Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: It is October and we are getting prepared for Halloween with miracles after dark.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: We will be sharing your ghost stories and we'll be sharing our ghost stories.
- 0:13SPEAKER_00: So sit back, relax, and prepare to be scared.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: All right, that's our intro.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Hey, actually, like we had a lot of ghost stories I could share.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: And I wasn't really sure which one to share.
- 0:46SPEAKER_00: Like I could share the one about the Queen Mary, um, the floating ghost, the traveling roommate, the ghost lady, attacked by a spirit, Victorian ghost.
- 0:57SPEAKER_00: I mean, I've had like 30 ghost stories before I even understood what ghosts were.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: But I decided on one story.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: This story is not the creepiest thing that ever happened to me.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: But at the time and to this day, it sends cold chills through my body whenever I share it.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: So that's why I'm sharing it today.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: Many years ago, we were doing a paranormal investigation in a cemetery.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: It was a cemetery right off the highway.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: It was up a hill and it was kind of lonely and desolate.
- 1:39SPEAKER_00: No one was getting any EVPs, nobody was feeling any spirits.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: So the eight people that were there decided to leave.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: They were gonna go down the stairs, go into the parking lot, and decide what to do or where to go next.
- 1:57SPEAKER_00: I knew something was there, so I stayed.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: And I took out my recorder and I decided I was gonna ask three final questions before I joined everybody else, like at the bottom of the heel.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: So my questions would be something like Um, is there anyone here?
- 2:14SPEAKER_00: Something, something, and then is there anything you would like to say?
- 2:18SPEAKER_00: Because I wanted to give somebody a final message.
- 2:22SPEAKER_00: You haven't talked to anybody all night.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: I feel that you're here, maybe you have something you want to say.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: Now what's interesting is this was kind of new for me because I talk to spirits, I can hear them speak.
- 2:36SPEAKER_00: So asking them to talk into a recorder is a little uncomfortable outside of my comfort zone completely.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: But I wanted that proof.
- 2:46SPEAKER_00: I'm not crazy as a medium.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: Like what I hear is real.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: So I want to prove to myself that there's definitely something here.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: So I turn on the recorder and I ask three questions.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: I ask one question and I give it about 30 seconds for an answer, and then I ask another question, I give it about 30 seconds for an answer, and I do the same with the last question.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: I stop the recorder, I rewind it, and I press play.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: First question, no answer.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: Second question, no answer.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Third question, it's nighttime.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: I'm in a cemetery with no flashlight.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: I can barely see where I am.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: And I can hear my voice say, Is there something you would like to say?
- 3:41SPEAKER_00: And I hear an answer, and it goes And it gives me chills because it's it's not mistakable.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: Somebody had to be right on the recorder, literally in my hands, in front of me, less than a foot away from my face.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: I can't see it, I can only feel it, and now I can hear it, and it doesn't want to talk.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: And I know I have to turn around and walk down those stairs by myself, and there's something here that literally told me it does not want to communicate.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Are you upset?
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: Are you mad at me for talking to you?
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: I'm terrified to find out.
- 4:36SPEAKER_00: But I said thank you for sharing.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: I pretended like I wasn't afraid, and I just started walking out of the cemetery.
- 4:43SPEAKER_00: Lord knows I wanted to run.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: And I went down the stairs to share with everybody else who was waiting for me.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: And everybody got chills running down their spine.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: Why did the spirit stay and wait for you to ask the final question?
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: Woof.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: Give me chills as soon as I say that that no gets me every time.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: It was like and it was like the movies, you know, in the movies where they're like whispering, oh my god, oh my god.
- 5:17unknown: Oh my god.
- 5:18SPEAKER_01: In the dark! Oh my god! No, spooky.
- 5:26SPEAKER_02: How'd you keep your bookie?
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: Because I don't even need just remembering the spirit world has mostly been kind to me.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: It actually was nice enough to be there to tell me no.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: That gave me the willpower to not freeze.
