Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_01: Hey guys, welcome to Housewives Goss and Glitter.
- 0:02SPEAKER_01: Ashley and I are gonna do the Real Housewives with Orange County.
- 0:05SPEAKER_01: It's season 20, episode six today.
- 0:07SPEAKER_01: And Ashley, do you have the name of this one?
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: Or no?
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Sweet and Sour.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: The women of OC head to Las Vegas.
- 0:16SPEAKER_00: Carmela works through a relationship betrayal.
- 0:19SPEAKER_01: This was probably one of the more, I know you said it like fizzled, but this was probably one of the more interesting episodes, I feel like, of the whole season.
- 0:27SPEAKER_01: At least there was something different going on.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: It's starting to pick up, it's a slow pickup.
- 0:34SPEAKER_01: They're all heading to Vegas.
- 0:35SPEAKER_01: They're staying in a suite at Caesar's, and yeah, we bring up the Emily being mad at Gina, Vicky's, and Emily and Gina haven't spoken since.
- 0:47SPEAKER_01: They have like that little tiff, which I think is stupid.
- 0:51SPEAKER_01: Like, whatever, up your best friends, it's fine.
- 0:55SPEAKER_00: And then we go to Aaron and Shannon to go get their lymphatic thing, and they're basically dressed in trash bags and in a magnesia wrap, and it looked like black trash bags, and they were wrapping them around their bodies and standing in a sauna.
- 1:15SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, maybe just like go to a sauna three times a week.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't know.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 1:21SPEAKER_01: Also, according to Dave, you can like, you know, those like foot jingly things at like the zoo or an amusement park.
- 1:28SPEAKER_01: Like you have like the metal, they have like the metal seats and it has the metal plates when your legs are tired, you like put your feet on them and they like vibrate.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 1:37SPEAKER_01: They nor they normally have a zoo, they have them at amusement parks, and it's supposed to like help you feel like more reinvigorated.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: And I guess it's because they also help with lymphatic drainage.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: So I mean, here these are these girls in fucking trash bags and a sauna, and you can just stand on a foot vibrate thing, it'll be fine.
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: Same thing.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: Yeah, interesting.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and like that's when we find out that Jen's Jen's the one organizing the Vegas trip, but there's nothing really else in that.
- 2:09SPEAKER_00: And then we go to lunch with Gina, Heather, and Carmella.
- 2:15SPEAKER_00: And Gina, the di like the whole like fight from the other night comes up, but Gina's just immediately like starts grilling Carmela about she's like, so what is it that you're doing with Jen?
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: And then they like all kind of have their confessionals about like their big question about Carmela employing Jen.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: So like Carmella says that she knows that Jen is looking to get into real estate, and she said to Jen, you should try a project with me to learn the process.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And apparently she's paying Jen$20,000.
- 2:51SPEAKER_00: And like Gina was like, what Carmela does requires capital, and Jen doesn't have that.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: And then Tamra said, Jen doesn't have her real estate license or her contractor's license, and so she's not gonna be able to get like a real job coming out of this.
- 3:07SPEAKER_00: And I don't think what Carmella told them was any, like they're misinterpreting what she's told them.
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Like she's literally saying that she's like inviting her on this project to shadow her or to understand the process more.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: And yeah, she's paying her$20,000.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: I don't know how much the whole like deal is, but like I feel like that's what their big problem is.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't think that that Carmilla's claiming that Jen has like a real estate license or is a working professional.
- 3:37SPEAKER_00: Like, she made it very clear that she invited her to do this so that she could help her get some experience.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: I don't know why they're so confused by that.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: They just have like this thing against Carmilla, and you know Are they just jealous because she's giving her$20,000?
- 3:55SPEAKER_01: I am probably like, oh man, I have to work.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: And she's like, Carmela obviously does better than most of them.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: I think that's like the sticking point for them because they made a point.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Even what Gina said was weird.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: She's like, I mean, well, Carmilla does requires capital, and Jen doesn't have it.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, she's not, she didn't tell you that Jen was investing in this project.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: What she said.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: She said that she was gonna have her helper.
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 4:20SPEAKER_00: And then like they shot over to a scene of like all the girls laughing behind Jen's back about her going to work for Carmilla.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: And I was like, that was super mean.
- 4:30SPEAKER_01: It was super mean.
