- 0:00Speaker 1: The Clarity rally starts now today. We're going to break
- 0:02Speaker 1: it down for you a lot of breaking news. We'll
- 0:04Speaker 1: get right into it. I do want to think our partner,
- 0:06Speaker 1: and that is BTCC, where you guys can get out
- 0:08Speaker 1: there and actually make some trades in this market that
- 0:11Speaker 1: is beginning to move and you get a ten percent
- 0:15Speaker 1: first time deposit bonus, very easy to set up. Just
- 0:17Speaker 1: use our link down below. Get some additional bonuses too.
- 0:21Speaker 1: There's some discounts on your trades, all sorts of benefits
- 0:23Speaker 1: by just using the link that we'll put down there.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Let's break into this first tweet here by Eleanor doing
- 0:28Speaker 1: a great job on covering this. Per Politico, Tom Taylor
- 0:33Speaker 1: is basically saying that they are not going to release
- 0:35Speaker 1: out the copy. They don't want to do it too
- 0:38Speaker 1: early because they didn't want any land mines, so they're
- 0:40Speaker 1: trying to get this into the markup stage. So the
- 0:42Speaker 1: point is is that this looks like there is a
- 0:45Speaker 1: done deal on Clarity, And when you look at the
- 0:49Speaker 1: pictures that I saw on Brad garling House's tweet, I
- 0:53Speaker 1: had to wait a minute to make sure that this
- 0:56Speaker 1: didn't get community noted for AI and that of course
- 0:59Speaker 1: is Haggarty right there. You can kind of see this, guys.
- 1:02Speaker 1: This is crazy to see right there, Tim Scott, Patrick Witt,
- 1:06Speaker 1: Bernie Moreno. I mean these are the guys who are
- 1:09Speaker 1: making the decisions right now on Clarity. And of course
- 1:13Speaker 1: what Brad stated was something very very straightforward. It's been
- 1:17Speaker 1: a fight worth it after a day in DC, great conversations,
- 1:20Speaker 1: but this is the big one. The Clarity Act window
- 1:23Speaker 1: is open, so is the straight up Horor moves and
- 1:27Speaker 1: he approves this message. So that's a big deal. And
- 1:30Speaker 1: I want to go into that and play a clip
- 1:33Speaker 1: for you guys, because this clip will go into whether
- 1:35Speaker 1: or not Coinbase conceded and did the banks win. Take
- 1:39Speaker 1: a look.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I can understand the banks being upset with Coinbase and
- 1:44Speaker 2: other companies goes.
- 1:45Speaker 3: They were forced to accept this, I think.
- 1:48Speaker 2: I mean, initially, you.
- 1:49Speaker 3: Know, many of the banks are saying, well, no, you know,
- 1:50Speaker 3: we're going to get there, but we're not there yet. Yeah.
- 1:53Speaker 2: Look, I mean really interestingly, we have actually partnership with
- 1:56Speaker 2: some of the biggest banks around the world, including the
- 1:59Speaker 2: biggest US banks, because they understand the future is tokenization
- 2:02Speaker 2: and stable coins. They're looking for a partner to build with.
- 2:06Speaker 2: We're excited to be the partner of the biggest banks.
- 2:08Speaker 2: But about ways of funny place, Maria. As you know,
- 2:11Speaker 2: there's a kind of an ecosystem of people who spend
- 2:14Speaker 2: all their time fighting over things in Congress. I there's
- 2:18Speaker 2: a bit of a disconnect with what we see in
- 2:19Speaker 2: DC and what we see with their business folks. I
- 2:22Speaker 2: think we'll be able to resolve that the banks are
- 2:25Speaker 2: critical as a part of this future on chain future.
- 2:27Speaker 2: I think there's a lot of opportunities for them. We
- 2:29Speaker 2: want to help them get there, and I think we're
- 2:31Speaker 2: excited about it.
- 2:32Speaker 3: So right now you can pay the legislation as you know,
- 2:36Speaker 3: it will be that, Yeah, you can pay rewards if
- 2:39Speaker 3: you're part.