- 5:45SPEAKER_02: Okay, so now I'd like to share my scariest of scary stories.
- 5:52SPEAKER_02: So it was a dark night, and I was laying in my bed just about to fall asleep, and at the time I turn on my favorite movie.
- 6:05SPEAKER_02: This movie is not scary at all, but I turn my this movie on, the movie was Electra.
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: Now, in the movie, there is a part where the villain Kirigi becomes this blackhorned demon.
- 6:22SPEAKER_02: So as I'm going to sleep, the movie's ending, and at this point I've already fallen asleep.
- 6:30SPEAKER_02: But I still think that I'm awake in the dream watching the movie.
- 6:35SPEAKER_02: It gets to the point of the end of the movie where the credits roll and it asks me if I'd like to watch the extended version.
- 6:43SPEAKER_02: So I click yes, still thinking that I'm awake.
- 6:47SPEAKER_02: The movie goes on to tell a story of a woman who was a witch.
- 6:53SPEAKER_02: In this story, the woman is married with this husband.
- 6:58SPEAKER_02: The husband's very, very powerful, and she's using the husband to do harm to the village, to the village people, to get some sort of revenge.
- 7:08SPEAKER_02: Now, the woman does not look like a regular woman.
- 7:12SPEAKER_02: Her face is moon-shaped, her chin is sharp, her nose is pointed, her eyes are enormous, her skin is gray.
- 7:19SPEAKER_02: Um, she looks like a horrific being.
- 7:24SPEAKER_02: And every night she wraps her arms around her husband and holds him, whispering in his ear the things she wishes for him to enact against the people.
- 7:35SPEAKER_02: So as the story is going on, I become the husband.
- 7:41SPEAKER_02: And I feel her arms wrap around me, and I feel her force begin to press me up against a wall as she whispers in my ear.
- 7:53SPEAKER_02: Then I wake up because at this point I'm so afraid.
- 7:57SPEAKER_02: I wake up.
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: As I wake up, the arms are still wrapped around me, and my body is being pressed against my bedroom wall with an incredible force, with a force so profound that I can't breathe anymore.
- 8:12SPEAKER_02: Now I can only feel the arms and I can hear a whispering in my ear as I'm being pressed up against this wall.
- 8:19SPEAKER_02: I can only move my eyes.
- 8:21SPEAKER_02: I can't hear or or say anything else, but I'm trying to scream.
- 8:25SPEAKER_02: I'm trying to get the attention of anyone close by.
- 8:28SPEAKER_02: But I'm getting pressed up against this wall harder and harder.
- 8:32SPEAKER_02: And the air is is depleting, escaping, being sucked out of my lungs as I get crushed by this wall.
- 8:41SPEAKER_02: Now, as my eyes are trying to find some escape, my closet door begins to open slowly.
- 8:51SPEAKER_02: And I'm watching my closet door open.
- 8:55SPEAKER_02: I'm feeling my body be pressed against this wall, and I feel real arms around me.
- 9:03SPEAKER_02: I can even see the fingers of this woman around me.
- 9:06SPEAKER_02: They seem to be getting tighter alongside the pressure of the wall of my bedroom getting tighter.
- 9:14SPEAKER_02: And then finally, it feels almost like I've broken free.
- 9:18SPEAKER_02: And she stopped whispering, and the crushing stops.
- 9:22SPEAKER_02: And the moment the crushing stops, my closet door slams closed, and I gasp and kind of rise out of my bed and I begin to scream for my mother.
- 9:33SPEAKER_02: And then the TV goes black.
- 9:37SPEAKER_02: And that to this day is still my scariest of scary ghost encounters and ghost stories.
- 9:44SPEAKER_02: I couldn't imagine still after waking up being so close to my wall because I had never ever been that close to my wall.
- 9:52SPEAKER_02: I sleep normally at the middle of my bed.
- 9:55SPEAKER_02: But I was on my side, cramped up against my wall, and still trying to catch my breath, wondering what had happened, why it happened, and was it real?
