Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Long Battle For Access To Records (11/1/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

0:00
Speaker 1: Tonight, we're going to continue following the financials of the
0:03
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein Ghislaine Maxwell criminal enterprise. We're getting news tonight
0:09
Speaker 1: that two more subpoenas have been shipped off in regards
0:14
Speaker 1: to the financials of this case and the Virgin Islands.
0:19
Speaker 1: So we see the scope growing almost on a weekly
0:23
Speaker 1: basis at this point, especially when it comes to the financials. Why?
0:30
Speaker 1: In the world... Would Leon Black... Be funneling 10, 12,
0:35
Speaker 1: 14 million dollars... Through one of Jeffrey Epstein's front companies
0:39
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands? What are you looking to accomplish
0:44
Speaker 1: with that? Trying to wash that money? Trying to stash it?
0:50
Speaker 1: Trying to hide it? Those are the questions that need
0:54
Speaker 1: to be answered. And that's what these subpoenas... intend to do.
1:00
Speaker 1: They're going to call these people under oath to come
1:03
Speaker 1: and speak about the financial aspect of their relationship with
1:06
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein. And for a lot of these people that
1:09
Speaker 1: were involved with him, they're going to have a lot
1:12
Speaker 1: of explaining to do. Because I don't know how you
1:16
Speaker 1: can explain a $ 250, 000 salary as a personal assistant. And
1:18
Speaker 1: as far as money laundering goes... Well, we know that
1:27
Speaker 1: that was going on in an abundance here. Now, they
1:32
Speaker 1: might not have come out and said that, the authorities, right?
1:35
Speaker 1: But when you follow the circumstantial evidence that has been
1:38
Speaker 1: provided for us from all of the articles that we
1:43
Speaker 1: have read and all of the articles that are out there,
1:46
Speaker 1: it is very, very, very clear that these companies that
1:50
Speaker 1: they set up offshore in the U.S. Virgin Islands and
1:53
Speaker 1: elsewhere are were obviously operating as front companies and a
1:58
Speaker 1: way for them to wash laundered money. And never mind
2:03
Speaker 1: the money that they had going through these banks. What
2:06
Speaker 1: about the cash? We know that Epstein wasn't just dealing
2:11
Speaker 1: with a debit card here, right? He had a ton
2:14
Speaker 1: of cash and he was giving bags of cash to people.
2:18
Speaker 1: You can't track cash. You can't trace cash. Unless, of course,
2:21
Speaker 1: you have a sting operation set into place... But for
2:24
Speaker 1: the most part, that's why stuff is done in cash
2:27
Speaker 1: when it has to do with illegal activity. So we
2:30
Speaker 1: know that Jeffrey Epstein was definitely passing out bags of
2:34
Speaker 1: cash as well. But these transactions that occurred in the
2:39
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands with these front companies, these transactions from people
2:43
Speaker 1: like Leon Black and other super so-called members of elite society,
2:50
Speaker 1: they all need to be looked at. With a very,
2:53
Speaker 1: very stringent eye. Because, look, how many more examples do
2:58
Speaker 1: we need to see of the super elite, the super rich,
3:03
Speaker 1: still try and cheat their way through? How many times
3:07
Speaker 1: have we seen these people evade their taxes? How many
3:10
Speaker 1: times have we seen these people launder money? How many
3:12
Speaker 1: times have we seen these people get away with it?
3:16
Speaker 1: I don't know about you folks, but I'm pretty tired
3:19
Speaker 1: of it. If they would have just kept their shenanigans
3:21
Speaker 1: to thievery, grifting, and all-around general political degeneratism, then I
3:28
Speaker 1: probably would have never even taken notice. But you add
3:32
Speaker 1: in the whole sex trafficking factor to it, and well,
3:37
Speaker 1: there is only one conclusion anybody with a straight-thinking mind
3:42
Speaker 1: can come to, and that is that the people who
3:45
Speaker 1: were involved in this, be it the biggest, richest banker
3:49
Speaker 1: in the world, or a lowly butler, they all must
3:53
Speaker 1: answer questions for what role they played. And that's what
3:58
Speaker 1: we see going on here as this probe begins to
4:01
Speaker 1: expand in the Virgin Islands. Our article tonight is from Bloomberg.
4:07
Speaker 1: The author of this article is Patricia Hurtado. Headline, Epstein
4:12
Speaker 1: Records Targeted in Expanding Probe by Virgin Islands. The Virgin
4:18
Speaker 1: Islands has expanded its document search in a racketeering lawsuit
4:23
Speaker 1: against the estate of deceased sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, issuing
4:27
Speaker 1: new subpoenas last week after demanding records from six financial
4:31
Speaker 1: institutions in July. And it's very interesting that this is
4:36
Speaker 1: a racketeering lawsuit, right? Obviously, in the civil sense... But still,
4:41
Speaker 1: it's progress. Anytime we see the word racketeering next to
4:45
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein or Ghislaine Maxwell or one of their enterprises
4:50
Speaker 1: is a day that is a good day. Because once
4:54
Speaker 1: this blooms into that, and once this becomes a racketeering case, criminally,
4:59
Speaker 1: then it's game on. And the shoe is about to
5:03
Speaker 1: drop on the rest of these people. That's when you
5:06
Speaker 1: know that the prosecution is really serious. That's when you
5:10
Speaker 1: know that the SDNY has taken the gloves off and
5:14
Speaker 1: they're really looking to put people behind bars. Carol Thomas Jacobs,
5:20
Speaker 1: the territory's chief deputy attorney general, said in court filings
5:24
Speaker 1: August 24th she had subpoenaed Epstein-related records from American Foreign
5:29
Speaker 1: Exchange Incorporated and Narrows Holding LLC. Again, more of these
5:36
Speaker 1: little banking-type institutions, these places where Jeffrey Epstein was able
5:42
Speaker 1: to wield all sorts of influence and have all kinds
5:47
Speaker 1: of questionable, if we're being generous, financial transactions take place. See,
5:55
Speaker 1: the idea is, if you have enough people working on
5:58
Speaker 1: the inside, well, then this stuff won't get into the
6:01
Speaker 1: VINCEN database. This stuff won't get sarked. This stuff won't
6:04
Speaker 1: end up in Title 31. And that's the whole idea, right?
6:07
Speaker 1: If you have enough money and you can spread it
6:09
Speaker 1: around and you have some people in your pocket that
6:13
Speaker 1: are bigwigs in these companies or board members or whatever
6:16
Speaker 1: it may be, it sure makes your life of criminal
6:19
Speaker 1: activity a whole hell of a lot easier to navigate.
