- 0:01Enough is enough. I don't have any hill series, sup, and we
- 0:07hold the world ransom for excuse me while I whipped this out broadcasting live and
- 0:15it led her to a joy. This this is the sports shot ship with
- 0:19Wayne Dandy. You may vegan. Show that comes comes and it comes a
- 0:31mon isn't just I'm a doing Yeah, I'm gonna go on the way you
- 0:39made Bill Vegan. Welcome, Welcome, Welcome. You're listening to the spoy
- 0:46Shock Show. I'm the sport Shock Wayne Gandee whoaoro tied something like that went
- 0:56down on Saturday. Look, look, look, look mc kenny, don't
- 0:59say that. Command you, Greg, don't say something. Don't say nothing
- 1:02either. Let me get my thirty seconds in sports Shock will be doing something
- 1:07that he typically can never be accused by the human race of doing in his
- 1:14life. Today. I will be deflecting a lot. I will put you
- 1:21deflecting all conversation dealing with the iron bowl. I will be deflecting. I
- 1:27will not be addressing commandchie Greg. We won't be anyone on like a charot
- 1:34on the computer, any of your tired friends, anybody from the South,
- 1:40how about just I'm going to be deflecting I was at the game. Yes,
- 1:48I was stunned like the other ninety thousand people in the stadium to silence.
- 1:56It did take me about eight to nine minutes to believe that the guy
- 2:01touched the ball. I didn't want to believe it. I thought maybe we
- 2:06should get another set of downs. I thought it was unfair to Auburn to
- 2:15let Alabama win like that. I really thought that the referees should have magically
- 2:22said that play didn't count. I guess that was part of the quick grieving
- 2:25part where for the five thousand games I played in, I finally found one
- 2:31of those Buffalo wild Wing scenarios you know in the Buffalo wild Wing commercial where
- 2:38the guy goes and pays the bartender to call some kind of accident to make
- 2:42the player back. I was dearly and thoroughly at my end. Had my
- 2:53great friend, the Hall of Famer Isaac Bruce there with me. You know,
- 2:58we it flew into town and we were sure with our presence on the
- 3:04sideline. I stood in the coal and you haven't committed yourself to where you've
- 3:12brought the wrong top and the weather start getting club. You haven't committed until
- 3:17you realize I bought the thin thinking the sun. I forgot about the stadium.
- 3:23Sometimes, you know, you be caught up in a lot of things
- 3:27and you forget that the sun was setting. And once the sun set to
- 3:31the back of the stadium, temperature dropped about ten degrees. And you know,
- 3:37I was still committed, still committed. I stood there and I witnessed
- 3:43it, just like the other ninety thousand Auburn fans, and it just it
- 3:51was part of I've wanted a uniform, to just see how it went from
- 3:55the sound of a jet engine to the true silence of being the only person
- 4:04on the planet. The decimeter of sound. It dropped that quick in that
- 4:10one place silence. It's like the whole city went silent. There was no
- 4:16noise. I'm talking about even the eagle stopped crowing, the big eagle we
- 4:21got. Even it was over there crying. Now I think it was more
- 4:26hungry, but it was crying. Though. Now I did not get around
- 4:29to the Caleb Williams tears. No, my mom was at the place,
- 4:34but she was outside the stadium, so I couldn't run. And at her
- 4:38age, her advanced age, she can't comfort me. You can't put me
- 4:43in the feeder. Position. But I just want to make sure I got
- 4:46it all out in the beginning, as you have seen. I'm talking about
- 4:50it now because I was. You know the rest of the show. When
- 4:54you guys try to pull me back into it, I would have said my
- 4:59peace about the Iron Bowl the Tide Road on a fourth and thirty one in
- 5:11a defense that I've never seen. Everybody's trying to explain this defense. It
- 5:16wasn't a prevent. Nobody rushed the quarterback. I've never seen a play where
- 5:21there was nobody. Those guys just took a step and started, I guess
- 5:26trying to keep him from running. I don't know what it was. But
- 5:29Isaiah Bond, young man that I've called at least four or five of his
- 5:33high school games for Beaufort. He plays for Bama. He was the young
- 5:39kid that caught the ball. The Beaufort Wolves did loo, so that was
- 5:44good for them. I'm upset with them. They lost last week in the
- 5:46playoffs, so that's just good karma. Isaiah. You don't get to win
- 5:53both. You don't get your old high school to win. Am I being
- 5:56petty? Yah? You've been being little head? I thought Wu Tang was
- 6:03for the kids. Wu tang for the kids you wish, you wish bad
- 6:08on on students that are just now. Ain't got nothing to do with,
- 6:13Ain't got nothing to do with all Burner Alabama. They this boy said he
- 6:16going to Tennessee and you you glad they lost in the championship. So but
- 6:24a great game, iron bow for the wow. I mean it was a
- 6:30play fourth and thirty, basically fourth in goal from the thirty one and Jaylen
- 6:36milroll throws to the back of the end zone to Isaiah Bond. A lot
- 6:42of things could happen on that play, but I don't like to get into
- 6:45that lot of this. I would say this from the standpoint of I was
- 6:49very surprised that the dB, the cornerback that was got guarding Isaiah Bond,
- 6:56didn't just pull him down because all it would have done would have made it
- 7:00fourth and they had to run another play. It would have been a pilloy
- 7:05that gave him fifteen yards. But at least it was really one of those
- 7:11scenario where you can take the penalty, right. I don't care what if
- 7:15we got to line this up nine hundred times, just keep taking the penalty,
- 7:19don't just don't let him his pass interference would have been a great thing,
- 7:24right there, comanchie Mobby, I'm okay, line it back up if
- 7:29you look like you're about to catch it again, Mobby, I mean mobbed
- 7:32them until it's fourth and goal at the one. Just let him keep moving
- 7:35the ball up, but do not let him catch that ball. But a
- 7:40magical play. And that's the thing about the Iron Bowl when we talk about
- 7:45it, even in the It's one of those games, like a lot of
- 7:47rivalry games, where you do don't listen to Vegas because Vegas is just going
- 7:54on some analytics spreadsheet. It's something about those games, the familiarity not just
- 8:01with the two teams, but those teams are typically made up with a majority
- 8:05of the players from that same state. Those people have competed against each oder
- 8:13throughout their high school careers and they really have some some and it was a
- 8:18great game. So I'll give it to the Tide. Sorry about that.
- 8:22Armn. You are six and six, so you'll get to go to some
- 8:26kind of hot Cheeto Bowls are probably on the seventeenth of December, so at
- 8:33least you got that. I don't know what bowl they're going to, Salt
- 8:35and Vinegar, The salt vinegar chip. But Big Kennedy, the funny man
- 8:45himself is in the building commands you. Greg is here as well. Monday
- 8:50Night football the Bears and Vikings, so you can you might be able to
- 8:54have the TV on and also decorate your tree. It won't take all your
- 9:01attention, but you can do both on this game. You don't have to
- 9:05completely ignore it, but you can do some wrapping of the gifts. I
- 9:09thought you like, uh, it's Christmas time and Hollis queens. I thought
- 9:15you a sports shock. I just wanted to say I saw the iron ball.
- 9:18I remember remember like, were you deflect a couple of minutes ago when
- 9:22I was saying I'll be deflecting all those come on you, Greg. You
- 9:24know what I thought was interesting about that that that silence is when he caught
- 9:30the ball. There was a stun silence, like you could hear it all
- 9:33the way to the State of Georgia. And then at one point you heard
- 9:35somebody go did this just catch that? Let's catch the ball in the back
- 9:41of the vine all like that. I just see what I thought. I
- 9:45was out and then everybody kind of out that. Oh, so everybody was
- 9:50confused. Man, I just see what I thought. I that couldn't help
- 9:54that. Yes, that was fourth and thirty because I was thinking, like
- 9:58fourth and thirty one, that like maybe they were wrong about the distance or
- 10:03something. But wow, and then I get to the car. I have
- 10:05to sit in traffic for two hours. I literally had to sit in the
- 10:09parking lot and I knew I didn't even And it was so funny. Everybody
- 10:13was sitting in their car, so it was not just me. The whole
- 10:16parking lot was like on froze, and I figured everybody's so staggered by this
- 10:20punch, because typically after a couple of minutes you'll get some people blowing the
- 10:26horn, and that kind of stuff aggravated the whole Look, let's get moving.
- 10:33The whole time we all set nobody silent, nobody, No you go,
- 10:37no, no you go. It's okay. I'm not getting out of
- 10:43my parking space right now. It's all right, you go ahead. But
- 10:46what a classic the Iron Bowl. It is an instant classic, big game.
- 10:50It is a great time. I got to check, like I said,
- 10:52with Isaac Bruce, the Hall of Famer, but also ran into an
- 10:56old weight strength and conditioning coach that I did not hadn't seen in a while.
- 11:01He had als come on him in twenty fifteen. Remember we did the
- 11:07ice bucket challenge. His name is carry Good. He was a running back
- 11:11there in the mid eighties for the Crimson Tide. It's got a good chance
- 11:16to go over and speak to him, similar to my old teammate Steve Gleason
- 11:22with the Saints. So didn't know that had happened, but Carrie, it
- 11:28was good to see you're still in the fight and still going on. But
- 11:33it is Black Monday, and similar to Black Friday, we started celebrating Black
- 11:41Monday a couple of weeks ago when Jimbo Fisher got fired. Black Monday is
- 11:46usually when the coaches get fired after football season, but mostly you know,
- 11:50there was firing a month ago. Game three, they don't wait, they
- 11:54don't wait anymore. Gay three. You gotta go, coach. This ain't
- 11:58working out, but we'll be back. A big day on the Sports Jock

- 13:56life was full of uncertainty. She thought she'd never have a permanent place to
- 14:03call home. Before I was adopted, I felt like I wasn't enough.