- 4:31SPEAKER_01: I don't, yeah, it's really strange.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: I'm really like at the end of the day, whether or not the$20,000 is like overly generous or whatever, at the end of the day, it sounds like Jen is trying to find something for work, and the girls are like making fun of her, and I'm like, that's mean.
- 4:48SPEAKER_01: God forbid.
- 4:49SPEAKER_01: And they're like, Oh, she just wants to buy friendship.
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: No, she made it quite clear that that wasn't like her thing, she's just trying to help her out.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: But I don't know.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: It's just yeah.
- 5:00SPEAKER_00: Really quickly, we're at Emily's house and her family issues come up with her kids.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: I'm kind of like uh yawn sister.
- 5:08SPEAKER_01: I don't really understand what's wrong with the kid that's causing all the issues and why their daughter has to move to a different room and doesn't want to.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't know if I understand.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Sounds like from what I understand, it sounds like one of her kids has some sort of special need, and the other two are like acting like little assholes because they're not getting enough attention.
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: Okay, that would make sense.
- 5:30SPEAKER_01: But then he says that's like really affecting her marriage, and like they need to work on that, and hopefully this helps.
- 5:38SPEAKER_01: And they're she they're both kind of dicks to each other.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: He's not nice to her, and she's not nice to him.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: I just I don't know.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: I think this is a reach.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: I mean, this is like when she tried to bring this problem up a couple of episodes ago with Jen, and she was like, I just feel like I can't even get to cheerleading practice.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And she was actually like, this was like this really like tragic issue, and I was like, I feel like you're fake crying for a storyline right now, because this is not I agree.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: It was a lot of time just spent discussing switching bedrooms, which I feel like we don't get to see them dance at a cowboy strip tease workout class, but we get to talk about them moving bedrooms.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not interested in this.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: This is sounds wide.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: We know what I am like I don't care about this.
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: What I am interested in is this Danny fellow who I hate.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: Don't like him.
- 6:30SPEAKER_01: He has horrible veneers, first of all.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: And he does, and he has this weird smile with them too.
- 6:36SPEAKER_01: Like the whole time he's like, Yeah, they've had a shared fail or something.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: Like, no, this is not a fan at all.
- 6:45SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't like and he's kind of just like a massive Nick Wad.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: He's so okay.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: Like, first of all, he asked unprompted if the subject about him cheating came up.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, why'd you even ask that?
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: It just it just rubbed me the wrong way.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: It rubbed me the wrong way, like he wants to make sure that his image is somewhat controlled on the show.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: So that right off the bat, I was like, uh.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: And she was like, Well, yeah, it has.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: And then he just keeps like feebly bleeding that he has made all these changes.
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: He's like, You just don't see the changes that I've made.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: And I'm a different person in these changes.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, what are the fucking changes that you've made?
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: Like, what specifically have you done to earn the trust back?
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: Because you just keep saying you're not the same person, and it's like, well, what do you mean?
- 7:37SPEAKER_00: Like, you brought the topic up, the cameras are here, you brought the subject up, and now she's telling you her reservations and why she doesn't trust you, which is apparently because you still lie about things all the time.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and what color underwear he's wearing or something.
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: And I was like, please make sure, please let that be like a fake, like off-the-top lie.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: But I feel like being completely honest.
- 7:59SPEAKER_00: I think she's being serious, and I'm just like, that is she doesn't trust him still because he still lies.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: And apparently he was like this really nice guy before, and like swept her off her feet when she was like going through the divorce the first time, which was also involved cheating, and then he was cheating on her.
- 8:19SPEAKER_00: So, and then he's just sitting there, like, Oh, I'm I'm different now, I'm different now.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, How are you different though?
- 8:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like what did you do to make it any different?
- 8:29SPEAKER_01: But let's be real, Sulana.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: Spoilers, they're not together anymore.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: They broke up because she felt undervalued.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: Literally, I posted the video, my reaction video to our TikTok last night, and then I saw that article like 20 minutes later.
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I saw it like the other day, and I was like, oh, okay, that makes sense.
- 8:49SPEAKER_01: But basically, it came down to him like just not valuing her.
- 8:54SPEAKER_01: He has like someone who obviously works hard and does all these things, but while she's in Vegas, he's trying so hard to make sure that she like needs him.