6:25
Speaker 1: And that's what we see with these financial transactions. That's
6:28
Speaker 1: what we see with these companies. There's a reason that
6:31
Speaker 1: Epstein chose these companies. There is a reason that Jeffrey
6:34
Speaker 1: Epstein would park money here or move money through here
6:38
Speaker 1: as a middleman. It's not because these companies are, you know,
6:42
Speaker 1: five-star rated on Yelp. Okay, it's because either A, Jeffrey
6:49
Speaker 1: Epstein knows somebody who has done business with these companies
6:51
Speaker 1: before and this is how they roll. Or B, Epstein
6:55
Speaker 1: might have a guy or a girl or somebody in
6:57
Speaker 1: between that might work in the boardroom or whatever it
7:01
Speaker 1: may be. But there is a reason why these places
7:06
Speaker 1: were used. The prosecutor wants records and account statements from
7:11
Speaker 1: American Foreign Exchange tied to more than two dozen Epstein
7:14
Speaker 1: entities since January 1, 1998 until the present according to
7:19
Speaker 1: court filings. From Narrows Holding, the territory seeks documents and
7:24
Speaker 1: electronically stored information or objects along with permit entry onto
7:32
Speaker 1: the designated premises record show. So not only are they
7:35
Speaker 1: looking for the electronically stored information, they are requesting actual
7:40
Speaker 1: physical entrants into the premises that are being subpoenaed. So
7:46
Speaker 1: these two places, American Foreign Exchange... And Narrows Holding, they're
7:52
Speaker 1: looking at not only being basically audited digitally, they're talking
7:57
Speaker 1: about sending agents, and I'm guessing forensic accountants, onto the
8:02
Speaker 1: property in a physical manner to finish and continue to
8:06
Speaker 1: conduct their investigation. That's pretty serious peril for these people, right?
8:11
Speaker 1: That's the kind of shit you see in TV shows.
8:15
Speaker 1: American Foreign Exchange and Narrows Holdings couldn't be immediately located
8:20
Speaker 1: for comment. A spokeswoman for the Virgin Islands Attorney General's
8:23
Speaker 1: Office didn't immediately return an email seeking comment about the
8:27
Speaker 1: new subpoenas. And they have been extra busy in the
8:32
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands with these subpoenas, right? And again, I'm not
8:36
Speaker 1: a big fan of Denise George, especially considering her money
8:40
Speaker 1: grab when it comes to the Survivors Fund. And I've
8:44
Speaker 1: been very adamant about that from the beginning, that the
8:47
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands should be ashamed of themselves for even thinking
8:51
Speaker 1: that they're entitled to any of this money. And the
8:54
Speaker 1: fact that so many prominent people in the Virgin Islands
8:58
Speaker 1: were associated with Epstein, were taking money from Epstein, received
9:03
Speaker 1: donations from Epstein... And let's be real, folks, knew what
9:07
Speaker 1: Epstein was. Well, it doesn't sit well with me that
9:10
Speaker 1: all of these officials were in power in the Virgin Islands.
9:13
Speaker 1: They enriched themselves on the backs of these girls who
9:17
Speaker 1: were being abused, basically. And now they're going to try
9:21
Speaker 1: and re-victimize them by getting money out of this fund.
9:25
Speaker 1: It does not sit well with me. Denise George should
9:27
Speaker 1: be ashamed of herself. Somebody needs to check her. I
9:30
Speaker 1: don't know who it might be, but somebody needs to
9:32
Speaker 1: sit this lady down and have a talk with her.
9:35
Speaker 1: Stick with these subpoenas here and going after the money
9:39
Speaker 1: so that the survivors can get what they deserve. A
9:42
Speaker 1: place like the Virgin Islands and somebody like Denise George
9:46
Speaker 1: need to keep their fingers out of the cookie jar.
9:51
Speaker 1: Denise George, the Attorney General of the Virgin Islands, sued
9:54
Speaker 1: Epstein's estate and six related companies in January, alleging violation
9:59
Speaker 1: of the territory civil racketeering law. It is seeking unspecified damages,
10:05
Speaker 1: forfeiture of Epstein's private island in the territory, and restitution
10:09
Speaker 1: for his sexual abuse victims. This is what I was
10:13
Speaker 1: just talking about here. The forfeiture of Epstein's private island.
10:17
Speaker 1: None of that stuff is going to fly, in my opinion.
10:19
Speaker 1: It can't be allowed to fly. All right? That island
10:22
Speaker 1: needs to be sold to the highest bidder. That money
10:25
Speaker 1: needs to go into the estate so that it could
10:29
Speaker 1: be chopped up and the girls who were abused by
10:33
Speaker 1: Epstein can get a little bit of that fortune for
10:37
Speaker 1: themselves so that they can start their lives again, right?
10:40
Speaker 1: So that they can start over. You know, no matter
10:44
Speaker 1: how much money you get from this estate, it's never
10:47
Speaker 1: going to change the fact that you were abused again.
10:50
Speaker 1: by this man, right? Or that this man caused you
10:53
Speaker 1: irrevocable harm. But it does help out starting the rest
10:59
Speaker 1: of your life and getting things moving perhaps in a
11:02
Speaker 1: positive direction for some of these survivors, I'm sure for
11:05
Speaker 1: the first time, maybe in a long time. So that's
11:08
Speaker 1: why I think that it's so important that they're compensated correctly.
11:12
Speaker 1: And the fact that Denise George thinks it's a good
11:14
Speaker 1: idea that they think they're going to get a like
11:18
Speaker 1: they're going to sit at the table twice here, well,
11:21
Speaker 1: I just don't think that that is, it's not an
11:25
Speaker 1: acceptable thing to happen. Authorities on the island are also
11:31
Speaker 1: conducting a criminal investigation into whether Epstein's longtime associate Maxwell
11:37
Speaker 1: participated in his criminal sex trafficking ring. Maxwell was arrested
11:41
Speaker 1: in July in a separate probe involving similar charges brought
11:45
Speaker 1: by the U.S. attorney in Manhattan. She has pleaded not guilty.
11:49
Speaker 1: Epstein was found dead in a federal jail cell about
11:51
Speaker 1: a year ago after the U.S. charged him with sex trafficking.
11:55
Speaker 1: So not only do we have this investigation running right now,
12:00
Speaker 1: the civil portion of this running in the Virgin Islands,
12:03
Speaker 1: there is also a criminal investigation underway that is running
12:06
Speaker 1: concurrently with the one that's happening in the SDNY in Manhattan.
