- 0:19Speaker 1: have you covered?
- 0:19Speaker 3: What did I miss yesterday?
- 0:20Speaker 1: Now here to review today's practice the writers of Patriots
- 0:23Speaker 1: dot com.
- 0:25Speaker 2: What's up everybody? Welcome to another edition of the Patriots
- 0:28Speaker 2: Training Camp Cast. I'm Mike do So, joined by Evan
- 0:30Speaker 2: Lazar and Paul Parillo, and we had another hot practice
- 0:33Speaker 2: here today at the stadium behind Julett's, behind Jellette Stadium
- 0:36Speaker 2: on the practice fields and guys, the pads came back on.
- 0:40Speaker 2: It's one of those dog days of summer. I kind
- 0:41Speaker 2: of feel to it. But overall for me and I
- 0:44Speaker 2: think Evan two and you know, we kind of watched
- 0:46Speaker 2: it a little bit together this time, but I liked
- 0:48Speaker 2: what I saw from the offense today. It feels like
- 0:49Speaker 2: they're continuing to progress. I saw some real plays, you know,
- 0:52Speaker 2: we can get into. They finally started to do some
- 0:54Speaker 2: situational work, which I think Paul has some good points
- 0:57Speaker 2: to bring up on. But overall, Evan, for me, I
- 1:00Speaker 2: just was as nice to see some plays run and
- 1:02Speaker 2: smooth Pop Douglas a nice touchdown there which we saw
- 1:05Speaker 2: off the line of there is you know, it was
- 1:07Speaker 2: just it was just a little bit of excitement. And
- 1:08Speaker 2: it's kind of been tough the last couple of years
- 1:10Speaker 2: here with the offense in the training camp, but it
- 1:13Speaker 2: felt like today they're continuing to progress.
- 1:14Speaker 4: This felt like one of the better passing days of
- 1:17Speaker 4: training camp I've seen in a while from the Patriots,
- 1:20Speaker 4: a maybe even a couple of years, honestly, just it
- 1:23Speaker 4: wasn't necessarily that the ball never hit the ground or
- 1:26Speaker 4: anything like that, but the plays that they were hitting
- 1:29Speaker 4: looked like high level downfield throws in a lot of instances.
- 1:32Speaker 4: You mentioned a couple to Pop Douglas. I also thought
- 1:35Speaker 4: he hit Pop on a on an out with Sean
- 1:37Speaker 4: Waydon coverage. It's just perfect timing, anticipation, a great route.
- 1:41Speaker 4: Earlier in practice a couple of throws to Austin Hooper
- 1:44Speaker 4: down the field that I thought were decent throws by
- 1:46Speaker 4: Jacobe Brissett. So I don't know what his completion percentage was.
- 1:50Speaker 4: I don't know, but when you start to stack, you know,
- 1:53Speaker 4: was that a play the way AVP wants it to look?
- 1:56Speaker 4: On the whiteboard. I thought there were a bunch of
- 1:58Speaker 4: those today, to the point where I was almost starting
- 2:00Speaker 4: to worry a little bit about.
- 2:01Speaker 2: The defense, like, yeah, we'll get there, we'll get there.
- 2:04Speaker 4: Wait a second, you know, they they lose Jalen Rager
- 2:07Speaker 4: up the sideline on one where I hit him on
- 2:09Speaker 4: a deep curl.
- 2:09Speaker 3: I think, yeah, I think it was a touchdown. He
- 2:12Speaker 3: turned it back in. There was no one there. It's like, bro, yeah,
- 2:14Speaker 3: Alex Austin, Yeah, yeah, a lot.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Of depth back there.
- 2:17Speaker 4: And there was also some throws and we can get
- 2:20Speaker 4: to it when we talked about Drake May, but there
- 2:22Speaker 4: were also some throws that just missed but were open.
- 2:26Speaker 4: The receivers were open. And I'm shocked, you know, you
- 2:29Speaker 4: hear me, like, I'm like, oh my god. But there
- 2:32Speaker 4: was a lot of that today, and I thought Jacobe
- 2:34Speaker 4: were said through the ball well, and I was impressed.
- 2:37Speaker 4: This was probably one of their better offensive days.
