Listen in as we discuss Vocational & Technical Schools with Dr. James Pedersen - Superintendent of Essex County Schools of Technology.

Dr. Pedersen has a robust background in education and leadership. It was great to compare and contrast leading a comprehensive K-12 district compared to a VoTech.

What's been the history of VoTechs? What type of student are VoTechs ideal for? If you were to lead a VoTech, what can you expect?
