Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And The Silence That Was For Sale (8/29/26) · The Vault: The Epstein Files

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:05
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein had plenty of ways that he kept himself
0:09
Speaker 1: off the radar of the police. And one of those
0:12
Speaker 1: ways was paying out large amounts of money to those
0:16
Speaker 1: he abused and those who were co-conspirators. That way he
0:20
Speaker 1: was buying their silence and making sure that nobody would
0:23
Speaker 1: speak to the authorities. In fact, he went to great
0:26
Speaker 1: lengths to make that happen. And in this article today,
0:30
Speaker 1: that's exactly what we're going to talk about. So let's
0:33
Speaker 1: just dive right in and let's see what the Daily
0:36
Speaker 1: Mail has for us. This article is from the Daily Mail.
0:40
Speaker 1: It was originally published on January 5th of 2015. Headline.
0:47
Speaker 1: The girl silenced by Andrew's friend, the sex abuser. As
0:51
Speaker 1: Fergie leaps to defend the Duke, court papers reveal efforts
0:55
Speaker 1: pedophile made to stop survivors from speaking to the FBI. Now,
1:01
Speaker 1: imagine knowing all of this, being Prince Andrew, and still
1:05
Speaker 1: hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein because that's what he was doing.
1:08
Speaker 1: Anybody who is hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein after the
1:12
Speaker 1: first arrest has some serious explaining to do. And if
1:15
Speaker 1: you were hanging out with them before the first arrest,
1:18
Speaker 1: we still have to have a conversation. The sheer scale
1:24
Speaker 1: of the alleged cover-up of underage sex crimes by Prince
1:28
Speaker 1: Andrew's pedophile friend can be revealed today. Jeffrey Epstein made
1:32
Speaker 1: extraordinary efforts to stop the young girls he abused from
1:36
Speaker 1: speaking to the FBI, court papers claim. He is said
1:40
Speaker 1: to have tracked them down and promised to look after
1:42
Speaker 1: them if they kept quiet. That all tracks, right? And remember,
1:46
Speaker 1: this is in 2015, folks. This is in the Daily
1:49
Speaker 1: Mail in 2015. So remember Amy Robach and ABC talking about, oh,
1:56
Speaker 1: we don't have anything, there's nothing here? They lied. There
1:59
Speaker 1: was plenty here. Court documentation and a lot to go on.
2:04
Speaker 1: They chose to quash that story because they were trying
2:06
Speaker 1: to protect Prince Andrew. Those who did not cooperate were
2:14
Speaker 1: apparently harassed or warned bad things would happen to them
2:18
Speaker 1: if they helped federal investigators. The files became public yesterday
2:22
Speaker 1: as the Duchess of York sprang to the defense of
2:25
Speaker 1: her ex-husband, who has been accused of having sex with
2:28
Speaker 1: Epstein's underage sex slave. Yet vital evidence that could put
2:32
Speaker 1: Andrew in the clear is likely to remain secret. The
2:36
Speaker 1: mail can reveal that 13,000 secret documents containing crucial testimony
2:41
Speaker 1: have been locked away by U.S. prosecutors. And I wonder
2:45
Speaker 1: why that is. Why is it that all of this
2:47
Speaker 1: stuff was in possession of the SDNY, of the DOJ,
2:53
Speaker 1: of the prosecution, and nothing was made of it? If
2:57
Speaker 1: that doesn't get you fired up, I don't know what will.
3:00
Speaker 1: So basically, they were sitting on the evidence to stop
3:03
Speaker 1: a gigantic human trafficking ring. The papers can only be
3:09
Speaker 1: used if a judge gives the go-ahead, meaning the truth
3:12
Speaker 1: about the claims made against the prince by the survivor,
3:16
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, will never be known. He fiercely denies her accusations. Now,
3:22
Speaker 1: we know that that isn't the case. We know that
3:24
Speaker 1: this ended up being unsealed, and it really got the
3:28
Speaker 1: ball rolling. And it's fascinating now to take a look
3:34
Speaker 1: back to where things were in 2015. In other developments,
3:40
Speaker 1: Andrew is said to be plotting a rearguard action with
3:42
Speaker 1: palace aides as he remains holed up at his Windsor mansion.
3:47
Speaker 1: Aides insisted the Duke was resilient and would push on
3:49
Speaker 1: with his duties despite the scandal engulfing him. The palace
3:54
Speaker 1: was rocked by claims that Miss Roberts, is planning a
3:57
Speaker 1: tell-all book. Yeah, well, look how it all progressed from here.
4:01
Speaker 1: And Andrew could have stopped it all if he would
4:03
Speaker 1: have stepped up right then and there and did the
4:05
Speaker 1: right thing, the honorable thing that he always talked about.
4:07
Speaker 1: But he didn't, right? So it progressed. The ball kept rolling.
4:11
Speaker 1: And eventually the little snowball, well, it became a gigantic
4:15
Speaker 1: big ball and a whole avalanche fell on Andrew's head. Yesterday,
4:21
Speaker 1: the Mail reported how Epstein employed an army of legal
4:24
Speaker 1: superstars to persuade prosecution lawyers to sign a controversial agreement
4:29
Speaker 1: which may have given Andrew immunity from prosecution. Well, we
4:33
Speaker 1: know that's not the case now. He tried to use that, remember,
4:36
Speaker 1: to get the civil case thrown out by the judge,
4:39
Speaker 1: and the judge told him to pound sand. He wasn't
4:42
Speaker 1: having it. So that's a good thing. And it sets
4:45
Speaker 1: a precedent moving forward, remember, for some of these other
4:47
Speaker 1: people who are trying to use that shield. That non-prosecution
4:52
Speaker 1: agreement is only good down in Florida. It doesn't follow
4:55
Speaker 1: you wherever you commit crimes. Many of the charges against
5:02
Speaker 1: Epstein and any co-conspirators were removed in return for him
5:05
Speaker 1: pleading guilty to a relatively minor charge of soliciting an
5:09
Speaker 1: underage girl for prostitution, for which he served just 13 months.