- 2:39Speaker 4: Of a membership program.
- 2:40Speaker 3: Real quickly explain where you're expecting clarity to land.
- 2:44Speaker 2: So the law of the land is, if a customer
- 2:46Speaker 2: has a balance on our account, we can pay them
- 2:48Speaker 2: a reward. The banks have got really concerned about this.
- 2:51Speaker 2: They said, no, no, there has to be some activity
- 2:53Speaker 2: before you qualify for the reward. We've conceded that point.
- 2:58Speaker 2: It's just a matter of how you what the find
- 3:00Speaker 2: print looks like. And I think we'll get there.
- 3:02Speaker 1: All right, So he said that they had conceded that
- 3:05Speaker 1: point of paying rewards, but the fine print is still
- 3:09Speaker 1: yet to come. Now, does that mean it's that kind
- 3:11Speaker 1: of passive versus active scenario. We'll see because this is
- 3:14Speaker 1: getting ready to come down the pipe very quickly. Patrick
- 3:17Speaker 1: Witt also says this Democrats, in case you don't know,
- 3:20Speaker 1: Patrick Witt, this is basically the guy have ahead of
- 3:23Speaker 1: digital assets for the White House. Democrats say that we
- 3:27Speaker 1: moved on from their war on crypto man, I would
- 3:30Speaker 1: I don't know. Soon we'll find out if they really
- 3:33Speaker 1: mean it. And I'm assuming that means we're going to
- 3:35Speaker 1: see some votes in there for the sake of America's
- 3:37Speaker 1: financial future, let's hope. So I just have to I
- 3:41Speaker 1: have to see it. You guys have to prove this
- 3:42Speaker 1: to me that that's going to happen before I say
- 3:45Speaker 1: we're all in. However, if you follow what some of
- 3:49Speaker 1: the people in Congress are doing, you've got Representative Sherry
- 3:53Speaker 1: Biggs now just filed a purchase of a quarter of
- 3:55Speaker 1: a million dollars in bitcoin. So watch what they do,
- 4:00Speaker 1: not what they say. Further into that, you've got this
- 4:04Speaker 1: right here, which is where we are going to see
- 4:06Speaker 1: more activity with Iran in these deals. This essentially is
- 4:10Speaker 1: the US considering a twenty billion dollar cash for uranium agreement,
- 4:13Speaker 1: which is basically unlocking an account that they had ranium
- 4:16Speaker 1: money to try to get their the situation with their
- 4:20Speaker 1: nuclear material away from Iran. All of this is still
- 4:23Speaker 1: good news. Kobeec also plays out the conflict playbook, and
- 4:28Speaker 1: this is one that if you guys haven't followed it,
- 4:30Speaker 1: go to this post right here. You can see it's
- 4:32Speaker 1: the one on March third, and it breaks down the
- 4:34Speaker 1: ten step guide of what has been happening around the
- 4:38Speaker 1: White House, and the tenth and final step is really
- 4:41Speaker 1: built into the victory lap and the repricing violent reprising
- 4:45Speaker 1: of the market. We've already seen this in oil plunging
- 4:49Speaker 1: and now of course the market hitting an all time
- 4:52Speaker 1: high and exceeding. Some people are now targeting seventy three
- 4:54Speaker 1: hundred for the SP five hundred, so a pretty big
- 4:57Speaker 1: deal going forward. Other things that are happening, and you've
- 5:00Speaker 1: got Muhammad Lrain saying everything's going to be fine. The
- 5:03Speaker 1: statement by the President regarding the Middle East war is
- 5:06Speaker 1: a prime example of effective verbal intervention, and this, to
- 5:11Speaker 1: me is unique in the sense that we have a
- 5:15Speaker 1: lot of the mainstream media now starting to line up
- 5:17Speaker 1: with where this current situation is within the Iranian scenario.
