- 0:03Speaker 1: The shot didn't come from that building behind me. It
- 0:07Speaker 1: behind the fence on the grassy knoll. That's where the
- 0:10Speaker 1: man was, not the book depository. Remember that.
- 0:15Speaker 2: I love strip clubs.
- 0:17Speaker 1: Oh my god.
- 0:18Speaker 2: It's the lights and lack of lights. I guess, the music,
- 0:22Speaker 2: the weird pattern carpets, the athleticism. I just women are
- 0:26Speaker 2: fucking incredible. And when I go to strip clubs, whoever
- 0:28Speaker 2: I'm with, I have to tell them my signals. Right,
- 0:31Speaker 2: So a big one for me when I'm sitting up
- 0:33Speaker 2: at the stage, which is ninety percent of the fucking time,
- 0:36Speaker 2: and I go like.
- 0:37Speaker 1: This, Oh excuse me When I am like this right,
- 0:42Speaker 1: this means.
- 0:42Speaker 2: I want a gent tonic two lines at one hundred
- 0:45Speaker 2: dollars and onesepeop poop, I fucking all night because if
- 0:49Speaker 2: you're not tipping aggressively, get the fuck out.

- 1:53Speaker 4: And although Trey beat me to it, here we go.
- 2:02Speaker 1: It is correct, sir. It is us the boys who
- 2:04Speaker 1: get your gumbo Gooey Joe triple be and Joe be
- 2:09Speaker 1: here with you for another exciting edition of the Lone
- 2:13Speaker 1: Gunman Podcast, episode number three hundred and sixty five.
- 2:19Speaker 4: Getting up there.
- 2:21Speaker 1: I know we're knocking on four hundreds door?
- 2:26Speaker 4: Are we knocking? Are we knocking on Heaven's door?
- 2:30Speaker 1: Maybe? Every day we get closer and closer.
- 2:35Speaker 4: To quote to quote to Donald, I don't know if
- 2:39Speaker 4: I'm making it. I don't know if I'm heaving bound,
- 2:43Speaker 4: which was a funny quote.
- 2:44Speaker 1: I haven't the other day. He's done a lot.
- 2:47Speaker 4: May be true. I think I'm in better shape.
- 2:52Speaker 1: But himself and asked for forgiveness Yes from our Lord
- 2:59Speaker 1: and save.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Yes, sir. And of course let's start it off by
- 3:02Speaker 4: thanking the the too ease double b oh no only
- 3:09Speaker 4: one email Yeah worn ready for gifting five spook level
- 3:14Speaker 4: memberships and.
- 3:15Speaker 1: Robe, well, you just.
- 3:20Speaker 4: You just came all over the screen. Bro, alright, and
- 3:23Speaker 4: guess who got another one?
- 3:29Speaker 1: You did?
- 3:30Speaker 4: I did. So my theory is, and yes, I think
- 3:35Speaker 4: this makes four times. I think, uh the double buh
- 3:38Speaker 4: the double b. Now it's weird what's going on here.
- 3:45Speaker 4: But it is based on interaction. So the more you interact,
- 3:48Speaker 4: the more you comment, the more you like, the more
- 3:52Speaker 4: points you get on this little you know, chat scale,
- 3:56Speaker 4: the more you're likely to get gifted membership. So interact, guy,
- 4:00Speaker 4: I say, hi, say we love you, we hate you,
- 4:03Speaker 4: And I guess that's a good segue into uh, our
- 4:08Speaker 4: rent first one or the commentar's rent.
- 4:12Speaker 1: Yes, go ready ahead, Joe kick.
- 4:14Speaker 4: I was gonna let you do it. Bro, you you
- 4:17Speaker 4: did it perfectly on numbers only.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Well, you know, I just I'll just keep it brief.
- 4:23Speaker 1: You know, it feels like there's there's been a lot
- 4:27Speaker 1: more animosity and our chats post, not necessarily our live
- 4:30Speaker 1: stream chats so much because you know, they don't have
- 4:34Speaker 1: any balls to come in here and talk shit with
- 4:38Speaker 1: with our people, but uh, you know, after the fact,
- 4:41Speaker 1: after the lives go and get posted, they become normal videos,
- 4:45Speaker 1: and then there's a whole different comments section. And there's
- 4:49Speaker 1: been a.
- 4:50Speaker 4: Lot of.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Crappy accusatory comments aimed at us since we started angling out,
- 5:01Speaker 1: you know, the most outspoken member of our community. Yeah, coincidence, maybe,
- 5:08Speaker 1: methinks not that we have some you know, boxing dinner direction.
- 5:13Speaker 4: There has been an uptick man and and it really
- 5:17Speaker 4: happened after our episode last week with mister ed Hoffman.
- 5:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I saw another one today.
- 5:25Speaker 4: Oh really, I didn't see that.
- 5:27Speaker 1: You didn't see that one? No, let me see if
- 5:30Speaker 1: I find it right quick. M m m hmmm. Uh,
- 5:48Speaker 1: wasn't on the book review.
- 5:52Speaker 4: All positive there?
- 5:55Speaker 1: Oh there was a guy. Is there any witnesses to
- 6:01Speaker 1: the conspiracy? These guys believe? And uh, somebody said they
- 6:08Speaker 1: seem up to economists said they seem to believe the
- 6:11Speaker 1: railroad workers. Howland, Bowers and their coworkers note that the
- 6:15Speaker 1: evidence for the an assassination conspiracy does not require that
- 6:18Speaker 1: shots were fired from the locations they indicated. They're setting
- 6:20Speaker 1: off of a diversionary smoke bomb parking lot would mean
- 6:22Speaker 1: that the others were involved in the attack, And Joe replied, yes,
- 6:26Speaker 1: witnesses that are credible and don't embellish and make shit up. Sorry,
- 6:30Speaker 1: we were objective and doing a break every witness just
- 6:32Speaker 1: because of pro conspiracy. There are plenty of Jaffe podcasts
- 6:35Speaker 1: who blindly believe every witness. We are proud to not
- 6:39Speaker 1: be one of those. If you enjoy being mis led,
- 6:41Speaker 1: you listen to a Black Cop Radio or America's Untrue Story.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Move on, yeah, say you're objective Joe without being objective?
- 6:53Speaker 4: Yeah yeah, and listen, this is we said this briefly
- 6:59Speaker 4: on the maybe not so briefly on members only on Wednesday.
- 7:03Speaker 4: So definitely become a covert operator to hear that. But
- 7:08Speaker 4: Rob and I do very little prep for this. He goes,
- 7:12Speaker 4: go check out the statements, go get some documents.
- 7:15Speaker 1: I'll do this part, I'll do that part.
- 7:18Speaker 4: We don't plan. Hey, let's plan a show of calling
- 7:22Speaker 4: Ed Hoffman a liar. That's not what we did. In fact,
- 7:26Speaker 4: we emphasized the fact that when you lose some certain senses,
- 7:32Speaker 4: other senses are amplified. You pointed out where he was
- 7:38Speaker 4: allegedly I literally had a whole power point of people
- 7:43Speaker 4: that corroborated his story, and at the end of this
- 7:49Speaker 4: two hour episode, I might have been a little less
- 7:52Speaker 4: because I think I went to talking that night we
- 7:56Speaker 4: came to our own objective conclusions, like we don't plan
- 7:59Speaker 4: this shit out, guys.
- 8:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, we could have just as easily done
- 8:04Speaker 1: a show just about Ed Hoffman and what he saw.
- 8:08Speaker 1: But I told Joe, let's grab a bunch of other
- 8:12Speaker 1: witness testimony, likely bowers, like the railroad guys who are
- 8:16Speaker 1: right fucking there, and see what they have to say
- 8:20Speaker 1: and what they saw, and see if we can match
- 8:22Speaker 1: anything up and corroborate anything exactly, you know. And at
- 8:27Speaker 1: the end of it, we were like, you know, there's
- 8:30Speaker 1: problems with his story. There's lots of problems with his story.
- 8:34Speaker 4: You know.
- 8:35Speaker 1: We said, you know, there's probably a kernel of truth
- 8:37Speaker 1: in here somewhere.
- 8:38Speaker 4: You know exactly. That's exactly what we said at the end.
- 8:42Speaker 1: But it doesn't mean we just have to believe everything
- 8:45Speaker 1: that Ed Hoffman says without question. That's foolish to believe
- 8:50Speaker 1: anything anybody says without question. We questioned everybody, right, you know,
- 8:55Speaker 1: we take a lot of things into consideration, Like tonight,
- 8:58Speaker 1: we're gonna take a lot of things into consideration.
- 9:02Speaker 8: Yeah, we don't know where we're gonna land. We be honest,
- 9:06Speaker 8: we we came on five minutes before this we went live,
- 9:11Speaker 8: you know what I mean, Like we just let it ride, man.
- 9:15Speaker 4: And then thank you Peaches for this nice comment. I
- 9:17Speaker 4: think you guys are quite objective, and I really appreciate that.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I mean, we try to be.
- 9:22Speaker 4: It's definitely a rare.
- 9:25Speaker 1: That's what it is. Look, we're not objective about I'll
- 9:28Speaker 1: admit when it comes to like James Files or Judith
- 9:32Speaker 1: Farry Baker. To me, as somebody who's looked into this
- 9:36Speaker 1: thing for thirty five years, I have the right to
- 9:41Speaker 1: dismiss certain individuals out of hand. And trust me when
- 9:45Speaker 1: I tell you that I've looked into their claims really hard.
- 9:53Speaker 6: Uh.
- 9:54Speaker 1: You know when I first started this podcast and getting
- 9:56Speaker 1: back into things back in the twenty teens, twenty ten,
- 10:01Speaker 1: you know, I was on a mission to debunk a
- 10:03Speaker 1: lot of these myths that are out there and these
- 10:06Speaker 1: idiots like Ralph sin Kay who Oswald was in the doorway?
- 10:10Speaker 1: No he fucking wasn't you, jackass, that's clearly Billy Lovelady.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Oh No, well that picture was a photo shopped fifty
- 10:18Speaker 1: years ago. Sure it was, guy, Sure it was. Oh,
- 10:22Speaker 1: we have fifty points of photoshop difference on this. You know,
- 10:26Speaker 1: It's just some things are to the point of ridiculousness,
- 10:31Speaker 1: right and deserve no time. For us to sit here
- 10:35Speaker 1: and do a show at this point about Judy Baker
- 10:38Speaker 1: and her her lives would be a giant waste of
- 10:42Speaker 1: time because I would hope that everybody that tunes into
- 10:45Speaker 1: this show by now does not believe her bullshit, right.
- 10:49Speaker 4: Or James Files and bro we probably get a ton
- 10:54Speaker 4: more views if we did a show on that bullshit
- 10:57Speaker 4: than say Cuban Exiles or whatever. Right, That's just how
- 11:03Speaker 4: the algo works, you know what I mean, Like, it's
- 11:07Speaker 4: just the it pushes the bullshit, and there has to
- 11:11Speaker 4: be some people that push back against that. And there
- 11:15Speaker 4: is a you know, a journey that you go through
- 11:18Speaker 4: when you put a lot of time into this subject.
- 11:22Speaker 4: And the more I go through shit and escalate on
- 11:26Speaker 4: my journey, the less bullshit I believe. And I think
- 11:29Speaker 4: that goes for most people.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Yeah, because when you know, you hear a good story
- 11:33Speaker 1: and you really want to believe it, you know, and
- 11:37Speaker 1: it sounds good to you, but you need to take
- 11:40Speaker 1: the due diligence to just look a little harder at
- 11:43Speaker 1: people's claims and say, well, this can't be true because
- 11:46Speaker 1: on this day we know for a fact that Lee
- 11:49Speaker 1: Harvey Oswell was here doing this, you know, not on
- 11:53Speaker 1: a streetcar named Desire, you know, feeling up Judy Verry
- 11:57Speaker 1: Baker in the in the in the back seat, you
- 11:59Speaker 1: know what I mean. It's like, seriously, seriously right right.
- 12:05Speaker 4: And then there was another comment saying we made fun
- 12:07Speaker 4: of Ed Hoppin for two hours. No we didn't, No,
- 12:10Speaker 4: we didn't. I made a joke saying, to be a
- 12:13Speaker 4: fly on the wall between that conversation with the other
- 12:16Speaker 4: deaf guy and looks. I thought it was pretty funny. Actually,
- 12:19Speaker 4: I thought that.
- 12:20Speaker 1: Makes fun of a lot of people on the show,
- 12:22Speaker 1: most every disabilities.
- 12:24Speaker 4: Every I mean, you make fun of people from white
- 12:26Speaker 4: people from the South, New Orleans or accents. We try
- 12:31Speaker 4: to make document researching fun.
- 12:34Speaker 1: We try, We try. You know, it wouldn't be a
- 12:39Speaker 1: good watch, you know, to sit here and listen to
- 12:41Speaker 1: me and Joe sit here monotonely talk about everything for
- 12:44Speaker 1: two hours and sit here like this and not be
- 12:47Speaker 1: funny and not be entertaining.
- 12:50Speaker 4: Look, do you want to read Marian Baker's thirty page
- 12:53Speaker 4: warn Commission vermata tonight. No, I know.
- 12:59Speaker 1: We do that, so you don't have to. We're gonna
- 13:03Speaker 1: make this entertaining. Trust me, there's some funny business going
- 13:06Speaker 1: on here with this story, and we're gonna we're gonna
- 13:09Speaker 1: hit it. Yeah, you know, but I'm an equal opportunity
- 13:13Speaker 1: make fun of her. And you know, like I pointed
- 13:16Speaker 1: out on members Only, you know, people with disabilities want
- 13:20Speaker 1: to be treated just like everybody else. Well, like you know,
- 13:23Speaker 1: you see people with disabilities go to a comedy show,
- 13:27Speaker 1: they want to be made fun of, just like everybody else.
- 13:30Speaker 1: You know, if you can't laugh at yourself, there's something
- 13:33Speaker 1: wrong with you. I mean, I know that it's not malicious.
- 13:37Speaker 1: And know I'm not a racist, and no I'm not
- 13:39Speaker 1: a bigot. No I'm not a hater. I love everybody
- 13:43Speaker 1: in this world on an individual basis until they fucking
- 13:46Speaker 1: do me wrong, okay for sure.
- 13:49Speaker 4: And our assessment of ed Hoffman's claims has absolutely nothing
- 13:54Speaker 4: to do about his level of being handicapped or not.
- 13:58Speaker 4: Has nothing to do with it.
- 14:00Speaker 1: No, Like if ed Hoffman could talk and here and
- 14:06Speaker 1: his story was exactly the same as it was, we
- 14:09Speaker 1: still have problems.
- 14:10Speaker 4: With it exactly so you know, if there's a little.
- 14:16Speaker 1: You know, I was watching a video of himself, you know,
- 14:21Speaker 1: doing that. He probably laughed himself. He looked ridiculous. Way, turn,
- 14:29Speaker 1: you nailed it.
- 14:30Speaker 4: This world has lost its sense of humor.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Yes, laugh, people enjoy the lif And by the.
- 14:38Speaker 4: Way, how many times do I make fun of myself
- 14:42Speaker 4: for my pronunciation every show? Multiple times?
- 14:47Speaker 1: Or I make fun of Joe?
- 14:48Speaker 4: Yeah, it's just it's fun.
- 14:53Speaker 9: Yeah, I mean you do make fun of me a lot,
- 14:59Speaker 9: but it's it's fun.
- 15:00Speaker 1: And yeah, Alice, it's it's I'm just poking.
- 15:04Speaker 10: Yeah, I know.
- 15:05Speaker 4: I don't take it personally because I'm not.
- 15:08Speaker 1: I don't have a I wouldn't joke with you, right,
- 15:11Speaker 1: I'm saying, yeah, like we're friends, we can take it,
- 15:14Speaker 1: you know.
- 15:15Speaker 9: Ye good exactly man Amen as as who said this,
- 15:23Speaker 9: James Smith, Amen, Joe.
- 15:25Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 15:26Speaker 4: So there's other if you want to blindly believe every witness,
- 15:34Speaker 4: there are other places to go. Yes, this is this
- 15:37Speaker 4: is not one of those places.
- 15:40Speaker 1: So yeah.
