Emmy-winning filmmaker Samuel Habib, living with cerebral palsy and epilepsy, is sharing his inspiring story through “The Ride Ahead,” a film documenting his journey toward independence and self-confidence at a special needs summer camp. With a grant from the Mitsubishi Electric American Foundation, Habib and his father Dan are making the film and a free discussion guide available to nonprofit camps nationwide to foster inclusion and challenge misconceptions about disability.