12:11
Speaker 1: I'm interested to see what sort of progress they've made
12:14
Speaker 1: in the Virgin Islands and if they have taken a
12:16
Speaker 1: different angle when it comes to the criminal side of
12:19
Speaker 1: this case. It's going to be interesting to see what
12:22
Speaker 1: they release coming forward and if any charges come out
12:25
Speaker 1: of this as far as the investigation criminally in the
12:29
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands. I'm very interested to see where it goes.
12:34
Speaker 1: Last month, George asked the six financial institutions for account statements,
12:38
Speaker 1: deposit and withdrawal slips... Information about the source and destination
12:42
Speaker 1: of funds and the identity of those requesting the transactions.
12:47
Speaker 1: And this is a big shot across the bow, right?
12:49
Speaker 1: This is something that will have all of these people terrified.
12:53
Speaker 1: Information about the source and the destination of the funds.
12:58
Speaker 1: So where they originated and where they ended up. And
13:02
Speaker 1: the people who received or sent those funds are going
13:06
Speaker 1: to be on the hook to answer for what occurred here.
13:10
Speaker 1: You signed your name to it, right? You received that money, right? Well,
13:14
Speaker 1: now you have received money that has been attained via
13:19
Speaker 1: ill-gotten gains in the commission of a crime. So now
13:22
Speaker 1: you are also part of the conspiracy. If it's good
13:27
Speaker 1: enough for Italian people all over the country, it most
13:30
Speaker 1: certainly is good enough for Jeffrey Epstein. She is also
13:35
Speaker 1: seeking internal bank memos, phone records, internal correspondence, and documentation
13:41
Speaker 1: of any internal due diligence or investigations related to the account.
13:46
Speaker 1: And it is a very interesting situation that we see
13:51
Speaker 1: evolving in the Virgin Islands. As these subpoenas become more...
13:59
Speaker 1: Let's see, more... forthcoming in the future right as we
14:06
Speaker 1: start to see more come out of these subpoenas and
14:08
Speaker 1: the process it's going to be interesting to see how
14:12
Speaker 1: much of the findings in this case relate to what's
14:17
Speaker 1: going on in the case in the SDNY and vice
14:20
Speaker 1: versa and I wonder and I would think that the
14:23
Speaker 1: attorney generals working on both cases or at the very
14:26
Speaker 1: least the prosecution teams working on both cases are in
14:31
Speaker 1: contact with each other and trading information. At least you
14:35
Speaker 1: would think that that is occurring, right? You would hope anyway.
14:38
Speaker 1: But it's going to be interesting to see how this
14:40
Speaker 1: all breaks, folks. I mean, we got a lot of
14:43
Speaker 1: things that are happening here and things are happening pretty quickly.
14:46
Speaker 1: So we're going to stay on top of it and
14:48
Speaker 1: we will continue to follow what happens here in the
14:52
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands and in New York and every place else
14:56
Speaker 1: that that has to do with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine
15:00
Speaker 1: Maxwell getting the justice that they so deserve. If you'd
15:05
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
15:07
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
15:15
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. All of the
15:21
Speaker 1: links that go with this episode can be found in
15:23
Speaker 1: the description box. What's up everyone and welcome back to
15:27
Speaker 1: the Epstein Chronicles. All of a sudden on Capitol Hill,
15:31
Speaker 1: our congressmen and our senators, they seem like they care
15:35
Speaker 1: about what happened to Jeffrey Epstein's survivors. But is that
15:38
Speaker 1: really the case or are they just trying to score
15:41
Speaker 1: some more political points? Because folks, none of this stuff
15:44
Speaker 1: is new. All of this stuff has been out there
15:46
Speaker 1: for years and years and years and years. Now all
15:49
Speaker 1: of a sudden, everybody on the Hill is so worried
15:52
Speaker 1: about what's going on It's almost like it's an election
15:55
Speaker 1: year or something. Then on Wednesday, you have these buffoons
15:59
Speaker 1: acting like straight up morons inside of the esteemed halls
16:03
Speaker 1: of Congress. Thought it would be a good idea to
16:05
Speaker 1: bring up Jeffrey Epstein during a committee meeting about Hunter Biden.
16:11
Speaker 1: And the person who brought it up, which is hilarious
16:13
Speaker 1: if you ask me, is Jared Moskowitz. Now, Jared Moskowitz
16:18
Speaker 1: has no connection to Jeffrey Epstein. But the dude is
16:21
Speaker 1: a congressman from Florida. You know, the place where Jeffrey
16:24
Speaker 1: Epstein molested all those little girls and got away with it? Yeah,
16:28
Speaker 1: that place. So maybe, just maybe, Jared Moskowitz, instead of
16:33
Speaker 1: making a mockery of what happened to the survivors and
16:36
Speaker 1: what Epstein was doing, maybe this dude could ask for
16:39
Speaker 1: accountability in his own state. Maybe you should start there.
16:42
Speaker 1: And I don't think it's a good idea for Mr.
16:44
Speaker 1: Moskowitz to run around and try and use Epstein as
16:47
Speaker 1: a political cudgel to smack his political rivals with, especially
16:52
Speaker 1: considering Virginia's credible allegations against George Mitchell and Bill Richardson.
16:58
Speaker 1: You know, two guys that were big shots in the
17:00
Speaker 1: Democratic Party. One guy ran the Senate. The other guy
17:03
Speaker 1: was part of Clinton's White House, etc., etc. So is
17:07
Speaker 1: this really the road that somebody like Jared Moskowitz wants
17:10
Speaker 1: to go down? So here's my unsolicited advice to Jared Moskowitz.
17:15
Speaker 1: Stop being an idiot, buddy. All right, stop with the grandstanding.
17:18
Speaker 1: Stop the stupidity. And since you're so interested in Epstein,
17:21
Speaker 1: now I expect you to be part of any sort
17:24
Speaker 1: of committee that's going to be put together if a
17:26
Speaker 1: committee is going to be put together. And if not, well,
17:29
Speaker 1: you'll be hearing from me. Today's article is from Fox
17:33
Speaker 1: News and the headline, Jeffrey Epstein, FBI records targeted in
17:37
Speaker 1: Senate judiciary probe after document dump. And that's laughable as well.
