- 0:29Have you ever noticed that two people
- 0:32can read the same book, attend the same seminar,
- 0:36pray the same prayers, even listen to the same podcast,
- 0:40and yet one person gets it?
- 0:42Like, their life is completely transformed,
- 0:46and yet the other person's life barely changes at all.
- 0:49Why is that?
- 0:51For years, I've been fascinated by that question.
- 0:54Why does one person change?
- 0:56Why does one person just seem to transform their life,
- 1:01give the information, and turn over a new leaf
- 1:04while someone else stays stuck?
- 1:06Well, what if the answer isn't found in what they learned,
- 1:10but is found in who they became?
- 1:13You see, as a coach, I've had the privilege
- 1:15of walking alongside people as they transform their lives,
- 1:19their marriages, their health, their businesses,
- 1:22their finances, perhaps most importantly,
- 1:25transform themselves, and I've also watched people
- 1:30with just as much desire, just as much talent,
- 1:34who've read the books, who've done the affirmations.
- 1:37They have just as much potential,
- 1:39yet for some reason they stay stuck.
- 1:41So what is the difference?
- 1:46I have observed what I believe is a universal principle,
- 1:49a pattern that seems to show up
- 1:52whether I'm studying scripture, psychology,
- 1:55neuroscience, human behavior,
- 1:58or simply watching people's lives transform,
- 2:02and today I want to share that with you.
- 2:05I have come to call this the law of identity transformation,
- 2:09and now before you hear the word law and think,
- 2:12okay, John's claiming he's discovered a new law now,
- 2:16and no one's ever said this before,
- 2:18that's not exactly what I'm saying.
- 2:21What I am saying is that after years
- 2:23of studying great thinkers, coaching hundreds of people,
- 2:26experiencing transformation in my own life,
- 2:29I keep seeing the same patterns emerge.
- 2:33Different teachers describe different parts of it,
- 2:36different disciplines use different language,
- 2:39different traditions emphasize different pieces,
- 2:42but underneath all of it, I believe they're pointing
- 2:46to the same universal principle, and here's the principle.
- 2:51Manifestation isn't something that you hope for.
- 2:55It is the byproduct of becoming someone different.
- 3:00I want that to sink in.
- 3:03Manifestation isn't something you hope for.
- 3:07It is the byproduct of becoming someone different.
- 3:12I want that to sink in because I think we have spent
- 3:15a lot of time asking the wrong question.
- 3:19We've asked, how do I manifest more money?
- 3:22How do I manifest the right relationship?
- 3:24How do I manifest success?
- 3:27And my friends, those are not bad questions.
- 3:29Those are life questions.
- 3:30Those are questions that we need.
- 3:32They're things we're told that we can manifest.
- 3:36They're not bad questions, they're just incomplete.
- 3:40I think the better question is this, who am I becoming?
- 3:45Because I don't believe our lives
- 3:46consistently reflect what we want.
- 3:49I believe that they consistently reflect
- 3:52who we are becoming, and today I want to show you
- 3:56why I believe transformation follows
- 3:59a remarkably consistent pattern,
- 4:02and this is a pattern that has changed my life.
- 4:05It is a pattern that I've watched change the lives
- 4:07of so many other people, even when they didn't realize
- 4:11they were living this pattern.
- 4:13I have had the privilege of coaching people
- 4:15who have made major changes in life
- 4:18following this exact pattern,
- 4:20and I know it can change yours as well.
- 4:22So I want to begin with a confession.
- 4:25For years, if someone asked me, John, what do you want?
- 4:31Well, I probably would have answered with a list.
- 4:33You know, I was like, well, I want to be happier,
- 4:36or I want to be healthier.
- 4:38I want a better marriage.
- 4:40I want financial freedom.
- 4:41I want to make a greater impact in the world.
- 4:45I want to write books.
- 4:47I want to speak around the world.
- 4:50I want to help people discover their purpose,
- 4:53and friends, there is nothing wrong
- 4:55with any of those desires.
