Ministry looks to cut red tape in hospitality sector
The Regulation Ministry is proposing a number of measures to cut red tape for the hospitality sector, to make it easier and cheaper for hospo businesses to operate. Robin Groves is the co-owner of Station Kitchen. He's also a member of the industry group of the Restaurant Association. Groves spoke to John Campbell.
