- 0:00Hello everybody, and welcome to Honey Badger Radio. My name is Brian.
- 0:04I'm here with Allison and this is maintaining frame number fifty three twenty seven signs
- 0:09you're absolutely an alpha female or possibly just an ours whole where we will be
- 0:15looking at an article from the Lovely Mystical Raven. That's her name, it's
- 0:23her website. I mean, like, I know, I think it's on
- 0:27her birth certificate, like yeah, okay, yeah, well it's on her
- 0:32voter registration card. M but yeah, okay. I just I like how
- 0:37you sort of averaged out asshole and arsholder. Yeah. I wasn't really sure
- 0:43like which one was better, So I was like, I'm just gonna say
- 0:49something in between. Yeah, yeah, a little doing a little improv a
- 0:54little bit of whose line is it? Anyways? Okay, sorry, go
- 1:00ahead, No, it's okay. So I just want to remind everyone that
- 1:04we are doing our monthly fundraiser. It's off to a little bit of a
- 1:10slow start, so if you are going to help out, please consider going
- 1:12to feed the Badger dot com slash support and putting a few shekels in the
- 1:18hat. Very much appreciated. I might consider doing some arm twisting at the
- 1:23a in a bit after we've gotten deeper into this list, as it were.
- 1:30But once again, if you want to make sure that we're able to
- 1:32continue to do this work, it's very unique work, shall we say,
- 1:36of actually holding women accountable and maybe not just saying everything is to blame men.
- 1:44Men are to blame for everything, either through patriarchy or because apparently they
- 1:49will become weak, which I don't know. Last time I checked, men
- 1:53are still keeping the lights on, so I don't know. I'm not exactly
- 1:59sure where the whole weak men create bad times is coming from. Um,
- 2:05from where I'm sitting there, they're still keeping the roads paved, keeping the
- 2:09sewers working, keeping the traffic lights on, keeping yeah, I know,
- 2:14a typical man ma maintaining. Yeah, so weak anyway once a year because
- 2:27it's like you got the you got how to blame men? Feminist edition,
- 2:30just describe it to the patriarchy, how to blame men? Conservative addition,
- 2:36just describe it to this amorphous weakness, you know, and cowardice. It's
- 2:43like, I really doubt the guys who were saying things like oh, bad
- 2:49time or sorry, what was it? Strong men create good times? Yeah?
- 2:52Good time, good time. Good times create bad times. Bad times
- 2:57create strong men. Yeah, I doubt them. The people who are saying
- 3:00that are actually the ones bringing the harvest in or repairing a broken sewer line,
- 3:09or keeping a fact, you know, working in a factory somehow,
- 3:15because if they were, they might realize no beer, Oh wait, men
- 3:19don't brew beer anymore. Women started that somehow. Yeah, women have taken
- 3:23that over. Yeah, they know they started it. They started they were
- 3:25they were the we was brewers and shit, you know, and and it's
- 3:31it's like that that whole statement. Well, okay, but men are still
- 3:36keeping everything running, as far as I can tell, more than ever,
- 3:40because now ninety five of all the industries that provide our basic standard of living
- 3:46are run by men. Yeah, for maybe nursing. Yeah, all right,
- 3:52anyway, are you finished with your opening? Yeah? Okay, And
- 3:55yeah, if you want, if you want to support us, because let's
- 3:59face it, m this is not a message that people like to hear.
- 4:03I mean, it seems like our favorite cultural sport and around the world even
- 4:08is just to be like, yeah, there's a problem, Well let's blame
- 4:12men or just use men to fix it. Yeah, women can't be to
- 4:15blame. And it's not just because of feminism. It's also because, you
- 4:19know, if women are to blame, that means that there's some aspect the
- 4:25world that isn't touched by men's agency. You have to sort of concede that
- 4:29to women. And I've noticed that this is really really difficult for people.
- 4:33It's not just difficult because you know, feminists are like, wow, we
- 4:39can't you know, we can't judge women. It's also difficult because once again,
- 4:45that means that we have to recognize that men might have a weakness or
- 4:48a blind spot. Evan forbid, you know, and Heaven forbid. Yeah,
- 4:56yeah, okay, I didn't I tell you shocked? Well not that
- 4:59shot. And it's like, if we do recognize that, then there's an
- 5:05aspect of trust that needs to be applied. And I can really understand why
- 5:10men are not willing to trust women at this point. But it's ultimately,
- 5:15I think, in the end of the day, it's an abusive dynamic.
- 5:17It is a dance that we've gotten into that has spiraled downward. The only
- 5:23way is for somebody to be like, you know, this, this sucks,
- 5:29but there are good things that we want to keep and uh, and
- 5:32I would prefer that we keep the lights on. So let's stop this abusive
- 5:36dance. Let's and take some responsibility. And unfortunately, I think it's going
- 5:41to have to be women at this point. But anyway, I wanted to
- 5:44thank Meredith Meredith G because she put through one hundred dollars. Oh wow,
- 5:50yeah, that's nice, thank you. And I should also give a shout
- 5:56out to Hansi who put in twenty five dollars over the weekend. So thank
- 5:59you, Hansie. Oh thank you. Oh yeah, hmm, I'll still
- 6:04maybe do some arm twisting at the man. Let's get into this. Let's
- 6:09let's find out this list list of how you become an alpha. So yeah,
- 6:14I didn't know there was such a thing as an alpha woman because I
- 6:16thought being alpha was a bad thing in general. Oh no, only when
- 6:19it's men, I see. Okay, But well, first of all,
- 6:25how do you be an alpha woman with alt beta women? So wouldn't it
- 6:29be more even more there has to be beta women as well? Yeah,
- 6:32exactly, And you have to define what beta women are unless it's one of
- 6:39those things where you know how like on the whatever podcast or one of these
- 6:44dating podcasts where they have women on they ask them to rate themselves, and
- 6:47all the women, regardless of what they look like or what personality they have,
- 6:50will say that they are ten. Maybe all women are alpha's, but
- 6:55some women embody it more overtly than others, while others keep their alphast on
- 7:00the inside. Okay, but here we go, right here, mystic raven
- 7:05has created a list mystical raven. Mystical raven. She can't even go for
- 7:14like an actual activity, you know, like mystic raven, like a a
- 7:19maybe beta women. Oh yeah, okay, yeah, that makes sense.
- 7:26Yeah, but she didn't even go for like an honorific like a mystic you
- 7:30know, somebody who's who engages in mysticism. She's just mystical. Yeah you
- 7:35know what I mean? Like, yeah, but it's like it's a passive
- 7:41thing. She just has a passive trait rather than having pursued an active um
- 7:46an active discipline. Yeah, you know, meditating in a in a yurt
- 7:53for for However, people might notice that woman is engaging Oh no, at
- 8:01the body snatchers. That woman has agency. She's not a puppet. Okay,
- 8:09let's get into the article. So switching now to to this switching,
- 8:16we need switching music. I have the sound. It's the anyway. So
- 8:20this is a website called Mystical raven dot com. I guess she writes about
- 8:26relationships, maybe other things. I don't know. I couldn't be bothered to
- 8:30look into it. Um And this uh particular article is entitled twenty seven signs
- 8:37You're an absolute You're absolutely an alpha female And it's essentially a list. So
- 8:43let's find out what it means to be an alpha female. Here are twenty
- 8:46seven signs. Um. Okay, just before we get into it, I
- 8:50just want to point out that she has a quote from Malala. Yeah.
- 8:56I was going to read that one quote from Malala you soft side you soft
- 9:01side as follows. We should not wait for someone else to come and raise
- 9:07our voice. We should do it by ourselves. We should believe in ourselves.
- 9:13Yes, we can do it. One day you will see that all
- 9:16girls will be powerful, all the girls will be going to school. And
- 9:20it's possible only by our struggle, only when we raise our voice. You
- 9:26know is this? Uh? I think I know who this is. Yeah.
- 9:30She was shot by the Taliban for advocating for women's education. Now there's
- 9:35a there. Okay, let's set aside what the Taliban does to men,
- 9:41because the Taliban is pretty you know, you know, let's go into it
- 9:43a little bit great. Yeah, it's not. It's not really good for
- 9:46boys either, not the greatest, although you could argue that at very least
- 9:50the Taliban gets rid of bacha bazzi, which is basically the rape of underage
- 9:54boys in order to make money. U what and Karen one of Karen's anecdotes,
- 10:03um is basically a underaged like a twelve year old boy having to find
- 10:11it familiar in order to support, you know, the women in his family,
- 10:16you know, that kind of thing. And they put put an end
- 10:18to that stuff. Um. But on the other hand, there's other,
- 10:22you know, pretty significant narrative negatives to it. They don't like women or
- 10:28actually men getting educated in the West in the Western tradition. Um, they
- 10:33think that women should give birth to babies and raise them in a very strict
- 10:37interpretation of Islam. And I think that boys should have guns in their hands
- 10:41and protect their their women folk. So it's it's like a pretty traditional and
- 10:46it's not it's not great for either. It's not great for either. But
- 10:52you know, I but I will give her this. She stood up for
- 10:58her beliefs and despite significant pushback. Yeah, I wish that her beliefs were
- 11:03a little less exclusive of how men and boys are treated by the Taliban,
- 11:09But you know whatever, she had her stand and she took it and she
- 11:13suffered for it. Probably considered standing up for you know, everybody, but
- 11:18yeah that if you incluse men, then you're you're actually going to get less
- 11:22support and sympathy. Yeah, that's the other thing. It's entirely possible that
- 11:28she did stand up for everyone against the Taliban, but that part was just
- 11:33purged because it doesn't play as well in the West, like a lot of
- 11:37stuff that ends up getting purged. And but my overall point is this woman's
- 11:45struggles have absolutely fuckall to do with Raven, mystical Raven, and her life.
- 11:52Yeah, as if Mystical Raven started from a quote from Harriet Tubman and
- 11:58then said, you know I am as I am her. You know,
- 12:03we could all be here, We could all be Harriet Tubman. You know,
- 12:07we could all we can all have we could all compare ourselves to the
- 12:15struggles of Harriet Tubman against slavery, even if we're a white ciss had feminists
- 12:24from Portland, you know we could. I'm like, what the how does
- 12:28this work? Exactly? How does that work that you get to say this
- 12:33you this woman got shot and you get to say, oh I am a
- 12:39Malala. No you're not. No, you know you aren't. Full stop.
- 12:46Nothing you do and nothing you say will ever get you in a position
- 12:50where you're facing down a gun for one, I mean hell, and nothing
- 12:54you do or say, mystical raven is ever going to get you facing the
- 12:58stuff that I've faced saying what I say much less Malala or Harriet Tubman.
- 13:05Yeah. So funny how they how they think that, you know, like
- 13:11being allowed and vocal feminist is somehow dangerous for you. Literally the mainstream attitude
- 13:18you you're you are part of the establishment. You realize that, right,
- 13:22You're not the underdog. There's nothing brave about all right, let's let's get
- 13:28into it. I just I'm actually sort of offended on behalf of not offended,
- 13:33but I'm just like boggling at that to just sheer arrogance, because it'll
- 13:37get it'll get ridiculous. Yeah, yeah, as you go, all right,
- 13:43let's go, all right, let's continue. Are you allowedmouth a feminist,
- 13:48an unapologetic malala. If so, congratulations, woman, you are the
- 13:52strong and powerful force that makes the world go round. But also you have
- 13:58no agency in your an underdog. Um you're somehow both of these things.