- 14:07I had this hole in my heart and I never knew what I needed to
- 14:09patch that hole. But when my mom asked to adopt me, that hole
- 14:15was closed. It feels so normal now to say that I'm a part of
- 14:18this family. I am surrounded by love, I feel safe, and that
- 14:22hole inside of me is gone. I am whole. I'm finally enough,

- 15:37jocksh It's taken it to a completely different level this year where we highlight an
- 15:43accolete that has taken their game to the next level. DJ jobs Wait,
- 15:58the best hit taken off the spread out welco back to this one shock show.
- 16:08I'm this war shock, Wayne Candy, Good morning to you. Glad
- 16:14to be here with you, Iron Pole. I know you watched it.
- 16:17Watch it again. It is an instant classic. As I said on Monday
- 16:22Night Football, the Bears and Vikings bawling out tonight. This week comes the
- 16:29conference championships for college It is a lot of movement expected and it will start
- 16:37off on Friday night, which it will set the table. And I'm quite
- 16:41sure they did this intentionally with Oregon playing Washington on Friday night the Pac twelve,
- 16:51the twelve and old Huskies who beat Oregon earlier in the season, but
- 16:56now they're in the Pac twelve Championship. This game is big because Washington sits
- 17:02at number three right now, at least in the latest AP last week they
- 17:07were numbered three in the college football playoffs, so the party would get going.
- 17:15Now Washington win, they're going to go to the College Football Playoffs as
- 17:19one of the four teams. If Oregon wins and Washington loses, that's when
- 17:26the band gets to plan. That means that when Saturday games come around,
- 17:30like Georgia Alabama, like Michigan, Iowa, like Louisville Florida State all on
- 17:37Saturday. If Washington has lost, the gate is open. Now it's open
- 17:45to the point that if Alabama beats Georgia in the SEC Championship, you could
- 17:49see both of those teams go. If a team like Oregon beats Washington,
- 17:56they could say that since Alabama beat Georgia and Georgia just had that, you
- 18:00could see both. So it is going to be an interesting watch on Saturday
- 18:07based on the results. Now the top four teams, which right now are
- 18:11Georgia, Michigan after their big win against Ohio State. Now, Jim Harball
- 18:18is back, but as Jim Harball told you in the interview, he never
- 18:22left. We kept telling y'all on the Sports Job Show. Jim right nowhere,
- 18:27he using old that tunnel system that Abe Lincoln used to use down there
- 18:33to Abolitionist tunnel, and he's running them straight to Canada from Michigan. Yeah,
- 18:41Michigan just we built Michigan as a series of tunnels because we knew Harball
- 18:45was coming. But Michigan is two, Washington is three, and FSU,
- 18:51who remember their lo they lost their quarterback Jordan Travis. Now they were able
- 18:55to win against Florida without him. Louisville they have in the ACC Championship.
- 19:00But if those four teams who are undefeated all win, that will be your
- 19:07four team playoffs come early January. So we will see. But I do
- 19:15like that they schedule to put a lot of excitement, more excitement on Saturday
- 19:23based on Friday's result, because if you put the Oregon Washington game on a
- 19:29Saturday with the rest, then the tension is not already there. But if
- 19:34Oregon wins, the tension starts off in those games on Saturday. We said
- 19:41it was black Monday. We do have a couple of coaches that have been
- 19:44let go, as we said, we kind of yeah, Jimbo Fisher at
- 19:48Texas A and N was let go, but it was with seventy six million
- 19:52dollars. So he called that kind of green. Monday was green when you
- 19:56mix it with black, Green and black mixed together makes what Kelly, Kelly,
- 20:00Yeah, Kelly, Yeah, he's camouflage Monday. He'll just you'll just
- 20:06call him the camouflage Monday. Texas and HM has hired Duke's head coach,
- 20:11Mike Elko to be their head coach. Just yesterday with whatever pockets changed they
- 20:17had left Houston, the Cougars fired their head coach Dana Hogrinson. Also,
- 20:23Indiana fired their head coach Tom Allen. His buyout was petty, a little
- 20:29small fifteen and a half million what yeah? What? Yeah? You look
- 20:33at discount? What fifteen million to leave? Yeah? Oh, I turned
- 20:38this, I turned I turned all this stuff over. Yo. What it'
- 20:42stop playing in my face? Fifteen million dollars. I'm gonna take this little
- 20:47fifteen million dollars and I'm gonna leave, but I'm not gonna be happy about
- 20:52it. Well, actually it was fifteen and a half meal like that'll make
- 20:56it better. Yes, sir, you'll get a strongly worded comment card from
- 21:02me your dissatisfaction program. Two stars and my old coach. It was at
- 21:10Louisiana Monroe after three season. He was my head coach. My senior year
- 21:14at Auburn, Terry Bowden has been let coach, and I'm quite sure as
- 21:18the day unfolds, you will see even more head coaches. The one thing
- 21:22we have learned, like a jimbo Fisher, like a Tom Allen, when
- 21:26you sign up to be a head coach, regardless of what the deal length
- 21:32right the contract to us, say eight years, but you really have twenty
- 21:37four months, and we'll be sitting there considering the other eight seven or saying,
- 21:44hey you twenty four months and you have some convincing wins in that twenty
- 21:48four months, because I'm not eighteen months mark you. Hey, look,
- 21:52coach, it ain't you. It's not you, it's more us. Yeah,
- 21:57remember you signed me to the ten deal. I know, I know.
- 22:00I sold my old house back in Savannah and moved up here at fifteen
- 22:06million. Yeah, here to go, fifteen million. I hope it's still
- 22:08on the market. Take it easy, that's it. That's all I got.
- 22:15Take it easy. Fifteen mins. Well, fifteen and a half million.
- 22:18I'm sorry, I want to insult you. But what I'm supposed to
- 22:19do for the next six years count your money. I don't know. I've
- 22:26never had fifteen and a half million dollars when I got fired from a job.
- 22:30Yeah, they call it a golden parish in Silicon Valley, a golden
- 22:34parachute. It's yeah, it's something else to that. You got two three
- 22:40golden parachutes. Fifteen million dollars. Black Monday, Big Time College coming up
- 22:45this weekend. With all the Bowl championships. We're gonna go to break and
- 22:49come back start talking about the NFL and even more interesting stories later in the
- 22:56show because they granted Oster Pastorius bail, I mean early release, about to
- 23:03bounce up out of there, the rd oscar back out on the streets,
- 23:07Grand and Parole finally even bounced out of chair. We'll be back more to
- 23:11Sports Jock Show right after this. You're showing the face none of y'all need.
- 23:15I'm gonna get cake as on the Humber and they're making any heart for
- 23:18years. Yeah. Yeah, I'm surf ahead of every ship that I get
- 23:22going the biggest line it ain't got on given that que my risk, don't
- 23:27bowl. Wayne Bore of The Sports John Show with Wayne Gams videos coming up

- 27:00pardon in them Daisy Duke see and y'all, y'all remember that and see don't
- 27:10remember them classics like that, and yeah it was it was. It was
- 27:12American poet, It was American poetry. Yeah, it was kind of up
- 27:15there with Edgar Allan Poe kind of stuff. Right looking at donkey butt the
- 27:18big old legs big Well, can you get that kind of poem? Did
- 27:22you? You can't? Can't? That was something of South Florida's finest poetry
- 27:29on display on display, And y'all, key, I'm saying, Dolly antagonizing
- 27:33me, you won't. I can't file a grievance. I can't do an
- 27:37appeal. Everybody says, she out of the clock out, then she gonna
- 27:41come to the game. In the day's duke look at it, and that
- 27:42he had he had to dust off that that was real. That was in
- 27:47that category. Like how they say on the movies will be going in three
- 27:51days. You have a turn on your your Netflix or something, and then
- 27:56tell you this, this movie, it's gonna be up there for three days.
- 28:02Gone. God, that's where you found that song. But Dolly pardon
- 28:04giving it to you, reminding it, reminding you she used to work nine
- 28:08to five. Only way to make a lift, that was the only way
- 28:11to get it. Back in the day. I had on her cowboy outfit
- 28:15in the Daisy Dukes, and you could tell she was still seventy seven because
- 28:19she just she held onto the podium. Yes, she did the whole time,
- 28:23the whole time. And and Peyton manning, she Peyton, get me
- 28:30to the podium, podium, get me back to Peyton. We out of
- 28:33here. But I look good in these little daisy dukes. But if I
- 28:36moved by myself, Dolly's pardon, and that was classic, and I loved
- 28:41it. But as great as a moment. That was for Dolly, and
- 28:44you just like to see vitality and people. For Dolly to be able to
- 28:48stand in heels at that age, it's still for us, you know,
- 28:55we were part of seeing our parents get to that point. But Dolly walked
- 28:59out there with the hill. She still strong enough in the trap, her
- 29:03traps up here, bick kinnick. Still strong enough for that wig. Yeah,
- 29:06because that's you know, comagine he don't appreciate little things like that.
- 29:10That's what I looked at it. Man, She got on like a nine
- 29:12pounds wig. Nine pounds. You gotta have some traps, you got the
- 29:15Yeah, you got to be keep that thing. She don't look like a
- 29:18dollar bibble head. She got a nine pound wig, nine pounds, about
- 29:23three pounds of eyelashes, at least two point seven pounds of makeup, that
- 29:29about fifteen pound faith and it kept it straight the whole time, the whole
- 29:33time. And we won't even talk about the new te no, because that
- 29:37she got the Veneers cut them them vaneersvens now thirty six, You seventy seven,
- 29:41and I know you from the coffee generation. Yeah, and you ain't
- 29:45got the black coffee general, yeah, the black Starbucks. Yeah, they
- 29:48didn't have nothing by the white cup truck stop, black pit. Yeah.
- 29:55We on this nine day forty city tour right right. And as you say
- 30:00you got these sugar, people get quiet and look at you find it.
