening.
22:56
It's called Scotsman and see if like if there's like a
22:59
difference in activity, you're not going to want to go to the
23:02
local coin shop. There's not going to be anything
23:04
there. Do you remember, I remember
23:06
twice in the last 10 years, right, going to local coin shops
23:11
and the cases were empty. Oh, it's going to take 5 weeks.
23:15
One time it's going to take 8 weeks.
23:17
You pay us now in an 8 weeks when your silver comes in it.
23:21
I think this time it has the potential to be much, much, much
23:26
much worse. Next we're going to talk about
23:28
$1180 silver and this is getting a lot of popularity before we do
23:35
that right there. First Mining Gold also sponsors
23:40
Ron's Basement. It's a company I followed and a
23:43
stock I own long before they sponsored the channel.
23:48
Always do your own research. I'm not a stock advisor or
23:51
financial advisor or anything like that, but first Mining gold
23:54
in my opinion is a very exciting company.
23:57
They have two huge multi million ounce gold development stage
24:02
projects in Canada, in Canada, right Spring Pull in Ontario and
24:08
Du Parquet in Quebec. You can learn more about them at
24:12
their website, firstmininggold.com.
24:15
Now we're going to get fired up because we're going to talk
24:17
about $1180 silver. And you know what?
24:22
It's not out of the realm of possibilities.
24:25
And it's this is getting a ton, a ton of, of, of attention comes
24:31
from our friends at the Debt U.S. debt Clock.
24:34
But hold on a second here. Hold on here.
24:37
OK, All right, here we are, Wall Street Gold.
24:39
Oh, and by the way, if you've not subscribed to the channel,
24:42
please do that. We're still running that
24:44
special. It's free.
24:46
Just press the darn subscribe button and it hit the bell thing
24:49
too, so you get notified. Wall Street Gold says when money
24:53
dies, metals speak. This is powerful.
24:58
From $2.66 to 1180 is not upside, it's damage.
25:06
OK, We're talking about guys, this is so important for us to
25:09
realize we're all been, we've all been brainwashed and a lot
25:12
of you are all over the world, whatever local currency you use.
25:15
But here in the United States of America, we use the dollar.
25:19
We use the dollar to price our silver.
25:22
We think of silver in terms of U.S. dollars.
25:24
The reality is silver and gold have been around long before
25:28
U.S. dollars or EUR or yen or or whatever currency, paper
25:32
currency you use in whatever country.
25:35
And we kind of get brainwashed into thinking that that's what
25:38
they're worth and it's not paper is not worth anything.
25:41
I digress. The great silver breakout is
25:44
what a is what collapse looks like in slow motion.
25:48
This is talking about the slow motion collapse in the US dollar
25:53
and this comes from the US debt clock and it's right here, it's
25:56
the dollar and we look at this all the time to silver ratio.
26:02
Now technically what the dollar to silver ratio measures is the
26:06
change in the M2 money supply. You want to be on here at the
26:10
Country Club tonight having cocktails.
26:13
You can talk to your friends about the M2 money supply.
26:16
It's actually, it's really simple.
26:18
The M2 money supply is just like the measure, like the most broad
26:22
measure of all the liquid dollars out there.
26:25
OK, It's the money, right? And what it and what, what the,
26:28
the dollar to silver ratio measures is the annual increase.
26:33
So it's the money that they printed, right?
26:36
The over the course of the last year, the annual increase in the
26:40
M2 money supply divided by the number of Oz of silver that the
26:46
whole entire world produces right now, that's at 1180 per
26:52
oz. So what's really comparing here
26:54
is back in 1913 when the dollar was backed by metal.
26:59
Here, I'll show you this compared to now, right, The silk
27:04
to now, that dollar to silver ratio now is at $1180, but it
27:10
wasn't all that long ago. And then we're going to talk
27:13
about something super interesting about this.
27:15
Hold on, I've got one right here.
27:17
Yep. What is this?
27:21
Is this, is this a dollar? No, you're wrong.
27:24
This is not a dollar. This was from back in the day.
27:28
And as you can see at the very top right, it says silver
27:33
certificate, right? And on the bottom here, I'll
27:37
read it to you below, whoever that is, George Washington, it
27:42
says $1.00 in silver, $1.00 in silver payable to the bearer on
27:50
demand. Remember that word silver
27:52
dollars, right? So, so back then in 1913, what
27:56
was it, $2.13? Today, if we still worked on
28:01
that same, same basic a scenario or plan, it would be $1180.