- 14:03You are a god and you are an insect. All right, yes,
- 14:09so now we'll get into the list. Here are twenty seven signs you are
- 14:13an alpha female. It's weird that it's like that number, Like, don't
- 14:16people normally do top ten, top five, top twenty, top twenty five,
- 14:22twenty seven. I don't know. Is that a prime number? Maybe
- 14:26that's why? Yeah, I think no, wait, wait, no,
- 14:30no it is Okay, maybe that's it. Yep, number one. You
- 14:37know what you want to achieve today, this month, and over the next
- 14:41five years. Okay. So if you're a woman who just goes with the
- 14:45flow, you're definitely not alpha. Yeah, you're just like yo, I
- 14:50take every day as it is. Like Emili Earhart. Definitely not alpha.
- 14:56Oh god, yes, I mean she didn't work for as well old but
- 15:00but she wasn't like she took what came. Shall we say, are you
- 15:05the type to plan? Are you the type that that is cautious? Well,
- 15:11then you're not alpha you have to just well, no, you have
- 15:13to plan. Actually, I'm sorry, you have to know what Okay,
- 15:16this is at all times, this is this is our I think this is
- 15:22more like a list of the twenty seven things that um, mystical Raven thinks
- 15:28is awesome about herself. Yeah, and she wants to control everything, because
- 15:33that's what I'm getting right off the bat. That's just number one. Okay,
- 15:37okay. Number two, you truly believe that hardship makes you stronger.
- 15:41You don't let life's challenges bring you down. They truly believe doesn't sound truly
- 15:48never believe. Okay, you know what, I'm pretty sure she knew that
- 15:54we were criticizing her. She would call it her asthment, an attempt to
- 15:56get us knocked off the airways. So I doubt that, but you know,
- 16:03maybe maybe she maybe she's she's okay with criticism. Um, personally,
- 16:07I think we I think this one is a she wished she wants to be
- 16:11seen this way and probably isn't. Yeah, okay, Um, number three,
- 16:21you share your values, beliefs, and opinions, even personal ones,
- 16:23with confidence. You know, none of this sounds particularly No, it doesn't
- 16:29get that bad, you know, it's it's you know, the first few
- 16:32is okay, I mean I'm saying, don't sound they don't really sound like
- 16:36alpha traits, like, oh, you have opinions, Yeah, everybody has
- 16:38opinions, like everybody. Um, and sharing your opinion with confidence is just
- 16:45maybe the base level of actually being able to change people's minds. Yeah,
- 16:49Um, sharing your opinion with eloquence and sophistication and the ability to formulate an
- 16:57argument that is both on personal level and also on a you know, in
- 17:04terms of its evidence. That's that you know, that would be that would
- 17:08be more of an alpha trait. Although I don't know, I'm really adversive
- 17:14to this alpha thing. But regardless, I mean, it's I mean,
- 17:15the first three are pretty blanned. Um, it's a bit of a strong
- 17:19emphasis on people who are control freaks. True. Um yeah, I really,
- 17:26I really doubt that she totally is down with two because I'm pretty sure
- 17:30she's well, we'll find out if she's the kind of person who uses victimhood
- 17:34to advance a cause. But here you share your values, beliefs, and
- 17:38opinions, even personal ones, with confidence. I can't even say that,
- 17:42you know why, because last time I shared this in public in a context
- 17:48that I had any kind of vulnerability. I was of course kicked out of
- 17:52a convention for it, you know, and I didn't share it with confidence.
- 17:56Then you could hear the fear in my voice, would think that,
- 18:00um, you know, if this person is a feminist, she would be
- 18:06totally on board with people like you sharing your opinions. But obviously it was
- 18:08feminist that kicked you out because they didn't they didn't opinions. She's not the
- 18:15feminist who did that, No, she's no, but she yeah, well,
- 18:21you know what, let's keep going. Let's keep it. Number four,
- 18:25you promote support and encourage other women. You realize you have nothing to
- 18:30gain by watching them fail and everything to gain by helping them succeed. No,
- 18:36okay, no, I'm not going to support other women just because they're
- 18:40women. And you don't either, like Honestly, if you, if you're
- 18:45a feminist, you mostly like don't don't support other women either. You support
- 18:48them if they have the same ideological basis that you do, but otherwise you
- 18:55you probably probably ignore them or actively fight them. So this is ridiculous,
- 19:00And it's even ridiculous even if we were talking about not an ideological stance,
- 19:06you just blanket support every other woman. Well, what if they don't have
- 19:10the skills that are necessary for the job that they're seeking, are like,
- 19:17you know, immoral or something. Yeah? Yeah, what if what if
- 19:21they want to put a nuclear bomb in the center of the earth. You
- 19:23know, what if they want to blow up the moon? What if they
- 19:26want to steal your cat and rape your husband? Like you still support them?
- 19:30No, And this is this is on its face, requires you to
- 19:33think of women as having not being moral agents capable of doing bad shit.
- 19:40It's like no, h And also what is a woman? What is a
- 19:48woman? Is a woman? I think it is? What is it to
- 19:52you? That's what? All? Right? You know what? I would
- 19:57be glad if the whole concept womanhood just disappeared and then we can't even talk
- 20:03about you know, like women's rights everybody like, but that's transportable because I
- 20:07think that's where we're headed. So yeah, you know what, just just
- 20:11they can all disappear, like, disappear the entire concept, theoretical, social,
- 20:17legal concept of womanhood. Just disappear it and see how the world changes.
- 20:22I'm gonna I'm gonna have my wife, I mean, life partner transphobic,
- 20:30make me the make some popcorn. Yeah, I wouldn't want to be
- 20:33not inclusive. So my my, my, my counterpart my. Oh no,
- 20:41you can't say that that's binary. Oh yeah, you're right. Shit,
- 20:45you're you're homogeneous companionship unit. That could be my dog. So I
- 20:53guess I'm I'm married to both. Um. I mean that's that's pretty inclusive.
- 21:00So anyway, carbon based companionship yeah, carbon based humanoidion chip. Yeah?
- 21:11Okay, number five, Change is not scary to you. In fact,
- 21:15you find it exciting and invigorating to be faced with a new challenge.
- 21:22This sounds like a dating profile to me. I like, I like change
- 21:26and excitement. I like supporting women. I could see that this is.
- 21:32This sounds like something on Tinder or something. Oh god, yeah, this
- 21:37is a little bit bland. It's going down by some like some slimy tapioca.
- 21:41I hope there's some spice somewhere. Come on, could you please,
- 21:45could you please throw us at least a little bit of feminist spice so that
- 21:51we can enjoy this a bit more. Yeah, yeah, let's see if
- 21:55there are some some spicier things. Okay, number that was Number six,
- 22:00No. Number six is I'm sorry you are not afraid to take a risk
- 22:06when the reward is something valuable to you. I don't depends on the reward,
- 22:11I guess. And what's what are you? What are you really risking?
- 22:15I don't know. These are nothing statements. Yeah, there's pretty empty
- 22:22nothing statements. We need some like inspirational cat photo. I mean this might
- 22:26sound mean, but I just don't see women doing this stuff, Like I
- 22:30don't see them taking risks. I see them getting men to take risks for
- 22:33them, but I don't see taking It depends on what counts as a risk.
- 22:37You mean, like you know, applying for a job and maybe not
- 22:41getting it. Like, yeah, no, that's very true. That's very
- 22:45true. Like a lot of the women's lack of advancement is lack of risk
- 22:48taking and also, um, the inability to really take criticism without losing heart.
- 22:56Um and on face that too, because I'm like editing my story and
- 23:03holy shit, it is a painful process. I think the only thing keeping
- 23:08me moving forward at this point is just sheer pig headedness. But yeah,
- 23:14anyway, um, I didn't want to say a little bit more to number
- 23:19four. No, No, number four because it just occurred to me.
- 23:26Yes, women who say stuff like this are terrifying. Yeah, And the
- 23:32reason why is because what they actually mean is that you promote support and encourage
- 23:37me regardless of what I do. And you don't want to be around women
- 23:45like that because they are actually looking at the world in terms of personal resource
- 23:52acquisition. And if if they don't actually recognize whether or not a woman has
- 23:59merits, they essentially mean that they have the merit and you should give what
- 24:03they want to them. This is this is how I've seen it play out
- 24:08over and over and over again. Yeah, anyway, let's keep them.
- 24:12Number seven. You enjoy learning from other people. You realize you're not the
- 24:18expert on everything. Oh, we need a lotle cat for for to illustrate
- 24:25this. I'm gonna get you some hute photos of kittens and in some kind
- 24:29of kittens in peril, hanging in there, kittens hanging in there. Yeah,
- 24:38that's the one. I remember that, I remember that. Here we
- 24:42go. I'm sending it to you. I just feel like this is this
- 24:45list is incomplete without this image right here, all right, I'm getting in
- 24:51now. Mhmm. You are receiving it. This essential. It's up there
- 24:57you go, all right, hang guys, eight ladies hanging there? Yeah,
- 25:04okay, so back to this I'm just looking okay, no, um,
- 25:10all right, so next right number eight. You often avoid relationships because
- 25:19you prefer the sense of freedom and independence that your single life provides. Okay,
- 25:26and now we know why her wisdom appears to be a collection of inspirational
- 25:33posters that you'd find in an office building. Yeah. Sure, you know
- 25:38what, if you want to be single, all power to you. But
- 25:42you don't really grow as a person unless you open your life to other beings.
- 25:48I'm sure she's more of a cat person. I've noticed this, like
- 25:52like when you have to make compromises with other people, when you have to
- 25:56lose your freedom in order to gain compare apanionship and or and when you value
- 26:03that person's companionship over whatever thing that you think you're not getting by being with
- 26:07them, you actually have to grow up and become a better person or or
- 26:14a person who recognizes more than yourself. I notice that that's true. That's
- 26:18true about having a human companion, and in many cases a canine companion,
- 26:23because can't because dogs have some of the same emotional needs as humans. I
- 26:29don't think cats do. I mean, cats have emotional needs, but they're
- 26:33much you know, they're much clearer, and they're much more something you can
- 26:38they can live without. You know, a cat can really bond to to
- 26:41you and be a really close companion. Or a cat can sort of be
- 26:48mobile furniture. I think in a lot of ways, the women who end
- 26:52up with cats end up with kind of the mobile furniture. They're just they're
- 26:56just occupying the same space. They don't really have a relationship with the cat,
- 27:00even if they pet it and feed it. The cat really doesn't give
- 27:04us get a sense that they really understand it as its own independent entity.
- 27:08But a cat can live with that. You know, a cat can be
- 27:11perfectly happy with that arrangement. Dog I don't think is as happy with that
- 27:15arrangement, and men tend to not be happy at all with that arrangement.