- 30:03They asking for sugar, them city folks. So, Dolly, we are
- 30:08saluting you for any in every effort you can give people. I know some
- 30:14p oh she wasn't hey, she made it to the stage. She was
- 30:17able to stay up long enough to get all the way down to Jerry's world
- 30:22did and do her theme Dolly Partner Now as great as Dolly Parton was,
- 30:26The Cowboys did win that game against the Washington Commanders, which, as I
- 30:33said, the funniest thing with the Commanders is that they fired Jack del Rio,
- 30:38the defensive coordinator. But three weeks ago you trade away my best two
- 30:45defensive players. What was I supposed to do? Well, make it work,
- 30:51make it enough. Yeah, but we called the faux tops and you
- 30:56fired two people. I only got two tops. What's in the name four
- 31:03tops with two tops? It's just tops. People want to see spinning,
- 31:07baby, focus on the spinning. So I was confused, How Jack,
- 31:11they're real? You you got rid of Chase Trace. I mean Chase Young
- 31:15did send him to the forty nine ers. You that Josh sweat Montes Montes
- 31:19because it's a couple of sweats in there, Montest sweat the other d line
- 31:22go to Chicago and then you say, we ain't stop nobody. That sounds
- 31:29about right, doesn't it. That sounds like marriage. That sounded like marriage.
- 31:34No, I want to keep the lights on twenty four hours so I
- 31:37can see why is this bill so hot? And then in the other game,
- 31:44Detroit losing to Green Bay in Detroit. The halftime show was brought to
- 31:48you by Jack Harlowe, and most fans that saw it were in the same
- 31:53mindset as me. It was the worst possibly. It looked like a high
- 31:57school level rap event. It was low budget, as most fans called it.
- 32:07Jack Harlow comes out and basically looks like it was a set that his
- 32:15little cousin maid He's stood in the same place. It reminded you why getting
- 32:23rap artists people has a little hesitant of how does a rap artist really have?
- 32:30Because a rap artist doesn't really bring performance. They bring great music,
- 32:35but they don't always without some type that doesn't always transfer to live perform.
- 32:40It's a different animal when you're in front of especially in an arena, and
- 32:46you're just standing there. I mean people rapping along. It's only so entertaining.
- 32:52Yeah, he was up there by hisself. Looked like they had spread
- 32:53out a big tablecloth and put a little white igloo on top of it.
- 33:00I didn't see anything. Who is the guy? Now? There was one
- 33:04one other guy And apparently when he comes down the steps, that guy goes
- 33:08back into the igloo. I don't know if we saw him again, Okay,
- 33:12because I was asking who is the guy and what is he doing?
- 33:15And is Jack Harlow from Detroit? He's from Louisville. He's from Louisville.
- 33:20He's a big Louisville cardinal fan. Is he is he an Esclum? Oh
- 33:25no, I don't know if you know why it's relevant. I mean,
- 33:30who came up with this? I just know everybody was Chris, long longtime
- 33:37NFL d lineman. He he said they looked like the set cost thirty six
- 33:43dollars, and it did. I'm telling you, I'm looking at it now.
- 33:46It looks like something that you can go into the costume store and get
- 33:52to decorate your lawn like there. My neighbors have this up in their yards
- 33:57right now. So I don't know if Jack paid. I don't know how
- 34:00that works. It used to be you do things like that and you just
- 34:02did it for the publicity. So I don't know if they have added some
- 34:07kind of payment to it. And he was just deciding he was going to
- 34:10keep all the money. Typically we've seen over the last couple of years,
- 34:15when hip hop artists are asked to do this, they at least go get
- 34:20four or five dancers around them, and even if they have the DJ,
- 34:24like a commanche Gregg, speed the song up a little bit so that the
- 34:29people can dance to it a little more. But Jack Harlowe coming under scrutiny.
- 34:34As I said, the Packers did win that game against and this was
- 34:37on Thanksgiving against the Lions. Also that night, the forty nine Ers won
- 34:45their game versus the Seahawks on Thursday night, So Friday the Dolphins took on.
- 34:57Was the Dolphins playing that night I'm trying to do and that was Friday
- 35:04on Prime Set you up right there, and I set you up like JA
- 35:08like Jason Kidd, but the Vince Carter and I was just are you off
- 35:15your Jets like that that you don't know? Bro? I just it's been
- 35:17a hot season on the sports. I mean it, did you know?
- 35:22I mean you act like that. You act like that at the barbecue and
- 35:25then you want to come home and cudd along the counch on Prime on a
- 35:30Friday night. Now, it was the first Black Friday NFL game, and
- 35:34I was setting it up for you. I was trying to act like I
- 35:37didn't know who they played, so you could be the spoiler. You know,
- 35:45Now you can come in with the game Green, I didn't watch it.
- 35:49With thirty four to thirteen, the Dolphins beat the Jets. The Jets
- 35:53are four and seven. As I continue to tell people about the Jets,
- 35:58this is not just Zack Wilson, this is the Jets offense. When you
- 36:08have this limited of scoring. There's a lot of teams that get in the
- 36:15end zone three or four times a game. Who their quarterback really is no
- 36:20better than Zach Wilson either, but they find a way to get an in
- 36:23zone, to get an end zone. I watched a man jump into the
- 36:27end zone yesterday Baltimore Raven. They called him right there at the one yard
- 36:30line. He caught the ball and then he just jumped. The guy grabbed
- 36:35him. It's the tackling and he just jumped into the end zone and you
- 36:38made it. So I mean, come on, Jets' let's get creative if
- 36:43nothing else. Tim Boyle, starting for Zack Wilson, threw four touchdown through
- 36:47for two interceptions. Two. It didn't have in too much a better day.
- 36:52He threw for two interceptions as well, but the Dolphins were able to
- 36:55run the ball for about one hundred and seventy yards as a team and they
- 37:00beat the Jets thirty four the thirteen. We'll be back with more to Sports

- 40:47chilly morning here in Atlanta, Georgia. Commandie Greg Big Kenny in the studio,
- 40:52whip me to day. We hope you had a great Thanksgiving weekend and
- 40:59to day you woke up inspired to get off some of those pounds and start
- 41:04getting ready for the next big feast in a couple of weeks, which is
- 41:08Christmas dinner. So start today, get on up right now as you hear
- 41:13the sound of my voice, start tying those sneakers on, and get to
- 41:19taking that Thanksgiving turkey ham, sweet potato green bean casserole. Guys in here,
- 41:27knock some of that off and get ready for Christmas. You describing it
- 41:30kind of makes me want to heat up a plate staying to be greevy casserole
- 41:36and a ham, And I was like, wow, that sounded like that
- 41:38would be delicious right now, Well, something is going on it. I
- 41:44don't know how he's making it happen, but Oscar Pastorias will soon be a
- 41:52free man after being granted parole two years earlier than a lot of people expected
- 42:00for the murder of his girlfriend Reverseding Camp back in twenty thirteen. The ex
- 42:07Olympic sprinter convicted was sentenced to thirteen years, which most of us thought that
- 42:13was an injustice for murder thirteen years back in twenty sixteen. Now come January
- 42:22we'll be in South Africa, will be granted parole. Just very interesting.
- 42:30How many years did he do? He basically would have done seven and a
- 42:37half to eight right in that range by time January comes around and he told
- 42:44on somebody if you can get out that soul. I don't know who he
- 42:47was that, but come on, man, what are they doing in there.
- 42:52I don't know if he you know, he is a double amputee,
- 42:55so I don't know if that's what they kept. He's a national hero in
- 43:00South Africa and their criminal system. I just don't know how you take this
- 43:07and to the steam Camp family and get them to digest that someone murdered their
- 43:15daughter and in a blink of an eye. Basically in a ten year window
- 43:21from the time that you found out she had passed, he had served time
- 43:25and gotten out. All that occurred in a decade. Yeah, that's what
- 43:31I'm saying. Like if like, it's not like I'm an adult now,
- 43:37it's the kids went from like elementary school to middle school. That's it,
- 43:44and he's back on the street. Yeah. It says that they are requiring
- 43:49him to live in the area of Pretoria. He has to get permission to
- 43:55leave. He also has to join a quarter anger management program, do community
- 44:04service, and that will remain in for five more years. Ain't no ankle
- 44:08monitor? It didn't say anything about a monitor now one of them. Really,
- 44:15No, I got it. That's why I said. That's why I
- 44:19said, just I don't see anything about monitor. I'm a little bit confused
- 44:22about the he must take anger management? Has he not had any up to
- 44:28this point? Like, don't they do that stuff? It used to be
- 44:30the the justice system was a you're talking about the American justice system. Okay,
- 44:37we don't really know how the South Africa justice system works, You're correct.
- 44:43So the things we think from the conditions to the meals to every country
- 44:50completely different. I catch this show a lot of times. I watched a
- 44:55lot of on Netflix. They have a prison a guy that goes around to
- 45:00all the prisons around the world, and it always opened my eyes. A
- 45:06couple of places he went basically escape from the They just keep you in.
- 45:12They don't monitor you. Their whole job is that you don't get out.
- 45:15What you do in the prison they care less about. So but Oscar Pastorias
- 45:22will be a free man January. The fifth. One thing I want to
- 45:28send out for you that can remember Chris Berman. Remember Chris Berman. I
- 45:34miss Chris Berman. Chris Berman worked for ESPN. Him and Tom Jackson did
- 45:39the pre show and the post show. Used to love That's what come up
- 45:44with all the nicknames. He made Watching the Highlights such a delight that when
- 45:50you watch him now you almost want to turn them off. They have no
- 45:57charisma to the Highlight anymore. They're trying to be journalists, serious journey.
- 46:02So whoever is the producer of Chris Berman and Chris Berman? And I know
- 46:07he went away for a couple of years and then ESBN brought him back.