17:42
Speaker 1: You have Marsha Blackburn out here and these other Republicans
17:46
Speaker 1: acting like they care now. This isn't new. This is
17:49
Speaker 1: stuff that's been out there forever. All we have now
17:52
Speaker 1: are some receipts, but this is not new. These allegations
17:57
Speaker 1: have been out there. These survivors have done numerous interviews
18:00
Speaker 1: at this point talking about what happened. We've had excerpts
18:04
Speaker 1: from these depositions come out before. But now, now, the
18:08
Speaker 1: Judiciary Committee is gung-ho to find out what happened. So
18:12
Speaker 1: believe me, it's not just Moskovitz that's playing politics here.
18:15
Speaker 1: It's certainly the other side of the aisle, too. And
18:18
Speaker 1: the tragedy amongst all that is that with all the
18:20
Speaker 1: back-and-forth nonsense, nothing is going to get done. When in reality,
18:24
Speaker 1: everybody should be wanting to work together here, no matter
18:27
Speaker 1: your party affiliation. to out anybody who was involved with
18:30
Speaker 1: old scumbag Epstein. And if the two political tribes can't
18:34
Speaker 1: agree on outing people like Jeffrey Epstein and people who
18:37
Speaker 1: were associating with him, then how in the hell are
18:40
Speaker 1: they ever going to get along to make the nation
18:42
Speaker 1: move forward? Because if we can't agree on scumbags like Epstein,
18:46
Speaker 1: then there's no hope. This article was authored by Michael Ruiz.
18:52
Speaker 1: Republicans on the Senate Judiciary Committee, which has congressional oversight
18:56
Speaker 1: of the FBI... pushing to subpoena the Bureau for all
18:59
Speaker 1: records pertaining to sex traffickers Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell
19:04
Speaker 1: a day after federal court in New York finished unsealing
19:08
Speaker 1: more than 200 files regarding the pair. While redacted portions
19:12
Speaker 1: of Jeffrey Epstein's flight logs and Ghislaine Maxwell's black book
19:15
Speaker 1: have been released in various lawsuits, we need the complete
19:18
Speaker 1: and unredacted versions from his estate and the FBI. Senator
19:23
Speaker 1: Marsha Blackburn, who has spearheaded the effort to blow the
19:26
Speaker 1: lid off secrecy surrounding Epstein's misdeeds, said in a statement
19:30
Speaker 1: Wednesday morning. I think that's giving her a bit of credit, no?
19:34
Speaker 1: She's spearheading it? She just started talking about it recently
19:38
Speaker 1: because of Hunter Biden. Come on, let's be honest here, okay?
19:42
Speaker 1: And for those of you who are new to the podcast, well,
19:45
Speaker 1: welcome to the party. I'm going to call the balls
19:47
Speaker 1: and strikes like I see them, and I'm not going
19:50
Speaker 1: to get involved in any of that weird-ass demagoguery that
19:53
Speaker 1: everybody seems to be involved in. This issue transcends politics,
19:57
Speaker 1: it transcends political parties, and it goes right to the
20:00
Speaker 1: heart of the matter. And the heart of the matter
20:02
Speaker 1: is this. The so-called elite, the people that you're all
20:05
Speaker 1: fighting over, Well, they don't really care about you too much.
20:08
Speaker 1: And they really don't care about your kids. And you
20:11
Speaker 1: can times that by about 10 if you're poor. And
20:14
Speaker 1: it's just like Sonny told Collogeno in Bronx Tale. Go
20:18
Speaker 1: and ask Mickey Mantle to pay your rent and see
20:20
Speaker 1: how that works out for you. It's the same with
20:22
Speaker 1: these politicians. They do not care about you. Oh, they'll
20:26
Speaker 1: get up here and they'll say this, that, or the
20:27
Speaker 1: other thing because they think it moves the needle. But
20:30
Speaker 1: these clowns have had how long to do something about Epstein?
20:33
Speaker 1: but yet nothing has ever been done, and I'm willing
20:37
Speaker 1: to bet that nothing comes of this either. Remember, we're
20:41
Speaker 1: in an election year, so these officials, these politicians, they'll
20:44
Speaker 1: go to great lengths to tell you anything that they
20:47
Speaker 1: think you want to hear. Then, of course, they'll just
20:49
Speaker 1: renege on all of it. FBI agents raided properties including
20:53
Speaker 1: Epstein's New York City mansion and Little St. James, his
20:56
Speaker 1: private island, in the U.S. Virgin Islands after his arrest
20:59
Speaker 1: in early 2019. His death in a federal jail cell
21:03
Speaker 1: was officially ruled a suicide, although his brother is among
21:07
Speaker 1: many Americans who have questioned that conclusion. And you notice
21:11
Speaker 1: they don't say that Zorro Ranch was raided, right? It
21:14
Speaker 1: is absurd that Zorro Ranch was never raided. The whole
21:18
Speaker 1: entire situation around Zorro Ranch is absurd. And how Jeffrey
21:22
Speaker 1: Epstein avoided scrutiny by the authorities in New Mexico, if
21:26
Speaker 1: the feds want to open an investigation, that's a place
21:29
Speaker 1: they might want to start. The American people deserve to
21:32
Speaker 1: know what happened regarding Jeffrey Epstein and prominent American business
21:36
Speaker 1: and political leaders, said Lindsey Graham, the top-ranking Republican on
21:40
Speaker 1: the committee. I fully support and very much appreciate Senator
21:44
Speaker 1: Blackburn's longstanding efforts to bring transparency to the Epstein debacle.
21:49
Speaker 1: And again, look, I'm happy that somebody's talking about it.
21:53
Speaker 1: I don't want to be a Debbie Downer because, you know,
21:56
Speaker 1: if somebody's going to step up to the plate, hey,
21:59
Speaker 1: I'm here for it. But up until very recently, Senator
22:03
Speaker 1: Blackburn hasn't been talking about this. She hasn't been a
22:06
Speaker 1: champion of this. She hasn't been out here, you know,
22:08
Speaker 1: talking with survivors, putting a committee together. And like I
22:11
Speaker 1: said before, better late than never, but let's not ordain
22:15
Speaker 1: her as some sort of Epstein crusader. She has a
22:18
Speaker 1: long way to go before she finds herself amongst that company.
22:23
Speaker 1: On Tuesday, unsealed documents revealed Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts, had
22:28
Speaker 1: accused former Democratic New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson of trafficking her.
22:32
Speaker 1: She also accused the ex-girlfriend of Democratic New Jersey Senator
22:37
Speaker 1: Bob Menendez of participating in Epstein's orgies. That is a fact.