- 27:19Ye, So what you've said here actually explains the first seven entries to this
- 27:29list because they don't have any really in depth wisdom to them and no specificity
- 27:36either. I think they seem go ahead, that's okay, okay, Well,
- 27:42I was going to say they seem to read more like what mystical Raven
- 27:45thinks she's like and wants other people to see her as Yes, yes,
- 27:51that's what I'm getting from it. Um. I think that the cat and
- 27:55dog thing is interesting because dogs evolved with us from back when we were hunter
- 28:02gatherers, right like, they'd follow us around and like eat the scraps that
- 28:06we left behind. And after a while we found that they were useful,
- 28:11so we domesticated them and that was like, you know, while we were
- 28:15still roaming and shit. But cats came along when we started to settle,
- 28:21and you know, agriculture started happening because cats would kill, you know,
- 28:26like the various pests that would try to eat our crops, and so cats
- 28:33came. They they they joined us later than dogs, but they're also because
- 28:38of the way they operated. They were really independent, so they evolved to
- 28:41be you know, sort of around humans and comfortable with humans, but they
- 28:47maintain a certain distance, I think, and dogs can be like even needy,
- 28:53Not not that that's a bad thing, but it's just the way that
- 28:56we grew up. And I wonder how much of that is about making the
- 29:02case because I'm probably wrong, but I wonder how much of that is reflected
- 29:07in our own differences between men and women, So um, I would I
- 29:12honestly, I actually think there's something to be said for that the psychology of
- 29:18animals. But the thing is that like cats, I think women like this
- 29:26end up with cats, where they end up with those little dogs, and
- 29:30they're really like deranged, um because they really don't know how to compromise emotionally
- 29:38with another being. And a cat will tolerate a person who doesn't do that
- 29:42as long as they feed them and don't over their food, and and and
- 29:48the dog. You know, if it's a small dog and it loses its
- 29:51fucking mind, you can still pick it up and throw it against the wall.
- 29:55Yeah, you know, that got a little dark. So I think
- 30:00that's why they end up with animals like that. But really, honestly,
- 30:03they as soon as I know that you are like, oh, I'm single
- 30:07because blah blah blah, because other people are inconvenient, I'm like, yeah,
- 30:12you shouldn't have a creature that can't get away from you legally at all.
- 30:18Period. That includes a husband, that includes a dog, that includes
- 30:21kids. If you can't, if you can't human with someone who can walk
- 30:26away from you, you don't deserve a life that can't. All right,
- 30:33all right, So number nine, people and especially other women, tend to
- 30:41look to you as an example or role model. Oh Jesus Christ, Well,
- 30:48I mean I think it's kind of true because well because feminists have basically
- 30:53like propagandized women to only look to other women for inspiration. And of course
- 31:00the women that they were supposed to look to are the ones that they deem
- 31:03worthy of that. So there's nobody saying, like, you know, be
- 31:07more like um, this woman that that you know holds like that cares about
- 31:12man or holds like some different position. Be more like this woman, you
- 31:17know, be more like um, I don't know, just women that we
- 31:21approve of, like, you know, be more like Lizzo, Be more
- 31:23like Cardi b. Be more like Hillary Clinton for example. Oh oh oh
- 31:27boy, here it comes? What the spice is coming? Okay, Okay,
- 31:33So I'm just I'm just like slowly a big gob smacked by the arrogance.
- 31:37The arrogance, but also like, how is it the how are you
- 31:41simultaneously raising yourself above other women? Well here she is. Basically she's sang,
- 31:48I'm the alpha woman. Really okay, yeah, all right, keep
- 31:52going. Number ten. You sometimes find yourself being criticized, scolded, or
- 31:59missunder still it for behaviors that would have been praised if you were a man.
- 32:05No, you're gonna have to be specific, lady. Yeah, you're
- 32:08gonna have to be specific. But I have a serious doubt. But also,
- 32:15what was this about? You know, you truly believe that hardship makes
- 32:19you stronger, because now you're going into the you're a victim because you have
- 32:23had something happen to you, and your platonic ideal of the male life you
- 32:30figure that wouldn't include it. Like you look to your platonic ideal of the
- 32:35male life and say, oh, but a man wouldn't. Yeah, first
- 32:37of all, you don't know that. Every time I've questioned feminists on this,
- 32:43they never know what the situation for men is, or even have asked
- 32:46men. They always refer to this platonic ideal of the male life which includes
- 32:52absolutely no strife, which is absolutely goddamn ridiculous. Yeah, but all so,
- 33:00yeah, this is even if you ask men though, because men are
- 33:05conditioned to process, like, you know, their struggle differently from women,
- 33:12They're probably going to be like unable to actually articulate like whatever their issues are
- 33:19because they're they're supposed to bely that they don't have any So even if you
- 33:22ask men about their side, you might not get, like, you know,
- 33:27a right answer or a true answer, because they're gonna be giving it
- 33:30to you from their perspective, right. Like, I've spoken to men who
- 33:34have who have had gone through issues here in Virginia, people seem to be
- 33:39like the men seem to be open to talking about it, and if I
- 33:44tell them, they ask me what I do, and I tell them and
- 33:45they become interested. But they always downplay their own suffering, you know,
- 33:51like if they had a divorce, if they lost their kids or whatever,
- 33:53they always downplay it like, yeah, well I lost half of everything,
- 33:57but I kind of knew that going in that this might happen, you know,
- 34:00something like that, and it's like, you know, that's really traumatic,
- 34:04right like, but but it's not the same like a woman like a
- 34:08man reacts with more um. I don't want to say stoicism because it it's
- 34:15more like they're not even really like they haven't really processed it for something like
- 34:21losing you know, their I don't know, their assets, or getting like
- 34:25rejected hard by a woman or something any anywhere on the scale, and a
- 34:30woman will be appear more traumatized for smaller offenses because they're it's not because you
- 34:37know, women are weaker per se, it's because we've conditioned them to take
- 34:43everything that affects them in a negative way as seriously as possible. And we
- 34:47have conditioned men to try and like, you know, resist everything that hurts
- 34:52them, and so they may be hurt, but they won't share it.
- 34:57And and of course then they'll say, well, that's toxic man sculinity even
- 35:00though you did this, like you're beating it into men, and then you're
- 35:04blaming them for not talking about how you hurt them. Um. And meanwhile,
- 35:09you know women are like the you know, the princess and the pee.
- 35:16Does that make sense? That's my thinking anyway, Yeah, okay.
- 35:21And their favorite activity is to compare their life to men's, yeah, which
- 35:25they have no clue about because they don't really ask men, and they they
- 35:29completely discredit men's own opinion about their lives. So they just basically are comparing
- 35:35their life to a made up version of men's life. And uh, and
- 35:40then saying, well, men's life is better, well, yes, because
- 35:44it's a made up version of men's life. First of all, that was
- 35:49actually a really good example. What I'm getting at is circumcision. So a
- 35:52man who's been circumcised will defend what happened to him because he doesn't want to
- 36:00in front the fact that he was essentially mutilated. And but if a woman
- 36:05is circumcised, the fucking un and the White House and like celebrities, they
- 36:09all come together and they have like something to say about it, and so
- 36:13the woman is made to think, oh, yeah, this was actually really
- 36:15traumatic. Everybody's telling me that it is. It's coming from everywhere. Meanwhile,
- 36:20men are like, well, apparently nobody cares, so I guess it's
- 36:22not a big deal, you know. Yeah, that's a that's a point.
- 36:27Although in the cultures where women do practice it, they don't regard it
- 36:30as being like an like this a huge imposition, of course, because they
- 36:36they're conditioned, I think. And also there's also a bit of a catch
- 36:39too, because if they find if they start to internalize all of this sort
- 36:45of catastrophizing about their sexuality, then they will lose what they do have is
- 36:52which is interesting. So it's it's like a it is a catch twenty two.
- 36:57I mean there's the recognition of the harm, but at the same time,
- 37:00there's like the the obsessive expectation that they've suddenly been I don't know,
- 37:07completely destroyed as a woman, you know, and that's that that can be
- 37:12that can be a real problem for them. Yeah, for women who've experienced
- 37:15that and don't want to lose, you know, the sexual function that they
- 37:19do have. Um, okay, let's go to number eleven. Oh god,
- 37:24it's just more inspirational cat bullshit. Well I'll just read it number eleven.
- 37:31You are very intentional and caring for your body, mind, and soul.
- 37:34You undertake frequent projects, athletic training, immersion in new books and ideas,
- 37:38service projects to develop all three of these things. So are you saying
- 37:43that Lizzo is not alpha because she indulges in her weight. I mean,
- 37:47I'm not I'm not making a judgment, you know, live however you want.
- 37:52You're the one saying that a woman that takes care of themselves as alpha,
- 37:55so Lizzo must not be alpha. I'm I'm just saying, like,
- 38:02yeah, I mean, to be honest, it's not a bad philosophy to
- 38:07actually read and service and athletic training. It's just it seems like this is
- 38:10just I don't know, well it's but I think it's cherry picking because if
- 38:19you said to her, you know, do you think that, like,
- 38:23what do you think about Lizzo? She would say that she's awesome. She
- 38:27wouldn't, she wouldn't. None of this would come up because now she has
- 38:30to like construct her opinions based on what the response is going to be instead
- 38:35of her actual view. So she's gonna say, oh, yeah, no,
- 38:38she's she's a boss. She's girl bossing it all over the place.
- 38:42You know, she's taken up space like literally, yeah, and she has
- 38:45to exclude a woman who isn't like who's on her ideological side. Then then
- 38:52the acrobats come out, the acrobatics come out. Yeah, all right,
- 38:55exactly, Okay, I just want to go ahead. I just want to
- 39:00remind everyone that we you know, if you want to send us a message,
- 39:02it was very appreciated. It said, feed the Badger dot com slash
- 39:06just the tip and if you would like to help us out, um,
- 39:08because we haven't really received anything after Meredith g which is very appreciated of course,
- 39:15UM, go to feed the Badger dot com slash support please do.
- 39:19I will read them on the air Rumble Squad hit that, but let us
- 39:24know that you're listening, and it might help us reach more people on the
- 39:29on the rumble thing. So well, he knows what's going to happen with
- 39:36you, Cube. I don't know if I really want TikTok to replace it,
- 39:39because there's something worse than than like thirty minute um videos from from young
- 39:49feminists full of inaccuracies, but at least they're thinking, you know, yeah,
- 39:54I don't know what the hell you're doing on TikTok. Oh No,
- 39:58I just you're brotting your brain out. I mean, I always you know,
- 40:02there's something worse than feminism because at least, when you're a feminist,
- 40:07you're actually thinking about things, even if you're thinking about things through a lens.
- 40:13Well, okay, I don't know about thinking. That's I don't know
- 40:19about that. It's easy to say a button like these are all platitudes,
- 40:22honestly, and there's not like a lot of depth here. So there's there's
- 40:27platitudes mixed in with some of some self reporting, yeah, some some self
- 40:35victimization, shall we say, And it's just like this is a complete false
- 40:38accusation you sometimes for behaviors that would have been praised if you were a woman.
- 40:44You're making a false accusation here. You haven't even substantiated it with what
- 40:47behaviors? Can you give me an example? Yeah, so we can improve
- 40:53to you that you're wrong, because yes, Like, look, women are
- 40:58like getting more degree, they're more successful in school, they're getting better jobs,
- 41:04they're they're getting paid more. Like what exactly are you talking about when
- 41:07you say that? You know, like, um that you know you're you're
- 41:14you're being scolded or misunderstood for behaviors that would otherwise get a man praise,
- 41:19Like what what are you talking about? I mean you could, like you
- 41:22could be a woman walk into the office and slap a man on his ass
- 41:24and keep your job, Like you know, I'm serious, Like it's just
- 41:32ridiculous, all right? What is it? What is it that you can't
- 41:37do? Yeah? Yeah, I mean what is it that men get praised
- 41:40for that you get scolded for? That's what I want to know. I
- 41:44don't I don't think there is such a thing. I think that as far
- 41:46as like what men actually do get praised for, women can get more of
- 41:52it easier in probably every single category, with one exception maybe the w NBA.