- 4:56Like, there's nothing wrong with that list,
- 4:58and in fact, many of them, thankfully,
- 5:00have already become reality, but looking back,
- 5:03I realize I'm asking the wrong questions.
- 5:08Not a bad question.
- 5:10It's just an incomplete question,
- 5:14because the better question is not, what do I want?
- 5:16The better question is, who am I becoming?
- 5:21Think about it.
- 5:22Every one of us knows people who wanted a better marriage,
- 5:26but maybe they didn't become a better spouse,
- 5:29or people who wanted to become financially free,
- 5:32but they never became someone
- 5:34who consistently managed money wisely,
- 5:38or maybe we've known people who wanted to get healthy,
- 5:40but sadly, they just never became someone
- 5:43who lived a healthy lifestyle,
- 5:45people who wanted peace, but never became someone
- 5:50who practiced peace in their daily life.
- 5:53You see, we all want the fruit,
- 5:56but we often overlook the tree,
- 5:59and fruit doesn't appear because we wish for it.
- 6:02Fruit appears because of the nature
- 6:05of the tree that produces it,
- 6:08and I think that is something that holds true spiritually.
- 6:13It is true psychologically.
- 6:15It is true biologically, and it is true in everyday life.
- 6:20You know, I come from the Christian religion,
- 6:22and looking back at what Jesus said,
- 6:25a good tree cannot bear bad fruit,
- 6:27and a bad tree cannot bear good fruit.
- 6:30He wasn't talking just about behavior there.
- 6:33He was talking about nature,
- 6:37the very nature of the tree,
- 6:39about identity, about becoming.
- 6:42The fruit simply reveals what the tree is,
- 6:46and I think neuroscience points us in the same direction.
- 6:49Our brains are constantly strengthening
- 6:52the neural pathways that we use most often.
- 6:56The more we think, the more we choose,
- 6:58the more we act in a certain way,
- 7:00the more natural these patterns become.
- 7:03Over time, those repeated patterns
- 7:06don't just shape our habits.
- 7:08They begin shaping the way we see ourselves.
- 7:10That's why Bob Proctor used to say,
- 7:12if you can see it in your mind,
- 7:14you can hold it in your hand,
- 7:16and isn't that exactly what happens in life?
- 7:19Like, the person who consistently keeps their promises
- 7:23begins to see themselves as trustworthy
- 7:25because they have trained their neural pathways
- 7:28in their mind as someone who keeps their promises.
- 7:32The person who repeatedly shows courage
- 7:35begins to think, I am a courageous person.
- 7:38The person who keeps choosing generosity
- 7:42begins to see generosity as part of who they are.
- 7:46They are that tree that is producing
- 7:50the fruit of generosity.
- 7:51Identity is not built in just a single moment.
- 7:55It is built through repeated moments,
- 7:58and that's why I believe
- 8:00we have misunderstood manifestation.
- 8:03I think that's why so many people say the affirmations.
- 8:08They think what they want,
- 8:10but they don't hold it in their hand,
- 8:12and it's because we've treated manifestation
- 8:14like that is the destination,
- 8:17but I think it's not the destination.
- 8:19I think manifestation is more like the dashboard,
- 8:22if we're using a car analogy.
- 8:25It is more like an indicator.
- 8:26I think a better word for it
- 8:28is manifestation is the evidence.
- 8:31It is showing us what's happening beneath the surface,
- 8:36because long before your circumstances change,
- 8:40your identity has already begun to change,
- 8:44whether you're doing it on purpose or not,
- 8:46and that's why I believe manifestation isn't the miracle.
- 8:51Transformation is the miracle.
- 8:55Manifestation is simply the evidence
- 8:57that transformation has already taken place.
- 9:02Manifestation is evidence, not merely wishful thinking.
- 9:07Let me show you what I mean.
- 9:09Many of you know part of my story.