- 2:39Speaker 5: Like I said, in a while, yeah, I would largely
- 2:41Speaker 5: agree overall with the you know, the stuff that you
- 2:44Speaker 5: guys are talking about. I sort of got to the
- 2:46Speaker 5: point where I was wondering, like they did some third
- 2:49Speaker 5: and long stuff. They did some hurry up and well,
- 2:51Speaker 5: not hurry up more or less like no huddle. It
- 2:54Speaker 5: was kind of a subtle difference there and then some
- 2:55Speaker 5: two minute towards the end, and I do think it
- 2:58Speaker 5: was a little choppy in terms of play to play,
- 3:01Speaker 5: but I would agree with Evan's assessment overall. I thought
- 3:03Speaker 5: there were more plays today that we keep talking about
- 3:06Speaker 5: that looked normal. You know, the timing looked right, Receivers
- 3:10Speaker 5: were getting open, and you know, you kind of joked
- 3:12Speaker 5: you're worried about the defense. It was almost to the point,
- 3:16Speaker 5: certainly at the end of that two minute draw I
- 3:18Speaker 5: was wondering if some of the plays were designed to
- 3:19Speaker 5: be completed, Like that's how much I was kind of
- 3:22Speaker 5: worried about the defense a little bit today. The touchdown
- 3:25Speaker 5: at Douglas that end of the two minute drill was
- 3:28Speaker 5: as effortless as can get. It was like, you know,
- 3:30Speaker 5: a little I saw it from about I'm like.
- 3:33Speaker 3: Didn't cover.
- 3:33Speaker 5: I was like, what, like that was either a big
- 3:36Speaker 5: time breakdown or you know, we can start to get
- 3:40Speaker 5: excited about the offense.
- 3:41Speaker 2: Yeah, I know, That's why I said Evan. I'm like, geez,
- 3:42Speaker 2: the offense is looking so good today. It's making me
- 3:44Speaker 2: worry about the defense now. But let's just stick on
- 3:46Speaker 2: the offense for a second, Paul, because you know, I
- 3:48Speaker 2: think we have to call out though that that the
- 3:51Speaker 2: problems with the operation false starts kind of you know,
- 3:54Speaker 2: snaps going like those kind of problems are continuing, and
- 3:57Speaker 2: I know, you know, Jacoby Brissette on those a little
- 4:00Speaker 2: bit said they are a big point ofis emphasis for
- 4:03Speaker 2: Alex van Pelt, you know, as well as we're used
- 4:06Speaker 2: to and we talked about it on Patriots on Filtered yesterday.
- 4:08Speaker 2: We're used to the Bill Belichick's situational practices where it feels,
- 4:12Speaker 2: for all intents and purposes, being like a game situation
- 4:15Speaker 2: where you know, the clock's running, everything feels kind of real.
- 4:18Speaker 2: It doesn't feel like that when they went situational today.
- 4:21Speaker 2: It feels I don't want to say plotting, but you
- 4:23Speaker 2: got mistakes mixed in and it seems like we're getting
- 4:25Speaker 2: there's not really that like go go go kind of
- 4:28Speaker 2: kind of feel to it.
- 4:28Speaker 5: And I thought, you know, Drake May had a comment
- 4:30Speaker 5: that he said David Andrews told him, you know that
- 4:33Speaker 5: it's never as good as it looks, and it's never
- 4:36Speaker 5: as bad. And I thought that there were times within
- 4:38Speaker 5: that drive and those drives that that was accurate. Some
- 4:42Speaker 5: of the plays were getting executed very well. Like Kevan explained,
- 4:45Speaker 5: in between the plays, you know, I'm counting three different
- 4:48Speaker 5: times that they sort of had a pause, you know,
- 4:52Speaker 5: not necessarily re huddle, but almost rehuddle and get everybody
- 4:55Speaker 5: on the same page. And then there were another, you know,
- 4:57Speaker 5: handful of fall starts. Again, some of them I think
- 5:00Speaker 5: we're offside on the defense too, But there was one
- 5:03Speaker 5: play that the whole side of the line moved on
- 5:05Speaker 5: one side and the other side didn't. And then ninety
- 5:09Speaker 5: seven and that's Tristan Hill just like, yeah, came me,
- 5:12Speaker 5: you know, right up the right up the middle, un touched.
- 5:15Speaker 5: So yeah, never as good, never as bad. But I
- 5:17Speaker 5: do think that what I would focus on is another
- 5:20Speaker 5: day of progress.
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah offensively.
