In While We Wait, we explore what biblical faith looks like in the in-between seasons of life. Waiting can tempt us to go back to what is familiar, create stories based on fear, or put our lives on hold until God changes our circumstances.
Through the stories of Israel, the spies in Canaan, Jesus in the wilderness, and the exiles in Babylon, we are reminded that God is still faithful even when the answer hasn’t come yet.
Don’t go back to Egypt.
Don’t invent “grasshopper stories.”