- 10:07SPEAKER_02: So I want to ask you guys, what do you think?
- 10:09SPEAKER_02: Was it real?
- 10:11SPEAKER_00: You don't know if you were dreaming or not.
- 10:13SPEAKER_02: No, because I was awake and I could feel I could still see her arms.
- 10:17SPEAKER_02: When I woke up, I could feel I could see her arms and I could see myself getting close to the wall.
- 10:21SPEAKER_02: And then I saw the the closet door slam shut.
- 10:26SPEAKER_02: I just I just didn't know that I had fallen asleep and that the story had changed, and I didn't realize that I was awake in the time I was awake until I could I could conceptualize feeling or still seeing the arms of this woman.
- 10:41SPEAKER_02: Um and seeing my body get slowly pushed up against the wall and then seeing my door close.
- 10:46SPEAKER_02: That's that's the only time I realized I was awake was in my closet actively closed.
- 10:50SPEAKER_02: But back then, my closet was it was it was the ghetto kind of.
- 10:55SPEAKER_02: So when the closet door closes with any force, it kind of bounces.
- 10:59SPEAKER_02: So it never truly closes unless you deliberately walk over and close it and keep it closed.
- 11:05SPEAKER_02: And if it bounces too hard, then it bounces back and reopens.
- 11:09SPEAKER_02: So that was the only reason I I realized I was awake is because when it was closed with force, which means it bounced back open slightly.
- 11:17SPEAKER_02: So it was still kind of a quarter of the way open.
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: And I kind of was so afraid of the pause it being um being open at night, I would have never, ever, ever, ever left it open.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: So that's how I knew that I was awake.
- 11:39SPEAKER_02: This story is submitted from Deirdre.
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: Andro, here is my ghost story.
- 11:47SPEAKER_02: I actually have many, but this one is especially spooky.
- 11:51SPEAKER_02: When I was five, I saw a ghost at the end of the upstairs hallway of the house we had just moved into.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: The ghost was a young girl in a brown pioneer-looking dress, just staring at me.
- 12:04SPEAKER_02: She was standing outside my parents' bedroom.
- 12:08SPEAKER_02: I ran back downstairs as fast as I could and never told anyone.
- 12:13SPEAKER_02: For years I thought maybe I hadn't really seen a ghost.
- 12:17SPEAKER_02: After all, aren't ghosts supposed to be see-through?
- 12:22SPEAKER_02: And this apparition was not what I thought a ghost should look like.
- 12:26SPEAKER_02: So I tried to believe that I had just imagined it until years later.
- 12:32SPEAKER_02: Me and one of my sisters were exchanging ghost stories at a holiday gathering.
- 12:37SPEAKER_02: I told her about the brown-haired ghost, and chills ran down my spine as she told me about a similar-looking ghost she had seen near her bedroom closet.
- 12:47SPEAKER_02: The ghost had long brown hair like my ghost and was dressed in old-fashioned clothing, holding a candle.
- 12:56SPEAKER_02: Whether they were sister ghosts or just the same ghost dressed differently, I don't know.
- 13:01SPEAKER_02: But after my sister told me her story, I knew what I saw was real.
- 13:07SPEAKER_02: Every year when Halloween rolls around, I think back to my sighting of the ghost girl at the end of the hallway.
- 13:20SPEAKER_00: Alright, you get to you get to pick your own adventure.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna read off some of these ideas, and you're gonna tell me which one I'm gonna share.
- 13:28SPEAKER_00: I did cemetery ghost already.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: So I have the hotel ghost, I have the Queen Mary, the Victorian house, shared dream, dad running through the house, the ghost lady, traveling roommate, or ghosts floating.
- 13:53SPEAKER_00: Anything tickle your fancy so far?
- 13:55SPEAKER_02: I like ghost floating.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: You were at the house at the time of this story.
- 14:02SPEAKER_00: Are you ready?