5:14
Speaker 1: His lawyers then fought to make sure it was kept secret,
5:18
Speaker 1: claiming Epstein's survivors did not have any legal right to
5:21
Speaker 1: know the deal had been struck. They're also said to
5:24
Speaker 1: have carried out a shameful campaign against the state prosecutors
5:28
Speaker 1: who had brought the sex case against him. They went
5:31
Speaker 1: all out, scorched earth. And that's why it's such a
5:35
Speaker 1: travesty for somebody like Reinhart to leave the prosecution and
5:39
Speaker 1: go and work for Jeffrey Epstein's team. Now, he wasn't
5:42
Speaker 1: working directly for Epstein. But he was being paid by
5:45
Speaker 1: Epstein to work for Epstein's co-conspirators. So if you want
5:48
Speaker 1: to be, you know, technical about it, I guess. But
5:52
Speaker 1: where do you think all that money originated from? You
5:55
Speaker 1: think that his associates have the money to pay these
5:59
Speaker 1: big-time lawyers? Of course not. It all came from the
6:01
Speaker 1: war chest that was put on the side by Epstein
6:04
Speaker 1: for these exact purposes. It can now be revealed prosecutors
6:11
Speaker 1: also believed Epstein was tampering with potential witnesses. The fears
6:15
Speaker 1: are revealed in a document entitled Statements of Undisputed Facts,
6:18
Speaker 1: drawn up by a U.S. state attorney on September 18, 2007,
6:22
Speaker 1: when prosecutors were finalizing the non-prosecution agreement with Epstein. The
6:29
Speaker 1: prosecutor described how, in August of 2007, two FBI agents
6:34
Speaker 1: went to the home of Epstein's personal assistant, Leslie Groff,
6:38
Speaker 1: to serve her with a federal grand jury subpoena in
6:41
Speaker 1: relation to the Epstein investigation. Now imagine, there was all
6:47
Speaker 1: this smoke around all of these co-conspirators, and none of
6:50
Speaker 1: them have had to answer the bell, folks. Not one
6:53
Speaker 1: of them. Miss Groff disappeared upstairs and then rang Epstein
6:59
Speaker 1: to inform him that the FBI were at her house.
7:03
Speaker 1: The prosecutor said Mr. Epstein instructed Miss Groff not to
7:07
Speaker 1: speak with the agents and reprimanded her for allowing them
7:10
Speaker 1: into her home. Mr. Epstein applied pressure to keep Miss
7:14
Speaker 1: Groff from complying with the grand jury subpoena that the
7:17
Speaker 1: agent served upon her. The document continues. This conversation occurred
7:22
Speaker 1: with Mr. Epstein was aboard his privately owned civilian aircraft
7:27
Speaker 1: in Miami. His pilot had to file a flight plan
7:31
Speaker 1: showing these parties were about to return to Teterboro, New Jersey. So, look,
7:36
Speaker 1: imagine having that sort of flexibility. The FBI is at
7:40
Speaker 1: your house to ask questions. You run away into the bathroom,
7:43
Speaker 1: call your boy, and everything just goes away. Because that's
7:46
Speaker 1: basically what happened here. You tell me this isn't a
7:50
Speaker 1: travesty of justice. You tell me that justice has been served.
7:56
Speaker 1: After the conversation with Ms. Groff, Mr. Epstein became concerned
8:00
Speaker 1: that the FBI would try to serve his traveling companion,
8:03
Speaker 1: Nadia Marcinkova, with Target Letter when they landed in Teterboro. Mr.
8:08
Speaker 1: Epstein then redirected his plane, making the pilot file a
8:12
Speaker 1: new flight plan to the U.S. Virgin Islands instead of
8:15
Speaker 1: the New York City area, thereby keeping the special agents
8:18
Speaker 1: from serving the target letter on Nadia Marcinkova. You imagine?
8:25
Speaker 1: And let's remember, Nadia was not part of this ring,
8:28
Speaker 1: in my opinion. The more I know about this, the
8:31
Speaker 1: more I'm convinced of that. She was sold to Epstein,
8:33
Speaker 1: brought to Epstein as a little girl. She was groomed.
8:37
Speaker 1: And Epstein was so scared that she talked to the
8:39
Speaker 1: FBI here because she knows everything. If ever there comes
8:44
Speaker 1: a point where Nadia Marcinkova is willing to speak, she
8:48
Speaker 1: really holds the keys to what went on here, folks.
8:51
Speaker 1: And I truly believe that she is somebody that should
8:53
Speaker 1: be listened to because she's a victim of all of this,
8:57
Speaker 1: in my opinion. He is said to have verbally abused Ms.
9:04
Speaker 1: Marcinkova during the flight, harassing and pressuring her not to
9:09
Speaker 1: cooperate with the grand jury's investigation. The pedophile billionaire intimidated
9:14
Speaker 1: other alleged survivors, according to the court papers. Ms. Roberts,
9:18
Speaker 1: a married mother of three, is said to be writing
9:21
Speaker 1: a book that threatens to tell all about her alleged
9:23
Speaker 1: involvement with the Duke of York. One of her closest
9:27
Speaker 1: friends said that she started planning the book at least
9:30
Speaker 1: a year ago. And we know now that book hasn't
9:32
Speaker 1: come out. We had the lawsuit. Now, she might have
9:36
Speaker 1: a book that comes out later on, but she went
9:39
Speaker 1: the route of having the lawsuit and just going after
9:42
Speaker 1: him in that manner instead. Eight said there are no
9:46
Speaker 1: plans for Andrew to seek legal representation or redress in
9:50
Speaker 1: the United States at the moment. Boy, how things have changed, huh?