- 9:04SPEAKER_01: He's being nicer to her kids, she's doing he's doing things that like he wouldn't normally do because her daughter gets sick, and it's like no offense, like when you move in with someone and they have kids and like you're in a relationship, you have to treat that like whether their mom is on vacation or not, you should treat them the same way the whole time.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think he's a manipulative jackass, and I don't think that this is a good relationship, and I'm happy that they broke up because she clearly still doesn't trust him.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: And it's like if it's been four years and you're clearly still in this spot with him, it's not gonna get better.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Like for whatever the reasons are, like, even if he's done nothing wrong, it's like if you still feel that way, then you still feel that way, so it's not gonna change.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: Like, that's uh it's a long enough period of time to see if you're gonna feel differently, and if you don't, then there's no point in dragging this out, especially if they don't have kids together.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: It's like just go, yeah, right.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: Just like leave him, your kids will be fine, they have their real dad, they live between the two of you.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: You're like basically adults at this point, it's like it's fine, yeah.
- 10:06SPEAKER_00: Um, and he also I feel like they probably think that he's a jerk.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: No, he's gonna like you.
- 10:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah, your kids are not gonna like him if they know about this, and they obviously do, so yeah.
- 10:21SPEAKER_00: Okay, then we get to this this lunch with Heather, her mom, and Shannon and Vicky.
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Heather and her mother's interactions are so awkward.
- 10:31SPEAKER_00: Like Heather, like, just they clearly have issues.
- 10:35SPEAKER_01: They have issues, but they're also so alike, it's like really strange.
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: Like, they're both dressed up like a nice, they uh but like it's such an awkward, it almost seems like I don't want to say transactional, but it's like I'm seeing you because I'm morally like obligated to see you, and we have a relationship, but like it's not the best.
- 10:56SPEAKER_01: So I'm just kind of guessing because then like Shannon and Vicky show up and she gives Shannon some Du Bro skincare, and then she gives Vicki the bottle of dom for winning whatever it is that Vicky won for insurance or something, right?
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: No, it's for Vicky becoming a resident.
- 11:17SPEAKER_01: Ah, yes, thank you for becoming a resident of Mexico.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: So, anyway, so but then her mom starts talking about how like Heather has always wanted friends and like used to come home with like a list of people that she more like wanted to be friends.
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: Wanted to hang out with, yeah.
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: It wasn't like really a nice story.
- 11:39SPEAKER_01: It kind of made me feel bad because like Heather obviously wanted friends, but then her mom was like, Oh, I didn't want to hang out with this person, and it's so weird.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: The first story was a little weird.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: I think I get the impression that well, I think she grew up really privileged, and I think her mom is like super stepford, and it like annoys the crap out of Heather.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Because did you notice too?
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: Like, when they were walking into the restaurant, Heather's mom was fake laughing, and this came up the first time we met her.
- 12:12SPEAKER_00: Like, remember the first time we met her, Heather was like, Were you practicing your faces for the camera?
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: And her mom was like, Yeah.
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: And then when they were walking into the restaurant, her mom was doing this like weird fake laugh, and Heather's like, Why are you fake laughing?
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: And her mom was like, Because so that I can be more photogenic.
- 12:28SPEAKER_00: It was like she was pre preparing for the camera.
- 12:32SPEAKER_00: It was weird, and then did you catch the story she told about how like she was gonna be a doctor, but they told her that she was like too pretty to be a doctor and that she would take spots away from the men.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: Like, she's very like into herself and like real and like acts really superficial, and Heather like fucking hates it, you can tell.
- 12:53SPEAKER_01: That would make sense, and it was explain a lot, like really would, even considering like their old like the other episode with her mom in it.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and then when her mom did tell the story about her childhood, it was kind of weird and like disconnected.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: I'm like, that wasn't like really a cute story.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: It was like my daughter brought home a list of friends because she like wants to not be this like child all alone and like wants to hang out with other kids, and then you're like, oh no, you can't hang out with her.
- 13:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it was like very strange, and like it was like didn't say anything, and I was like, Okie dokie, guess maybe am I the only one that thinks that's weird, right?
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: It was I mean, I think that they just know her and know what their relationship is like, but it was like really I think her mom's like really oblivious to her feelings.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Probably.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: She's like she probably I thought that was like a hilarious story.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: And then from there, this is when we go to them getting ready and flying.
- 13:50SPEAKER_01: Oh, wait.
- 13:51SPEAKER_01: Well, they're on their way in the airport, and Emily is all scratched up because she tanked it on an e-bike, and they're in like the world's tiniest airport lounge seating area.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: Is it because it's a private plane?