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: I'm ready.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Alright.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: Me and my whole entire family live together.
- 14:09SPEAKER_00: There was a lot of us in the house, and everybody was asleep.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: I'm in the room adjacent to the living room.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: It's a dining room area that has a computer that the whole family would use.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: And I remember I was up writing.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: I love writing books, stories, ideas, and I was just on there just writing, writing, writing.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: I was really engrossed in the story that I was writing.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: At the time, my best friend was visiting.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: Her name was April, and April was asleep in my room.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: So as I'm in the middle of like, you know, writing my story, again, really engrossed, I noticed that there was kind of like a light coming from the hallway.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: So when I turned to see where the light was coming from, all of a sudden there was like this glowing bulldog that came out of nowhere straight for me.
- 15:11SPEAKER_00: And I remember just screaming.
- 15:13SPEAKER_00: I hit the desk to get up, and the keyboard went flying.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: And I'm terrified because we don't have a dog that looks like this.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: I have no idea where this dog has come from.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden, as by the time I stand up, I see it disappears.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: But it's not over.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: There's more light coming towards me.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden, it's my friend.
- 15:39SPEAKER_00: And she's like, Are you okay?
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: What happened?
- 15:41SPEAKER_00: And she was glowing white.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: And so my first thought is, Oh my God, she's dead in my bedroom, and I'm looking at her ghost.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: And all of a sudden, she's back to normal.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: She's no longer glowing.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: And I'm convincing myself that maybe I'm just tired because it's in the middle of the night and I'm writing.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: So I decide, you know what?
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: Let's just I tell her what happened.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: Let's just go to bed.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: I'm, I don't even know.
- 16:08SPEAKER_00: So the very next morning, I get up and my sister approaches me and she tells me that the night before, when I saw the dog glowing, running at me, she said, I saw your friend past my door glowing and floating right past it.
- 16:33SPEAKER_00: There was no way for her to know.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: There was no way for her to know what I had seen.
- 16:40SPEAKER_00: There was no way for her to know what I experienced.
- 16:43SPEAKER_00: So for her to wake up, and that's the first thing she told me is your friend literally was floating and glowing right outside my door, and I saw her pass.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: Freaked me out because it's the one ghost story I can't explain.
- 17:03SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 17:04SPEAKER_02: Your stories are awesome.
- 17:06SPEAKER_02: Can I be you one day?
- 17:08SPEAKER_02: They're freaky.
- 17:09SPEAKER_02: I had to live these experiences.
- 17:10SPEAKER_02: I had to live them.
- 17:12SPEAKER_02: Live, they're so awesome, though.
- 17:18SPEAKER_02: Live.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: And these are just like my freaky stories.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: Like, I have terrifying stories.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: Like story, they don't scare me anymore just because I've been dealing with the spirit world for so long.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: But at the time, like terrifying.
- 17:37SPEAKER_00: Terrifying.
- 17:38SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 17:40SPEAKER_02: I feel it, girlfriend.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: But they're still awesome, though.
- 17:44SPEAKER_02: It's awesome that you have those experiences and can share them with people who are either wanting those experiences or want wanting those experiences or wondering what they're like.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: I I can understand that because I I remember we were doing a paranormal investigation years ago.
- 18:01SPEAKER_00: Um I'm trying to think.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think you and your brother were there.
- 18:05SPEAKER_00: Like everybody was there.
- 18:07SPEAKER_00: There was like 75 of us because we were working on this.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: There were four main areas, and it was like huge farm.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: You were there, right?
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Farmhouse.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: And I remember the main guy who ran the whole entire thing.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: He had pulled out a ghost phone.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: It was a radio that was converted to just keep going through the channels over and over and over again.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: And mind you, there's 75 people around a circle, you know, at a pretty good distance from him, so there could be no interference to this thing.
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: And he starts talking, he's like, This is how we use the ghost phone, because it was kind of new at that time.
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: And he starts talking, and there's a spirit that's literally answering him.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: They're having a full-on conversation.