22:41
Speaker 1: Gwendolyn Beck. I have some episodes about Gwendolyn Beck from
22:45
Speaker 1: back in the day. And I'm going to dig into
22:47
Speaker 1: those archives and we're going to make sure we get
22:49
Speaker 1: those bad boys added to the catalog very soon. But
22:52
Speaker 1: there's no doubt that Bob Menendez is a dirtbag. Epstein
22:56
Speaker 1: stuff withheld even. The guy's just a dirtbag. He's corrupt.
23:00
Speaker 1: He used his position to further benefit and to generate
23:04
Speaker 1: more wealth for himself. Meanwhile, the rest of us are
23:07
Speaker 1: staring down tax season once again. Richardson died in September.
23:11
Speaker 1: That document was later stricken from the record. In more
23:14
Speaker 1: than 200 filings unsealed in the wake of a 2015
23:17
Speaker 1: lawsuit between Roberts and Maxwell, none of them included Epstein's
23:22
Speaker 1: highly anticipated client list. Well, yeah, no shit. The closest
23:26
Speaker 1: you're ever going to get to the client list is
23:28
Speaker 1: the black book. Are you guys paying attention yet over
23:31
Speaker 1: there at Fox News or in the legacy media? Some
23:34
Speaker 1: people are so far behind in the race that they
23:37
Speaker 1: actually think that they're winning. Senator Dick Durbin, Democrat from Illinois, said,
23:42
Speaker 1: has so far stalled a vote on Blackburn's subpoena requests.
23:46
Speaker 1: Why would he do that? Hey, Dick Durbin, just let
23:49
Speaker 1: the subpoenas go through. And then if Blackburn makes a
23:52
Speaker 1: fool of herself, more the better to you. But I
23:55
Speaker 1: don't know why anybody would want to try and hold
23:57
Speaker 1: up any sort of investigation into Jeffrey Epstein or what
24:01
Speaker 1: this scumbag was up to. And if you're somebody who's
24:03
Speaker 1: standing in the way, I'm going to have some questions.
24:07
Speaker 1: I will be demanding a vote on these subpoenas whenever
24:09
Speaker 1: possible at Judiciary Committee meetings until the American people get
24:13
Speaker 1: the full truth and survivors get the justice that they deserve,
24:17
Speaker 1: Blackburn said Wednesday. I am ready for any sort of
24:21
Speaker 1: hearing on the Hill and I'll go to D.C. for it.
24:23
Speaker 1: If they have some sort of Epstein-related hearing, I will
24:26
Speaker 1: go to Washington, D.C. and I will sit in on
24:29
Speaker 1: that hearing. Other prominent figures accused of wrongdoing include Jean-Luc Brunel,
24:34
Speaker 1: a French modeling mogul who, like Epstein, died in jail
24:38
Speaker 1: awaiting trial on trafficking charges, and the British Prince Andrew
24:42
Speaker 1: who was photographed with an underaged Roberts. Just photographed, is it?
24:47
Speaker 1: Not alleged to have, you know, taken part in the
24:48
Speaker 1: abuse or anything like that. The highly anticipated release of
24:52
Speaker 1: the names comes as Republicans in Congress led by Tennessee's
24:56
Speaker 1: Senator Blackburn and Representative Tim Burchett have demanded an unredacted
25:01
Speaker 1: list of Epstein's associates who flew on his private jet.
25:05
Speaker 1: Portions of the flight log have been made public in
25:08
Speaker 1: Maxwell's criminal trial. Blackburn is also vying to subpoena Epstein's
25:13
Speaker 1: estate for his unredacted flight logs and communications records. You
25:17
Speaker 1: know how you can do all of this? Put together
25:19
Speaker 1: a nice RICO case and slap their asses silly with it.
25:23
Speaker 1: Put some powder on our collective hand and then slap
25:25
Speaker 1: the ever-living shit out of them with it, like we
25:28
Speaker 1: were participating in one of those power slap events. Enough
25:31
Speaker 1: is enough already. You really want to get to the
25:33
Speaker 1: bottom of this shit? Rico is the way to go.
25:35
Speaker 1: The problem is they missed their chance. Maxwell should have
25:38
Speaker 1: been Rico'd. The second she wasn't Rico'd, I knew the
25:41
Speaker 1: fix was in. I said it then, and I'll say
25:44
Speaker 1: it all the way to my grave. Them not using
25:47
Speaker 1: Rico was planned. And the plan was to make sure
25:50
Speaker 1: that none of their faves got caught up. Now, if
25:52
Speaker 1: you don't believe that, that's fine. But the evidence is
25:55
Speaker 1: right here in front of you. Last year, A group
26:00
Speaker 1: of Epstein survivors sent a letter to the FBI demanding
26:03
Speaker 1: an investigation into the Bureau's early handling of the investigation.
26:07
Speaker 1: A lawyer for the accusers said they flagged federal investigators
26:11
Speaker 1: to Epstein's crimes as early as 1996. Well, that's factual.
26:16
Speaker 1: Maria Farmer and Annie both told everybody what was going
26:19
Speaker 1: on in 96. Despite subsequent repeated red flags that Epstein
26:24
Speaker 1: trafficked girls, and collected sexualized images of children, the FBI
26:28
Speaker 1: appears for years to have done little to investigate and
26:32
Speaker 1: prosecute Epstein's sex trafficking and to date done nothing regarding
26:36
Speaker 1: reports of possible child sex abuse, the lawyer wrote. There
26:40
Speaker 1: is nothing not factual with that statement. Authorities eventually arrested
26:45
Speaker 1: him a decade later and he got a controversially lenient
26:48
Speaker 1: plea deal in 2008. In 2019, after the Miami Herald
26:53
Speaker 1: exposed aspects of that case conducted behind closed doors, federal
26:57
Speaker 1: prosecutors sought new charges against them. Maxwell is serving a
27:01
Speaker 1: 20-year federal prison sentence for grooming and sex trafficking. She
27:06
Speaker 1: is appealing her conviction. Good luck with that. She can
27:10
Speaker 1: appeal until the next San Gennaro. It's not going to matter.