- 5:22Speaker 4: Yeah, that's an interesting point about the style of practice
- 5:25Speaker 4: and the bogged down moments that they did have, because
- 5:29Speaker 4: on the one hand, you can sit there and exactly
- 5:32Speaker 4: as Paul just laid it out, false starts, some bad
- 5:35Speaker 4: snaps here and their procedural stuff, and a Bill Belichick
- 5:39Speaker 4: practice that would be like lap after lap and like
- 5:41Speaker 4: no nose and you know, finger wags and maybe even
- 5:44Speaker 4: a rehuddle, like with Bill in the middle, being like, fellas,
- 5:47Speaker 4: let's get this together. Whereas with these West Coast coaches,
- 5:50Speaker 4: I keep saying it, but I feel like they just
- 5:52Speaker 4: want the presentation to look perfect.
- 5:54Speaker 3: Right.
- 5:55Speaker 4: If you hit a perfect play like we saw a
- 5:57Speaker 4: couple of times today, they're happy with that. And the
- 6:00Speaker 4: procedural stuff, they feel like, over time will just kind
- 6:03Speaker 4: of organically iron themselves out where we're used to a
- 6:06Speaker 4: little bit more of the opposite approach.
- 6:07Speaker 3: What I would worry about though, just from you know,
- 6:10Speaker 3: a procedural.
- 6:10Speaker 5: Standpoint is you know, you get you know, I'm just
- 6:15Speaker 5: looking at you get a completion for little to no gain,
- 6:18Speaker 5: then a false start, So now you might be looking
- 6:20Speaker 5: at second and fifteen. You know, the next play is
- 6:23Speaker 5: a nice hook to Hunter Henry. So to your point,
- 6:25Speaker 5: that play look perfect. We're set to Henry. You know,
- 6:28Speaker 5: sits down in media zone. You know, nice completion. Well
- 6:32Speaker 5: that's a first down today, but if it was second
- 6:36Speaker 5: and fifteen, it probably wouldn't have been a first down.
- 6:38Speaker 5: And now all of a sudden it's third down. Clocks running,
- 6:41Speaker 5: the pressures building and you know that kind of stuff.
- 6:44Speaker 5: So yeah, On one hand, it's important to get the
- 6:47Speaker 5: plays executed the way you want them executed, and I
- 6:49Speaker 5: think that's happening more often than not the last two days.
- 6:53Speaker 2: So let's also talk about Drake May. I mean, we
- 6:55Speaker 2: saw at the end of practice that the kind of
- 6:56Speaker 2: a two minute drill with Jakobe Prissett that was long.
- 6:59Speaker 2: I mean, team plays, a couple penalties, I mean, you know,
- 7:02Speaker 2: and sometimes that Jose drives when they were kind of
- 7:04Speaker 2: doing some situational stuff, they just kind of end like
- 7:05Speaker 2: there wasn't like a rush to kick a field goal
- 7:08Speaker 2: or like no fourth down attempt or push ups.
- 7:09Speaker 5: Like, yeah, they just kind of fizzled, kind of worrying
- 7:12Speaker 5: about the I was wondering about the clock of that drive,
- 7:14Speaker 5: like it kind of stopped a lot, you know. And
- 7:17Speaker 5: to Evan's point, it's probably by design with Alex man,
- 7:20Speaker 5: Pelt probably wants to make sure let's get what we
- 7:23Speaker 5: want to do here rather than worry about, you know,
- 7:27Speaker 5: being in mid season.
- 7:28Speaker 2: Form, getting and getting unrattled a little bit. But let's,
- 7:30Speaker 2: you know, talk about Drake May. Everybody wants to, of
- 7:32Speaker 2: course talk about him. For me, you know, look, I
- 7:34Speaker 2: just I didn't think like yesterday was this monumental bounce
- 7:37Speaker 2: back day. Like I just from my perspective, Drake May
- 7:40Speaker 2: has been pretty solid each day, Like you know, it's
- 7:42Speaker 2: it's it's kind of building, but like it's not overwhelming
- 7:45Speaker 2: to me, where all of a sudden, yesterday's practice was like,
- 7:47Speaker 2: oh the light went on, Like you know, like you're
- 7:49Speaker 2: seeing progress, but like in a way where there's a
- 7:52Speaker 2: play and you know that kind of I guess not.
- 7:55Speaker 2: I guess not. I'm trying to stay balanced, but like
- 7:57Speaker 2: this is kind of what I was expecting. You see
- 7:59Speaker 2: moments with him, you know, a couple of plays today,
- 8:02Speaker 2: touchdowns that he threw. I mean, he had some good plays.
- 8:05Speaker 2: But you know, again, I think it's we're stacking days.
- 8:07Speaker 2: I just don't want to overreact to be like, oh
- 8:09Speaker 2: it's all good now, Like he's good, but it's not overwhelming.