- 46:15But I was watching The Highlight last night and I was thinking, man,
- 46:17I miss I missed Boomer, Chris Boomer, and I know he got what
- 46:22is he has to be about seventy five now and something like that. But
- 46:28can we just put put it in his house though, Yeah, to get
- 46:31up and forget he's doing it. Give him a little camb over put in
- 46:36his house. No, and he'd be making coffee and in me. Oh,
- 46:38my bad work. I get you with all them some sounds of effects
- 46:42that used to make it so enjoyable to watch the highlight. Goll it,
- 46:45he's sixty eight. Oh, he definitely can. If Dolly Parton can walk
- 46:51in some daisy dukes and heels, yeah, in her seventies, he can
- 46:54go down to his office and give us thirty minutes. They can build him
- 46:58an office set. He still his head. He still hosts NFL Primetime.
- 47:02Maybe they took that segment away from him. I don't know. Time,
- 47:08Well, we have to find I haven't seen he makes it. He makes
- 47:12me want to watch it. I haven't seen him. The way he delivered
- 47:14the highlights made me want to watch Yes, the highlights, yes, yes,
- 47:19just to hear him do them. I could have watched the game and
- 47:22I want to hear him do the highlights of the game because he made it
- 47:27that there was. If there was an awesome play during a game, you'd
- 47:30be thinking, Oh, Burman's gonna tear that. We'll be back with more
- 47:34than a sports shock show right after this. Keep my mind, I keep
- 47:39my mind on my money, money on my mind. I got my finger
- 47:42on the tricks and singing on the grind. And when the wake up in
- 47:45the morning, I got to hear the two thousand and three not to your
- 47:47freeze with a kid. As soon as my eye see the sun shine.
- 47:51My thoughts is you can dots in the war time, be probably moving new

- 51:00I'm this what shock wing candy on my war Eagle brothers and sisters out
- 51:05there, stand up. It's okay. You know we get to the Peanut
- 51:08Bowl or something. Co matchic Greg, keep me posted on what bowl Auburn
- 51:13ends up with when it comes out the Freedo Lay Deal Pickle Chip Bowl with
- 51:21the Auburn If you didn't get a chance, it was a great game.
- 51:24Now, if you're Auburn fan, is something you never want to watch again.
- 51:29But it was a good game, especially considering Alabama number eight only one
- 51:35loss Iron Bowl was in Auburn. Auburn comes in the game, I think
- 51:39was a thirteen point underdog or something like that, and it literally came down
- 51:45to the last play it did of a game, a fourth and thirty one
- 51:49for Bama to be able to pull off that victory. And I found I
- 51:54found solids though a little bit when I got home and I started looking up
- 51:59stuff for the ship to know that I wasn't the only team having a bad
- 52:02weekend. The dutch Fork High School girls team out of South Carolina on Friday
- 52:13beat Lamar High School girls basketball team ninety five to zero. What now,
- 52:25wait? Process that they played some D two sounded like they played some D
- 52:35ninety five to zero. I actually it was the first time I've ever heard
- 52:38in any kind of basketball competition. It was the first time I've ever heard
- 52:44on any level a team not scoring period. Have you ever heard of this?
- 52:51Not on the high school level, no matter how good the other team
- 52:55is, not like that. Yeah, I'm saying high school, college or
- 52:59pro. I've never heard that another team didn't make a basket, didn't get
- 53:02a free throw, ninety five to zero. Wow, they beat Lamar.
- 53:10This is jutch Fort High School. It just it stood out just because of
- 53:15that. I've never heard in a basketball football, Yes, baseball, you
- 53:20can go in a game, somebody can beat you ten to zero. Those
- 53:22are football somebody can shut you out. I've never heard in a basketball game
- 53:29the opposing team shutting. And I'm quite sure if I googled it throughout the
- 53:34thousand million games in the world ever, But I've just never saw anybody ninety
- 53:39five to zero to the point the other team never got one basket in the
- 53:45hoop. That's that's that's kind of hard to imagine. And I yeah,
- 53:51that's I thought the I thought I had heard of a big loss over the
- 53:54weekend. Interesting coming out of LSU. Still, Angel Reeves is missing.
- 54:06The LSU women's basketball team down in the Cayman Island for a couple of games.
- 54:12As it's the holiday season, you see a lot of MIUI classics,
- 54:16the Bahamad Classics. They were down in the Caymans on Friday. They played
- 54:22Nicaragua, and I don't know that Angel rees was there. She wasn't and
- 54:31with them she's starting now, just bear whit me, big Kenny. We
- 54:38talked about some team envy, we talked about grades, yeah, but we
- 54:49haven't maybe the P word pregnancy. Now, don't put it out that I'm
- 54:58starting some rumor. I'm just saying this whole missing gap of time. Nobody
- 55:06wants to speak on anything. There is no police report, there is no
- 55:13medical issue. Somebody tried to nobody sprung an ankle and kind of left you
- 55:20with they didn't. They threw out that maybe it was a GPA theme,
- 55:23but nobody actually confirmed, Like when has that mattered? Yeah? How would
- 55:30that get it? And I wouldn't think that her schedule was too busy.
- 55:36She's been nil Darling since its inception, and she managed to get everywhere else
- 55:43with the team. So I don't know sports jacket would be a rumor,
- 55:47but we can go at it. No no, no, no, no
- 55:50no, because I don't ever want to be that guy COMANCHI. I just
- 55:54I was trying to I was trying to check another box of what needs to
- 55:59be addressed in such a mysterious The coach won't say anything, right, the
- 56:07player won't say anything. And you know, they say she was on vacation
- 56:09with Nick Cannon, But you could just be on the same plane. Yeah,
- 56:19you have a baby that's just on the same I'm talking about the jumbo
- 56:22jet. You don't even have to be a private plane. Yeah, just
- 56:24the two of us are here. It can be six hundred passenger international jumbo
- 56:29jet and and three women gonna get off pray Nick was on the plane.
- 56:35And I'm just throwing that out there, guys, conspiracy as far as what
- 56:39needs to be addressed in today's modern because it doesn't even seem like even the
- 56:45media right is asking or an explanation. And we live in a world where
- 56:52you can't really address the P word right right, because because we talk about
- 56:58everything else, because of the Vegas an, everything else, the injuries,
- 57:01the being sideline, the personal family issues, all of that is discussed,
- 57:07especially as it relates to the high level athlete. We haven't heard anything about
- 57:10her death. I'm just asking you guys to keep your eyes on this story.
- 57:15And they educate me. And she says, I'm going to protect my
- 57:20players. This is coach Kim Moke, coach Kim Moki. So she hasn't
- 57:22said anything. It says those kids aren't my children. And I'm not going
- 57:27to tell you what you don't need to know. And that's just the way
- 57:30I address things. That house either pregnant or on crack. Well, no,
- 57:35in today's society, somebody at the crack house would have came and sold
- 57:38the story, but that would have been a video. You're right, So
- 57:40I'll be serving Angel Rea and not on the court, serving Angel Reef.
- 57:47But not on the court. Well, I have branded one of my products
- 57:51Angelia. That angel. That angel. Take you there if you want to
- 57:54go to heaven there it is, and win a championship. That angel.
- 58:00Yeah. So if it can't be drugs, because somebody would have she she'd
- 58:04have got a sponsorship from a dispensary. By now, it's just I was
- 58:07sitting there thinking about it and in today's climate, doesn't even seem like the
- 58:12media, because I know if it's that, then the media can't go in
- 58:16right because you can't even go into questioning. We have to let it be.
- 58:22If it's on the if it's on the lines of the P word,
- 58:25then it just has to be what it is, or you won't ever work
- 58:30as a media personally. Yeah, that's true. We'll be back with more
- 58:32than Sports Shock Show right after this on Trouble Sun. I'm a pop star,

- 1:01:12reached the last Monday in November. We have reached the end of the regular
- 1:01:17season of college football Championship. Conference Championship Week is coming upon us. As
- 1:01:27we talked about in that first hour. If you missed that first hour,
- 1:01:30please go to Spotify and catch us, and also on Apple podcasts. As
- 1:01:36soon as the show is over, you can catch me Big Kenny and comanchie
- 1:01:39Greg All in the studio. Today we talked about the huge implications of the
- 1:01:45Friday game, which I am just glad that the schedule makers they added a
- 1:01:52punch to creating some buzz for Saturday based on Oregon and Washington playing in the
- 1:01:59PAC twelve Championship. If Oregon gets their revenge, remember Oregon is eleven and
- 1:02:04zero eleven and one. That one loss was to Washington about game five or
- 1:02:12six in there somewhere in there to Washington. That's who they're playing, so
- 1:02:15they have that revenge factor. You got two Heismen gotta be both of them
- 1:02:20probably will be invited to the Heisman ceremony. And Michael Pennant's of Washington and
- 1:02:25bow Knicks of Oregon. Yeah, that same bow Knicks for my war Eagle
- 1:02:30fans that played four years at Auburn, left went to Oregon, got married,
- 1:02:35had a couple of kids, and still it's playing quarterback for the Oregon
- 1:02:38Ducks is bow Knicks. But this game at eight PM on Friday night will
- 1:02:44be that game that you can sit and a lot of teams will be paying
- 1:02:47attention. From the standpoint of disk could let a bunch of people that's playing
- 1:02:54on Saturday into the player. If Washington loses, Washington right now is number
- 1:03:00three, it could let Oregon in because their case will be that we are
- 1:03:05number I think they're ranked number five and we beat number three and the only
- 1:03:10team we lost to we beat, so that lets us in right now the
- 1:03:15top four teams Georgia, Michigan, Washington, and FSU. You feel like
- 1:03:22if those four teams win their game on this weekend, that will be the
- 1:03:28college football playoffs. But if Oregon beats Washington, does that open the door
- 1:03:35to let even someone like Alabama who plays Georgia here on Saturday into the mix.