- 15:41Speaker 4: Uh And speaking of you know, there's a lot of hoopla,
- 15:45Speaker 4: a lot of I don't know, we know what to
- 15:50Speaker 4: call it going on the community drama with with the
- 15:54Speaker 4: KGB thing, files being released, and we got into that
- 15:58Speaker 4: on Wednesday. We're going to keep this extremely brief, but
- 16:04Speaker 4: this stinks to high have first of all, and we
- 16:10Speaker 4: did this on Wednesday. Thought experiment, Why would Russia all
- 16:14Speaker 4: of a sudden now give us these documents after we've
- 16:18Speaker 4: been funding a proxy war against them for three and
- 16:21Speaker 4: a half years for transparency because they like the shape
- 16:25Speaker 4: of Luna. That's the only thing I can think of,
- 16:28Speaker 4: like talk, Yeah, that's what I'm saying. The ambassador wants
- 16:32Speaker 4: to get in good with Luna. Ah. You know, it's
- 16:39Speaker 4: it's one kind of thing after the other. But I
- 16:42Speaker 4: feel like we're losing focus with some of these distractions.
- 16:47Speaker 4: You know, it's going to be interesting. What did the
- 16:49Speaker 4: Russians think? You know, they thought the Harvey what was
- 16:53Speaker 4: a loser. They surveilled him. Anyway, What their thoughts on
- 17:04Speaker 4: the assassination is essentially hearsay unless you had KGB assets
- 17:10Speaker 4: on the Grassy Knoll, you know, and don't get.
- 17:16Speaker 1: A twist guide the guiding OSWALT not get KGB reports
- 17:21Speaker 1: on OSWALT surveillance. They have nothing at all to do
- 17:24Speaker 1: with any kind of intelligence reports on the Russian side
- 17:26Speaker 1: of things at all. These are merely three hundred and
- 17:30Speaker 1: fifty pages of boring documents and papers put together by
- 17:36Speaker 1: what they think happened, right and who was behind.
- 17:40Speaker 4: By listen, probably our main enemy in the last sixty
- 17:46Speaker 4: plus years, right, Like, you have to take it with
- 17:50Speaker 4: a grain of salt, and it's just you know, you're
- 17:54Speaker 4: gonna get the headlines, you're gonna get the tweet impressions,
- 17:58Speaker 4: blah blah blah. But ah, it's uh, it's a little frustrating.
- 18:05Speaker 4: Why don't you fucking clean up the archives? Okay, why
- 18:09Speaker 4: don't you get an archivist in there that can digitize?
- 18:14Speaker 4: I think I heard, you know, a shout out to
- 18:17Speaker 4: Bart Camp, who will come up a couple of times
- 18:19Speaker 4: in this episode. By the way, uh he just released
- 18:22Speaker 4: two episodes or two uh yeah, two episodes YouTube videos
- 18:27Speaker 4: with him and and Malcolm Blunt and uh uh uh
- 18:35Speaker 4: fuck I just lost my total train of thought.
- 18:46Speaker 1: Let's just leave it at that, Joe. I mean, I'm
- 18:48Speaker 1: done talking about wasting any more time with his nothing
- 18:51Speaker 1: burger bullshit and Morley.
- 18:52Speaker 4: Okay, well I was saying like that, this is I
- 18:58Speaker 4: found it again. Thankful. Where's the focus on the JFK
- 19:03Speaker 4: Records Act Were cleaning up the archives, a bipartisan passed
- 19:10Speaker 4: law through Congress.
- 19:11Speaker 1: We had noticed the government's shut down, Joe, Oh.
- 19:14Speaker 4: Yes, yes, yes, So the reason that Morley has got
- 19:18Speaker 4: the initial scoop on these documents because the government was
- 19:21Speaker 4: shut down. But guess what on let me just confirm
- 19:26Speaker 4: the day I think it was September ninth, over a
- 19:31Speaker 4: month ago, where he started asking for translators.
- 19:38Speaker 1: For those of you who don't remember how long ago
- 19:40Speaker 1: that was, it was the day before Charlie Kirk got shot. Yeah,
- 19:44Speaker 1: so Optember ninth.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Yeah, so you know this is a month you know,
- 19:50Speaker 4: five weeks ago he's asking for Russian translators to translate
- 19:54Speaker 4: this document. And only now, I mean, did he predict
- 19:59Speaker 4: the government shut down? No, it was slated. He has
- 20:04Speaker 4: taken a lot of ship from the community for his
- 20:07Speaker 4: exclusive access and he is now making the government shutdown
- 20:12Speaker 4: excuse as the reason he got this first. But he
- 20:16Speaker 4: was asking for translators five five weeks ago the government
- 20:20Speaker 4: shut down. I believe it was October first. So still
- 20:28Speaker 4: he should play the stock market, he should play the
- 20:30Speaker 4: lottery rod That's what I would say.
- 20:32Speaker 1: I'm sure he does. I'm sure he wins all the time.
- 20:34Speaker 4: Yeah, I'm sure. So let's just before we get into it,
- 20:40Speaker 4: let's say hi to a couple of people. Timothy Ryan,
- 20:43Speaker 4: Jack Taylor, South to West double B of course, Trey
- 20:47Speaker 4: Jack Taylor, Paula Jane Oh listening to us from the airport.
- 20:53Speaker 4: This was like twenty minutes ago. Sure, paul Anci Moose
- 20:58Speaker 4: Heaven and I'm really quick. So if I if I
- 21:02Speaker 4: miss you, I apologize Toops seventy four. Good evening from
- 21:07Speaker 4: the future. Ten am Saturday in Australia.
- 21:10Speaker 1: Hello, we'll top it to you Tube team.
- 21:14Speaker 4: I said, that's name.
- 21:16Speaker 1: So welcome in Scott Edwards.
- 21:18Speaker 4: How are you, sir?
- 21:19Speaker 1: Uh?
- 21:21Speaker 4: Sally? We can't forget about her? Derek Ward, what's up,
- 21:24Speaker 4: my man? How's it going? COVID operator who was familiar
- 21:30Speaker 4: with our rants on these topics. Uh you lik a
- 21:40Speaker 4: dou Luga who is new to me, but thank you

- 24:17Speaker 1: any carpet, get in touch with Anthony. Yes, yes, I
- 24:21Speaker 1: believe he's in Cleveland.
- 24:23Speaker 4: No, it isn't. He isn't. No, that's not the Australian one.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Oh, I was saying Queens Australia.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Okay, So maybe the other Australian guy that's joining can
- 24:36Speaker 4: contact him.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Or maybe he's a regular listener and Toops is his handle, Yeah,
- 24:41Speaker 1: who knows?
- 24:42Speaker 4: Yeah, and the handles are messing with us.
- 24:44Speaker 1: I hope that that's not a nickname because you wear
- 24:47Speaker 1: a tupe like people call you touopsy because you know
- 24:50Speaker 1: you're clearly wearing a twopey. Hopefully that's not the case.
- 24:56Speaker 4: Yes, all right, So now.
- 24:57Speaker 1: I have I have, I have Joe something very special
- 25:03Speaker 1: for everyone, even you don't know this. I have a
- 25:07Speaker 1: surprised Oh.
- 25:10Speaker 4: I like it.
- 25:12Speaker 7: I do.
- 25:12Speaker 1: I have a surprise for everybody.
- 25:14Speaker 4: We have.
- 25:17Speaker 1: Another lone coming podcast exclusive Boots on the Ground Sleuthiness
- 25:24Speaker 1: in New Orleans, our very own and from Peach Sister's
- 25:29Speaker 1: kitchen was in New Orleans last week and she sent
- 25:34Speaker 1: us some exclusive footage that we're gonna watch right now.
- 25:37Speaker 1: It's about I put this. I put this together, and
- 25:40Speaker 1: and it's a lot of her stuff put together into
- 25:44Speaker 1: a video. It's about two and a half minutes long,
- 25:46Speaker 1: and we're gonna check it out. Okay, let's do it.
- 25:51Speaker 4: I'm looking forward to it.
- 25:53Speaker 1: All right. I may stop it for a comment here
- 25:58Speaker 1: or there, but this is awesome.
- 26:02Speaker 4: We are known if we are known to do that. Yes,
- 26:04Speaker 4: all right, here we go, Here we go.
- 26:14Speaker 1: Okay, let me pause it real quick, because I thought
- 26:16Speaker 1: this was the courthouse. This is This was actually the
- 26:18Speaker 1: police station in nineteen sixty three. Looks like a southern mansion.
- 26:25Speaker 4: It really does.
- 26:27Speaker 1: So this is cool. This was, like I said, this
- 26:30Speaker 1: was the police station in New Orleans. This is where
- 26:31Speaker 1: they took Lee Oswald after they arrested him after the fracas.
- 26:35Speaker 4: Peaches, do you know what it is? Now? If you do,
- 26:37Speaker 4: let us know in the commons.
- 26:42Speaker 3: This is that royal and canal.
- 26:49Speaker 1: Rubenstein's four and this is the home of the five
- 26:55Speaker 1: hundred club on Bourbon Street, where Jack Ruby coached Jada
- 27:01Speaker 1: to come work for him in Dallas. She was shaking
- 27:05Speaker 1: her hips inside this place.
- 27:11Speaker 4: I wish, I wish, I wish I was there to
- 27:14Speaker 4: see that man that, and I wish I was there
- 27:17Speaker 4: to see.
- 27:18Speaker 5: Okay, I'm trying to find one twenty sixth Exchange Place,
- 27:22Speaker 5: which is where Lee Harvey Oswald lived with his mother
- 27:25Speaker 5: when he was in about fifth grade or so, I think.
- 27:28Speaker 5: So I found one oh eight and that means it'll
- 27:32Speaker 5: be down on this side. And apparently they lived on
- 27:36Speaker 5: the second floor, I think, above a laundry. But I
- 27:39Speaker 5: can't find any other numbers. And as you can see,
- 27:42Speaker 5: there's construction going on down here.
- 27:45Speaker 3: Well, it would have been something like this, you know,
- 27:51Speaker 3: I got doors, Like, here's a.
- 27:52Speaker 1: Door, but I would think it would be closer to that.
- 27:55Speaker 1: Interception indicated that's where it was.
- 27:57Speaker 5: Yeah, let's take a look.
- 28:02Speaker 4: I like it peaches.
- 28:16Speaker 5: The door to the right in this picture is one
- 28:18Speaker 5: O seven Decatur Street, which is where I believe bring
- 28:22Speaker 5: Gear's shop would have been, and this is where Lejavi
- 28:25Speaker 5: Oswald went in to speak to him, and it is
- 28:29Speaker 5: now part of the Dixie Market where you can buy
- 28:33Speaker 5: some New Orleans prey lanes.
- 28:36Speaker 1: And real quick. To the right, okay, this is one
- 28:40Speaker 1: O seven. This would have been bringing a shot La
- 28:42Speaker 1: Casa Rocca. But to the right of this, uh would
- 28:46Speaker 1: have been the Habana bar Joe around the corner to
- 28:50Speaker 1: the right.
- 28:52Speaker 4: No, just to the right, okay, yes, yes, you're right. Yeah,
- 28:56Speaker 4: in the side street, yeah, to the right.
- 29:00Speaker 1: Like if she would have panned the camera to the right,
- 29:02Speaker 1: we would see one oh five, which was the band
- 29:05Speaker 1: of bar. And this is one of seven La Conso Rocca.
- 29:08Speaker 5: It's right on the corner of Canal Street.
- 29:12Speaker 1: It's not a bad street here, it is.
- 29:14Speaker 5: You can see the other storefronts are pretty nice and
- 29:17Speaker 5: include the barber shop. And this is also about a
- 29:21Speaker 5: two to three minute walk from Exchange Place where Oswald
- 29:26Speaker 5: lived in fifty three or fifty four, not that that's
- 29:29Speaker 5: the same time period when he met Bringdare.
- 29:32Speaker 4: But it's interesting.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Bravo and thank you so much. That was awesome, awesome,
- 29:46Speaker 1: and we hope you had fun in New Orleans. Uh
- 29:50Speaker 1: checking all that stuff out.
- 29:52Speaker 4: How could you not have fun in New Orleans.
- 29:54Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you so much for thinking of us and
- 29:57Speaker 1: taking the videos and the pictures. We appreciate. It's awesome
- 30:01Speaker 1: to see some of this stuff now, you know, and
- 30:04Speaker 1: see what it looks like. You drink another one. Yes, Yeah,
- 30:17Speaker 1: very cool stuff, man, very cool.
- 30:19Speaker 4: Thank you very much for that. Yeah, thank you peaches
- 30:23Speaker 4: from Sally. And when you get a compliment from Sally,
- 30:27Speaker 4: it's uh, it's always a good thing.
- 30:30Speaker 1: That's right, all right, Joe, let us get into Marianne Baker.
- 30:38Speaker 1: That's Marian with two rs. Not many men named marian
- 30:42Speaker 1: like a boy named Sue, a boy named Marian. You know,
- 30:45Speaker 1: he's a tough son of a bitch because he probably
- 30:46Speaker 1: had to fight growing up, a lot of people calling
- 30:49Speaker 1: him as sissie.
- 30:52Speaker 4: Definitely. You know.
- 30:55Speaker 1: I'm just saying, so let's take oh, look at Maryon
- 31:04Speaker 1: Baker and see what he has to say.
- 31:06Speaker 4: Yes, what's so?
- 31:08Speaker 1: This this will lay the groundwork, uh for everything we're
- 31:13Speaker 1: going to be talking about here tonight between Marion Baker
- 31:16Speaker 1: and Roy Truley. And thank you to Bart for this
- 31:20Speaker 1: video that I stole, uh from his Loan Gunman YouTube page.
- 31:27Speaker 1: Here we go.
- 31:29Speaker 3: I heard those shots come on and uh, they seem.
- 31:34Speaker 10: Like they's high and they were directly ahead of me,
- 31:39Speaker 10: and uh, as I I tried to figure out where
- 31:44Speaker 10: they came from, and the building that I had in
- 31:48Speaker 10: mind was directly ahead of me, and that was the
- 31:51Speaker 10: Texas Book Depository building. As I entered the building there,
- 31:56Speaker 10: I asked some of the people that were standing around
- 31:58Speaker 10: there were where the stairs or elevator was, and uh,
- 32:02Speaker 10: there was a man spoke up and said, uh, he
- 32:04Speaker 10: was a building manager and he'd chow me.
- 32:07Speaker 6: I realized that he didn't know the lay out of
- 32:09Speaker 6: the building, so I ran in.
- 32:11Speaker 3: With him Roy truly just a matter of seconds after.
- 32:15Speaker 11: The third shot, and we ran across the shipping when
- 32:19Speaker 11: the floor stopped at the elevators and uh.
- 32:24Speaker 10: We couldn't get that service elevator working, and uh he said, well,
- 32:29Speaker 10: we use the stairs, and he turned around immediately went
- 32:32Speaker 10: up the stairs.
- 32:34Speaker 11: We ran on at the first flight to the second floor,
- 32:39Speaker 11: and the officer locked in the snack bar adjacent toire office,
- 32:44Speaker 11: and uh.
- 32:44Speaker 10: I carry I kind of looked off to the ride
- 32:46Speaker 10: over ware through a doorway and saw the image of
- 32:49Speaker 10: a man walking the way through that doorway.
- 32:54Speaker 4: Uh.
- 32:55Speaker 10: And when I got the doorway, he was on down
- 32:57Speaker 10: there a little bit, and I hollered at him and
- 32:59Speaker 10: asked him to come back the.
- 33:01Speaker 6: Oster with me. I had a gun in his hand,
- 33:03Speaker 6: and uh he threw the gun uh toward the uh
- 33:11Speaker 6: middle of oz wis and he let probably a let
- 33:14Speaker 6: him start.
- 33:14Speaker 11: I don't like anybody ask what if you just put
- 33:17Speaker 11: a gun this time my part it why, which I
- 33:20Speaker 11: thought was natural.
- 33:23Speaker 3: But uh I turned around and asked him if the
- 33:26Speaker 3: man worked for him and if he knew him, and
- 33:29Speaker 3: he said, yes, says he works for me, and I
- 33:31Speaker 3: I know it. And Uh at that time, Uh the
- 33:39Speaker 3: man never did say anything. I never did say anything
- 33:42Speaker 3: further to him.
- 33:43Speaker 2: Uh.
- 33:43Speaker 3: I turned around and went on up the stairs the
- 33:45Speaker 3: third floor.