- 41:59But even then, like you know, they get they get promoted a
- 42:01lot, even though they don't make as much money and they don't get like
- 42:05as much of an audience. Like like Britney Grinder came back from Russia and
- 42:08she played in the game, and she was like the most famous w NBA
- 42:13player like every because because of what happened to her in Russia. And then
- 42:17they played a game and like the stadium was less than half full. It
- 42:24like I'm you know why, Well, the w NBA isn't that interesting to
- 42:29watch. Plus I think a lot of people were angry at Britney Grinder too
- 42:35because of what happened. And also, uh yeah, just like not even
- 42:39women don't watch the w NBA, That's what I'm saying. Like it's it's
- 42:44not that it's like unpopular because sexism. It's unpopular because women don't even watch
- 42:47it. They're not interested anyway. Okay, Number twelve, You don't apologize
- 42:54when you're not sorry. The integrity of your word means something to you.
- 43:00But what if you're wrong. You cannot be sorry and do something wrong.
- 43:05Mm hmm, yeah, Like it's it's about a feeling. If I don't
- 43:08feel sorry, I don't have to apologize. Yeah. Wow, that's a
- 43:12little bit sociopathic. Yeah, exactly, Like do you like these are just
- 43:17like I don't know they're they're not they're badly worded if I'm being as charitable
- 43:22charitable as possible. Because when you say you don't apologize when you're not sorry,
- 43:28that doesn't mean that you weren't wrong. It means you don't feel wrong.
- 43:32That's that's not the same. Yeah, it should be. You don't
- 43:37apologize when you haven't done You don't apologize when you're you haven't done something wrong.
- 43:42Now that would be acceptable, but this is you don't apologize when you're
- 43:45not sorry. Well okay you could. You could, I don't know,
- 43:51rape someone lady, and then you're like, you know, I'm not sorry
- 43:53about that. Yeah exactly. Okay, Like what when when teachers rape their
- 44:00students? Um, do they say do they feel sorry? I mean,
- 44:07if you feel but if they don't. Yeah, Like there's this one woman
- 44:10who who who shot her her son point blank, five year old son with
- 44:15a shotgun and she's like, I'm not sorry, okay, Like so she
- 44:23shouldn't have to apologize. Well, I mean really, but when I think
- 44:28apology doesn't even cut it? But really, like this is not the test.
- 44:32Yeah, it's not how you feel that matters with an apology. It's
- 44:37whether or not you're wrong. Yep, yes, not framing around your feels.
- 44:44Um number thirteen. You don't like to conform with those around you.
- 44:51As alpha woman, Judy Garland wrote, always be a first rate version of
- 44:54yourself and not a second rate version of someone else. I mean, that's
- 44:59decent advice, but Judy Garland kind of banged the whole rat pack, so
- 45:01I don't know if that's alpha. So well maybe I guess in a way,
- 45:09I mean maybe, I mean like I don't know, Like I just
- 45:14know that you know Frank Sinatra and the Gang ahead of time, So um,
- 45:20always be a first rate version of yourself. I mean yeah, that's
- 45:22again that's not advice as unique to women, so I guess it is.
- 45:31Yeah, Like like if if if, if, if mystical raven doesn't tell
- 45:36you as a woman what you should be, that you should be doing this,
- 45:39then like you're obviously not going to do it, Like you're not going
- 45:43to figure that out? What does it even mean to be a second rate
- 45:46version of somebody else. You can only be a better version of yourself or
- 45:52a worse version I guess. M hm. Anyway, um, you're what
- 46:01just thread fourt okay, number fourteen? You are you? You are usually
- 46:07asked to be the leader when given a group project? Are you? But
- 46:12how old are you? Mystical? Like? Oh, group projects like snowflakes
- 46:19from construction paper. Who's gonna lead? Like, Oh, here's the thing.
- 46:23If you're a real leader, no one asks you to be it.
- 46:29Yeah, you just sort of do it and then people follow. Is you
- 46:34know what I've seen? Yeah, right, exactly. You're not given leadership,
- 46:37you earn it. Well, you're not even just earning it, like
- 46:43often you're not even in a position where there's a metric by which you could
- 46:47even ascribe that. Yeah, you know what I mean. It's it's like
- 46:52it's the difference between being in a sandbox and and the sandbox the sandbox head
- 47:00person says, Okay, you're in charge of making them filling the buckets,
- 47:08and actually not being in a place where there's anyone higher than you in the
- 47:13first place. You know, That's what I'm talking about, you know,
- 47:16Like, if if you're going out and you're actually doing something new that you
- 47:21are leading in a way that you're not if you're just in the sandbox being
- 47:23directed to be the leader of filling the buckets. You know what I mean?
- 47:31Well, and it's funny how she's she frames this in the context of
- 47:37something that is already walled. And okay, bear with me, because I
- 47:42know this is going to get strange. But the way that this person thinks,
- 47:46she thinks like she's in a harem behind a wall, right, and
- 47:52she does not see what happens outside of it. So someone gives her leadership
- 47:59because she's already within something contained, all right. She thinks that men's lives
- 48:04are this because she's never really thought about men's lives or considered them. She
- 48:08has no bloody clue what they are. As far as they know, they
- 48:12are just basically the romanticized stories that filter in from from outside the wall.
- 48:20Yea. And everything is about how she feels because somebody else is taking the
- 48:25risks to make her life that fucking comfortable. Yep, yep, all right,
- 48:34all right. Number fifteen, You own your sexuality, erotic erotic.
- 48:42You won't be pressured into doing something that you don't want to do. You
- 48:46won't be shamed for doing something you did not that you did want to do
- 48:51you wait wait, wait, wait wait wait wait what if the person you
- 48:53did want to do it with didn't want to do it? Oh? I
- 48:57don't think that matters, because yeah, the way that that's that's okay.
- 49:01You own your sexuality. You won't be pressured into doing anything you want,
- 49:06but apparently your partner if they're like, yeah, I don't like that.
- 49:09Yeah, if they because I can't even understand the context. You won't be
- 49:15pressured into doing something you don't want to do. You won't be shamed for
- 49:19doing something you did want to do. Okay, who's who's doing shaming?
- 49:22All right? All right, who's doing the shaming? Are you telling me
- 49:25you do something to presumably your male partner and he's like I didn't like that,
- 49:30and you're like, you won't shame me? Yeah? Yeah, you
- 49:35have to submit otherwise feeling and now take this this fleck but his homemade butt
- 49:44plug that I created a bit razors? What is this? Yeah? Did
- 49:52you but did you see that? Is? Everything is about how she feels
- 49:55about it. I'm sorry, that's not you're not owning the negative consequences of
- 50:00your sexuality. There, lady, you're not allowing your partners to be like,
- 50:04you know, I'm not into this, because that would be shaming,
- 50:08that would cause you to have a negative emotion. Yep, and we all
- 50:13know that you you are. You are not allowed to feel sorry. If
- 50:15you don't feel sorry, if it makes everything okay, So you are not
- 50:21sorry, That's what I'm saying. If something is uncomfortable to you, that's
- 50:24someone else's problem, you know. So if somebody your sexual partner says no,
- 50:29I'm not into that, that suddenly becomes there a problem that they aren't.
- 50:34You know that they're saying to you that for some in some situation,
- 50:37your sexual interest isn't acceptable. That's shaming. M hm. So she doesn't
- 50:45own her sexuality because she does not accept the possibility that her sexuality could be
- 50:52negative. Well, that's hard, that's hard. Yeah, that's hard.
- 50:58That requires understanding that people exist aside from yourself. You think mystic Raven would
- 51:04would be able to mystically at the very least if she thinks that she has
- 51:07access to mystical realms like other senses and dimensions. But she has she doesn't
- 51:14seem to be aware that there are other minds. Yeah, all right,
- 51:20you get a prism and commune with it or whatever it is you do.
- 51:23Um, all right, the rest of number fifteen. You won't be a
- 51:27shamed for doing something you did not want to do. You dress and conduct
- 51:30yourself in a way that makes you feel beautiful, comfortable, and confident.
- 51:37Okay, fine, I mean like, yeah, well it's beautiful. Then
- 51:43in the shade of the yeah, yeah, I mean honestly, Brian,
- 51:47like in in the lee of that gigantic uh, disrespect for her, Like
- 51:55I don't even want to say disrespect. I mean here, here, here's
- 52:00the thing. What did she say not to staying contempt for the feelings of
- 52:05her sexual partners? Like? What did she say about men? Uh?
- 52:09Misunderstood for behaviors that would have been praised if you were a man. Can
- 52:13you imagine a man saying, I won't be shamed for doing something you don't
- 52:19want media to a woman? Oh my god, that is that is a
- 52:25That is a man who's going to end up in jail. And she has
- 52:29the audacity to say, oh, when men would be praised? You think
- 52:32men are praised like they tell somebody should should do a sketch of that,
- 52:37like you know what feminists think being a man is like. And it's like,
- 52:42yeah, you know, like guys are bragging about their uh bragging like
- 52:45loudly about their sexual conquests that sound weirdly like rape or even like overtly and
- 52:52other men and cops and like you know, paramedics, first responders giving them
- 52:57high fives and shit like that's that's what they think, right, So he
- 53:00gets the key to the city and then you know, he like he goes,
- 53:05he joins local office. He becomes like president of the Earth. You
- 53:08know. It's it's like that whole that that's like their their fever dream that
- 53:15they think men live in. Yeah, like literally, this is this is
- 53:17this seems to be where she's going. Like a man will be like I
- 53:22I don't let women shame me for doing things I want to do if they
- 53:27don't like it, Like all right, I mean that isn't they keep bringing
- 53:32up Trump's line grab him by the pussy they let you. I mean that's
- 53:37they let you. That's consent, right, this is this is this line
- 53:42is they don't like it, they don't want you, and you are shaming
- 53:47them or you're not you're not allowing them to shame you. M yeah.
- 53:53Well and again, like you know, he said that one of the richest
- 53:58men in the world in a in a private environment, he didn't do it
- 54:01around women to make them uncomfortable, and that I mean like they basically turned
- 54:07his life upside down based on that, like yeah, it's pretty thin girl,
- 54:12and yeah, right here we have even you have something so called mra
- 54:15types. Even they were like, well, I think he probably did it.
- 54:20And I'm like, what are you talking about? Did what people all
- 54:27the time like, I'm not talking about like any significant rape allegations. No,
- 54:34no, I mean I remember that some some uh some what was it?
- 54:43Reporter said, well, what do you think that about Trump saying that?
- 54:46And I said, would you be okay with Hillary saying that? I'm
- 54:49like, if Hillary said grab him by the dick, they let me,
- 54:53they let you, Like, well, i mean it's yes, like she
- 55:01could. That would be the cover of her new book. Yeah, I
- 55:05grabbed him by the dick, then the cover, but probably on the front.
- 55:08Yeah, it's crude, and it's sort of like it's not something that
- 55:13you really it's not a it's not a it's not a a witty and lofty
- 55:19sentiment, shall we say? But that needs conversations with people. I mean,
- 55:24because I would you crucify her for saying that, no, I don't
- 55:28care that fun maybe they do. Let you just considering the possibility that they
- 55:32might not let her. Yeah, you know it's in there. They'll grab
- 55:37him by the dick they let me. Okay, Well that's good, Hilary.
