- 1:33SPEAKER_00: So, with that being said, leave a review if you haven't already.
- 1:37SPEAKER_00: And we are going to be diving into how emotions connect to your physical body, how it impacts your health, and releasing stuck emotions.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: Because this is something that I think people don't talk about as much.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: And you know, we can get really frustrated when it comes to our healing, trying to figure out why it's not working, why we're not healing.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: But it's always important to understand that as much as we are physical beings, we are also emotional, energetic beings with emotions that affect us physically as well.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: And one of my most favorite examples of how you know emotions become physical are tears, right?
- 2:13SPEAKER_00: Tears are your proof that when you're sad, or you know, one of the ways it can come out when you're sad are tears, right?
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: So that just shows you proof of emotions becoming physical, let alone if we're talking about, you know, hormonal issues, bloating, anxiety, pain, like all of these things, right?
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: So everything is energy and emotion is energy in motion.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: Emotions affect the physical composition of our body because after all, emotions are a frequency.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: You can measure the frequency of different emotions.
- 2:43SPEAKER_00: They're measurable, they are felt, and it can be really helpful because it gives you a very logical 3D kind of view of like shame, you know, generates this emotion, this frequency, you know, love is this frequency.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: And you so you can really start to understand how the frequency of different emotions affect our physical body.
- 3:02SPEAKER_00: So let's all think about, you know, how I said about the tears, you know, manifesting as physical, or when you're feeling joy, that feeling in your heart, or when you're nervous, your palms get sweaty, right?
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: These are all proof of like emotions generating physical symptoms.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: So if emotions can manifest that simply, they can also manifest into disease symptoms.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: And that's something that's really important to understand.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: Because many of us believe that ill health, you know, has is something maybe just physical, and it's something that we need to supplement, which can help, yes.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: You know, I take supplements every day to help for my health, but it's not the only part of the story, and that's why it's important for us to see the other aspects.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: And so many of the limited thought patterns and beliefs that we hold, consciously or subconsciously, are picked up from along our lives.
- 3:58SPEAKER_00: It's picked up from childhood, from things that we heard or observed.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: For example, you know, if your parent worries a lot, the the message, you know, to you that you picked up as a child was that you had to be over-vigilant or you had to be anxious about things, or you had to be always worried about worst-case scenario, right?
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: Which can lead to anxiety.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: Anxiety, obviously, like you feel physically in your body and can be really debilitating.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: I used to have severe anxiety and it's it's now walk in the park, let me tell you.
- 4:26SPEAKER_00: But, you know, that's just a simple, you know, example.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: And, you know, unfortunately, not many of us, or so many of us, weren't lucky enough to receive positive messages about how incredible our bodies actually are.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: And we're also not taught how to properly express emotion and release emotion.
- 4:46SPEAKER_00: We were told not to cry, you know, or maybe you're too old to cry, or stop crying.
- 4:52SPEAKER_00: Like those were all ones that I were told.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: I was and still am very sensitive, empath.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and so, like being told things like don't cry or shutting down anger or shutting down any of these things, shut down your ability to healthily express emotion, right?
- 5:11SPEAKER_00: And the thing is that emotion needs to be moved, to be released and to be let go, right?
- 5:18SPEAKER_00: Just as we need to continuously take care of our bodies by eating nourishing foods, you know, eating healthy fats and proteins, you know, also moving our body, going for walks, whatever it is.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: We also need to nourish our emotional health.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: But it's often sometimes the thing we don't take to do.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: And if we start to do it now, the thing is that it's been built up since childhood.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: And so think about it like a very clogged pipe.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Think about it like if you never vacuumed your house or have never ever dusted your house in however old you are.
- 5:48SPEAKER_00: For me, it's 30 years.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: Can you can you imagine, right?
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Like how much stuff might be need to be cleaned out.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: And so it might take like some intense cleaning days, some intense cleaning of that out.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: And so it's very important to be aware that our thought patterns, our beliefs, and our emotions are very intricately connected to our bodies and our health, right?
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: Every cell in our body responds to every single thought we think, every word we speak, and to our emotions.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: And because thoughts and emotions and even memories set off chemical reactions in the body, negative emotions we suppress, or I'm gonna use like negative, just because they're deemed negative, emotions are neither good nor bad.
- 6:31SPEAKER_00: They're they just are.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: But you know, we see something like anger, you know, as negative.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: It's not, you know, you shouldn't be angry.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: It's not good to be angry.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: And so many people, this is one of the top things people don't know how to express, is anger.
- 6:44SPEAKER_00: But did you know that like when you suppress anger, it suppresses your immune system for six hours, like one thing?
