- 0:02Hello, welcome to He's hot, but something's off and it's going
- 0:08to be the final He's hot, but something's off of 2025.
- 0:18I thought about doing something like, you know what's driving me
- 0:23a little crazy lately? All these year end things that's
- 0:26popping up on every app. So Spotify has wrapped, but and
- 0:34they had that for many years and now every other app has to do
- 0:37with Grinder has one, YouTube has one and like people are
- 0:41making videos like I don't. So I was going to say I was
- 0:45going to do some sort of like year and not in like the style
- 0:48of like Spotify or like how the apps and everything I was doing
- 0:51it, but just like the review of the year.
- 0:57But then I thought with all these apps and everything and
- 1:00like all these people making Tik Toks doing the same thing and
- 1:02it's like kind of gross. Like, you know, I don't want to
- 1:04do that anymore. So we're just going to have like
- 1:06a regular episode to end the podcast.
- 1:09I think I've always in some ways gone against the grain a little
- 1:14bit in terms of trends. I don't really like trends.
- 1:18I don't really like keeping up with what the new hotness is.
- 1:23I never have a lot of, I mean I don't watch that many movies or
- 1:29TV shows, but even stuff like TV shows and movies and stuff, a
- 1:34lot of it. If I ever do get into ATV show
- 1:38or a movie, it'll be like 2 years after it comes out.
- 1:42Yeah, I've never really been to trends.
- 1:43Anyways. I do have some stuff I wanted to
- 1:46talk about today though. It's weird for me to have.
- 1:49Well, I do keep A to do list, not A to do list, but IA topics
- 1:53list. Sorry.
- 1:54I do keep a list of topics that, you know, as I go through my
- 1:57daily life, sometimes I'll make notes of this will be good to
- 2:01talk about on the podcast. So and I kind of wanted to burn
- 2:06through at least like a few more of them before the end of the
- 2:09year because maybe next year I'll sort like a new list.
- 2:12But oh, it's gone now. I was going to say, if you're
- 2:14watching the video version of the podcast, you can see on my
- 2:17left arm that I have some red marks, but I think they're
- 2:19mostly gone. So I just got my vaccines by
- 2:25jabs for the flu and for COVID. So I got them literally like 3
- 2:33or 4 days ago and I had to go a little out of my way to like a
- 2:40particular location. So made the appointment.
- 2:44It was like the morning time drove down there.
- 2:47There like wasn't anyone there. So I kind of sort of just walked
- 2:49right in. So it's like in the basement and
- 2:52it's like empty room. And there's just like this one
- 2:56person at this one station doing it, which is fine.
- 2:58So I sat down and the nurse, I think she's a nurse.
- 3:02The nurse goes through, you know, like all the basic
- 3:05information about like the COVID vaccine and blah, blah, blah.
- 3:07And then she says, oh, we only have the Pfizer vaccine at this
- 3:13location and not the Moderna 1. Is that OK?
- 3:16And I don't really care. You don't remember when early on
- 3:21in the pandemic, there's also talk about like depending on
- 3:24which vaccine you are, you're a winner or like a loser.
- 3:28Anyways, these days it doesn't really matter.
- 3:30And I don't really care anymore. So she's, oh, just have to
- 3:33Pfizer and not to modernize that.
- 3:34OK. I said either was fine.
- 3:37Don't really have a choice. And she's like, yeah, well, I
- 3:40just thought I'd check because some people I'd prefer one over
- 3:45the other, blah blah, blah, blah.
- 3:47And then I said my body's not fancy enough to tell the
- 3:50difference. And then she left.
- 3:52And then she's like, Oh yeah, yeah, no, no worries.
- 3:55I just thought I'd check because some people are just like really
- 3:57picky about it. And I said it's OK.
- 4:01I buy generic all the time. And then she left.
- 4:05I like to think sometimes I'm lightly funny, at least type of
- 4:10semi everyday situations. But in some ways everyone thinks
- 4:14they're funny, right? I can be lightly amusing in
- 4:19small talk, like in a situation like that that's kind of sort of
- 4:24like everyday. I could theoretically have that
- 4:27type of conversation at like the grocery check out, except that I
- 4:31don't like talking to the ghostry people when I was
- 4:34checking out ANYWAYS. Yeah, so that's my kind of
- 4:37comedy. I can never do stamp.