- 33:47Speaker 12: This, ma'am that you saw later turned out to be
- 33:50Speaker 12: laid out the user.
- 33:51Speaker 3: Yes, sir, he did Falser Baker.
- 33:55Speaker 12: As you UH think back now, So November twenty second,
- 33:59Speaker 12: would you uh a hazard A guess as to the
- 34:04Speaker 12: time you heard these shots and the time it took
- 34:08Speaker 12: you to get into the building and go up the stairs,
- 34:11Speaker 12: and the time when you first saw Lee Harvey Oswald,
- 34:16Speaker 12: I believe, excuse me.
- 34:18Speaker 3: From time did I.
- 34:21Speaker 10: Heard those shots and time I ran into that building,
- 34:25Speaker 10: entered the lobby and uh made it up to the
- 34:28Speaker 10: second floor, it was approximately a minute and.
- 34:31Speaker 3: A half to two minutes, and UH that would be
- 34:37Speaker 3: pretty close to.
- 34:39Speaker 12: In your uh testimony before the Warrant commission. Uh was
- 34:42Speaker 12: this re enacted?
- 34:44Speaker 3: Uh this timing?
- 34:45Speaker 1: Yes, sir, it did you tell me how you did it.
- 34:49Speaker 3: Well, we went back to the.
- 34:52Speaker 10: Same day that we figured what what I did at
- 34:55Speaker 10: that particular day, and we tried to get to the
- 34:58Speaker 10: spot where I thought I first heard the shots, and
- 35:03Speaker 10: from there.
- 35:03Speaker 3: We took it and we did everything. Ren re enacted
- 35:07Speaker 3: the whole situation there, the entr entrance into.
- 35:11Speaker 10: The building and uh the talk we had between the
- 35:16Speaker 10: building manager and the self, and then we went on
- 35:18Speaker 10: back through the building and we tried to get the
- 35:22Speaker 10: service elevator down and uh we then went on.
- 35:27Speaker 3: Up the stairs and that uh I believe somewhere around
- 35:30Speaker 3: a minute and a half was uh our timing.
- 35:32Speaker 12: Only as you recall it, does that seem like a
- 35:35Speaker 12: reasonable uh length of time for him to have been
- 35:37Speaker 12: able to do those things?
- 35:40Speaker 11: Uh, he could have done it if he'd have been
- 35:42Speaker 11: awful fast or if he'd pre planned it right away.
- 35:48Speaker 11: But the the uh ceilings alone on uh each floor
- 35:52Speaker 11: and the setting in the stairways did not have too
- 35:55Speaker 11: many steps on him.
- 36:01Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 36:02Speaker 1: Now this video is these interviews we just saw. We're done,
- 36:06Speaker 1: I believe in late sixty four early sixty five. So
- 36:11Speaker 1: by this time the narrative, okay that we got fed
- 36:16Speaker 1: during the Warren Commission was entirely in place, but they.
- 36:23Speaker 4: Had their story straight by this time.
- 36:25Speaker 1: Yes, let us go back in time to November twenty second,
- 36:30Speaker 1: Joe and take a look at Marion Baker's AffA David
- 36:37Speaker 1: from November twenty second, where he said Friday, November twenty second,
- 36:43Speaker 1: nineteen sixty three, and this was yep.
- 36:48Speaker 4: I just put it up there. Yeah, and I have
- 36:52Speaker 4: I have the handwritten version next by the way.
- 36:55Speaker 1: Well, we're gonna, yeah, We're gonna go through that. I
- 36:57Speaker 1: was riding motorcycle escort for the President of the United
- 37:00Speaker 1: States at approximately twelve thirty. I was on Houston Street
- 37:04Speaker 1: and the President's car made a left turn from Houston
- 37:07Speaker 1: on to Elm. Just as I approached Elman Houston, I
- 37:10Speaker 1: heard three shots and I realized these shots were rifle shots,
- 37:14Speaker 1: and I began to try to figure out where they
- 37:16Speaker 1: came from. I decided the shots had come from the
- 37:19Speaker 1: building on the northwest corner of Elman Houston. This building
- 37:23Speaker 1: is used by the Board of Education for book storage.
- 37:26Speaker 1: I jumped off my motor bike and ran inside the building.
- 37:29Speaker 1: As I entered the door, I saw several people just
- 37:31Speaker 1: standing around. I asked these people where the stairs were
- 37:35Speaker 1: A man stepped forward and stated he was the building
- 37:38Speaker 1: manager and that he would show me where the stairs were.
- 37:42Speaker 1: I followed the man to the rear of the building.
- 37:44Speaker 1: He said, let's take the elevator. The elevator was busy
- 37:48Speaker 1: or hung up several floors up, so we had to
- 37:50Speaker 1: use the stairs instead. As we reached the third and
- 37:54Speaker 1: fourth floor, I saw a man walking away from the stairway. Again,
- 37:59Speaker 1: let me read it ate that as we reached the
- 38:02Speaker 1: third or fourth floor.
- 38:06Speaker 4: The second floor.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Right now, I'm not mentally disabled in the least Joe,
- 38:15Speaker 1: and I don't think Marion Baker is either. Now, if
- 38:20Speaker 1: I'm running up stairs right from the first floor to
- 38:26Speaker 1: the second floor, I would think that that's pretty easy
- 38:29Speaker 1: to remember that it was on the second floor that
- 38:32Speaker 1: I had this encounter, not after I had been running
- 38:36Speaker 1: up three or four flights of stairs.
- 38:39Speaker 4: Yes, this is quite a different hike up the stairs.
- 38:45Speaker 1: And again there's no mention of a doorway, a lunch room,
- 38:50Speaker 1: anything like that. We reached the third or fourth floor,
- 38:53Speaker 1: I saw a man walking away from the stairway. I
- 38:57Speaker 1: called to the man, and he turned around and came
- 38:59Speaker 1: back toward me. The manager said, I know that man.
- 39:03Speaker 1: He works here. I then turned the man loose and
- 39:06Speaker 1: went up to the top floor. The man I saw
- 39:09Speaker 1: was a white man, approximately thirty years old, five nine
- 39:12Speaker 1: one sixty five, dark hair, and wearing a light brown jacket.
- 39:20Speaker 1: Now this will be important because folks, Oswald didn't own
- 39:24Speaker 1: a light brown jacket. And if you asked Wesley Frasier
- 39:29Speaker 1: what jacket Oswald was wearing that day, he said that
- 39:33Speaker 1: it was a gray jacket or a dark blue jacket.
- 39:38Speaker 1: And of course later on in the day they would
- 39:43Speaker 1: find a white or very off gray colored jacket that
- 39:49Speaker 1: supposedly Oswald had shed after the murder of an officer Tippett.
- 39:56Speaker 1: He didn't own that jacket either, at least according to Marina.
- 40:00Speaker 1: But I digress. So let's take a look, Joe, because
- 40:08Speaker 1: that is the typed version by Mary Rattan, the notary public.
- 40:14Speaker 4: She has a notary for almost all of the initial
- 40:20Speaker 4: same day statements. I believe a lot of them we've
- 40:23Speaker 4: gone over.
- 40:24Speaker 1: So instead of having him sit there and tell her this,
- 40:30Speaker 1: he actually wrote it out handwritten. Okay, yeah, and there
- 40:38Speaker 1: are some things that are changed on here, so let's
- 40:40Speaker 1: check and see what they say. He says, I was
- 40:44Speaker 1: on Houston Street and the President's car, and what he
- 40:48Speaker 1: crossed out was had already and they changed that to
- 40:53Speaker 1: head made a left turn from Houston, and what they
- 41:00Speaker 1: crossed out was something was can you make that out, Joe,
- 41:08Speaker 1: I'm to figure it out. Uh, that's a tough one.
- 41:11Speaker 1: Something was.
- 41:14Speaker 4: Something it was app approaching.
- 41:21Speaker 1: And was a pro yeah that that it might beybody's
- 41:24Speaker 1: trying to say, uh yeah, uh yeah. And then below
- 41:30Speaker 1: that is a whole other line crossed out.
- 41:33Speaker 4: Hold on, I just screwed that up.
- 41:40Speaker 1: Ten. It looks like.
- 41:44Speaker 4: I don't know, I'm gonna bring it back up myself.
- 41:49Speaker 1: Esplanade maybe I don't know, went off of Houston, and
- 41:56Speaker 1: I don't know what in the hell he was trying
- 41:58Speaker 1: to say. There, Oh, this is a big long, stretched
- 42:02Speaker 1: out line. No, no, right out?
- 42:09Speaker 4: Oh yeah, okay, I could I could? Oh I keep
- 42:16Speaker 4: my touchscreen. Sorry. Uh.
- 42:21Speaker 1: Then he says about cross that out, and I said,
- 42:24Speaker 1: just as I maybe he spelled approached wrong. I don't
- 42:34Speaker 1: know elman Houston. I heard three shots. I realized these
- 42:38Speaker 1: shots were rifle shots. Blah blah blah blah blah. On
- 42:42Speaker 1: the next page, he says, I entered the from but
- 42:48Speaker 1: he scratched that out and says door. I saw several
- 42:52Speaker 1: people standing around. I asked these people where the stairs
- 42:55Speaker 1: were A man, uh something.
- 43:02Speaker 4: I can't Yeah, I think I might say, said, all right,
- 43:06Speaker 4: I don't know. It doesn't make sense in context of
- 43:10Speaker 4: the sentence.
- 43:11Speaker 1: So what does if you said a man said he
- 43:13Speaker 1: was the building manager.
- 43:16Speaker 4: Stepped probably stepped Oh no, I don't know. Maybe he
- 43:20Speaker 4: spelled stepped wrong.
- 43:21Speaker 6: No.
- 43:21Speaker 1: I think he was starting to say a man said
- 43:23Speaker 1: he was the building manager, and then he cross said out,
- 43:26Speaker 1: and then he says stopped, uh, stepped forward instead he
- 43:33Speaker 1: was the building manager, and he would show me where
- 43:37Speaker 1: the stairs word and uh yeah, and then.
- 43:48Speaker 4: Shoot, I cropped it out at the bottom it says
- 43:50Speaker 4: and something the stairs at the bottom of the stairs
- 43:54Speaker 4: or something.
- 43:55Speaker 6: Uh.
- 43:56Speaker 4: Then then this is the next part of it. This
- 43:58Speaker 4: is I think page three of his handwritten Yeah.
- 44:01Speaker 1: So the first thing he said when he says we
- 44:06Speaker 1: reached the third or fourth floor.
- 44:09Speaker 4: Yep, And that's right here if you follow my cursor.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Where he says, I saw a and I don't know
- 44:17Speaker 1: what is under that what he crossed out.
- 44:22Speaker 4: Yeah, that is hot.
- 44:24Speaker 1: That's a that's a tough one.
- 44:28Speaker 4: I think it's something saw a few men walking away.
- 44:34Speaker 4: I don't know from the stairway.
- 44:37Speaker 1: I wouldn't hazard a guess with this one. Yeah, but
- 44:41Speaker 1: then I think he started a spell. I hollered, and
- 44:44Speaker 1: then he crossed that out. He says. I called to
- 44:46Speaker 1: the man, and he turned around and came back towards me.
- 44:49Speaker 1: The manager said he knew the man, he works here,
- 44:52Speaker 1: and then turned the man loose and went on up
- 44:57Speaker 1: to the top floor. The man and I saw was.
- 45:01Speaker 4: We're up top floor. That would be the seventh floor.
- 45:05Speaker 1: Correct, correct?
- 45:08Speaker 4: God?
- 45:09Speaker 1: Which is where they went. They went up the stairs
- 45:11Speaker 1: to the fifth floor, got off the stairs, got on
- 45:15Speaker 1: the elevator on the fifth floor, and went all the
- 45:17Speaker 1: way up to the seventh floor. They skipped the sixth
- 45:19Speaker 1: all together. And from from the seventh floor, after they
- 45:25Speaker 1: searched the very top and to the roof and the
- 45:28Speaker 1: and the top floor, they came down to the sixth
- 45:31Speaker 1: But by the time they had got down there, I
- 45:34Speaker 1: believe there was already sheriff's deputies on the sixth floor.
- 45:40Speaker 1: I don't know. Yeah, let's see at the very bottom,
- 45:48Speaker 1: he says. The man I saw was and what's a
- 45:51Speaker 1: white man?
- 45:52Speaker 4: But yeah, I think it says a prox five to nine.
- 45:57Speaker 4: I think it's actually the same description five to nine,
- 46:02Speaker 4: but once it's something before the sixty five, I don't know. Yeah,
- 46:08Speaker 4: the end, it's hard to tell.
- 46:11Speaker 1: It's crossed out, or maybe it's maybe five nine to
- 46:15Speaker 1: six foot maybe.
- 46:17Speaker 4: Yeah, which, yeah, you would need to cross that out.
- 46:21Speaker 4: Oswalt was nowhere near six.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Foot, dark hair, and wearing a light brown jacket. And
- 46:27Speaker 1: let me also point out, folks that the button up
- 46:31Speaker 1: shirt that he was arrested in was a dark, almost
- 46:37Speaker 1: rusty brown that had like little gold or silver flex
- 46:41Speaker 1: of string like running all through it. Definitely wouldn't be
- 46:47Speaker 1: mistaken for a light brown jacket at all. And most people,
- 46:55Speaker 1: including Carolyn Arnold, who supposedly ran into Oswald immediately after
- 47:01Speaker 1: this lunch room encounter, she said Oswald was wearing a
- 47:04Speaker 1: white T shirt. And that's it. And that's what a
- 47:09Speaker 1: lot of the guys said that he was wearing that day,
- 47:12Speaker 1: No overshirt, just a white T shirt. Now that's not
- 47:15Speaker 1: saying he didn't have a shirt, an overshirt or a
- 47:18Speaker 1: jacket with him at work somewhere, but while he was working,
- 47:23Speaker 1: a white T shirt. And again, the big thing here
- 47:31Speaker 1: is third or fourth floor.
- 47:35Speaker 4: Big difference from second No mention of a second floor encounter.
- 47:42Speaker 4: And we will get to the Trulley's in a little bit,
- 47:45Speaker 4: trust me, I promise.
- 47:49Speaker 1: Now he Marion Baker was interviewed by the FBI a
- 47:54Speaker 1: couple days later by Vincent Drayne, and he says, Marion Baker,
- 48:02Speaker 1: patrolman Dallas Police Department, advised that he went into the
- 48:06Speaker 1: building of the Texas school Book Depository shortly after President
- 48:11Speaker 1: John F. Kennedy had been shot. He stated that he
- 48:13Speaker 1: and mister Roy Truly, the manager, observed Lee Harvey Oswald
- 48:17Speaker 1: on the second floor of the building. So now he
- 48:21Speaker 1: has changed his mind in a week, folks, from the
- 48:26Speaker 1: twenty second to the twenty ninth. It's no longer the
- 48:29Speaker 1: third or fourth floor is now the second. And he
- 48:34Speaker 1: asked truly who that was, and Truly told him Oswald
- 48:38Speaker 1: was all right, that he worked in the building. He stated,
- 48:41Speaker 1: they proceeded up the stairs and did not see Oswald
- 48:45Speaker 1: anymore until after his arrest by the Dallas Police Department.
- 48:49Speaker 1: So that is November twenty ninth.
- 48:54Speaker 4: Okay, starting to get their story a little streeter.
- 49:00Speaker 1: Yeah, Also on the twenty ninth, there is another report
- 49:03Speaker 1: from Vincent Drayne concerning mister Marion, Baker advised that he
- 49:09Speaker 1: went into the building of the school book Depository shortly
- 49:12Speaker 1: after the President Kennedy had been shot on November twenty second,
- 49:16Speaker 1: sixty three. He said that he and mister Roy Truly,
- 49:21Speaker 1: Now this sounds the same as what I just read you,
- 49:24Speaker 1: but trust me, it's not. There is an alteration. There's
- 49:27Speaker 1: a point to this. He said that he and mister
- 49:31Speaker 1: Truly observedly Harvey Oswald on the second floor of the building.
- 49:34Speaker 1: He stated he asked truly who that was, and Truly
- 49:37Speaker 1: told him Oswald was all right and that he worked
- 49:39Speaker 1: in the building. He stated that they proceeded on up
- 49:42Speaker 1: the stairs and did not see Oswald anymore until after
- 49:45Speaker 1: his arrest by the Dallas Police Department. Baker stated he
- 49:48Speaker 1: did not see Oswald before and did not know him.
