A masked suspect in Lorton, Virginia, has been arrested after a string of property destruction incidents since July — including smashed windows and thrown cinder blocks. Identified as 22-year-old Zion Gibbs, he’s facing multiple charges for vandalism and wearing a mask in public, with no bond set.
