- 1:00Welcome in to another exciting episode of the scene.
- 1:02I am your host, Bubba Starts, and with me today is Roy Coughlin.
- 1:06Roy, welcome to the show.
- 1:07Thank you very much for having me, Bubba.
- 1:09From the other side of the world.
- 1:12Yeah.
- 1:12I'm well, I'm Irish, but I'm living in Poland, so that's in the center of Poland.
- 1:19Fantastic, man.
- 1:20Well, I appreciate you taking some time for us today.
- 1:23Quite the background that you have.
- 1:25So I'm gonna give you the floor, let you tell us a little bit about yourself, and I think
- 1:29we're gonna talk about some podcasts today.
- 1:32Fair enough.
- 1:33Yeah.
- 1:33Yeah.
- 1:33So, I mean, I'm kinda supposed serial entrepreneur from a young age, washing cars and
- 1:38things like that.
- 1:39And at 11, newspapers did that up to college.
- 1:44Then at 14, bought a lawnmower, started cutting grass, making money from that, studied
- 1:49construction economics and management, did a diploma in that, then started working for
- 1:55mechanical contractor and worked my way up to contracts manager, did another diploma, applied
- 2:00project management.
- 2:01Then I joined another company as a regional manager.
- 2:04And through all that, kinda dated a Polish girl and went across and saw property was cheap.
- 2:10And I had bought three properties in Ireland at that stage and set up a business, called the
- 2:16Polera.
- 2:16Pol for Polish.
- 2:17Era is the Irish for Ireland.
- 2:20And, basically, yeah, built, a lot of stuff.
- 2:24Built 30 apartments, done a lot of houses, probably 200 plus renovations, and everything
- 2:30was going well.
- 2:31And then the crash happened, And it took a while to come across the pond.
- 2:36I was doing good.
- 2:37I had 14 people on my books, and I was a small boy in a syndicate of a lot of you know, we
- 2:42diff lot of different syndicates.
- 2:43Some of them were worth, like, 10,000,000 plus, and they lost everything.
- 2:47And I thought it would come right.
- 2:48So I started putting money in thinking, look.
- 2:51You know, I charge you 10% interest.
- 2:53If you do if you can't pay me, I'll increase my shareholding, never thinking that everything
- 2:58would kinda.
- 2:58And in the end, the whole lot came tumbling down.
- 3:01And I know I'm gonna get into the podcasting.
- 3:03Oh, I start the podcast because it's all kind of related.
- 3:06Everything came tumbling down.
- 3:08And, usually, as an entrepreneur, it's kinda like, lessons learned.
- 3:12Let's start again.
- 3:13Nobody told me when you're the president of the company in Poland, you're personally labeled.
- 3:17So I was personally labeled for about $5,000,000.
- 3:20We talk in dollar terms.
- 3:21Yeah.
- 3:22And, of course, all the other syndicate, all those, they were looking after their own
- 3:27problems, so I was kinda left with the crying baby.
- 3:30Trudas had about a 100 court cases, saw loads of corruption with courts, with bailiffs,
- 3:35everything.
- 3:36And then that kinda became my mission, went to an event, a AFEST event, which is Mindvalley,
- 3:42and it was called what's your quest.
- 3:45And at that, I said, alright.
- 3:46I need to expose this.
- 3:48I I don't because, unfortunately, some people throw in the towel.
- 3:51I said, I need to expose what's going on so that they understand it.
- 3:55And I did not like public speaking.
- 3:57Even though I was running massive jobs in Ireland, I had my own businesses.
- 4:00I'd had a lot of business.
- 4:01Just didn't like it.
- 4:02But I knew to get my message out, I'd have to overcome that fear.
- 4:06So when I came back, I joined Toastmaster.
- 4:09I tell you how shy I was.
- 4:10I had to get two people to hold my hand to bring me there, and they were like, yeah.
- 4:14This is great, but we don't have time.
- 4:15And I was too shy to go back on my own.
- 4:17And what I did is there was a new club opened two months later, and I said, I just go on.
- 4:21It has to be all new people.
- 4:23And I went there, and they said, you're signing up.
- 4:25Yeah.
- 4:25You're do the speech.
- 4:26Yeah.
- 4:26And I basically said yes for everything.
- 4:28I became distinguished Toastmaster after three years, which is kind of rare.
- 4:31And I was like and done over a 100 speeches for my own club, an entrepreneur's club in the
- 4:36morning.