- 4:39I can't, if you needed to have me sit down and write a joke, I
- 4:43can't do it. It's not in my real house.
- 4:46I can't write a lot, even if it's not supposed to be funny.
- 4:49So for the skin care company, I've been, you know, obviously
- 4:54doing the marketing. Well, I have the marketing
- 4:55agency, but like even then, I needed to give them some
- 5:00direction and examples of, OK, this is how I want the voice of
- 5:05the brand to come across when we post on social media and things
- 5:08like that. And I recently had to come up
- 5:12with some examples of like a different direction.
- 5:15I run them to go in and they're like, oh, but yeah, just give us
- 5:18like some examples of like the, the material you're looking for.
- 5:23So part of it is having tech lines.
- 5:25So I need to like come up with some tech lines with them.
- 5:27I literally spent an hour like most of that day sitting there
- 5:31and I was like, and I came up with like 3, like he told me
- 5:34like 4 or five hours come with like 3 decent tech lines.
- 5:38That's even with the help of AI. OK, so I can't write 1 liners.
- 5:45I can't write stand up and have it be like half decent.
- 5:49But when it's like a spur of the moment thing, that's where you
- 5:52can get some little jokes out of me.
- 5:55So I don't know if she thought I was funny or like she had to
- 5:58laugh because like, oh, you're supposed to make the patient
- 6:00feel comfortable. So just like nervous laugh the
- 6:03crappy jokes away or whatever. But I, I was a little proud of
- 6:06that. I was, I was a little proud of
- 6:08that. On the flip side, this was like
- 6:12a couple of years ago. I'm pretty sure I told it when
- 6:14it happened because I think I was already doing the podcast
- 6:17then. But it's like a little while ago
- 6:18and I was coming through. What is it?
- 6:21CBP like US clearance, like passport control, US Border
- 6:25Patrol. And then I put down all my stuff
- 6:27coming flying back from Canada back into the US.
- 6:30And then this guy says, oh, do you have a license?
- 6:34I'm like what? Because like you have a
- 6:36passport, maybe you have a visa, maybe you have like an ETA,
- 6:39maybe you have like some thought, but you don't have you
- 6:41don't have a license, quote UN quote to like fucking cross the
- 6:44border, right. And he's like, yeah, do you have
- 6:46a license? Like, no, what license?
- 6:47Like, and he said for those guns, he was making like jokes
- 6:50about my arms. I guess I was wearing like a
- 6:52sleeveless tee or like AT shirt or something like that.
- 6:53I was like, but I'm thinking if you're customs of border
- 6:56control, can you please not make those types of jokes because
- 6:59it's like you're going to freak some people out anyway.
- 7:02So it works. It works both ways.
- 7:03Nervous laughter. I mean, I'm not gonna I can't
- 7:06get mad at CBP, right? I'll I'll get banned for a life
- 7:08from the country or something. Yeah, so that was that was on
- 7:13that was on my list to tell you. We're just gonna like I'm just
- 7:15gonna knock through some of the some of the topics list item for
- 7:21you guys today to to wrap up the year.
- 7:22There's not going to be some like sentimental looking back at
- 7:25the year. Hoo ha, we're not doing that.
- 7:27But I've decided I'm pretty sick of that seeing all the all the
- 7:30apps doing it and like all the people, all the so-called
- 7:33influencers trying to do it. I'm already sick of it and it's
- 7:35not even the end of the year yet.
- 7:36So there you go. The other thing I wanted to say
- 7:39before we get too far is I am doing a live stream for my
- 7:44Patreon subscribers. So I do a monthly live stream
- 7:46every month for my top tier OPA Patreon subscribers.
- 7:50But this month for two reasons, because it's like the end of the
- 7:55year and also for the launch of my skin care brand, I am also
- 8:01inviting my middle tier Magnate tier subscribers into the live
- 8:07stream as well. It's going to be this Sunday,
- 8:10December 21st at 4:00 PM Pacific.
- 8:14So if you're already a member, you're already a Magnet or OPA
- 8:18tier subscriber. I've been posting about it, so
- 8:21you should all be aware of this. Now you guys are going to get
- 8:25the join link pretty soon. I'm going to go set that up like
- 8:29tomorrow or like on Friday. Yeah.