- 8:12Speaker 2: Oh it's all clicking now for him.
- 8:13Speaker 4: Yeah, I definitely feel like you're on that rookie development
- 8:16Speaker 4: isn't always linear curve right now where it's gonna be
- 8:19Speaker 4: there's gonna be good plays and there's gonna be bad plays,
- 8:21Speaker 4: and trying to figure out the trend of is it
- 8:24Speaker 4: stacking or is it not stacking in a positive direction
- 8:27Speaker 4: is difficult to do. I think the two couple things
- 8:30Speaker 4: that he said after practice that I found interesting. Someone
- 8:33Speaker 4: asked him about the struggles he had earlier in the week,
- 8:36Speaker 4: and I know those are well documented. He mentioned that
- 8:38Speaker 4: they were in third and long situations in a lot
- 8:40Speaker 4: of those plays and said that, guess what, third and
- 8:44Speaker 4: long in the NFL is a lot harder than it
- 8:46Speaker 4: is in college. Right, So that was something that I
- 8:48Speaker 4: feel like he is adjusting to in those types of situations.
- 8:51Speaker 4: You know, third and eight against this defense is not
- 8:53Speaker 4: going to be what it was when he was playing
- 8:56Speaker 4: NC State, you know, six months ago, so it's gonna
- 8:58Speaker 4: be a different animal. And this second thing that he
- 9:00Speaker 4: said is that he's still trying to push the ball
- 9:04Speaker 4: down the field more like it hasn't really clicked for
- 9:06Speaker 4: him yet where that's coming. And I thought that was telling,
- 9:10Speaker 4: you know, I asked him about timing. I think all
- 9:12Speaker 4: of that links together that he isn't pushing the ball
- 9:15Speaker 4: down the field probably as much as he wants to,
- 9:18Speaker 4: based off of that answer that he gave us, and
- 9:20Speaker 4: it feels like that's the one thing that's holding him
- 9:22Speaker 4: back is maybe a little moments of hesitation, a little
- 9:26Speaker 4: uncertainty of the read and of what he's looking at.
- 9:29Speaker 4: Some double you know, yeah, no, ye, actually yes, yeah,
- 9:32Speaker 4: he had you know, Javon Baker is like a post route,
- 9:36Speaker 4: and I felt like it by he waited an extra
- 9:39Speaker 4: maybe half beat and Baker had to toe tap in
- 9:41Speaker 4: the back of the end zone. We felt up top
- 9:43Speaker 4: that he didn't get his feet and bounds, and Paul agrees,
- 9:46Speaker 4: And if that throw is out, just that half beat
- 9:49Speaker 4: makes that difference where that's now a sudden and easier
- 9:52Speaker 4: catch for the receiver. I'm not trying to to, you know,
- 9:56Speaker 4: lay it down on the guy. I just feel like
- 9:58Speaker 4: these are the things we're seeing. And the good news
- 10:01Speaker 4: to me, though, is that it's none of it's physical.
- 10:03Speaker 4: Like I'm not watching him throw the ball and being
- 10:05Speaker 4: like he just doesn't have the arm, like he just
- 10:08Speaker 4: can't make it there, or you know, his footwork is
- 10:10Speaker 4: completely sloppy and out of whack. I'm not seeing those
- 10:13Speaker 4: types of things right now. I think he's going through
- 10:15Speaker 4: some rookie growing pains with the offense and with the
- 10:18Speaker 4: system and the timing and the rhythm of it all.
- 10:20Speaker 5: Yeah, Mike, real quick, just to give you some bookkeeping.
- 10:22Speaker 5: Matthew Judah was was out there in pads, took part
- 10:26Speaker 5: in you know, everything that I noticed, So that's a
- 10:30Speaker 5: good sign. I think that's a positive step for that situation.
- 10:33Speaker 5: Marcus Jones, Josh bled So a couple of guys added
- 10:36Speaker 5: to the absentee list. They came out well into practice,
- 10:40Speaker 5: not dressed, you know, otherwise. You know, Pepper's was in uniform,
- 10:44Speaker 5: didn't really do much other than running, but he did
- 10:48Speaker 5: talk after after practice, so he's probably getting a little
- 10:50Speaker 5: bit closer just you know, in a Vederian low stays
- 10:54Speaker 5: at left tackle. I know what. We talked about that
- 10:57Speaker 5: a little bit yesterday. So another good two days in
- 10:59Speaker 5: a row for Baderian.