- 1:03:44Texas, who's ranked above Alabama, could get in the mix because if
- 1:03:47they win their game against Oklahoma State, then their whole thing is we beat
- 1:03:52Bama. So how does Bama jump over us? So it's a lot of
- 1:03:57still great details and upsets upon this weekend. So Black Monday is here.
- 1:04:05Coaches have been fired and some of them have been asked to leave with heavy
- 1:04:10wallets, and I know that is really ailing them today, making sure that
- 1:04:17the fifteen and a half million, the seventy six million, the twenty all
- 1:04:21that kind of money just to leave. Please go home. We no longer
- 1:04:27need your services, command you, Greg, I know, all right,
- 1:04:33we no longer need your services. Take this fifteen and a half million dollars
- 1:04:39and console yourself. But that's how they I guess. Sportsbooks are estimated to
- 1:04:51have reached in twenty twenty three one hundred and thirty six zero point sixty three
- 1:05:06billion. I did say billion with a B. Wait, now that's what
- 1:05:15they're estimating in the next five weeks. If you at that end, that
- 1:05:19it would have grown forty five percent. This year, they're passing the one
- 1:05:25hundred billion dollars for the first time one hundred and thirty six billion, and
- 1:05:32the majority of that sports betting is done on line. Ninety four percent of
- 1:05:39sports betting activity takes place online sports book That is huge. That's why with
- 1:05:46so many people crying at Jordan Hare Stadium in Auburn, you thought it was
- 1:05:53just the loss they had bet the house. And this much money has converted
- 1:05:59people like Kurt Warner, my old teammate, who used to keep a Bible
- 1:06:04in his back pocket. It's funny if you watch the commercials, Kurt Warner
- 1:06:10is telling you to go out bet now. They do leave about twenty seconds
- 1:06:13at the end for him to explain to do it responsibly. Hey, have
- 1:06:17you got a gambling problem? I bet you I could make you stop.
- 1:06:24I've seen that commercial with Ray Allen saying to bet responsibly as well, and
- 1:06:29they have the number at the bottom of the screen. You know, have
- 1:06:31a gambling problem called this number, but it's only available in these states.
- 1:06:35So do you remember? But Kenny dropped out there. If you didn't,
- 1:06:44then might have changed your mic. But sportsbooking has jumped that high, and
- 1:06:54as I said, it amazes me how the Bible belt people people who have
- 1:07:03crosses across from their dinner table, and all that seems to have found some
- 1:07:10type of room in their religion to where betting is okay, and and and
- 1:07:21these these ads where at the end they say gambo responsibly. It's sort of
- 1:07:27like the little three words that come up at the end of any beverage commercial,
- 1:07:32Please drink responsibly. Now you've just shown me two minutes of guys riding
- 1:07:38motorcycles and topless girls dancing, and we're doing beer funnels, and then you
- 1:07:43go, please drink responsibly. No, I want to drink like those guys
- 1:07:46and ride a motorcycle in topless women. And I'm just saying that's kind of
- 1:07:50how it could be, and that ain't really wanted to be like that all
- 1:07:56the time, but I'm saying it might turn out like that for you.
- 1:08:00But in case it doesn't, bet responsibly okay, But you're gonna the commercial
- 1:08:06comes on with I just want again the sports book get rich, please gamble
- 1:08:15response. I just think I know why they do it. It's a cya
- 1:08:24thing, but it just seems so disingenuous because there's nothing about one hundred and
- 1:08:29what is a thirty eight billion dollars worth of betting. That says responsible and
- 1:08:32nothing says that the sports betting is turning into the favor of the betters at
- 1:08:42all. Because at that rate, even if they are having to give out
- 1:08:46twenty percent of that yeah and wins, we've still hit you over the head
- 1:08:55for ninety billion and losses and we could we could divide. So I gave
- 1:09:00twenty billion and wins ninety billion in profit. I could do that. So
- 1:09:05the commercial doesn't seem to be fair, No it doesn't. So, but
- 1:09:10so gamble responsibly and gamble. And I'm quite sure that the online betting is
- 1:09:19sores like that, because if you had to do it the old way,
- 1:09:26and when I mean old way, I mean if you had to go and
- 1:09:30place the bet and really see yourself giving right, put two thousand dollars cash
- 1:09:39money. I want to place this two thousand dollars. You had to actually
- 1:09:43give it in the visual looking at it right, and somebody give you a
- 1:09:48slip. Slip, says you, And you look at it and I bet
- 1:09:51two thousands and I might lose it. Wow, it might change things.
- 1:09:56I was watching football yesterday with three gentlemen who the entire time watch the screen
- 1:10:02and their phones, and they talked about overs and unders and pushes and what's
- 1:10:06the line on this? And I was like, that's three people in one
- 1:10:10room. So I can just imagine if you multiply that by the city I
- 1:10:14was in and by the state, and it's just it's it's really taken over.
- 1:10:17Now. It's hard to watch games with those kind of friends because they're
- 1:10:24reacting to three or four other things and you'll be sitting there thinking you missing
- 1:10:29something we were watching because they keep him oh, and I'm like, well,
- 1:10:33I ain't see that place. I missed the place, and you know,
- 1:10:36and it has nothing to do with the game. And sometimes even watching
- 1:10:42the game, they're cheering for one team, but the other guy missed the
- 1:10:45interception and they have betted on he was going to get the interception right,
- 1:10:49and you're confused on what and all of that, all of that happened,
- 1:10:55No catch him, catch him. I thought that was your team. But
- 1:10:57I would need him to score in the first half. He can bet on
- 1:11:00the on the next play, like, oh, they're gonna they're gonna run
- 1:11:02the ball to the left on this play and if they won't run right,
- 1:11:06then you know, yeah, they're betting quarters they're betting what scored over and
- 1:11:11under in the quarter. It's just become so I'm used to that too,
- 1:11:15Big Kenny, what you're saying where you're sitting there, it's eight people,
- 1:11:18six have everything to do about gambling, right, It's like one other person
- 1:11:24sitting there with you that's actually paying attention to the game, to the game
- 1:11:27that you're watching, and the others are all about what is the score,
- 1:11:32what is the who's the line when they scored? All of that? So
- 1:11:36what sports Betting projected with only four weeks, five weeks left in the year
- 1:11:43uh to reach one hundred and thirty six billion dollars. We'll be back with
- 1:11:46more the Sports Jock Show right after this. Please gamble responsibly. There'spend to
- 1:11:53be some energy fill the fight. It will never we act up. Everybody
- 1:11:57else is a complible, So forget about it when you're here about it because
- 1:12:00it's the fast from the path of bat on the bust in them in a

- 1:15:06Chance Birthday. Welcome back to this hoard Shock show. I'm the hot
- 1:15:15shock. William Kin t. We reached the birthdays from yesterday and to day.
- 1:15:21Rita Aura is thirty three years of age. DJ Khaled is forty eight.
- 1:15:30I would say similar the first Zion Williams from back in the day,
- 1:15:36Zion Williamson, who plays for the Pelicans. Sean Kemp, Yes, fresh
- 1:15:43out of high school, a freakish athlete that hadn't really been seen. They
- 1:15:48placed both. It was kind of like that small forward power forward game.
- 1:15:54Sean Kemp jumped on the scene in the late maybe around eighty nine ninety.
- 1:15:59He was a rookie. He was eighteen. Because you remember they've been back
- 1:16:02and forth with the high school rule, so at his time I think he
- 1:16:08was he was supposed to go to Kentucky and because of the Prop forty eight
- 1:16:11rule end going to junior college. Then he ended the into the NBA.
- 1:16:15So but he was that first high flying Him and Gary Payton did a lot
- 1:16:20of winning out there. He's fifty four years old. But I just remembered,
- 1:16:26you know, things just come around in different packages. Zion came in,
- 1:16:30but it was that same how is he getting that high off the ground
- 1:16:33kind of mentality at that size because we hadn't seen that correct, which he
- 1:16:39was considered a bigger man at that time. You know, Zion is,
- 1:16:44you know, but it's thirty years later, so sure it's a bigger package.
- 1:16:47But he was considered a big guy to be nineteen in touching the top
- 1:16:51of the goal. But Sean kept fifty four. Malik Beasley of the NBA
- 1:16:57twenty seven. Art Shelle, I'm sorry, Art, I thought you had
- 1:17:02passed away me too, the great Art Shell now I'm talking about to the
- 1:17:08point when I even when I wrote it down, I was very hesitant that
- 1:17:12maybe the search Google search was wrong, Like, man, I think they
- 1:17:16got this one wrong, because I could have sworn Art Shell he was gone
- 1:17:20in the eighties. I even gone since former Raiders coach Hall of Fame Lineman
- 1:17:28Art Shell seventy seven, Erkle Jalil White forty seven, Twist is fifty.
- 1:17:35Who else we have it? Robin Gibbons is fifty nine. Robin Gibbons the
- 1:17:40Great Hall of Famer. Larry Allen of the Cowboys is fifty two. Nick
- 1:17:45Van Exel is fifty two as well, and former Carolina Power forward Brendan Haywood,
- 1:17:53who works I think for ESPN now, is forty four years of age.
- 1:17:58We want to give our condoling to one of our former contributors and longtime
- 1:18:03friend, Sterling Stewart. His mom passed away this weekend. Uh, miss
- 1:18:09Helen, miss Ruth, however you used to call her Rudy for some of
- 1:18:14you, you know them old slick dudes back in. I mean, I
- 1:18:19mean, my heart goes out to you. But you know he knew,
- 1:18:24he knew. When mister Williams come by, Hey Rdy, he get mad,
- 1:18:31fold his arm. Mama, that st gone in the house, baby,
- 1:18:40Yeah yeah, they come out, Oh slick come out talking about you
- 1:18:43know what, bun luke, Hey man, if you don't get from by
- 1:18:45my door, man gone, I might be only ten. Hit you with
- 1:18:49this shovel for the box of that candy I can't eat because they don't the
- 1:18:54heart candy. He let me touch that, but miss Ruth passed away,
- 1:18:59Miss Helen, Ruth Rudy, Uh to a lot of people. Sterling Stewart,
- 1:19:02who was the athletic director at Stir Savannah State. Yes, Sir,
- 1:19:09a long time fraternity member with my man Big Kenny. His mom passed away.