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: And so you can really see how having all these pent-up emotions, especially chronically, or if you've had, you know, you have an improper somatic trauma release, how they're being built up in your body and can be causing physical symptoms that you feel like you don't know why, or you don't have the answers to, because all of the physical things that you're doing in terms of eating well and supplements kind of aren't doing the trick, right?
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: So without getting too specific, each emotion carries various, or with each emotion, various peptides and hormones are excreted.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: Various chemical reactions happen in your body through your hypothalamus and through your pituitary glands, right?
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: So, and they are received by lock and key, like a lock and key, if you think about a key going into lock receptors on your cells.
- 7:39SPEAKER_00: And they are like drugs that cells can be become addicted to.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: So every time we repeat a thought or emotion, this creates connecting links between our cells or connecting links between especially our brain cells, our neurons.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: And so then these links create a complex net of information that dictate our response towards certain stimuli.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: And when our response toward things are programmed with lots of sadness and anger, and this think about if you haven't like released anger, then every new time it rewires those same neurons, and what you wire together becomes stronger.
- 8:12SPEAKER_00: So neurons that fire together, what you know, neurons that wire together fire together.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: So the stronger those connections become, it's not going to be serving you because it's like reinforcing that habit and reinforcing those negative emotions or that frequency into your body.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: And then it becomes a vicious state of recurring emotional situations and states that you feel like you can't get out of or that are repeating patterns in your life.
- 8:38SPEAKER_00: And that's because what then once it's programmed in there, it's like a filter on your life that you're consistently looking to validate for because the brain is smart.
- 8:47SPEAKER_00: It unfortunately wants information that confirms our beliefs.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: It's called confirmation bias.
- 8:53SPEAKER_00: So it's going to purposely seek out those things.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: So it's going to, you know, let's go back to the mom was a big worrier.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: Um, and now maybe you're really anxious and you're really always worried about worst-case scenarios, things happening to your family, maybe health, like paranoia, all these things.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: Because you were programmed that way, and all those times she did those things or said those things, those neurons fired.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Now your system is wired to be amped for anxious, amped to be on the lookout and amped to be like assuming the worst or assuming the negative outcome that's making you anxious about XYZ or worried that XYZ is going to happen, right?
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: So let's think about how emotions get started in the body so that you can really understand how to release them.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Um, and one of my favorite analogies to use for this is sticky balls.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: So let me explain.
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: Think of each time, each incident, each memory.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: And if you think you do not have trauma, please go back and listen to the podcast episode on like how everyone has trauma.
- 9:52SPEAKER_00: I think it is literally called How Everyone Has Trauma.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: Um, because trauma can be the smallest thing.
- 9:57SPEAKER_00: It can be you not finding your mom in the grocery store.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: I am so excited that Glow Level One is now open.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: Okay, this is so powerful because I have combined well-nourished and goddess activation into one program.
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: Not only are all the hours of juicy video content in there, along with the tappings, the reprogramming tracks, the recordings, everything you need, but also all the hours of live healing calls, which means that you have over 12 hours of live trauma healing calls with me, where we release all the emotional stuff that is holding you back.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: Plus, there's time for QA, and you get a one-on-one session with me where we build you your own personalized treatment plan based on what's going on for you.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: There's also a Telegram group where you can ask me anything in between sessions that is related to health, wealth, self-love, relationships, body, everything.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: This kind of access to me is going to be a game changer.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: I have never done a group program that has been this powerful and potent before.
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: We cover everything from gut health, perfectionism, people pleasing, PMS, fertility, hormones, anxiety, acne, eczema, you name it, it's covered.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: And we go to do the deep emotional work that's causing your physical symptoms, but also the deep emotional work that is causing a lack of self-love.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: And a lack of self-love not only shows up in your health, but also shows up in your lack of boundaries, your people pleasing, your magnetism, and your ability to feel and receive love.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: So if you feel like you tried everything and nothing works, this is a sign that you need to do the deep emotional work.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: Plus, I have added a section and a call all on wealth and money so that you can let go of old money beliefs and patterns and code in a new financial blueprint.
- 11:44SPEAKER_00: Yummy! Okay, so this truly covers it all.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to see you inside.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: The link is down below and DM me any questions you have about it on Instagram.
- 11:53SPEAKER_00: And with that, let's get back into the episode for like, you know, an hour, or it can be dad not being around, it could be it could be so many things.
- 12:01SPEAKER_00: So just go back and listen to that one.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: But think of each little thing as a sticky ball.