- 8:31If you're thinking about maybe trying out my Patreon even it's
- 8:34just like a month. I think it's a great time to do
- 8:36it. You subscribe to like the mid
- 8:38tier, the matinee, which is the mid tier.
- 8:41And then you will have access if you're available this Sunday
- 8:44afternoon to join in on the live stream.
- 8:46And you'll also get access to every episode of uncut that's
- 8:52ever been released, which is the extra podcast episode that's
- 8:55released every weekend just for my pinch subscribers.
- 8:58You'll get all of the vlogs. I just hoisted up a travel vlog
- 9:01because I just went to Vancouver to visit family.
- 9:03So there's a vlog there and obviously you get the full back
- 9:05catalog of all the other vlogs as well.
- 9:08The other thing that you will get access to on that tier, or
- 9:12like the top tier Oprah level, is I'm about to do something
- 9:17called the Elemental Diet. I'm probably going to start
- 9:21tonight or tomorrow, so let's see.
- 9:24I need to do it for 14 days, and I've decided this would be the
- 9:29best time to kind of, sort of do it.
- 9:33Not like you have a ton of choice, but yeah, this is going
- 9:35to be like a pretty decent time of the year to do it.
- 9:37Basically for two weeks, I'm going to be drinking these
- 9:42special liquid shakes. It's like a powder.
- 9:47You mix it with water and it has all the nutrients that your body
- 9:51technically needs, but I'm not allowed to have anything else
- 9:55except for water and these shakes that I have to like mix
- 9:59up. And the premise is that it's
- 10:04going to give your gut a reset. I'm not doing it for shits and
- 10:09giggles. I'm not doing it.
- 10:10But it's some like LA, whatever, hippie dippie, loose fat fast,
- 10:16whatever type of thing. I have it because I have a
- 10:19medical condition. I think a few times I've talked
- 10:21about having Siebel and IBS. So this is the reason why I'm
- 10:27going to be doing the elemental diet is to help manage my Siebel
- 10:33and IBS symptoms and hopefully kind of be have my gut be in
- 10:38better shape. So I'm not like doing it just be
- 10:40like, oh, it's like some trendy thing to do because like what,
- 10:43some random celebrity DeGeneres or Kardashians, whatever, I'm
- 10:47doing it. That's not the reason.
- 10:49OK, Again, I'm going to follow trends.
- 10:51OK. Yeah.
- 10:52But basically the I'm going to, it's about to arrive.
- 10:57Like it's just, it's kind of like just powder.
- 11:00You mix it with water and you drink it.
- 11:02Apparently those don't usually taste very good.
- 11:07And I'm going to be very curious about whether I'm going to feel
- 11:10hungry or not. I'm reading through all the
- 11:14preparation and the instructions and they say you can't drink the
- 11:18shakes very quickly because it's basically all pre digested
- 11:25nutrients. So it's like amino acids and
- 11:28like simple sugars and things like that.
- 11:30The point is that your body doesn't need to spend any effort
- 11:33digesting anything. Everything within the shake is
- 11:37like pre digested so your body absorbs it right away.
- 11:39You can't chug it apparently, because you basically get like a
- 11:42sugar high and you get like blood sugar level fluctuations.
- 11:46So it's like sip it over like 30 to 45 minutes and it's got all
- 11:50the calories that you need. But you know, it's not going to
- 11:53be a ton of calories. So I'm going to be not lifting
- 11:58weights at the same time as well.
- 12:00I mean, in theory I could drink more of the shakes to get more
- 12:04calories, but like, you know, lifting weights requires some
- 12:08amount of protein and the protein in those shakes, it's
- 12:12like a fixed ratio. It's like a fixed amount and
- 12:17it's not a high protein thing. So I decided, you know what, OK,
- 12:21we'll just take the holiday time when I'm not doing anything
- 12:26anyways. Take the holiday time.
- 12:28I'm going to do it for two weeks.
- 12:30There's a chance that, you know, for a part of it I could get
- 12:34some flu like symptoms. So that officially starts, well,
- 12:39this goes up on Thursday. I'm recording as Wednesday, this
- 12:44goes up on Thursday. So Thursday will be like the
- 12:46first full day of me doing that diet.