- 9:11A few years ago, I weighed over 350 pounds,
- 9:16and today I've lost over 100 pounds.
- 9:19Sometimes I've lost 110, sometimes it's 120.
- 9:22It depends on the day,
- 9:24but thankfully I'm much healthier than I used to be,
- 9:27and sometimes people ask me, John, how did you do it?
- 9:30And I could answer by talking about nutrition.
- 9:34I could answer about talking about my personal trainer.
- 9:37If you see the podcast where I interviewed Jordan Wilson,
- 9:41you check it out.
- 9:41It's an amazing podcast.
- 9:43He's flowing in his purpose,
- 9:44helping people around the world lose weight,
- 9:46and he's a huge part of that.
- 9:48I could answer about exercise or calories
- 9:51or walking or strength training,
- 9:53and every single one of those things mattered,
- 9:57but they weren't the deepest reason my life changed.
- 10:01No, my life transformed
- 10:05on something that was way beyond physical.
- 10:08It was personal.
- 10:09It was my identity that transformed.
- 10:13You see, I didn't wake up one morning
- 10:14believing that I was a healthy person.
- 10:17If I'm being brutally honest,
- 10:18I spent years and years and years
- 10:22identifying as someone who struggled with food.
- 10:24My neuropathways were locked in
- 10:27that I was a sugar addict, I was a food addict.
- 10:29I could never get thin.
- 10:31I could never be healthy.
- 10:32My parents had heart disease, so I would have heart disease.
- 10:35My parents had diabetes, so I would have diabetes,
- 10:38and so it was a really difficult thing
- 10:41to transform my mindset,
- 10:43but someone who starts diets and couldn't stick with them
- 10:48has to finally stop looking at everything
- 10:51by what I was believing.
- 10:53I had to stop believing all of my past
- 10:56and start looking at things in my present,
- 10:59and so I started making choices,
- 11:01and my identity started to be shaped by those new choices.
- 11:04My new choices started to reinforce my new identity,
- 11:09and from there, it was a spiral.
- 11:11From there, I got momentum.
- 11:13You know, last week,
- 11:14if you watched that solo show last week,
- 11:15you'll see where I talked about this momentum spiral
- 11:19and how all of a sudden we can take certain actions,
- 11:22and they'll lead us to believe that we're that person,
- 11:24so we take more actions, and then we get the results.
- 11:27Well, that's exactly what happened to me,
- 11:30and it didn't happen all at once.
- 11:32It didn't happen overnight.
- 11:35It started with taking a walk.
- 11:37It started with taking a walk and then another walk.
- 11:40It started with taking one healthier choice
- 11:44and then making another healthier choice and then another,
- 11:47and I didn't even realize at the time
- 11:50that every one of those actions was casting a vote,
- 11:54not just a vote for better health,
- 11:56but a vote for a different identity,
- 12:01and then eventually,
- 12:02I wasn't forcing myself to take a walk anymore.
- 12:05Eventually, walking just became part of who I was,
- 12:08and then eventually, I wasn't trying to eat better.
- 12:12I just started making better decisions with my eating.
- 12:15Eventually, I wasn't pushing
- 12:17to drink all the water I had to drink.
- 12:19I just started drinking more and more water.
- 12:21I wasn't trying to make healthy choices.
- 12:24Healthy choices just became natural
- 12:26because I was rewiring my neural pathways.
- 12:30I was shifting my identity,
- 12:33and that's when I realized something.
- 12:34The weight loss was not creating the new John.
- 12:38The new John was creating the weight loss.
- 12:42I want you to hear that again.
- 12:44The weight loss was not creating the new John.
- 12:47The new John was creating the weight loss.
- 12:51The scale did not change my identity.
- 12:55My identity changed what the scale
- 12:57eventually revealed about me.
- 13:01This transformation happened on the inside
- 13:03long before it became visible on the outside.