9:55
Speaker 1: Tack on a few years to this story and things
9:57
Speaker 1: certainly have changed. this is a long-running civil case to
10:01
Speaker 1: which the Duke is not a party in which there
10:04
Speaker 1: have already been many twists and turns said one there
10:07
Speaker 1: was no desire to see this battled out in the
10:09
Speaker 1: court of public opinion but the Duke didn't have an
10:12
Speaker 1: opportunity to respond through the US courts he took the
10:16
Speaker 1: decision that because these accusations were false the He needed
10:21
Speaker 1: people to know that. Oh yeah, he came out swinging,
10:24
Speaker 1: didn't he? This guy has ran from these accusations from
10:27
Speaker 1: the very beginning. From the very beginning of all of this,
10:30
Speaker 1: old boy has been running from these accusations. He's never
10:34
Speaker 1: had any desire to step up and do the right thing,
10:37
Speaker 1: answer any questions, never any of that. And that's why
10:41
Speaker 1: it's so ironic when we go back and read these
10:44
Speaker 1: older articles and see some of the nonsense that he
10:47
Speaker 1: had to say. Buckingham Palace said last night that it
10:52
Speaker 1: would not be making any further comment. Miss Roberts' father
10:56
Speaker 1: had suggested that his daughter may have met the Queen
10:59
Speaker 1: while working for Epstein. Last night, however, Sky Roberts apologized,
11:04
Speaker 1: said that he made a mistake, and was sorry for
11:06
Speaker 1: any misunderstanding. Yeah, I never heard anything about her meeting
11:09
Speaker 1: the Queen, so I don't buy that at all. But
11:13
Speaker 1: the fact that Prince Andrew was under suspicion all the
11:16
Speaker 1: way back here And people knew what was going on,
11:20
Speaker 1: and nobody was reporting it here in America, really. It's
11:24
Speaker 1: a big pox on the legacy media. And especially when
11:28
Speaker 1: we go back and we think about ABC quashing the
11:31
Speaker 1: story that they quashed. So as we continue to journey
11:36
Speaker 1: back in our time machine, taking a look at some
11:39
Speaker 1: of these articles, I know that you're going to be
11:41
Speaker 1: blown away when you start putting these pieces together. And
11:44
Speaker 1: that's why we're doing this, taking a journey back in time.
11:47
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this episode.

12:08

12:13
Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
12:18
Speaker 1: The past couple of weeks, we've been talking about the
12:20
Speaker 1: first prosecution down in Florida and how it was an
12:24
Speaker 1: absolute travesty. Well, the investigators down in Florida, who investigated themselves,
12:31
Speaker 1: by the way, they said that there was no ill
12:34
Speaker 1: will towards these survivors and that the prosecutors down in Florida,
12:39
Speaker 1: they were all within their bounds with the way that
12:42
Speaker 1: they acted. Meanwhile, that goes counter to everything that we've
12:48
Speaker 1: heard from other people who are involved in the case,
12:51
Speaker 1: from police chief Ryder all the way through other prosecutors
12:55
Speaker 1: and judges who have said that this is a gigantic
12:59
Speaker 1: slap in the face to the survivors. And in fact,
13:02
Speaker 1: we had a judge even rule that it was illegal
13:05
Speaker 1: that this whole entire thing went down without the survivors knowing.
13:09
Speaker 1: Yet the state of Florida thinks it's a good idea
13:12
Speaker 1: to clear these people. Because it's not about justice. It's
13:17
Speaker 1: about covering your ass. And we're seeing that on display
13:21
Speaker 1: in real time down in Florida. Today's article is from Politico. Headline,
13:28
Speaker 1: Florida clears officials in treatment of Jeffrey Epstein. The Florida
13:32
Speaker 1: Department of Law Enforcement said it found no evidence that
13:36
Speaker 1: Epstein received any special treatment. No, none at all. The stockade,
13:41
Speaker 1: that wasn't special treatment. The fact that he violated his parole,
13:45
Speaker 1: that wasn't special treatment. The fact that the PBSO destroyed records,
13:50
Speaker 1: not special treatment. The fact that he had this sweetheart deal,
13:53
Speaker 1: absolutely not special treatment. And the fact that all of
13:56
Speaker 1: his friends were protected as well. Come on, that's not
13:59
Speaker 1: special treatment either. All of us would have been afforded
14:02
Speaker 1: the same thing, right? Right? This article was originally posted
14:11
Speaker 1: on the 5th of May in 2021, and the Associated
14:16
Speaker 1: Press was the first to publish it. There's no author here,
14:21
Speaker 1: so I'm going to go with staff. Florida detectives have
14:25
Speaker 1: cleared Palm Beach County prosecutors and sheriff's officials of criminal
14:30
Speaker 1: wrongdoing in connection with their handling of wealthy and prominent
14:33
Speaker 1: sex offender Jeffrey Epstein. More than a decade ago, reports
14:37
Speaker 1: released Monday's show, and it's all because they didn't want
14:41
Speaker 1: to look bad, right? The last thing the state of
14:44
Speaker 1: Florida wants to do is put a spotlight on the
14:47
Speaker 1: fact that their prosecutors dog walked this whole entire thing
14:51
Speaker 1: and gave Jeffrey Epstein a free pass. Let's just call
14:54
Speaker 1: it what it is. They enabled his behavior and then
14:57
Speaker 1: they look the other way. The Florida Department of Law
15:02
Speaker 1: Enforcement said in its report that it found no evidence
15:05
Speaker 1: that Epstein received any special treatment due to bribery or
15:09
Speaker 1: influence by any member of the Palm Beach County Sheriff's
15:13
Speaker 1: or state attorney's offices between 2005, when the investigation launched,
15:18
Speaker 1: and 2009. when he was released from jail. Such bullshit.