- 12:49It's also part of the reason why this is going to be the last
- 12:52podcast of the year because just in case I do have that common
- 12:59reaction of there could be a few days during this diet where I
- 13:02feel crappy before I feel better without knowing exactly when
- 13:07that might kick in. If it does, I don't want to have
- 13:10to like drag myself in front of a camera and a microphone.
- 13:13And also just the holidays. It's nice to take a break.
- 13:16One one of the reasons, not the main reason, but one of the
- 13:19reasons that I'm doing my own businesses is that I can do
- 13:23things to my schedule like I'm the boss and I can do whatever I
- 13:28want. So, and if I want to take the
- 13:32holidays off, I can do that. You know, I don't that's one.
- 13:35That's like the one thing I don't miss.
- 13:36Obviously it's nice to have like a steady paycheck and blah,
- 13:40blah, blah health benefits, which I'm going to pay through
- 13:42the ass for next year. But you know, the flip side,
- 13:46it's nice to not have the corporate politics.
- 13:51It's nice not to have fucking HR can fucking eat in my ass.
- 13:56It's nice to not have to ask permission to take a break, to
- 14:03ask permission to like live my own life.
- 14:07So I mean, I was in the corporate world for a long time.
- 14:10So like, I get it. I know how to do it.
- 14:12There are a lot of perks to, you know, to working in corporate.
- 14:16I mean, unless you work for like a crap ass company and and then
- 14:19like you're really only there for the paycheck and you might
- 14:21not be loving life. But yeah, I'm going to just give
- 14:24us a permission to take the holidays off.
- 14:28So that's going to be part of it as well.
- 14:30But if you are on my Patreon the last time, I'm going to play my
- 14:33Patreon, I promise I am going to be sharing updates as I do this
- 14:38Elemental Diet. And on this weekend's Uncut, I'm
- 14:42going to talk a little bit more because I did have a, a couple
- 14:45of subscribers ask, they're just curious about it.
- 14:48So I'm going to talk a little bit more about that in detail on
- 14:50Patreon, just generally. So if you're interested in my
- 14:53Patreon, you're thinking about it.
- 14:55Yeah. And remember, like if you want a
- 14:59discount or like a trial to my Patreon, you can just DMI
- 15:03Instagram. But it's like a few of you like
- 15:05at least like 5 or 6 of you have done that.
- 15:07And I've given you guys like some discount links or like
- 15:09trial links. So yeah, that offer is still on.
- 15:12You will listen to this far through the podcast.
- 15:13I will give you some sort of offer for the Patreon.
- 15:16So go ahead and do that. Yeah, but like I said, I'm not
- 15:21doing anything over the New Year's every year.
- 15:25You know what? Every New Year's since 2020, No,
- 15:332016. So like for the last what, 8 New
- 15:38Year's nine, I've done White Party Bangkok.
- 15:42So 2016 years. So 2015 going into 2016 was the
- 15:48first year they had White Party Bangkok.
- 15:51And that was my first time being in Bangkok myself.
- 15:55And I just started doing like circa parties, like only about
- 16:01like less than a year. It was only earlier on in 2015
- 16:04and I started like going to events and parties at.
- 16:07So it's like all brand new to me.
- 16:10But last year and for the first six or seven years I went, I
- 16:15went with my close Aussie friends like David, you, you
- 16:20might have, I know you guys know about David.
- 16:22So I kind of like that group. And obviously during COVID they
- 16:25didn't have it like in for like 2021 because it wasn't open.
- 16:30But like every year that they did have White Party Bangkok,
- 16:32I've been to it the last, the last one or maybe 2 years.
- 16:39Last year I went by myself, but like I almost didn't go.
- 16:41I was in Bangkok just to do collapse and a free ticket fell
- 16:46onto my lap. So I went one, I went like one
- 16:49or two nights, but I, it wasn't like the original plan to like
- 16:53go and I went by myself. I didn't have my auntie friends
- 16:55with me. And this year I'm not going to
- 16:58go to Bangkok at all. Always thought about, you know
- 17:00what they celebrate New Year's like everywhere in the world.
- 17:04It's in a way it's like, I love White Party background.
- 17:06It's like a great event, but also like I've gone to it for so
- 17:11many years in a row. It's like, shouldn't I try to do
- 17:13some New Year's thing somewhere else?
- 17:15Oh, yeah. I so, yeah.
- 17:16So 2021, New Year's. So 2020 going into 2021, I was
- 17:22in PV so that you didn't have Wide Party Bangkok.