28:09
But I want you to think about something even more important,
28:12
OK? This is so critical if you're in
28:14
precious metals to understand, OK, gold and silver, this ounce
28:19
of silver right right here in gold had been valuable for
28:24
thousands of years. So I want you to think about a
28:26
long timeline, 4000, we'll say 4000 years, 4000 years, OK?
28:33
Over that period of 4000 years, there have been all kinds, all
28:37
kinds of paper money schemes that have come and gone.
28:41
So when you think about that 4000 year time frame, think
28:44
about not this. This is a silk.
28:46
This was what our founding fathers wanted for us.
28:49
Think about this. I also have another prop I can
28:52
can show you here. This is an actual current U.S.
28:55
dollar right? Which is what is it?
28:57
It says something stupid on it, like backed by the full faith
29:00
and confidence of the US government, blah blah, blah.
29:04
Think about that 4000 year time frame and gold and silver have
29:08
been money the whole we have always.
29:10
I will argue with anyone that over the entire 4th out last
29:15
4000 years up to right now when we're together down here in the
29:18
basement over that 4000 year period, gold and silver, we've
29:23
never been off the gold and silver.
29:24
It's like the foundation of it all.
29:26
Oh God, I haven't talked about him forever.
29:28
There was a guy that worked for the Fed that just died 10 years
29:31
ago that wrote a exter, John Exter read about John Extra
29:37
Extra's pyramid. He worked for the New York Fed.
29:39
He said gold and silver are the foundation of all money.
29:42
So think about that 4000 years, think about hundreds of
29:46
different of these paper money and just put this on that time
29:49
frame. Put it that way, put it that
29:51
way, however you choose this right, There's all these little
29:55
mirage schemes that come up during those time frames.
30:00
Guys that don't stand the test of time.
30:03
Now think about this is where it gets very interesting.
30:07
Think about what's going on in the world right now.
30:10
Look, you're part of the 3% of Americans, 4% that are willing
30:14
to dig into this and get it. Think about what's happening in
30:17
the world right now. Let's talk about gold, and then
30:20
let's talk about silver. With gold, we have the world
30:24
central banks buying gold at a rate like they've never done
30:27
before. I wonder why?
30:29
Do you have any idea why? I don't know, right?
30:33
Yeah. You know why?
30:35
You know why the world central banks have now.
30:37
Now gold represents like more of the world central bank reserves
30:42
than U.S. Treasuries.
30:43
That just happened. Think about that.
30:46
But also think about what we want to consider is this, who's
30:50
the most, excuse me, sophisticated financial
30:53
institutions in the world? Hedge funds.
30:57
Yeah. Yeah, they know they're pretty
30:58
sophisticated central banks. They make the rules, OK, They
31:05
make the rules. So when the central banks, like
31:08
the insiders of the insiders, think about that 4000 year time
31:12
frame and right now central banks are switching from U.S.
31:18
Treasuries, right? Paper make believe fantasy
31:21
island, deplane, deplane, fantasy island money, paper
31:25
money to real money, gold. That's what's going on with
31:30
gold. But wait, there's more because
31:32
when we know what's going on with silver as well, right,
31:36
there's, there's speculation that some of the central banks
31:39
are starting to buy a little bit of silver, but the market
31:42
itself, China limiting exports of silver, right?
31:47
Everything happening with silver as well, it all starts to make
31:51
sense, right? I know I get it, right?
31:54
When I think of an ounce of silver and you know, my
31:56
neighbors will be over here in a little bit and I'll be like,
31:59
yeah, silver made an all time high at $75.00.
32:02
We think of dollar, but what what really?
32:05
We're not giving silver and gold the respect that they deserve,
32:11
right? The respect that they deserve
32:13
from being right, the real form of value for thousands and
32:18
thousands of years. I got more.
32:20
I was going to talk about oh, here we go.
32:21
We'll talk here. Well, let's talk about next
32:25
here. Sorry, I went on a rant there,
32:27
everybody. Let's see what I can pull up
32:30
here next. Oh, here we go.
32:31
This one. This this falls into the humor
32:33
category. This was from CNBC Pro, right?
32:38
Yet to be a pro. Hold on.
32:39
There we go. This is what CNBC is putting
32:42
out. The market bubble heading into
32:45
2026 may not be AI, it could be this metal in here.