- 55:40At least you're you're considering the possibility that I might not and since they
- 55:46do, you know, let all power to you. Yeah, I mean,
- 55:51like it's so, it's so the thing is like my my point is
- 55:55it's so small a thing that we have had to hear about four years and
- 56:04so like this is this is the amount of impact you know, that a
- 56:07man can have. And it's not it's not something that actually happened as far
- 56:13as we know. It's some it's talking shit, that's it. Like men
- 56:15do that. See, Like men can't have the kinds of conversations that men
- 56:21have, Like you know, they called it locker room talk, right,
- 56:23and why why do they do that? We'll be yeah, because men do
- 56:25talk like that in locker rooms, in spaces where there's only other men,
- 56:30unless, of course, a female, like you know, reporter is in
- 56:34the locker room with a bunch of like firstly women, athletic dude. Women
- 56:38talk like this in front of other men. They just openly just talk about
- 56:45it. They don't care if it makes a man uncomfortable. But once again,
- 56:46let's go back to that that sentence. Just imagine I, as a
- 56:52man, won't be shamed for doing something I want to do even if my
- 56:57female partner doesn't want me to, Like, because I can't see a I
- 57:02can't see a scenario where shame. I can't see a scenario where she's being
- 57:08shamed outside of actually doing it with someone and them saying I didn't want you
- 57:14to do that. Yeah, Like, where where else does this work?
- 57:20Um? I mean this is this is this is an action in the moment.
- 57:23So she's talking about something that she's doing in the moment. The only
- 57:28person who's going to have an opinion upon that in the moment is going to
- 57:31be her partner. Yep. And she's basically just said in Scotland, a
- 57:37man literally can go to jail or for exactly that, for talking shit about
- 57:44sexual conquests. M if women share it, they get upset. Yeah,
- 57:51like what what is it that? What is it that? And that's going
- 57:52to come everywhere you know that Oh yeah, it's I mean it's it's it's
- 57:57gonna be an Ireland in the UK next, and then Canada. That's going
- 58:00to be in Canada, and then it's going to be in the US yep.
- 58:02And then women like with us will still say men get praised no if
- 58:07they can go to jail for the same conversation. Just like you just uncritically
- 58:13said this without even thinking about what you were saying. You absolutely should be
- 58:19shamed. If you will not shamed, but at the very least, you
- 58:22should understand that your partner's consent is meaningful. Even even Okay, let's let's
- 58:30say she does something and her partner's like, I'm like that, does that
- 58:35qualify as shaming? Well? What if? What if? What if she
- 58:40did something and his partner was like, I don't like that and I think
- 58:45it's weird that you do. Yeah, well, it's this Still the point
- 58:52is that you've done something that he doesn't like, and even if he's supposedly
- 58:57shaming you for it, it stops there. Oh anyway, it's just and
- 59:05just just to plainly say this and just hide it in there like that a
- 59:09go, I've beat that point to the to death. Yeah, hopefully consentually
- 59:15with the point. All right, Number sixteen, You don't waste time chasing
- 59:22after people who do not show you the respect and consideration that you deserve.
- 59:29You are known to have a very low tolerance for that kind of bs.
- 59:34Okay, how do you know you deserve respect and consideration from others? Well,
- 59:37what does respect mean to her? Who knows? I mean, well,
- 59:42I can guess, I'm not I'm not ashamed to take a guess.
- 59:45I'm okay with being wrong if it turns out to be the case. But
- 59:47it seems to me that whenever you hear women talking about how they deserve respect,
- 59:52it's not respect, it's just abject blind praise. Because respect is something
- 59:58that women that people just women. It's something that is earned. The only
- 1:00:04thing that you you might like, you know, would it would be a
- 1:00:07good idea for people to get, is courtesy. But that's not respect,
- 1:00:10that's courtesy. So people don't owe you respect or consideration aside from politeness,
- 1:00:19like they don't even know you politeness. They just owe you neutrality. Okay,
- 1:00:22you do. You don't come into the room deserving anything from anyone,
- 1:00:28yep, And it's not alpha to demand it. It's actually it's actually pretty
- 1:00:31weak sauce, like why don't you respect me? Well, you haven't earned
- 1:00:37it? Why should I give me a reason? Is? This is the
- 1:00:43infuriating thing. What do they mean when they say respect women or respect women?
- 1:00:46What do they respect them? They mean? Listen to them? Do
- 1:00:50they what are they praising? That's what I'm saying. What are they praising?
- 1:00:54Their existent? They just praise the fact that you you who are a
- 1:01:00being? Because I guess that no longer we can't praise the boobs and the
- 1:01:05uterus because that's that sense. So we're just praising the fact. Oh you
- 1:01:09identify as a woman, praise be yep? Do you not even yep?
- 1:01:19What is this? Okay? I identify as a woman. Please give me
- 1:01:23the respect and consideration that I do. But you not do it? Okay?
- 1:01:30Yeah? Do they know something we don't? They live by a woman?
- 1:01:35What does a woman know? Jesus? Oh? What is a woman?
- 1:01:39How can you do? You have no definition of what a woman is?
- 1:01:43How can you know what a woman knows? Alright? A woman?
- 1:01:46All right? Um? Number let you see number seventeen. You have strong
- 1:01:55and well developed political views. You often take political action to further causes you
- 1:02:00care about. Well, and that doesn't include you, Alison, I'm sorry.
- 1:02:05Like caring about men, that's not one of the things. You have
- 1:02:07to be mad and wear a pussy hat and rant about Rovie Wade or rape
- 1:02:12culture. Transphobic yet? Is it transphobic? Yet? I think they're transphobic?
- 1:02:19This sounds kind of yeah, because you're talking about women. Well,
- 1:02:22this whole thing start off transphobic. Shame on? You're right, yeah,
- 1:02:27this must be a t okay. I think i'd like to be a woman.
- 1:02:32Um do you remember that Monty Python? Remember that? Yes? Okay,
- 1:02:37prescient they are? Yeah, really it's prophetic in fact. Um,
- 1:02:44all right, let me see has there been no Okay, guys, give
- 1:02:46us some love, man, send us a super chow or um, you
- 1:02:52know, maybe support the fundraiser. Every little bit helps and then leave us
- 1:02:57a comment. Let us know you guys think about this list so far are
- 1:03:00If you want to look at it yourself, you can go to the link
- 1:03:01in the description. Just be warned. For some reason, this website loves
- 1:03:07ads, which is why I haven't been strolling and just reading from them from
- 1:03:13a copy pasted list. So anyway, and feed thebadgeer dot com forward slash
- 1:03:19just the tip to send a superchow or feed the badger dot com forward slash
- 1:03:22support. Yeah, that's the other thing, Like this is not this.
- 1:03:28This list isn't a list that's going to make any woman's life better. In
- 1:03:31fact, I would guarantee it's the opposite. It's just a list to keep
- 1:03:35your eyeballs on there to sell your shit. Yeah, and it's also a
- 1:03:38really good way to drive men away because like if they if they see that,
- 1:03:44even though you know she's claiming I'm an alpha woman, an alpha bitch
- 1:03:47or whatever she it sounds extremely high maintenance. So it's ironic because you know,
- 1:03:55um, on the one hand, oh, I'm an alpha woman,
- 1:03:59look at all these look at all these positive qualities. But a man will
- 1:04:01look at that and say, why is there a list? What do you
- 1:04:06expecting from me? It's not even just not the high maintenance thing. Okay,
- 1:04:13my dog is winding up, so I'm gonna have to deal with that.
- 1:04:15But I just wanted because he's a little high maintenance. He's a little
- 1:04:17high strung. It's like the dog version of a cross rocket. Um.
- 1:04:21But what I wanted to say to this is it's not just high maintenance.
- 1:04:27It is she doesn't seem to be aware that other minds exist aside from hers.
- 1:04:32If this is a person and not just AI generated salestock copy, you
- 1:04:40know, yeah, because that that's actually sort of creepy. Maybe we're maybe
- 1:04:45we're She strikes me as somebody that's going to like always like compete with her
- 1:04:51man and men don't want that compete and simultaneously expect service. Yeah, and
- 1:05:00that's basically somebody who I mean, at the same time as she expects him
- 1:05:04to have the achievements necessary to compensate for all of her frailties, she will
- 1:05:09resent him and compete with him for those achievements, which is just it's just
- 1:05:14a recipe for misery. Yep, okay, ye, all right, are
- 1:05:19you go deal with the dog? Nope? Husband, did it all right?
- 1:05:24Jonathan did it all right? Number eighteen. You have more willpower and
- 1:05:32determination than most people. You may even be accused of bulldozing others on occasion.
- 1:05:38You mean being a bitch. What do you mean by bulldozing other like
- 1:05:44you know, like like you won't say it in my way, or you
- 1:05:46won't link. There's a link. Maybe we can find out. Oh yeah,
- 1:05:50let's see. Let's see. Hold on, I will scroll down to
- 1:05:55what is that? Oh, healthy relationships? Don't be a bulldozer. Don't
- 1:06:00be a bulldozer? Oh accused of? Yeah? Okay, so this is
- 1:06:05what she thinks she's been accused of. Have you ever met a bulldozer?
- 1:06:09I mean a dominating personality type who tried to get their way in bulldoze over
- 1:06:13you. Have you ever been a bulldozer to someone else? I'm sure if
- 1:06:15you're like me, you can answer yes to both of these questions. Remember
- 1:06:18how it feels to be bulldozed over by another person. You feel a bit
- 1:06:21violated, disrespected, ignored, and dehumanized. It's not a very nice feeling,
- 1:06:27nor does it endear you to the person. Okay, so this is
- 1:06:31basically a unisex conversation, like a unisex blog post on not being an abusive
- 1:06:39asshole, and she is saying that that's what she's referring to. So let's
- 1:06:43put it in its proper context. You have more willpower and determination than most
- 1:06:48people. In other words, you're more willing to get violent and abusive to
- 1:06:54get what you want. Ye, you may even be accused of bulldozing others,
- 1:06:58so being violent abusive towards others on occasion. All right, So this
- 1:07:02is basically at this point we're talking about being an ours whole. Yeah,
- 1:07:11I mean like you like Basically she's saying you may even be accused of bulldozing
- 1:07:15others, which is basically to say that it's undeserved someone. Yeah, it's
- 1:07:21yes, And she's linking to something talking about don't do this. Yes,
- 1:07:27and it's it's it's gender neutral. It's not even pointing out men or women.
- 1:07:30It's just an article about being mindful of well, okay, being mindful
- 1:07:35of the people around you and your effect on them. No wonder she hates
- 1:07:39it, so God forbid she'd be aware of other people. Yeah, but
- 1:07:45don't forget Okay, you don't apologize when you're not sorry. No, you
- 1:07:49don't like to conform around those around you. But those are good qualities,
- 1:07:55and you should are being of bulldozing. Okay, lady, you don't even
- 1:08:00deserve a plant. No, no, you don't. No, not even
- 1:08:05like one of those plants. It's like so easy to go. We need
- 1:08:10a scale, you know, we need a scale for women that goes from
- 1:08:16you don't deserve a man if you're not like And the reason why I say
- 1:08:21that is, if you're going to have contempt for masculinity and the male identity
- 1:08:27and what men bring to a relationship, why should you be in a relationship
- 1:08:30with one. Maybe you just don't like those things. Some people don't like
- 1:08:34chocolate. Those people are freaks and deserve to die. But you know that
- 1:08:39that is a preference. Um, that's okay, you just don't want it
- 1:08:43in your life, that's fine, okay. If the problem comes when you
- 1:08:46have that level of contempt and judgment towards men, when you think things like,
- 1:08:50oh, men construct a society for their own benefit at the expensive women
- 1:08:55another that other anti human trash, when you mostly directed that men, when
- 1:09:00you think things like men's againities are toxic or whatever. Else. When you
- 1:09:04behave in this way towards men and you still want a relationship with one,
- 1:09:09therein is a problem, Like why don't you just become a lesbian separatist and
- 1:09:13go off in your commune and leave live doing whatever lesbian separatists do, probably
- 1:09:17killing each other, and just leave men alone, right, Or if you
- 1:09:25just don't like masculinity because you just don't like masculinity. There's certain parts of
- 1:09:29masculinity I will never fucking understand, like jacked up trucks and blaring goddamn country
- 1:09:36music at two. Ye I guess you shouldn't come here. Yeah, I
- 1:09:43won't ever go to virgisn. He's more interested in getting a truck than I
- 1:09:46am. She's like, I want to get it better. Yeah, yes,
- 1:09:49that's fine. I don't understand it. I probably never will. But
- 1:09:54luckily there's all kinds of other masculinities to appreciate. And if you don't appreciate
- 1:09:59any of it, that's fine. Go be a lesbian, not in a
- 1:10:00lesbian separatist community, which means you're more likely to actually enjoy your life with
- 1:10:04your elisabian partner. But regardless, I'm talking about the women, and the
- 1:10:11women who have absolute contempt for men's identity, who talk about toxic masculinity and
- 1:10:15patriarchy and rape culture and all of that other jazz which is just virulent hatred
- 1:10:21towards men's identity and masculinity and men, and yet still want a relationship with
- 1:10:27one just don't. Okay, So we need what I was getting at,
- 1:10:31is we need to scale from. You do not deserve a man, and
- 1:10:35this is just for the women who want one but apparently have utter contempt for
- 1:10:40them too. You don't deserve a fucking plant to maybe you don't deserve your
- 1:10:44intestinal parasites. For God's sake, I feel sorry for your tape worm.