- 49:53Speaker 1: He stated that neither did he know Jack Ruby, other
- 49:58Speaker 1: than he had heard of him in the past. He
- 50:00Speaker 1: stated that he knew of no special connections or activities
- 50:04Speaker 1: of Ruby, and he had no information that Ruby and
- 50:07Speaker 1: Oswald were acquainted with each other. Now, why this information
- 50:11Speaker 1: about Ruby was added to this FBI report by Vincent Drayne,
- 50:17Speaker 1: I'm not sure, but it was definitely added because I
- 50:19Speaker 1: have both versions of the same document, which is odd. Now,
- 50:28Speaker 1: as far as Marion Baker's warn testimony Warren Commission testimony,
- 50:34Speaker 1: I'm not going to bore you with that because, like
- 50:36Speaker 1: as Joe said, it's thirty pages long and it's the
- 50:41Speaker 1: official story. We've all heard the second floor down, the
- 50:45Speaker 1: YadA YadA, all of that. They've run through him, asking
- 50:49Speaker 1: questions about how long it took him, you know, to
- 50:52Speaker 1: do this, how long it took him to do that,
- 50:54Speaker 1: blah blah blah, so.
- 50:55Speaker 4: Much time on the elevator Bullshit's.
- 50:58Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, So I'm not going to bore you with that.
- 51:03Speaker 1: What we do have Commission Exhibit three zero seven six,
- 51:10Speaker 1: And this is from very late in the Warren Commission,
- 51:19Speaker 1: maybe even.
- 51:20Speaker 4: After yeh, I mean based on the YEA.
- 51:26Speaker 1: And the date September twenty third, nineteen sixty four. Joe,
- 51:32Speaker 1: it's late.
- 51:33Speaker 4: Yeah, it's late.
- 51:34Speaker 12: It's late.
- 51:35Speaker 6: Uh.
- 51:36Speaker 1: And this is another handwritten statement. I, Marion L. Baker,
- 51:42Speaker 1: do hereby furnish the Voluntary Science statement to Richard Burnett,
- 51:48Speaker 1: who has identified himself to me as a special agent
- 51:51Speaker 1: of the FBI. I'm employed as an officer with the
- 51:54Speaker 1: Dallas Police Department and was employed as of November twenty second,
- 51:58Speaker 1: nineteen sixty three. On the early afternoon of that day,
- 52:02Speaker 1: after having what sounded to me or hearing what sounded
- 52:06Speaker 1: to me like a bullet hole or a bullet shot,
- 52:10Speaker 1: I entered the school book Depository building on the northwest
- 52:13Speaker 1: corner of Elman Houston in downtown Dallas. I had entered
- 52:16Speaker 1: the building in an effect to determine to determine of
- 52:22Speaker 1: the shots might have come from the building on the
- 52:27Speaker 1: second and something scratched out here. Oh, I see what
- 52:32Speaker 1: it is. It scratched out or third floor. So they
- 52:38Speaker 1: scratched that out and make it just to be the
- 52:43Speaker 1: second floor. On the second floor where the lunch room
- 52:47Speaker 1: is located, I saw a man standing in the lunch
- 52:51Speaker 1: room drinking a coke, and that part is crossed out.
- 52:59Speaker 1: He was alone in the lunch room at the time.
- 53:03Speaker 1: I saw no one else in the vicinity of the
- 53:05Speaker 1: lunch room at this time. Maryon Baker. I have read
- 53:10Speaker 1: this statement consisting of the pages and one other page,
- 53:16Speaker 1: and it is true and correct to the best of
- 53:21Speaker 1: my knowledge, haven't I haven't initialed each page and each correction.
- 53:28Speaker 1: Marion Baker witnesses Richard Burnett, special agent and Bobby Hargas,
- 53:34Speaker 1: a fellow Dallas Police motorcycle officer.
- 53:40Speaker 4: Okay, that's strange. It seems to me they're trying to
- 53:44Speaker 4: patch up holes in the story. Ye at this late date.
- 53:48Speaker 4: I mean, I don't know how anyone can come to
- 53:51Speaker 4: another conclusion.
- 53:53Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, Marion Baker did not participate in Jim Garrison's
- 53:58Speaker 1: reindeer games, although he probably would have liked to get him.
- 54:04Speaker 1: But the HSCA did track the man down and talked
- 54:09Speaker 1: to him. So in nineteen and seventy seven, November fourth,
- 54:15Speaker 1: to be exact, Marion Baker was interviewed in his hometown
- 54:20Speaker 1: or where he was living, in Lancaster, Texas. It says
- 54:27Speaker 1: former DPD motorcycle officer Marion Baker was interviewed at three
- 54:30Speaker 1: thirteen pm on ten twenty five, seventy seven, at the
- 54:34Speaker 1: corner of Industrial Boulevard and Commerce Street in Dallas, Texas.
- 54:39Speaker 1: A last minute changing plans put Baker and Officer Haygood
- 54:42Speaker 1: further back in the motorcade near one of the press buses.
- 54:46Speaker 1: This change came about because the President did not want
- 54:48Speaker 1: flanking motorcycles because of the noise They created now correcting
- 54:54Speaker 1: me if I'm wrong, Joe, I'm pretty sure the President's
- 54:57Speaker 1: limo had flanking motorcycles on each side two to be exact.
- 55:03Speaker 1: For it's four.
- 55:05Speaker 4: I think you are a correction.
- 55:07Speaker 1: I mean, unless they wanted six, you know, like three
- 55:10Speaker 1: on each side flanking his ass. I don't know. That's
- 55:14Speaker 1: news to me. I mean, when you got four, I mean,
- 55:18Speaker 1: what's two more? I mean really, I mean it's it's
- 55:20Speaker 1: already gonna be low as hell. Baker said that when
- 55:25Speaker 1: he turned from Maine to Houston, a gust of wind
- 55:29Speaker 1: almost upset his motorcycle. Joe, the hand of God if
- 55:35Speaker 1: you will.
- 55:36Speaker 4: Hey, I've fallen off motorcycles scooters, so.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Every time.
- 55:44Speaker 4: Yeah, that's my excuse.
- 55:46Speaker 1: So by the time he righted himself, he heard three
- 55:50Speaker 1: shots ring out. They went bam, bam, bam. They were
- 55:56Speaker 1: high up. I figured they come from the Texas Cool
- 56:00Speaker 1: Book Depository building or the Dallas, Texas building. That'd be
- 56:03Speaker 1: the Dow Text Building for those of you out there
- 56:05Speaker 1: who don't know. Pigeons flew off the hurt sign on
- 56:09Speaker 1: the roof of the Book Depository, so I figured it
- 56:11Speaker 1: had to be from there. And there's your pigeons, Joe.
- 56:19Speaker 1: There was mass hysteria. People were running around on the
- 56:22Speaker 1: ground over the place in Dealey Plaza. Who I thought
- 56:28Speaker 1: must have been secret servicemen run out of the fo car.
- 56:35Speaker 4: Probably reporters.
- 56:38Speaker 1: Well unless he's talking about Hill. Yeah, but that was one.
- 56:44Speaker 1: But he says men. He said, I saw men who
- 56:49Speaker 1: I thought must have been Secret service men run out
- 56:53Speaker 1: of the follow up car. One ran back. Now to me,
- 56:58Speaker 1: that would mean one ran to the follow up car. Now,
- 57:04Speaker 1: from the movies that we've seen, there was only one
- 57:07Speaker 1: secret service man who disengaged himself from the follow up
- 57:11Speaker 1: car and ran to the limousine, and that was Clint Hill.
- 57:17Speaker 1: So I don't know what he's seeing, but okay. I
- 57:21Speaker 1: then went to the TSBD building and asked where the
- 57:25Speaker 1: stairway was, mister Trully. The manager said, come on, sir,
- 57:29Speaker 1: I'll show you. The elevator was gone, so we started
- 57:33Speaker 1: up the stairs. The stairs he refers to were at
- 57:36Speaker 1: the rear left corner of the building. On the second floor.
- 57:42Speaker 1: I saw a movement of a person in the glass
- 57:44Speaker 1: window of a wooden door. I entered the room with
- 57:47Speaker 1: my revolver in my hand, and this old boy was
- 57:50Speaker 1: walking away from me. I hollered to him. He turned
- 57:54Speaker 1: and faced me. I said, hey, motherfucker. He turned around.
- 58:01Speaker 1: I pointed my gun at him. Then mister Truly turned
- 58:05Speaker 1: or came back, and I said, does is motherfucker work here?
- 58:08Speaker 1: And he said, yes, yes, that motherfucker works here. I
- 58:13Speaker 1: turned away and went up two more flights of stairs
- 58:15Speaker 1: with mister Truley, and then we took the elevator to
- 58:18Speaker 1: the top. We didn't see anybody. I went back down
- 58:22Speaker 1: and outside, and by that time they had the building sealed. Joe, Okay,
- 58:28Speaker 1: So that's how long Truly and Baker were in the building, right,
- 58:34Speaker 1: fast enough for them to have it sealed, which means
- 58:37Speaker 1: every entrance and exit is covered by police.
- 58:43Speaker 4: Okay.
- 58:44Speaker 1: Yep. Asked what he thought of Oswald's demeanor, Baker said, oh,
- 58:49Speaker 1: he was cool. He didn't say a word. Yep.
- 58:53Speaker 4: And we just shot the president and you're just chilling
- 58:56Speaker 4: getting a coke.
- 58:58Speaker 1: Baker related that another police officer, whom he referred to
- 59:01Speaker 1: is welcome a welcome Barnett, now on the highway patrol
- 59:06Speaker 1: at Silver Springs, saw the gun sticking out the window
- 59:10Speaker 1: of the school book depository. A woman had told him
- 59:15Speaker 1: about it. Okay. Baker said that he then went to
- 59:22Speaker 1: Parkland Hospital and spent the remaining two hours of his
- 59:26Speaker 1: duty there. He returned to headquarters and parked his bike.
- 59:33Speaker 1: He gave a statement and found out from the officer
- 59:36Speaker 1: who had also taken a statement from mister Trully that
- 59:39Speaker 1: the man he accosted on the second floor of the
- 59:41Speaker 1: school book depository was Oswald, the man that they had
- 59:46Speaker 1: just arrested across town for the murder of fellow officer JD. Tippett. Later,
- 59:53Speaker 1: he was present on the third floor when Oswald was
- 59:57Speaker 1: being questioned. That would be the third floor of the
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: h uh city City Hall. Yeah.
- 1:00:04Speaker 9: Uh.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: He heard Oswald being asked, did you kill the president?
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: And Oswald answered, that's absurd. I want a lawyer, I
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: want a lawyer. Baker said he also knew officer J. D.
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: Tippett and repeated the now familiar characteristic of Tippet's averted,
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: down cast eyes of a man who just wouldn't look
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: you in the eyes when he talked to you. Joe, right,
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: trust shifty people like that.
- 1:00:38Speaker 4: Yeah, well, allegedly from PTSD from.
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: World War Two.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Try to tell my kids, look when you're talking to somebody,
- 1:00:44Speaker 1: look them in the eyes. You look like a scafusa
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: if you if you, you know, looking somewhere else, be
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: a man and look at somebody in the eye. When
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: he talked to him, he shut her hand, look them
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: in the eye, acknowledge them. Baker said that when he
- 1:01:03Speaker 1: went to Washington to appear before the Warren Commission, he
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: met the three Negro boys who had been watching the
- 1:01:13Speaker 1: parade from the fifth floor window. Joe, he says. Baker says,
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: because if you remember, they went up the stairs to
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: the fifth floor, because that is where the elevators were
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: hung up, right, So they went on the fifth floor,
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: and he didn't see anybody on the fifth floor, and.
- 1:01:35Speaker 4: They took the elevator from the fifth to the seventh.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: Yes, he says. Them boys were hiding behind boxes. When
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: he looked through the fifth floor of the TSBD, he
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: never saw them there, but they told him in Washington
- 1:01:51Speaker 1: that they had seen him and that they were hiding
- 1:01:54Speaker 1: behind boxes because they were scared. The hell you hadn't
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: for if you ain't going to be scared of if
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: you didn't do nothing, I mean, yeah, you're you're you're
- 1:02:07Speaker 1: definitely black. In nineteen sixty three, in the middle of
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: a crime scene. Sure, I get it, yes, but.
- 1:02:14Speaker 4: Still you wouldn't be hiding behind them boxes.
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: Right any minutes after? Hey, man, we work here. You know, Hey,
- 1:02:22Speaker 1: we're cool. You chill? I mean, truly was with him?
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: He could have said, yeah, them boys worked for me?
- 1:02:28Speaker 1: Or is truly called him my my in words, not
- 1:02:31Speaker 1: my words. I would be Roy Truley's words. By the way, Yes, yes,
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: yes he called them yes, just to make that clear.
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: So now the interesting part of this Joe is that
- 1:02:52Speaker 1: according to FBI agent book out and his report of
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: Oz and his interrogation, Oswald says that at the time
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: of the search of the school book depository building by
- 1:03:09Speaker 1: police officers, that he was on the second floor of
- 1:03:13Speaker 1: said building, having just purchased a coke from the soft
- 1:03:17Speaker 1: drink machine, at which time a police officer came into
- 1:03:20Speaker 1: the room with his pistol drawn and asked him if
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: he worked there. Mister Truley was present and verified that
- 1:03:26Speaker 1: he was an employee, and the police officer thereafter left
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: and continued through the building. Oswald said that he took
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: his coke down to the first floor and stood around
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: and had lunch in the employee break room, which would
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: be the Domino room right. He thereafter went outside and
- 1:03:45Speaker 1: stood around for five or ten minutes with forming Bill Shelley,
- 1:03:49Speaker 1: and thereafter went home. He stated that he left work because,
- 1:03:53Speaker 1: in his opinion, based upon the remarks of Bill Shelley,
- 1:03:57Speaker 1: he did not believe that there was going to be
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: any more work that day due to the confusion in
- 1:04:01Speaker 1: the building. He stated, after arriving at his residence that
- 1:04:05Speaker 1: he went to a movie, where he was subsequently apprehended
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: by the Dallas Police Department. Oswald stated that his hours
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: of work at the school Depository were from eight am
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: to four forty five, but that he has not required
- 1:04:18Speaker 1: a punch of time clock. His usual place of work
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: in the building is on the first floor. However, he
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: frequently is required to go to the fourth, fifth, or
- 1:04:27Speaker 1: sixth or seventh floors of the building in order to
- 1:04:30Speaker 1: get books and fill orders. And again, this is the
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: FBI version of Oswald's interrogation on November twenty second, nineteen
- 1:04:43Speaker 1: sixty three. Uh oh, Joe, hi Loe, thank you read oh.
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: Thank you sir. We appreciate it, mister Phill Yeah sixty five. Yeah.
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: So here we have Oswald saying that he was on
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: the second floor that he encountered Marion Baker and Roy
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: Truly and then he bought a coke there. So now
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: is this I just don't understand how this is crafted
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: into part of the narrative, because look, Oswald said a
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: lot of lies when he's in custody or being questioned,
- 1:05:34Speaker 1: but he also says a lot of truth when he's
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: in custody and being questioned. Which Oswald do we have here?
- 1:05:41Speaker 1: And how would Oswald? I mean he had his testimony,
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: I mean he knows. I mean, if this encounter actually happened, Joe,
- 1:05:54Speaker 1: his boss, Roy Truly was right there and saw him
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: with a cop, so he can't really lie himself out
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: of a situation like this. You see what I'm saying.
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: I have no doubt that the encounter took place between
- 1:06:16Speaker 1: Roy Truley and Maryon Baker and Oswald. The question I
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: have is where in the hell did this encounter take place.
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: I don't think it was on the second floor.
- 1:06:31Speaker 4: Did they move it down to I don't know.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: I don't know either. It would make more sense in
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: the entire narrative of everything if you're trying to pin
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: if he's up higher it is on the third or
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: fourth floor. In the stairway, right because you know, guy
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: coming down the stairs or maybe upstairs, and here's somebody
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: coming up the stairs, like running up the stairs, so he,
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: you know, it's like, oh shit, maybe I better get
- 1:07:05Speaker 1: off the stairs. So he might dip into like the
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: fifth floor or something, or the third floor, and they
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: then they see him dipping and say, hey man, you know,
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: do you work here? But now they're letting him get
- 1:07:19Speaker 1: all the way down to the second floor. They're letting
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: him casually walk across the lunch room, dig in his
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: pocket for some change, put it in the machine, make
- 1:07:29Speaker 1: a selection, wait for it to come out, got it,
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: pop the top on the damn thing, and turn around.