- 18:53SPEAKER_00: He even said his name.
- 18:55SPEAKER_00: And the spirit, he's like, Can you say my name?
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: And the spirit repeats back to him his name.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: And there's no mistaking everything that's being said is the same person's voice.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: So it's not coming through one of the radio stations.
- 19:08SPEAKER_00: Um, he's repeating things that he said.
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: It was creepy.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: I never got a ghost phone to work like that.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: And I always wanted to, even though I talk to spirits directly.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: So it's it's a different way to operate and to get spirits to work through your energy field.
- 19:24SPEAKER_00: So um, yeah, I never had that same success, but I always wanted it.
- 19:28SPEAKER_00: It was like one, just one of those things I wanted to really experience.
- 19:33SPEAKER_00: So I guess I can get how somebody would want maybe to have my experience.
- 19:38SPEAKER_02: You know how many TV shows that exist right now that have never had that experience, I would kill for those experiences.
- 19:44SPEAKER_02: TV shows?
- 19:44SPEAKER_02: What do you mean?
- 19:46SPEAKER_02: The ghost hunting shows where they never get anything that ever happens, and they're like, I want something to happen, nothing ever happens, but they just lead us on to believe something happened.
- 19:54SPEAKER_02: You know.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: That's funny.
- 19:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I haven't any any place that I go to, I can probably have a paranormal story if it's the place that's haunted because I talk to the spirits, but and I like taking groups of people to have their own experiences, and I just haven't I haven't done that in a long time, but very passionate about that at the time.
- 20:16SPEAKER_02: Amazing.
- 20:17SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 20:18SPEAKER_02: Your story's awesome.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 20:20SPEAKER_00: Did you have another story you wanted to share?
- 20:24SPEAKER_00: I have a funny one.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: What did you mean, a funny one?
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: It's it's so stupid.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: All right, I'm eating so you can tell it.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 20:33SPEAKER_02: Okay, so in this story, I'm laying in my bed.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: Another bed story.
- 20:39SPEAKER_02: Here we go.
- 20:41SPEAKER_02: I'm laying in my bed, and I'm just laying there, barely awake.
- 20:46SPEAKER_02: Like I guess I would say in between awake and in between sleep.
- 20:51SPEAKER_02: And for whatever reason, I wake up just afraid, very, very afraid.
- 20:56SPEAKER_02: Um, I don't know why, I don't understand what the point of it was, but I hear this growling sound, and then something touches me, and it immediately scared the hell out of me.
- 21:10SPEAKER_02: So I'm laying there, I'm trying to make this thing logical, but I hear this clear growling, and then I get hit by something, and I'm thinking, oh my god, I just had another demonic encounter.
- 21:23SPEAKER_02: Maybe that's why I woke up afraid.
- 21:25SPEAKER_02: So then finally, my brain wakes up fully.
- 21:29SPEAKER_02: I realize that my painting has fallen off the wall.
- 21:32SPEAKER_02: So I picked the painting up off my lap, and two and two kind of makes four.
- 21:39SPEAKER_02: The growling was the painting scraping against the wall, and the hitting was the pain hitting my the painting hitting my body as it lands on my leg from falling off the wall.
- 21:52SPEAKER_02: So now I'm like, okay, wasn't a demon encounter.
- 21:55SPEAKER_02: My painting fell off the damn wall, hit me, and everything.
- 22:00SPEAKER_02: That happened, the moment that it happened, sounded very spiritual.
- 22:06SPEAKER_02: And that's my story.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Now I know why you're afraid of the dark.
- 22:11SPEAKER_02: Uh-uh.
- 22:18SPEAKER_02: So I do have one more scary story to share.
- 22:21SPEAKER_02: This one I think is my absolute scariest, scariest, scariest stories.
- 22:25SPEAKER_02: So I'm gonna try to be spooky.
- 22:28SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 22:29SPEAKER_02: So this story was when I was much, much younger.