- 4:37I was a coach for a Finnish club.
- 4:39I did an open comedy, open TEDx, and got into the final of five countries.
- 4:43So I went from one extreme to the next.
- 4:45But during that whole process, then I went to another event, and the guy outside of the event
- 4:50done a kind of workshop on podcasting.
- 4:53And I was like, oh, this is interesting.
- 4:55And I said, I can do this.
- 4:56So the first one I did was speaking podcast.
- 4:59So because of the Toastmasters and knowing so many speakers around the world because I went
- 5:04to Greece and stuff like that.
- 5:06I met loads of people.
- 5:07I had plenty of guests for the show, and that was the first one.
- 5:10Then I did meditation because when I lost everything, meditation actually helped me in
- 5:15birth work.
- 5:16And I came across a a six phase meditation, and it's kinda like what you're grateful for
- 5:22because everybody's gone through their own battles in life when we all have them.
- 5:27Nothing's when you think everything is great, you just get slapped into the head, and it just
- 5:31changes.
- 5:31So we have to and so being grateful because no matter what you're doing, when you're grateful,
- 5:37you start attracting it instead of thinking the lack or, oh, I get bills.
- 5:41And when you're thinking of bills, what happens?
- 5:43The post comes with bills, so don't be thinking of that.
- 5:46And the other one is the act of forgiveness.
- 5:48So, like, when people whether it's a business partner, a relationship, or somebody's hurt
- 5:54you, there's not really anger that you're holding and you're thinking about it.
- 5:58You might not be able to sleep.
- 5:59So I said, I need to forgive these people because, I mean, I was doing massive
- 6:02developments and even construction companies had caught me, and I was like, I need to
- 6:07forgive them.
- 6:07So some were easy and others weren't, and I wasn't able to forgive them.
- 6:10So what I did is I brought them back to the child.
- 6:13I said, we've unconditional love for a child.
- 6:15You know?
- 6:15If you have a baby holding your finger or just looking at you, there's nothing better.
- 6:18It's beautiful.
- 6:19And I said, when they were born, they were free.
- 6:23They were without any badness in them, and it was external external circumstances created who
- 6:30they were.
- 6:31And by doing that, I was able to forgive everybody.
- 6:34But what what the the thing is is it actually frees it from you.
- 6:37So it no longer pains you when you're reliving the story or just thinking about it.
- 6:42So I'd encourage everybody, practice the act of forgiveness, and it's you benefit from it.
- 6:49It's I just typed this up to some friends today, obviously, yesterday, a tragic moment in
- 6:54the media world, the podcasting world as Charlie Kirk was assassinated.
- 6:59And, the hateful rhetoric that we've dealt with here in The United States.
- 7:03And hate's a parasite, and it ultimately kills the people that are in there.
- 7:09Who whoever fired that weapon was so full of hate, their life is over now too.
- 7:15And they may be still breathing and living, but their life is no less completely done.
- 7:20And I think that, you know, obviously, that's the ex that's the farthest extreme, but we can
- 7:27do that myself, you know, ourselves.
- 7:30And myself, I have a lot of hate and resentment that I've held a long time in my life.
- 7:35And through just recent conversation with some really brilliant people and, now yourself
- 7:40included, that that hate isn't serving me, and it's not hurting the other person at all.
- 7:47No.
- 7:47Exactly.
- 7:48And, you know, you mentioned Charlie.
- 7:49Just today, there was somebody I don't know.
- 7:51I was on Instagram or some and they were just putting out something nasty.
- 7:55And I've seen them like, they're anti I don't care whether someone's left or right because
- 7:58it's nothing to me because I'm not there.
- 8:00But you just people hate.
- 8:01And I just saw when they were writing about something like that and just mocking them, and
- 8:05I just thought that is so nasty because we're talking about someone's life.
- 8:08And I just unsubscribe, and it's like, I don't wanna give fuel to people as well that are
- 8:12pushing negativity.
- 8:13And it's like so much of it
- 8:14now are they're bots.
- 8:16They're not even real human beings.
- 8:18These things are computers and algorithms that are trained to get that response from human
- 8:23beings.
- 8:24And, unfortunately, there's so many people out there that are engaging with this on social
- 8:28media not realizing that.
- 8:30Right?
- 8:31And and at this point, I'm kind of a whether it's a real person behind there or not, if
- 8:35they're just spewing, hey.
- 8:36Like you said, unsubscribe.
