Continuing the schedule of the day... Following the man who leads the goat out to the wilderness. He is accompanied along his way, with stops (10) along the way. And they offer food and water along the way, never mind that it's Yom Kippur. At the last booth, however, he stands alone, without the crowd. He then pushes the goat off the cliff, described in truly gory detail. He is observed, as a check on this procedure, both otherwise this is a solitary affair.