- 12:05SPEAKER_00: So each single time your mom was worried about worst case, or each single time she maybe picked up her body, or each single time you felt like dad should have been there, but maybe he was traveling for work.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: Each of them are a sticky ball, right?
- 12:20SPEAKER_00: And so these sticky balls start to pile up on top of each other and they start to stick together.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: Now, what happens is that when these sticky balls start to stick together, well, that mound of sticky balls that gets bigger and bigger and bigger, and not in a good way, okay?
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: But these are not these are not sticky balls that we want.
- 12:39SPEAKER_00: The problem is that these sticky balls then become our dominant frequency and energy.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: So let's take shame/slash shame and guilt, because that's a popular thing that we that I release with my clients and that we work on both in one-on-one and in glow level one.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: So shame about, I don't know, you drew a beautiful picture and you were proud to show mommy and daddy.
- 13:04SPEAKER_00: And they maybe mommy was busy when you showed her the picture, so she didn't validate your picture.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: She's like, Oh, that's nice, honey.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: And she didn't really like think it was that cool.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: So she you felt like she wasn't proud of you, and so that created shame.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: Or maybe she told you that, like, oh, you should you didn't color in the lines, or she made some sort of comment.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: That's a sticky ball, shame.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: Then let's add maybe some body shame onto it.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: You know, as you're getting older, maybe you're, you know, look like the other girls, or you're creating whatever kind of stories based on body shame there.
- 13:32SPEAKER_00: Okay, and then there's maybe some other kind of shame about the grades or the family you come from, something else.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: And then we see how all these sticky balls, the shame and guilt, kind of build up and build up into this one dominant emotion that is now being held in your body.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: And different emotions are held in different places.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: A lot of them that most people struggle with, like shame, guilt, fear, these are all held in our lower chakras.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: So think, you know, top of your pubic bone to below your bra line, they're held there, which is why so many of women's issues are around gut health and hormones, and also how that's canide, tied to the brain and things like anxiety and depression, but it all starts there.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: So we can see through all these sticky balls how they're all starting to lump together to create one dominant frequency that's actually harming your health.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: And then keep in mind that all of these emotions have certain frequencies.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: And because emotion is energy in motion, that energy has to go somewhere.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: And so the body is smart, it's gonna do whatever it can to be like, um, live, like there, there's stuff in here that that needs fixing, like it's not okay, it's not okay.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: So it's gonna make you bloat it, it's gonna make you do all these things because it's gonna keep signaling to you until you learn to handle your emotions, to do the trauma release and to let them go.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: It's gonna keep talking to you.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, and I hope this is not the case for you.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: Sometimes if you're not listening for so long, your body starts screaming at you.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: And that's where we get more like difficult conditions, autoimmune things, like chronic things, because we ignored our bodies for so so long instead of giving it what it needed, right?
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: And so when trying to release them, it's very important to make sure you're doing it properly and to work with someone who knows what they are doing that isn't going to re-traumatize.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: I know trauma release is becoming trendy now and people are using it and I see it.
- 15:28SPEAKER_00: And unfortunately, so many people aren't trained properly in this.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: And I've had people come to me after coming to these other people who've been traumatized, whose symptoms are worse, who like have insomnia and they can't sleep through the night, like there's so many things that they're re-traumatized that they then need to come to me.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Because once you release them, they should no longer be an issue.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: So when people come to me and they tell me, you know, I've been doing trauma release for years, but it's still there, you're not trauma releasing it proper properly because once you release it, it's gone.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: So if this is you, this is a sign that you may not have been doing it with someone who like is doing it properly, or you may not be getting to the root of the problem or like the final actual root.
- 16:11SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're doing, you know, trauma relief, something that happened in high school, but the actual root is something that happened when you were five years old.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: That is just very important.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: I want to put that disclaimer out there because I don't want you to get further hurt.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 16:23SPEAKER_00: So let's think about it like clogged arteries or pipes, or like never having a bowel movement, right?
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: That's um, it's not a one undone approach, right?
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: That's why when we're eating healthy, we don't just eat one healthy meal or vegetables once.
- 16:38SPEAKER_00: We eat vegetables all the time to consistently feel our body.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: Same thing with your emotions.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: So it's about learning the techniques to properly handle and manage your emotions, but it's a lot easier once you clear the vessel, right?
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: Because if your arteries are clogged, then that one buildup is going to make the artery blocked, and then you get a heart attack, right?
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: Then that's not good.
- 17:00SPEAKER_00: But if you completely strip the arteries, one thing comes along, one sticky ball, and you know what to do, you see the sticky ball, and you prevent the sticky ball from sticking to the outside or the inside of the artery, then we prevent that from being clogged up, if you will.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: So hopefully that analogy makes sense.