- 14:07SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
- 14:08SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure because then I was like, are they flying private?
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: But then it didn't seem super private.
- 14:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, I guess it maybe it was just a really small airport because they're in OC.
- 14:20SPEAKER_01: They probably left from like Long Beach or something.
- 14:22SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: I'm not sure.
- 14:24SPEAKER_01: But then we find out like Carmilla doesn't like flying.
- 14:28SPEAKER_01: First of all, it's like 45 minutes.
- 14:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: I do every every time we're heading into landing though, I do the same thing because I always feel really nauseous.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: So I'm always like, because I just I'm like, I just feel sick going down.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: The air pressure, and if there's any turbulence, it does get to be bad.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 14:49SPEAKER_01: Um, but then they land in Vegas and then get that I just love you so much.
- 14:53SPEAKER_00: When they get picked up in a pink limo, it's metallic, it's like pink metallic, it's amazing.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: And it was so awesome.
- 15:02SPEAKER_01: And then they get told, I forget who planned it, Jen or something, planned them a showgirls experience.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: And always the Debbie Downer that she is, the first thing out of her mouth is, I don't want to do a high kick.
- 15:15SPEAKER_00: Well, yeah, they did all look really good in their showgirl costumes, though.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: I was like, this is like a really detailed, intense showgirls class.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: Like they looked amazing.
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: I know.
- 15:26SPEAKER_01: They couldn't get on stage.
- 15:27SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 15:28SPEAKER_01: They looked really good, and I like how like Shannon and Vicky have like the little cover-up dresses, and Heather was like, Oh, hell no.
- 15:34SPEAKER_01: And Heather and Tamara are just absolutely fucking ripped.
- 15:37SPEAKER_00: They went Heather, Tamra, Carmella, and Erica.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: Oh, Erica.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: Oh, I didn't notice Aaron for some reason, but yeah, they were like, they all looked like really, really, really good.
- 15:50SPEAKER_00: I was like, oh my god, their stomachs are like completely flat.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: Jen, um, yeah.
- 15:56SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 15:57SPEAKER_01: Really good.
- 15:58SPEAKER_01: They all looked wicky good though.
- 16:00SPEAKER_01: And then, but I was like, Vicki should not be in these little high heels practicing the dancing.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: Vicky should be barefoot.
- 16:07SPEAKER_01: Vicky needs to be all crutches at this point.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: She's still like limping from that like knee injury.
- 16:15SPEAKER_01: I know.
- 16:16SPEAKER_01: The whole thing is she's what and then the rest of the episode, she's on a fucking scooter.
- 16:21unknown: I know.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: They go to the Caesars and they get tour of their suite, and Jen is like, is this how the Jabros live?
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: And Hannah just goes, Not really.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Oh my god.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: But I totally get it.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: I thought it was really funny, and but like Vicky is walking around all grouchy in the fucking suite, and then like they want Carmela in a room with Vicky, and Vicki is like so pissed off about it.
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: I thought it was so funny that they were trying to like trick Vicky into rooming with Carmela because she like hates her, and they were trying to like get them together.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: I was like, poor Carmela, I feel not bad for Vicky, I feel bad for Carmela.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: Like, who wants to room with somebody that like openly doesn't want to like be near them?
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: I was like, that's not fun.
- 17:10SPEAKER_00: Um, and also Shannon was being like a huge bitch about her room, too.
- 17:14SPEAKER_01: Saying the EMF and the elevators, and I was like, the EMF is gonna get you in the middle of the night.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: We just have ghosts in the elevator, and then they're sitting here silent, and nothing is happening.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: It's also like a really nice room.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: Like, you're acting like they have you in like the barracks, it's like a luxury suite.
- 17:34SPEAKER_01: It's like we just sent you to the first floor of the Excalibur, okay?
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, it was like I didn't understand.
- 17:42SPEAKER_00: She was like so upset about this.
- 17:44SPEAKER_00: I was like, wow, this is a lot of diva going on.
- 17:47SPEAKER_00: And she like tries to switch with Heather, and Heather just straight up is like, no, no, no.
- 17:53SPEAKER_01: And then can we talk about we can just get into that now, though?
- 17:56SPEAKER_01: Is like the whole thing, and it like one of the big storylines was how mad Shannon was at Heather, because Shannon appar- I mean, Heather apparently like takes control all the time, and Shannon can never speak up about things, and I was like, all because of a fucking room in a suite.