15:22
Speaker 1: Such absolute and utter bullshit. And how is it that
15:26
Speaker 1: the federal government hasn't initiated an investigation into the investigation? Oh,
15:31
Speaker 1: that's right. Because they don't want to uncover the truth.
15:37
Speaker 1: Both the state attorney's office and sheriff had been criticized
15:40
Speaker 1: by Epstein's survivors and their advocates. When they say advocates,
15:44
Speaker 1: they mean, you know, decent people who want justice here.
15:47
Speaker 1: For the plea and sentencing deal to be received and
15:50
Speaker 1: for his participation in a work release program that allowed
15:53
Speaker 1: him to travel to his office most days for up
15:56
Speaker 1: to 16 hours where he was engaging in the sexual
15:59
Speaker 1: abuse of underaged girls. So the Florida state of Florida,
16:05
Speaker 1: who was supposed to be watching him, by the way,
16:07
Speaker 1: who acquiesced to his request of being out on work release.
16:11
Speaker 1: Then they can't even bother to make sure he doesn't
16:14
Speaker 1: abuse people while he's out being released. Oh, they'll tell you,
16:18
Speaker 1: we didn't do that. We have records to prove it.
16:20
Speaker 1: Then when you ask for the records, they'll tell you, well,
16:22
Speaker 1: those are destroyed. Just take our word for it. Well,
16:26
Speaker 1: breaking news, I'm done taking your word for it. I'm
16:29
Speaker 1: going to need proof. I'm going to need receipts. And
16:32
Speaker 1: if you don't provide that, I'm going to start questioning
16:35
Speaker 1: what you have going on. And when it comes to
16:37
Speaker 1: a guy like Ron DeSantis, I know a lot of
16:39
Speaker 1: people dig this guy or whatever, but he was in
16:42
Speaker 1: charge of this investigation down in Florida. He didn't push
16:45
Speaker 1: hard enough, again, because he knows his boys are going
16:48
Speaker 1: to get caught up in it. So the state of
16:50
Speaker 1: Florida and DeSantis, they initiate this bupkis ass, bunk ass
16:54
Speaker 1: investigation that was only ever meant to say to you
16:58
Speaker 1: and show you, oh, look, we're doing something. It was
17:01
Speaker 1: never initiated to really find what went on here. because
17:05
Speaker 1: it's not that difficult to figure it out. We all
17:07
Speaker 1: know what Epstein was up to, and we all know
17:09
Speaker 1: he was spreading that cheese around. They didn't even investigate
17:13
Speaker 1: any of the financials. Has there been a full-on forensic
17:16
Speaker 1: financial look at what went on here down in Florida?
17:20
Speaker 1: Of course there hasn't been. But they'll tell you, oh,
17:23
Speaker 1: we had this long investigation, and it ranged into many
17:27
Speaker 1: different areas, and man, shut up. It was all for show,
17:31
Speaker 1: like all these other investigations. State investigators concluded that both
17:38
Speaker 1: agencies followed the laws and rules that were then in
17:41
Speaker 1: place in their handling of Epstein. When he died, he
17:45
Speaker 1: had recently been charged federally with sex trafficking, dating back
17:48
Speaker 1: almost 20 years, and was facing life in prison. He
17:53
Speaker 1: was known for his wealth and his connections, including former
17:56
Speaker 1: presidents Bill Clinton and Donald Trump and Prince Andrew of
18:00
Speaker 1: Great Britain. None of them have been charged in connection
18:03
Speaker 1: with his crimes. Well, we know that And we know
18:06
Speaker 1: that a lot of them should have been. A lot
18:07
Speaker 1: of people around him definitely should have been. Maybe not
18:10
Speaker 1: those people right there, except for Prince Andrew anyway, considering
18:14
Speaker 1: he's the only one we've heard allegations about. But all
18:18
Speaker 1: of these people that were around him, all of these
18:20
Speaker 1: people that were enabling him, all of these people that
18:23
Speaker 1: were facilitating him, how did they live with themselves? You
18:28
Speaker 1: all knew what was going on. And these investigators in Florida, look,
18:33
Speaker 1: come on, really? If some moron like me can figure
18:36
Speaker 1: it out and put these pieces together, you mean to
18:39
Speaker 1: tell me these investigators who do this for a living
18:41
Speaker 1: can't do that? In three separate reports that were completed
18:45
Speaker 1: in March, Florida investigators wrote that they found no evidence
18:49
Speaker 1: that any sheriff deputy, former state attorney Barry Krischer, or
18:53
Speaker 1: any of his prosecutors, was coerced, bribed, or engaged in
18:58
Speaker 1: any criminal activity in the performance of their duties. Now,
19:02
Speaker 1: with that in mind, I want you to think about
19:04
Speaker 1: what we were talking about earlier, about how the records
19:07
Speaker 1: were destroyed, about how Jeffrey Epstein was caught in a
19:11
Speaker 1: parole violation several times by the police, and he was
19:15
Speaker 1: let off by Carmen Sloan, who was his probation officer.