27:13
Speaker 1: Her tofu is cooked for at least the years that
27:16
Speaker 1: she was sentenced to. After that, she'll probably get out
27:20
Speaker 1: if she's still alive, and we all know the scuzziest
27:23
Speaker 1: amongst us always stick around the longest, so I'm sure
27:26
Speaker 1: she will be. But for now, Ghislaine Maxwell is exactly
27:30
Speaker 1: where she belongs. As far as some sort of commission,
27:34
Speaker 1: some sort of committee being put together, boy, I'd love
27:37
Speaker 1: to see it, but these folks have been pissing on
27:40
Speaker 1: my back and telling me it's raining for over four
27:42
Speaker 1: years now. And unfortunately, and maybe it's just the cynic
27:46
Speaker 1: in me, but I don't expect nothing to change with
27:49
Speaker 1: these quote-unquote new developments. Either way, now that they said it,
27:55
Speaker 1: I expect it. So if they don't follow through with this,
27:58
Speaker 1: you better believe me and my fat mouth are going
28:01
Speaker 1: to have a few things to say. But that's going
28:04
Speaker 1: to do it for this one. All of the information
28:07
Speaker 1: that goes with this episode can be found in the
28:09
Speaker 1: description box. What's up everyone and welcome to another episode
28:13
Speaker 1: of the Epstein Chronicles. Yo, what a shocker. GOP lawmakers
28:18
Speaker 1: once again proving that when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein,
28:22
Speaker 1: transparency is apparently a four-letter word. They had one simple job,
28:27
Speaker 1: vote to subpoena the man's bank records, the one trail
28:30
Speaker 1: of evidence that isn't wrapped in spin, PR statements, or
28:34
Speaker 1: conveniently redacted testimony. This is the kind of financial documentation
28:39
Speaker 1: that could have connected the dots shown who was paying,
28:42
Speaker 1: who was receiving, who was laundering, and who was propping
28:45
Speaker 1: up the biggest blackmail and trafficking operation of modern times.
28:51
Speaker 1: But instead of courage, what did they offer? A collective
28:54
Speaker 1: shrug and a resounding no. As if protecting Epstein's shadowy
28:58
Speaker 1: network was just another day at the office. Now they
29:02
Speaker 1: want you to believe that this was about principle. But
29:05
Speaker 1: it was really about self-preservation. Because heaven forbid we follow
29:09
Speaker 1: the money and see whose fingerprints are all over it.
29:13
Speaker 1: And look, let's not miss the irony here. These are
29:15
Speaker 1: the same lawmakers who would happily subpoena your grandma's Venmo
29:19
Speaker 1: account if she bought a cup of coffee at a
29:21
Speaker 1: protest they didn't like. They'll issue subpoenas like candy when
29:25
Speaker 1: it comes to petty partisan vendettas, but suddenly, when Epstein's
29:29
Speaker 1: banking records are on the table, they're born-again constitutionalists preaching
29:33
Speaker 1: about overreach and restraint? Save the bullshit. The hypocrisy isn't
29:38
Speaker 1: just glaring, it's practical. blinding. They've spent years branding themselves
29:43
Speaker 1: as the champions of law and order, yet the second
29:46
Speaker 1: law and order dares creep towards the golden circle of elites,
29:49
Speaker 1: they sprint in the opposite direction, tripping over themselves to
29:52
Speaker 1: slam the vault shut. And what this vote really says,
29:56
Speaker 1: loud and clear, is that protecting the public doesn't matter.
29:59
Speaker 1: Protecting survivors doesn't matter. What matters is protecting the reputations
30:04
Speaker 1: of the well-connected, the same donors who write the checks,
30:07
Speaker 1: the same businessmen they toast with at fundraisers, the same
30:10
Speaker 1: names that would have spilled out of those ledgers like
30:13
Speaker 1: gasoline on fire. And what we're seeing here is not
30:18
Speaker 1: a principled stand. It was a panic move, an exercise
30:21
Speaker 1: in damage control disguised as legislative prudence. By shooting down
30:27
Speaker 1: this subpoena, they didn't just block an investigation. They hoped
30:30
Speaker 1: that they strangled it in the crib, ensuring that the
30:33
Speaker 1: trail of corruption stays cold and the guilty stay untouchable.
30:38
Speaker 1: And make no mistake, they're terrified. Because Epstein wasn't just
30:41
Speaker 1: some lone predator with a sick hobby and a private jet.
30:44
Speaker 1: He was a broker of influence, a financier of corruption,
30:48
Speaker 1: a human blackmail machine whose Rolodex was more powerful than
30:51
Speaker 1: any committee on the Hill. His bank records would tell
30:55
Speaker 1: a story no amount of press releases or partisan gaslighting
30:58
Speaker 1: could erase, who funded him, who he funded, and how
31:02
Speaker 1: deep that rot really went. That's the nightmare these lawmakers
31:06
Speaker 1: can't face. Not because the truth isn't obvious, it is,
31:10
Speaker 1: but because putting it on paper would force them to
31:13
Speaker 1: admit their own complicity, their own cowardice, and the uncomfortable
31:17
Speaker 1: reality that Epstein's operation wasn't an aberration, but a feature
31:21
Speaker 1: of the very system they now pretend to safeguard. So
31:25
Speaker 1: let's drop the charade. This wasn't about due process. It
31:28
Speaker 1: wasn't about overreach. It certainly wasn't about protecting the integrity
31:31
Speaker 1: of the government. It was about shielding the guilty, burying
31:35
Speaker 1: the evidence, and hoping the public forgets. It was about
31:38
Speaker 1: power protecting power, as it always does. And in the end,
31:41
Speaker 1: the GOP didn't just vote against a subpoena. They voted
31:45
Speaker 1: against accountability, against justice, and against the people they're supposed
31:49
Speaker 1: to represent. They chose cowardice dressed up as principle, obstruction
31:54
Speaker 1: wrapped in procedure, and in doing so, they've once again
31:57
Speaker 1: reminded us that when the powerful are implicated, the system
32:01
Speaker 1: bends over backwards not to break them, but to protect them.
32:05
Speaker 1: Today's article is from the USA Today, and the headline,
32:08
Speaker 1: GOP shuts down House Democrats' effort to subpoena banks handling
32:12
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein money. This article was authored by Josh Mayer.
32:20
Speaker 1: House Republicans rejected an effort to subpoena four banks that
32:23
Speaker 1: reportedly flagged about $ 1. 5 billion in suspicious financial transactions linked
32:28
Speaker 1: to disgraced financier and alleged sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein. Uh, alleged?