- 18:17SPEAKER_00: Well, it's like it was so stupid, but then at the same time, Heather was being so stupid about Gina and Emily rooming together.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: That was really weird too.
- 18:30SPEAKER_00: So dumb.
- 18:31SPEAKER_00: She was like, She's like, I don't think we should let them room together.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: And Tamara's like, I agree.
- 18:35SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, What do you think is happening?
- 18:38unknown: Why?
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: Like, why are you so what you worried?
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: Like, what are you worried they're doing in your that they're talking to each other in private, and it's like, it's weird that you're trying to like regulate that.
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: Like, that's gonna make them talk about you more.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: That's true.
- 18:52SPEAKER_01: That is true.
- 18:54SPEAKER_00: Like you're like you're openly wanting to split them up so they can't talk.
- 18:58SPEAKER_00: And it's like, well, now they're really gonna like talk shit about you.
- 19:04SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they were definitely gonna talk a lot shit that way.
- 19:07SPEAKER_01: Like, I was like, you are being absolutely ridiculous.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: Ridiculous I thought all the fights were a little ridiculous.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: Um They were all fizzled out like immediately.
- 19:19SPEAKER_00: Like they went, they go to dinner and they talk of they talk through all these fights one by one, and then everybody's just like, I'm sorry.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we talk about the film thing, we talk about the Gina and Emily thing, and then we talk about like the Carmela thing, and how Gina is like, I don't know, and oh, how Shannon always speaks for Carmela.
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: That's what it was, and they didn't like that.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: And I was like, Carmela can hold herself, like she can clearly like do that, and I feel like Shannon is allowed to defend her because Shannon was the only one being nice to her.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: Shannon also went to dinner in a sparkly version of that freaking nun outfit.
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah, I was like, this is literally the same look except the dress is sparkly, but it's like that same exact look.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: I was like, why does she keep wearing this?
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: Well, you know that she has a style.
- 20:13SPEAKER_00: So I don't know.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: Bazar.
- 20:15SPEAKER_00: It's weird.
- 20:17SPEAKER_00: Did she used to dress like that in older seasons?
- 20:21SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 20:22SPEAKER_01: I can't remember.
- 20:23SPEAKER_01: Unless an outfit really sticks out to me.
- 20:25SPEAKER_01: I tend not to like remember.
- 20:28SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 20:29SPEAKER_01: Like, unless it was like Heather's cardigan with a pair of leggings at a workout class.
- 20:33SPEAKER_01: Like, which was just strange.
- 20:36SPEAKER_00: So it's funny.
- 20:39SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so they like talk about that like Shannon like gets out what she wants to say to Gina.
- 20:46SPEAKER_00: And then after that, Gina's like, well, I'm gonna do my confronting, and she like confronts Heather, but then she's like, But first, before I say anything, Heather, you have cocktail sauce in your hair.
- 20:57SPEAKER_00: And I was like, it's really mean.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: It was just like, oh my God.
- 21:04SPEAKER_00: And yeah, she's like talking about how it seems like Heather's just upset because she doesn't have a bestie in the group, and that everybody else is like paired up.
- 21:15SPEAKER_00: And then Shannon's like, I'm paired up with Heather, and then everybody's like, No, you're not.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: You were just talking about her earlier today when you were mad at her over the rooms, and I'm like, ouch, this is like even like more punishing for Heather.
- 21:27SPEAKER_00: You're like all attacking her because she doesn't feel like she has a best friend, and then somebody tries to like pipe up on her behalf, and they were like, Oh no, sorry, you were talking about hush too.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:36SPEAKER_00: Well, I was like, I was not very nice.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: Tamra said Heather's her social best friend, so I don't know.
- 21:43SPEAKER_01: I feel bad.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: I feel like Heather tries, but I don't of everybody in the group, I feel like she's not nearly the most offensive one.
- 21:53SPEAKER_01: I agree.
- 21:54SPEAKER_01: I'm in complete agreement, and people like say that they don't really like her on Reddit, and I'm like, I need to.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: Watch back because so far she's like completely neutral.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: There's like much worse behavior on the show than Heather, I have to say.
- 22:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: Um, and I like Cosmic Show.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: I need to actually watch Botch.
- 22:12SPEAKER_01: I haven't watched that in a minute, and I heard there's a new season.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: But like that was the episode.
