  Speaker 4: but there are entrepreneurs and celebrities amongst everybody on the beaches.

  Speaker 3: here and enjoy the lifestyle and the access to the beaches,

  Speaker 3: lots of health fanatics, wellness, people are running and up.

  Speaker 3: and 8 in the morning with everyone doing their morning

  Speaker 3: routines and things. So, yeah, I think everyone's pretty chilled.
