Hayom Yom 27 Elul - G‑d makes physical from spiritual the Jews make spiritual from physical

The daily Hayom Yom with Rabbi Yosef Katzman · Sep 8, 2026 · 2m

The following are the holy words of the Alter Rebbe,

[commenting on the phrase,] “Israel, one nation in the world:”

The nation of Israel, even as it exists in this earthy world,

is connected with the one G‑d.

G‑d creates materiality out of spirituality,

and the people of Israel make spirituality out of materiality.