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: And then Marion Baker's right there. Because remember, according to
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: Marion Baker, it wasn't part of his first day testimony,
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: nor is Warren Commission testimony, but it was part of
- 1:07:54Speaker 1: the late addition to the Warren Commission mended story that
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: Oswald was drinking a coke. So for Oswald to would
- 1:08:04Speaker 1: be drinking a coke, everything that I just stated to
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: you had to happen before that. He had to arrive
- 1:08:10Speaker 1: on the second floor, The pneumatic door had to close
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: behind him, which I think that it would have by
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: the time Baker got there if he already had the coke,
- 1:08:20Speaker 1: because again, you go in the door, the door starts
- 1:08:24Speaker 1: to shut behind you. You walk across the room to
- 1:08:27Speaker 1: the coke machine, you dig in your pocket for change,
- 1:08:30Speaker 1: you put it in the machine, you make a selection,
- 1:08:33Speaker 1: you got to pop the top, and then you're ready
- 1:08:37Speaker 1: to finally take a drink of it, which is when
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: marrying Baker pops in the room. So that right there
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: tells you there's way too much time, you know, being
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: messed with there, Like there's no way Baker would have
- 1:08:53Speaker 1: seen anything, you know. The story then, you know, goes, well,
- 1:08:57Speaker 1: the door was shutting, and he noted movement moving away
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: from him, you know. And again here here's when you
- 1:09:06Speaker 1: apply logic to situations like this. Okay, and this is
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: from Mary Baker's own words. He turns on to Houston Street.
- 1:09:14Speaker 1: He's in the motorcade, all right, He's headed towards straight
- 1:09:18Speaker 1: towards the schoobook depository. Okay. I have no doubt that
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: that's when he heard the shots. And he might have
- 1:09:24Speaker 1: seen birds fly out of some trees or whatever. Maybe
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: even the hurt sign.
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: What it doesn't really mean, Yeah, it doesn't. I think,
- 1:09:33Speaker 4: he said, I heard the shots were high up. Well,
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: guess what, there's an echo in deepely plasma if you
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: were even.
- 1:09:39Speaker 1: That and he's on a loud ass Harley, okay, right, right,
- 1:09:46Speaker 1: and you're in the middle of protecting the president in
- 1:09:49Speaker 1: a motorcade. There's a lot going on here. But again,
- 1:09:54Speaker 1: like Joe said, his impression was that it came from
- 1:09:57Speaker 1: the building because birds flew off of it. It came
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: from that building because he sensed that it came from
- 1:10:04Speaker 1: high up and straight in front of him. Okay, So, Joe,
- 1:10:08Speaker 1: if you're running into the building immediately to try to
- 1:10:11Speaker 1: get your ass up to the top of the building,
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: would you really stop somebody that you encountered in a
- 1:10:20Speaker 1: lunch room on the second floor of the building.
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: I mean, I would imagine you would have expected to
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: encounter a bunch of employees as you ran up and down.
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: Right, He didn't treat anybody else on the first floor
- 1:10:34Speaker 1: like this. He didn't ask, truly did they work here,
- 1:10:37Speaker 1: because he said he went on the first floor and
- 1:10:39Speaker 1: there was a lot of people standing around and truly
- 1:10:42Speaker 1: spoke up and said, I'm the building manager. I'll take you,
- 1:10:45Speaker 1: you know, but he didn't question anybody else standing around.
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: But you're gonna question somebody on the second floor. That
- 1:10:51Speaker 1: makes no sense whatsoever, Especially if you're running into the
- 1:10:54Speaker 1: building on a crash asked mission to get to the
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: top of the building to hopefully catch the guy. That's
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: something because in your mind, you don't think, well, this
- 1:11:03Speaker 1: guy is gonna be able to hide his gun, run
- 1:11:06Speaker 1: all the way across the building and get all the
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: way down the stairs before I can even get in
- 1:11:09Speaker 1: the building and be calm as fuck. Well either way, yeah,
- 1:11:15Speaker 1: I mean, you're gonna figure. You're gonna figure you're gonna
- 1:11:20Speaker 1: catch this guy coming down either the elevator or the stairs,
- 1:11:26Speaker 1: and or you're gonna be dead set on getting up
- 1:11:28Speaker 1: there because I mean, you just don't know, you know,
- 1:11:33Speaker 1: where the entrances and exits are. If he if he
- 1:11:37Speaker 1: goes out of the fire escape, out the back door,
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: you know, whatever the case may be, how the buildings
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: set up. He's just on a mission to get to
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: the top of this building one way or the other.
- 1:11:46Speaker 1: But you're gonna stop somebody at sipping a coke in
- 1:11:49Speaker 1: a lunch room on the second floor. That makes no sense.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: That to me, sounds like a crafted narrative. And we
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: don't know for sure that Oswald said this because it
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: wasn't recorded, of course, and for whatever reason, this is
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: what we're this is.
- 1:12:08Speaker 7: What we have.
- 1:12:11Speaker 1: According to book Out, you know, and Fritz's notes. I
- 1:12:15Speaker 1: think in Fritz's notes says second floor coke. You know,
- 1:12:20Speaker 1: it's it's not very it's not very like it's not
- 1:12:23Speaker 1: written out like a sentence, right, Captain Fritz wrote, I
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: asked Oswald where he was when the officer stopped him,
- 1:12:30Speaker 1: and he said that he was on the second floor
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: drinking a coke when the officer came in. Book Out
- 1:12:35Speaker 1: wrote in a report, Oswald stated he was on the
- 1:12:38Speaker 1: second floor of said building, having just purchased a coke
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: from the soft drink machine, at which time an officer
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: came into the room with pistol drawn and asked him
- 1:12:46Speaker 1: if you worked there. So Fritz is saying this book
- 1:12:53Speaker 1: Out saying that Oswald said this, but we don't know
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: if he actually did or not. Maybe he did, maybe
- 1:13:01Speaker 1: he didn't. I mean, at this point, I don't know.
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: I mean, this is very very soon after they bring
- 1:13:09Speaker 1: Oswald back, I doubt that Dallas police had been instructed
- 1:13:14Speaker 1: to or for whatever reason, decided for themselves to start
- 1:13:17Speaker 1: constructing a false narrative against Oswald. At this point, once
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: things are shaken out and you start to know more,
- 1:13:27Speaker 1: you know, and things come to light, maybe then right.
- 1:13:31Speaker 4: Right, Which is why we focus so much on initial
- 1:13:36Speaker 4: first day, initial testimony. That's why I put so much
- 1:13:41Speaker 4: emphasis on that.
- 1:13:43Speaker 1: And look, we love Bart, he is a friend, he
- 1:13:47Speaker 1: has written the book prayer Man. He does not believe
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: that there was a second floor lunchroom encounter, and he
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: is not alone in that belief. At this point, I
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: don't know what to believe. I have not made my
- 1:14:02Speaker 1: mind up one way or the other. There's reasons to
- 1:14:05Speaker 1: believe that it didn't happen, and there's reasons to believe
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: that it could have happened.
- 1:14:12Speaker 4: Like every aspect of this case.
- 1:14:13Speaker 1: Is right, and ultimately, what difference does it fucking make anyway? Right?
- 1:14:21Speaker 1: You know, if Oswald was on the sixth floor, supposedly
- 1:14:23Speaker 1: he would have had time to get to the second Okay.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: If Oswald was out front and immediately after the shots,
- 1:14:30Speaker 1: he went inside and went to get a coke, and
- 1:14:33Speaker 1: he beat and you know, while they're dicking around with
- 1:14:35Speaker 1: the elevator. He just went up the stairs and got
- 1:14:37Speaker 1: a coke. What difference does it make? Right, He's still
- 1:14:42Speaker 1: not up on the sixth floor shooting right. But let's
- 1:14:50Speaker 1: take a look, see Joe at what Roy Truly said
- 1:14:55Speaker 1: on November twenty second, and compare to to what Marion
- 1:15:00Speaker 1: Baker said on November twenty second, because it gets important,
- 1:15:07Speaker 1: you know that we compare and contrast these stories before
- 1:15:10Speaker 1: they have a chance to construct a narrative out of something.
- 1:15:15Speaker 1: For whatever reason.
- 1:15:17Speaker 4: Yes, so same day after David as Actually it says
- 1:15:21Speaker 4: November twenty third, but I guess it was taken on
- 1:15:24Speaker 4: the twenty second. I am superintendent of the TSBD Elm Street, Texas.
- 1:15:31Speaker 4: I was working in that capacity yesterday Friday, November twenty second,
- 1:15:34Speaker 4: nineteen sixty three. I have nineteen employees in the plant.
- 1:15:38Speaker 4: Lee Harvey Oswalt was one of these employees. He considered
- 1:15:43Speaker 4: him a temporary employee. We worked a lot of extra
- 1:15:47Speaker 4: employees during the summer and fall. Mister O. V. Campbell,
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: the vice president of the TSBD, who moved into his statement.
- 1:15:56Speaker 4: Soon one of the owners and I start to lunch
- 1:16:01Speaker 4: a few minutes after twelve o'clock and they're not even
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: planning on watching this. We saw that the parade was
- 1:16:12Speaker 4: nearly down to us, so we stopped and watched the
- 1:16:16Speaker 4: president go by. Okay, so you're going off the lunch
- 1:16:19Speaker 4: and you go, well, I guess we'll just chill. After
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: the President passed, we heard what sounded like an implosion. Explosion.
- 1:16:27Speaker 4: I heard three such explosions. Then I realized that they
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: must have been shots. I saw an officer break through
- 1:16:33Speaker 4: the crowd and go into our building. I realized he
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: did not know anything about the building, so I ran.
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: In with him.
- 1:16:45Speaker 4: The officer and I went through the shipping department to
- 1:16:52Speaker 4: the freight elevator. We then started up the stairway. We
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: hit the second floor landing. The officer stuck his head
- 1:16:59Speaker 4: until lush room area where there are coke and candy machines.
- 1:17:03Speaker 4: Lee Harvey was in there. The officer had his gun
- 1:17:07Speaker 4: and Oswald asked me if he was employee. I answered yes.
- 1:17:12Speaker 11: We then.
- 1:17:16Speaker 4: Went up the stairs to the fifth floor, right where
- 1:17:19Speaker 4: we found the elevator open. We took the elevator to
- 1:17:22Speaker 4: the seventh floor and out on the roof. We searched
- 1:17:25Speaker 4: the roof in a small room, also checked the landings.
- 1:17:28Speaker 4: We could look out over the tracks and street below.
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: We did not find anything. We started down the elevator.
- 1:17:35Speaker 4: The officer took a hurried look on a couple floors
- 1:17:38Speaker 4: on the way down. How do you do that on
- 1:17:41Speaker 4: the elevator, I don't know. We then met some other
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: officers on the fourth floor searching the building. Interesting, I
- 1:17:51Speaker 4: overheard someone say that the shot came from the window
- 1:17:54Speaker 4: of our building. By that time, there were several people
- 1:17:57Speaker 4: in the building. Some fifteen minutes later, I was checking
- 1:18:00Speaker 4: our employees and I did not final Lee. I asked
- 1:18:04Speaker 4: mister Shelley if he had seen Lee. He said no.
- 1:18:07Speaker 4: I then contacted Chief Lumpkin and told him Lee was missing.
- 1:18:14Speaker 4: Then both of us went up on the sixth floor
- 1:18:16Speaker 4: where Captain Fritz was, and I told Captain Fritz about
- 1:18:20Speaker 4: Lee being missing. Oh coincidentally, they're on the same floor
- 1:18:26Speaker 4: and where he lived, which of course wasn't even the
- 1:18:29Speaker 4: right address.
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: Right.
- 1:18:34Speaker 4: I did not see Lee Oswalt anymore. We did. We
- 1:18:38Speaker 4: don't run a thorough check of our employees. They fill
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: out an application form and Lee Oswalt's case, A lady
- 1:18:46Speaker 4: from Irving called and said, a neighbor you know that
- 1:18:50Speaker 4: is had a brother working for me, and he said
- 1:18:54Speaker 4: we could find some more help. This woman said he
- 1:18:56Speaker 4: knew a nice young boy. But if you go to
- 1:19:03Speaker 4: the handwritten affid David that is very nicely provided by
- 1:19:10Speaker 4: the DPD Police archives, there's also a couple of crossed
- 1:19:17Speaker 4: out things, Rob that I want your help with.
- 1:19:20Speaker 1: Let me point out too real quick, Joe, you said
- 1:19:23Speaker 1: this was this was done on November twenty third, but
- 1:19:27Speaker 1: taken on the twenty second. They did not interview truly
- 1:19:30Speaker 1: on the twenty second. They interviewed him on the twenty third.
- 1:19:35Speaker 4: Okay, I thought I saw twenty second on one of
- 1:19:40Speaker 4: the things. Maybe they backdated. I don't know, or I'm wrong.
- 1:19:43Speaker 4: There's probably more.
- 1:19:44Speaker 1: Like I've got that type Affidavid says subscribed and sworn
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: to me this twenty third day of November.
- 1:19:50Speaker 4: Okay, yeah, so and you think about it, right, think
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: about it in that contact, Rob, you take Bill Shelley
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: and everyone on the sixth floor down to the police station,
- 1:20:04Speaker 4: whether it's detained or arrested, not going to get into that.
- 1:20:12Speaker 4: Get all their affidavits, but they don't get the same
- 1:20:14Speaker 4: day affidavit. As a manager that took Marian Baker and
- 1:20:20Speaker 4: encountered Oswald the same day of.
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Well, he's a working man, Joe, he's working. Well, it's
- 1:20:30Speaker 1: a little busy that day, you know. Yeah, I'm sure
- 1:20:35Speaker 1: he had to be at the building until the police
- 1:20:37Speaker 1: were done their thorough search, and then he had to
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: make sure the building got locked up and all that.
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: And the police had their hands full Friday already after
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: Oswald's arrested, and they're interrogating him, that's true, And all
- 1:20:49Speaker 1: the other employees are down there and they're doing him.
- 1:20:52Speaker 1: So it doesn't surprise me that they waited until the
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: twenty third interview, truly. But because of this, you know,
- 1:21:04Speaker 1: the whole second floor thing is now being pushed and
- 1:21:09Speaker 1: it is in place, and I don't know.
- 1:21:10Speaker 4: Why, right right, So it looks like in his handwritten thing,
- 1:21:19Speaker 4: he says, also checked the I don't know what this is.
- 1:21:30Speaker 4: We could I'm terrible at reading this, but what it
- 1:21:40Speaker 4: has crossed out is down on.
- 1:21:43Speaker 1: And looked.
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: The officer looked, but crossed out, took a hurried look,
- 1:21:53Speaker 4: hurried look on a couple floors on the way down.
- 1:21:59Speaker 4: We then met some other officers on the way down.
- 1:22:01Speaker 4: Blah blah blah. And then this one, this is the
- 1:22:05Speaker 4: last page of his handwritten document. I did not see
- 1:22:09Speaker 4: Lee Oswald at any time. We don't and usually has
- 1:22:13Speaker 4: crossed out. We had read this before. We don't run
- 1:22:22Speaker 4: thorough I don't know what was crossed out there.
- 1:22:26Speaker 1: Much.
- 1:22:27Speaker 4: Yeah, much.
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: We don't run a thorough check over, check on temporary and.
- 1:22:33Speaker 4: Not on us. So truly, and Baker's you know, statements
- 1:22:43Speaker 4: day of day after don't exactly line up going to
- 1:22:51Speaker 4: his warrant commission testimony. Ah, Now, when did you leave
- 1:22:56Speaker 4: for mister lunch? Mister truly? As far as I know,
- 1:22:59Speaker 4: I was between two twelve ten and shortly after possibly
- 1:23:02Speaker 4: twelve fifteen. Okay, so you're planning to go out to
- 1:23:06Speaker 4: lunch with Ov Campbell, mister Campbell, vice president TESPD, fifteen
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: minutes before the motor kid comes. Have you not heard
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: about this throughout the day President's coming by? Yes, sir?