- 8:37I don't want anything to do with you, and I don't want you putting any of that energy into
- 8:42my life.
- 8:43I'm too busy, Roy, as I'm sure you are as well.
- 8:47And I suppose this is important because there's a lot of creators out there, you know, whether
- 8:50it's for music or something like that, and there's always hatred.
- 8:53And it's a case of if you actually accept it in.
- 8:56So what I do is if it's not too bad, I just ignore it.
- 9:00And sometimes you wake up the next day, there's a big trade of people defending you and coming
- 9:04in and attacking that person, and they disappear.
- 9:06And the other thing is report it or delete it.
- 9:09And what unfortunately, what a lot of people do is they could get 99 beautiful comments,
- 9:17whether it's a musician and they're saying your music is brilliant and stuff like that, and
- 9:21they get someone that does just saying something horrible.
- 9:23They'll put their energy to that one person.
- 9:25And what I recommend everybody does is have a notebook, whether you print it off or whatever.
- 9:30And when you get that blues period or you get that negative person because sometimes it does
- 9:34shake.
- 9:34I mean, you see some of the comments.
- 9:35Some comments are just so nasty.
- 9:37You know there's something wrong with the person.
- 9:38There's no normal person does that.
- 9:40But just for yourself.
- 9:41And even if you're not getting that, just look at the beautiful comments.
- 9:44And it's just a nice thing.
- 9:45Have a little book or have it in an envelope when you need that moment to just look and feel
- 9:50the love instead of the hate.
- 9:53Beautifully said, Roy, and I couldn't back you up more on that.
- 9:57We we need to focus on love right now in this world.
- 10:01We have been so divided for so long.
- 10:04And, you know, just because you're living in a foreign country doesn't mean that you're immune
- 10:09from it.
- 10:09What's happening in America is happening all over the world.
- 10:13And it is really a very few people who are, pulling strings and making decisions, to fuel
- 10:21that hate.
- 10:22And it really takes us all collectively as human beings to say, no.
- 10:26We are going to love each other, and we are going to conquer this, these demons, right, by
- 10:35loving and not by hate and violence.
- 10:38It is just it's not the answer.
- 10:40No.
- 10:41Exactly.
- 10:41And, I mean, because of, I suppose, everything that goes on in the world, it's just every day.
- 10:47You're like, what's what's next?
- 10:49It's true.
- 10:50Like, I've had over a 100 court cases.
- 10:52And what I did is I started studying sovereignty, common law, and stuff like that.
- 10:56And what I would say to everybody is even if you're an entrepreneur, but even if you're not,
- 11:00go away and learn that because sometimes people think governments or cities have control over
- 11:05you, and we are way more powerful.
- 11:08And when you realize that I've had so many people back off, courts, bailiffs, everything,
- 11:12because, I mean, I had counts emptied, and I started going, how is this possible when
- 11:17they're fraudulent?
- 11:17I'm not wrong.
- 11:18I'm not doing nothing nasty.
- 11:20And I started learning this, and I say to people, learn the power of your signature.
- 11:24Because if they're writing to you, they're going, mister Roy Collin, are all capitals Roy
- 11:29Collin, and that's not me.
- 11:30It's the corporate entity, and it's too deep to go into that.
- 11:33And what I would just say to people, just use that as a pet to just go in.
- 11:38Okay.
- 11:38I'll spend a bit of time daily to just check this out or watch a few podcasts or something
- 11:42like that.
- 11:43And it's the best time you'll ever spend is understanding because we were born free, and
- 11:47you can stay free when you don't listen to the crap that they're feeding us and pretending
- 11:51that they have control over us.
- 11:53I also have spent a lot of time in a courtroom, Roy, for much different reasons, but I I have
- 12:01had more success going in and defending myself than I ever had walking in with an attorney.
- 12:07And by just going and stating the truth, A lot of mine have been either, you know, drug charge
- 12:15related from my younger years and in another life.
- 12:18But, you know, now even more recently, we're actually helping a friend of ours who's
- 12:24battling against a corrupt county and and officials who are trying to steal his
- 12:29grandfather's 10,000 acre ranch here in South Dakota right out from under him.
- 12:34They created a false will, and they are using the courts to just bleed this young man dry and
- 12:40to use every tactic in their arsenal to do it.
- 12:43They have lied.
- 12:43They have perjured themselves.
- 12:45They have committed an a treasure trove of felonies to try and silence this young man and
- 12:51to get him to give up his rights to that land and to his family's legacy.