- 5:22Speaker 1: The strait is now fully open, according to at least
- 5:26Speaker 1: through this particular ceasefire. I'm assuming that's going to get
- 5:29Speaker 1: negotiated further into it, and I think now we're probably
- 5:33Speaker 1: going to start seeing other deals being made in the region,
- 5:36Speaker 1: which will of course alleviate a lot of the pressure
- 5:39Speaker 1: in the markets. And it's already playing out of course,
- 5:42Speaker 1: right now Iran officially reopens a straight There you have it.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Their statement in the line with the ceasefire, and in Lebanon,
- 5:48Speaker 1: of course was told to or I should say, Israel
- 5:51Speaker 1: is toad to by the US absolutely stop all the
- 5:54Speaker 1: bombing in Lebanon. That of course got this to the
- 5:56Speaker 1: table and things are moving forward. Investors are about to
- 6:00Speaker 1: catch the biggest case of amnesia ever. They would go
- 6:03Speaker 1: full risk on. This is coming from Anthony Pampliano and
- 6:07Speaker 1: forget Iran. Where Iran is on a map? Do you
- 6:10Speaker 1: guys think that? Let me know in the comments if
- 6:11Speaker 1: you think nope, everybody's risk on. This is where we are.
- 6:14Speaker 1: We were white waiting for this. The only last component
- 6:18Speaker 1: that moves at least the crypto market is going to
- 6:21Speaker 1: be clarity. Let me know down below, and here we go.
- 6:24Speaker 1: This is a big deal right there. That shows you
- 6:26Speaker 1: the amount of activity in the market right there. And
- 6:29Speaker 1: you've got the S and P five hundred up again
- 6:33Speaker 1: adding another four hundred and thirty billion, Nasdaq hitting another
- 6:36Speaker 1: one hundred and eighty billion, Dow is up one point
- 6:38Speaker 1: two one twenty, and you've got oil crashing down to
- 6:42Speaker 1: eighty one dollars. That's twelve percent in a single session down,
- 6:46Speaker 1: So big news there for financial markets guys. Also, Bitcoin
- 6:50Speaker 1: hitting seventy eight K, but it's up eighteen thousand from
- 6:54Speaker 1: the February sixth bottom, thirteen thousand from the March thirty
- 6:58Speaker 1: first bottom that was seventeen days ago. So look at
- 7:02Speaker 1: that and kind of press back a little bit on
- 7:05Speaker 1: where we are in this market. CNBC on the US
- 7:09Speaker 1: stock market this week is completed one of its fastest
- 7:12Speaker 1: turnarounds in thirty six years. This is unbelievable to see
- 7:17Speaker 1: this kind of speed. I think the last one we
- 7:18Speaker 1: saw was the nineteen eighties, and this is unbelievable. Now
- 7:22Speaker 1: the real question is going to be can this sustain
- 7:27Speaker 1: or will it potentially see another downturn. I want to
- 7:31Speaker 1: play a clip for you. Take a look.
- 7:33Speaker 4: I know it's going to sound counter to what other
- 7:37Speaker 4: the viewers might think, but I think the stock market
- 7:39Speaker 4: is in a better position today than earlier this year
- 7:43Speaker 4: when it made it's all time high. So I think
- 7:45Speaker 4: stocks can go back to that seventy three hundred, which
- 7:48Speaker 4: is our base case for this year in our three
- 7:52Speaker 4: phase market, before we might see a larger draw down.
- 7:55Speaker 5: That's right.
- 7:56Speaker 4: This is the seventh black swan now thrown on investors
- 8:00Speaker 4: since twenty twenty. And now we've seen that the US
- 8:04Speaker 4: can handle a Middle East catastrophe, you know, one where
- 8:07Speaker 4: the Strait is closed and oil's not available. The US
- 8:11Speaker 4: economy is still operating while other countries are talking about
- 8:15Speaker 4: shutdowns and factories closing.