- 1:19:15So our prayers go to your strength, brother, as you deal with
- 1:19:18this moment in your life. But hopefully on the other side those memories take
- 1:19:24over and make the spirit glee. Sometimes we forget that. You have to
- 1:19:30reach your arms out and grab that and as long as you keep that in
- 1:19:33your heart and talk about them, make him like Martin Luther King. He
- 1:19:40ain't here, but he definitely ain't dead. Yeah, yeah, somebody said
- 1:19:44that Magic City last January. He was just he threw a part Fast Fast,
- 1:19:55half price living Pepper, going up to lose the half price. The
- 1:20:00Dynamic two, they say duo. They called them the Dynamic two. Twenty
- 1:20:06twenty three Miriam Webster Word of the Year. Any of you want to take
- 1:20:12a guess real quick, I'll give you one chance. What's Miriam Webster's word
- 1:20:19of the year, Big Kenny? Cringe, cran okay, uh, toxic
- 1:20:28came to mind. Toxic. I'll give you one more, because neither one
- 1:20:33of those is right. I'll give you another one now. Is this this
- 1:20:35a new word or a word that was just No, it's a word that's
- 1:20:40been the This a word has been used in the fake fake COMANCHI M this
- 1:20:53is probably is from ten years old fleek. I don't know Webster's looking at
- 1:21:00now. Come on, you're like, no, that was no one's using
- 1:21:02anymore. Well, the twenty twenty three Mirriam Webster's word of the year is
- 1:21:11authentic. I'm just bringing you the news man. I don't know why who
- 1:21:17uses that word anymore? Like Joan of art. Don't don't kill the message?
- 1:21:21Hey, where where is that? Where is that word being used now?
- 1:21:25Authentic where, authentic cuisine, authentic voice, be your authentic self,
- 1:21:30authentic everything. And right now we live in an era of authentic nothing.
- 1:21:39Nobody's themselves nothing. I tell you from scratch. Don't be talking about miss
- 1:21:44Dodger. I'll just come on, pardon. Need more respect than what you
- 1:21:47say she got respect. You have to respect nine pounds of hair. I
- 1:21:54could work out with your hair like I could do curls with your weeds.
- 1:21:58So the word of the year of twenty twenty three is off offent. That's
- 1:22:02some sort of parody. They're just being just pulling our leg right now and
- 1:22:06we'll be back with more to Sports Jock Show. Heard after this we cank
- 1:22:10you and I are off feelings because the host much better with how all of
- 1:22:18all right you religion no believe it still understood. I have to praise you.

- 1:25:19John Wayne Gandy Player's lounge have been given full access to the player's lounge on
- 1:25:30the Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy. Yeah, we the best. I
- 1:25:45worried my whole life for this morning, another one, another one. Welcome
- 1:25:54I to this war shock shue, this wary shock. Wayne Ganty, Good
- 1:25:58morning once again to you. As I said, Monday Night football, the
- 1:26:01Bears taking on the Vikings tonight, the Vikings behind Joshua Dobb and the most
- 1:26:10exciting if you live here in Georgia. As I always say, both of
- 1:26:14these quarterbacks are from the Atlanta area. So when I talk about Georgia products
- 1:26:20invading the NFL, Georgia, I want to say this year and last year
- 1:26:26might have the most players from a state, not from the colleges of the
- 1:26:30but born and from this state. I think it had it like up up
- 1:26:34to about one sixty one seventy something like that of the players in the NFL
- 1:26:42was from the state of Georgia. But the Vikings still fighting for their playoff
- 1:26:46lives at six and five. The Bears right now, I would have the
- 1:26:55fourth pick in the draft. And they're a big conversation because I've I was
- 1:27:00at the game yesterday at the Falcons game with Roddy White, and me and
- 1:27:03him got in a conversation of where does the Bears go? The great Roddy
- 1:27:08White that played for the Falcons, where would the Bears go in the draft?
- 1:27:15See if the draft happened right now, the Bears would have the first
- 1:27:18pick and the fourth pick, and some of what we talked about last week
- 1:27:24about what do you do with Jason justin Fields, do you keep him,
- 1:27:28do you trade him? And add like we all said, with one of
- 1:27:33those first or fourth they should get Marvin Harrison. Well, the people that
- 1:27:39were at the table were all in agreeance. If they could get their hands
- 1:27:43on him, then they should go that direction. I said last week I
- 1:27:47would go at Marvin Harrison and then get brought Bowers and see if there's anything
- 1:27:54that I can do with justin fields, and you know, before I start
- 1:27:58back at rookie because that you know, it's like I don't there. You
- 1:28:03know, one out of the five six rookies do shine, as we see
- 1:28:06with CJ. Stroud and most of them, half of them do turn out
- 1:28:11to be solid quarterbacks two or three years down the road. It's not a
- 1:28:15quick, fast process. You have to just give a player their court.
- 1:28:20You have to give a quarterback, especially a high round, top twenty quarterback,
- 1:28:26whatever you get from them as a rookie. You really just have to
- 1:28:29live with it when you go back and see some of the future Hall of
- 1:28:31famers like of Aaron Rodgers didn't even play his rookie year. Peyton Manning had
- 1:28:36more interceptions. I think he threw for like twenty five touchdowns when he was
- 1:28:41a rookie and thirty interceptions. Troy Aikman the same kind of numbers where I
- 1:28:47don't think Troy won but one game or went ohing something like that. They
- 1:28:51didn't win a game till a second year. Yeah, So that first year
- 1:28:55when you get on those teams and you've been drafted so high you kind of
- 1:28:59get what you because the rest of the teams is in shambles, right,
- 1:29:03So how am I boys to be great when the rest of the team is
- 1:29:06in disarray? So big conversation. Where would the Bears go with those two
- 1:29:13high first top five picks they probably will have regardless how the rest of the
- 1:29:17season turns out. But speaking of that Falcon s game, Desmond Ridder back
- 1:29:23in the lineup for my Falcon fans. As I said, Desmond Ridterer,
- 1:29:28in my mind, is a rookie. This is the second year in the
- 1:29:30league. This is his first year where he was labeled a starter. You've
- 1:29:35been yo yoing him, pulling him at halftime, not starting him the next
- 1:29:41week. Now you had to go back with him. Hey, big heit,
- 1:29:45remember remember way back when when we broke up and he looks like a
- 1:29:50rookie up and down play to play some plays you can see why they's starting
- 1:29:56him, Like the touchdown he threw to my man Bijon Robinson is like,
- 1:30:00oh Dad is there? Why we put him in there? Session? That's
- 1:30:08what rickys are. It's back and forth. Yes, we all would like
- 1:30:12everybody, but this guy is not even a high round He was a third
- 1:30:15round pick. Third round pick. Quarterbacks are what you really label as a
- 1:30:21project. It's an organization looking at a guy who they think is the first
- 1:30:29rounder in about three years when we get him shaped up and it just but
- 1:30:36the city of Atlanta talk about him like he was a top five pick.
- 1:30:42The scrutiny on Zack Wilson is that Zack Wilson of the JTS Jet Jets was
- 1:30:47a top ten picky. He was, Yes, he was if he had
- 1:30:53been a fifth, sixth rounder, or leave me a third and you give
- 1:30:56him a little leeway. Hey man, the man trying, he trying.
- 1:31:00But the top ten boy? You know you know me, man, I'm
- 1:31:05as benefiteds to doubt as they come. But come on, zach Ten,
- 1:31:11I mean that number two. We took the number two pick, right,
- 1:31:15we thought that that was saying something we just knew that you would do.
- 1:31:19But we've got you're the second pick of scrutiny comes along, Baker, any
- 1:31:24of those guys, when you're dropted that high, you can't be there for
- 1:31:28a third round. Or Ritter, is he the answer? No? But
- 1:31:32Cheer right now, you're leading the division. You beat the Saints, you're
- 1:31:35three and oer. So all you got to do is hope that the Falcons
- 1:31:40have the same record as anybody else in the division and they will win the
- 1:31:44division. Yes, that's what you're looking for, and if they do that,
- 1:31:47they'll have a home playoff game at least to get that winning feeling.
- 1:31:53Winning is a mindset for all you people that want people to go out like
- 1:31:57the Falcons and lose the games to get a high pick. That permeates a
- 1:32:01losing mentality. Yes, you want a team that a quarterback comes to that
- 1:32:09knows how to win. They've been through the trials and triplation. Yeah,
- 1:32:13they might end up hosting the Cowboys, but that'd be a good experience for
- 1:32:17them. Hey man, we won a division, right, we got a
- 1:32:19home playoff game. We run out of the playoff tongue. Let's build on
- 1:32:24that with this other guy that we brought in. That's how you build.
- 1:32:29But all this they throw the game so we can get what we're gonna get.
- 1:32:35That's gonna make it better who we're gonna get in that short of a
- 1:32:41time. But the Falcons twenty four to fifteen, beating the Saint in a
- 1:32:45rivalry. Game got to go to two back to back. When you think
- 1:32:47about the Iron Bowl and then watching this game, Derek Carr throwing an interception
- 1:32:54yesterday, didn't do didn't throw a touchdown. The Falcons doing what they need
- 1:32:59to do running the football. As I continue to say, forty one rushes
- 1:33:03run the ball shorten the game. You should be running the ball forty times
- 1:33:09every game we got a third quarterback were good or bad? Dasmind ridders should
- 1:33:15never have to throw the ball more than thirty times. That's his pitch count.