- 12:56So I I feel you a 100% on everything that you're saying, and we've had some great
- 13:01discussions on our Patreon broadcasting project, our sister station, about just those
- 13:05things.
- 13:06I think we're gonna have to have you back.
- 13:07So can you pronounce your name for me?
- 13:09I usually do this beforehand, but I've been doing the intro.
- 13:12So is it call Colin?
- 13:14Colin is the way I pronounce it.
- 13:16Like, a lot of people would know it as Cockland because it's like even around Ireland and the
- 13:21count I'm from Cork.
- 13:23Even County Cork is Cocklin.
- 13:24Everywhere else is Cocklin, but it's a city thing.
- 13:26It's Collins.
- 13:27So kinda grew up with Collins, so I stick with it.
- 13:29My brother changed his name.
- 13:30He just got sick of people saying Cocklin, but I don't mind.
- 13:33At the end of the day, it's Roy.
- 13:35That's the most important thing.
- 13:36Right.
- 13:37Right.
- 13:37Well, I apologize for getting your name
- 13:39on top of
- 13:40the show.
- 13:41And in in America, it looks like Coughlin to me.
- 13:44So that's how I Exactly.
- 13:47Beautiful stuff, man.
- 13:48Well, not to not to distract us.
- 13:51You've built some amazing podcasts.
- 13:53And for me, I'm relatively new to the space.
- 13:55But last this just this year, I was awarded a content creator of the year award because I
- 14:00dove in and I supported the communities that I was in.
- 14:03I'm a songwriter myself, a member of the Midwest Country Music Organization.
- 14:07And when I started the podcast, I just started putting a microphone in all those musicians'
- 14:11faces and saying, hey.
- 14:13Welcome to the scene.
- 14:14Tell me about your music.
- 14:16You you spoke a little bit about the start of some of your podcasts, and they've all reached
- 14:20that top echelon.
- 14:22How does someone in this space is it the is it the content?
- 14:27Is it the production of it?
- 14:29What is it that really sets your shows apart and has allowed you to achieve that level of
- 14:34success?
- 14:36There's a few things.
- 14:37And one, I think your success is your energy levels because I think people pick up on the
- 14:41energy.
- 14:42And I think, you know, that that that because I've even listened to to to episodes, you know,
- 14:46before coming on, and it's like, it's entertaining where some people, they're
- 14:49listening and, you know, it's like, it's painful.
- 14:52So that's the most important thing is have an engaging conversation because people will come
- 14:56back.
- 14:56And if they really like it, they'll share it with a few people.
- 14:59The thing is a lot of times, people, they'll prepare the time to for further podcast.
- 15:04They might do questions and different things.
- 15:06Okay.
- 15:06What we discuss?
- 15:07And then they're going on to the next one.
- 15:10And you have to spend time marketing.
- 15:13And, like, one, Shorts definitely helps so you kinda some people outsource it.
- 15:18I I've done over 1,700 shows.
- 15:21I edit every single one myself because I understand the content better than anyone that
- 15:26I could outsource that.
- 15:27Plus, I like listening again anyway.
- 15:29So then I create the time stamps.
- 15:30They're going in shorts.
- 15:32And what's important is, like, for you, if you're talking about music, like, sometimes you
- 15:36might just say, oh, I put it on a Facebook group.
- 15:38I put it on LinkedIn or whatever.
- 15:39Where you need to be is where your listeners are, who's interested in music.
- 15:42So you find Facebook groups that are music related, and you start joining all of them and
- 15:48then engaging and sharing your content in because there are people that appreciate music.
- 15:52And, I mean, say the Polish one.
- 15:54I'm in, I think, 48 groups.
- 15:56You know, like, Polish in Chicago.
- 15:58They're big there.
- 15:59There's Polish in Ireland, Polish in The UK.
- 16:01And then I share
- 16:03the area.
- 16:04We got plenty of Polocks over there.
- 16:06Exactly.
- 16:07So so when I do that, it's going to the the the right listeners.
- 16:10And what happens is a lot of Poles, they go there and they marry locals.
- 16:14So they're hoping that they'll start learning the language, which you know?
- 16:17So it might indeed be the person.
- 16:19It could be a poll that's listening and going, hey.
- 16:21You need to listen to this, or they want their kids to learn.
- 16:24So I'm in the right groups.
- 16:25Hence, I mean, that's got between the audio and the video, it's, like, over 3,000,000 views,
- 16:30and it's because of that.