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: Where did you go to eat? We didn't go anyways.
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: Mister Campbell and I, that is Ovi Campbell, mister OV Campbell,
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: vice President and I had started out for lunch. I
- 1:23:30Speaker 4: don't know as we had any particular place in mind.
- 1:23:34Speaker 4: We ate at several places. It was around twelve ten,
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: twelve fifteen. I would say nearest to my memory. As
- 1:23:40Speaker 4: we got to the outside of the building, we noticed
- 1:23:42Speaker 4: it wouldn't be long until the motorcab would come by,
- 1:23:45Speaker 4: and decided to wait and watch the president come by.
- 1:23:47Speaker 4: Do you remember where we were standing with mister Campbell.
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: I would judge it out on Elm Street, ten fifteen
- 1:23:53Speaker 4: or twenty feet from the front steps. We first stood
- 1:23:58Speaker 4: out on the steps, the bottom steps, a few minutes,
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: and then we waited out in the line of spectators
- 1:24:04Speaker 4: on Elm Street. And that you graduate I clipped this
- 1:24:10Speaker 4: because it's long, and that you gradually might have moved
- 1:24:13Speaker 4: a little bit towards the south right. That's correct, all right.
- 1:24:17Speaker 4: Do you know approximately what time you got there? Three
- 1:24:20Speaker 4: to four minutes after we reached the entrance the walkway,
- 1:24:23Speaker 4: We stood on the steps two or three minutes, and
- 1:24:25Speaker 4: I don't believe we just gradually moved out a bit.
- 1:24:28Speaker 4: And then when the policemen leading the motorcade came off
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: of Maine to Houston, we saw them coming, and then
- 1:24:36Speaker 4: we just moved out a little further to the edge
- 1:24:38Speaker 4: of the parkway. They began after the shots, they began
- 1:24:43Speaker 4: screaming and falling to the ground. People spectators Newman's and
- 1:24:49Speaker 4: the people in front of myself and mister Campbell surged back,
- 1:24:52Speaker 4: either in terror panic they must have been have seen
- 1:24:56Speaker 4: this thing. I became separated from mister Campbell. They just
- 1:24:59Speaker 4: pra triically bore me back to the first step of
- 1:25:02Speaker 4: the entrance of our building. Interesting, I heard a policeman
- 1:25:07Speaker 4: in this area along here make a remark oh goddamn
- 1:25:12Speaker 4: or something like that. I just remember that it wasn't
- 1:25:15Speaker 4: a motorcycle policeman. Interesting was wasn't bigger a motorcycle policeman.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: He was, But you gotta remember Joe Smith. Obviously, Joe
- 1:25:27Speaker 1: Smith was stationed on the corner there, not on a motorcycle.
- 1:25:33Speaker 4: Okay, that's true.
- 1:25:35Speaker 1: And there was another one over blocking traffic on Elm
- 1:25:40Speaker 1: Street as well.
- 1:25:42Speaker 4: Yeah, it might have been heightsman see where, or maybe
- 1:25:47Speaker 4: he was on the other side of the postory.
- 1:25:48Speaker 1: But anyways, weisman it was. I forget who it was.
- 1:25:52Speaker 1: We just met him on a previous show though.
- 1:25:55Speaker 4: Yeah, it's all. But as I came back here and
- 1:25:59Speaker 4: everybody was rumon and hollowen, you could do this better
- 1:26:02Speaker 4: than me. Just moments later, I saw a young motorcycle
- 1:26:05Speaker 4: policeman run up to the building, of course, as the
- 1:26:07Speaker 4: board commissioned. This is when they get their story straight.
- 1:26:11Speaker 4: He ran up by me, and he was pushing people
- 1:26:13Speaker 4: out of the way. He pushed a number of people
- 1:26:16Speaker 4: out of the way before.
- 1:26:17Speaker 1: He got to me.
- 1:26:18Speaker 4: I saw him coming through, I believe as he ran
- 1:26:21Speaker 4: up the stairway, I mean the steps. I almost I
- 1:26:24Speaker 4: was almost two the steps. I ran up and caught
- 1:26:27Speaker 4: up with him. I believe I caught up with him
- 1:26:29Speaker 4: inside the lobby of the building, or possibly the front steps.
- 1:26:33Speaker 4: I don't remember that close. So let's go Rob two.
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: The best footage of this, and this is from friend
- 1:26:46Speaker 4: of the show, mister Alex Harris's YouTube channel hour in
- 1:26:53Speaker 4: three minutes of the Darnell film No, No, it's it's
- 1:27:00Speaker 4: like all like family stuff and other stuff before that.
- 1:27:03Speaker 4: But but let's see the policeman allegedly running or running
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: into the TSBD and was that Baker or not? Did
- 1:27:23Speaker 4: I passed it? I might have passed it. Yeah, I
- 1:27:25Speaker 4: passed it. Okay, some motorcade there we go. There go yep.
- 1:27:30Speaker 1: Okay, so me back this up.
- 1:27:37Speaker 4: You have the policeman allegedly Baker running right, and you
- 1:27:45Speaker 4: have you do have some guy following him. I don't
- 1:27:50Speaker 4: know if that's truly though.
- 1:27:55Speaker 1: Now truly he's back there by the steps, yeah, like
- 1:27:58Speaker 1: in front of the steps.
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: So what do we do with this?
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: Let's look at some other things here, Rob, how about
- 1:28:16Speaker 4: mister O. V. Campbell, of course, the vice president that
- 1:28:20Speaker 4: was with mister Trully and they were going out to lunch,
- 1:28:22Speaker 4: but they stopped to watch the parade on a wind
- 1:28:27Speaker 4: and this was taken February seventeenth, nineteen sixty four. I
- 1:28:33Speaker 4: could not find an interview of OV Campbell before this.
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: There might have been. It's tricky with the O and
- 1:28:43Speaker 4: the dot period and the V and the period right.
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: Or you know, well his name is Virgil Campbell.
- 1:28:51Speaker 4: Yeah, it's tricky with that. They play games with with
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: with it. But I talked to mister Campbell this date,
- 1:28:58Speaker 4: February seventeenth, sixty four. My name is OVI Campbell. On
- 1:29:04Speaker 4: November twenty second, I arrived at work between eight thirty
- 1:29:06Speaker 4: nine am my office on the second floor. I did
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: my usual work. I had forgotten about the parade. Yeah, okay,
- 1:29:15Speaker 4: I started to lunch with mister Trully. When we got downstairs,
- 1:29:19Speaker 4: mister Truley asked if I wanted to wait and see
- 1:29:21Speaker 4: the parade. We waited on the front steps until the
- 1:29:23Speaker 4: parade turned off Main Street onto Houston Street. We then
- 1:29:26Speaker 4: walked across Elm Street and stood on the curb near
- 1:29:33Speaker 4: the parade as it turned from Houston down under the underpass.
- 1:29:39Speaker 4: I heard the shots. It sounded like they came from
- 1:29:41Speaker 4: the knoll. I heard the shots. It sounded like they
- 1:29:46Speaker 4: came from the knoll near the railroad tracks. I thought
- 1:29:50Speaker 4: it was firecrackers. A uniform officer came up, and at
- 1:29:54Speaker 4: the same time, a construction worker with a helmet on
- 1:29:57Speaker 4: came across the street and said he I had seen
- 1:30:00Speaker 4: a rifle barrel in the sixth floor window. I walked
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: back to the building. Mister Trully and the officer had
- 1:30:10Speaker 4: already gone in and up the stairs. I waited until
- 1:30:13Speaker 4: they came back down and to see if they had
- 1:30:16Speaker 4: found anything. The employees were standing around when mister Trully
- 1:30:20Speaker 4: came down. He said one of the employees was missing,
- 1:30:23Speaker 4: a man named Oswalt. I did not know Oswalt. I
- 1:30:27Speaker 4: told mister Trully to tell the officers about him and
- 1:30:30Speaker 4: what he looked like. I went back to my office
- 1:30:36Speaker 4: and an FBI agent came in and introduced himself. I
- 1:30:39Speaker 4: don't remember his name. Of course. He asked that I
- 1:30:43Speaker 4: have all the employees vacate the building. This I did,
- 1:30:46Speaker 4: telling them to take the rest of the day off.
- 1:30:52Speaker 4: I remained in the office until about two thirty three pm.
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: Then I left.
- 1:30:58Speaker 4: What Oswalt's in custody. Now, let's give everyone else the
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: day off. Although I know they were searching and things
- 1:31:07Speaker 4: going on, but the officers were still searching the building
- 1:31:10Speaker 4: when I left. This concluded mister Campbell's statement to me.
- 1:31:15Speaker 4: Jim Levelle.
- 1:31:18Speaker 1: Heard him.
- 1:31:19Speaker 4: Yes, that's a company man. But that's the earliest statement
- 1:31:23Speaker 4: I can find. But I found some other things rob.
- 1:31:28Speaker 1: Of course, this.
- 1:31:30Speaker 4: Came out in nineteen seventy eight, in November. This was
- 1:31:34Speaker 4: during the HCA. This is an article. Was Oswalt in window?
- 1:31:41Speaker 4: I'm starting to left here. The committee did not speculate
- 1:31:45Speaker 4: HCA on the second gunman. Bonnie Ray Williams, a Depository employee,
- 1:31:49Speaker 4: told the Warrant Commission he was the last known person
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: to have been on the sixth floor for the shooting.
- 1:31:56Speaker 4: Chicken Bones Blah, a secretary secretary in the Book Depository,
- 1:32:02Speaker 4: missus Carolyn Johnston, told the News recently she saw Oswald
- 1:32:08Speaker 4: in the lunch room as she left the building at
- 1:32:11Speaker 4: twelve twenty five pm. That would be about five minutes
- 1:32:20Speaker 4: before the assassination, about the time Bronson was filming the
- 1:32:25Speaker 4: sixth floor window. Also osoll Oswald also was seen near
- 1:32:29Speaker 4: the lunch room by depository manager Roy Truley and Dallas
- 1:32:33Speaker 4: policeman Mary Baker less than two minutes after the hiar
- 1:32:38Speaker 4: In this other article, Yeah, I think there are two
- 1:32:40Speaker 4: different articles. Missus Carolyn Johnson said that she saw Oswald
- 1:32:52Speaker 4: in the second floor lunchroom as she was on her
- 1:32:54Speaker 4: way out of the depository to watch a presidential mortorcade
- 1:32:59Speaker 4: nineteen six three. She left the building at twelve twenty
- 1:33:02Speaker 4: five pm, so there's you know, whether he was on
- 1:33:11Speaker 4: the first floor or the second floor. He wasn't on
- 1:33:14Speaker 4: the sixth according to Carolyn Johnson Johnston, she left the
- 1:33:19Speaker 4: building till twenty five Warrant Commission said no one saw
- 1:33:26Speaker 4: Oswalt after eleven fifty five am. Policeman Marion Baker and
- 1:33:31Speaker 4: depository manager truly met Oswalt in the doorway and blah
- 1:33:35Speaker 4: blah blah at twelve thirty two pm, they say, mister
- 1:33:40Speaker 4: missus Johnston then Miss Carolyn Arnold was secretary to pository
- 1:33:47Speaker 4: Vice president Ob Campbell. She said she never heard read
- 1:33:50Speaker 4: the FBI reports of the two interviews with hers, so
- 1:33:54Speaker 4: she was surprised to learn they made no mention of
- 1:33:57Speaker 4: her slighting of Oswalt in the lunch at twelve twenty five.
- 1:34:03Speaker 1: Hence the reason because the FBI and the Dallas Police
- 1:34:10Speaker 1: knew that they had a witness that saw Oswald in
- 1:34:14Speaker 1: the second floor lunch room at twelve twenty five. Yeah,
- 1:34:20Speaker 1: Bonnie Ray Williams was up on the sixth floor until
- 1:34:23Speaker 1: twelve twenty by his own admission, and there was nobody
- 1:34:26Speaker 1: else up there.
- 1:34:28Speaker 4: He's not hiding behind the boxes in a probe position
- 1:34:34Speaker 4: waiting for JFK's morarcade, which was late.
- 1:34:40Speaker 1: So it sounds to me like they have a problem
- 1:34:48Speaker 1: and they craft a very similar narrative to what Carolyn
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: Arnold saw and said, right, And the only thing is
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: is one happens before the shots and one happens after
- 1:35:03Speaker 1: the shots. But it's still Oswald's second floor lunch room, right.
- 1:35:07Speaker 4: You know that's a good point.
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: Yeah, Yeah, she is a she could be a very
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: problematic witness, to the point they didn't include that in
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: her affidavids or her interviews, or.
- 1:35:22Speaker 4: Was she maybe interviewed by the War Commission. Rob give
- 1:35:27Speaker 4: a big guess here.
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: Do you want me to guess? Yeah, yeah, I'm sure
- 1:35:36Speaker 1: she was.
- 1:35:37Speaker 4: No, she wasn't.
- 1:35:38Speaker 1: Oh she wasn't. I figured they did and changed her testimony.
- 1:35:43Speaker 4: Like quieta, No, I don't believe they did.
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: Well, there's probably the reason they stayed away from her,
- 1:35:52Speaker 1: because again, this is somebody that could put Oswald in
- 1:35:55Speaker 1: the second floor lunch room at twelve twenty five. So
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: unless you believe that Oswald went from sitting in the
- 1:36:01Speaker 1: lunch room to eating his lunch or getting a coke
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: or whatever he was doing in there, and ran upstairs
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: with five minutes to spare. And you got to remember
- 1:36:12Speaker 1: Kennedy was already running like fifteen to twenty minutes late.
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: He was supposed to come by before then, like at
- 1:36:18Speaker 1: twelve fifteen, twelve ten. Yeah, so he would have missed
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: his opportunity had he not been laying up in wait.
- 1:36:27Speaker 1: So are we to believe that you know Oswald was
- 1:36:30Speaker 1: chilling in the lunch room until twelve twenty five? I mean,
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: no idea where the motor cad is at this point
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: and deciding.
- 1:36:40Speaker 4: This is not this is not I'm saying, this is
- 1:36:44Speaker 4: not live stream, right. Oswalt isn't on his iPhone looking
- 1:36:48Speaker 4: at the motor cade as.
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: It's You don't even have a TV in front of him,
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: you know that, right? Yes, so you know, does could
- 1:36:59Speaker 1: he get up there in the five minutes before? Sure
- 1:37:03Speaker 1: could have. But if that was your plan all along,
- 1:37:07Speaker 1: was to lay up there and wait and shoot the man,
- 1:37:10Speaker 1: he would have been up there already a long time ago. Yeah,
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: but again, Bonnie Ray Williams was up there until twelve twenties.
- 1:37:16Speaker 1: Maybe he's just screw it.
- 1:37:18Speaker 4: Yeah, especially when you consider that when the rest of
- 1:37:21Speaker 4: the employees took the elevator down and Oswald said hold it,
- 1:37:25Speaker 4: and they go, nah, screw you, Yeah, we're going down,
- 1:37:32Speaker 4: And maybe that was all part of his plan.
- 1:37:35Speaker 1: Normally, normally the second floor lunch room was kind of
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: off limits to the depository workers, the lower class ones, yes,
- 1:37:47Speaker 1: or the black ones.
- 1:37:52Speaker 4: Maybe that's what we've heard.
- 1:37:55Speaker 1: But again, you know, you would take advantage of the
- 1:37:58Speaker 1: situation knowing that hey, people were outside watching this motorcase.
- 1:38:02Speaker 1: Nobody's gonna be nobody's gonna give a shit if I'm
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: sitting in here. Eating my lunch in the nice lunch room,
- 1:38:06Speaker 1: you know. Yeah, so maybe I was always like, I'm
- 1:38:10Speaker 1: just gonna sit here and eat my lunch and drink
- 1:38:12Speaker 1: my cook and yeah, yeah.
- 1:38:17Speaker 4: Yeah, And uh, have you heard of missus r A
- 1:38:23Speaker 4: Red Rob Yes, Okay, let's hear her day of testimony.