- 11:00Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, just.
- 11:01Speaker 4: Really quickly on on the tackle situation. You know, myself
- 11:05Speaker 4: included hand up on Caden Wallace. Maybe a little ahead
- 11:07Speaker 4: of ourselves on the Caden Wallace hype train. Had some
- 11:10Speaker 4: rough one on one reps today, and my guess is
- 11:13Speaker 4: that the coaches on the film and the team drills
- 11:16Speaker 4: from Monday and Tuesday weren't as high on it as
- 11:19Speaker 4: as I was watching it live. So he I wouldn't
- 11:22Speaker 4: I hate using the word demotion because that has such
- 11:24Speaker 4: a negative connotation, but right, yeah, but it feels like
- 11:28Speaker 4: maybe to pump the brakes a little bit on him
- 11:31Speaker 4: being this immediate kid.
- 11:32Speaker 3: And they did sign a tackle.
- 11:35Speaker 2: It's Kellen.
- 11:36Speaker 5: I'm not really sure how to pronounce, but he's you know,
- 11:41Speaker 5: he's a big six seven tackle. It's been bounced around
- 11:45Speaker 5: a couple of teams looking at Carve his way. Looks
- 11:49Speaker 5: like Tyrone Wheatley might be headed out because he was
- 11:52Speaker 5: wearing number seventy two in white. Wheatley wasn't that practice.
- 11:55Speaker 5: He looked like he was physically struggling in some of
- 11:58Speaker 5: the I think on Monday, Monday or Tuesday, so they're
- 12:02Speaker 5: still looking for some answers.
- 12:03Speaker 2: Up front.
- 12:04Speaker 5: Calvin Anderson looked like he dodged a bullet today. It
- 12:07Speaker 5: looked like he was he was injured for a while
- 12:09Speaker 5: and then all of a sudden he's taken repst at
- 12:11Speaker 5: right tackle in place of Chukes with the first group.
- 12:14Speaker 2: So hopefully he dodged a bullet. Just a little bit
- 12:17Speaker 2: of defense. To wrap this up, you guys know, it's
- 12:18Speaker 2: my thing. I was focusing on the reps today and Evan,
- 12:21Speaker 2: as you wrote, I think a couple of days ago
- 12:23Speaker 2: it was just they're having trouble and these one on
- 12:26Speaker 2: ones defensively getting around the blockers. Mike on WINU has
- 12:29Speaker 2: been great city so was great today. I think we
- 12:32Speaker 2: compared notes. We were both watching them separate, and we
- 12:34Speaker 2: both have like maybe two or three wins through the
- 12:37Speaker 2: whole period for the defense. So I know these are
- 12:39Speaker 2: individual drills, but.
- 12:41Speaker 5: Just because they win plenty when it goes eleven on eleven, Yeah.
- 12:44Speaker 2: But I think, like for me, like just looking at
- 12:46Speaker 2: the composition of the team's great at chewtons in there,
- 12:48Speaker 2: I think they'll be okay. I just I still wonder
- 12:50Speaker 2: about Barmore. They made another, you know, signing with Mike Purcell,
- 12:53Speaker 2: who was out there today. He's a big body guy,
- 12:55Speaker 2: so I don't know if that's necessarily an indictment, but
- 12:57Speaker 2: you know, you're you're seeing a lot of ninety five
- 13:00Speaker 2: Daniel Kualae, you know, like those are the guys that
- 13:03Speaker 2: are starting to fill in for bar Moore. So I
- 13:05Speaker 2: just these are my two general thoughts, and I'll let
- 13:07Speaker 2: you guys chime in. But my general thoughts are that
- 13:08Speaker 2: I'm a little bit concerned about the pass rush. You
- 13:11Speaker 2: mentioned a little bit of cornerback depth I think that's
- 13:13Speaker 2: a valid concern too, But but I just I wonder
- 13:15Speaker 2: about the interior push and offensively, I would just sum
- 13:17Speaker 2: up what I've seen over the last week and say
- 13:20Speaker 2: I think that they're going to be a functional offense.
- 13:22Speaker 2: I just think the X factor is truly having someone
- 13:25Speaker 2: like Taekwon Thornton or Booty or Rager, the guys that
- 13:28Speaker 2: I'm playing outside bringing some kind of downfield explosive element
- 13:32Speaker 2: to this offense. I think that they'll be okay, but
- 13:34Speaker 2: I just really still worry that they're going to be
- 13:36Speaker 2: when they get behind, when it's you know, they've got
- 13:38Speaker 2: to make some plays. It's going to be hard to
- 13:40Speaker 2: pick up chunk plays for this offense. Yeah, and that's that's.