- 16:32And the thing is if you're in Facebook groups as well, people give it a, a heart to thumb.
- 16:36You can click on that and then invite them to your page.
- 16:39Most people don't do that.
- 16:40It takes a few seconds.
- 16:42And just I just do it daily.
- 16:43Just quick you know, the comments just go in, invite, invite, invite.
- 16:46A certain percentage will, and then it just keeps growing.
- 16:49So then when you're posting new content, they're seeing it as well.
- 16:52And you'll see it's nearly always the same people then are actually liking it, which in
- 16:56turn shows Facebook or whatever platform you're on, hey.
- 16:59This is of interest, and it starts blasting it out to more people.
- 17:02So kinda doing things like that video wise.
- 17:05I mean, I'm on a few channels.
- 17:06I mean, on YouTube.
- 17:07I'm on, Bit Shoot and Rumble.
- 17:09Most people don't even know about them.
- 17:11Like, my awakening has nearly half a million on on Bit Shoot.
- 17:15So there there's other video channels that can get you good numbers.
- 17:20And it's it's just a case of doing that.
- 17:21It's just being consistent.
- 17:23And if you can, like, I'd the Polish one is the best example.
- 17:27I used to it.
- 17:28Monday and Wednesday at the same time every day, I put them out.
- 17:31The others are haphazard because I have six shows, and it's like I it's just I wish I but
- 17:35if you can, if you can say, alright.
- 17:37I'm putting up my shows on this day and this day because the ones I listen to, like, listen
- 17:42to Blind Buy, it's just audio only.
- 17:44Every Wednesday morning, I know it's there.
- 17:46And it's like, shame on me for not doing that with all of them because people then go, okay.
- 17:51Every Saturday or every Wednesday, he's got to release an episode.
- 17:54I'm still getting them out weekly, but but if you can, it really benefits because your
- 18:00listeners will go, alright.
- 18:01We know there's something coming, and they're looking forward to it.
- 18:04It's about building listener habits.
- 18:07Right?
- 18:07And for me, I'm big on community.
- 18:09So through our website, we have a smaller community.
- 18:12You know, we can make our own from there.
- 18:13I'm in a ton of Facebook groups.
- 18:15I run several Facebook groups of my own.
- 18:18But I've always been very good at networking with other people like me, whether it's our
- 18:22Midwest original music organization, which has almost 500 and some members, or it's our, you
- 18:28know, scene projects group, which is really just to invite an artist.
- 18:31What I've what I think I fail you know, fall into the wayside is is connecting with
- 18:36listeners.
- 18:36Right?
- 18:36It's really going out and seeking out fans because so much of the last year of my life,
- 18:41Roy, was just in, can we make what is content?
- 18:44What is our content?
- 18:46What is our voice?
- 18:47What is what do we wanna talk about?
- 18:49And I myself have five or six shows now as well, Roy.
- 18:52It's just kind of an addiction at this point because each show speaks to a little bit
- 18:57different audience.
- 18:58And now this year and I just had a great conversation with a huge podcast podcast guru,
- 19:04I guess, would call him, Phil Better.
- 19:07Phil taught me a lot of the same things you're saying here.
- 19:09Go engage with these people.
- 19:11Go find out where your fans and your listeners are and go engage with them and start to
- 19:16introduce them to this content.
- 19:17And now that we're, you know, eighteen months in, we have over 250 episodes that are out on
- 19:21our network.
- 19:22We have 900 plus uploads on our YouTube page.
- 19:26There's plenty of content to go back and find.
- 19:29And that's what's actually going to generate a lot of our numbers in the future is that people
- 19:34will be able to come into our world, find us because of one piece of content, but then go
- 19:38back and find all of the other ones as well and start to get served that.
- 19:42So a little bit of consistency.
- 19:45Right?
- 19:45You know, engaging, but then also, building a routine.
- 19:49Right?
- 19:50The regular posting, and that's where we've been a lot better this year is being on a
- 19:54schedule of when certain shows are coming out and just building that that system in and then
- 20:00sticking to it, of course, is is its own animal.
- 20:04And do the same for, yeah, like, connecting with the community because you don't want it
- 20:09that you're just constantly going in and out.
- 20:10Like, I do these things in the morning.
- 20:12So whether it's Spotify, sometimes people now can comment on that or YouTube.
- 20:16And just just go in and check your Facebook groups.