- 13:06The scale simply revealed
- 13:07what had already been happening beneath the surface,
- 13:10and I wonder how many areas of our lives
- 13:13work exactly that same way.
- 13:16Maybe the successful entrepreneur
- 13:18didn't manifest a thriving business.
- 13:21Maybe they became someone who constantly solved problems
- 13:24and served people and persevered through failure.
- 13:28Maybe the thriving marriage wasn't just manifested.
- 13:32Maybe it was created by two people
- 13:35who became more patient or more forgiving,
- 13:39more intentional about planning their date nights,
- 13:41more loving by sending notes to each other.
- 13:45Maybe confidence isn't something that we receive.
- 13:48Maybe confidence is something that grows
- 13:51every time we keep that promise to ourselves.
- 13:55The external life eventually catches up
- 13:57with the internal life,
- 13:59and that's why I believe manifestation is not just magic.
- 14:03It is not just wishful thinking.
- 14:05It is certainly positive thinking,
- 14:09but not just positive thinking.
- 14:11Manifestation is what becomes visible
- 14:13when identity has been transforming beneath the surface.
- 14:19You see, it is the fruit, not the root.
- 14:22Manifestation is the evidence, not the cause,
- 14:25which means if we become obsessed
- 14:28with chasing the manifestation,
- 14:30obsessed with chasing the fruit
- 14:32without nurturing the roots,
- 14:34we'll spend our lives wondering
- 14:36why nothing lasting ever changes,
- 14:39because real transformation always begins
- 14:42beneath the surface.
- 14:44It begins with who we're becoming.

- 16:46on any of the social media platforms I mentioned.
- 16:49And now, let's get you back to today's episode.
- 16:53So if manifestation is the evidence
- 16:55and identity transformation is the miracle here,
- 16:59then obvious question becomes,
- 17:02how does identity actually change?
- 17:05As I've begun studying this question,
- 17:07I started noticing something fascinating.
- 17:10Whether I was reading psychology, studying neuroscience,
- 17:14reading scripture, learning from great coaches,
- 17:16from great philosophers, great teachers,
- 17:19or simply watching my coaching clients
- 17:21as they transform their lives,
- 17:23the same pattern keeps appearing
- 17:26over and over and over again.
- 17:29It's different language, it's different examples,
- 17:33but it's the same fingerprint.
- 17:35And that's when I realized
- 17:37I wasn't just seeing isolated ideas,
- 17:40I was seeing a process.
- 17:42And this is a process that I now call
- 17:45the Law of Identity Transformation.
- 17:48And I believe it unfolds in four movements
- 17:52that I have consistently observed.
- 17:54These aren't rigid steps.
- 17:56They're more like an upward spiral,
- 18:00each one strengthening the next.
- 18:03This first movement is awaken.
- 18:06Every transformation begins with an awakening.
- 18:10Something disrupts that old way of seeing things.
- 18:14Maybe it's pain, maybe it's inspiration,
- 18:17maybe it's heartbreak, maybe it's reading a book,
- 18:21hearing a podcast or losing your job.
- 18:25It can be becoming a parent,
- 18:27receiving a difficult health diagnosis,
- 18:30or simply waking up one morning
- 18:33and realizing I cannot live like this anymore.
- 18:36Somewhere there is an emotional catalyst.
- 18:40Bob Proctor used to say,
- 18:41we shift our paradigm through repetition of thought
- 18:44and through emotional catalyst.
- 18:46Awakening is the moment possibility enters the room.
- 18:51It's when you begin seeing
- 18:52that another way of living might actually exist.
- 18:56For me, there were several awakenings.
- 18:59Walking away from a successful career
- 19:01because I knew that I wasn't living my purpose.
- 19:05That was an awakening.
- 19:07Realizing that I had built a life
- 19:08that looked successful from the outside,
- 19:10but I did not feel alive on the inside.
- 19:13That was an awakening.
- 19:16Recognizing that I couldn't continue treating my body
- 19:19the way I had been.
