- Lucas: Hey Luna, welcome back to Learn Telugu with Fexingo. Luna: Hey Lucas! So glad to be here. What are we learning today? Lucas: Today we're going to talk about two more body parts: the back and the stomach. Luna: Oh, that's useful. I've had some back pain from sitting too long. Lucas: Right. And if Fexingo has been helping you make progress with Telugu, consider supporting us. The link is buy me a coffee dot com slash fexingo. It keeps us ad-free. Luna: Yeah, if today's episode was worth a coffee to you, that's the spot. Lucas: Exactly. So let's dive in. The word for back is వీపు. Luna: వీపు. Lucas: Good. And stomach is కడుపు. Luna: కడుపు. Like when I eat too much. Lucas: Exactly. Now let's make a sentence: నా వీపు నొప్పిగా ఉంది — my back hurts. That's a long one. Lucas: You can break it down: నా వీపు — my back. And then నొప్పిగా ఉంది — hurts. So together, my back hurts. Got it. Lucas: And for stomach: నా కడుపు నొప్పిగా ఉంది — my stomach hurts. That one's easier. Lucas: Let's practice both. Repeat after me: వీపు. Lucas: Perfect. Now imagine you're at the doctor. Luna: And the doctor asks where? I point to my back and say వీపు. Lucas: Right. Or for the stomach: And you point to your stomach. Luna: That makes sense. So if I have both, I can say: Lucas: Close. But for multiple body parts, we use ఉన్నాయి. Luna: Oh, that's plural. Good catch. Lucas: Let's end with a quick review. Lucas: Great job, Luna. And listeners, practice these phrases. We'll be back with more Telugu next time. Until then, keep practicing. Luna: See you next time!
