A Newport man, Wyatt Willis Junior, faces fresh felony charges after allegedly assaulting the same woman he was previously convicted of attacking—this time with brutal force including choking and slapping her after catching her texting a coworker. Already on probation for a prior domestic assault conviction, Willis now risks up to 15 years in prison if found guilty.