- 13:44Speaker 5: Effectively, and that's what they want to do, and I
- 13:46Speaker 5: haven't really seen it much.
- 13:48Speaker 3: It's hard so far.
- 13:49Speaker 5: The last thing, you know, in regard to the cornerback thing,
- 13:52Speaker 5: just to sort of illustrate my point, Marcus Jones was
- 13:54Speaker 5: out today, and I know that they probably would do
- 13:57Speaker 5: it differently if it was a game. But Marcus Jones
- 14:00Speaker 5: was out. We saw Azz hearn yep in there, and
- 14:02Speaker 5: then we saw Marco Wilson. My guess is it would
- 14:06Speaker 5: probably be Jonathan Jones sort of, you know, moving around
- 14:08Speaker 5: a little bit to try to cover up that that
- 14:11Speaker 5: lack of depth and then having a guy like maybe
- 14:14Speaker 5: Alex Austin more involved than he was. But I still
- 14:19Speaker 5: think that they kind of have two and a half
- 14:21Speaker 5: corners that they feel good about.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Yeah, that's a good way to put it.
- 14:24Speaker 3: Yeah, you know, because I feel good about Marcus Jones. Good,
- 14:27Speaker 3: not great.
- 14:27Speaker 5: I feel good about Marcus Jones, but he is I mean,
- 14:31Speaker 5: he's had a hard time standing being durable.
- 14:34Speaker 2: Exactly, Yeah, exactly.
- 14:35Speaker 4: That's disappointing to Yeah, his size is always going to
- 14:38Speaker 4: be something that he's going to physically in terms of durability,
- 14:41Speaker 4: but also just in terms of playing style that he's
- 14:44Speaker 4: going to have to make up for the fact that
- 14:45Speaker 4: he's going to be small. Then, you know, at this level,
- 14:48Speaker 4: I think that the one thing with the pass rush
- 14:50Speaker 4: that stands out to me is just the lack of
- 14:53Speaker 4: one on one winners up front. When they aren't dressing
- 14:57Speaker 4: it up like there's no pressure, there's no blitz pack John,
- 15:00Speaker 4: there's no creeper or anything like that. You're just four
- 15:03Speaker 4: guys against five. I don't know right now, outside of
- 15:06Speaker 4: Jude on if I feel really good about any of
- 15:08Speaker 4: their other guys winning one on one. You mentioned on
- 15:11Speaker 4: one who in or the interior guys on Wenn and City.
- 15:15Speaker 4: So went seven to oh today and one on ones
- 15:17Speaker 4: and it wasn't particularly close, like no one was really
- 15:20Speaker 4: even yeah, even particularly close to beating either one of
- 15:24Speaker 4: those guys, and so that that's a concern and a
- 15:27Speaker 4: corner I'm coming to Paul's side of the street with
- 15:29Speaker 4: cornerback death because I said to you during practice today
- 15:33Speaker 4: as like, you know, Stefan Gilmore, this is Elliot Wolf.
- 15:35Speaker 3: How you doing? You know, like I think it makes
- 15:37Speaker 3: too much sense? Yeah, you know, you.
- 15:39Speaker 4: Watch Marco Wilson, Alex Austin, you know some of those
- 15:42Speaker 4: guys that they've had at as easy hear, and those
- 15:44Speaker 4: guys got picked on a little bit today and all
- 15:46Speaker 4: these plays that we're talking about offensively had a lot
- 15:49Speaker 4: of twenty eights and twenty two's and you know those
- 15:52Speaker 4: types of things writing those down. So it still feels
- 15:55Speaker 4: like Gonzo and John Jones are gonna be solid for you.
- 15:57Speaker 4: But are you gonna have a Waldough You don't want
- 16:00Speaker 4: a Waldo right where you team's come in on Sundays
- 16:02Speaker 4: and where's Waldo? And you're picking them out in the
- 16:05Speaker 4: secondary and right now I do feel like if Marcus
- 16:08Speaker 4: Jones isn't healthy, they might have a Waldo.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Yeah. Well, eight practice is down. Hard to believe, flying By.
- 16:13Speaker 2: We're gonna be onto the preseason next week, but we're
- 16:15Speaker 2: no rest for the wicked. We are back tomorrow, guys,

- 16:20Speaker 2: hot again. So yes, this is officially the dog days