- 19:22That was an awakening.
- 19:24Every transformation in my life started with an awakening,
- 19:29but awakening is not enough.
- 19:32Awareness is amazing and it's essential,
- 19:35but it alone does not change your life.
- 19:38Awareness just opens the door to say,
- 19:41okay, God, okay, universe, you can come in.
- 19:46You can show me who I am.
- 19:47You can awaken at my depths who I am
- 19:50and I'm gonna become that thing.
- 19:52And that's exactly what it leads to.
- 19:53It leads to the becoming.
- 19:55And the becoming is where your identity begins to shift.
- 19:59And notice I didn't say your behavior is how it shifts.
- 20:03I said, your becoming is how it shifts
- 20:06because before your life changes,
- 20:08something inside of you begins changing.
- 20:11You begin seeing yourself differently,
- 20:14not because you've arrived,
- 20:16but because you've chosen a new direction.
- 20:19You stop saying things like, I'm trying to get healthy.
- 20:23And you begin saying,
- 20:24I've become someone who values my health.
- 20:28You stop saying, I'm trying to be courageous.
- 20:31And instead you start saying,
- 20:33I have become someone who chooses courage.
- 20:37You stop chasing behaviors and you start embracing identity.
- 20:43And here's where neuroscience becomes fascinating
- 20:46because our brains are constantly updating our sense of self
- 20:50based on our repeated experience.
- 20:52So every time you choose an alignment
- 20:55with your future identity,
- 20:56you are strengthening not only a habit,
- 21:00but a belief about who you are.
- 21:02That's why James Clear's words are so profound.
- 21:06He writes, every action you take is a vote
- 21:08for the type of person that you wish to become.
- 21:11And when I first read that,
- 21:12I thought he was just talking about habits, you know?
- 21:16But now I realize he's describing identity transformation.
- 21:21Every aligned choice says to your brain,
- 21:24this is who I am now.
- 21:26Not perfectly, but progressively.
- 21:30Not instantly, but consistently.
- 21:33And over time, something remarkable will happen.
- 21:38You stop acting like the person
- 21:40that you're trying to become
- 21:41because you have become that person.
- 21:45That's why identity transformation is not about pretending,
- 21:48it is about positive thinking.
- 21:51It isn't about repeating affirmations
- 21:53that you don't believe,
- 21:54it is about becoming that person
- 21:57who believes you are this person.
- 22:01One aligned choice at a time.
- 22:03And that naturally leads us to this third movement.
- 22:07Alignment.
- 22:09The third movement is aligned.
- 22:12This is where transformation becomes visible
- 22:14in your daily life.
- 22:16Because here's the truth,
- 22:18it isn't enough to awaken.
- 22:20It isn't enough to decide who you want to become.
- 22:24Eventually, your life has to come into alignment
- 22:27with that identity.
- 22:29Your thoughts, your choices, your habits,
- 22:33your relationships, your dog right here,
- 22:36your calendar, your finances, your words, your actions,
- 22:39they all begin moving in the same direction.
- 22:42And I think this is where so many people get frustrated
- 22:45because they have a vision,
- 22:48but they haven't built a life that supports that vision.
- 22:51They're trying to create one thing
- 22:53while consistently living something else.
- 22:55And that, my friends, is exhausting.
- 22:59Alignment is where peace lives.
- 23:02Alignment is where integrity is born.
- 23:05The word integrity comes from the idea of being whole,
- 23:08of all the pieces fitting together.
- 23:11When your identity and your actions agree,
- 23:14life begins to change.
- 23:15And not just because suddenly things feel easier,
- 23:20but because you're no longer fighting yourself.
- 23:23You're rowing in one direction.
- 23:26Your inner world and your outer world
- 23:28begin telling the same story.
- 23:31And here's what's beautiful.
- 23:33Alignment doesn't require perfection.
- 23:36It requires direction.
- 23:39You're going to have bad days.
- 23:41I still do.