- 1:38:30Speaker 4: It's interesting too. I worked for the TSBD yesterday, November
- 1:38:34Speaker 4: twenty second, I guess it was day. After I was working,
- 1:38:36Speaker 4: we took our lunch period twelve to one. I went
- 1:38:39Speaker 4: outside to watch the parade go by. I was standing
- 1:38:42Speaker 4: in front of the steps of our building. As the
- 1:38:45Speaker 4: parade drew, I walked closer to the street. Just after
- 1:38:48Speaker 4: the president passed, I heard three shots. The first thing
- 1:38:52Speaker 4: I thought of was someone was shooting at the president.
- 1:38:56Speaker 4: I remarked to mister Campbell, that'd be mister ov Campbell
- 1:39:00Speaker 4: as President, who was standing by that. I thought the
- 1:39:04Speaker 4: shots had come from our building, but I heard someone
- 1:39:07Speaker 4: else say no, I think it was farther down the street.
- 1:39:10Speaker 4: I went back into our building and up to the
- 1:39:12Speaker 4: second floor to our office. Just after I entered the office,
- 1:39:18Speaker 4: I saw one of the two men who work in
- 1:39:21Speaker 4: the warehouse come through the back office door. This door
- 1:39:25Speaker 4: is located near the lunch room and the rear stairway.
- 1:39:29Speaker 4: I did not know this man's name, however I know
- 1:39:35Speaker 4: him now to be Lee Oswald. I said, Lee, oh,
- 1:39:39Speaker 4: someone has shot at the President. I hope they didn't
- 1:39:42Speaker 4: hit him. Lee mumbled something and walked out of the office.
- 1:39:46Speaker 4: I did not understand what he said, and he had
- 1:39:48Speaker 4: a coke in his hand. When I saw him, he
- 1:39:51Speaker 4: was dressed in a white T shirt ra and I
- 1:39:56Speaker 4: don't recall what trousers was like trousers. I did not
- 1:40:00Speaker 4: see him anymore after that. Interesting, interesting someone that was
- 1:40:07Speaker 4: with Ov Campbell And truly you know on the corner
- 1:40:12Speaker 4: of I guess elmend Houston there and I think that
- 1:40:17Speaker 4: is it. But I do want to read one page
- 1:40:22Speaker 4: a couple one page here from when we bring it
- 1:40:28Speaker 4: up from mister the goat of this subject, mister bart
- 1:40:36Speaker 4: Camp's book Peramit, which I have right next to me,
- 1:40:40Speaker 4: which I'm holding up, but you can't see it because
- 1:40:42Speaker 4: the PowerPoint is up. Marion Baker's run DPD Patrolman Marion
- 1:40:47Speaker 4: Baker's dash going into the direction of the front step
- 1:40:50Speaker 4: that t ISBD was captured partially by Malcolm Couch and
- 1:40:54Speaker 4: Darnell is about ten seconds after the final gunshot. Baker
- 1:40:58Speaker 4: was one who allegedly saw Walton's second floor lunch room
- 1:41:01Speaker 4: together with the building superintendent Roy Truly, seventy five to
- 1:41:06Speaker 4: ninety seconds after the attack. This so called event will
- 1:41:10Speaker 4: be brought up while I'm going through the building in
- 1:41:13Speaker 4: this book, and he goes through.
- 1:41:14Speaker 7: All the floors.
- 1:41:16Speaker 4: Here's Ed Ladoue's blend of both films based on Oh
- 1:41:21Speaker 4: Boy Gerda Dunkle's gift from twenty twelve. It shows that
- 1:41:27Speaker 4: Couch did not follow Baker with this camera as much
- 1:41:30Speaker 4: as Darnell did, and we just played with Darnelfield. While
- 1:41:34Speaker 4: Baker is running in the direction of the building, he
- 1:41:36Speaker 4: passes tsbd's superintendent Roy Truley, who states in his first
- 1:41:41Speaker 4: affid David that day too Nat Pinkston, he saw an
- 1:41:46Speaker 4: officer start towards the entrance of the building, and he
- 1:41:49Speaker 4: came in and came in with the officer. Just a
- 1:41:53Speaker 4: few seconds after another Affidavid, He Truly then noticed a
- 1:41:58Speaker 4: DPD officer where a motorcycle, helmet and boots ranging towards
- 1:42:01Speaker 4: the entrance. Blah blah blah. Uh. Let's see, let's go
- 1:42:10Speaker 4: to Buell, your favorite and uh, your favorite witness Buell
- 1:42:17Speaker 4: Wesley Fraser, who was on the steps, who stood on
- 1:42:20Speaker 4: the landing on top of the front steps, did not
- 1:42:22Speaker 4: see truly go in, and for that I refer to
- 1:42:25Speaker 4: as Warren Commission testimony. Mister Ball, my boy, Joseph Paul,
- 1:42:32Speaker 4: did you see anybody after that come into the building
- 1:42:35Speaker 4: while you were there? Why don't you do Fraser? It's
- 1:42:39Speaker 4: only a couple of lines.
- 1:42:41Speaker 1: You mean somebody other than it didn't work there? A
- 1:42:46Speaker 1: police officer, No, sir, I stood there a few minutes,
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: you know, and some people who worked there, you know,
- 1:42:53Speaker 1: normally started to go back into the building because a
- 1:42:56Speaker 1: lot of us didn't need our lunch, so we started.
- 1:43:00Speaker 4: Yeah. Next page. Joe Molina, who stood there as well,
- 1:43:06Speaker 4: did not see Marion Baker enter with Joe as he did,
- 1:43:11Speaker 4: States has worked with some testimony. H Do you want
- 1:43:15Speaker 4: to do a Molina accent here?
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: Sure? Well, I just stood there. Everybody was running. I
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: didn't know what to do, actually, because what did I do?
- 1:43:26Speaker 1: I was just shocked.
- 1:43:29Speaker 4: Did any want to say anything?
- 1:43:31Speaker 1: Yes, this fellow come to me and mister Williams, he
- 1:43:33Speaker 1: say somebody was shooting at the president somebody I don't
- 1:43:36Speaker 1: know who it was. There was some shooting, you know,
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: and this fellow said, oh, what can anybody gain by that?
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: He just shook his head. I stood there, I shook
- 1:43:44Speaker 1: my head. I didn't know what to think what was happening,
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: you know, but I wanted to find out. So I
- 1:43:48Speaker 1: went down with the grassy slopes, you know, and I
- 1:43:51Speaker 1: was trying to get pieces of conversation with the people
- 1:43:53Speaker 1: who had been close by there. And somebody said, well,
- 1:43:55Speaker 1: the president has been shot, and I think they shot
- 1:43:58Speaker 1: somebody else too, something like that.
- 1:44:00Speaker 4: Oh did you see mister Truly going to the building?
- 1:44:04Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:44:06Speaker 4: Were you? Where were you when you saw him going
- 1:44:09Speaker 4: to the building?
- 1:44:10Speaker 6: I was.
- 1:44:11Speaker 1: I was right there at the entrance.
- 1:44:12Speaker 4: Did you see a police officer with him?
- 1:44:15Speaker 1: I did not see a police officer. I don't recall
- 1:44:17Speaker 1: seeing a police officer, but I did see him go inside.
- 1:44:22Speaker 4: Did you see a white help police officer? Okay, that's
- 1:44:26Speaker 4: that's the best of that. So yeah, I mean, listen,
- 1:44:31Speaker 4: this is it's all a mess. It's all a mess.
- 1:44:34Speaker 4: This whole story.
- 1:44:36Speaker 1: As pretty usual.
- 1:44:39Speaker 4: That's per usual.
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: And I've heard another statement from Truly Joe from bart
- 1:44:46Speaker 1: Camp's website as well, and Leo Savage is the Oswald affair.
- 1:44:52Speaker 1: He actually interviewed Roy truly. Okay, I want to say
- 1:44:57Speaker 1: it was sixty six maybe, he says. When I asked
- 1:45:01Speaker 1: him whether it had taken a long time for him
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: and the motorcycle policeman to reach the lunch room, he answered,
- 1:45:07Speaker 1: apparently not realizing what I was driving at He says, oh, no,
- 1:45:12Speaker 1: it was as soon as the last shot was fired,
- 1:45:14Speaker 1: when I saw the officer come running after the shots. No,
- 1:45:20Speaker 1: as a matter of fact, it was so soon afterwards.
- 1:45:22Speaker 1: I don't believe he was riding in the motorcade. He
- 1:45:25Speaker 1: must have been off his motorcycle standing nearby. Anyhow, it
- 1:45:29Speaker 1: was right away after the shots. I knew they were shots,
- 1:45:32Speaker 1: but had no idea they were fired from the building.
- 1:45:35Speaker 1: I thought the officer wanted to go to the roof
- 1:45:38Speaker 1: for a better look, and I immediately offered to show
- 1:45:40Speaker 1: him how hu We ran to the freight elevators in
- 1:45:43Speaker 1: the back of the building, because the front elevators do
- 1:45:46Speaker 1: not go much beyond the fourth floor, but the two
- 1:45:50Speaker 1: freight cars had both been left somewhere up on the
- 1:45:53Speaker 1: top floors, and we took the stairs the officer ahead
- 1:45:56Speaker 1: of me. When I reached the second floor landing, the
- 1:45:59Speaker 1: officer was already at the open door of the lunch room,
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: some twenty or thirty five feet or twenty or twenty
- 1:46:05Speaker 1: five feet away. No, I couldn't tell you exactly how
- 1:46:09Speaker 1: much time it took all this, but it wasn't long
- 1:46:13Speaker 1: Baker being ahead of Truly. This is not the only
- 1:46:15Speaker 1: occasion Truly mentions this. The same is repeated in the
- 1:46:19Speaker 1: Detroit Free Press of December seventh, sixty three, quote the
- 1:46:23Speaker 1: policeman ran up the stairs ahead of me, and also
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: in the New York Journal in May sixty four, the
- 1:46:28Speaker 1: policeman was a few steps ahead of me, and in
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: Leo Savage's interview he was twenty or twenty five feet
- 1:46:34Speaker 1: away from him, which is pretty goddamn far.
- 1:46:37Speaker 4: Yeah, so.
- 1:46:41Speaker 1: That's interesting, and I think, Joe, we have this. This
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: is a legend where Baker crosses Roy truly, Okay. And
- 1:46:57Speaker 1: right under the arrow you can't see it because of
- 1:46:59Speaker 1: the Mexican cowboy hat. Ah, but that's Marion Baker. And
- 1:47:06Speaker 1: the figure to the right right under the red arrow
- 1:47:08Speaker 1: with the hat on would be Roy Truley allegedly, and
- 1:47:14Speaker 1: this comes from the primary website as well. And then
- 1:47:20Speaker 1: I got another interesting picture here.
- 1:47:22Speaker 4: And by the way, just before you move on, you
- 1:47:24Speaker 4: could see probably I mean, that's a good picture of
- 1:47:30Speaker 4: allegedly prayer Man there too, right, but you could see
- 1:47:35Speaker 4: employees like Malina and Fraser, who's testimonies I read out
- 1:47:41Speaker 4: to you a couple of minutes ago, who said I
- 1:47:42Speaker 4: didn't see any policeman run.
- 1:47:44Speaker 1: In right away, right, Say that, yeah, very odd, very odd,
- 1:47:52Speaker 1: because you think, I mean, you see him, he's the big,
- 1:47:54Speaker 1: tall dunk right in the middle, and I mean, Baker
- 1:47:59Speaker 1: would have ran right in front of him with his
- 1:48:01Speaker 1: stupid white helmet on into the building. And if Fraser
- 1:48:05Speaker 1: missed that somehow, and Molina missed that somehow.
- 1:48:10Speaker 4: Another coincidence.
- 1:48:12Speaker 1: Come on, Yeah, but this is a diagram of the
- 1:48:17Speaker 1: second floor. Now what's interesting about this is, for those
- 1:48:23Speaker 1: of you who don't know, okay, this, when you go
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: into the first floor, as it was in nineteen sixty
- 1:48:31Speaker 1: three of the School of Depository, there's a vestibule, right, Well, yeah,
- 1:48:37Speaker 1: there's a there's a vestibule, and you have to cross
- 1:48:39Speaker 1: the entire goddamn floor to get all the way to
- 1:48:42Speaker 1: the back where the elevators are and the rear staircase. Okay,
- 1:48:48Speaker 1: this is they had to run all the way across
- 1:48:50Speaker 1: the floor back to the very back corner. And then,
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: as you can see, if you come off the second
- 1:48:58Speaker 1: floor landing, there's like a diagonal diamond shaped out outcropping,
- 1:49:05Speaker 1: if you will, with a door that leads into the lunchroom. Okay,
- 1:49:12Speaker 1: see that it's a labeled lunch room. Yeah, all right. Now,
- 1:49:18Speaker 1: if you come to the bottom right corner of the
- 1:49:21Speaker 1: second floor, and if you were to come in to
- 1:49:24Speaker 1: the school book depository on the first floor and immediately
- 1:49:27Speaker 1: make a right there's another set of stairs. But that
- 1:49:31Speaker 1: set of stairs only goes to the second floor. It
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: does not go any higher than that.
- 1:49:36Speaker 4: Okay, right, So of course they couldn't have taken that.
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: Stairway. Well, they didn't take that stairway, but I'm saying,
- 1:49:44Speaker 1: Carolyn Arnold, that's the stairway she took to get up
- 1:49:48Speaker 1: to the second floor before those guys made it up
- 1:49:51Speaker 1: to the second floor. Because it's right there inside of
- 1:49:55Speaker 1: the first floor landing. She would have gotten to the
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: second floor quicker. And I'm guessing wherever her office is
- 1:50:04Speaker 1: and I don't know exactly where if she was a
- 1:50:07Speaker 1: secretary for Obie Campbell. You see his office all the
- 1:50:10Speaker 1: way on the right in the middle.
- 1:50:12Speaker 4: Right two hundred, I think it was, so you're I'm
- 1:50:15Speaker 4: guessing it would have been on the second floor her office, right.
- 1:50:19Speaker 1: Well, yeah, she was his secretary, so it wouldn't have
- 1:50:24Speaker 1: been in his office. It's probably been out front of
- 1:50:26Speaker 1: his office where that number three is, So from her
- 1:50:31Speaker 1: line of sight, she could probably see into the launch room.
- 1:50:35Speaker 1: I'm guessing there was windows in there, which is when
- 1:50:40Speaker 1: why she said she saw Oswald, right, So that's that's
- 1:50:46Speaker 1: the layout of the second floor. And then I got
- 1:50:48Speaker 1: this photo, Joe. This is a picture of Marion Baker
- 1:50:52Speaker 1: all the way on the left.
- 1:50:54Speaker 13: Right and Roy Truly right with the hat on second
- 1:50:59Speaker 13: to the yep, the short guy, the shortest one of that,
- 1:51:04Speaker 13: and glasses.
- 1:51:05Speaker 1: And this picture is taken at Dallas Police headquarters. So
- 1:51:17Speaker 1: he was there on the twenty second, but they chose
- 1:51:19Speaker 1: not to interview him because you Marion Baker, remember, he
- 1:51:28Speaker 1: says that when he left the school with Depository. After
- 1:51:30Speaker 1: they came back down, they he went to Parkland until
- 1:51:36Speaker 1: he got off his shift. For the next two hours.
- 1:51:39Speaker 1: Truly goes back to the depository.
- 1:51:42Speaker 6: Right.
- 1:51:42Speaker 1: Yeah, so maybe this photo was taken on the twenty third,
- 1:51:47Speaker 1: on Saturday. I don't know, but you see Marion Baker
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: still wearing a stupid motorcycle helmet, So who knows. I
- 1:51:57Speaker 1: just thought that was an interesting photo.
- 1:52:03Speaker 4: Yeah, very very.
- 1:52:06Speaker 1: Maryon Baker lived until twenty eleven. Joe, he passed away
- 1:52:10Speaker 1: at the age of eighty and Truly I believe, passed
- 1:52:18Speaker 1: away in eighty five. And I found this weird. I
- 1:52:24Speaker 1: found Truly's grave right boozer. But there's like nowhere for
- 1:52:30Speaker 1: them to bury them. You know, I've never seen two
- 1:52:33Speaker 1: headstones like this on top of each other like that close.
- 1:52:37Speaker 1: Like that's weird to me.
- 1:52:39Speaker 4: They must have got a discount or something.
- 1:52:41Speaker 1: Because normally, when you call a headstone a headstone, it's
- 1:52:44Speaker 1: placed at your head and not your feet. Then it
- 1:52:49Speaker 1: would be a footstone. You see what I'm saying. Yeah,
- 1:52:54Speaker 1: that's weird. I'm not saying it means anything. It's just
- 1:53:00Speaker 1: it's freaking weird to me.