- 17:25But me and my friends, me and some of my friends, we were in
- 17:27the port of Volata for that, for that one New Year's anyways.
- 17:30Yeah. So I'm not doing anything.
- 17:32I'm just really, you know, and I'm not, I don't have any FOMO
- 17:36at all for not doing anything. The thing I'm so excited for is
- 17:41the February cruise, even though it's not gonna be for like,
- 17:44well, it's only six weeks away. It's not that far.
- 17:48I'm so excited to be on a cruise again.
- 17:50I talked a little bit in a recent podcast episode.
- 17:55So you guys already know about that.
- 17:56So I'm excited about that. And then in April, I'm going on
- 17:59that April at Mexico cruise. And then I was just looking at
- 18:03my calendar for next year. I think I want to go to Circuit
- 18:06festival in Asia, which is in Pattaya in Thailand, which is
- 18:11not super far away from Bangkok. You would fly into Bangkok
- 18:13airport if you need to fly into the area.
- 18:15And then you would take like a bus or a car.
- 18:17You just go by Rd. over to Pattaya.
- 18:21I'm probably going to do that. So that's like February, April
- 18:25and June all sorted out. And I was like, yeah, I, I think
- 18:30I'm going to take a break. You know, it's quite important
- 18:34to kind of take care of my body. Not that I'm, you know, my, my
- 18:39gut issues were, are super severe or anything like that,
- 18:43but it has been definitely a impairment to just my daily life
- 18:50for, oh, coming up to two years now, because I know exactly like
- 18:55how it developed and everything is taking a little bit of time
- 18:57to figure out. But yeah, but it's been coming
- 19:01up to like 2 years of having the seabor and the IBS.
- 19:05And I'm going to go into more detail about like the whole
- 19:08journey. But I know like at least a
- 19:10couple of the Patreon subscribers are interested about
- 19:12it. But yeah, well, let's do one
- 19:16traditional thing that sometimes people do during this time of
- 19:19year, which is New Year's resolutions.
- 19:23I actually don't usually do New Year's resolutions actually
- 19:28because I feel like like there have been many New Year's, not a
- 19:33lot. Well, when I when I was younger,
- 19:34it's like there was New Year's. New Year's just the other day is
- 19:36not really like anything super whatever for me.
- 19:39The only thing that is a little annoying is like once I know
- 19:41that it's a new year, I know that I have to do my taxes soon.
- 19:44So that's kind of annoying, but let's just go with it.
- 19:48Let's just go with it. If I had to come up with a New
- 19:53Year's resolution, I think it would be to care a little less
- 20:03about what other people think. And I think it's not like you
- 20:09flip a switch and then you're fine there.
- 20:12I think it's people generally grow up, you know, as a, as kids
- 20:19and then being a teenager and then.
- 20:22In your early adulthood, I feel like that's where it peaks,
- 20:25where we care so much about how others perceive us.
- 20:31We dress up and put our makeup or whatever to look a certain
- 20:36way for other people. We buy certain things for
- 20:41appearances and, you know, we do certain things to project a
- 20:46certain image. And as you kind of pass your
- 20:5220s, at least for me, that's kind of sort of like where it
- 20:56peaked was like in my 20s. But this is dangerous.
- 20:58But in your 20s, a lot of people are starting their careers,
- 21:01They're starting to be independent, which means you're
- 21:04not, you don't have your parents around you, You're not in school
- 21:07anymore. You have this like extra
- 21:09freedom. And you know, usually that's
- 21:11when people start to have income, you know, they don't
- 21:14have, they might not have a lot of money, but like they're
- 21:16starting to have their first full time jobs.
- 21:19Or like, you know, they're still pretty early on in career.
- 21:21They're not making that much. But taking that and intersecting
- 21:25it with the peak of feeling this obligation or desire to have to
- 21:31project to the world that you're super badass and no one can fuck
- 21:34with you, that's sometimes a dangerous mix.
- 21:37But now that I'm not in my 20s anymore, you know, I'm slowly,
- 21:41as the days pass, it's like, why am I doing this?
- 21:45You know, I like to put makeup on occasionally or like do my
- 21:51hair a little extra nice because I like it.
- 21:56There's nothing wrong with doing makeup and doing hair.
- 21:59You do you like and you can do whatever you want.