- 22:17SPEAKER_00: Like they go in previews for the episode, they acted like this dinner was gonna be this like explosive dinner, but they all just like ran through like bull.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: It was like they were going through like a bullet point list of what the issues were, and then the person who was being spoken to just like apologized, and like that was it.
- 22:33SPEAKER_01: And it's like the producers were just like feeding them one fight after another and be like, okay, we have the restaurant for like another hour here which has this.
- 22:42SPEAKER_00: So lame.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: I was like, this is so dumb.
- 22:44SPEAKER_00: I'm like looking forward to talking about the next episode with Vicky and Carmilla.
- 22:47SPEAKER_00: Because I'm like, at least that's like a real fight.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, I agree.
- 22:53SPEAKER_00: Was that and then was that like the whole episode?
- 22:55SPEAKER_00: That was the whole thing.
- 22:56SPEAKER_00: That was literally the entire episode.
- 22:58SPEAKER_00: I thought that it was I thought that Heather and Gina, no, I thought that Gina and Emily were gonna actually get into like a way bigger fight, but they like resolved their issue before they even left the room.
- 23:12SPEAKER_01: I know because I thought it was gonna be bigger.
- 23:14SPEAKER_01: Like I wrote a comment like, is this Gina questioning her friendship with Emily?
- 23:20SPEAKER_01: And then it was resolved, and I was like, You have this whole thing where Gina just said that she hasn't spoken to Emily, they're not talking, and then I'm expecting like this big blowout, and then it's like literally nothing.
- 23:34SPEAKER_00: It was just like nothing.
- 23:35SPEAKER_01: I was like, okay, that was like really honestly could make sense because like they are best friends, so like having this giant fight is probably not gonna happen.
- 23:46SPEAKER_01: They'll probably just like recap it the way that they did, right?
- 23:51SPEAKER_00: But they just like made it like I just feel like they're working overtime on these previews for the following episodes, making it seem like something really big is gonna happen when like absolutely nothing is gonna happen.
- 24:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they have to like keep us looped in because we're six episodes into 10 episodes and they're not that interesting.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like nothing has happened at all.
- 24:12SPEAKER_01: We just like an hour-long episode in 25 minutes, yeah, and we let talk a lot too.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: Like, that's like sad.
- 24:20SPEAKER_01: I know, because we've recapped episodes where it's taken us an hour and a half.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 24:26SPEAKER_00: No, like nothing like when the episode ended, I was like, they flew to Vegas and had dinner.
- 24:34SPEAKER_01: They went to dinner at Carmela's, and then they had a room Mario.
- 24:40SPEAKER_00: It was just nuts, just yeah.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: That was the episode, guys.
- 24:43SPEAKER_01: Is let us know your thoughts.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: And TikTok, though.
- 24:48SPEAKER_01: Yeah, or not.
- 24:49SPEAKER_01: According to TikTok, though, you guys are in agreement with us that this episode, I mean, this season kind of just flows.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:55SPEAKER_01: So it's very cluster.
- 24:58SPEAKER_01: We've also gotten comments though that like season 16 is supposed to be really good, and then the first 13 seasons.
- 25:03SPEAKER_01: So I'm like, okay, that leaves me a lot to pick from.
- 25:06SPEAKER_00: I think it's true of like all the franchises, though.
- 25:09SPEAKER_00: Like, I used to be like obsessed with New Jersey, and if you watch the whole like beginning of New Jersey, it's like season after season of just like it's explosive.
- 25:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 25:21SPEAKER_00: And now it's just like so stupid, and it's really annoying to me.
- 25:27SPEAKER_01: I'll be interested to see how it's gonna go now that Melissa and Teresa are back and Joe Gorga for the new season.
- 25:36SPEAKER_01: But I have to say, I am obsessed with Teresa and Ultimate Girls Trip.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: She's likable when she's not with like the other Jersey cast members.
- 25:49SPEAKER_01: So I don't like I also fliced her in like House of Villains, and that was literally a show about villains.
- 25:57SPEAKER_00: She's a complicated character because she is very likable, but she also just has done so many things that are just like questionable.
- 26:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 26:09SPEAKER_00: That are extremely questionable and will like never ever ever ever admit to them.
- 26:15SPEAKER_01: No, no, she can do no wrong, which is probably her biggest flaw.
- 26:19SPEAKER_01: But guys, thank you for listening.
- 26:23SPEAKER_01: We appreciate it, and we will catch up with you on the next one.
- 26:27SPEAKER_01: Bye.
