  Speaker 1: was loading the show, I thought, oh my gosh, I

  Speaker 1: forgot the election I've had. This has been quite a year.

  Speaker 1: When we get into twenty twenty five, maybe I'll start

  Speaker 1: to share all the things that occurred in this year.

  Speaker 1: And so the election kind of wedge right in the
• 0:52
  Speaker 1: middle of two big things going on in my life.

  Speaker 1: And so I didn't do my election like wrap up,

  Speaker 1: and so I'm not going to do that. But I

  Speaker 1: do think there's some forgiveness we need to do for
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: our country. If you're in the United States, and even
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: if you're not, I know everybody was following this election,
• 1:18
  Speaker 1: this past election, presidential election, and so let's do some forgiveness.
• 1:30
  Speaker 1: So take a deep breath, and I want you to
• 1:37
  Speaker 1: bring to mind anything around this election that you want
• 1:43
  Speaker 1: to let go of, anything that fell off, anything that
• 1:54
  Speaker 1: made you feel afraid, anything that made you feel unsettled.

  Speaker 1: Just let those experiences come to mind and say, I
• 2:15
  Speaker 1: am willing to forgive. Maybe your candidate didn't win, and
• 2:25
  Speaker 1: so maybe you need to forgive all the Americans that
• 2:32
  Speaker 1: voted that way. And let's forgive the state of our
• 2:47
  Speaker 1: planet and our world. One thing that was very clear
• 2:55
  Speaker 1: to me the day after the election was that people
• 3:00
  Speaker 1: are hurting, and let's take a moment to forgive everything
• 3:07
  Speaker 1: and everyone that created or contributed to that hurt, in
• 3:13
  Speaker 1: whatever form it might be. And let's forgive the pandemic.

  Speaker 1: Let's forgive the interruption and created in our world. Maybe
• 3:46
  Speaker 1: you need to forgive inflation. Maybe you need to forgive

  Speaker 1: your employer for responding to this time and a way
• 4:07
  Speaker 1: in which wasn't supportive. Maybe you need to forgive yourself

  Speaker 1: for getting so involved in what's going on in the
• 4:25
  Speaker 1: world that maybe there's something you neglected, or maybe because
• 4:33
  Speaker 1: of everything that's gone on in the world, you felt
• 4:37
  Speaker 1: like you couldn't move forward towards a dream, and that's okay.
• 4:43
  Speaker 1: Forgive yourself, forgive the world. I'm willing to forgive. Let's
• 4:59
  Speaker 1: forgive our elected officials locally at the state level, at
• 5:13
  Speaker 1: the federal level. Let's forgive the police, let's forgive the
• 5:27
  Speaker 1: people who are engaging in criminal activity. Un Forgiveness does
• 5:38
  Speaker 1: not change their behavior, and any perspective that you hold
• 5:47
  Speaker 1: on that behavior doesn't have to change. It just means
• 5:51
  Speaker 1: that whatever emotions around that you are surrendering it to
• 6:00
  Speaker 1: the heavens and saying, I'm going to give this up.
• 6:08
  Speaker 1: I still feel the way I feel. It doesn't make
• 6:12
  Speaker 1: the situation right, but I'm willing to give this up
• 6:16
  Speaker 1: so it's no longer getting in the way of me
• 6:19
  Speaker 1: having what I want and living the life I want.

  Speaker 1: Because I know you've heard manifestation teachers say to you,
• 6:27
  Speaker 1: metaphysical people say to you, it doesn't matter what's going
• 6:30
  Speaker 1: on in the world, you can still create the result
• 6:32
  Speaker 1: that you want. Or you've probably heard if you follow
• 6:36
  Speaker 1: a lot of prosperity work, there are millionaires made during
• 6:40
  Speaker 1: the depression. I believe all of that is true one
• 6:43
  Speaker 1: hundred percent. But what gets in the way is all
• 6:48
  Speaker 1: these feelings about what's going on, and so we want
• 6:52
  Speaker 1: to give that up through forgiveness so that we can
• 6:57
  Speaker 1: step into the greatness that's available to us right now.

  Speaker 1: Because there are miracles, and there are blessings, and there
• 7:06
  Speaker 1: are doorways of opportunity present right now, and sometimes we
• 7:12
  Speaker 1: can't see them if we're holding on to energy that
• 7:16
  Speaker 1: doesn't serve us well. So one more time, tune into
• 7:25
  Speaker 1: your world, take the breath. I am willing to forgive
• 7:36
  Speaker 1: and just let it come up. Whatever comes up. All right,

  Speaker 1: continue this practice. I think it's really important going into
• 7:58
  Speaker 1: twenty twenty five to let all this stuff go. My

  Speaker 1: wake up, heal, and be aware because there's some beautiful

  Speaker 1: and amazing things on the horizon. So forgive, forgive, forgive, forgive,

  Speaker 1: and watch all these beautiful and amazing things show up