- 22:33SPEAKER_02: I was in my ghost hunting days.
- 22:36SPEAKER_02: Adrian was there at this story at this time.
- 22:40SPEAKER_02: We started in uh the downtown area in which we live.
- 22:46SPEAKER_02: It was a very old-timey house.
- 22:48SPEAKER_02: And we started the day off.
- 22:50SPEAKER_02: I guess I would say we were hunting the spirit that lived there.
- 22:53SPEAKER_02: All day this spirit was talking to us, but it was daylight, so I was not afraid until it got night.
- 23:02SPEAKER_02: Nighttime was when things really, really, really ramped up.
- 23:06SPEAKER_02: So we go back inside after finding out that the spirit is there.
- 23:10SPEAKER_02: The spirit wants things from the inhabitant of the house currently and wants to speak with them.
- 23:19SPEAKER_02: But it went further than speaking.
- 23:22SPEAKER_02: So we move to the living room and we're doing this seance to communicate with the spirit.
- 23:29SPEAKER_02: We're in a circle and we're all holding hands.
- 23:34SPEAKER_02: And I happen to be holding hands with the owner of the house.
- 23:40SPEAKER_02: Big mistake.
- 23:41SPEAKER_02: Okay.
- 23:42SPEAKER_02: So I'm holding this man's hand.
- 23:45SPEAKER_02: We've gotten in contact with the spirit.
- 23:47SPEAKER_02: He's speaking with us, he's telling us things, but again, it transforms from speaking to possession.
- 23:55SPEAKER_02: So, for whatever stupid reason, I decide I'm gonna open my eyes.
- 24:00SPEAKER_02: And I do.
- 24:02SPEAKER_02: So I'm watching the old inhabitant of this house possess the man whose hand I'm holding.
- 24:08SPEAKER_02: Now, when you see the movies and they show you that someone's face has come through someone else's face, it looks very unreal.
- 24:18SPEAKER_02: But I am here to tell y'all right now that they are quite close to how it looks in person.
- 24:24SPEAKER_02: This man is an Indian man.
- 24:27SPEAKER_02: Just to paint you a picture of what he looks like.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: He's an Indian man with jet black hair who's into like the punk rock scene.
- 24:33SPEAKER_02: So there's no mistaking his features from the features of a night or an 1808 white man, a white settler who lived in this home at that time.
- 24:44SPEAKER_02: Now I'm seeing this man's skin lighten.
- 24:47SPEAKER_02: I'm seeing this man's bone structure change to the bone structure of a white colonial settler.
- 24:55SPEAKER_02: And I'm staring at him as his face is transforming into this.
- 25:00SPEAKER_02: Now I'm watching, holding his hand, wondering what the hell do I do?
- 25:05SPEAKER_02: I can't do anything because, as you know, if you if you've ever been in the seance, you cannot break the circle.
- 25:11SPEAKER_02: It leads to very bad things happening.
- 25:14SPEAKER_02: So I hold on to this man's hand and I watch as he transforms.
- 25:18SPEAKER_02: Now, as he's in the, I guess I would say the precipice of his transformation, that's when everyone around begins to open their eyes and see that the spirit is no longer speaking through the board or the boxes that we have.
- 25:32SPEAKER_02: It's speaking through the current inhabitant, this Indian man.
- 25:37SPEAKER_02: Um, and he's now looking exactly like the spirit.
- 25:42SPEAKER_02: And now we have to therefore find what he wants and then move him on to the afterlife.
- 25:47SPEAKER_02: So still, I'm holding this man's hand, and that to this day is probably the scariest experience I have ever had with the spirits or with the supernatural, as it's something straight out of a movie where you see someone actively become possessed.
- 26:07SPEAKER_02: Now, thank God it wasn't this thing where his head was turning in 360 degrees and he's throwing up on us and he's setting us alight or attacking us.
- 26:15SPEAKER_02: He wasn't necessarily violent.