- 17:17SPEAKER_00: The first step into releasing them is actually taking radical responsibility for the fact that you are human.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: And since you are human, you have emotions that need to be released.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: Like I still do emotional work, I still do emotional releases, I still do all of that thing because it's taking care of your emotional health going forward, right?
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Because we are human.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: So if you are human, you have emotions and trauma to release.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: It is that simple.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: Do not get trapped in thinking, oh, you know, I haven't maybe been to war or I haven't, you know, had sexual abuse, which are like those are big traumas too, but don't invalidate your experience and your traumas because all that matters is how the younger version of you perceived something and what they made that mean about themselves or the world around them.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: And that can create like a powerful filter on your on your whole life, right?
- 18:10SPEAKER_00: So own up to the fact that yes, you have emotional trauma, it affects your physical body, it affects your health and your symptoms, your relationships, and probably also your ability to manifest, but that's kind of like separate.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: But that's like clogging your vessels.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: The first thing is just like taking responsibility and being like, okay, I probably have some things I need to clear out, but everyone does.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: That's kind of what we're here for.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: That's being human.
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: So what you need to next think about is the limiting beliefs and the thought patterns that you learned and held on to that need to be changed.
- 18:42SPEAKER_00: So when have you heard, observed, or experienced something you know, that makes you draw conclusions or make you draw generalizations?
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: And generalizations or conclusions are like, you know, always statements or blanket statements.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, I'm gonna try to think of something on the top of my head, like making money is hard, things never work out for me.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: I'm never gonna meet someone, declare, cancel, delete.
- 19:10SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm not saying that for me.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: I try to make that clear to my subconscious, but it's like those types of statements, and then get curious about where they came from, right?
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Who taught you these things?
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: And even and well, chances are they are false, because like all these things I'm saying are false, they become your truth, and when they become your truth, that's when they negatively affect your life and your body.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: So our bodies, like everything else, are a mirror for our inner thoughts and beliefs.
- 19:39SPEAKER_00: So our aches, pains, illnesses, symptoms reflect our emotional and mental patterns.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: If you take time to listen to your body's messages and patterns, instead of simply trying to suppress the symptoms, you can actually become aware of thought patterns within you that are contributing to disease.
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: So instead of, let's say, for example, you're having PMS and you have menstrual pain every month.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: You could take an Advil, which is like I do not recommend because it's really hard on your liver and damages your gut.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: You could take a natural supplement like ginger to solve it, which like there is a time and place.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: And I will use that to help my clients in the beginning when we're working together to kind of like decrease inflammation.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: But also let's get to the root that is like, okay, are you in your feminine energy?
- 20:25SPEAKER_00: What's your beliefs about being feminine?
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Where are you not being seen and heard?
- 20:29SPEAKER_00: Like, what are all the underlying things that are contributing to that?
- 20:33SPEAKER_00: Um, and if you're interested in hormones, definitely go back and listen to, I think it was the last episode before this one, the last one or two before, um, that's going to talk about hormones and kind of like the roots of all that.
- 20:44SPEAKER_00: But just trying to really understand that and your relationship with your mom, because that's all tied to hormones.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: But once you can start to understand that, honestly, awareness is so much of it.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: And then once you become aware, um, definitely recommend obviously releasing all of that.
- 20:59SPEAKER_00: Um you know, you can come to someone like me, you can join Glow One.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: That's why there is Glow Level One.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: It is like well-nourished and goddess activation put together to heal all of the people pleasing boundaries, trauma, parent stuff, you know, limiting beliefs, sexual stuff, all the things that have taken you from, you know, when you were born to now that may have contributed to your trauma.
- 21:21SPEAKER_00: And we kind of release it all.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: We work on your self-worth.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: Um, because oftentimes when people don't set boundaries and people are people pleasing, it's because they have low self-worth.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: Low self-worth is also tied to hormones, it's tied to acne, it's tied to anxiety, it's tied to so many things.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: So if you're ready to kind of like do this work, or even if you don't like fully understand, you're like, okay, live, this is resonating with me.
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: I don't fully know all my patterns and beliefs.
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: You don't have to.
- 21:46SPEAKER_00: I figure that out for you.
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: So definitely either way, I'm gonna leave the link for Globe Level One down in the description box because this is literally the program that I wish I had and the things that I wish I did years earlier, so that I didn't have to chronically suffer with my anxiety, my PCOS, um, my severe gut health issues.
- 22:06SPEAKER_00: And when I say severe gut health, if you haven't listened to episode one of the podcast, I was intolerant.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: Like I couldn't eat over 180 foods.