- 23:42You're going to make mistakes.
- 23:44I certainly still do.
- 23:45You're going to have moments where fear just wins,
- 23:50where you just have trouble
- 23:52getting out of that fear mindset.
- 23:53And I've been there too.
- 23:55But the thing that gets you through that is your identity
- 23:58because it keeps calling you back.
- 24:00Not through shame, but through confidence,
- 24:03through congruence, through that knowing
- 24:06that you can flow in alignment and who you are.
- 24:10Because once you've become someone new,
- 24:13living like the old version of yourself
- 24:15starts feeling totally uncomfortable.
- 24:17My brother loves to use the term,
- 24:19once that bell's been rung, it can't be unrung.
- 24:23And that right there
- 24:24describes identity transformation to a T.
- 24:27You can't go back once you've become
- 24:31who you know you're meant to be.
- 24:32And eventually, alignment begins
- 24:35producing something remarkable.
- 24:37Eventually, alignment leads us
- 24:40to the fourth and final movement,
- 24:43creation.
- 24:45Notice I didn't say it leads us to manifestation
- 24:48because I think creation is deeper than manifestation.
- 24:50Creation is what naturally flows from an aligned identity.
- 24:54You don't force it.
- 24:56You don't chase it.
- 24:57You don't manipulate it.
- 24:59You create because creation has become
- 25:02a natural expression of who you are.
- 25:05A healthy person naturally creates healthier choices.
- 25:09A generous person naturally creates generosity.
- 25:13A courageous person naturally creates
- 25:16create courageous conversations.
- 25:19A purpose-driven person naturally creates meaningful work.
- 25:24And yes, as your identity transforms,
- 25:27your circumstances often begin transforming too.
- 25:32Opportunities appear, relationships deepen,
- 25:36influence grows, peace increases,
- 25:41abundance expands, and from the outside,
- 25:43someone might look at your life and say,
- 25:45wow, you really manifested all of that.
- 25:48And you did, but you know something that they don't.
- 25:52You didn't spend your life chasing the manifestation,
- 25:55chasing the outcome, chasing the fruit.
- 25:58You spent your life becoming someone
- 26:01capable of creating those outcomes.
- 26:03And that's why I believe manifestation cannot be the goal.
- 26:08Identity transformation has to be the goal
- 26:11because that's what brings about the manifestation.
- 26:13Manifestation is simply one consequence.
- 26:16In fact, I would go even further
- 26:19and say manifestation isn't like step one.
- 26:22It's step four.
- 26:23It isn't where transformation begins.
- 26:25It's where transformation becomes visible
- 26:29to the outside world.
- 26:30The fruit simply reveals the health of the tree.
- 26:34The harvest reveals the quality of the seed.
- 26:37The external life reveals what has been happening
- 26:40internally all along.
- 26:43And when you begin to understand that, everything changes.
- 26:48You stop obsessing over the outcomes
- 26:51and you start investing in the person
- 26:53who's creating those outcomes
- 26:55because at the end of the day,
- 26:57the life you consistently create
- 27:00will always reflect the identity
- 27:03that you consistently cultivate.
- 27:06Truth leaves fingerprints.
- 27:09As I've been studying this principle
- 27:10and really deep diving into all of this teaching,
- 27:14something beautiful has happened.
- 27:17I've started seeing fingerprints like everywhere.
- 27:21James Clear observed that every action is a vote
- 27:24for the type of person you wish to become.
- 27:26That's a fingerprint.
- 27:28Maxwell Maltz taught that our self-image
- 27:30shapes our behavior.
- 27:32That's a fingerprint.
- 27:34John Maxwell reminds us that leadership is developed
- 27:37not simply given.
- 27:38That's a fingerprint.
- 27:40Neuroscience shows us that repeated thoughts
- 27:43and behaviors literally reshape the brain.
- 27:47Jesus taught that the fruit reveals the nature of the tree.