- 1:53:01Speaker 4: And it doesn't even have his uh death date.
- 1:53:08Speaker 1: Yeah it does, Oh, November thirteenth, nineteen eighty five.
- 1:53:19Speaker 4: Oh, it says Roy Sampson.
- 1:53:21Speaker 1: Oh that was his middle name. Okay, I see, I
- 1:53:25Speaker 1: see what handsome sandsom truly, yeah, I got it, But yeah,
- 1:53:32Speaker 1: I thought that was a little odd, a little yeah.
- 1:53:37Speaker 1: And this is Marion Baker's old tombstone. He's in heast
- 1:53:40Speaker 1: cemetery somewhere in Texas, not buried with his wife, which
- 1:53:49Speaker 1: is odd.
- 1:53:55Speaker 4: Did they get the forced.
- 1:53:58Speaker 1: Not to my knowledge. Let's see here Mary and Baker
- 1:54:04Speaker 1: son he enjoyed farming preceding him in death, with his
- 1:54:09Speaker 1: parents and two brothers and wife. Doesn't say wife. Survivors
- 1:54:17Speaker 1: wife include two sons. Yeah, Ray Baker and wife, Ro
- 1:54:24Speaker 1: Baker and wife. But so maybe he was a bachelor
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: for his entire life, which is weird, just saying, yeah,
- 1:54:34Speaker 1: he didn't have any kids and he didn't no mention
- 1:54:37Speaker 1: of a wife. Well no, I'm sorry it does. It
- 1:54:42Speaker 1: includes his two sons, so he had kids, he had
- 1:54:46Speaker 1: two kids, but no mention of a wife. Maybe he
- 1:54:51Speaker 1: never married.
- 1:54:52Speaker 4: Wait, survivors include his two sons, Ray Baker and wife
- 1:54:56Speaker 4: Mary Alice. Mary Alice is Roy Baker's wife or Ray
- 1:55:02Speaker 4: Baker's wife. Not truly his wife.
- 1:55:06Speaker 1: Oh there says the mother of his son's Melba Ray Baker.
- 1:55:10Speaker 1: So not his wife, just the mother of his sons. Okay, Malburah,
- 1:55:17Speaker 1: that's all is my baby, mama Mailba Yeah yeah.
- 1:55:24Speaker 4: But but the point is none of this timeline adds
- 1:55:28Speaker 4: up a third or fourth floor. Is it's it's very
- 1:55:36Speaker 4: different than the second floor.
- 1:55:39Speaker 1: And they're they're alleging that, Okay, in a minute and
- 1:55:43Speaker 1: a half, like ninety seconds, Joe, that Oswald went from
- 1:55:48Speaker 1: shooting at that window okay, to getting up, running all
- 1:55:54Speaker 1: the way across the sixth floor, hiding the rifle in
- 1:55:57Speaker 1: between some boxes, and then proceeding down the stairs to
- 1:56:01Speaker 1: the second floor lunch room, where he is then encountered
- 1:56:05Speaker 1: by Marion Baker. And I found a very funny reenactment
- 1:56:09Speaker 1: of this.
- 1:56:11Speaker 4: Oh yeah, oh yeah, like an official reenactment.
- 1:56:15Speaker 1: No, it's from a movie. Okay, Okay, the acting is
- 1:56:21Speaker 1: not very good. I'll preface that by saying this, So
- 1:56:27Speaker 1: here is a reenactment from the last shot that kind
- 1:56:36Speaker 1: of was married up to the us A.
- 1:56:44Speaker 7: Here we go, Hi, Rob, I got my T shirt.
- 1:56:59Speaker 7: Thank you very much, and if you can get one,
- 1:57:01Speaker 7: everyone get one because they're great and the lads do
- 1:57:05Speaker 7: so much work for us and it's well deserved. Thank you.
- 1:57:14Speaker 1: Thank you, Sally for a brief commercial break. By the way,
- 1:57:20Speaker 1: there's new designs up over in the merch store, so
- 1:57:24Speaker 1: check them out. No legit, No, here's the reenactment video,
- 1:57:29Speaker 1: and I.
- 1:57:29Speaker 3: Promise, I mean, I mean, and no one.
- 1:57:32Speaker 4: I don't know anyone that would mind hearing Sally's accent.
- 1:57:39Speaker 1: Always welcome. Yes, here's the reenactment.
- 1:57:42Speaker 4: Here we got I fancy it.
- 1:57:47Speaker 1: So it starts off with the suppruder film the shot,
- 1:57:49Speaker 1: the third shot, boom, time's ticking. Time is taken away
- 1:57:54Speaker 1: all right. After the third shot, Baker speeds up his
- 1:57:57Speaker 1: motorcycle and park scans quickly and heads for the stiff
- 1:58:00Speaker 1: Let's school book depository. Folks gone by plean.
- 1:58:08Speaker 10: Someone shot at the President, I think from this building,
- 1:58:10Speaker 10: how do I get up stairs?
- 1:58:11Speaker 7: On?
- 1:58:11Speaker 1: I'll show you. Hm, where's the goddamn elevator?
- 1:58:27Speaker 4: Yeah, oh ship, it's not working.
- 1:58:30Speaker 13: Elevators on the upper floors?
- 1:58:32Speaker 1: Are there stairs? Yes?
- 1:58:33Speaker 3: There, let's go.
- 1:58:57Speaker 4: Hold it. Come here, officer, officer, Do you know this man?
- 1:59:06Speaker 1: Yes, he works here. Come on. Ninety two seconds for
- 1:59:18Speaker 1: all that to transpire. Now, does that look believable to you, Joe.
- 1:59:26Speaker 4: No, not really. It would have taken a little longer.
- 1:59:30Speaker 1: Than that, because you got to remember he's still on
- 1:59:32Speaker 1: his motorcycle on Houston Street when he hears the third shot,
- 1:59:38Speaker 1: So he has to get up to the corner of
- 1:59:40Speaker 1: Houston and ELM. Parker's motorcycle dismount, start running for the
- 1:59:46Speaker 1: school book depository, get inside. You know, it just didn't
- 1:59:49Speaker 1: just you know, but this is what they try to
- 1:59:53Speaker 1: tell you. Within ninety seconds, Oswald is casually chilling in
- 1:59:57Speaker 1: the second floor lunch room where he was seen by
- 1:59:59Speaker 1: care Allen Arnold. Thankfully she wasn't smart enough to read
- 2:00:04Speaker 1: her to read her affidavits until many, many years later
- 2:00:09Speaker 1: when she figured out that they had left that part
- 2:00:11Speaker 1: out convenient and not called her for the warm commission conveniently.
- 2:00:16Speaker 6: Right.
- 2:00:18Speaker 1: And look, all this, folks, is done for timing reasons, right,
- 2:00:26Speaker 1: because Oswald has to be the shooter in their narrative,
- 2:00:30Speaker 1: and for that to be possible, it's all about timing
- 2:00:35Speaker 1: and time and eyewitnesses seeing him in different places at
- 2:00:39Speaker 1: certain times. That is why they had to craft this narrative. Now,
- 2:00:49Speaker 1: interestingly enough, Joe, and you.
- 2:00:51Speaker 4: Can see how it comes closer together as time goes on.
- 2:00:56Speaker 1: Right, Yeah, I have another Affiday, and this one is
- 2:01:01Speaker 1: for the President's Commission on the Assassination of President Kennedy,
- 2:01:05Speaker 1: State of Texas, County of Dallas signed this eleventh day
- 2:01:10Speaker 1: of August nineteen sixty four at Dallas, Texas by Marion Baker,
- 2:01:16Speaker 1: so he had to do up an affidavid for the
- 2:01:19Speaker 1: Warren Commission in August of sixty four, I Marion Baker,
- 2:01:28Speaker 1: being duly sworn say number one. I am an officer
- 2:01:32Speaker 1: in the Dallas Police Department number two. On November twenty second,
- 2:01:37Speaker 1: nineteen and sixty three, upon hearing shots, I rode my
- 2:01:40Speaker 1: motorbike one hundred and eighty to two hundred feet, parked
- 2:01:45Speaker 1: the motorbike, and ran forty five feet to the Texas
- 2:01:49Speaker 1: school Book Depository Building. On March twentieth, nineteen and sixty four,
- 2:01:56Speaker 1: Council from the President's Commission on the Assassination of President
- 2:02:00Speaker 1: Entity timed a reenactment of my actions after hearing the
- 2:02:04Speaker 1: shots on November twenty second, nineteen and sixty three. During
- 2:02:09Speaker 1: this reenactment, Joe I reached the recess door of the
- 2:02:13Speaker 1: school Book Depository building fifteen seconds after the time of
- 2:02:19Speaker 1: the simulated shot. So we are to believe that Marion
- 2:02:27Speaker 1: Baker rode his motorcycle at ten miles an hour, one
- 2:02:32Speaker 1: hundred and eighty to two hundred feet after hearing the
- 2:02:34Speaker 1: final shot, dismounting and then running forty five feet into
- 2:02:41Speaker 1: the school book depository in fifteen fucking seconds. Now, I
- 2:02:52Speaker 1: don't know of any other witnesses that had to do
- 2:02:55Speaker 1: so many reinterviews and so many affid Davis after their
- 2:02:59Speaker 1: warrant commission tests to Mooney to try to parse out
- 2:03:03Speaker 1: the timing of this whole second floor lunch encounter and
- 2:03:08Speaker 1: Baker's actions that day other than Garian Baker. What there's
- 2:03:13Speaker 1: got to be a reason they're trying to make this
- 2:03:17Speaker 1: thing fit somehow.
- 2:03:19Speaker 4: Yeah, they're they're tying up with the inconsistencies in the timeline.
- 2:03:24Speaker 1: It's unbelievable, unbelievable.
- 2:03:27Speaker 4: Joe, Yes, I I agree, and get the horn ready.
- 2:03:33Speaker 4: Because Trey uh tray tray uh appreciated Sally's voice so much.
- 2:03:42Speaker 4: Give five dollars shot.
- 2:03:46Speaker 1: That deserves a little.
- 2:03:50Speaker 4: Pose popos Yes, James, what a cutie pie.
- 2:03:56Speaker 1: Plus yay, Yes, thank you Trey and missus Tray thank you.
- 2:04:08Speaker 1: Mm hmm.
- 2:04:09Speaker 4: So before we go, I have a couple starred comments.
- 2:04:12Speaker 4: Uh we got to have a loan, gum. This is
- 2:04:15Speaker 4: from like way before we got a lone gum and
- 2:04:17Speaker 4: podcast endssconsin. Uh, you never know could could be in
- 2:04:23Speaker 4: the works. Thanks. I never quite got to Peaches in
- 2:04:29Speaker 4: response to her video never quite got to camp in Lafayette.
- 2:04:32Speaker 4: Turns out I only had two days. I had a
- 2:04:34Speaker 4: wonderful time. You'll love it when you visit. Well, thank
- 2:04:37Speaker 4: you again for for that, Peaches. That was awesome and excellent. Uh, yes,
- 2:04:43Speaker 4: Scott that That was Scott's response. Mister Edwards to missus
- 2:04:48Speaker 4: Peaches videos. Uh, do we have film with Peaches distributing leaflets?
- 2:04:56Speaker 4: Check with John T. Martin.
- 2:05:01Speaker 1: Yes, and you should have had old George act like
- 2:05:04Speaker 1: he was distributing some Leafletzer.
- 2:05:07Speaker 4: Did Baker's elevator go all the way to the top floor?
- 2:05:11Speaker 4: We covered that they only got on the elevator on
- 2:05:14Speaker 4: the fifth floor and then went to the seventh.
- 2:05:16Speaker 1: Right. I think that's a joke comment about Baker's internal
- 2:05:23Speaker 1: elevator going to.
- 2:05:25Speaker 4: This alp over my hand. They found a dark blue
- 2:05:30Speaker 4: jacket at the TSBD. Later on, Tony Holman.
- 2:05:35Speaker 1: Says, thank you Tony, not light brown?
- 2:05:40Speaker 4: Well any of us. Mister James King asked, no, what happened?
- 2:05:44Speaker 4: I mean I mean probably not. I think people that
- 2:05:51Speaker 4: are critical researchers could get a very good idea of
- 2:05:57Speaker 4: what happened.
- 2:05:59Speaker 1: Yeah, I think what Bart's research does is give you
- 2:06:03Speaker 1: an overview of everything from every angle, from everything. I mean.
- 2:06:09Speaker 1: There's even another.
- 2:06:11Speaker 7: O. V.
- 2:06:12Speaker 1: Campbell interview I think it was the Detroit Free President
- 2:06:15Speaker 1: interview with him, and he says that he saw Oswald
- 2:06:20Speaker 1: on the first floor in a room when he went
- 2:06:24Speaker 1: back in the building, which is interesting.
- 2:06:26Speaker 4: Yeah, And of course he said he thought the shots
- 2:06:30Speaker 4: came from the knoll right away, they didn't come from
- 2:06:33Speaker 4: my building. And whether that's self preservation or not, I
- 2:06:37Speaker 4: don't know.
- 2:06:38Speaker 1: But and interesting in truly's one of his statements. You know,
- 2:06:44Speaker 1: he talks about the guy with the hard hat, you know,
- 2:06:47Speaker 1: coming over and saying that he saw a rifle out
- 2:06:49Speaker 1: of one of the windows, which is of course he's
- 2:06:51Speaker 1: referring to Howard Brennan, you know, the star witness. He
- 2:06:55Speaker 1: saw Oswald shooting out the window, you know, from across
- 2:06:57Speaker 1: the street. So interesting that he mentioned him specifically.
- 2:07:04Speaker 4: Yeah, and the last time Tiny says how calm trouble
- 2:07:10Speaker 4: b isn't showing my merch commercial I don't think he
- 2:07:14Speaker 4: meant to show video. He's done it a couple of times.
- 2:07:20Speaker 1: No, I'm totally meant to do had to. I don't
- 2:07:23Speaker 1: know what the hell happened to her merch video. To
- 2:07:27Speaker 1: be honest with you, it's not in the It was hidden.
- 2:07:31Speaker 4: It was stolen by the authorities.
- 2:07:34Speaker 1: If you have it, Tiny, re send it and I
- 2:07:36Speaker 1: will put it in the rotation because it's a good
- 2:07:39Speaker 1: one too, And I don't know what happened to it,
- 2:07:41Speaker 1: to be honest with you, And Tiny sends us so
- 2:07:43Speaker 1: many emails, there's no way I could go back and
- 2:07:46Speaker 1: find it. If you still have it, handy, Uh send it? Yes, please, Tiny,
- 2:07:54Speaker 1: with our lovely mug.
- 2:07:58Speaker 4: Uh. Yeah, James has showed that Morley document one more
- 2:08:02Speaker 4: time before you go. I don't know what Morley document's
- 2:08:05Speaker 4: talking about, but well we'll try to figure that out later.
- 2:08:13Speaker 4: Or yeah, where where mister not ov Campbell Doug Campbell?
- 2:08:21Speaker 9: Uh?
- 2:08:22Speaker 1: Completely And notice how notice how quickly Morley has dropped
- 2:08:29Speaker 1: the whole Harvey narrative right like a hot fucking potato
- 2:08:34Speaker 1: right right, Well, because there's nothing to say. He got
- 2:08:38Speaker 1: the narrative wrong, and we butted his ass and called
- 2:08:40Speaker 1: him on it, and there's not really nothing to do
- 2:08:42Speaker 1: except move on. Yes, new Russian document.
- 2:08:46Speaker 4: New syops. There's always this, There's always going to be something.

- 2:09:03Speaker 4: we did that. Justice. I think their initial statements are
- 2:09:13Speaker 4: very interesting and definitely you could tell throughout time kind
- 2:09:18Speaker 4: of come together timeline wise, whether it's third or fourth floor,
- 2:09:24Speaker 4: or where the shots came from or Baker or you know,
- 2:09:29Speaker 4: the time it took for him to get into the
- 2:09:34Speaker 4: building and find the manager and run up the stairs,
- 2:09:38Speaker 4: and it's all a mess. It's all a mess. And
- 2:09:43Speaker 4: I think they just kind of conflated everything and fudged