32:34
Speaker 1: Say what now? Representative Jamie Raskin of Maryland, the top
32:38
Speaker 1: Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee, made a motion during
32:42
Speaker 1: the group's first oversight hearing pressing FBI Director Kash Patel
32:46
Speaker 1: since he took over the bureau in February. Look, I
32:49
Speaker 1: don't know why anybody would be against this. The financial sector,
32:54
Speaker 1: if you want to look for the boogeyman, that's where
32:57
Speaker 1: you're going to find it. Those are the people that
33:00
Speaker 1: are screwing us on a daily basis. Those are the
33:02
Speaker 1: people that we should all be mad at. And once again,
33:06
Speaker 1: they slide away without any kind of ramifications. $ 1. 5 billion
33:09
Speaker 1: in suspicious transactions. and they want you to report $ 600
33:17
Speaker 1: if you use a mobile app? Yo, real talk, how
33:20
Speaker 1: can anybody support these people? And as somebody on the
33:23
Speaker 1: outside looking in, meaning I don't claim one political party
33:26
Speaker 1: or the other, I find it wild that anyone is
33:29
Speaker 1: still believing the bullshit that these people are pumping. And
33:32
Speaker 1: it goes for both sides, by the way. I'm not
33:35
Speaker 1: just talking about the GOP here. Well, they're the target
33:37
Speaker 1: of this conversation, obviously. But overall, let's not act like
33:42
Speaker 1: the Democrats gave one single shit about what was going on.
33:45
Speaker 1: And I have an episode coming up where we're going
33:47
Speaker 1: to discuss that a bit further. Because they're carrying on
33:50
Speaker 1: like they're some kind of heroes here when they could
33:52
Speaker 1: have stepped up multiple times. Look, Kash Patel's not wrong
33:56
Speaker 1: about that. When he says that the Democrats could have
33:59
Speaker 1: done something about this years ago, they could have. They
34:02
Speaker 1: chose not to. So if we're going to look at this,
34:05
Speaker 1: we have to look at it as the systemic problem
34:08
Speaker 1: that it is. Not just to try and score, you know,
34:10
Speaker 1: political points. Because if you do that, we're not going
34:14
Speaker 1: to get anywhere. So we need honest brokers here. And unfortunately,
34:18
Speaker 1: we don't have many of them. Besides a handful of
34:20
Speaker 1: people like Ro Khanna and Thomas Massey, and a handful
34:23
Speaker 1: of others that shockingly even includes Marjorie Taylor Greene, the
34:27
Speaker 1: rest of these people should be embarrassed. Representative Jamie Raskin
34:34
Speaker 1: of Maryland, the top Democrat of the House Judiciary Committee,
34:37
Speaker 1: made a motion during the group's first oversight hearing pressing
34:41
Speaker 1: FBI Director Kash Patel since he took over the bureau
34:44
Speaker 1: in February. These four banks have flagged to the government $ 1. 5
34:48
Speaker 1: billion in suspicious transactions related to the sex trafficking crimes
34:53
Speaker 1: and conspiracy of Epstein, his associate Ghislaine Maxwell, and all
34:57
Speaker 1: of their collaborators, Raskin said September 17th. Now, why would
35:01
Speaker 1: anyone block this, honestly? How can you look your constituents
35:04
Speaker 1: in the eye and say, you know what? We didn't
35:07
Speaker 1: want to subpoena the banks, the same people that have
35:09
Speaker 1: screwed everybody from the start of time. And this is
35:13
Speaker 1: why we never get anywhere. This is why we continue
35:15
Speaker 1: to spin our wheels in neutral. Because the people that
35:18
Speaker 1: can make a change, the people that can do something different,
35:21
Speaker 1: they never do. And that's because both sides are bought
35:24
Speaker 1: and paid for. I hope everybody's waking up to that,
35:28
Speaker 1: and I hope everybody knows that they're not going to
35:30
Speaker 1: let this crisis, when it comes to Charlie Kirk, go
35:32
Speaker 1: to waste. They're going to use this great tragedy... to
35:35
Speaker 1: find a way to screw us. Make no mistake about it.
35:38
Speaker 1: And we already heard Pam Bondi out here talking about
35:40
Speaker 1: hate speech and the rest of it. I mean, you
35:42
Speaker 1: want to talk about anti-American principle? You want to talk
35:45
Speaker 1: about unconstitutional? Everything that lady was saying when it comes
35:49
Speaker 1: to so-called hate speech was unconstitutional. Now look, people should
35:54
Speaker 1: be able to say whatever they want. Now does that
35:57
Speaker 1: mean they should be protected from the ramifications of what
36:00
Speaker 1: they say? No. but they should have the ability to
36:03
Speaker 1: say it without the government threatening them. What kind of
36:06
Speaker 1: horseshit is that? I mean, let's be real. They're more
36:09
Speaker 1: concerned about what somebody might say online than they are
36:12
Speaker 1: about the banks laundering money for Jeffrey Epstein into the
36:15
Speaker 1: tune of over a billion dollars? Tell me your priorities
36:19
Speaker 1: aren't fucked up without telling me your priorities aren't fucked up.
36:23
Speaker 1: The Maryland lawmakers said he wanted the banks and their
36:26
Speaker 1: CEOs to turn over everything they had in their connection
36:29
Speaker 1: with helping move money to or from Epstein, who died
36:33
Speaker 1: by suicide in 2019 as he was awaiting trial on
36:36
Speaker 1: federal sex trafficking charges. So what Congress should do here
36:40
Speaker 1: is they should just do an end around the DOJ
36:42
Speaker 1: and the banks, and they should contact the USVI government
36:47
Speaker 1: and get the documentation from them. They had a big-ass
36:49
Speaker 1: lawsuit with J.P. Morgan. And go from there. And the SDNY,
36:53
Speaker 1: they have a bunch of information. They had several different
36:56
Speaker 1: lawsuits going on when it comes to JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank,
37:00
Speaker 1: and others like the Bank of New York Mellon, Chase Bank,
37:05
Speaker 1: several different banks that were doing business with this man.
37:08
Speaker 1: So they have the desire to tell you what you
37:10
Speaker 1: can and can't say, but they don't have the desire
37:13
Speaker 1: to chase down the connections of the people who enabled
37:15
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and made his whole entire criminal empire possible.