- 1:10:50You know, we need not even that pet if you want you freaking tape
- 1:10:58word. Yeah, you don't even deserve a tape worm. Um. This
- 1:11:02woman has moved past you don't deserve a plant. Yeah, she's starting to
- 1:11:08move into like I feel sorry for your tape worm territory. Okay, I
- 1:11:14do. I do feel sorry for your tapeworm. Um. I don't know,
- 1:11:18Like, I don't know if they really like ho hoes that much.
- 1:11:21But uh, And when I say ho hoes, I'm not talking about the
- 1:11:25woman. I'm talking about the snack. Consider. I'm consider what this woman
- 1:11:30is likely ingesting and and the level of cortisol in her blood stream. My
- 1:11:35god, that the level of cortisol in this woman's bloodstream would fry a tape
- 1:11:40worm. Yeah, oh, okay. Number nineteen. You don't mind spending
- 1:11:45time alone. You value and enjoy your own company. Good, because that's
- 1:11:51all you deserve. M what Oh God, just get to number two just
- 1:12:00like that. I mean, I don't get how that's an alpha trait um.
- 1:12:03Number twenty Yeah, well, I mean I'm like that. I can
- 1:12:09you know, I can be happy by myself for periods of time. Yeah,
- 1:12:13me too. Number twenty. You don't engage in jealousy. It doesn't
- 1:12:15suit you. Oh, somebody's somebody's a side chick. Somebody's going after the
- 1:12:25alpha, the alpha, not just a side piece, like multiple side dishes,
- 1:12:30like the man has gotta go to buffet plate and she's just one item.
- 1:12:38Um. Yeah, this is the Yeah, I'm this is what I'm
- 1:12:41sensing from this. Yeah, it does. You don't engage in un Oh
- 1:12:45no, I didn't send you. I thought you said, okay, no,
- 1:12:49don't worry about it. So, yeah, you don't engage in jealousy.
- 1:12:55Number twenty one. You've been accused of being stubborn. No, you've
- 1:12:58been accused of being stubborn. It's very difficult to change your mind once it's
- 1:13:01been made up. So you're hardheaded. What if like, what if they're
- 1:13:09trying to save you from yourself? What does that even mean? I'm stubborn,
- 1:13:14that's not How is that alpha female shit? How many women are willing
- 1:13:19to change our mind? How many women are willing to admit that they're wrong?
- 1:13:24Do you realize how hard that is not just for women but for most
- 1:13:27people. Yeah, Like that's actually really that's sort of you know. What's
- 1:13:33really interesting is this attitude that I've had to cultivate, and again, I'm
- 1:13:39going to just appeal to writing a story attitude that I've had to cultivate where
- 1:13:44I accept criticism and have a tantrum about it, integrate it, and just
- 1:13:51keep moving despite the fact that when you receive criticism, you feel like you're
- 1:13:57doing something stupid and dumb, and you just like, should I continue to
- 1:14:02be doing stupid and dumb things? Should I just give up and do something
- 1:14:08that's more productive? And so you have to hold on to that feeling like
- 1:14:12you're actually doing something of worth while allowing that it's not doesn't have that much
- 1:14:17worth, you know what I mean. It's a really it is a very
- 1:14:20painful situation to work through. Writing is okay When when a writer says that
- 1:14:28writing is like opening a vein, they're not fucking kidding. It is if
- 1:14:33you want to write crap, it's fun. But if you actually want to
- 1:14:38write something for people, holy shit, it is a painful process. It
- 1:14:45is absolutely excruciating. And again you have to you have to be simultaneously willing
- 1:14:48to take criticism but at the same time not let it batter you into a
- 1:14:53sense of despair. So you have to be stubborn as fuck. You know.
- 1:15:00Honestly, I think everything that I've experienced sort of led me up to
- 1:15:03this point. Um, because I am a stubborn person, Like I am
- 1:15:09bullheaded, I am sort of like, um, I don't try not to
- 1:15:15waste time chasing after people who don't have an interest. Yeah, you know,
- 1:15:21you know, I'm like, there's there's some aspects of this list that
- 1:15:25I am. But at the same time, as I try to take criticism,
- 1:15:32it's sometimes very difficult. Yeah, sure, I get it. We
- 1:15:35all struggle with that. Yeah, And and I try to think about how
- 1:15:41other people feel. Yeah, you know, I mean me, Me and
- 1:15:45the dog Scipio. We we've we've there's been some rough patches because he's had
- 1:15:53he's he's really he really is high energy, you know, and he's got
- 1:15:59these dryis that are very powerful to chase, to neutralize things and to respond
- 1:16:04to stuff because he's he's a he's a shepherd and that's what they do.
- 1:16:10Yeah, and he's unbelievable memory for things. So sometimes it feels like it's
- 1:16:15a constant struggle with him. And you know, yesterday I had to sit
- 1:16:19and really think about things and about how he's experiencing this. So I went
- 1:16:26into the room and he was sort of looking depressed, and he'd been having
- 1:16:29trouble eating for a bit, and I was worried about him, and I
- 1:16:31said, you know, And it was after we'd had sort of a stressful
- 1:16:34walk where literally every dog in the town was joined ape shit for some reason.
- 1:16:40And then he was he was like on the edge and he barked at
- 1:16:45a girl who was skipping rope, and so we were I don't know,
- 1:16:51well she she she stopped skipping rope and started hitting the fence, So I
- 1:16:56don't know. She's a rural girl, so maybe maybe didn't even phase her.
- 1:17:00Yeah, And he was on leash scares off coyotes or whatever you guys
- 1:17:03get up there. Perhaps she probably has like a sling shot to scare off
- 1:17:09coyotes. Yeah, but um, And also we were going past in the
- 1:17:13alley and someone was pl like a bunch of boys were planking a a used
- 1:17:17or an old refrigerator. So it's just like they're shooting it with like a
- 1:17:20bby guy. It was making a weird sound that he was making them nervous.
- 1:17:25So it was a rough day, a rough a rough walk. And
- 1:17:29I knew that, yeah, and I knew that well, you know.
- 1:17:33And the other thing is that rural women tend to have a higher level of
- 1:17:35masculinity and stoicism than urban women. Yeah, toxic masculinity thing is basically like
- 1:17:44elite you know, Manhattan City attitude. Yes, it's not just towards boys,
- 1:17:50it towards rural people. And it's even towards like, yeah, it's
- 1:17:55even towards like, um, black women who tend to have more masculine traits.
- 1:17:59Sure, you know, And I'm not saying that as a negative because
- 1:18:03god damn, I wish I had that kind of uh musculature. Yeah,
- 1:18:10just like really well developed shoulders, like athletic black women. Holy shit,
- 1:18:17Timothy oliphant Um, I think that's attractive, but I know other people might
- 1:18:23not. But anyway, so that that that condemnation of toxic masculinity you know,
- 1:18:29it hits masculine women, probably hits black women because it encourages that that
- 1:18:33kind of attitude towards masculine people. And then and where was I coming with
- 1:18:40this? So I was on this walk with a dog, and you know,
- 1:18:43I'm being really critical, highly critical because I'm highly critical period. And
- 1:18:47he looked and we got home and he looked depressed on the on the bed,
- 1:18:51and I'm like, you know, I need to think about this from
- 1:18:55his point of view. He's trying, you know, and he doesn't understand
- 1:19:00and how to act in these circumstances that I'm putting him in. So maybe
- 1:19:03he's stressed by the fact he doesn't know what he's supposed to do. And
- 1:19:06he says new and so I'm like, you know, I'm gonna I'm gonna
- 1:19:11try to protect. So I went into the room and I said, you
- 1:19:14know, you're a really good boy. Yeah, you're You're a great dog.
- 1:19:19You're a good boy. And I swear that dog. You know,
- 1:19:23the ears went back, not not not in a negative way, but you
- 1:19:27know that way that they have when they're they're feeling really submissive or yeah,
- 1:19:30I know, you know, and they want to be petted or cuddled and
- 1:19:36his eyes just grew huge. Oh yeah, just huge and sort of watery,
- 1:19:45not watery, but like you know what I mean. And he just
- 1:19:47he just he started to do that thing that dogs do when they get you
- 1:19:49know, they start to lick and and try to they go up underneath your
- 1:19:56chin against your chest, you know what I'm talking about, and I start
- 1:19:59licking, yeah, and he's he's just like I'm like, oh, it
- 1:20:03was just such an instantaneous change. Yeah. It's like, well that comes
- 1:20:08from being somebody who's got these really high standards, you know, and I
- 1:20:12really want him to achieve these high standards, but at the same time not
- 1:20:15paying attention to how they're affecting him. Then sitting down and thinking, okay,
- 1:20:18well how is this affecting him? You know, and yeah, really
- 1:20:23thinking about it, and then trying to extend myself to understand and I don't
- 1:20:28think this person doesn't always see his justifications for not caring about others. Yeah,
- 1:20:33and then calling that, you know, alpha behavior, which is like,
- 1:20:38well you don't you don't seem to understand, like you know, like
- 1:20:42what what what that looks like? If no? Yeah, any well,
- 1:20:46basically it's like I said, about men too, Like when when men say
- 1:20:49that they're alpha, it's like, if you have to say it, then
- 1:20:51you're not. So you know that you like it, doesn't it's not something
- 1:20:56that you need to share with everyone. Hey, by the way, guys
- 1:21:01that you know, I'm an alpha male. The same thing with women.
- 1:21:04If you have to say it, then no, that's probably not true about
- 1:21:08you. Well look at it this way, Um, was not the dog.