19:19
Speaker 1: How Jeffrey Epstein broke all of the rules by not
19:21
Speaker 1: checking in, by not telling the office of diddlers or
19:26
Speaker 1: whatever it's called that he was going on vacation. All
19:28
Speaker 1: of these are parole violations and he was never caught
19:31
Speaker 1: for any of them. Never hemmed up, never arrested, never
19:34
Speaker 1: brought in. Yeah, but nothing went wrong down here. Everything
19:38
Speaker 1: was on the up and up, folks. Sheriff Rick Bradshaw,
19:42
Speaker 1: who assumed office in 2005, issued a statement Monday saying
19:46
Speaker 1: he had asked for the investigation and welcomed the findings.
19:50
Speaker 1: He declined further comment, saying an internal investigation into possible
19:54
Speaker 1: violations of agency regulations is ongoing. Of course, I'm not
19:58
Speaker 1: going to have any comment. There's an investigation ongoing. Can
20:04
Speaker 1: somebody down in Florida please explain to me just one
20:07
Speaker 1: simple thing? If you can explain this, I'll shut my
20:09
Speaker 1: mouth forever. How come only one girl was brought before
20:13
Speaker 1: that grand jury when there were loads of them? And
20:16
Speaker 1: how come the prosecution tried to help the defense by
20:21
Speaker 1: destroying the credibility of their own witnesses? If somebody can
20:26
Speaker 1: answer that logically and with good reason, then I'll shut
20:30
Speaker 1: my mouth forever. But here's the problem. Nobody can answer
20:33
Speaker 1: that with a logical answer. Krischer, who served from 93
20:41
Speaker 1: to 2007, did not respond to a phone call and
20:44
Speaker 1: an email seeking comment on Monday. He had previously defended
20:48
Speaker 1: his handling of the investigation. Florida's treatment of Epstein came
20:52
Speaker 1: under scrutiny in 2018 following a series of Miami Herald articles. Again,
20:58
Speaker 1: we have to rely on the media to blow this
21:00
Speaker 1: out of the water. Where's the inspector general? Where are
21:02
Speaker 1: these investigators down in Florida? Nobody says, hey, we need
21:06
Speaker 1: an internal investigation before the media does. So that shows
21:10
Speaker 1: you these dudes are hiding this shit. If they could
21:13
Speaker 1: stick their heads in the sand forever, that's what they
21:15
Speaker 1: would have done. The detailed disagreements that surfaced beginning in
21:24
Speaker 1: 2005 among law enforcement officials after teenage girls and young
21:27
Speaker 1: women told Palm Beach police investigators that Epstein had sexually
21:31
Speaker 1: assaulted them. They had agreed to give him massages while
21:34
Speaker 1: semi or fully nude in exchange for money, but said
21:38
Speaker 1: he would then molest them without their consent. It's all
21:42
Speaker 1: about the money, right? And keep in mind that Epstein
21:45
Speaker 1: and all of these other scumbags that say, oh, well,
21:48
Speaker 1: I paid for it. That's why they're paying for it.
21:51
Speaker 1: So they could say this girl is a prostitute when
21:54
Speaker 1: the reality is they know they're just grooming them and
21:57
Speaker 1: coercing them into it. The Palm Beach police thought they
22:02
Speaker 1: had a strong case to bring sexual assault charges against Epstein,
22:06
Speaker 1: but Krischer and his prosecutors disagreed, saying Epstein's attorneys would
22:11
Speaker 1: have avenues to attack the victim's credibility and a conviction
22:15
Speaker 1: was unlikely. A grand jury heard the case, but no
22:19
Speaker 1: indictment was issued. Look, the whole grand jury thing is
22:22
Speaker 1: an absolute fucking joke. They need to release those grand
22:25
Speaker 1: jury files, by the way. You only have one girl
22:28
Speaker 1: that you bring up in front of a grand jury? Really?
22:31
Speaker 1: And we all know that you can get a ham
22:33
Speaker 1: sandwich indicted in front of a grand jury. That's how
22:36
Speaker 1: easy it is. So yeah, va fangul, with the whole, oh,
22:41
Speaker 1: nothing was amiss here. Palm Beach police, meanwhile, took their
22:47
Speaker 1: evidence to federal prosecutors who threatened to bring charges until
22:51
Speaker 1: an agreement was reached in June of 2008. Epstein pleaded
22:55
Speaker 1: guilty to state charges of procuring a person under 18
22:58
Speaker 1: for prostitution and felony solicitation of prostitution. He was sentenced
23:04
Speaker 1: to 18 months in the Palm Beach County jail system,
23:07
Speaker 1: followed by 12 months of house arrest. He was required
23:10
Speaker 1: to register as a sex offender. And just go back
23:13
Speaker 1: to yesterday's episode. What did the judge who sentenced him
23:17
Speaker 1: directly that day in 2008 say? That this is the
23:21
Speaker 1: softest case she's ever seen, basically. She even rolled her
23:25
Speaker 1: eyes at the prosecutors. When in Palm Beach Sheriff's custody,
23:32
Speaker 1: Epstein was allowed to stay in an isolated cell at
23:34
Speaker 1: the county's minimum security stockade where he roamed freely and
23:38
Speaker 1: watched television. State investigators said isolating him was a prudent decision,
23:43
Speaker 1: saying it was made to protect Epstein from other inmates
23:46
Speaker 1: and prevent him from using his wealth to become king
23:49
Speaker 1: of the dorms. Oh, give me a break. You did
23:52
Speaker 1: it because he paid for it, okay? Stop with the lying.