- 20:20Just have a little comment.
- 20:21And if peep I always if somebody gives a nice comment on YouTube, give a heart at least and
- 20:25just and so you're just saying, hey.
- 20:27I hear you.
- 20:28And but just do it.
- 20:29Like, whatever time suits you, but set aside whether it's ten minutes or thirty minutes, but
- 20:33not because I see people and they just kinda have notifications and stuff like that.
- 20:37You get nothing done if you have your phone beeping.
- 20:39So set times, like like I said, but the thing, schedule everything.
- 20:43And that way, then you systemize the whole process, and then you just see it building.
- 20:46And once you see it building and more engagement, it gives you more fuel to keep
- 20:50going.
- 20:51Exactly.
- 20:52And something you touched on there that as podcasters, we want to be seen and heard.
- 20:57Right?
- 20:57We want those listeners, but listeners and viewers also want to feel like they are seen
- 21:03and heard.
- 21:04And that is what is so important, and that's why podcasting is changing the world because it
- 21:09provides that environment.
- 21:10It's real conversations.
- 21:12It's truth.
- 21:13It is not put into a box, to be delivered on a ninety second segment on a news program.
- 21:20So you can really have some great conversations and get this.
- 21:24I say it all the time on our show that this is how god is speaking through us.
- 21:28Whether you're religious or not, source, you can call it whatever you want.
- 21:31This is how the world is healing.
- 21:33It's through this media and through this form of communication.
- 21:37So really appreciate you kinda reiterating a lot of the things that our fans here say a lot.
- 21:42From someone who's had so much success in this industry, a lot of people who are watching it
- 21:46around us are becoming podcasters themselves.
- 21:49I say it's my mission, Roy, to get people off of the sidelines and into the game.
- 21:54My audacious goal is to start a million podcasters on this journey and doing everything
- 21:58in my power to set them on the right path, not to just say, oh, you should have a podcast,
- 22:03push them in the pool, and walk away.
- 22:06And the thing is a lot of people, they fear it.
- 22:10So I'm not a technical person.
- 22:13I what you can do is you can have a microphone that's a USB goes into it.
- 22:18Some people have mixers and everything, and that's okay.
- 22:20But as far as editing, uploading, it's simple.
- 22:23And I I cater for budgets as well.
- 22:26Like like, sometimes people, they're down on their luck.
- 22:29Ever like, I created videos, workshops that people can go in and look tickets there.
- 22:33You and Nobody
- 22:34knows more about being down on their luck than you, Roy.
- 22:38So I'm always conscious of that.
- 22:40And I it's like, yeah, if you wanna pay for to go through it and do it at different level,
- 22:44that's okay.
- 22:45Some people can, but there's others can't, and you can do without paying.
- 22:49Free version of Zoom and YouTube and be on your way for no money and to just start having
- 22:55conversations.
- 22:56And that's what I encourage everyone to do is just hit record and go.
- 23:00And before you know it, you could be like Roy with six, you know, shows in the top point 5%
- 23:06of their categories and to just be doing it.
- 23:09But it's a lot of work, and I'll never deny that.
- 23:12We've worked our butts off to get where we're at in this world, and we are nowhere close to
- 23:17the level that you've achieved.
- 23:19So, Roy, I wanna thank you for your time today.
- 23:21I know you have another meeting.
- 23:22I have another one as well, the life of a podcaster.
- 23:25Go ahead and tell everybody where they can find you and where they can find your shows.
- 23:30Yeah.
- 23:30So they can just go to my name, roycollin.com, and they'll find the the six shows as well as
- 23:37everything else.
- 23:37If if they're interested in virtual assistance, va.world, but they'll find all the six shows on
- 23:42Roy Collin.
- 23:43That's c o u g h l a n dot com.
- 23:47Well, fantastic, Roy.
- 23:48I appreciate you taking some time for us today, and I appreciate you being part of the scene.
- 23:54Thank you so much.
- 23:55Thank you very much.
- 23:56And what I would encourage the listeners because they don't realize how important it is,
- 24:01make sure they give you a thumbs up, a five star rating, and share with your friends.
- 24:05If it's Spotify, you hit the three dots, you can give a five star rating.
- 24:08If it's Apple, you just scroll down a bit, give the five star, but also give a comment because
- 24:12we see it, we appreciate it, and Bubba will really, really like it because it gets it out
- 24:17to more people.
- 24:19Thanks for that, Roy.
- 24:21No problem.