- 8:18Speaker 1: So when you guys caught that right there, what Tom
- 8:20Speaker 1: Lee was saying is their base case, a third tier
- 8:23Speaker 1: base case to seventy three hundred before you see a
- 8:26Speaker 1: larger draw down. So what kind of things And even
- 8:29Speaker 1: though he also makes a statement on there that we've
- 8:33Speaker 1: seen so many black swans, including a major Middle East crisis,
- 8:37Speaker 1: what would be the cause of a drawdown? What could
- 8:40Speaker 1: possibly be in the wings for that if that is
- 8:42Speaker 1: going to be the case. Okay, So I wanted to
- 8:45Speaker 1: go to the chart here to kind of compare what
- 8:47Speaker 1: Tom Lee is talking about. If it does go to
- 8:49Speaker 1: the seventy three hundred his third tier base case for
- 8:52Speaker 1: the S and P five and they get a drawdown
- 8:54Speaker 1: back to where we were, this would be a drawdown
- 8:58Speaker 1: of about thirteen percent. That would be a significant drop
- 9:01Speaker 1: and would have some effect on some markets. So just
- 9:04Speaker 1: keep that in mind based on what he was saying there.
- 9:06Speaker 1: Understand now, if you look at what risk appetite is
- 9:09Speaker 1: doing right here, institutional investors now is skyrocketing and they're
- 9:14Speaker 1: purchasing twenty two percent more call options than puts. So
- 9:18Speaker 1: this is a big thing. I'm going to see the
- 9:19Speaker 1: chart right there in soutional options right now starting to grow.
- 9:23Speaker 1: By comparison, during the April twenty twenty five market recovery,
- 9:27Speaker 1: the average was around surpassed twenty five percent, So they're
- 9:30Speaker 1: piling in very similarly to what they did back then.
- 9:33Speaker 1: Last thing I want to hit on right here is Nate.
- 9:35Speaker 1: He hits on this, Nate GARROSSI. You guys should follow
- 9:38Speaker 1: Nate over on Twitter. He does a really good job
- 9:40Speaker 1: with kind of tracking the markets. He's mostly been on ETS,
- 9:44Speaker 1: but he does a good job on breaking this down.
- 9:47Speaker 1: These are the headlines talking about Goldman Sachs launching ETS,
- 9:50Speaker 1: Morgan Stanley, Charles Schwab. Even though Schwab, I will say this,
- 9:53Speaker 1: they have not launched crypto trading yet. They've only made
- 9:57Speaker 1: it available to inside the company. I think they might
- 10:00Speaker 1: be a little bit late on this. They could pick
- 10:02Speaker 1: up later in the year, but Schwab, as usual, rolls
- 10:05Speaker 1: out a little bit late. But the fact that they
- 10:07Speaker 1: are here. Yes, New York Stock Exchange also all in
- 10:10Speaker 1: on crypto. I want to go to one more clip.
- 10:12Speaker 1: This is coming in from Gareth talking about this market
- 10:16Speaker 1: as it is and what to get ready for. Take
- 10:18Speaker 1: a look.
- 10:19Speaker 3: This was that former high right there. We tagged it
- 10:22Speaker 3: a couple days ago right there. We're now pushing through.
- 10:25Speaker 3: This should trigger a continued move up if it can
- 10:29Speaker 3: hold today to this eighty ish thousand level. Okay, and
- 10:33Speaker 3: that's good for the ald coins as well. If we
- 10:35Speaker 3: look at the ethereum chart, eth Eth is starting to
- 10:38Speaker 3: push up. Look at this nice little bullflag formation on
- 10:41Speaker 3: eth Eth has an upside target of around twenty six hundred,
- 10:44Speaker 3: maybe even a little bit higher than that. This is
- 10:47Speaker 3: your upside target on eth So again, if you look
- 10:50Speaker 3: at what assets really haven't participated over the last few
- 10:53Speaker 3: months in any sort of rally, it's kind of crypto.