23:56
Speaker 1: Is anyone ever going to call these bozos out for
23:58
Speaker 1: their bullshit? Epstein was also soon allowed into the county's
24:03
Speaker 1: work release program. During that time, he was taken to
24:06
Speaker 1: his office, where he claimed to be running his financial
24:09
Speaker 1: consulting business and his foundation. By the time of his release,
24:14
Speaker 1: he was spending six days a week and 18 hours
24:16
Speaker 1: a day at his office. He was required to wear
24:19
Speaker 1: an ankle monitor and and hired two deputies to oversee
24:22
Speaker 1: his whereabouts from the lobby, but they were not in
24:24
Speaker 1: his office with him, and they also destroyed the paperwork.
24:27
Speaker 1: That's kind of an important part, right? Kind of an
24:30
Speaker 1: important thing, that if we didn't dig into this, these
24:33
Speaker 1: articles would never tell us that stuff. We have to
24:35
Speaker 1: dig for this, mine for this, like we're out here
24:38
Speaker 1: in some sort of coal mine. A woman who was
24:45
Speaker 1: 17 and another woman who was then an adult have
24:47
Speaker 1: said they were trafficked to Epstein's office and they got
24:51
Speaker 1: paid to have sex with them. The woman declined to
24:54
Speaker 1: meet with the Florida investigators, but their attorney texted an
24:58
Speaker 1: investigator that there was no wrongdoing by deputies, the report said. Oh, yeah,
25:02
Speaker 1: no wrongdoing by deputies. They turned the other way. They
25:05
Speaker 1: looked the other way. And then this paperwork just miraculously
25:09
Speaker 1: goes missing. But everything's on the up and up down
25:12
Speaker 1: in Florida, folks. Don't worry. You can have confidence to
25:15
Speaker 1: know that the prosecutors are on their shit and doing
25:17
Speaker 1: their job. Just another view, another look at how disgusting
25:25
Speaker 1: all of this really was and the gaslighting that came
25:28
Speaker 1: after it when they're trying to force feed you the narrative. Boy,
25:31
Speaker 1: oh boy, pretty pathetic on their part. Here's an idea.
25:36
Speaker 1: Save the narratives and let's have a real investigation. All right, folks,
25:41
Speaker 1: that's going to do it for this one. If you'd
25:43
Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
25:46
Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find
25:54
Speaker 1: me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link that
26:01
Speaker 1: I discussed can be found in the description box. What's up, everyone,
26:06
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One aspect of
26:12
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's crimes that was never looked into enough was
26:16
Speaker 1: the financial aspect. There was never an all-encompassing look into
26:23
Speaker 1: what Jeffrey Epstein was up to. Oh, they said they
26:26
Speaker 1: were looking into his finances, but you mean to tell
26:29
Speaker 1: me nothing came of it? They found nothing? They found
26:32
Speaker 1: no malfeasance whatsoever when it comes to his finances, huh?
26:37
Speaker 1: which I find laughable at best, considering all of these
26:40
Speaker 1: institutions that ended up getting slapped with fines and other
26:44
Speaker 1: penalties because of their relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Today we
26:49
Speaker 1: have an article from Bitcoin.com, and this article was first
26:54
Speaker 1: published in 2019, August 13th. So, right around the time
27:00
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein died, got arrested, and all of this was
27:03
Speaker 1: going down. headline big banks enable Jeffrey Epstein sex trafficking
27:13
Speaker 1: crimes it's a pretty big statement isn't it guess what
27:17
Speaker 1: it's true when I talk about the financial sector there's
27:21
Speaker 1: a reason and the reason is they enable Jeffrey Epstein
27:26
Speaker 1: and his behavior to Every step of the way. And
27:29
Speaker 1: the same goes for human trafficking organizations around the world,
27:34
Speaker 1: as well as drug runners and drug traffickers and you
27:37
Speaker 1: name it. These banks are in business with all of
27:40
Speaker 1: these people. Follow the money. The reported death of the
27:46
Speaker 1: Wall Street financier, pedophile, and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein
27:51
Speaker 1: on Saturday morning in Manhattan prison cell has left a
27:54
Speaker 1: lot of questions. Among these is how exactly he funded
27:58
Speaker 1: his criminal activities, which included sex trafficking of minors, to
28:02
Speaker 1: be used by the rich and powerful. One matter that
28:06
Speaker 1: is not a mystery is how Epstein funded his perversions.
28:10
Speaker 1: He used the traditional fiat banking system with all of
28:13
Speaker 1: its extensive KYC and AML regulations. So Jeffrey Epstein used
28:21
Speaker 1: the traditional banking system, manipulated it. He used all of
28:26
Speaker 1: the loopholes, all of the technicalities that his buddies in
28:30
Speaker 1: government wrote into the laws and was able to deceptively
28:34
Speaker 1: hide a lot of money from the government while you're
28:36
Speaker 1: writing big ass tax checks to the government. The alleged
28:40
Speaker 1: suicide of Epstein shouldn't stop the legions of lawyers, bankers,
28:44
Speaker 1: and accountants that have been digging into his financial affairs
28:47
Speaker 1: in recent weeks. Claims? The New York Times. Yeah, how
28:51
Speaker 1: did that all work out? Yeah, they've been digging deep
28:53
Speaker 1: into his financials. And nothing came of it? We have
28:57
Speaker 1: no connections with anybody else, huh? His financials are not
29:01
Speaker 1: connected to any of these other people that were part
29:03
Speaker 1: of his criminal enterprise? Oh, okay, sure. These include officials
29:09
Speaker 1: conducting internal reviews at the two big banks that worked
29:12
Speaker 1: with him for years, JPMorgan Chase and Deutsche Bank. Both
29:17
Speaker 1: of those banks were sanctioned. Both of those banks helped
29:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein every single step of the way as he
29:23
Speaker 1: was trafficking these girls, abusing these girls, and committing all
29:28
Speaker 1: kinds of financial malfeasance. You would think that that would
29:33
Speaker 1: be more of a topic of discussion, meaning the financials here,
29:37
Speaker 1: meaning how Jeffrey Epstein funded all of this, meaning how
29:39
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein funded all of this. Epstein funded his own bullshit.
