Our meditation today has the theme: Signs. Our sensitivity to signs is part of our characteristics as living beings. Animals have the instinct to know a sign and can react to it. Likewise we human beings, certain signs that we find, provide messages for us and we react to them. Our reactions can be positive or negative, good or bad, like it or not.