32:51
What? Did they put a picture up?
32:53
Yeah, right here. That metal.
32:55
Yeah. Oh, boy.
32:56
CNBC is warning us that we could be in a bubble.
32:59
Not AIAI is not in a bubble, but silver could be in a bubble.
33:03
Yeah. OK, CNBC, we happen to not agree
33:08
with you on that one. We can sit down here and and and
33:16
talk about that forever, but I'm instead I'm going to go over to
33:18
this one. This is a good little piece.
33:20
Oh, oh gosh, Oh my gosh, guys, I forgot we got to cover this too.
33:24
OK, the paper market is breaking in orange.
33:27
All right, this talks about we're going to talk about the
33:29
paper market and we're going to talk about the data we're
33:31
getting on the paper make believe Fantasy Island silver
33:36
market right now. It says all COMEX achieved with
33:38
hiking margins. Remember they hiked margins and
33:42
then I got a warning for you as well on silver futures by 30% on
33:46
the 30th of December. They're so sneaky, right?
33:50
They did it right on the 30th was to reduce open interest by
33:53
only 5000 contracts with the March 26th benchmark at a very
33:58
low 100 and eight 108,000 open interest compared to volumes.
34:04
This is a sign that longs left the market.
34:08
Longs left in the market aren't speculators for the most part.
34:11
Shorts, which instead are very few but holding very large naked
34:15
short positions, are putting themselves in serious danger
34:20
every time the silver paper price is being slammed against a
34:24
strong and rising physical silver price.
34:29
Right. And here's more proof of what's
34:32
going on out there in the paper market and why it's a mirage.
34:35
This comes from our friend The Dude.
34:37
This was data from Wednesday because yesterday, Thursday, the
34:41
market was closed. But on Wednesday, Ding Ding,
34:43
Ding. Where's my bell?
34:46
Hopefully you can hear that. OK, They did it again.
34:49
They hit it right on the head. The silver market traded 810
34:53
million paper oz on Wednesday. Guys, that means we can't say
35:00
this enough. In one day, the paper make
35:03
believe this silver. Do you feel it?
35:06
I can fail. Where is it?
35:07
There's papers. There's make believe silver.
35:09
They traded 810 million ounces in one day.
35:12
That's equal to 1 full year of mining output from the silver
35:19
industry. Most of the silver comes from
35:21
zinc and lead and everything else, which is another reason
35:24
why they're not going to be able to turn up and, and and increase
35:27
the supply of silver. It's crazy.
35:30
It's happening right now. The physical market is
35:33
absolutely taking over. Don't forget, if you want to do
35:36
something nice, I want to throw this in.
35:38
Then we got a little more to cover.
35:41
Please check out a great charity that I'm falling in love with.
35:44
OK, here, I'll pull up their website for you real quickly and
35:49
boom, Hope walks. I'm not sponsored by them.
35:52
They are cheap, treating children with clubfoot all
35:55
around the world. They got a great website with a
35:57
lot of information, so I'll let you dig into that yourself.
36:01
That's if you're feeling generous.
36:03
And doesn't it feel good to do nice things We got it's more,
36:07
you know what, I had to come on tomorrow because I got the
36:10
company coming over. But before I do that, give me
36:13
one second here and boom, we got a super chat from my friend.
36:20
Hey ODBG, Old Dirty Bastard Garage man, he's an old school
36:24
Ron's basement guy. Good to see you.
36:26
I used to always say we got a great community of people here
36:30
that includes our friend ODBG, Old Dirty Bastard garage.
36:34
He's got the best username on YouTube.
36:36
Don't forget. Please subscribe to the channel.
36:39
Guys. What more coming out?
36:40
There's so much happening it's hard to keep track of it all.
36:43
There's a lot of disinformation out there.
36:46
I'm doing my best not to add to that, but a lot of conflicting
36:49
reports, crazy things happening in the world of silver, but it's
36:53
a big deal to me. I want to say thank you for
36:55
joining us down here in the basement.
36:58
Take care of yourself, OK? Oh, and don't forget, if you're
37:01
interested in storing things in the ground, check out dirty Man
37:03
safe. Dirty Man Safe.
37:05
You can save. You can you can put save, store
37:08
things in the ground like the pirates did.
37:10
And there's a discount code. Ron 10.
37:12
Take care. Thanks for being here.
37:14
OK, And I'll see you. OK, I see you right now and I'll
37:18
see you next time.