37:20
Speaker 1: Are you paying attention yet? Specifically, Raskin pushed to subpoena
37:25
Speaker 1: JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, and Bank of
37:29
Speaker 1: New York Mellon and their CEOs. Republican lawmakers have largely
37:34
Speaker 1: joined Democrats in saying they want answers to the growing
37:37
Speaker 1: questions around Epstein, including whether others participated in his alleged
37:41
Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring using young women and underage girls. But
37:45
Speaker 1: when it came time to vote on Raskin's motion, committee
37:48
Speaker 1: chair Jim, Jim Shorts Jordan of Ohio quickly approved a
37:52
Speaker 1: Republican move to table it or shoot it down before
37:56
Speaker 1: lawmakers could discuss it. Well, isn't that shocking? Mr. Jim Jordan,
38:01
Speaker 1: have you seen the story about the Ohio State wrestling
38:04
Speaker 1: team and the abuse that they suffered? I don't think
38:08
Speaker 1: Jim Jordan has any place sitting on this committee about
38:11
Speaker 1: this topic. It's as gross as George Mitchell being part
38:14
Speaker 1: of the Catholic negotiation when it comes to the priests
38:18
Speaker 1: who are molesting people. I mean, you can't even make
38:21
Speaker 1: this shit up. And it's almost like they throw it
38:24
Speaker 1: directly in your face, right? Yeah, look, I'm accused of
38:27
Speaker 1: doing this with Jeffrey Epstein. I'm accused of assaulting Virginia.
38:31
Speaker 1: But let me go over here and be part of
38:33
Speaker 1: this whole negotiation with the Catholic Church and the fund
38:37
Speaker 1: that got set up. Is nobody paying attention to what's
38:40
Speaker 1: really going on and just how fucking deep this all runs?
38:44
Speaker 1: Jim Jordan, give me a break with this guy. The
38:48
Speaker 1: committee did not stop to debate the motion, so the
38:50
Speaker 1: GOP lawmakers who voted to table the effort didn't immediately
38:54
Speaker 1: explain the reasoning behind their votes. USA Today has reached
38:57
Speaker 1: out to GOP House Judiciary Committee staff for comment. Oh,
39:01
Speaker 1: I'm sure they'll have a comment for you. I'm sure
39:04
Speaker 1: they'll have all kinds of stupid-ass comments for you. None
39:08
Speaker 1: that shine any light on what's going on, but I'm
39:10
Speaker 1: sure they'll have some comments. A recent New York Times
39:13
Speaker 1: investigation cited by Raskin and other Democrats alleged JPMorgan Chase
39:18
Speaker 1: spent years supporting and profiting from the notorious sex offender
39:23
Speaker 1: ignoring red flags, suspicious activity, and concerned executives. Well, we've
39:28
Speaker 1: been talking about this for years now. and now the
39:30
Speaker 1: legacy media is finally catching up. But if you want
39:33
Speaker 1: to go after somebody, this is not rocket science. Follow
39:37
Speaker 1: the money. That's how you nail these people. I don't
39:41
Speaker 1: know how many times I got to say it. That's
39:44
Speaker 1: how they got Al Capone. That's how they get mafia
39:46
Speaker 1: figures all the time. That's how they get people all
39:48
Speaker 1: the time. Follow the money, whether it's taxes, undeclared dough,
39:52
Speaker 1: whatever it might be. When you're dealing with people like this,
39:56
Speaker 1: nothing is on the up and up. And we all
39:58
Speaker 1: know that Jeffrey Epstein was involved in all kinds of
40:01
Speaker 1: money laundering, all kinds of crazy shit. And that's exactly
40:05
Speaker 1: why they don't want to look at these documents. They're
40:07
Speaker 1: scared where they're going to lead. And I've said this
40:09
Speaker 1: for months now. I think that's what Donald Trump fears.
40:14
Speaker 1: I think that it's going to lead to his supporters,
40:16
Speaker 1: it's going to lead to his donors, and it's going
40:18
Speaker 1: to lead to some of the most powerful people in
40:20
Speaker 1: the world of finance. And if you think that the
40:22
Speaker 1: people who actually fund the whole entire thing that we
40:25
Speaker 1: see here with the government, with everything, are going to
40:28
Speaker 1: let themselves be exposed, you are absolutely insane. While Republicans
40:33
Speaker 1: were moving to block Raskin's motion, the Maryland Democrat noted
40:36
Speaker 1: that JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon said his bank would
40:40
Speaker 1: comply with any subpoena, to hand over Epstein-related records. Well, yeah,
40:44
Speaker 1: what else is he going to do? Going to fight it?
40:47
Speaker 1: Good luck with that. We regret any association with that
40:50
Speaker 1: man at all. And of course, if it's a legal requirement,
40:53
Speaker 1: we're going to conform to it, Diamond told a reporter
40:56
Speaker 1: after leaving the Senate GOP lunch on September 17th. Senator
41:01
Speaker 1: Ron Wyden of Oregon, the top Democrat on the Senate
41:04
Speaker 1: Finance Committee, said, also has been pushing for access to
41:07
Speaker 1: Epstein's related bank records for months. Wyden has said one
41:11
Speaker 1: of the Treasury Department's documents reviewed by Democratic and Republican
41:15
Speaker 1: staff of the Senate Finance Committee indicated that between 2003
41:19
Speaker 1: and 2019, there were more than 4,725 wire transfers totaling $ 1. 8
41:26
Speaker 1: billion involving Epstein and his associates. Yo, chew on that
41:30
Speaker 1: for a minute and ask yourself, how was this never RICO?
41:34
Speaker 1: Diddy got hit with Rico. R. Kelly. Everybody gets Rico nowadays.
41:38
Speaker 1: Not Jeffrey Epstein. Not Ghislaine Maxwell. Ask yourself why. And
41:42
Speaker 1: it's not because they're in the Mossad, okay? At the
41:45
Speaker 1: five-hour hearing on September 17th, Raskin and other Democrats excorciated
41:50
Speaker 1: Patel for publicly calling for the release of all Epstein
41:53
Speaker 1: documents before he was FBI director and then refusing to
41:56
Speaker 1: release them now that he's in charge. The director has
41:59
Speaker 1: said he's blocked by court orders. Put your big boy
42:02
Speaker 1: pants on and let us know who the pedophiles are,
42:05
Speaker 1: Raskin said during the marathon five-hour hearing. Look, it's not
42:10
Speaker 1: the wrong way to go, honestly. And I think that
42:13
Speaker 1: the question is sound. Why are you protecting the people
42:17
Speaker 1: who are helping Epstein's engine move? Why are you protecting
42:20
Speaker 1: people that were obviously involved in some way or the other?
42:23
Speaker 1: What's the motivation here? And I think that's what's really
42:26
Speaker 1: frustrating a lot of people that are MAGA. And I
42:30
Speaker 1: think the more that they double down and they keep
42:32
Speaker 1: digging this cover-up hole that they find themselves in deeper,
42:35
Speaker 1: they're going to keep losing more support. Because as more
42:39
Speaker 1: evidence comes out, it's more obvious than ever that there's
42:43
Speaker 1: a cover-up underway. And of course, the million-dollar question is,
42:46
Speaker 1: who are you protecting and why? All of the information