- 1:21:14I mean, I hate to use the word. I really don't like
- 1:21:16using alpha beta for anything. Yeah, I know I don't either. I
- 1:21:19generally don't, but go ahead, Yeah, she's using it. Yeah,
- 1:21:25but you know when when when I did that for Scipio, when I understood
- 1:21:29where he was coming from and I recognized it, you know, and he
- 1:21:33offered that kind of I guess trusting submission, you know, does not not
- 1:21:41make me an alpha quote unquote you know and be my experienced Yeah, well,
- 1:21:48a good dog does have to act like a pack leader. Um,
- 1:21:53you know, otherwise the dogs will h they'll they'll try to like be the
- 1:21:58leader. So you do have to do that, but generally it's not that's
- 1:22:01like I don't know, that's different. That's about ownership, I guess dogs
- 1:22:04do want to please their owners as long as their owners are the leaders are
- 1:22:09pleasable. Yes, yeah, And but my overall point is that he's coming
- 1:22:14from this position when and this is a really smart dog, like insanely smart,
- 1:22:18and he's coming from a position where he's thinking he's he's unappreciated or he's
- 1:22:25not doing it right, and I'm telling him he is. And then he's
- 1:22:28offering instead of that kind of guarded you know, you know when dogs are
- 1:22:31sort of guarded. And then instead he's offering me this this kind of overt
- 1:22:36submission and submissive what they call submissive things. Because I recognized how he was
- 1:22:44feeling. And I think that this woman does not really understand the nature of
- 1:22:48what it is to be a leader in a species that's highly emotional, highly
- 1:22:54cooperative and integrated. Because I guarantee, like, if she's not unable to
- 1:22:59understand dan how people feel or creatures feel, or that there are other minds
- 1:23:03than our own, then she's no leader. Yep, yeah, exactly exactly.
- 1:23:12Jojo is really smart too. Just as an aside about it, anyway,
- 1:23:17all right, let's I'm speaking of dogs. I do have something I
- 1:23:20want to share. It's an image I think you'll like, but I'm gonna
- 1:23:26do it at the end. So because we're almost at the end, all
- 1:23:30right, let me see. You feel as though the spotlight is usually on
- 1:23:34you, whether you have asked for it or not. You gross? What
- 1:23:39do you again? Like if you if like how many people just think the
- 1:23:43spotlight is on them? What does that even mean? But like, what
- 1:23:45if you're just delusional? What if you think it but it's not true?
- 1:23:51You know, like you feel as though the spotlight is usually on you suggests
- 1:23:56that you're the only person that thinks that's happening. That's just narcissism. Number
- 1:24:03twenty three. You're often the instigator in a new relationship. You're more comfortable
- 1:24:09pursuing a love interest in waiting for them to make the first move. As
- 1:24:14alpha woman. Chi Chima, wait Chima what? Ch Amanda Adici wrote quote
- 1:24:23of course I am not worried about intimidating men. The type of man who
- 1:24:27will be intimidated by me is exactly the type of man I have no interest
- 1:24:30in. End quote, Well, I guess I mean, like, could
- 1:24:38you imagine if men frames Oh yeah, let's okay. So uh Chris wrote,
- 1:24:47of course I'm not worried about intimidating women. The type of woman who
- 1:24:51would be intimidated by me is exactly the type of woman I have no interest
- 1:24:56in. It's like, to every woman who were Jackson, you're just intimidated.
- 1:25:00By way. When women are intimidating to men, it shows their girl
- 1:25:04bossness powers. But women, it's rape culture and they should be arrested.
- 1:25:12Okay, but like, literally, could you like it must be really convenient
- 1:25:15to say that everybody, every man who rejects you is intimidated by you because
- 1:25:19you're just too awesome. Every woman rejects me is just too intimidated my eyes,
- 1:25:29he's too awesome. Oh god, this deserves this attitude, deserves to
- 1:25:35be laughed at you. This is so cringe, man. This The beginning
- 1:25:41of this is fine, good if you're interested in man, pursue him,
- 1:25:45so what good? Good on you. That's good, make that agency,
- 1:25:48Make make an effort. But the second half is like, so, oh,
- 1:25:54if if I get rejected, it's because I'm intimidating. Yeah, a
- 1:25:59woman checks me, it's because she's too intimidated by my sit masklin, I'm
- 1:26:05just way too awesome for her. You can't Yeah, actually, yeah,
- 1:26:11Actually that would be okay. I think if it's just your way of overcoming
- 1:26:15the pain of having been rejected, then you don't genuinely believe it, like
- 1:26:21you don't you don't think that a man is some kow immoral because that's the
- 1:26:27framework here, because they're not just saying that this man is intimidated or they're
- 1:26:33they're essentially saying that any man who rejects them is how is morally illegitimate.
- 1:26:41They're part of the bad people who get who are intimidated by strong women who
- 1:26:45are bad men. It's like, I can understand it. They're just like,
- 1:26:50you know, he just doesn't appreciate my awesomeness, And I can understand
- 1:26:55of a man she just doesn't appreciate my awesomeness. But to turned it into
- 1:27:00he has a moral failing for rejecting me, No, that is that is
- 1:27:08definitely right b in my opinion, absolutely, Michael jam right away. Yeah,
- 1:27:15I mean, and it was. I'm starting to I'm starting to develop
- 1:27:17a picture of this person. If a if a partner makes her feel ashamed
- 1:27:21for doing something that he wasn't into, that's on him. If a man
- 1:27:29rejects her, that's also a moral failing on his part. Yeah, yeah,
- 1:27:34this is not Yeah, you're you're I'm feeling sorry for your tapeworm here,
- 1:27:41lady, not only should you not be not be allowed to have a
- 1:27:45plant, I'm thinking that you shouldn't be allowed to have a tapeworm. Yeah,
- 1:27:50okay, fair point, all right, I do have a couple of
- 1:27:54super chows. So thank you for that. An anonymous person, I don't
- 1:28:00know if you like meant to not give us your name, just sent fifty
- 1:28:03dollars and did not add any comment. So thank you for that, and
- 1:28:14thank you anonymous person. And Deadly do Right gives us ten dollars and says
- 1:28:17lifted trucks are a cultural thing. They are mainly about the ability to drive
- 1:28:21in almost any conditions or terrain. It is also a sexual signal that these
- 1:28:26guys have either disposable income, mechanical skills, or both. Plus it's an
- 1:28:30expression of men's drive to constantly test and improve. They are trying to make
- 1:28:34a more capable machine and be able to drive it into tougher conditions and come
- 1:28:39out the other side. Thank you, ned do Right. I know I
- 1:28:43do like I do like trucks like I didn't when I lived in Chicago because
- 1:28:46it was impractical. But now that I'm here in Virginia, pickups do look
- 1:28:51pretty appealing, like Ford, you know, like like well whatever Ford's Dodges,
- 1:28:57whatever I do, I do like them because you know they're expensive,
- 1:29:01so yeah, and it's expensive, but also I maintain that, you know,
- 1:29:05I'm interested in something else. Um, and that's okay. Like,
- 1:29:10not every woman has to like every type, every expression of masculinity, just
- 1:29:15like every man doesn't have to like every woman. And if a woman isn't
- 1:29:19interested, if a woman isn't interested in masculinity is fine as as long as
- 1:29:24she's fine with other women God's speed. People shouldn't have to do or like
- 1:29:30things they don't want to do or like. But on the other hand,
- 1:29:33if you are interested in a relationship with a man, get the fucking chip
- 1:29:40off your shoulder about masculinity. And like, I'm not saying that this is
- 1:29:45a bad type of masculinity. I'm just saying that it it's not. It's
- 1:29:50not the masculinity that appeals to me, that's all I think. No,
- 1:29:59it's fine, I get it. I mean it's not for everybody. Number
- 1:30:02twenty that was number twenty three. I'm sorry. Number twenty four. You
- 1:30:06see obstacles as stepping stones rather than as roadblocks. I mean, that's not
- 1:30:14terrible advice. Sure, yeah, put up the cat, hang in there,
- 1:30:18fluffy kids, hang in there. Number that was number twenty four,
- 1:30:26Number twenty five. Whether you're making a speech at an academic conference or telling
- 1:30:30a story at the company Christmas party, you know how to get and keep
- 1:30:33the attention of a crowd. Oh good lord, So everybody who's afraid of
- 1:30:39making speeches need not apply. Yeah, all right, this is this is
- 1:30:43like a weird amalgamation of girl boss shit, victimization, shit, inability to
- 1:30:53recognize that men have their own minds and kind of you win. You imagine
- 1:31:00might be on a list for alpha male, which often is just as cringey
- 1:31:04as this, Except the only thing that doesn't make these the alpha male lists
- 1:31:10as cringey as this is because they generally don't play the victim. Yeah,
- 1:31:15and there's generally some kind of implicit acknowledgment that men that women have the right
- 1:31:18to offer or offer or withdraw consent without being immoral. Yeah. And also
- 1:31:26I think alpha males, like guys who claimed to be alpha males, they
- 1:31:30have to demonstrate it, otherwise they're discredited. Women don't They can just say,
- 1:31:34you know, like gorlocked a destroyer and if you know, but um
- 1:31:39gorlocked a destroyer. Some people might know was on the Whatever podcast and was
- 1:31:45basically just like I'm a ten and it's a vibe and you know, like
- 1:31:48you just if you know it, you know it. It was just a
- 1:31:50bunch of like BS sentiments, and um, you know what I was thinking,
- 1:31:55like, well, I guess I guess we don't need evidence of anything,
- 1:31:58like you're just telling us you're amazing and men just want you. So
- 1:32:02yeah. Um, and if she really was like leaning into the gore loock
- 1:32:09the destroyer, that could be interesting. Yeah you know well, I mean
- 1:32:14it certainly would. It's like it's like raising, it's like playing on expert
- 1:32:18or legendary. Yeah, it's you know, like speed running on legendary difficulty.
- 1:32:27Um. But yeah. Anyway, so these those sort of claims are
- 1:32:32they just seem kind of empty because no one's gonna say, you know,
- 1:32:35you need to make good on all this because they would only do that with
- 1:32:39men. That's why that's why, you know, um, I think that
- 1:32:43men are less likely to make those claims. Number twenty five. Oh no,
- 1:32:47I already read that one number twenty six. You get you set very
- 1:32:51ambitious goals for yourself, and you nearly always reach them. You truly believe
- 1:32:57you can accomplish anything. I think that if you're setting those, um,
- 1:33:03are you having any issues with my sound? No? Why? Okay,
- 1:33:08because they would you want a little bit robot. But maybe maybe that was
- 1:33:10just on me. Um, if you're setting but like it didn't do it
- 1:33:15since Okay, if you're setting such ambitious yeah, it's probably discord fucker.
- 1:33:20I thought we had that resolve, but whatever. Um okay, So if
- 1:33:26you have these ambitious goals and you're actually achieving them, they're probably not that
- 1:33:31ambitious. Yeah, they're probably not ambitious enough, right, That's what I
- 1:33:34was saying. You know. There's what's really interesting is that when you listen
- 1:33:40to guys who have I've achieved stuff, they often talk about dealing with failure,
- 1:33:48you know, and how to manage those kinds of negative emotions. None
- 1:33:55of that is in here. No, there's no practical inform nation about being
- 1:34:00an achiever. Yeah. No, I mean it's always self affirmation stuff.
- 1:34:10Well, that that's the that's the innocent stuff. That's the stuff we can
- 1:34:13put mister snuffles up. You know. The disturbing stuff is the stuff would
- 1:34:17suggests that this this individual thinks it's alpha not to regard other people as having
- 1:34:23minds. M h okay, let's let's do this all right? Almost done
- 1:34:30here? Yeah? Number twenty seven, the last one. You find it
- 1:34:33easy to love and respect others because of the deep sense of love and respect
- 1:34:38that you have for yourself. Oh, red flag, I mean like loving
- 1:34:44yourself. Okay. I know that there are people who would say, well,
- 1:34:46why why shouldn't you do that? I don't think it's quite the right
- 1:34:50way to put it. I think that we should have a sense of our
- 1:34:55self worth, right, But I don't know that when when I hear people
- 1:35:00say, you know that you should have a deep sense of love and respect
- 1:35:03for yourself, you know, it makes me make that face like like,
- 1:35:14I'm starting to think that you are the most important person in your life by
- 1:35:19far, so what are you doing for anyone else? And then you say,
- 1:35:25well, it's easy for me to love other people because I love me.