- 27:50Throughout history, spiritual teachers and philosophers,
- 27:55psychologists and scientists,
- 27:57mindset coaches and motivational speakers
- 28:01have all been pointing toward one thing.
- 28:05It may be a different language.
- 28:07It may be different words to say it.
- 28:09It could be different illustrations, different perspectives,
- 28:12but I believe that they were all noticing
- 28:14this same fingerprint.
- 28:16And that's led me to the simple belief
- 28:19that I hope you'll carry with you
- 28:20long after this episode ends.
- 28:24Truth is too big to belong to one discipline.
- 28:28Truth is too big to belong to one discipline.
- 28:33If something is true,
- 28:34then you should expect to find evidence in multiple places.
- 28:37And that's exactly what I found
- 28:40with this law of identity transformation.
- 28:44Not because everyone agrees on every single detail,
- 28:46because they don't.
- 28:48These are often multiple competing camps.
- 28:50I'm talking about things that I'm seeing
- 28:53in religion and science,
- 28:54things that I'm seeing in motivational speakers
- 28:57and mindset coaches.
- 28:59But because truth has a way of leaving fingerprints,
- 29:02and once you begin seeing those fingerprints,
- 29:05you can't unsee them.
- 29:07Once that bell's been rung, it can't be unrung.
- 29:11You notice these fingerprints in conversations.
- 29:14You notice God, the universe,
- 29:16pointing us toward this truth in books,
- 29:19in scripture, in other religions,
- 29:22in science, in your relationships,
- 29:24in your success, in your failures, even.
- 29:28Because every experience is asking the same question,
- 29:31and it's not, what do you want?
- 29:34It is, who are you becoming?
- 29:37It is not, what do you want to manifest?
- 29:40It is, who are you becoming?
- 29:43It is not, what is the list of things you wish you had?
- 29:47It is, who are you becoming?
- 29:51That, my friends, is the question that changes everything.
- 29:55Because the moment you stop chasing those outcomes
- 29:58and you start investing in your identity,
- 30:01your life begins moving in a different direction.
- 30:05You begin awakening.
- 30:07You begin becoming.
- 30:09You begin aligning.
- 30:11And then almost as naturally
- 30:13as an apple tree produces apples,
- 30:16you begin creating.
- 30:18Not because you forced it.
- 30:20Not because you wished hard enough.
- 30:23Not because you mastered some secret formula.
- 30:27But because creation is simply the natural overflow
- 30:30of who you have become.
- 30:32And that's why manifestation isn't the goal.
- 30:36Identity transformation is the goal.
- 30:38And manifestation is a consequence of that goal.
- 30:43So this week, I just want to challenge you.
- 30:46Manifest anything you want
- 30:49by deciding you're gonna change who you are.
- 30:52I don't want you to make a list
- 30:54of what car you're gonna drive.
- 30:56I want you to make a decision
- 30:57of who you are that drives that car.
- 30:59I don't want you to make a list
- 31:00of what dream house you want.
- 31:02I want you to ask yourself,
- 31:04who am I that lives in this dream house?
- 31:06I want you to challenge yourself to become someone.
- 31:11Not just to do the actions.
- 31:12Not just to start the habits.
- 31:14Not just to go to the gym,
- 31:16but be the person that goes to the gym.
- 31:17I want to challenge you to become someone
- 31:20and ask yourself, who am I becoming?
- 31:22And then tomorrow morning, choose one action.
- 31:25Choose one conversation.
- 31:26Make one decision.
- 31:27Start one habit that is aligned
- 31:30with the person that you're becoming.
- 31:32Because every one of these choices
- 31:35is shaping your identity.
- 31:37And your identity will shape the life
- 31:40that you consistently create.
- 31:42Before we wrap up, I just want you to know,
- 31:44I would love to hear from you about this.
- 31:46If this episode gave you a new perspective
- 31:49on transformation, if it helped you see manifestation,

- 32:22I would genuinely love to hear your thoughts