29:42
Speaker 1: But we don't see that, do we? Instead, we hear
29:45
Speaker 1: more nonsense from outlets like NPR about conspiracy theory this
29:49
Speaker 1: and conspiracy theory that. Lafangul, your conspiracy theory, okay? The
29:56
Speaker 1: employees at both of these financial institutions have reportedly been
30:00
Speaker 1: going over their books in a long overdue attempt to
30:03
Speaker 1: understand how they got into business with a convicted criminal
30:07
Speaker 1: and what exactly he was using their banking services for. Look,
30:11
Speaker 1: they know what he was doing. A big client like
30:14
Speaker 1: this doesn't just show up at your bank and you
30:17
Speaker 1: don't have any idea what he's up to. They would
30:21
Speaker 1: actually have you believe that they don't have a research
30:24
Speaker 1: team at these banks to take a look at people
30:26
Speaker 1: bringing in this big money. They do. Nobody slipped through
30:30
Speaker 1: the cracks here. This wasn't just a systemic error. The
30:34
Speaker 1: banks knew exactly who they were dealing with. They knew
30:37
Speaker 1: exactly who they were in bed with. And they didn't care.
30:39
Speaker 1: You know why? Because Jeffrey Epstein brought a lot of
30:42
Speaker 1: money in. And a lot of these executives, well, they
30:44
Speaker 1: benefited from that. A person who was briefed on Deutsche
30:50
Speaker 1: Bank's internal review reportedly said, it appeared that Mr. Epstein
30:54
Speaker 1: was using his accounts for sex trafficking and possibly other
30:57
Speaker 1: illegal activity. Well, in other news, water is wet and
31:01
Speaker 1: the desert is hot. Of course he was using his
31:04
Speaker 1: accounts for illegal activity. Just like El Chapo was. Just
31:08
Speaker 1: like all of these oligarchs are. And just like all
31:11
Speaker 1: of these other people we don't even know about right
31:13
Speaker 1: now who are committing a million different financial crimes as
31:17
Speaker 1: we speak. But if you make over 600 bucks in
31:23
Speaker 1: digital money and, you know, you're selling things on Etsy
31:27
Speaker 1: or you have a baseball card collection you want to sell,
31:30
Speaker 1: you better believe the IRS is going to want their piece.
31:33
Speaker 1: But if you're Jeffrey Epstein, we're just going to let
31:35
Speaker 1: it slide. We're going to have an investigation, but we'll
31:38
Speaker 1: let it die on the vine. Further, according to the report,
31:44
Speaker 1: compliance officers and other employees at both JPMorgan Chase and
31:48
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank had strongly advised their higher-ups to stop doing
31:51
Speaker 1: business with Epstein years before his accounts were finally closed.
31:56
Speaker 1: And this is another big problem. They want to talk
31:59
Speaker 1: about AML and regulation and this, that, and the other thing,
32:02
Speaker 1: but the auditing department can only do so much if
32:05
Speaker 1: they bring up that there's irregularities to their bosses and
32:09
Speaker 1: their bosses sweep it under the rug, then what? Who
32:12
Speaker 1: should get in trouble for that? It shouldn't be the
32:16
Speaker 1: auditing department. It should be the bosses who are giving
32:19
Speaker 1: them these orders not to pursue this stuff. But we
32:23
Speaker 1: never see that happen. Oh, sure. The banks get fined.
32:26
Speaker 1: But what about these executives that are enabling this behavior?
32:33
Speaker 1: This was suggested not due to the unpalatable nature of
32:36
Speaker 1: his businesses, but due to the risks associated with him
32:40
Speaker 1: as hurting the bank's brand and upsetting regulators. So what
32:43
Speaker 1: they're saying there is, it's not that Epstein was a scumbag.
32:46
Speaker 1: That's not the reason why Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan
32:49
Speaker 1: stopped doing business with him. It's because they got caught. However,
32:54
Speaker 1: Former employees at both banks said that managers and executives
32:58
Speaker 1: rejected that advice and kept doing business with the lucrative client. Well,
33:02
Speaker 1: it helps when you have guys like Jess Staley and
33:05
Speaker 1: guys like Leon Black at your beck and call, right?
33:09
Speaker 1: Who's bigger in the financial world than those guys? Maybe
33:12
Speaker 1: Jamie Dimon, a couple other people. But let's be real.
33:16
Speaker 1: The people that Jeffrey Epstein had his hook sunk into,
33:18
Speaker 1: he did it for a reason. Deutsche Bank only recently
33:24
Speaker 1: closed Epstein's accounts. Now, remember, this is in 2013, 2019.
33:30
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty and was convicted in a court
33:33
Speaker 1: of law of both soliciting a prostitute and of procuring
33:37
Speaker 1: a minor for prostitution back in 2008. He served 13
33:41
Speaker 1: months in custody with work release as part of a
33:44
Speaker 1: plea deal where federal prosecutors had identified 36 girls as
33:48
Speaker 1: young as 14 years old who had been victimized. And
33:52
Speaker 1: we know now that there's a lot more than that.
33:54
Speaker 1: And those were just the ones that were identified publicly
33:57
Speaker 1: at the time. His case was very hard to miss
34:02
Speaker 1: due to the fact that his name was tied to
34:04
Speaker 1: some of the most famous and powerful people in the world.
34:07
Speaker 1: Such as Donald Trump, former U.S. President Bill Clinton, the U.K.
