James May has done a lot and we try to cover as much as we can. Topics include: how Top Gear evolved; the BBC's influence on it vs Amazon's on The Grand Tour; scripting versus improvised; abandoning friends when their cars break down; his car and bike collection; things he collects; why he created a travel show; the hard parts of filming epic drives; where his missing car is; how he's just like every Ferrari owner; why and how he created James Gin; and more.