- 1:33:21You should go there and tell a O line he up to twenty six,
- 1:33:26So I get your boy. I know we got three and a half
- 1:33:29quarters left. You to get your boy in a minute. I'm telling you
- 1:33:32now that that hell boy ain't gonna hold up. But he already he both
- 1:33:36throws away from it. I mean, we're gonna run the ball. So
- 1:33:39that's where he should be. Twenty four to fifteen. The Falcons winning that
- 1:33:45game yesterday as well, the Raiders and the Chief doing battle, Raiders putting
- 1:33:51up a fight, and a lot of what these teams are getting back to,
- 1:33:56in my estimation, is just trying to win the game. Right,
- 1:34:00You know why they're playing better, not just the Raiders, but a lot
- 1:34:03of teams that you the Stealers beating the Bengals. Yes, Joe Burrow was
- 1:34:09out, but it's not like the Stealers had some Joe Montana. They still
- 1:34:15out there with Kenny Pickett too so. But it's about just winning the game.
- 1:34:20No style points, right, forget who's the hero, right, forget
- 1:34:27whether you got your fifteen catches today we got four quarters, and somebody need
- 1:34:31to do something to get a w to try to get a win. And
- 1:34:34that's what I see with the Raiders. I see a lot of great effort
- 1:34:38that has come upon them that they're just going out and we're gonna play hard
- 1:34:43with two and two since we got rid of the coach. But they looked
- 1:34:45significantly different as far as energy and motivation. They lost to the chief They
- 1:34:51were up quickly on them, but they lost to the Chiefs thirty one to
- 1:34:57seventeen. Patrick Mahomes having a dapt day on his side of the bracket.
- 1:35:02What else do we want to go, guys, Tampa Bay losing to the
- 1:35:08Coats, the Coats grinding him his shoe. He just got a lucky rabbit
- 1:35:13foot. He don't really do much, but for some reason, he just
- 1:35:16It's kind of like Jimmy Garoppolo. They just they figure out to end up
- 1:35:21with a porn stops. You know, I shouldn't even be here. I
- 1:35:26keep cashing checks and I don't even know how I got here. Jonathan Taylor
- 1:35:30for the Coats, running for ninety one yards. The Coats are six and
- 1:35:34five, keeping a little bit of their playoff hopes as well. The Giants
- 1:35:40beat the Patriots, and I think from how Bill Belichick gave that postgame press
- 1:35:47conference, he looks like maybe he'll be packing his office up. He looked
- 1:35:55very uninspired. Continue, and for Checked to look more uninspired than he usually
- 1:36:01does it and for it to be noticeable, it must be because he always
- 1:36:05had a rude right disposition. Yeah, but he usually have some quick comeback
- 1:36:12to the to the media right. Yesterday he looked like he wanted to ask
- 1:36:16the media for some suggestions, which I think we are to do. Like,
- 1:36:23hey, look, Bob Kraft keeps telling me I need to put Mac
- 1:36:27Jones out there, and I don't want too, well need a quarterback.
- 1:36:31He put in Zappi. Zapi threw an interception as well. He was eight
- 1:36:35for fourteen for fifty four yards as well. Combined at the quarterback position,
- 1:36:42they threw four one hundred and thirty six yards and three interceptions. I could
- 1:36:46do that by myself. You think you can throw any three interceptions in the
- 1:36:50NFL. I'm sure. I'm sure. I mean what I'm saying, throw
- 1:36:54it somewhere. I'm saying I would. I would need to learn the playbook.
- 1:36:59I want to learn to put your guaranteed and have a couple. I
- 1:37:02can go to Vegas and bet and bet Bick Kenny Canny, get under center
- 1:37:08and throw at least three interceptions. So I need to take the over over.
- 1:37:13I could do that, and I'm not a professional athlete, but I
- 1:37:16could throw three in We'll be back with more to Sports doc show right after

- 1:40:36back to this spoy shock shup the spot shock, Wayne Candy, Good morning
- 1:40:42to you, Big Kenny. Has some super pigs coming out of Canada.
- 1:40:46They have crossbreeded some wild bore with some domestic pigs from what article I was
- 1:40:56reading, which has made them tough to be able to find and kill.
- 1:41:05With the pigs, Big Kenny, you didn't tell me that part with the
- 1:41:09cross breeding. It's always science. It's always science. Whenever we get off
- 1:41:17the rails as a society, it's always science that does it is? That?
- 1:41:20What it is? That what it is. Let's try and make a
- 1:41:24better mouse trap at all. We made a nuclear bomb, but it's not
- 1:41:28a mouse trap. But we discovered something. Yeah, they took some crossbreeding
- 1:41:32between wild boars and domestic swine. This gave the pig the size of the
- 1:41:39boar, but the fertility of the small swine. So they have started invading
- 1:41:46the US into about thirty five states. They estimate around six million have come
- 1:41:55across. So I'm quite sure if that barbecue up sandwich you have pull port,
- 1:42:04have a little tame to it, have a little what is gamey,
- 1:42:08it's a little gamy. It takes almost kind of like Canadian bacon a little
- 1:42:13bit. So there you go, Vick Kenny. I will try it though,
- 1:42:19if I sit Yeah, if if they have it, because uh and
- 1:42:24I was thinking that when they say super pig here in the United States and
- 1:42:28certain regions, the wild boar is already a headache for farmers. You know
- 1:42:32what I'm saying. The great combinations throughout history there was peanut butter, and
- 1:42:39then and there was jelly. And somebody had a crazy idea, what if
- 1:42:44I just what if I took half of this peanut butter sandwich and jelly soundwich
- 1:42:49and put them to put them together, let me taste, and it changed
- 1:42:53the world? Changed the world, Craig, the world, Craig. Yes,
- 1:42:58cross breeding, cross breed, so now here we got super big.
- 1:43:00They say, is big like a boar, but it breed like a domestic
- 1:43:05pig, and it tastes. I think something I was remembering, something like
- 1:43:13the Buffalo Wing was discovered in the same kind of manner. Yeah, when
- 1:43:18they create when the I want to say it was a mother who was running
- 1:43:25a bar in Buffalo, I remember the story correctly, and her son or
- 1:43:30her some son's friends came in right before the bar clothes and were hungry,
- 1:43:38and she had some sauce right and chicken, and she served them right and
- 1:43:45they loved it. She didn't didn't have any she didn't flour the chicken or
- 1:43:48anything. She just fried it and then threw the sauce on it. And
- 1:43:51they were like, this is the legends, and now we order it by
- 1:43:55the hundreds and pay top dollar and pay top dollar with extra blue cheese,
- 1:44:00and Lou almost get kicked out the NBA Livonfeler, Lou, but those are
- 1:44:05your super pigs. Cardinals linebacker we're talking about the Cardinals yesterday who caller Murray
- 1:44:14has been back, so they've been a little more competitive. Was the Caroll
- 1:44:17the Arizona Cardinals. They did lose in that game to the Rams, but
- 1:44:25a good Samaritan gave linebacker Jess Lakita a ride. I was thinking when the
- 1:44:31last time just gave a scranger a ride. Just people don't do that no
- 1:44:34more. Ever, You don't even make call them on uber lyft. They
- 1:44:40just keep riding. You don't even make eye contact with people sitting on the
- 1:44:43side of the road anymore. But Cardinals wacker Just Lakita had a flat tire
- 1:44:48on the side on the way to the stadium, and some fans gave him
- 1:44:53a ride to the stadium. And he is actually looking for those fans.
- 1:44:57He's going to give him two tickets to a game before the end of the
- 1:45:00season. He didn't get their information. He was thankful, but he didn't
- 1:45:03get the information. It didn't say how far he was from the stadium,
- 1:45:09but it made you feel like he was far enough from his home that no
- 1:45:12one where he lived threw him. So it was some strangers. So thirty
- 1:45:15seven to fourteen, the Rams beat the Cardinals. But I thought that was
- 1:45:19a feel good story because you just don't hear that that was common if it
- 1:45:23was sixty seventies, even the eighties. But even pick people up on the
- 1:45:27highway, and we live in a time now where it used to be you'd
- 1:45:30be nervous about pulling over to pick somebody up on the side of the road.
- 1:45:34But now the people on the side of the road are like, should
- 1:45:36I ride with this guy? I mean they look suspicious to me. No,
- 1:45:43I'll wait on the next one. Thanks anyway, White penal Van,
- 1:45:45Yeah, hey, you need a ride. I guess a lot of mannequin
- 1:45:51parts in about that. You started thinking of Silence of the Lamb. Do
- 1:45:57you play? It's just a stiff arm. Thirty seven thirty four The Eagles
- 1:46:06in the Game of the Day against the Buffalo Bills in the rain. It
- 1:46:11just said football all around yesterday. In this game, people having to make
- 1:46:15plays. Josh Allen and Jalen Hurts trying to outduel each other. In this
- 1:46:21game. Josh Allen two touchdowns, won interception. He did run for two
- 1:46:26touchdowns, so that's four touchdowns he accounted for. Jalen Hurts threw for three
- 1:46:30touchdowns, ran for two. So both of them guys delivered. Especially when
- 1:46:36you talk about they were facing two of the top four or five defenses in
- 1:46:44the league. They are doing work against top notch defenses, not just some
- 1:46:48low budget defenses. So Josh Allen got some moxie. He'll scrap with you.