34:12
Speaker 1: 's Prince Andrew, former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak, and
34:16
Speaker 1: disgraced Hollywood star Kevin Spacey. All fantastic individuals who have
34:22
Speaker 1: never had anything sully their names, right? You know what
34:25
Speaker 1: they say about people? You are the company you keep.
34:29
Speaker 1: So why are you hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein if
34:31
Speaker 1: you're any of those people? That's the real question everyone
34:34
Speaker 1: should be asking. Save your whataboutisms. Save your, well, somebody
34:38
Speaker 1: else was doing it. I don't give a shit. They
34:40
Speaker 1: were all doing it. Despite all of this, it isn't
34:46
Speaker 1: too hard to see why the higher-ups at the big
34:48
Speaker 1: banks didn't want to let go of his business. While
34:51
Speaker 1: not much is known about the source of his money,
34:53
Speaker 1: Epstein definitely had a lot of it moving around. Among
34:57
Speaker 1: his confirmed assets is a private island in the U.S.
35:00
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands, a Manhattan mansion worth over $ 77 million, a
35:04
Speaker 1: Palm Beach estate worth over $ 12 million, additional real estate
35:08
Speaker 1: properties in New Mexico and Paris, a private jet airplane,
35:11
Speaker 1: and no less than 15 cars. Considering this, it isn't
35:16
Speaker 1: that surprising that Deutsche Bank only cut its ties to
35:19
Speaker 1: Epstein when prosecutors were set to charge him again with
35:23
Speaker 1: operating a sex trafficking ring of underage girls in June
35:27
Speaker 1: of this year. So, basically what they're saying is Deutsche
35:31
Speaker 1: Bank doesn't give a shit about any of that. They
35:33
Speaker 1: don't care about trafficked girls. They don't care about criminal behavior.
35:37
Speaker 1: They care about more money coming into their bank so
35:39
Speaker 1: that they can profit more, meaning the executives. Because there
35:43
Speaker 1: is never enough food at the trough, folks. You want
35:47
Speaker 1: to talk about gluttons? You want to talk about gluttonous behavior?
35:50
Speaker 1: Just take a look at these executives and how they
35:53
Speaker 1: can't stuff their pockets with enough stolen goods. JP Morgan
36:01
Speaker 1: worked with Epstein from the late 90s until 2013, and
36:04
Speaker 1: Deutsche Bank served him from 2013 until June of 2019.
36:09
Speaker 1: The latter bank has reportedly already started giving his complete
36:14
Speaker 1: transaction history to investigators, while the former awaits receiving similar
36:19
Speaker 1: demands for his financial data from the U.S. authorities. So
36:23
Speaker 1: the U.S. authorities had access to all of this. They
36:26
Speaker 1: dug into all of this. And you mean to tell
36:29
Speaker 1: me that the prosecutor's office couldn't find any financial malfeasance?
36:33
Speaker 1: Not one single bit of it, huh? Not one single
36:36
Speaker 1: RICO predicate. I have a very, very hard time believing that.
36:42
Speaker 1: In a statement on Saturday after the alleged suicide, Manhattan U.S.
36:46
Speaker 1: Attorney Jeffrey S. Berman expressed his commitment to the survivors
36:50
Speaker 1: to keep the investigation ongoing, despite the demise of the defendant.
36:55
Speaker 1: This means that the public will hopefully get a detailed
36:58
Speaker 1: examination into the criminal banking activities of Epstein in due course.
37:03
Speaker 1: I wouldn't hold your breath. I mean, let's be real.
37:06
Speaker 1: How many years is it now? How much of this
37:09
Speaker 1: have we seen? How much transparency has come from the government?
37:13
Speaker 1: Not very much. Big banks have a long history of
37:19
Speaker 1: enabling crime. Yeah, no shit. You want to talk about
37:22
Speaker 1: a corrupt group of people? It is the financial sector.
37:26
Speaker 1: And I know that's very obvious to people who have
37:28
Speaker 1: been paying attention. But when you're talking about a guy, say,
37:33
Speaker 1: like Jesus Christ, for instance, okay? And I don't care
37:35
Speaker 1: if you're religious or not. You talk about a guy
37:39
Speaker 1: like Jesus Christ who never got mad at anybody or anything. Well,
37:42
Speaker 1: who did he get mad at? That's right, the bankers.
37:45
Speaker 1: Whose table did he flip over? The bankers. My point is,
37:49
Speaker 1: the bankers have been scummy forever. And nothing's ever going
37:53
Speaker 1: to change with these people. It's all about pursuing that dough.
37:58
Speaker 1: And that's exactly what these banks will do. And if
38:00
Speaker 1: that means getting into bed with scumbag human traffickers, with
38:03
Speaker 1: drug dealers, with despots, they don't care. Governments, central banks,
38:11
Speaker 1: and international financial institutions have all been pushing a largely
38:15
Speaker 1: unfounded narrative in recent years that cryptocurrencies enable illicit activity.
38:20
Speaker 1: Parodied by the mainstream media, it was used as justification
38:23
Speaker 1: to crack down on exchanges and other crypto services provided
38:27
Speaker 1: with demands for less user privacy or outright bans. In contrast,
38:33
Speaker 1: the established banking system has a long and proven track
38:36
Speaker 1: record of enabling all sorts of crimes, despite its burdensome
38:40
Speaker 1: compliance requirements, and yet erring institutions receive nothing more than
38:45
Speaker 1: a fine equal to a slap on the wrist. Nothing
38:48
Speaker 1: about that is wrong. You have the traditional banking sector,
38:54
Speaker 1: the financial sector, and they're not a big fan of
38:57
Speaker 1: Bitcoin or crypto in general because they want to be
39:00

39:45
Speaker 1: the way. If you'd like to contact me, you can