- 1:35:30I don't know, I'm just saying maybe I'm maybe I'm off base,
- 1:35:34but oh god, yeah, you find it easy to love and respect others
- 1:35:42because of the deep sense. And yet you don't really give a sense that
- 1:35:45people have the right to reject you, either sexually or socially. You don't
- 1:35:50give a sense that you understand that it's not your feeling sorry, But whether
- 1:35:56or not you're wrong is the issue. When you should apologize, yep.
- 1:36:01And also you think that you intimidate men and that if you do that,
- 1:36:04these men are not worthy of your acknowledgement. So how is it easy for
- 1:36:11you to love other people? Do they have to be as self centered as
- 1:36:14you are? I bet that would actually create enemies. I don't know.
- 1:36:20I have a doubt that this twenty seven really is because the thing is that
- 1:36:27when you allow people to affect you, you have to recognize that you might
- 1:36:31have a flaw. And that's not loving and really respecting yourself. I mean,
- 1:36:36it may be respecting yourself enough to actually change. I mean I could
- 1:36:42have just said that, you know, I'm not the one who's doing it
- 1:36:45wrong. The dog is you know. When I extended myself to understand that
- 1:36:49maybe the way that I was approaching it was overbearing and he was feeling depressed
- 1:36:55because of that, I had to accept that I was flawed. How do
- 1:36:58you accept that you're flawed when you're just giving yourself universal love and respect?
- 1:37:03Now, maybe like, maybe you can do that. It says, your
- 1:37:05universal love and respect for yourself allow you to accept that you might not be
- 1:37:11doing the best thing that you are doing at the moment. That I think
- 1:37:15that's the real question. Can you Can you appreciate yourself while accepting your flaws?
- 1:37:20Very difficult, But if you can't, then you're not really safe to
- 1:37:28be around others because you won't be able to change to accommodate their needs.
- 1:37:36Yeah, you don't even deserve a tapeworm lady. No, No, okay,
- 1:37:41all right till there is like a little like danum at the end of
- 1:37:45this. Yeah, okay, so it's another quote, uh quote. After
- 1:37:50all these years as a woman hearing not thin enough, not pretty enough,
- 1:37:55not smart enough, not this enough, not that enough, almost overnight I
- 1:37:59woke up one more and thought, I'm enough. Declared alpha female Anna what
- 1:38:05owenden Owenland. An alpha woman knows she is enough in the face of a
- 1:38:11world that constantly tells her she isn't, and still she strives to become greater.
- 1:38:15She realizes that she alone carries the power to define herself. Wow,
- 1:38:21those are some really superficial things that you're worried about. Yeah, right enough.
- 1:38:27Not that weird that an alpha would be so worried about other people like
- 1:38:30opinions about her, well her, not just not opinions, but the difference
- 1:38:38is her effect on others versus their opinions of her. There's a difference there.
- 1:38:43Yeah, right, like you, if you care about how you're affecting
- 1:38:46others, you may not necessarily care too much about their opinion like us.
- 1:38:53An anecdote there was a Buddhist teacher who had a student who was being very
- 1:38:58aggressive to the other students, and he would defend that him and say,
- 1:39:02well, you know you got to you gotta give love unkindness. Until one
- 1:39:05day the guy just pushed the limit and he stepped The teacher stepped in and
- 1:39:12said, no, you can't do this anymore. This is you've given You've
- 1:39:15given it, You've been given enough chances. Now you need to leave and
- 1:39:19go. Yeah, And the people came to him and said, thank god,
- 1:39:25you finally figured out that that was an asshole. And the teacher was
- 1:39:29like, no, he's my best friend. I'm We're friends, I care
- 1:39:31about him and that when they talked to the man later, he said that
- 1:39:36that was the moment he realized he needed to change. So you can care
- 1:39:43about someone without being as concerned about their opinion of you. Conversely, you
- 1:39:47can compare care not a wit about someone and be very concerned about their opinion
- 1:39:54of you, because if they have a good opinion of you, you know,
- 1:39:59then you can steal it could be and you can bully them. Yeah,
- 1:40:03yeah, you know. You can steal from them. You can bully
- 1:40:06them, you can hoodwink them, you can calm them. As long as
- 1:40:09their opinion is you is good. You can treat you can secretly treat them
- 1:40:14like shit. So um and and everything that here is about people's opinions of
- 1:40:20these women thin pretty smart, Okay, those are opinions, ye right,
- 1:40:28Not how not how you are These women are treating others. Not about how
- 1:40:31they're treating others is how they're perceived by others. So nothing about am I
- 1:40:38am I? Lord? Am I honest? Do I have integrity? I
- 1:40:41acting consideration? You know? None of that? Just how am I perceived?
- 1:40:47Do I have the qualities that give me power over another person? Like
- 1:40:51being thinner? Being prettier, being smarter. So right there, they're telling
- 1:40:57you all you need to know about their central character. It's all about how
- 1:41:02people their opinion of these people, not how they affect people, like how
- 1:41:09how these women are seen, not how they affect others. Yep, yeah
- 1:41:15that's um interesting. Yeah, yeah, like I would say that I don't
- 1:41:24care how thin you are, how pretty you are, how smart you are.
- 1:41:27I care about how well you treat others. And sometimes, you know,
- 1:41:31we all have lapses, we all could be better about that. But
- 1:41:33do you hold your yourself to a standard of understanding others and recognizing that they
- 1:41:41have feelings and thoughts that you should be concerned about or care about how you
- 1:41:48affect them? Yep, you know, and maybe maybe hold yourself to a
- 1:41:53standard of being decent, you know. And that's not there is this this?
- 1:42:00This is this is a list that is either you know, mister stuff
- 1:42:03akins meaningless like just pop pap, or it is a list that's describing a
- 1:42:13rape sociopathic thug. Yes, yes, artist, Uh okay, so do
- 1:42:24you have any thankis to give? Is that the end of the artist?
- 1:42:28Okay? I will look, yeah, go ahead and check, and then
- 1:42:31I want to I want to share this story to like end it like we're
- 1:42:35gonna give this a really nice little chaser and this is this is a dogros
- 1:42:41story, so uh a pineapple chaser to too. Yeah, get your get
- 1:42:46ready because it's hut I mean to me, I imagine awesome. I imagine
- 1:42:54the taste of these women is sort of like that that that Bailey taste when
- 1:42:59you're sick. Yeah, in the back of your yeah say sort of metallurchy.
- 1:43:06All right, um no, I don't have any thank you's to give,
- 1:43:09but I will remind everyone that we are doing our fundraiser for the month
- 1:43:12I feed the Badger Dolt Com slash support and if you want to send us
- 1:43:15a message at any time after the show ends, it's feed the Badger Dolt
- 1:43:18Com slash just the tip. Yeah, okay, we have a we have
- 1:43:23some great a great video that I want to do. Um uh it's a
- 1:43:27it's a classic response video, like we haven't done one of those in a
- 1:43:31bit. This is a feminist giving her opinion of the men's movement. So
- 1:43:40oh boys, it's going to be rage inducing. Like she okay, I'll
- 1:43:45just say this, she is supportive, but we are not qualified to speak
- 1:43:49on this issue. That's basically what I get from it. So it's not
- 1:43:54it's it's not. It's far more insidious than just a feminist who hates the
- 1:43:58men's movement and thinks that they're you know, they're just the people, the
- 1:44:00first adopters, the people who have kept these issues in the public eye,
- 1:44:05the people who refuse to back down and refuse to to I don't give up
- 1:44:13fold, Yeah, who stand up against significant opposition, yep, to not
- 1:44:18let people ignore this stuff. We are not the ones who are qualified to
- 1:44:24speak on these issues that we care this much about. Yep. Well,
- 1:44:28of course, yeah. Interest. And the best part is is that this
- 1:44:30is this this woman claims she basically this video comes from FEE, which is
- 1:44:36the Foundation for Economic Education, which is a libertarian source. Okay, so
- 1:44:42this is not like your typical academic, leftist feminist. This is someone who
- 1:44:46claims to be I don't think she is, but she claims to be a
- 1:44:50libertarian. So we will we will get into that, maybe I don't know,
- 1:44:58later in the week or something. A Meanwhile, I'll let me share
- 1:45:00this with Allison. Uh. This is a little story that I saw.
- 1:45:03It's a screenshot of a story and here it is. So this is a
- 1:45:10service dog that received his master's degree in occupational therapy from Clarkston University after attending
- 1:45:16every class with his human. And you see him, he's got his little
- 1:45:21graduation cap and his little degree in his mouth. How good is this boy?
- 1:45:30That's what I want to know. How good is this boy? Um?
- 1:45:33Do you see it, Alison? I do? He is? He
- 1:45:36is the goodest of boys. Uh let me um unleash the dog? Oh
- 1:45:45yes, uh so, I just you know, I just want to say
- 1:45:50dogs are awesome. And this one I don't know what his name is,
- 1:45:56but let me get a little closer to here and see he's got his he's
- 1:46:00got his his accreditation. This is a more legitimate degree than most degrees.
- 1:46:08He's got a degree in being a good boy. Yes, he's got he's
- 1:46:12got a doctorate and being a good boy. Um So, anyway, I
- 1:46:15just wanted to share that. I thought you guys might find that wholesome.
- 1:46:19And I like how this guy, like the guy who's giving them out,
- 1:46:23is applauding the dog, and the dog is just like It's just like,
- 1:46:28do I deserve that? A very picture, the very picture of amused modesty.
- 1:46:39Yes, that's right, it is. It is all right. Oh
- 1:46:43yeah, so I guess you can like take us out. People are saying,
- 1:46:46pH dog, Oh yeah, um you I did. Should be okay,
- 1:46:53feed the Badger dot com slash support, just make sure we can keep
- 1:46:56bringing you. I would just you know what I think would This is just
- 1:47:00common sense analysis. Yeah, it's just freaking common sense. You go through
- 1:47:08and you say, what would we what would we think of men who say
- 1:47:12these things? You know, and you just apply it to this list,
- 1:47:16and you realize at the end of the list you scrape away the woman is
- 1:47:19wonderful effect and what you're left with is a goddamn rape psychotic thug. And
- 1:47:28the and the thing is that the alpha lists for men, they don't have
- 1:47:33that level of sinisterness to them, like the impression that women who reject men
- 1:47:43just reject them, you know, not badly, just just say no,
- 1:47:47are somehow immoral, or that a woman shouldn't be able to shame a man
- 1:47:55whatever that means if he does something to her sexually that she is an interested
- 1:47:59in, because that's you read, you read a little bit between the lines,
- 1:48:01and that's what she's saying, or that a man should be able to
- 1:48:05bulldoze everybody around him and be considered a boss bastard rather than an asshole,
- 1:48:14you know, and all of this other stuff just just strip away. The
- 1:48:17woman is wonderful effect. And ask yourself, how would a man be viewed
- 1:48:21if they asserted these things? Yea, and literally you would say this man
- 1:48:26should be around woman or dogs, or cats or tape worms. And I
- 1:48:31say yes, And now let us apply that to this woman, yes,
- 1:48:35and her attitude anyway, So if you want to have to leave a comic
- 1:48:40because it's very appreciated, little tip makes us feel warm and fuzzy inside,