- 1:46:55I like that in him. He'll he'll get out there and give it
- 1:46:58a shot. And I think that's the only difference. When I watched the
- 1:47:00game. You know, they fired their offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey, seem like
- 1:47:06he who is a former quarterback, Ken Dorsey, he was more protective of
- 1:47:13Josh, like he was trying to keep Josh from the down that road of
- 1:47:18getting hurt, which you can clearly understand that is key. You start paying
- 1:47:23somebody fifty million dollars a year and you feel like he's the key to your
- 1:47:27offense. You want him to show up for work. Well, yeah,
- 1:47:30you start like trying to see if I can get him. How far in
- 1:47:32the season can I get him before I start asking him to do that stuff
- 1:47:38right? And I think that's where they are as far as their record.
- 1:47:42I think that's where Sean McDermott started, like, Nah, I need to
- 1:47:46find somebody who's gonna let him out the cave. And now this is the

- 1:50:42Sports Jack Show with Wayne Gandy's say it's beautiful, but now I'll go to
- 1:50:53do it faster, baby, can please do it faster? Baby? Do
- 1:50:57it faster baby. Look, look place on my hands one way for the
- 1:51:04sword shock, shot up the sweat shocks, winning a ganty. The great
- 1:51:09Hall of Famer Barry Sanders and some people's estimation, the greatest running back to
- 1:51:15ever play the game, who did all of that work for the Lions but
- 1:51:20really never was able to even sniff winning as far as the playoffs and any
- 1:51:29chances of a Super Bowl. A lot of people felt like Barry retired because
- 1:51:33the Lions would not let him out of his contract. In that last year
- 1:51:38or two he was trying to find a winning team and the Lions basically was
- 1:51:42like, no, you will either run for us or no one Barry.
- 1:51:46Uh. And they say that because remember Barry had just ran from maybe close
- 1:51:50to eighteen hundred yards or something the year before he retired, so looking like
- 1:51:57he had some gas entertain and not much gas, but you can remember eighteen
- 1:52:00hundred you got something in the tank. But his documentary or special is out
- 1:52:06on Prime video, and his former quarterback, Scott Mitchell, took offense that
- 1:52:12during the whole documentary people kept coming on blaming him for why Berry did not
- 1:52:18win a Super Bowl. And I read that article comanchie greg and I thought
- 1:52:24that Scott Mitchell made a great point basically of how is it that is always
- 1:52:29a singular mindset that I the one person on a team of fifty three people
- 1:52:42over the course of this man's he wasn't even there Berry's whole ten years as
- 1:52:46the quarterback. But it's my fault that it didn't happen to the point you
- 1:52:54would go on and bash me in some kind of documentary. Now I don't
- 1:52:58know, because I haven't watched it. I don't know if I definitely don't
- 1:53:01imagine that. Barry Sanders said that it would be hard press for me to
- 1:53:06believe he's on there, saying that I'm quite sure's other teammates, media people
- 1:53:13on former GMS that kind of stuff. Sources that would say that, Yeah,
- 1:53:17Berry's never gave me that kind of idea that he would be that kind
- 1:53:25of stuff. Even as we were talking. Barry even doing different commercials and
- 1:53:30things now in his life, is not even the Barry Sanders. Barry Sanders
- 1:53:34was quiet like a Marshawn Lynch, yes, without the anger. He just
- 1:53:41didn't have much to say. He didn't He was very vanilla. The part
- 1:53:45of his story was that he just lived in a simple house and went to
- 1:53:50practice. He's never had a Kardashian type storyline. He didn't do much of
- 1:53:57anything. You don't know. He was a real miss to remain to be
- 1:54:00such a superstar. Did did you see any of the Marshawn Lynch interviewing Barry
- 1:54:05Sanders. No? I did not. It's an interesting interview. It's an
- 1:54:10interesting interview if you get a chance, look it up. Okay, So
- 1:54:15I have to watch it before we can fully talk about it. Hopefully by
- 1:54:17the next show I'll catch some of it. But Scott Mitchell was defending himself,
- 1:54:21Alex Smith and Tom Brady. Tom Brady making some true statements that I
- 1:54:26heard him talk about last week where he was just he didn't call one team
- 1:54:32mediocre. From what I heard on the Stephen Ah Smith show that he had
- 1:54:39online. I think this was last Wednesday or Thursday. Tom was just saying
- 1:54:43he thought, who's only one year in this? Why we can we can
- 1:54:45talk more about this on Thursday if you want to read the comments of what
- 1:54:50Alex Smith. Alex Smith, a long time first pick of the draft,
- 1:54:55I agreed that he felt like the NBA. I mean, the NFL is
- 1:55:00as good as it's ever been. Tom thought it was more mediocre. Now
- 1:55:03they both have enough experience and they both just left the league to be able
- 1:55:09to give you a feel, right. That's why I can't just come on
- 1:55:12here and tell you that Alex Smith is wrong based on that Tom Brady might
- 1:55:16have been. It's been a greater quarterback, had success. That's not a
- 1:55:23parameter of that. That's not how you do this job. Alex Smith,
- 1:55:27who just retired to was in this league and he just felt like, and
- 1:55:32I think sometimes you get the athletic ability of the modern day player mixed with
- 1:55:42the ability to play the game. The ability to play the game, the
- 1:55:48ability to play the game and the athletic ability are is different. Sure,
- 1:55:57the athlete is bred. The scientist is the NASA guys no longer go to
- 1:56:01NASA. They go to some healthful place and make some kind of for the
- 1:56:10kids. Is more money than that than trying to get the space. So
- 1:56:14yes, in that regard true, But when I watch the game, the
- 1:56:17level of fundamental football lacks. It's a lot of I'm gonna make up with
- 1:56:29my lack of actual fundamentals and skill and knowledge of the game with athleticism.
- 1:56:36So I'm no longer going to learn how to run a route and get open.
- 1:56:41I'm just gonna outjump you for the ball. Those are two different things.
- 1:56:48It's the difference between a chef and a cook. A chef has been
- 1:56:55trained to make something from its original state. Now the cook's food might taste
- 1:57:00better, and a lot of times it does, but they got to start
- 1:57:06in the in between. They don't know how to make the maple syrup.
- 1:57:11You can't just throw the beginning just going. You can't just throw the wild
- 1:57:15hog, the raw wild hog on the table and I cut it and cook
- 1:57:18it. I got to it got to come to me already, cut and
- 1:57:23all that. But that chef, he knows how to to break down a
- 1:57:26whole tuna. That's how you're supposed to be classically trained, and so you
- 1:57:32know. So it's the saying I get. And we can talk more during
- 1:57:35the week about Tom, but I completely when I heard Tom, I see
- 1:57:41that, like in the quarterback play. Yes, these guys are faster,
- 1:57:44they can throw the ball, but our biggest what do we talk about reading
- 1:57:47defenses? What are we talking about moving in the pocket all the time all
- 1:57:53the time? You know, things like that that it seems like and we
- 1:57:57do see that. In today's game, there's thirty two teams. You feel
- 1:58:01like there might be ten quarterbacks of the services that you and of those ten,
- 1:58:09there might be four that are great. Thirty years ago there was thirty
- 1:58:14teams and there was twenty quarterbacks. Yeah, the real sorry teams are the
- 1:58:20last ten teams are the only teams that hadn't really their quarterbacks didn't turn out
- 1:58:26right, but the other twenty team. So I get it. And that's
- 1:58:30what's created the parody to me in the league, which is good. Some
- 1:58:33people love parody, but some people love that Chicago Bulls era where it just
- 1:58:40seemed like the Bulls are gonna win every year, And some people like parody.
- 1:58:44Where you don't know who's gonna win. And this year you have that
- 1:58:46kind of football field in the NFL where you got six eight teams and not
- 1:58:54just this one clear cut team. And we are in the ocean. The
- 1:59:01truth is he will throw you in the ocean. It's time to wrap things
- 1:59:06up. On the Sports Junk Show with Dayne Kenny, we hit his Hounds
- 1:59:32and ocean. It gives a sports shock jest a minute to event. We'd
- 1:59:35like to thank you for taking the time to tune in and listen to us.
- 1:59:40Mc kenny command chie Greg thank you for your contribution. Sid they remember
- 1:59:45you can hear us on playback on Spotify or go to Apple Podcast. Look
- 1:59:50up the Sports Shock Show as soon as this goes off. If you miss
- 1:59:54any of the show, hopefully you called enough to have a good old fashioned
- 2:00:00today. But going in the ocean because we talked about the sports betting reaching
- 2:00:06one hundred and thirty six billion, so that might cause people to steal money.
- 2:00:14You know, they do it gay to smoke the TV, so some
- 2:00:16people steal. Filmmaker call Risk received eleven million dollars from the Next Flicks Giant
- 2:00:29to make a film. Netflix gave him eleven million. Oh, Carl decided
- 2:00:38I might like to get this on some fan duel. No, he went
- 2:00:41to something even riskier. He took ten and a half of that eleven million
- 2:00:45dollars ten and a half million and went to the stock market. Never never
- 2:00:53made the film. He's supposed to make a sci fi movie. But he
- 2:00:59took ten and a half, you know, the eleven and when and best
- 2:01:01he lost half of that ten and a half million on the stock market.
- 2:01:05So I'm quite sure Netflix. I want to know where they where? My
- 2:01:11money man? What my money? O'Brian? With my money? Man?
- 2:01:14Ought you we are in a sci fi movie? Ought you? Now?
- 2:01:19Carl, I'm gonna say when you I said a Netflix giant, which means
- 2:01:24they got a big old company of lawyers. You really thought you was gonna
- 2:01:28steal these people money and not pay me. Where my movie at? It's
- 2:01:32it's not the market, it's a standard and pores. He about to make
- 2:01:40Wall Street Number three, But I don't know. Research is who's gonna play
- 2:01:45Carl in the movie about him going to prison? So for that filmmaker,
- 2:01:49call risk walk the plank. But now man Peo would be adding. Some
- 2:01:58schemes are you really going to give eleven million dollars to a dude named Risk
- 2:02:10for BC Kenny Commands. Greg from the Sports Shop show, we hope you
- 2:02:13have a great date. Peace,