- 22:01But for me personally, I'm closer to that point where if I
- 22:06want to put on some makeup and I want to put on some nicer
- 22:09clothes and I want to do my hair and I want to look pretty first
- 22:13and foremost, I'm doing it for me.
- 22:15You know, is it nice to look nice in front of other people?
- 22:19Yes. But you know, if that's like the
- 22:23only reason for me to look nice, I don't do that anymore.
- 22:29You know, I talk about how there's all these hot guys in my
- 22:32gym, and that's like the one place I go to regularly where
- 22:36there are other hot eligible bachelors I can actually like
- 22:41hook up with. But it's like the place where I
- 22:45don't really dress up. I rarely do my hair.
- 22:49I rarely put my contacts on. So like half the time
- 22:52everything's kind of a little blurry at the gym because I, I
- 22:55don't need like I don't need to wear.
- 22:57I don't need to, you know, have 2020 vision at the gym.
- 23:01I don't see the need to look nice at the gym.
- 23:06I don't see the need to. I'm not there to impress other
- 23:10people. I mean, the only thing that's
- 23:11impressive to me at the gym from other people is when they are
- 23:15considerate of the gym equipment that you realize everybody's
- 23:23sharing the dream equipment. So you put your weights away
- 23:25properly and you wipe your shit down and you are aware that you
- 23:29are using the equipment as much as everyone else's.
- 23:33That you all have like an equal right and you need to be sharing
- 23:36it. That impresses me more than I
- 23:39don't care how heavy of a push up or a squat that you can do
- 23:45the amount of weight that you are putting on your body.
- 23:48I could not care less. It's just like silly shady
- 23:52story. Actually, I was on a machine
- 23:55yesterday. I forgot what it's called, but
- 23:56it's like it's to work your glutes, work your ass.
- 23:59And you you kind of sort of like sit down and it's kind of
- 24:02recline in a recline position and you put the seat belt on and
- 24:07then you put a weight plate on the side and you basically just
- 24:10like thrust your hips up and straighten your body and using
- 24:14your glutes. There must be some name for it.
- 24:16I just don't know the names of anything at the at the gym.
- 24:18It's like, oh, it's that machine and I just do it.
- 24:20So there's two of these machines.
- 24:22I was working on my form, so I was like still going pretty
- 24:24light. And this guy next to me, he puts
- 24:27on like, I don't know, over £200.
- 24:30This guy's doing it. And this is a little shady and
- 24:33like little judgy, but anyways, other corner of my eye, but the
- 24:36machine's like right next to each other.
- 24:37I don't know why they put the machines close to each other.
- 24:39And like, I can tell the way he's doing it, it's like, I
- 24:42don't think you're using the right muscles for that form.
- 24:45And engagement matters a lot. Like if you're doing an exercise
- 24:49and you don't know what muscles that exercise is supposed to be
- 24:53working and therefore you're not engaging them properly.
- 24:58And also you're not aware of like the form that is the proper
- 25:04form for that particular exercise.
- 25:06You're going to hurt yourself. Maybe you won't hurt yourself
- 25:09now, but like, eventually something bad is going to
- 25:12happen. I've been lifting weights long
- 25:13enough to know that. OK, so like this guy, I'm
- 25:16looking, it's like, it doesn't look like you're using the right
- 25:18muscles for this. And I know he's lifting like
- 25:21pretty heavy weights for that machine, but like, looking at
- 25:23his ass is still flat as a pancake girl.
- 25:27So yeah, like lifting heavy weights does not impress me at
- 25:31all. Using things properly, like
- 25:33putting your weights away, wiping your shit down, not
- 25:37leaving your shit everywhere. You know that thing that drives
- 25:38me crazy is when people use gym equipment as a table to put
- 25:44things on as if no one else needs to use that thing like a
- 25:47bench. It's not for you to put your
- 25:49phone and your keys and your water bottle on.
- 25:52It's for people to work out on. So move your fucking shit.
- 25:55That's the best way for me to like dislike someone at the gym.
- 25:58100% why it figures that I will end on a rant about gym.
- 26:04Oh my God I posted about something on Patreon but like
- 26:08gym crush number 2 is back. I hadn't seen gym crush number 2
- 26:12for weeks. The last time I saw him it was
- 26:16like 3 weeks ago and somehow we parked at the same time at the
- 26:22same part of the parking lot and then somehow we rode the
- 26:24elevator up together. But that was like 3 weeks ago.