- 26:18SPEAKER_02: It shook me to my core, and to this day is my most impactful ghost story that I've ever experienced.
- 26:26SPEAKER_02: But to end the story off, we did get the ghost out of the spirit out of him.
- 26:31SPEAKER_02: Um, I don't again remember exactly what happened.
- 26:33SPEAKER_02: I think we either moved him on or uh said our goodbyes to him.
- 26:40SPEAKER_02: But after that, it was uh a moment of moving into recovery for the owner of a house, was an experience that that that spirits actually actively exist.
- 26:51SPEAKER_02: They want something, they want to be seen and heard, and they want um to be acknowledged in places that they once owned, and they exist.
- 27:00SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, that's my absolute most scary story.
- 27:03SPEAKER_00: Didn't I tell that story on bio?
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: My ghost story.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 27:09SPEAKER_00: That might have been one of them.
- 27:11SPEAKER_02: Did I just copyright infringe?
- 27:13SPEAKER_00: No, it's our story.
- 27:17SPEAKER_00: But two things I'd like to clarify.
- 27:19SPEAKER_00: One is you can definitely break a circle.
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: He was using your energy to manifest itself.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: If you broke the circle, he would have just not been able to manifest itself through there.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: Oh.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: And uh, I'm glad you didn't because we were able to find out what he was doing there.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: But I don't think you remember what happened that night.
- 27:37SPEAKER_02: Not all of it now.
- 27:39SPEAKER_00: We were there early in the day.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: We probably started around three or four o'clock um during the day.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: And we're trying to get EVPs, we have our ghost phone, we're outside and we're taking pictures in the daylight.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: And what we remember is having him tell us that there is dead bodies buried in the back because in the 1800s, people buried their family members in the backyard.
- 28:07SPEAKER_00: So we knew that there were bodies, and there was also like an underground bunker.
- 28:12SPEAKER_00: But the paranormal investigator that was with us, Ruby, she was snapping pictures and she came over to me and she pointed to a statue of a gargoyle, and I and I looked in the in the backyard and I'm looking around and I go, uh, where is that statue at?
- 28:28SPEAKER_00: And she's pointing to the picture right here.
- 28:30SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Yeah, but where is it at?
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: Like in real life, like where'd you take the picture at?
- 28:34SPEAKER_00: Like, where is it at?
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: And she's like, Adrian, it's it's right here in the picture.
- 28:38SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, okay, but where is the statue?
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't see the statue in in the backyard, and she's like, Adrian, it's only in the picture, it's only in the picture.
- 28:55SPEAKER_00: A gargoyle showed up.
- 28:58SPEAKER_00: The statue of a gargoyle showed up in the picture that didn't exist anywhere else.
- 29:05SPEAKER_00: It was taken in real time and shown to me within seconds.
- 29:09SPEAKER_00: And then when we went in the house, the moment it got dark, all the lights in the house shut off all at the same time.
- 29:17SPEAKER_00: And when we went outside to see what happened, it was a whole entire block went dark while we're doing a paranormal investigation in a very haunted house.
- 29:28SPEAKER_02: I don't remember that.
- 29:29SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
- 29:30SPEAKER_00: Those are the things you don't remember.
- 29:33SPEAKER_00: Terrifying.
- 29:34SPEAKER_02: Mm-hmm.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: That creeped me out.
- 29:37SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 29:39SPEAKER_02: We almost got our wig snatched by the ghost.
- 29:42SPEAKER_00: Because even though we were paranormal investigating in the dark, first of all, it just became nighttime.
- 29:48SPEAKER_00: And you don't need the lights off to do a paranormal investigation.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: We would have eventually turned them off just to see what we could hear, like our other senses.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: But the fact that all of a sudden the lights just completely went out the moment the sun went down was just oh yeah.
- 30:04SPEAKER_00: It was it was one of the best stories we could have told for for Bios, my ghost story.
- 30:09SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:11SPEAKER_02: I don't remember.
- 30:11SPEAKER_02: Did we did we send him on or did he stay?