- 10:56Speaker 3: It's almost due, and the sentiment is so bearish in
- 10:59Speaker 3: crypto that it's bullish. I know that sounds weird to say,
- 11:03Speaker 3: but when everyone is lopsided, think about it. Everyone's lopsided
- 11:07Speaker 3: on this side. It has no other way to go
- 11:09Speaker 3: but go back to this side. And that's the psychology
- 11:12Speaker 3: of investing. So I continue to like crypto. Here, folks,
- 11:14Speaker 3: now listen. I still think it's going lower later this year,
- 11:17Speaker 3: just like I think the stock market will eventually peter
- 11:19Speaker 3: out and come down and take out the recent lows
- 11:21Speaker 3: that we just saw two weeks ago. Right. That seem
- 11:24Speaker 3: to be far away now, but in the near term
- 11:28Speaker 3: I'm still bullish there.
- 11:31Speaker 1: We got to get Gareth back on the show to
- 11:32Speaker 1: talk about that, because I think this is an intriguing
- 11:34Speaker 1: angle of it's so bearish, it's actually a bullish signal
- 11:40Speaker 1: going forward. Other things that are signals. I actually have
- 11:43Speaker 1: one more clip here. This is Rabl Powell talking about
- 11:46Speaker 1: where the entire financial system is heading. Take a look.
- 11:51Speaker 6: I find it hilarious. What a year and a half,
- 11:52Speaker 6: two years ago, people like EITH is dead. I'm like, no, no,
- 11:55Speaker 6: the entire banking system will go to ETH. I know
- 11:58Speaker 6: how banks work right the moment I left the financial system.
- 12:02Speaker 6: I've used nothing but Apple. But when you're in a bank,
- 12:05Speaker 6: every single computer is Microsoft. You know they are, you know,
- 12:10Speaker 6: because it's really for them about Lindy effects. You know,
- 12:14Speaker 6: things that survive, things that you don't get fired for,
- 12:17Speaker 6: things that are proven, because nobody wants to lose their jobs.
- 12:20Speaker 6: Everything new technology is.
- 12:22Speaker 5: I had to learn this and I actually had no
- 12:24Speaker 5: idea until I talked to the banks. I was like, oh,
- 12:26Speaker 5: I found a customer of decentralization. They just don't know it.
- 12:29Speaker 5: You know. They care about out time, they care about resilience,
- 12:31Speaker 5: they care about the thing that's been there around for
- 12:32Speaker 5: the longest. They care about the thing that no one
- 12:34Speaker 5: can turn off. You're just to translate the language to them.
- 12:37Speaker 5: And yeah, that no one gets fired for picking Microsoft
- 12:40Speaker 5: is very very real and it's in atherience favor.
- 12:43Speaker 6: Yeah, that's that's right. And and also just the fact
- 12:45Speaker 6: there's so many developers, you know, because if not, it's hard.
- 12:51Speaker 1: All right, Well, roll you and I are on the
- 12:53Speaker 1: same page. Etheroreum had its busiest quarter in history, processing
- 12:56Speaker 1: two hundred million transactions in Q one. This is going
- 13:01Speaker 1: to get dwarfed by end of year. You are going
- 13:04Speaker 1: to see this at an unbelievable number in terms of
- 13:08Speaker 1: overall transactions. I agree with Rollo. I think it's going
- 13:11Speaker 1: to be just a matter right now. Everybody's pointing at
- 13:14Speaker 1: Bitcoin hitting eddiek first. Eth is lagging at about twenty three,
- 13:19Speaker 1: and I think maybe they might be right on this one.
- 13:22Speaker 1: Bitcoin probably will get eighty k first, so we'll see
- 13:25Speaker 1: how it goes in the markets down below. It's going
- 13:27Speaker 1: to be a big week next with Clarity News I
- 13:31Speaker 1: and participate. This could start to trigger things. Of course,
- 13:34Speaker 1: we always have to be cautious about what's going on
- 13:37Speaker 1: in Iran as well, but we're going to continue to
- 13:39Speaker 1: cover that, so stay tuned. If you like this video,