- 26:27And ever since I haven't seen him.
- 26:29I've been like pouting sometimes because like he's kind of like
- 26:33he's my gym boyfriend. He doesn't know that we're in
- 26:35love but like I know it. I think I need to upgrade him
- 26:38from crush the boyfriend. It's getting serious, guys.
- 26:41But Monday, this past Monday, I saw him again and then Tuesday,
- 26:47which is the last time I went to the gym, he was there again.
- 26:49He was kind of sort of working out near me, but I had a haircut
- 26:53appointment I needed to go to. So I needed to leave the gym
- 26:55early. But surprisingly, both of those
- 26:57days I just happened to be wearing contacts because Monday
- 27:01morning was when I went to get the vaccine.
- 27:03So the times when I will put my contacts on, if I'm going out
- 27:07properly, except for like the gym, I will put my contacts on
- 27:10and I needed to drive like, you know, I need to drive half an
- 27:13hour to the place for the vaccine and back.
- 27:16That's like, OK, I want to be able to wear sunglasses when I'm
- 27:19driving when it's sunny outside. So I need to have contacts in so
- 27:22I can wear my sunglasses. And then, you know, like
- 27:25afterwards I went to the gym. So I was able to like properly
- 27:28check him out like with 2020 Vision.
- 27:31He has like slightly curly hair, which for some reason I find
- 27:34super adorable. And then yesterday I had my
- 27:38contacts in. I don't remember why on Tuesday
- 27:40I had my contacts in, but I did anyways, I don't remember.
- 27:43I think I just wanted to yeah. So maybe it's maybe it's a trend
- 27:46like maybe if I were my contacts, then he shows up to
- 27:49the gym and then he works so near me.
- 27:51But that's like 3 for three now. But it's that one day that three
- 27:55weeks ago, we were both in the elevator together.
- 27:58I had done my hair that day for like other reasons.
- 28:02And I had to have, I had my contacts in, but I, I didn't
- 28:05wear my contacts just to go to the gym.
- 28:06I have, I was doing other things that day as well.
- 28:09So yeah, maybe that's the trick. But now I'm going to be sad
- 28:12because I'm not going to the gym for the rest of the year while
- 28:15I'm on this liquids diet because I don't want my blood sugar
- 28:19levels to fluctuate. Because on that diet, you just,
- 28:22you can't do any sort of strenuous exercise.
- 28:24You're going to have like some light walks and do like
- 28:26stretching and yoga and like that's about it.
- 28:29Because you got to be careful of your blood sugar levels while
- 28:33you're on that diet. As long as you don't like, exert
- 28:35yourself, you should be OK. So I'm not going to be going to
- 28:38the gym. So I won't even if he's going to
- 28:40the gym everyday for the rest of the year, I won't see him
- 28:42because I'm not going to be there.
- 28:43Yeah. But yeah, I'm excited.
- 28:44I'm excited to. It's a good day at the gym
- 28:48yesterday. It's definitely rare.
- 28:50Like I see someone that I feel like, oh, you're like really
- 28:53cute. Yeah, there are.
- 28:55There's always like some more physically hot or attractive guy
- 28:59around the corner. Always for everyone, not just
- 29:02for me, literally for anyone, but to see someone that has like
- 29:07a particular look that you kind of you just kind of feel like,
- 29:11oh, that guy looks like extra cute.
- 29:13Like that guy is like extra attractive to you.
- 29:15We all kind of sort of have certain types of people where
- 29:17like there's just like a little extra, you know what I mean?
- 29:21He's like in that category. So anyways, I will save him for
- 29:262026 and we're going to sign off here for the last podcast of
- 29:332025. I hope all of you have happy and
- 29:36save a holidays, whether you're kind of spending it in like me
- 29:41and staying local or you might have some awesome, brilliant
- 29:46travel plans to ring in the new year.
- 29:49Normal service will be resumed on this podcast in 2026, but
- 29:55again, on my Patreon. I'm going to keep posting as I
- 29:58go through this. Hopefully not to grueling diet
- 30:00for the next two weeks. But then, yeah, eventually it's
- 30:04going to be 2026. We will be back very soon.
- 30:07Until then, bye y'all.