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: I think he was still at the house and and Farron didn't care.
- 30:20SPEAKER_00: Like he was like the it's his house.
- 30:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 30:23SPEAKER_00: But I was like, he might be draining your energy.
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: That's the problems.
- 30:26SPEAKER_00: But if you're fine with him being here, I mean he completely took over his face because if you remember, Faron looked like um Dave Navarro.
- 30:35SPEAKER_00: He was almost like a he was maybe like a 10-year younger version of the singer Dave Navarro.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: And um, when he was possessed, his face got really round, really fat.
- 30:47SPEAKER_00: Completely changed the way he looked, and everyone saw it.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: Everyone.
- 30:53SPEAKER_00: And then we did a healing on him at the end to see if we can help this guy across.
- 30:59SPEAKER_00: And um, I think Fraun was too maybe invested in being respectful of him and not forcing him to move on, like this is his house, that we couldn't get rid of it because he had that connection.
- 31:12SPEAKER_00: And all we did was just protect him, get him out of his body, protect him.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: Because his girlfriend was saying that that happens on a regular basis where she'll wake up and find him on the couch and he's been possessed, he looks like a different person.
- 31:27SPEAKER_02: Oh wow, I remember that now.
- 31:29SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 31:30SPEAKER_00: Woo! All right, I have one more story that I'm gonna share.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: I forgot what it is, but it felt like a real good one.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: Oh, I got one.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: Okay, you ready for this?
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: To me, this is one of the most heartwarming ghost stories, and at the same time, one of the most frightening.
- 32:03SPEAKER_00: I was 21 years old and I worked in a metaphysical shop.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: And I worked there with a lot of other psychics and mediums.
- 32:10SPEAKER_00: There was probably about five or six of us.
- 32:14SPEAKER_00: And we started hanging out.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: So one of the psychics, Janice, she invited me to her house, you know, birthday parties.
- 32:25SPEAKER_00: And one day she sits me down, she tells me a story.
- 32:28SPEAKER_00: So I'm already learning to trust these people.
- 32:31SPEAKER_00: I'm hanging out with these people.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: I have no reason to believe in any way, shape, or form that they're lying to me.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: But I'm just learning so much about the spirit world.
- 32:41SPEAKER_00: And when she told me the story, I didn't know if I could believe it at first.
- 32:47SPEAKER_00: She said many years ago she was really close to her aunt.
- 32:50SPEAKER_00: They would talk every day.
- 32:53SPEAKER_00: And just like any other week, her aunt had called her on the phone.
- 32:57SPEAKER_00: They were sharing, you know, basically about what they had been doing, their day, their week, doing their weekly catch up.
- 33:06SPEAKER_00: And she said the conversation lasted about 45 minutes, and then she hung up the phone.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: And she said it was only in the moment, only in the moment that she hung up the phone that she realized she was talking to a dead woman.
- 33:24SPEAKER_00: Because her aunt had just died a week before, and the funeral was the day before that phone call.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: But she said the whole entire time that they were talking, it was like nothing had ever changed.
- 33:40unknown: That's my miracle.
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: Nothing had ever changed until the moment she hung up that phone, and the and the the aunt never called again.
- 33:50SPEAKER_00: And I asked her, I said, What did you guys talk about?
- 33:53SPEAKER_00: What did she say she'd been up to if you guys had been updating each other on your week?
- 33:58SPEAKER_00: And she goes, I don't remember anything about that conversation.
- 34:03SPEAKER_00: Because when I hung up, everything came rushing in that I was talking to a dead woman.
- 34:09SPEAKER_00: And yes, it was heartwarming and amazing that she called me, but everything else goes out the window when you realize you just had a 45-minute conversation with the dead.
- 34:23SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 34:31SPEAKER_00: It is October, and we are getting prepared for Halloween with miracles after dark.
- 34:39SPEAKER_00: We will be sharing your ghost stories, and we'll be sharing our ghost stories.
